[0043] The technical solution of this embodiment will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and through specific implementation methods.

[0044] As shown in Figures 1 to 11, this embodiment provides a method for preparing a curved sleeve and a garment with curved sleeves. The curved sleeve includes a first sleeve piece 10 and a second sleeve piece 20. The first sleeve piece 10 is provided with a first sleeve bottom 101 and a first sleeve back 102. The second sleeve piece 20 is provided with a second sleeve bottom 201 and a second sleeve back 202. The curvature of the first sleeve bottom 101 and the curvature of the second sleeve bottom 201 are the same, and the curvature of the first sleeve back 102 and the curvature of the second sleeve back 202 are the same, both of which conform to the natural curvature of the arm when the human body leans forward. In another aspect, the method for preparing a garment with curved sleeves includes:

[0045] S1. Formulate the waistline 301, the front collar, the back collar, the front armhole 317 and the back armhole 327 to complete the production of the garment piece 300;

[0046] S2, after replicating the front armhole 317 and the back armhole 327 on the garment piece 300, make the sleeve cap arc 430 of the curved sleeve;

[0047] S3. Develop a sleeve bottom line 510, a sleeve bottom reference line 520, and a sleeve back reference line 530 based on the sleeve cap arc line 430, and determine the cutting dimensions of the first sleeve piece 10 and the second sleeve piece 20 of the curved sleeve based on the sleeve bottom reference line 520 and the sleeve back reference line 530.

[0048] S4. Sew the first sleeve piece 10, the second sleeve piece 20 and the two garment pieces 300 into a curved sleeve garment.

[0049] In this embodiment, the entire structure of the curved sleeve is completed by sewing the first sleeve piece 10 and the second sleeve piece 20 together. The first sleeve piece 10 is provided with a first sleeve bottom 101 and a first sleeve back 102, and the second sleeve piece 20 is provided with a second sleeve bottom 201 and a second sleeve back 202. The first sleeve bottom 101 and the second sleeve bottom 201 have the same curvature, and the first sleeve back 102 and the second sleeve back 202 have the same curvature. All four curvatures conform to the natural curvature of the human arm when leaning forward. Thus, the design of the sleeve shape of the first sleeve piece 10 and the second sleeve piece 20 alone can give the curved sleeve a natural sleeve shape that allows for a forward leaning posture, effectively improving the user experience, and increasing production efficiency and yield. On the other hand, for the curved sleeve garment, the garment piece 300 can be quickly and efficiently manufactured by sequentially establishing the waistline 301, the front collar, and the back collar. The sewing of the two garment pieces 300 completes the main structure of the curved sleeve garment. By replicating the front armhole 317 and the back armhole 327 on the garment piece 300, the sleeve cap arc 430 can be produced. According to the position of the sleeve cap arc 430, the sleeve bottom line 510, the sleeve bottom reference line 520 and the sleeve back reference line 530 are correspondingly formulated. The cutting size of the first sleeve piece 10 and the second sleeve piece 20 can be quickly confirmed to ensure the accurate connection between the two and the garment piece 300.

[0050] The structure of the curved sleeve in this embodiment is described below.

[0051] As shown in Figures 1 to 5, in this embodiment, the curved sleeve includes a first sleeve piece 10 and a second sleeve piece 20, and the first sleeve piece 10 is provided with a first sleeve bottom 101, a first sleeve back 102, a first cuff 103 and a first shoulder opening 104, and the second sleeve piece 20 is provided with a second sleeve bottom 201, a second sleeve back 202, a second cuff 203 and a second shoulder opening 204.

