Description

Electronic sealing device of electronic meter and smart electronic sealing system including same

[0001] The present invention relates to an electronic sealing system, and more particularly, to an electronic sealing device of an electronic meter and a smart electronic sealing system including the same.

[0002] Thermal energy can be supplied using electricity, gas, water, and other methods in various locations, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial sites. Meters, such as power meters, gas flow meters, water flow meters, and heat meters, can be installed to measure thermal energy usage in each location. Each meter can display metering information, such as usage status and consumption, via a metering indicator to inform both suppliers and users. Furthermore, each meter can be sealed using a separate device to prevent manipulation of the metering information.

[0003] Lead was traditionally used to seal electricity meters for over 100 years. However, due to lead's environmental and human health hazards, the seals were replaced with plastic ones. The plastic seals cover the meter terminal cover and the modem storage space. The seal numbers are printed on the plastic seals, which are then entered into the computer system for management.

[0004] However, plastic seals require manual management of seal numbers, which reduces efficiency during sealing. Plastic seals also have low measurement reliability. Plastic seals can also cause environmental pollution due to carbon emissions during disposal. Because plastic seals must be individually checked for damage, tampering with the meter can delay corrective action.

[0005] The present invention is intended to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an electronic sealing device and an electronic sealing system including the same, which reduces the amount of waste discharged due to seal damage and improves the sealing operation method by combining a communication device and a sealing device.

[0079] The sealing bolt unit (2200) can form a closed circuit simultaneously with sealing. Accordingly, the sealing bolt unit (2200) can store power in the sealing battery unit (2240) before sealing. Once sealing is complete, the sealing bolt unit (2200) supplies power and can be recognized by a device capable of wireless communication.

[0080] Fig. 6 is a conceptual diagram showing another embodiment of the sealing bolt portion illustrated in Fig. 4. Referring to Figs. 3 and 6, the sealing bolt portion (2300) may include a sealing opening / closing portion (2310), a sealing communication portion (2320), a sealing antenna portion (2330), a sealing battery portion (2340), and a sealing coupling portion (2350).

[0081] The seal opening / closing portion (2310) can be combined with the seal fastening portion (2500) and separated from the seal fastening portion (2500). The seal opening / closing portion (2310) can include a bolt head portion (2311) and a bolt thread portion (2312).

[0082] The seal communication unit (2320) may be located on the inside of the bolt head unit (2311). The seal communication unit (2320) may be inserted into the free space of the bolt head unit (2311).

[0083] The sealed antenna unit (2330) may be formed on the inside of the bolt thread unit (2312). The sealed antenna unit (2330) may be inserted into the inside of the bolt thread unit (2312) and may be integrally coupled. The sealed antenna unit (2330) may be connected to the sealed communication unit (2320). The sealed antenna unit (2330) may be in the form of a string or a coil. The sealed antenna unit (2330) may be connected to the sealed communication unit (2320) or the sealed battery unit (2340) described below. The sealed antenna unit (2330) may be arranged in the form of a string or a coil along the inside of the bolt thread unit (2312).

[0084] The sealed antenna portion (2330) may further include an antenna contact portion (2331). The antenna contact portion (2331) may be exposed to the outside through the upper portion of the bolt screw portion (2312) as a wire connected to the sealed antenna portion (2330).

[0085] The sealed battery unit (2340) may be located inside the bolt head unit (2311). The sealed battery unit (2340) may be inserted into the free space of the bolt head unit (2311). The sealed battery unit (2340) may supply power to the sealed communication unit (2320) and the sealed antenna unit (2330).

[0086] The sealing joint (2350) can be coupled to the upper end of the bolt head portion (2311) and can be separated from the bolt head portion (2311). The sealing joint (2350) can be coupled to the bolt head portion (2311) to seal the meter (1100). In addition, the sealing joint (2350) can be broken and separated from the bolt head portion (2311) to release the seal of the meter (1100).

[0087] The sealing joint (2350) may further include a bolt contact portion (2351). The bolt contact portion (2351) may be exposed to the outside through the lower end of the sealing joint (2350) as a conductor connected to the sealing communication portion (2320). When the sealing joint (2350) is turned right, it may be coupled with the bolt head portion (2311) to seal the meter (1100).

