Description

A stamped monopolar plate and electrolytic cell Technical Field

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of electrolytic cells, and in particular to a stamped monopolar plate and an electrolytic cell. Background Art

[0002] In the prior art, an exchange membrane electrolyzer typically consists of a stamped plate, an exchange membrane, a power supply, a hydrogen processing system, and an oxygen processing system. The two sides of a single stamped plate are divided into a cathode side and an anode side. When the stamped plates and the exchange membrane are alternately stacked, the exchange membrane is used to transfer water and discharge oxygen between the anode side, while the exchange membrane is used to discharge hydrogen between the cathode side.

[0003] At the same time, there is a groove for installing the sealing line between the stamped electrode plate opening and the reaction zone. However, since the stamped electrode plate is stamped, the grooves on a single stamped electrode plate are staggered. As a result, during the assembly of the exchange membrane and the two stamped electrode plates, the sealing lines on the two stamped electrode plates are against each other in the thickness direction of the stamped single polar plate, resulting in the opening of one of the stamped electrode plates being unable to communicate with the reaction zone. After multiple stamped electrode plates and multiple exchange membranes are alternately stacked and installed, one side of some stamped electrode plates along the thickness direction cannot react with the reaction zone, resulting in low reaction efficiency of the electrolytic cell.

[0004] Summary of the Invention

[0005] The purpose of the present application is to provide a stamped monopolar plate and an electrolytic cell to solve the technical problem in the prior art that after multiple stamped plates and multiple exchange membranes are alternately stacked and installed, one side of some stamped plates along the thickness direction cannot react with the reaction zone, resulting in low reaction efficiency of the electrolytic cell.

[0006] The present application provides a stamped unipolar plate, which includes a stamped plate body, which is stamped and includes a reaction area and an inlet and outlet areas, and the inlet and outlet areas are distributed on both sides of the reaction area along the length direction of the stamped unipolar plate; wherein the inlet and outlet areas include a first opening area and a second opening area, the opening of the first opening area is connected to the reaction area, and the opening of the second opening area is not connected to the reaction area; the inlet and outlet areas include a first sealing groove and a second sealing groove for installing a seal, the first sealing groove surrounds the opening of the inlet and outlet area, and the second sealing groove is located on the side of the first sealing groove close to the reaction area and surrounds the first sealing groove; along the thickness direction of the stamped unipolar plate, the first sealing groove and the second sealing groove are in opposite directions.

[0007] In the embodiments of the present application, the stamped plate body is formed by stamping so that the first and second sealing grooves are staggered in a plane perpendicular to the thickness of the stamped unipolar plate. This allows the seals on the anode and cathode sides of the stamped plate body to be staggered in a plane perpendicular to the thickness of the stamped unipolar plate. This improves the reliability of the first and second seals while preventing the stamped unipolar plate from becoming too thick. Furthermore, the first seal surrounding the openings of the inlet and outlet regions reduces the risk of fluid leakage from the openings. The second seal, located between the first seal and the reaction zone and surrounding the first seal, further reduces the risk of fluid leakage from the inlet and outlet regions. [0034] The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate embodiments consistent with the present application and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the present application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0035] The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and are only used to explain the present application, and should not be construed as limiting the present application.

[0036] An embodiment of the present application provides a stamped monopolar plate and an electrolytic cell. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the electrolytic cell includes a stacked stamped monopolar plate 1 and an exchange membrane 3, and along the thickness direction of the electrolytic cell, the exchange membrane 3 is located between two adjacent stamped monopolar plates 1. In a specific embodiment, as shown in Figure 2, when multiple stamped monopolar plates 1 of the embodiments of the present application are assembled into an electrolytic cell, each stamped monopolar plate 1 is arranged along the height direction of the electrolytic cell, and an exchange membrane 3 is provided between two adjacent stamped monopolar plates 1. Since the electrolysis reaction of the liquid is realized in the electrolytic cell, the side of the two adjacent stamped monopolar plates 1 facing the exchange membrane 3 is the anode side 12, and the other side is the cathode side 16, so that the two adjacent stamped monopolar plates 1 are matched with the anode side 12 and the cathode side 16. The anode side 12 of the stamped monopolar plate 1 and the exchange membrane 3 are used to transmit liquid, and the cathode side 16 of the stamped monopolar plate 1 and the exchange membrane 3 are used to transmit gas. The fluid flows into the reaction zone 14 on the anode side 12 and generates gas in the reaction zone 14 on the cathode side 16, thereby completing the electrolysis reaction.

[0037] In a specific embodiment, as shown in FIG4 , the stamped plate body 11 of the stamped unipolar plate 1 is stamped. As shown in FIG1 , the stamped unipolar plate 1 further includes a seal 4. As shown in FIG2 , the seal 4 is located on both sides of the inlet and outlet region 13 along the thickness direction of the stamped unipolar plate 1. As shown in FIG1 , FIG4 - FIG6 , the seal 4 can surround the opening 131. Specifically, as shown in FIG7 and FIG8 , the inlet and outlet region 13 is stamped to form a first sealing groove 111 and a second sealing groove 112 for mounting the seal 4. The first sealing groove 111 surrounds the opening 131 of the inlet and outlet region 13. The second sealing groove 112 is located on a side of the first sealing groove 111 close to the reaction region 14 and surrounds the first sealing groove 111. As shown in Figures 5 to 8, the first sealing groove 111 is used to install the first seal 41, and the second sealing groove 112 is used to install the second seal 42, and the openings of the first sealing groove 111 and the second sealing groove 112 are respectively facing the anode side 12 and the cathode side 16 of the stamped monopolar plate 1, that is, the first seal 41 and the second seal 42 are respectively installed on the anode side 12 and the cathode side 16 of the stamped monopolar plate 1, thereby ensuring that both sides of the stamped monopolar plate 1 in the thickness direction have a good sealing effect.