[0052] In this embodiment, the first sleeve base 101 and the first sleeve back 102 are both curved, and the length of the first sleeve base 101 is shorter than the length of the first sleeve back 102. Similarly, the second sleeve base 201 and the second sleeve back 202 are both curved, and the length of the second sleeve base 201 is shorter than the length of the second sleeve back 202. Furthermore, the length and curvature of the first sleeve base 101 and the second sleeve base 201 are identical, and the length and curvature of the first sleeve back 102 and the second sleeve back 202 are identical, thereby ensuring that corresponding two of the four elements can be sewn together to form a curved sleeve. The curvature of the first sleeve base 101, the second sleeve base 201, the first sleeve back 102, and the second sleeve back 202 all conform to the natural curvature of the human arm when leaning forward, thereby ensuring a comfortable fit for the user, simplifying the structure of the curved sleeve, and ensuring that it naturally adapts to the movement of the human arm when leaning forward, thereby improving comfort. Optionally, the length of the first cuff 103 is the same as the length of the second cuff 203. The first cuff 103 is located between the first sleeve bottom 101 and the first sleeve back 102, and the second cuff 203 is located between the second sleeve bottom 201 and the second sleeve back 202, for the user's hand movement. The first shoulder opening 104 is configured as a convex structure, located at the end of the first sleeve bottom 101 and the first sleeve back 102 away from the first cuff 103, and the second shoulder opening 204 is configured as a concave structure, located at the end of the second sleeve bottom 201 and the second sleeve back 202 away from the second cuff 203. In this embodiment, the first shoulder opening 104 and the second shoulder opening 204 are both connected to the garment body 300 to ensure the stable sewing of the curved sleeve in the garment. Optionally, the first shoulder opening 104 is located on the outside of the curved sleeve to protect the side of the user's arm away from the body and the shoulder, while the second shoulder opening 204 is located on the inside of the curved sleeve near the garment body 300 to protect the inside of the user's arm.

[0053] The following describes the method for preparing the curved sleeve garment in the present embodiment.

[0054] 6 to 11 , the method for preparing the curved sleeve garment in this embodiment includes:

[0055] S1. Formulate the waistline 301, the front collar, the back collar, the front armhole 317 and the back armhole 327 to complete the production of the garment piece 300;

[0056] S2, after replicating the front armhole 317 and the back armhole 327 on the garment piece 300, make the sleeve cap arc 430 of the curved sleeve;

[0058] S4. Sew the first sleeve piece 10, the second sleeve piece 20 and the two garment pieces 300 into a curved sleeve garment.

[0059] As shown in FIG6 , step S1 includes:

[0060] S1.1. A waistline 301 is drawn horizontally, and a front centerline 304 and a back centerline 305 are drawn perpendicular to the waistline 301 at both ends of the waistline 301;

[0061] S1.2. Develop a chest line 306 parallel to the waist line 301, set a first reference point 307 at the midpoint of the chest line 306, and develop a front panel side seam line 302 and a back panel side seam line 303 with the first reference point 307 as the starting point.

[0062] S1.3. Setting a second reference point 308 in the vertical direction at a first preset distance from the first reference point 307;

[0063] S1.4. A front open collar is provided at the top of the front center line 304, and a rear open collar is provided at the top of the rear center line 305;

[0064] S1.5. A front armhole 317 is defined based on the front collar and the second reference point 308 , and a back armhole 327 is defined based on the back collar and the first reference point 307 , thereby completing the production of the garment piece 300 .

[0065] For example, in this embodiment, the length of waistline 301 is set to the user's chest circumference length / 2 + 4cm. For example, if the user's chest circumference is 88cm, the length of waistline 301 is 88cm / 2 + 4cm = 48cm. The length of front centerline 304 is equal to the length of the human front waist segment, which is set to 41cm in this embodiment. Similarly, the length of back centerline 305 is equal to the length of the human back waist segment, which is set to 40cm in this embodiment. Optionally, chest line 306 and waistline 301 are separated by a certain distance, which is 15.5cm in this embodiment. This also allows the position of first reference point 307 to be determined, and second reference point 308 is set vertically at a first preset distance to be used for subsequent armhole size drawing. Optionally, two front side seams 302 and back side seams 303 with an angled starting point are established with first reference point 307 as the starting point to serve as the side seams of the front and back panels. The angle is used to set the waist suction, and the value can be set as needed.