[0088] When the sealing joint (2350) turns right, the bolt contact portion (2351) can descend and come into contact with the antenna contact portion (2331). When the bolt contact portion (2351) and the antenna contact portion (2331) come into contact, a closed circuit can be formed in which the sealed communication portion (2320), the sealed antenna portion (2330), and the sealed battery portion (2340) are connected. When the closed circuit is formed, the sealed battery portion (2340) can supply power to the sealed communication portion (2320) and the sealed antenna portion (2330). When power is supplied to the sealed communication portion (2320) and the sealed antenna portion (2330), the sealed communication portion (2320) and the sealed antenna portion (2330) can be recognized by a device capable of wireless communication.

[0089] Accordingly, the sealing bolt unit (2300) can form a closed circuit simultaneously with sealing. The sealing bolt unit (2300) can store power from the sealing battery unit (2340) before sealing. When sealing is completed, the sealing bolt unit (2300) supplies power and can be recognized by a device capable of wireless communication.

[0090] When the sealing joint (2350) is turned left, it can be separated from the bolt head (2311) and the seal of the meter (1100) can be released. When the sealing joint (2350) is turned left, the bolt contact portion (2351) can rise and be separated from the antenna contact portion (2331). When the bolt contact portion (2351) and the antenna contact portion (2331) are separated, the power supply to the sealing communication portion (2320) and the sealing antenna portion (2330) is cut off. Accordingly, the sealing bolt portion (2300) is cut off from the power supply at the same time as the seal is released, and is not recognized by a device capable of wireless communication.

[0091] FIG. 7 is a block diagram illustrating another embodiment of a smart electronic sealing system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The seal number may be provided to the electronic sealing device (2000) of the meter (3100). For example, the seal number may be a 7-digit unique number. The seal number may further include seal reference information. The seal reference information may include a unique number of the meter (3100), a unique number of the sealing manager, sealing time information, sealing type information, and sealing location information.

[0093] Fig. 8 is a flowchart for exemplarily explaining the operation method of the seal number management module illustrated in Fig. 7. Referring to Fig. 8, the operation method of the seal number management module (3210) may include login (S100), task selection (S200), inquiry task (S300), seal task (S400), and transmission task (S500).

[0094] In step S100, the seal number management module (3210) can gain access to the meter electronic sealing system 3000 to perform a task. In step S200, the seal number management module (3210) can select one of the following tasks: inquiry, sealing, and transmission. In step S200, the seal number management module (3210) can provide the sealing manager with the following tasks as options: inquiry, sealing, and transmission.

[0095] The seal number management module (3210) can branch to step S300 when the sealing manager selects an inquiry task, branch to step S400 when the sealing task is selected, and branch to step S500 when the transmission task is selected. In step S300, the seal number management module (3210) can perform a task of searching for information on the meter (3100) and information on the terminal cover or auxiliary cover. In step S400, the seal number management module (3210) can perform a task of sealing the terminal cover or auxiliary cover of the meter (3100). In step S500, the seal number management module (3210) can perform a task of transmission.

[0096] The seal number management module (3210) can terminate a task by completing any one of the inquiry task (S300), sealing task (S400), and transmission task (S500). The seal number management module (3210) can receive logout information from the sealing manager to terminate the task. The seal number management module (3210) can return to step S200 if the sealing manager performs additional tasks.

[0097] Figure 9 is a flowchart illustrating the login process illustrated in Figure 8. Referring to Figures 7 and 9, the seal number management module (3210) can obtain access to the smart electronic seal system (3000) to perform sealing work.

[0098] At step S110, the seal number management module (3210) can check the information of the IC card (3300). The seal number management module (3210) can be connected to the IC card (3300) via NFC or RFID communication to exchange data. The seal number management module (3210) can obtain the sealer's unique number from the IC card (3300). The seal number management module (3210) can transmit the sealer's unique number to the seal management server (3500).

[0099] In step S120, the seal number management module (3210) may query whether the seal manager's unique number is registered with the seal management server (3500). The seal number management module (3210) may receive a query result from the seal management server (3500). As an example, the query result may include registration status information or non-registration status information.