[0038] In the embodiment of the present application, the stamped plate body 11 is formed by stamping so that the first sealing groove 111 and the second sealing groove 112 are staggered in a plane perpendicular to the thickness of the stamped monopolar plate 1. This allows the seals 4 located on the anode side 12 and cathode side 16 of the stamped plate body 11 to be staggered in a plane perpendicular to the thickness of the stamped monopolar plate 1. This improves the reliability of the first seal 41 and the second seal 42 while preventing the stamped monopolar plate 1 from becoming too thick. In addition, the first seal 41 surrounding the opening 131 of the inlet and outlet area 13 can reduce the risk of fluid leakage from the opening 131. The second seal 42, located between the first seal 41 and the reaction area 14 and surrounding the first seal 41, can further reduce the risk of fluid leakage from the inlet and outlet area 13.

[0039] In a specific embodiment, when multiple stamped monopolar plates 1 of the embodiments of the present application are assembled into an electrolytic cell, the first sealing groove 111 of each stamped monopolar plate 1 is aligned along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, and the second sealing groove 112 of each stamped monopolar plate 1 is aligned along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, so that the first sealing members 41 of two adjacent stamped monopolar plates 1 are aligned along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, and the second sealing members 42 of two adjacent stamped monopolar plates 1 are aligned along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1. During the process of assembling the electrolytic cell, when the first seal 41 and the second seal 42 are deformed by the extrusion force along the thickness direction, the force between the first seal 41 of each stamped monopolar plate 1 and the stamped plate body 11, and the force between the second seal 42 of each stamped monopolar plate 1 and the stamped plate body 11 can be superimposed along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1. Compared with the staggered sealing of the sealing glue lines of two adjacent stamped monopolar plates 1 in the prior art, the seals 4 arranged on top of each other in the embodiment of the present application can use the extrusion of external force in the electrolytic cell to improve the stability and reliability of the connection between the two adjacent stamped monopolar plates 1, thereby improving the sealing effect of the stamped monopolar plate 1 and further reducing the possibility of fluid leakage.

[0040] Specifically, taking the second seal 42 as an example, as shown in FIG9 , when the two second seals 42 of adjacent stamped unipolar plates 1 are aligned along the thickness direction, since the second seal 42 in the same inlet and outlet region 13 of the adjacent stamped unipolar plates 1 is installed on the anode side 12, the reaction zone 14 also located on the anode side 12 of the adjacent stamped unipolar plates 1 cannot communicate with the opening 131 of the inlet and outlet region 13. Therefore, the same inlet and outlet region 13 of the adjacent stamped unipolar plates 1 is an inlet and outlet region 13 that is not connected to the reaction zone 14. However, on the adjacent stamped unipolar plates 1, it is necessary to enable liquid to flow into the reaction zone 14 located on the anode side 12 for reaction. Therefore, a first opening region 132 that is connected to the reaction zone 14 of the stamped unipolar plate 1 and a second opening region 133 that is not connected to the reaction zone 14 of the stamped unipolar plate 1 are provided on the same stamped unipolar plate 1. When multiple stamped unipolar plates 1 according to the embodiments of the present application are assembled into an electrolytic cell, the first opening region 132 of a stamped unipolar plate 1 is aligned with the second opening region 133 of an adjacent stamped unipolar plate 1 along the thickness direction of the electrolytic cell. Correspondingly, the second opening region 133 of a stamped unipolar plate 1 is aligned with the first opening region 132 of an adjacent stamped unipolar plate 1 along the thickness direction of the electrolytic cell. This ensures that the electrolytic cell, while being arranged in a top-to-top manner by the seal 4 to improve the sealing effect, also ensures that each stamped unipolar plate 1 has a cavity region 13 connected to the reaction region 14. This allows liquid to react within the reaction region 14 of each stamped unipolar plate 1 after flowing into the electrolytic cell, thereby improving the operating efficiency of the electrolytic cell.

[0041] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the stamped unipolar plate 1 includes a stamped plate body 11, a jump layer component 5, and a partition component 6. The stamped plate body 11 includes a reaction zone 14 and an inlet and outlet zone 13, and the inlet and outlet zones 13 are distributed on both sides of the reaction zone 14 along the length direction of the stamped unipolar plate 1. The jump layer component 5 and the partition component 6 both have a first opening 7, and the jump layer component 5 and the partition component 6 are located on both sides of the inlet and outlet zone 13 along the thickness direction of the stamped unipolar plate 1 and cover the inlet and outlet zone 13. The first opening 7 corresponds to the opening 131 of the inlet and outlet zone 13. At the same time, the jump layer component 5 is provided with a channel 51 connecting the opening 131 and the reaction zone 14.

