Abstract
Description
[0001] Holding device for the rotatable mounting of a component on a support rail
[0002] Description:
[0003] The invention relates to a holding device for the rotatable mounting of a component on a support rail. The holding device is constructed in several pieces and comprises a rail element for fastening the holding device to the support rail, as well as a connecting element, with the component being coupled to the connecting element. If the component is a light or an emergency light, the unit between the holding device and the component forms a light or an emergency light.
[0004] Previously known holding devices for components on a support rail are extremely limited in their ability to rotate the component coupled thereto. Figure 8 shows such a holding device 1010 from the prior art. However, the connecting element 1200 can only be brought into two different orientations (rotated 0° / 180°; rotated 90° / 270°) relative to the rail element 1100 of the holding device 1010. Therefore, with this known holding device 1010, the electrical component coupled to the mounting element 1240 of the connecting element 1200 can only be aligned in these limited orientations. The connecting element 1200 is brought into the desired possible orientation by means of a rotation position adjustment device 1300 and locked in this orientation relative to the rail element 1100.
[0005] The rotational position adjustment device 1300 comprises locking and positioning means 1320 of the connecting element 1200, which are arranged at the upper end region 1210 of the connecting element 1200, a substantially cam-shaped orientation disc 1310, which interacts with the locking and positioning means 1320 and fixes it in a set orientation in conjunction with an orientation fixing plate 1330 and an associated screw 1331, and a locking nut 1340, which interacts with the thread of the locking and positioning means 1320 and thus couples the connecting element 1200 to the rail element 1100.The locking and positioning means 1320 of the connecting element 1200 have two opposing orientation slots, which are designed to be complementary to locking lugs of the orientation disc 1310, and thus allow the positioning of the connecting element 1200 only in the predetermined orientations.
[0006] Laterally to the rotation position adjustment device 1300, the rail element 1100 also has two rotary connectors 1600, which serve for the mechanical and electrical coupling of the holding device 1010 to the support rail or the busbar.
[0007] Such a holding device is known, for example, from DE 10 2013 205 932 B4. However, such holding devices have a relatively large rail element, since the two rotary connectors are arranged laterally, so that the rotary position adjustment device has sufficient space, and are designed accordingly. Furthermore, with this known holding device, only a few different orientations of the connecting element and thus of the component relative to the rail element are possible - flexible, situation-dependent adjustment is not feasible, since these holding devices only allow one orientation of the connecting element parallel (0° / 180°) or perpendicular (90° / 270°). 0) to the rail element and thus to the support rail. Furthermore, adjusting and fixing the connecting element requires several tools and several work steps, as both the locking nut and the screw must first be loosened (and then re-fixed) in order to adjust the orientation.
[0008] In this respect, changing the orientation of the connecting element with the known holding device is extremely complex and inflexible.
[0009] The invention is therefore based on the object of providing an improved holding device by means of which the orientation of a component mounted thereon can be changed particularly flexibly and easily.
[0010] This object is achieved according to the invention with the subject matter stated in the independent claim. In combination with a lamp module mounted on the holding device, a luminaire is further provided whose orientation of the lamp module is particularly flexible and easily changeable. Particular embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
[0011] According to the present invention, a holding device is provided for holding a component (in particular an electrical component such as a sensor module, a camera, a loudspeaker, or a luminaire, in particular an information sign luminaire such as an escape sign luminaire) on a support rail (and in this case in particular on a power rail of a lighting strip system). According to the invention, this holding device has a rail element for fastening the holding device to the support rail, a connecting element, and a rotational position adjustment device for adjusting a rotational position of the connecting element relative to the rail element. The rail element, in turn, has a first housing part and a second housing part, wherein the rail element has a feedthrough opening in the second housing part. The connecting element has an upper end region and a lower end region, wherein the connecting element is arranged so as to penetrate the through-opening, wherein the upper end region is received in the rail element and the lower end region has a mounting element for coupling to the component to be held. Furthermore, the rotational position adjustment device has an orientation disc which is fixed to the upper end region of the connecting element and is rotatably arranged in a space between the second housing part and the first housing part, wherein the orientation disc has gear-like recesses along its outer edge; and a locking element which is arranged mounted on a surface of the first housing part facing away from the second housing part and has a locking pin.In this case, the locking pin can be inserted into a through-opening of the first housing part, and wherein the locking pin, when inserted into the through-opening, engages in one of the gear-like recesses of the orientation disc and thus fixes the orientation of the orientation disc.