[0066] A first set line with a length of chest circumference / 4 is drawn horizontally at the endpoint of the front center line 304. Optionally, the intersection of the first set line and the front center line 304 is set as a first intersection point 311, and a front straight collar point 312 is set on the front center line 304 at a distance of 7 cm from the first intersection point 311. A front horizontal collar point 313 is set on the first set line at a distance of 6.8 cm from the first intersection point 311. An arc is thus formed connecting the front straight collar point 312 and the front horizontal collar point 313 to form a front collar line 314, thereby achieving the setting of a front collar in the garment piece 300 of the curved sleeve garment.

[0067] A second set line with a length of chest circumference / 4 is drawn horizontally at the endpoint of rear centerline 305. Optionally, the intersection of the second set line and rear centerline 305 is set as second intersection point 321, and a rear straight collar point 322 is set on rear centerline 305 at a distance of 2.5 cm from second intersection point 321. A rear horizontal collar point 323 is set on the second set line at a distance of 7.5 cm from second intersection point 321. An arc connects rear straight collar point 322 and rear horizontal collar point 323 to form rear collar line 324, thereby achieving the rear collar setting in garment piece 300 of the curved sleeve garment. Connecting the two front collars and the two rear collars of the two garment pieces 300 can complete the neckline setting of the curved sleeve garment.

[0068] As shown in Figure 6, with the front horizontal collar point 313 as the starting point, draw a front shoulder width line 315 with an angle of 22° to the first set line and a length of 12.4 cm, and draw a first extension line 316 with a length of 2 cm in the horizontal direction from the end point of the front shoulder width line 315 toward the front center line 304, and with the end point of the first extension line 316 as the starting point, draw a perpendicular line in the vertical direction and intersect the oblique line where the second reference point 308 is located at one point, take the midpoint of the line connecting this point and the end point of the first extension line 316, the second reference point 308 and the end point of the front shoulder width line 315, and connect them with an arc to form a front armhole 317, which is convenient for the subsequent connection of the curved sleeve.

[0069] Similarly, with the front and back horizontal collar point 323 as the starting point, draw a back shoulder width line 325 with an angle of 19° to the second setting line and a length of 12.7 cm, and draw a second extension line 326 with a length of 1.5 cm in the horizontal direction from the end point of the back shoulder width line 325 toward the back center line 305, and with the end point of the second extension line 326 as the starting point, draw a perpendicular line in the vertical direction and intersect the chest line 306 at one point, take the midpoint of the line connecting this point and the end point of the second extension line 326, the first reference point 307 and the end point of the back shoulder width line 325, and connect them with an arc to form a back armhole 327, which is convenient for the subsequent connection of the curved sleeves, thereby completing the overall setting of the garment piece 300.

[0070] Step S2 includes:

[0071] S2.1. Re-engraving the front armhole 317 as the front armhole auxiliary line 317', and re-engraving the back armhole 327 as the back armhole auxiliary line 327', so that one end of the front armhole auxiliary line 317' and the back armhole auxiliary line 327' coincide with the third reference point 402;

[0072] S2.2. Set a sleeve cap fixed point 401 vertically at a second predetermined distance from the third reference point 402, connect the sleeve cap fixed point 401 and the third reference point 402, and extend the sleeve midline 413 to define the sleeve. Also, define a sleeve fat line 412 perpendicular to the sleeve midline 413 at the third reference point 402.

[0073] S2.3. Draw a circle with the sleeve cap fixed point 401 as the center and the distance between the third reference point 402 and the corner point of the back armhole auxiliary line 327' as the radius, intersecting the sleeve fat line 412 at the third intersection point 403.

[0074] S2.4. Draw a circle with the sleeve cap fixed point 401 as the center and the distance between the third reference point 402 and the corner point of the front armhole auxiliary line 317' as the radius, intersecting the sleeve fat line 412 at the fourth intersection point 404;

[0075] S2.5. Create the sleeve cap arc 430 of the curved sleeve based on the third intersection 403 and the fourth intersection 404.