[0042] In the embodiment of the present application, the jump layer component 5 and the partition component 6 can cover the inlet and outlet area 13 in the thickness direction of the stamped unipolar plate 1 and circumferentially surround the opening 131 of the inlet and outlet area 13, thereby sealing the opening 131 of the inlet and outlet area 13, reducing the risk of fluid leakage from the opening 131 to the outside of the stamped unipolar plate 1, and reducing the risk of fluid leakage from the opening 131 to other openings 131, improving the sealing of the inlet and outlet area 13, and thus improving the safety of the stamped unipolar plate 1 during operation. In addition, after the stamped unipolar plate 1 in this embodiment is provided with the jump layer component 5 and the partition component 6, the jump layer component 5 and the partition component 6 can play the role of sealing the opening 131, reducing the sealing reliability requirements of the electrolytic cell for the seal 4. When multiple stamped monopolar plates 1 of the embodiments of the present application are assembled into an electrolytic cell, the jump layer components 5 and the partition components 6 on each inlet and outlet area 13 are squeezed along the height direction of the electrolytic cell, so that the connection between the jump layer components 5 and the partition components 6 and the stamped plate body 11 is tighter, further improving the sealing effect of the jump layer components 5 and the partition components 6 on the opening 131, reducing the possibility of fluid leakage, and ensuring that the fluid can fully react in the reaction area 14 of each stamped monopolar plate 1, thereby improving the working performance of the electrolytic cell. In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, when the stamped monopolar plate 1 of the electrolytic cell is provided with a jump layer component 5 and a partition component 6 surrounding the opening 131, and is provided with a seal 4 surrounding the opening 131, the seal 4, the jump layer component 5 and the partition component 6 jointly seal the opening 131, thereby further improving the sealing of the inlet and outlet area 13.

[0043] In a possible embodiment, the jump-layer component 5 and the partition component 6 can be fixedly connected to the stamped plate body 11 by welding or other means, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the connection between the cushion block 2 and the stamped plate body 11 .

[0044] When the jump layer component 5 and the partition component 6 cover the inlet and outlet area 13, the first opening 7 of the jump layer component 5 and the partition component 6 corresponds to the opening 131 of the inlet and outlet area 13 in the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, so that the fluid can flow into or out of the stamped monopolar plate 1 through the opening 131 and the first opening 7, thereby ensuring the fluidity of the fluid. At the same time, the channel 51 for connecting the opening 131 and the reaction area 14 is provided on the side of the jump layer component 5 facing the stamped plate body 11. When the jump layer component 5 is installed on the stamped plate body 11, a sealed channel 51 can be formed between the two in the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, reducing the possibility of fluid leakage in the channel 51. In addition, the jump layer component 5 and the stamped plate body 11 have high rigidity, which makes the structural stability of the channel 51 high and not easily affected by extrusion, which is conducive to the flow of fluid.

[0045] Specifically, as shown in Figure 3, on the same stamped unipolar plate 1, the first opening area 132 is connected to the reaction area 14 through the channel 51 of the jump layer component 5, so that the first opening area 132 is connected to the reaction area 14 of the stamped unipolar plate 1, so that the fluid can flow to the reaction area 14 through the opening 131 and the channel 51 for reaction. On the stamped unipolar plate 1, the partition component 6 located in the second opening area 133 is not provided with the channel 51, so that the second opening area 133 is not connected to the reaction area 14 so that the fluid can flow through the opening 131 of the second opening area 133 to the first opening area 132 of the adjacent stamped unipolar plate 1, and flow through the opening 131 and channel 51 of the adjacent stamped unipolar plate 1 to the reaction area 14 of the adjacent stamped unipolar plate 1 for reaction. Therefore, not all of the openings 131 of the stamped monopolar plate 1 in the present application are connected to the reaction zone 14. In the first opening area 132, the jump layer component 5 with the channel 51 and the first seal 41 or the second seal 42 are on the same anode side 12, or the jump layer component 5 with the channel 51 and the first seal 41 or the second seal 42 are on the same cathode side 16. In order to achieve the connection between the opening 131 and the reaction zone 14 in the first opening area 132, the channels 51 of the two jump layer components 5 located in the first opening area 132 are connected through the stamped plate body 11 in the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, so that the fluid can react in the reaction zone 14 in the stamped monopolar plate 1. At the same time, the fluid that has not flowed into the stamped monopolar plate 1 can flow into the next first opening area 132, so that the fluid can fully react in the corresponding reaction zone 14, which is beneficial to improving the reaction efficiency of the fluid, thereby improving the working performance of the electrolyzer. The two partition components 6 located in the second opening area 133 are not provided with a channel 51, and the two are not connected along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1 through the stamped plate body 11, so as to seal the inlet and outlet areas 13, reduce the possibility of fluid flowing into or out of the reaction area 14 of the stamped monopolar plate 1 through the second opening area 133, and improve the sealing performance of the second opening area 133.

[0046] In a specific embodiment, as shown in FIG3 , the jump layer component 5 is provided with a channel 51, and the jump layer component 5 covers the first opening area 132, so as to connect the opening 131 of the first opening area 132 with the reaction area 14, so that the fluid can flow into the reaction area 14 for reaction. The partition component 6 covers the second opening area 133, and no channel 51 is provided on both sides of the partition component 6 along the thickness direction of the stamped unipolar plate 1, so that the opening 131 of the second opening area 133 is separated from the reaction area 14 by the partition component 6, reducing the possibility of the fluid in the second opening area 133 flowing into the stamped unipolar plate 1, preventing the unreacted fluid from flowing into the reacting fluid, and also improving the sealing performance of the second opening area 133.