[0012] By means of this holding device according to the invention, an extremely flexible orientation of the connecting element and thus of the component mounted thereon is achieved. The special design of the rotational position adjustment device thus enables a particularly efficient rotatable mounting of the connecting element inside the rail element. The gear-like recesses of the orientation disc allow for extremely precise adjustment of the orientation of the connected connecting element. Furthermore, the locking element allows the adjustment mechanism to be easily operated by a user without the need for tools to release and fix a specific orientation of the connecting element.Furthermore, the arrangement of the orientation disc between the housing parts allows for the rotational position adjustment device to be implemented in a particularly space-saving manner, so that no component of the rotational position adjustment device is arranged on the top side of the holding device, i.e., on the top side of the first housing part, apart from the particularly space-saving locking element with the locking pin extending through the through-opening of the first housing part. Preferably, however, the locking element can only be operated when the holding device is not coupled to the support rail, so that an installed holding device cannot be inadvertently adjusted during operation—thus ensuring the set orientation.
[0013] Optionally, the locking element is a substantially elongated spring bar element, which is arranged on the surface of the first housing part facing away from the second housing part and is fixed to the first housing part at a first end. The spring bar element has the locking pin at its second end. This allows the locking element to be positioned particularly easily on the first housing part.
[0014] Furthermore, it is optionally provided that the second end of the spring bar element is preloaded by the fixation of the opposite first end of the spring bar element to the first housing part and is arranged in a region between the fixed first end and the through-opening, resting at least partially on the first housing part, wherein a spring force acts on the second end of the spring bar element essentially in the direction of the second housing part. This ensures that the set orientation is fixed particularly securely, since the locking pin cannot be easily moved out of its locking position, i.e., not without force exerted by the user.By means of the arrangement of the locking element at least partially lying between the fixed first end and the through opening, the rotational position adjustment device on the first housing part is designed in a particularly space-saving manner, so that further elements - such as a rotary connector for the reversible mechanical coupling of the rail element to the support rail - can be arranged on this surface of the first housing part.
[0015] Preferably, a section of the locking element located in the vicinity of the through-opening is formed resting on the first housing part. This preferably allows for the realization of a holding device whose rotary connector is also arranged centrally in the holding device and, when coupled to a support rail, is located at least partially above this support area of the locking element. In particular, it can also be provided that, when coupled to a support rail, operation of the locking element is already prevented by the rotary connector, thus preventing unintentional adjustment of the orientation of the connecting element, and thus of the component potentially coupled to it.
[0016] Furthermore, the spring bar element can optionally be provided with a handle element, with which the spring bar element can be moved from a state inserted into the through-opening to a non-inserted state, and vice versa. This significantly simplifies the operation of the rotational position adjustment device, so that setting the desired orientation of the orientation disc can be carried out particularly easily, precisely, and quickly.
[0017] Optionally, the connecting element may have a toothed ring along its outer surface in the upper end region, and the orientation disc may have a centered recess complementary to the toothed ring of the upper end region of the connecting element. The orientation disc may be reversibly coupled to the toothed ring by means of the centered recess. This ensures that the force acting on the connection between the connecting element and the orientation disc is distributed among the individual teeth of the toothed ring, thus reducing component wear. Furthermore, the reversible coupling allows for the simple and cost-effective replacement of individual worn components in the event of wear.
[0018] Optionally, the gear ring of the upper end region of the connecting element may further comprise a notch separating the gear ring into an upper and a lower part, with the orientation disc being reversibly secured by means of a safety ring, or Seeger ring, that interacts with the notch. This provides a particularly simple, resilient, and reversible mechanical mounting of the orientation disc at the upper end region of the connecting element. Furthermore, the connecting element may be arranged within the rail element in such a way that the orientation disc preferably has a larger diameter than the through-opening of the second housing part.
[0019] Furthermore, it is optionally provided that one tooth element of the gear ring of the upper end region differs from the other tooth elements of the gear ring of the upper end region. This ensures that the complementary orientation disc is always arranged in a specific relationship to the connecting element, since this specific tooth element only allows the coupling of the components in a specific position.
[0020] Optionally, the orientation disc comprises an anti-rotation tab protruding substantially perpendicularly from the orientation disc, and the rail element, in particular the second housing part or the first housing part, comprises an anti-rotation stop, in particular a stop rib. The anti-rotation tab and the anti-rotation stop are arranged relative to one another in such a way that they interact with one another in a specific rotated orientation of the orientation disc. This prevents over-rotation of the connecting element and potentially cables running through it.