[0076] As shown in Figure 7, the front armhole 317, the back armhole 327, the front shoulder width line 315 and the back shoulder width line 325 are copied respectively to make the front armhole auxiliary line 317', the back armhole auxiliary line 327', the front shoulder width auxiliary line 315' and the back shoulder width auxiliary line 325' to set the relevant dimensions of the curved sleeve. Optionally, the front armhole auxiliary line 317' and the back armhole auxiliary line 327' intersect at the third reference point 402, and the sleeve cap fixed point 401 is set vertically upward and spaced apart from the third reference point 402. Exemplarily, the length of the sleeve cap height line 411 after the sleeve cap fixed point 401 and the third reference point 402 are connected is the value of (the length of the front armhole auxiliary line 317'+the length of the back armhole auxiliary line 327') / 3. The sleeve cap height line 411 is extended to draw the sleeve center line 413. In this embodiment, the length of the sleeve center line 413 is set to 59cm. Optionally, a sleeve excess line 412 is set at the third reference point 402 and extends leftward and rightward along the horizontal direction, and the third reference point 402 is located at the midpoint of the sleeve excess line 412 .

[0077] As shown in Figures 8 and 7 , with the sleeve cap fixed point 401 as the center, and the distance between the intersection of the third reference point 402, the front armhole auxiliary line 317', and the front shoulder width auxiliary line 315' as the radius, and the distance between the intersection of the third reference point 402, the armhole auxiliary line 327', and the back shoulder width auxiliary line 325' as the radius, a circle is drawn, and intersects with the sleeve width line 412 at the fourth intersection 404 and the third intersection 403, and then the sleeve cap fixed point 401 and the third intersection 403, as well as the sleeve cap fixed point 401 and the fourth intersection 404, are connected to formulate the back sleeve cap oblique line 421 and the front sleeve cap oblique line 422. A sleeve cap arc line 430 is drawn through the sleeve cap fixed point 401, the back sleeve cap oblique line 421, and the front sleeve cap oblique line 422 to prepare for the subsequent shoulder size of the curved sleeve. Alternatively, parallel lines are drawn 17 cm apart downward from the sleeve fat line 412 to define a sleeve elbow line 415, and a line parallel to the sleeve fat line 412 is drawn at the bottom end of the sleeve center line 413 to define a cuff line 414. Alternatively, parallel lines are drawn to the sleeve center line 413 starting from the third intersection 403 and the fourth intersection 404 to serve as sleeve bottom seam lines.

[0078] Optionally, step S3 includes:

[0079] S3.1. A sleeve bottom line 510 parallel to the sleeve center line 413 is provided on one side of the sleeve center line 413 , and the sleeve bottom line 510 intersects with the sleeve fat line 412 at a fifth intersection 501 .

[0080] S3.2. A sleeve bottom reference line 520 parallel to the sleeve bottom line 510 is provided at a distance from the sleeve center line 413 , and the sleeve bottom reference line 520 intersects the sleeve cap arc line 430 at a sixth intersection 502 .

[0081] S3.4. A sleeve back reference line 530 is disposed parallel to the sleeve bottom line 510 and spaced apart from the sleeve bottom line 510 where the sleeve center line 413 is disposed. The sleeve back reference line 530 intersects the sleeve cap arc line 430 at a seventh intersection 503, and the sleeve center line 413 is located between the sleeve bottom line 510 and the sleeve back reference line 530.

[0082] S3.5. Develop a symmetrical sleeve cap arc 430 that passes through the fifth intersection 501, the sixth intersection 502, and the seventh intersection 503 in sequence for the arc of the second shoulder opening 204 of the second sleeve piece 20;

[0083] S3.6. A first sleeve bottom arc 521 and a second sleeve bottom arc 522 are spaced apart on both sides of the sleeve bottom reference line 520, and a first sleeve back arc 531 and a second sleeve back arc 532 are spaced apart on both sides of the sleeve back reference line 530. The curvatures of the first sleeve bottom arc 521 and the second sleeve bottom arc 522 are the same, and the curvatures of the first sleeve back arc 531 and the second sleeve back arc 532 are the same, so as to determine the cutting sizes of the first sleeve piece 10 and the second sleeve piece 20 in the curved sleeve.