[0047] More specifically, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, the stamping plate body 11 is stamped to form a first rib 111a, a second rib 111b, a third rib 112a and a fourth rib 112b. Therefore, a first sealing groove 111 can be formed between the first rib 111a and the second rib 111b, and a second sealing groove 112 can be formed between the third rib 112a and the fourth rib 112b. In addition, along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, the protruding directions of the first rib 111a and the second rib 111b are opposite to the protruding directions of the third rib 112a and the fourth rib 112b, so that the opening directions of the first sealing groove 111 and the second sealing groove 112 are opposite, thereby achieving sealing on both sides of the stamped monopolar plate 1 along the thickness direction, further improving the sealing performance of the inlet and outlet areas 13. At the same time, the stamped plate body 11 is the bottom wall of the first sealing groove 111 and the bottom wall of the second sealing groove 112. When the heights of the first rib 111a, the second rib 111b, the third rib 112a and the fourth rib 112b are equal, the depths of the first sealing groove 111 and the second sealing groove 112 are the same, so that the first seal 41 and the second seal 42 have the same size of deformation space. When multiple stamped monopolar plates 1 of the embodiments of the present application are assembled into an electrolytic cell, the deformation amounts of the first seal 41 and the second seal 42 are equal, thereby reducing the possibility of a gap between two adjacent stamped monopolar plates 1, thereby improving the sealing of the electrolytic cell.

[0048] In addition, when the first seal 41 and the second seal 42 are respectively installed in the first sealing groove 111 and the second sealing groove 112, the first rib 111a and the second rib 111b can limit the first seal 41, and the third rib 112a and the fourth rib 112b can limit the second seal 42, thereby reducing the possibility of the first seal 41 and the second seal 42 being separated from the stamping plate body 11, and improving the stability and reliability of the connection between the two and the stamping plate body 11.

[0049] At the same time, when multiple stamped monopolar plates 1 of the embodiments of the present application are assembled into an electrolytic cell, the first seal 41 and the second seal 42 will be subjected to an extrusion force along the thickness direction, so that the first seal 41 and the second seal 42 will be elastically deformed. During the elastic deformation of the two, the first rib 111a and the second rib 111b, the third rib 112a and the fourth rib 112b can reduce the possibility of the first seal 41 and the second seal 42 being offset, so that the two can complete elastic deformation in the first sealing groove 111 and the second sealing groove 112, which is beneficial to improving the reliability of the seal.

[0050] As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the inlet and outlet area 13 further includes a jump layer area 15. In the direction along the opening 131 toward the reaction area 14, the jump layer area 15 is located between the second rib 111b and the third rib 112a. The jump layer area 15 is flush with the bottom wall of the first sealing groove 111, or the jump layer area 15 is flush with the bottom wall of the second sealing groove 112. Specifically, in the first opening area 132, as shown in Figure 7, the stamping plate body 11 is provided with a second opening 151, and the second opening 151 is provided in the jump layer area 15.

[0051] Along the thickness direction of the stamped unipolar plate 1, the second opening 151 penetrates the stamped plate body 11 and connects the anode side 12 and the cathode side 16, so that within the first opening area 132, the fluid can pass through the second opening 151 to achieve a jump layer between the anode side 12 and the cathode side 16. When the seal 4, the jump layer component 5, and the partition component 6 seal the opening 131, the opening 131 of the first opening area 132 can be connected with the reaction area 14, so that the liquid flows into the anode side 12 of the reaction area 14 to react and generate gas on the cathode side 16 of the reaction area 14, thereby achieving an electrolysis reaction. At the same time, the second opening 151 can communicate with the jump layer component 5 and guide the fluid, reducing the possibility of liquid flowing into the cathode side 16 of the reaction area 14 and avoiding the risk of mixing of gases generated by electrolysis.

[0052] Specifically, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, the jump layer component 5 includes a first jump layer component 52 arranged on the anode side 12 and a second jump layer component 53 arranged on the cathode side 16. As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the first jump layer component 52 has a first channel 521, and the second jump layer component 53 has a second channel 531. In addition, since the second opening 151 is located between the opening 131 of the first opening area 132 and the reaction area 14, the opening 131 of the first opening area 132 and the reaction area 14 can be connected through the first channel 521, the second opening 151 and the second channel 531, so that the fluid in the first opening area 132 can flow into the reaction area 14, thereby improving the sealing performance of the first opening area 132 while ensuring that the fluid can smoothly flow into the reaction area 14 for electrolysis reaction.

[0053] The projections of the first channel 521 and the second channel 531 along the thickness direction of the stamped unipolar plate 1 at least partially do not overlap, that is, the first channel 521 can extend along the length of the stamped unipolar plate 1 and connect the second opening 151 and the reaction zone 14, or connect the second opening 151 and the opening 131. The second channel 531 can extend along the length of the stamped unipolar plate 1 and connect the second opening 151 and the reaction zone 14, or connect the second opening 151 and the opening 131, so that the fluid that has completed the jump layer can flow through the first channel 521 and the second channel 531 to the opening 131 or the reaction zone 14 on the anode side 12, or to the opening 131 or the reaction zone 14 on the cathode side 16. In addition, the first channel 521 and the second channel 531 reduce the possibility of fluid leakage from the first channel 521 and the second channel 531 during flow.