[0021] Optionally, it is provided that the through-opening makes exactly one gear-like recess in the orientation disc accessible for the locking pin from the surface of the first housing part facing away from the second housing part. This makes the rotational position adjustment device particularly user-friendly and simple to implement. Furthermore, the through-opening is preferably designed as an elongated hole. More preferably, each of the individual recesses is formed in the shape of an elongated hole. This counteracts manufacturing tolerances, both of the orientation disc and the through-opening of the first housing part, as well as of the locking element, as well as the arrangement of these components. Care must always be taken to ensure that the cross-sectional area perpendicular to the direction of extension of the locking pin always fits into each of the gear-like recesses so that the locking pin can also be inserted into these recesses.
[0022] Optionally, it is provided that an angle of 15 0 , preferably an angle of 12°, in special versions an angle of 10° or 5 0 This allows for a particularly advantageous fine adjustment of the orientation. While a division into 15 0 Although it offers a smaller number of setting options in steps, the gear-like components of the orientation disc are extremely stable - while a division into io° or 5 0 steps is more delicate.
[0023] Optionally, the connecting element, the orientation disc, the second housing part, and / or the first housing part are made of plastic.
[0024] This allows the holding device to be manufactured particularly cost-effectively, while also achieving low weight and yet sufficient robustness.
[0025] Furthermore, the connecting element can be provided with a flange element that engages the surface of the second housing part facing away from the first housing part. As a result, the through-opening of the rail element is overlapped and covered by the flange element from the outside, so that the housing of the holding device is better protected against foreign bodies such as water, moisture, or dust. Furthermore, the flange element improves the appearance of the holding device, as the through-opening is no longer visible to a user from the underside of the holding device.
[0026] Optionally, the second housing part is provided with a snap-in device at the feedthrough opening, with the upper end portion of the connecting element being mounted in a snap-in manner so as to be rotatable about its axis of rotation. As a result, the connecting element is not only supported by the orientation disc in the rail element, but is also supported by the snap-in device. Such a snap-in mounting also facilitates the rotation of the connecting element.
[0027] Optionally, the diameter of the orientation disc can be limited by the width of the second housing section. This is especially the case when the housing must meet certain requirements, such as not being wider than the mounting rail to which the mounting device is mounted. However, this increases the available space constraints, and the space-efficient arrangement of the rotary connector is extremely important, especially in combination with a rotary connector positioned on the rail element.
[0028] Optionally, the first housing part has a rotary connector on its surface facing away from the second housing part for the reversible mechanical, and preferably also electrical, coupling of the rail element to the support rail. By means of such a rotary connector, the holding device can be coupled particularly easily and flexibly to a support rail and in particular to a busbar. However, this further limits the available space within and on the holding device. The multi-level and, in particular, stacked arrangement of the rotation position adjustment device and the rotary connector enables flexible adjustability of the orientation of the connecting element and simple and flexible coupling of the holding device to the support rail in a space-saving manner. Furthermore, the rotary connector is designed to be rotatable about its axis of rotation independently of the orientation disc. This is important for flexible and individual adjustability of the orientation of the connecting element and the coupling of the holding device. Preferably, the rotational axis of the orientation disc is the same as the rotational axis of the rotary connector. This simplifies the design of the holding device, and more preferably, both the rotary connector and the connecting element are arranged centered on or in the holding device.
[0029] Optionally, the connecting element is provided with an internal cable duct for the passage of electrical cables, wherein the first housing part in the projection of the connecting element preferably has a passage for the passage of electrical cables from the side of the first housing part facing away from the second housing part into the space between the first and second housing parts. This creates a particularly simple and elegant way of supplying power to the component to be held on the holding device. In conjunction with the implementation of an overtightening protection, this also prevents overtightening and thus lasting damage to the holding device and in particular to the electrical wiring. Furthermore, the connecting element serves to protect the cables running therein from external influences and in particular from accidental damage.
[0030] By combining the holding device presented herein with a lamp module mounted on the holding device, a lamp is also created. If the lamp module is an escape lamp module, an escape lamp, and specifically an escape sign lamp, is created.
[0031] Thus, such a holding device provides a particularly flexible orientation of the connecting element and thus also a particularly flexible orientation of a component connected thereto, in particular a lighting module.