[0100] If the query result includes unregistered status information (NO), the seal number management module (3210) can indicate a failure because the information on the IC card (3300) cannot be recognized (S130). If the query result includes registered status information (YES), the seal number management module (3210) can notify the sealing manager that the login was successful (S140).

[0101] Fig. 10 is a flowchart for exemplarily explaining the inquiry task illustrated in Fig. 8. Referring to Fig. 10, the seal number management module (3210) can perform a task of inquiry of information on a meter (3100), a terminal cover, or an auxiliary cover.

[0102] In step S310, the seal number management module (3210) receives information about a meter (3100) and, using the input meter (3100) information, can wirelessly connect to a seal management server (3500) via a network (3400). The detailed method of step S310 will be described below with reference to FIG. 11.

[0103] In step S320, the seal number management module (3210) can retrieve seal information from the seal management server (3500). The detailed method of step S320 will be described below together with FIG. 12.

[0104] Fig. 11 is a flowchart for exemplarily explaining the meter information input and seal management server connection illustrated in Fig. 10. Referring to Figs. 7 and 11, the seal number management module (3210) receives information on a meter (3100) and can connect to the seal management server (3500) via wireless communication using the input meter (3100) information.

[0105] In step S311, the sealing number management module (3210) may receive a selection of an information input method from the sealing person. For example, the information input method may include QR code input or manual input. The sealing person may select a method of inputting information via QR code (QR input), and the sealing number management module (3210) may prepare to scan the QR code (S312). The sealing person may also select a method of inputting information manually (manual input), and the sealing number management module (3210) may provide the sealing person with a screen for inputting information (S313).

[0106] In step S312, the seal number management module (3210) can perform a QR code scan using an image recognition device. For example, the image recognition device may be a QR code reader or a camera. The image recognition device can scan the QR code on the outside of the meter (3100). The seal number management module (3210) can decode the QR code to obtain the unique number of the meter (3100).

[0107] In step S313, the seal number management module (3210) may receive a unique number of the meter (3100) from the sealing manager. The seal number management module (3210) may perform a process for recognizing the seal identification unit (3250) through the seal management server (3500) (S315). The seal identification unit (3250) may be attached to the meter (3100). The seal identification unit (3250) may identify the open or closed state of the terminal cover or auxiliary cover of the meter (3100) and generate seal identification information.

[0108] In step S314, the seal number management module (3210) can determine whether the unique number of the meter (3100) deciphered in step S312 is information about a suitable meter (3100). If the information of the meter (3100) is suitable (YES), the seal number management module (3210) can perform a process for recognizing the seal identification unit (3250) through the seal management server (3500) (S315). If the information of the meter (3100) is inappropriate (NO), the seal number management module (3210) can scan the QR code again to obtain the unique number of the suitable meter (3100) (S312).

[0109] In step S315, the seal number management module (3210) can recognize the seal identification unit (3250) through the seal management server (3500). As an example, the seal identification unit (3250) recognized by the seal number management module (3210) may include at least one or more seal identification units (3250). The seal number management module (3210) can provide information about at least one or more seal identification units (3250) to the sealing manager.

[0110] In step S316, the seal number management module (3210) can provide the sealing manager with at least one seal identification unit (3250) in the form of a list. When the sealing manager selects one of the seal identification units (3250), the seal number management module (3210) can recognize the selected seal identification unit (3250).

[0111] In step S317, the seal number management module (3210) may request an authentication number from the sealing manager. The seal number management module (3210) may receive an authentication number from the sealing manager.

[0112] In step S318, the seal number management module (3210) can obtain whether the authentication number is correct from the seal identification unit (3250). The seal number management module (3210) can receive a unique authentication number from the selected seal identification unit (3250). The seal number management module (3210) can compare the unique authentication number of the selected seal identification unit (3250) with the authentication number input by the sealing manager. If the two numbers match, the seal number management module (3210) can determine that the authentication number is correct (YES). If the two numbers do not match, the seal number management module (3210) can determine that the authentication number is incorrect (NO) and can receive the authentication number again (S317).

[0113] In step S319, the seal number management module (3210) may be connected to the seal identification unit (3250) using wireless short-range communication. As an example, the short-range wireless communication may include a Bluetooth communication method.