[0084] As shown in Figure 9, a line parallel to the sleeve centerline 413 is drawn on the right side of the sleeve centerline 413 to form a sleeve base line 510. The intersection of the sleeve base line 510 and the sleeve fat line 412 is set as the fifth intersection 501. For example, the distance between the sleeve centerline 413 and the sleeve base line 510 is set to 4 cm. Starting from the midpoint of the line connecting the fifth intersection 501 and the fourth intersection 404, a line parallel to the sleeve base line 510 is drawn to form a sleeve bottom reference line 520. The sleeve bottom reference line 520 is extended until it intersects the sleeve cap arc 430 at the sixth intersection 502. Similarly, starting from the midpoint of the line connecting the fifth intersection 501 and the third intersection 403, a line parallel to the sleeve base line 510 is drawn to form a sleeve back reference line 530. The sleeve back reference line 530 is extended until it intersects the sleeve cap arc 430 at the seventh intersection 503. Therefore, the sleeve cap arc 430 is symmetrically arranged to pass through the fifth intersection 501 , the sixth intersection 502 and the seventh intersection 503 , thereby obtaining a downwardly concave curve.

[0085] In this embodiment, the intervals between the first sleeve bottom arc 521 and the sleeve bottom reference line 520, as well as the intervals between the second sleeve bottom arc 522 and the sleeve bottom reference line 520, are the same, and the intervals between the first sleeve back arc 531 and the sleeve back reference line 530, as well as the intervals between the second sleeve back arc 532 and the sleeve back reference line 530 are the same, and the first sleeve bottom arc 521 and the second sleeve bottom arc 522 are both set to be concave inward, and the first sleeve back arc 531 and the second sleeve back arc 532 are both set to be convex outward, and the curvatures of the four are consistent with the natural bending curvature of the arm when the human body leans forward, so as to facilitate the subsequent bending of the bent sleeve to meet the user's bent arm use.

[0086] To prevent the sleeve bottom seam from being exposed, the bottom seams need to be drawn in parallel. A first sleeve bottom arc 521 and a second sleeve bottom arc 522 are drawn parallel to each other, 3 cm apart, on either side of the sleeve bottom reference line 520. The spacing between the first and second sleeve bottom arcs and the sleeve bottom reference line 520 remains constant, at 3 cm. Similarly, a first sleeve back arc 531 and a second sleeve back arc 532 are drawn parallel to each other, 3 cm apart, on either side of the sleeve back reference line 530, on the upper section of the sleeve elbow line 415. The lower sections of the first and second sleeve back arcs 531 and 532 are drawn parallel to each other, 1.5 cm apart, to ensure the cuff size.

[0087] In conjunction with shown in Figure 10 and Figure 11, respectively copy the first sleeve bottom arc 521, the second sleeve bottom arc 522, the first sleeve back arc 531 and the second sleeve back arc 532 to obtain the first sleeve bottom auxiliary arc 521', the second sleeve bottom auxiliary arc 522', the first sleeve back auxiliary arc 531' and the second sleeve back auxiliary arc 532', and copy the sleeve cap arc 430 and the second shoulder opening 204 radian of the second sleeve piece 20 symmetrical with the sleeve cap arc 430. In conjunction with shown in Figure 1-Figure 5, the first sleeve bottom 101, the first sleeve back 102, the first cuff 103 and the first shoulder opening 104 of the first sleeve piece 10, and the second sleeve bottom 201, the second sleeve back 202, the second cuff 203 and the second shoulder opening 204 of the second sleeve piece 20 are obtained to achieve the sewing of the curved sleeve. The two curved sleeves and the two garment pieces 300 are sewn in sequence to complete the production of the curved sleeve garment.