[0032] In particular, this allows for individualized orientation in a space-saving manner depending on the situation.

[0041] Figure 8 is a schematic representation in a partially exploded oblique view of a holding device known from the prior art.
[0042] Figures 1 and 2 show the basic structural design of an exemplary embodiment of a holding device 10 according to the invention. Figures 3 to 6 show various enlarged views of this holding device 10, always focusing on elements of the rotational position adjustment device 300 and thus the interaction of these elements and the functioning of the rotational position adjustment. Figure 7 shows a specific embodiment of the holding device 10 with a component 400 attached thereto, wherein in the embodiment shown, this component is a lighting module 400a (or an emergency light module 400a). In this respect, Figure 7 shows a device 1 (or a light) which is designed for coupling to a support rail and in particular for coupling to a power rail.
[0043] From Figures 1 and 2 it can be seen that the holding device 10 for holding a component 400 on a support rail has a rail element 100 for fastening the holding device 10 to the support rail; a connecting element 200 with an upper end region 210 and a lower end region 220; and a rotational position adjustment device 300 for adjusting a rotational position of the connecting element 200 relative to the rail element 100. The rail element in turn has a first housing part 110 and a second housing part 120, wherein, when the holding device 10 is used and positioned as intended, the first housing part 110 is an upper housing part 110 whose surface faces the support rail and whose side walls preferably come into contact with the support rail. The second housing part 120 is in turn a lower housing part 120, which is coupled to the first housing part 110 on a side of the housing part 110 facing away from the support rail. The first and second housing parts 110, 120 are preferably coupled to one another by means of a snap-in connection and / or a screw connection. The exemplary embodiment in which the first and second housing parts 110, 120 are joined together by means of screws is shown in particular in Figure 2.
[0044] The rail element 100 has a through-opening 123 in the second housing part 120, as can be seen in particular in Figure 4, through which the upper end region 210 of the connecting element 200 is guided into the interior of the rail element 100. The connecting element 200 thus passes through the through-opening 123, with the upper end region 210 being received in the rail element 100 and being held by the rotational position adjustment device 300. The lower end region 220 has a mounting element 240 for coupling to the component 400 to be held - as shown in particular in Figure 7.
[0045] The rotational position adjustment device 300 comprises at least one orientation disc 310 and a locking element 330. The orientation disc 310 is fixed to the upper end region 210 of the connecting element 200 and is rotatably arranged in a space between the second housing part 120 and the first housing part 110. Along its outer edge, the orientation disc 310 has gear-like recesses 311, 311b, wherein the locking element 330 is configured to interact with these recesses 311, 311b and thus fix a set orientation of the connecting element 200 connected to the orientation disc 310. The gear-like elements 311a delimit the recesses 311b and thus, together with the recesses 311b, form the gear-like profile 311 of the outer edge of the orientation disc 310.
[0046] In the illustrated embodiment, the connecting element 200 has a toothed ring 320, 320a, 320b, 327—with teeth 320a, 327 and gaps 320b—along its outer surface in the upper end region 210, as can be seen particularly in Figures 4, 5, and 6. The orientation disc 310, in turn, has a centered recess 315, which is formed complementarily to the toothed ring 320, 320a, 320b, 327 of the upper end region 210 of the connecting element 200—that is, has complementary teeth 315a and gaps 315b, 317. The orientation disc 310 can be reversibly coupled to the gear ring 320, 320a, 320b, 327 by means of the centered recess 315, wherein the teeth 315a, 320a, 327 interact with the corresponding gaps 315b, 317, 320b.
[0047] Furthermore, in the embodiment shown, the gear ring 320, 320a, 320b, 327 of the upper end region 210 of the connecting element 200 has a notch 322 separating the gear ring 320, 320a, 320b, 327 into an upper part 321 and a lower part 323 - as can be seen particularly directly from Figures 4 to 7. This notch 322 serves to accommodate a fixing means 340, the inner circumference of which is adapted to the diameter of the connecting element 200 at the notch 322, wherein in the present example the fixing means 340 is a Seeger ring 340, which reversibly couples the orientation disc 310 to the connecting element 200.The fixing means 340, or the Seeger ring 340, is designed by means of gripping elements in such a way that it can be removed and put on by a user preferably only by means of a tool, so that a secure and permanent coupling of the connecting element 200 and the orientation disc 310 is achieved.