[0054] In a specific embodiment, as shown in Figures 4-6, the first opening region 132 includes a liquid inlet 132a and a liquid outlet 132b. The opening of the first channel 521 faces the reaction zone 14 to connect the second opening 151 with the reaction zone 14, thereby enabling liquid to flow in and out of the anode side 12 of the reaction zone 14. Specifically, the liquid inlet 132a and the liquid outlet 132b also include a second channel 531 of the second jump layer component 53. Along the thickness direction of the stamped unipolar plate 1, the first channel 521 is located on the anode side 12, and the second channel 531 is located on the cathode side 16. The opening on one side of the second channel 531 faces the opening 131 of the liquid inlet 132a and the liquid outlet 132b, thereby enabling liquid to flow in and out of the stamped unipolar plate 1.

[0055] As shown in Figures 4 to 6 and 9, at the liquid inlet 132a, the liquid flows from the opening 131 into the stamped monopolar plate 1 through the second channel 531 located on the cathode side 16. After the liquid flows out of the second channel 531, it realizes a leap through the second opening 151, thereby entering the anode side 12 and flowing into the first channel 521. Since the opening of the first channel 521 located on the anode side 12 faces the reaction zone 14, the liquid can flow into the anode side 12 of the reaction zone 14 for reaction.

[0056] As shown in Figures 4 to 6 and 9, at the liquid outlet 132b, the unreacted liquid flows out of the reaction zone 14 through the first channel 521 located on the anode side 12. After the liquid flows out of the first channel 521, it realizes a leap through the second opening 151, thereby entering the cathode side 16 and flowing into the second channel 531. Since one side opening of the second channel 531 located on the cathode side 16 faces the opening 131, the unreacted liquid can flow out of the stamped monopolar plate 1 and flow into the liquid inlet 132a of the next stamped monopolar plate 1, so that the unreacted liquid continues to react in the reaction zone 14 of the next stamped monopolar plate 1.

[0057] When multiple stamped monopolar plates 1 of the embodiments of the present application are assembled into an electrolytic cell, the number of times the liquid flows through the reaction zone 14 in the electrolytic cell can be increased, so that the liquid can fully undergo electrolysis reaction in the electrolytic cell, which is beneficial to improving the working performance of the electrolytic cell.

[0058] In a specific embodiment, as shown in Figure 9, at the liquid inlet 132a, the inlet of the first channel 521 is aligned with the second opening 151 along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, and at the liquid outlet 132b, the outlet of the first channel 521 is aligned with the second opening 151 along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, so that the liquid can accurately flow into the first channel 521 from the second opening 151, or flow out of the second opening 151 from the first channel 521, and increase the flow rate of the fluid, while also reducing the possibility of liquid reflux.

[0059] Specifically, as shown in Figure 9, at the liquid inlet 132a and the liquid outlet 132b, since the first channel 521 connects the reaction zone 14 with the second opening 151, and the second channel 531 connects the opening 131 with the second opening 151, the first jump-layer component 52 covers the second sealing groove 112 and the second opening 151 along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, and the second jump-layer component 53 covers the first sealing groove 111 along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1. When the first jump-layer component 52 is installed on the stamped plate body 11, the third rib 112a and the fourth rib 112b protrude toward the cathode side 16 relative to the stamped plate body 11, and the first jump-layer component 52 abuts against the bottom wall of the second sealing groove 112. When the second jump-layer component 53 is installed on the stamped plate body 11, the first rib 111a and the second rib 111b protrude toward the anode side 12 relative to the stamped plate body 11, and the second jump-layer component 53 abuts against the bottom wall of the first sealing groove 111. Therefore, the opening of the first sealing groove 111 faces the anode side 12, and the opening of the second sealing groove 112 faces the cathode side 16.

[0060] At the same time, the opening of the first sealing groove 111 faces the anode side 12, so that the first seal 41 and the first jump layer component 52 are located on the anode side 12 of the stamped unipolar plate 1. The first seal 41 can reduce the possibility of liquid flowing from the outside of the second channel 531 into the reaction zone 14, thereby improving the reliability of the seal of the opening 131 of the liquid inlet 132a. The opening of the second sealing groove 112 faces the cathode side 16, so that the second seal 42 and the second jump layer component 53 are located on the cathode side 16 of the stamped unipolar plate 1. The second seal 42 can prevent liquid from flowing into the reaction zone 14 on the cathode side 16, and can also reduce the possibility of gas in the reaction zone 14 on the cathode side 16 flowing into the liquid inlet 132a, thereby improving the reliability of the seal of the liquid inlet 132a.

[0061] In a specific embodiment, as shown in Figures 4-6, the first opening region 132 includes a gas outlet 132c, and the first channel 521 opens toward the opening 131 to connect the second opening 151 and the opening 131, thereby enabling gas to flow out of the reaction zone 14 located on the cathode side 16. Specifically, the gas outlet 132c also includes a second channel 531 of the second jump layer component 53. Along the thickness direction of the stamped unipolar plate 1, the first channel 521 is located on the anode side 12, and the second channel 531 is located on the cathode side 16. The opening on one side of the second channel 531 faces the reaction zone 14 located on the cathode side 16, thereby enabling gas to flow out of the stamped unipolar plate 1.