[0048] As can also be seen in particular from Figures 4 to 7, in the exemplary embodiment shown, a toothed element 327 of the toothed ring 320, 320a, 320b, 327 of the upper end region 210 differs from the remaining toothed elements 320, 320a of the toothed ring 320, 320a, 320b, 327. The orientation disc 310, which is formed complementarily thereto, consequently also has a special recess 317 in this example. This special toothed element 327 is designed such that the orientation disc 310 must initially be arranged in a specific orientation relative to the connecting element 200 so that the two components can be coupled together. This makes it possible to produce a uniform and repeatable initial orientation of the orientation disc 300 and the connecting element 200, such that all produced holding devices 10 are identical with regard to their initial orientation of the connecting element 200 relative to the rail element 100.It is also conceivable that the orientation disc 310 has a special tooth element and the connecting element 200 has a special recess.
[0049] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the orientation disc 310 is equipped with an over-rotation protection tab 319 protruding substantially perpendicularly from the orientation disc 310. This substantially downwardly bent tab 319 is preferably arranged in the region between the gear-like recesses 311 and the centered recess 315 formed complementary to the toothed ring of the toothed ring 320, 320a, 320b, 327 of the connecting element. Furthermore, the holding device 10 has a complementary over-rotation protection stop 129, which in this case is formed in the form of a stop rib 129. This stop rib 129 is formed as a raised stiffening rib of the second housing part 120 in the area around the through-opening 123, wherein the stop rib 129 limits the rotation of the orientation disc 310 by the tab 319 abutting the stop rib 129. Alternatively, the stop rib can also be arranged on the first housing part 110.
[0050] Generally, the only relevant aspect of the over-rotation protection is that the over-rotation protection tab 319 and the over-rotation protection stop 129 are arranged relative to one another in such a way that they interact with one another in a specific rotated orientation of the orientation disc 310. This over-rotation protection mechanism is illustrated in more detail in Figures 3 to 6. Particularly in embodiments with an electrical coupling of the holding device 10 to the support rail, and an associated electrical power supply to the component 400 coupled to the connecting element 200, this prevents damage to this electrical coupling, while at the same time providing an almost unrestricted orientation possibility for the orientation disc 310 and thus for the connecting element 200.
[0051] In a preferred embodiment, the connecting element 200, the orientation disc 310, the second housing part 120, and / or the first housing part 110 are made of plastic. This allows the holding device 10 to be manufactured particularly simply and cost-effectively. Furthermore, the holding device 10 created in this way is characterized by its particularly low weight. The orientation disc 310 is designed such that an angle of 15° is formed between individual recesses 311, 311b of the gear-like recesses 311, 311b. 0 The connecting element 200 can thus be in 15 0 increments and oriented according to individual requirements. Alternatively, other angles are also conceivable, in particular an angle of 12°, 10°, or 5°. 0It should be noted, however, that with a finer resolution of the gear-like recess 311b, the material thickness of the complementary teeth 311a is reduced, thus impairing the overall stability of the gear-like profile 311. However, this effect can be counteracted by a suitable choice of material, for example, by using a fiber-reinforced plastic.
[0052] The locking element 330 is mounted on a surface of the first housing part 110 facing away from the second housing part 120 and has a locking pin 331. Due to the arrangement of the locking element 330 on the upper surface of the first housing part 110, the locking element 330 is easily accessible to a user (particularly in an assembly position of the holding device), so that the locking can be released and the orientation of the connecting element 200 can be adjusted before the then adjusted orientation is again locked by the locking element 330, and more precisely by the locking pin 331.
[0053] The locking pin 331 can be inserted into a through-opening 111 of the first housing part 110 and, when inserted into the through-opening 111, thus engages in one of the gear-like recesses 311, 311b of the orientation disk 310 and thus fixes a set orientation of the orientation disk 310. This is particularly evident from the combination of Figures 3 and 4, wherein both the locking element 330, which rests on the first housing part 110 and is fastened to the housing part 110 in an edge region thereof by means of a fixing element 339, and the orientation disk 310, which is arranged between the first and second housing parts 110, 120, are shown. The set orientation of the connecting element 200 is fixed by the locking pin 331, which is arranged at the second end region 332 and extends through the through opening 111.The Seeger ring 340 fixes the orientation disc 210 to the upper end region 310 of the connecting element 200. In order to take into account and eliminate manufacturing differences due to manufacturing tolerances, it can be provided in particular that the through-opening is designed as an elongated hole, so that a variation of the locking element 330, or of the spring bar element 330, due to manufacturing tolerances, or a slightly different positioning of the through-opening 111 due to manufacturing tolerances still lead to a functioning rotational position adjustment device 300.Analogously, it can also be provided to form the individual gear-like recesses 311, 311b of the orientation disc 310 in the shape of an elongated hole, so that here too a slightly different positioning or dimensioning of the orientation disc 310 still allows interaction of the orientation disc 310 with the locking element 330, or the locking pin 331.
[0054] In the embodiment shown, the through-opening 111 is positioned on the first housing part 110 in such a way that it makes exactly one gear-like recess 311, 311b of the orientation disc 310 accessible for the locking pin 331 from the surface of the first housing part 110 facing away from the second housing part 120.
[0055] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the locking element 330 can be actuated without tools, so that the locking pin 331 can be moved out of the locked position of the orientation disc 310 by a user without a tool, and a desired orientation can be set. This tool-free actuation is particularly simplified by the stylus element 335, with which the locking pin 311 of the locking element 330 can be lifted out of the through-opening 111 with particular ease.
[0056] Due to the special structure of the locking element 330 in the embodiments shown in Figures 1 to 7 as a substantially elongated spring bar element 330, the first end 337 of which is fixed to the first housing part 110, the second end 332 of the locking element 330, and in particular the locking pin 331 positioned at the second end 332, is mounted in a preloaded manner, so that the locking pin 331 is pressed downward by the preload, i.e., in the direction of the second housing part 120. Essentially, a spring force acts on the second end 332 of the spring bar element 330 in the direction of the second housing part 120. As shown in the figures, the first end 337 of the locking element 330 can be fixed to the first housing part 110 by means of a screw 339. Other snap-in or plug-in connections are also conceivable for this purpose. As can be seen particularly from Figure 2, the first housing part 110 and the second housing part 120 can be coupled to one another by means of screws, whereby a snap-in connection or a plug-in connection is also conceivable for this purpose as an alternative or additional option. It is also conceivable that the screw 339, by means of which the locking element 330 is fixed to the first housing part 110, is also used as a coupling element for coupling the first and second housing parts 110, 120.
[0057] The preloaded mounting of the locking element 330 ensures that the locking element 330 cannot be easily moved out of the through-opening 111—i.e., not without the application of force—and thus prevents an inadvertent release of the locking of the orientation disc 310. This minimizes the risk of an inadvertent adjustment of the orientation of the orientation disc 310. In a region between the fixed first end 337 and the through-opening 111, the locking element 330, or rather the spring bar element 330, is thus arranged at least partially resting on the first housing part 110. This region of the locking element 330, which rests on the upper surface of the first housing part 110 in the immediate vicinity of the through-opening 111, is referred to as the support region 333, wherein this support region 333 limits the maximum immersion distance of the locking pin 331 into the through-opening 111.
[0058] This support area 333, which rests directly on the surface of the rail element 100, or rather the first housing part 110, has the further advantage that additional elements of the holding device 10 can be arranged above the locking element 300 in this area. This is particularly relevant in the operating position of the holding device 10, i.e., in a state in which the locking element 300 is no longer to be actuated anyway, and a change in the orientation of the connecting element 200 is therefore not desired.
[0059] This is the case in the embodiment shown with the rotary connector 600, which - as shown in the figures - is arranged in the direct vicinity of the through-opening 111 and thus in the direct vicinity of the support area 333 of the locking element 300. While in the assembly position of the holding device 10 (see figures 1, 2 and 7) actuation of the locking element 300 is readily possible because the rotary connector 600 does not restrict the movement of the locking element 300, this is not the case in the operating position of the holding device 10 (not shown in the figures), since then at least the web of the rotary lever 620 is arranged above the through-opening 111, thus preventing removal of the locking pin 331 from the through-opening 111. This prevents an unintentional change of a set orientation of the connecting element 200, and thus also the orientation of the component 400 coupled thereto.
[0060] It should be noted that conventional screws are not suitable as the locking element 330 in this case, since their thick screw heads are too high on the surface of the first housing part 110, thus making a compact arrangement of additional components above it impossible. However, this is particularly relevant in the case of the rotary connector. A design that is as flat as possible for the locking element 330, at least in the vicinity of the through-opening, is therefore important for such holding devices 10.