[0062] As shown in Figures 4-6 and 11, at the gas outlet 132c, after gas is generated on the cathode side 16 of the reaction zone 14, it flows out of the reaction zone 14 through the second channel 531 located on the cathode side 16. After flowing out of the second channel 531, the gas is transferred through the second opening 151 to enter the anode side 12 and flow into the first channel 521. Because the opening of the first channel 521 located on the anode side 12 faces the opening 131, the gas can flow out of the stamped unipolar plate 1. When multiple stamped unipolar plates 1 according to embodiments of the present application are assembled into an electrolytic cell, the gas from each stamped unipolar plate 1 flows out of the gas outlet 132c and converges together for subsequent collection.

[0063] In a specific embodiment, as shown in FIG11 , at the gas outlet 132 c , the inlet of the first channel 521 is aligned with the second opening 151 along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1 , so that the gas can accurately flow from the second opening 151 into the first channel 521 , thereby increasing the flow rate of the gas and reducing the possibility of gas backflow.

[0064] Specifically, as shown in Figure 11, at the air outlet 132c, since the first channel 521 connects the opening 131 and the second opening 151, and the second channel 531 connects the reaction area 14 and the second opening 151, the first jump layer component 52 covers the first sealing groove 111 and the second opening 151 along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, and the second jump layer component 53 covers the second sealing groove 112 and the second opening 151 along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1. When the first jump-layer component 52 is installed on the stamped plate body 11, the first rib 111a and the second rib 111b protrude toward the cathode side 16 relative to the stamped plate body 11, and the first jump-layer component 52 abuts against the bottom wall of the first sealing groove 111. When the second jump-layer component 53 is installed on the stamped plate body 11, the third rib 112a and the fourth rib 112b protrude toward the anode side 12 relative to the stamped plate body 11, and the second jump-layer component 53 abuts against the bottom wall of the second sealing groove 112. Therefore, the opening of the first sealing groove 111 faces the cathode side 16, and the opening of the second sealing groove 112 faces the anode side 12.

[0065] At the same time, the opening of the first sealing groove 111 faces the cathode side 16, so that the first seal 41 and the second jump layer component 53 are located on the cathode side 16 of the stamped unipolar plate 1. The first seal 41 can reduce the possibility of gas flowing from the outside of the first channel 521 into the reaction zone 14, thereby improving the reliability of the seal at the opening 131 of the gas outlet 132c. The opening of the second sealing groove 112 faces the anode side 12, so that the second seal 42 and the first jump layer component 52 are located on the anode side 12 of the stamped unipolar plate 1. The second seal 42 can prevent gas from flowing into the reaction zone 14 on the anode side 12, and can also reduce the possibility of liquid in the reaction zone 14 on the anode side 12 flowing into the gas outlet 132c, thereby improving the reliability of the seal at the liquid inlet 132a.

[0066] In a specific embodiment, the first jump layer component 52 and the second jump layer component 53 both include a jump layer plate, which is located between the corresponding opening 131 and the reaction zone 14, wherein the first channel 521 and the second channel 531 are both arranged on the jump layer plate, so that at least part of the first jump layer component 52 and the second jump layer component 53 can introduce or export the fluid into or out of the reaction zone 14 while sealing the opening 131.

[0067] Along the length of the stamped monopolar plate 1, one side of the first channel 521 has an opening, while the other side is not. The opening of the first channel 521 is used to allow fluid to flow in or out, while the side of the first channel 521 that is not provided with an opening is used to block fluid flow, allowing fluid to flow into the second opening 151 for layering.

[0068] Along the length of the stamped unipolar plate 1, a second channel 531 penetrates the jump plate of the second jump component 53. The second channel 531 is used to transmit fluid to the side of the second opening 151 facing the cathode side 16, allowing the fluid to jump through the second opening 151. Furthermore, the second channel 531 penetrating the jump plate facilitates processing, helping to reduce the production cost of the second jump component 53.

[0069] In one possible embodiment, one side of the second channel 531 has an opening and the other side has no opening, so that the side of the second channel 531 without an opening is used to block the flow of fluid, so that the first channel 521, the second channel 531 and the second opening 151 are aligned in the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1 in the liquid inlet 132a; in the liquid outlet 132b, the outlet of the first channel 521, the inlet of the second channel 531 and the second opening 151 are aligned in the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1; in the gas outlet 132c, the inlet of the first channel 521, the outlet of the second channel 531 and the second opening 151 are aligned in the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1.

[0070] In a specific embodiment, as shown in Figures 4-6, the second opening region 133 includes two liquid ports 133a and a gas port 133b. The liquid port 133a is used to transfer liquid that does not flow into the stamped unipolar plate 1 to the first opening region 132 of the adjacent stamped unipolar plate 1, allowing the fluid to flow into the reaction zone 14 of the adjacent stamped unipolar plate 1 for reaction, thereby improving the operating efficiency of the electrolyzer. The gas port 133b is used to transfer gas generated by adjacent stamped unipolar plates 1, so that the gas generated by each stamped unipolar plate 1 is collected together for easy collection.

[0071] As shown in FIG4-FIG6 and FIG10, at the liquid outlet 133a, since the opening 131 is not connected to the reaction zone 14 of the anode side 12, the partition component 6 is located on both sides of the liquid outlet 133a along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1. On the anode side 12, the partition component 6 covers the first sealing groove 111. When the partition component 6 is installed on the stamped plate body 11, the first rib 111a and the second rib 111b protrude toward the cathode side 16 relative to the stamped plate body 11, and the partition component 6 abuts against the bottom wall of the first sealing groove 111; on the cathode side 16, the partition component 6 covers the second sealing groove 112. When the partition component 6 is installed on the stamped plate body 11, the third rib 112a and the fourth rib 112b protrude toward the anode side 12 relative to the stamped plate body 11, and the partition component 6 abuts against the bottom wall of the second sealing groove 112. Therefore, the opening of the first sealing groove 111 faces the cathode side 16, and the opening of the second sealing groove 112 faces the anode side 12.

[0072] At the same time, the opening of the first sealing groove 111 faces the cathode side 16, allowing the first seal 41 to be located on the cathode side 16. The partition member 6 located on the anode side 12 and the first seal 41 are used to seal the opening 131 of the liquid port 133a, reducing the possibility of liquid in the liquid port 133a flowing into the stamped monopolar plate 1 and improving the sealing performance of the liquid port 133a. The opening of the second sealing groove 112 faces the anode side 12, allowing the second seal 42 to be located on the anode side 12. The partition member 6 located on the cathode side 16 and the second seal 42 are used to seal the opening 131 of the liquid port 133a, reducing the possibility of fluid in the reaction zone 14 flowing into the opening 131. The second seal 42 is used to prevent liquid leakage from the reaction zone 14, and the partition member 6 located on the cathode side 16 is used to prevent gas leakage from the reaction zone 14. Therefore, the sealing reliability of the liquid port 133a is improved by the first seal 41, the second seal 42, and the two partition members 6.

[0073] As shown in FIG4-FIG6 and FIG12, at the gas port 133b, since the cavity 131 is not connected to the reaction zone 14 on the cathode side 16, the partition component 6 is located on both sides of the gas port 133b along the thickness direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1. On the anode side 12, the partition component 6 covers the second sealing groove 112. When the partition component 6 is installed on the stamped plate body 11, the third rib 112a and the fourth rib 112b protrude toward the cathode side 16 relative to the stamped plate body 11, and the partition component 6 abuts against the bottom wall of the second sealing groove 112; on the cathode side 16, the partition component 6 covers the first sealing groove 111. When the partition component 6 is installed on the stamped plate body 11, the first rib 111a and the second rib 111b protrude toward the anode side 12 relative to the stamped plate body 11, and the partition component 6 abuts against the bottom wall of the first sealing groove 111. Therefore, the opening of the first sealing groove 111 faces the anode side 12, and the opening of the second sealing groove 112 faces the cathode side 16.

[0074] At the same time, the opening of the first sealing groove 111 faces the anode side 12, allowing the first seal 41 to be located on the anode side 12. The partition member 6 on the cathode side 16 and the first seal 41 are used to seal the opening 131 of the gas port 133b, reducing the possibility of gas in the gas port 133b flowing into the stamped monopolar plate 1 and improving the sealing performance of the gas port 133b. The opening of the second sealing groove 112 faces the cathode side 16, allowing the second seal 42 to be located on the anode side 12. The partition member 6 on the anode side 12 and the second seal 42 are used to seal the opening 131 of the gas port 133b, reducing the possibility of fluid in the reaction zone 14 flowing into the opening 131. The second seal 42 is used to prevent gas leakage from the reaction zone 14, and the partition member 6 on the cathode side 16 is used to prevent liquid leakage from the reaction zone 14. Therefore, the sealing reliability of the gas port 133b is improved by the first seal 41, the second seal 42, and the two partition members 6.

[0075] As shown in Figure 2, when multiple stamped monopolar plates 1 of embodiments of the present application are assembled into an electrolytic cell, as shown in Figures 1 to 4 and 13, Figures 3, 4 and 13 are two adjacent stamped monopolar plates 1. During the assembly process into the electrolytic cell, the cathode side 16 of the stamped monopolar plate 1 and the anode side 12 of the adjacent stamped monopolar plate 1 face the same exchange membrane 3, so that during the operation of the electrolytic cell, water flows into the anode side 12 of the reaction zone 14 of each stamped monopolar plate 1 through the liquid inlet 132a, and hydrogen is generated on the cathode side 16 of the reaction zone 14. The hydrogen flows out through the gas outlet 132c, and the oxygen and the reacted water flow out from the liquid outlet 132b.

[0076] Specifically, as shown in Figures 3, 4 and 13, the reaction zone 14 of the stamped monopolar plate 1 in the present application is an S-shaped structure, and only one liquid inlet 132a and one liquid outlet 132b are provided on the stamped monopolar plate 1. Therefore, in the process of assembling the electrolytic cell, in order to enable the liquid to flow into the reaction zone 14 located on the anode side 12 on the adjacent stamped monopolar plate 1 for reaction, the positions of the liquid inlet 132a and the liquid outlet 132b on the adjacent stamped monopolar plate 1 are adjusted so that the liquid inlet 133a on the adjacent stamped monopolar plate 1 is aligned with the liquid inlet 132a and the liquid outlet 132b of the stamped monopolar plate 1 along the thickness direction of the electrolytic cell, and the liquid inlet 132a and the liquid outlet 132b on the adjacent stamped monopolar plate 1 are aligned with the liquid inlet 133a of the stamped monopolar plate 1 along the thickness direction of the electrolytic cell.