[0061] The rotary connector 600 provided in the embodiment shown for coupling the holding device 10 to the support rail is rotatably mounted on the surface of the first housing part 110 and can be moved by means of a rotary lever 620 from an assembly position to an operating position about the rotation axis AD of the rotary connector 600. Figure 1 shows the assembly position in which the holding device 10 is not coupled to the support rail. In the operating position, by rotating the rotary connector 600 about the rotation axis AD, the mechanical coupling elements 630 and (if present) the electrical coupling elements 610 are rotated such that, when the holding device 10 is inserted into the support rail or busbar, they interact with the power lines and holding devices of the support rail or busbar, thus mechanically (and preferably also electrically) coupling the holding device 10 to the support rail.
[0062] As also evident from Figures 2 and 4, a passage 113 can be provided in the first housing part 110, the projection-like side walls of which serve as a locking element for securing the rotary connector 600. The passage 113 is per se suitable for passing electrical cables into the space between the first and second housing parts 110, 120. In combination with a cable duct 230 in the connecting element 200, a power supply (and / or communication signal supply) of the component 400 mounted at the lower end 220 of the connecting element 200 can thus be achieved.
[0063] As is particularly evident from a comparison of Figures 1 to 4, extremely little space is available on and in the rail element 100, since the rotary connector 600 already takes up a considerable amount of space. However, the dimensioning of the rotary connector 600 is largely determined by the dimensions of the support rail. With the rotary position adjustment device 300 according to the invention, the available space is optimally utilized, with the orientation disc 310 being arranged in a second plane created by the second housing part 120. The available space is also optimally utilized by the orientation disc 310, since its diameter almost corresponds to the width of the second housing part 120 and thus essentially to the width of the rail element. The dimensioning of the orientation disc 310 is thus limited by the dimensions of the rail element 100.However, it is desirable to make maximum use of the available width in order to make the through opening 111 in the mounting position of the holding device 10 as accessible as possible for the locking element 300 and thus for the user.
[0064] Likewise, the second housing part 120 can have a snap-in device at the through-opening 123—as shown in particular in Figure 4—by means of which the upper end region of the connecting element 200 is held in a locked position and is also rotatably mounted about its rotational axis Av. This improves the coupling between the connecting element 200 and the rail element 100 and reduces the force acting on the coupling of the orientation disc 310 to the upper end region 210. The rotational axis Av of the connecting element 200 corresponds to the rotational axis Ao of the orientation disc 310. In the embodiment shown, the rotational axis AD of the rotary connector 600 also corresponds to the rotational axis Av of the connecting element 200.
[0065] In addition, the connecting element 200 can have a flange element 250 in its transition region to the upper end region 210, which, when the connecting element 200 is coupled to the rail element 100, rests against the underside of the second housing part 120. This is shown in particular in Figure 4. By means of the flange element 250, the feedthrough opening 123 is covered by the underside of the second housing part 120, thus protecting the interior of the rail element 100 from external influences, such as water, moisture, and / or dust.
[0066] Figure 7 further shows a possible implementation of the holding device 10 in a device 1, specifically showing a lamp 1. For this purpose, the holding device 10 is coupled to a component 400, wherein the component 400 is a lighting module 400a.
[0067] Specifically, the component 400 is mechanically coupled to the holding device 10 via the mounting element 240, wherein an electrical connection of the component 400 to the holding device 10 can also be provided. For this purpose, in particular, one or more cables can be provided, which are guided through the cable duct 230 of the connecting element 200 from the rail element 100, and in particular from the rotary connector 600, to the component 400. However, it is also conceivable to use components 400 that do not require a power supply. In the embodiment shown in Figure 7, the luminaire 1 is an escape sign luminaire 1, which has a device carrier 410, which has an operating device 430, and mounting components 440 for coupling to the holding device 10. The plate-shaped light-guiding element 420, on the surface of which an escape sign 422 is depicted, is arranged on the underside of the escape sign luminaire 1.However, other components 400 are also conceivable, such as other lighting modules 400a—for example, a safety lighting module, an emergency lighting module, a spotlight module, an elongated lighting module, or the like. Conventional—in particular non-electrical—signs are also conceivable as component 400. Loudspeakers, sensor modules, cameras, screens, etc. can also be provided for mounting on such a holding device 10, so that a wide variety of devices 1 can be coupled to a mounting rail with particular flexibility using this holding device 10.