[0077] Similarly, during the process of assembling the electrolytic cell, in order to enable the gas to flow out of the reaction zone 14 on the cathode side 16 on the stamped monopolar plate 1, the positions of the gas outlet 132c and the gas through-port 133b located on the adjacent stamped monopolar plate 1 are adjusted so that the gas through-port 133b on the adjacent stamped monopolar plate 1 is aligned with the gas outlet 132c of the stamped monopolar plate 1 in the thickness direction of the electrolytic cell, and the gas outlet 132c on the adjacent stamped monopolar plate 1 is aligned with the gas through-port 133b of the stamped monopolar plate 1 in the thickness direction of the electrolytic cell.

[0078] After the liquid flows into the electrolytic cell, part of the liquid flows into the stamped monopolar plate 1 through the liquid inlet 132a of the stamped monopolar plate 1 for electrolytic reaction. The excess liquid passes through the liquid inlet 132a and the liquid outlet 133a of the adjacent stamped monopolar plate 1 in sequence, and flows into the liquid inlet 132a of the next stamped monopolar plate 1 for electrolytic reaction. At the same time, the unreacted fluid in the reaction zone 14 flows out from the liquid outlet 132b of the stamped monopolar plate 1, flows through the liquid outlet 133a of the adjacent stamped monopolar plate 1 to the liquid inlet 132a of the next stamped monopolar plate 1 for electrolytic reaction, or flows into the liquid outlet 132b of the next stamped monopolar plate 1. After the unreacted fluid is collected, it enters the electrolytic cell again for electrolytic reaction, thereby realizing liquid circulation.

[0079] In addition, the gas outlet 132c of the stamped unipolar plate 1 and the gas outlet 133b of the adjacent stamped unipolar plate 1 are aligned along the thickness direction of the stamped unipolar plate 1. The gas outlet 133b of the stamped unipolar plate 1 and the gas outlet 132c of the adjacent stamped unipolar plate 1 are aligned along the thickness direction of the stamped unipolar plate 1. When gas is generated on the cathode side 16 of the reaction zone 14, the gas flows out of the stamped unipolar plate 1 through the gas outlet 132c of the stamped unipolar plate 1 and connects to the gas outlet 132c of the next stamped unipolar plate 1 through the gas outlet 133b of the adjacent stamped unipolar plate 1. This allows all gases generated in the electrolytic cell to be gathered in one place, while also effectively separating the gas from the liquid for easy collection.

[0080] Therefore, while the electrolytic cell is aligned by the seal 4 to improve the sealing effect, it ensures that the liquid inlet 132a, liquid outlet 132b and gas outlet 132c of each stamped monopolar plate 1 are connected to the reaction zone 14, so that after the liquid flows into the electrolytic cell, it can flow in the reaction zone 14 on the anode side 12 of each stamped monopolar plate 1 and generate gas in the reaction zone 14 on the cathode side 16 of each stamped monopolar plate 1, which is beneficial to improving the working efficiency of the electrolytic cell.

[0081] Specifically, the electrolytic cell includes a first stamped unipolar plate and a second stamped unipolar plate with different structures, which are spaced apart along the thickness direction. The structure of the first stamped unipolar plate is shown in FIG4 , and the structure of the second stamped unipolar plate is shown in FIG13 .

[0082] As can be seen from Figures 4 and 13 , the stamped plate body 11 is rectangular and has intersecting first and second diagonals. The liquid inlet 132a and liquid outlet 132b of the first stamped unipolar plate are located on the first diagonal of the stamped plate body 11, while the liquid inlet 132a and liquid outlet 132b of the second stamped unipolar plate are located on the second diagonal of the stamped plate body 11. The two liquid outlets 133a of the first stamped unipolar plate are located on the second diagonal of the stamped plate body 11, while the two liquid outlets 133a of the second stamped unipolar plate are located on the first diagonal of the stamped plate body 11.

[0083] In the first stamped monopolar plate, the gas outlet 132c and the gas passage 133b are located on both sides of the reaction zone 14 along the length direction, and the gas outlet 132c is located between the liquid outlet 132b and the liquid passage 133a located on the second diagonal line, and the gas passage 133b is located between the liquid inlet 132a and another liquid passage 133a located on the second diagonal line. Along the length direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, the liquid inlet 132a, the gas passage 133b and one liquid passage 133a are located on the same side of the reaction zone 14, and the liquid outlet 132b, the gas outlet 132c and the other liquid passage 133a are located on the other side of the reaction zone 14.

[0084] Correspondingly, in the second stamped monopolar plate, the gas outlet 132c and the gas passage 133b are located on both sides of the reaction zone 14 along the length direction, and the gas outlet 132c is located between the liquid outlet 132b and the liquid passage 133a located on the first diagonal line, and the gas passage 133b is located between the liquid inlet 132a and the other liquid passage 133a located on the first diagonal line, and along the length direction of the stamped monopolar plate 1, the liquid inlet 132a, the gas passage 133b and the one liquid passage 133a are located on the same side of the reaction zone 14, and the liquid outlet 132b, the gas outlet 132c and the other liquid passage 133a are located on the other side of the reaction zone 14.