[0114] Figure 12 is a flowchart for explaining the seal information inquiry illustrated in Figure 10. Referring to Figures 7 and 12, the seal number management module (3210) can inquire seal information from a seal management server (3500) connected via a network (3400).

[0115] In step S321, the seal number management module (3210) can select a device for which information is to be retrieved. For example, the devices to be retrieved may include a meter (3100), a terminal cover, and / or an auxiliary cover. The seal number management module (3210) can provide the sealing manager with a list of devices to be retrieved. The seal number management module (3210) can receive the selection results from the sealing manager.

[0116] The seal number management module (3210) can perform step S322 when selecting a meter (3100). The seal number management module (3210) can perform step S323 when selecting a terminal cover. The seal number management module (3210) can perform step S324 when selecting an auxiliary cover.

[0117] In step S322, the seal number management module (3210) may provide information about the meter (3100) to the sealing manager when the meter (3100) is selected. As an example, the information about the meter (3100) may include the manufacturer, the unique number of the meter (3100), the date of manufacture, and the manufacturing number.

[0118] In step S323, when a terminal cover is selected, the seal number management module (3210) may provide information related to the terminal cover seal to the sealing manager. The information related to the terminal cover sealing may include the current seal number, the current sealing status, the date of the most recent visible status change, and the person in charge of the most recent sealing status change.

[0119] In step S324, when an auxiliary cover is selected, the seal number management module (3210) may provide information related to the sealing of the auxiliary cover to the sealing manager. The information related to the sealing of the auxiliary cover may include the current seal number, the current sealing status, the date of the most recent visible status change, and the person in charge of the most recent sealing status change.

[0120] Fig. 13 is a flowchart for exemplarily explaining the sealing task illustrated in Fig. 8. Referring to Figs. 7 and 13, the sealing number management module (3210) can perform the task of sealing the terminal cover and / or auxiliary cover of the meter (3100).

[0121] In step S410, the seal number management module (3210) can input information of the meter (3100) and connect the seal identification unit (3250) in the same manner as step S310 described in FIGS. 10 and 11.

[0122] At step S420, the seal number management module (3210) can determine whether the information of the seal identification unit (3250) has changed. The information of the seal identification unit (3250) may include information on the sealing status of the terminal cover and / or the auxiliary cover. As an example, the information on the sealing status may include whether the current sealing status is open or closed. The sealing status information of the seal identification unit (3250) may be closed during sealing and open when the seal is released. When the sealing is completed again, the sealing status information of the seal identification unit (3250) may be changed to closed.

[0123] If the seal number management module (3210) determines that the information in the seal identification unit (3250) has not changed (NO), it can perform step S430 to search the seal information. If the seal number management module (3210) determines that the information in the seal identification unit (3250) has changed (YES), it can perform step S440 to change the seal information.

[0124] In step S430, the seal number management module (3210) can retrieve seal information. The seal number management module (3210) can retrieve information in the same manner as step S320 described in FIGS. 10 and 12.

[0125] In step S440, the seal number management module (3210) can change and manage seal status information. As an example, the seal status information can include the current seal number of the terminal cover and / or auxiliary cover, the current seal status (OPEN / CLOSE), the date of the most recent seal status change, and the person in charge of the most recent seal status change.

[0126] In step S450, the seal number management module (3210) can retrieve seal information. The seal number management module (3210) can retrieve information in the same manner as step S320 described in FIGS. 10 and 12.

[0127] At step S460, the seal number management module (3210) can transmit the changed seal information to the seal management server (3500). The seal management server (3500) can store and manage the changed seal information.

[0128] Figure 14 is a flowchart for exemplarily explaining the transmission task illustrated in Figure 8. Referring to Figures 7 and 14, the seal number management module (3210) can perform the task of transmitting untransmitted information.

[0129] Untransmitted information includes information that the seal number management module (3210) has to update for the meter (3100), terminal cover, and / or auxiliary cover, but has not transmitted to the seal management server (3500). The seal number management module (3210) can perform the task of transmitting untransmitted information regardless of the inquiry task (S300) or the sealing task (S400).

[0130] The seal number management module (3210) can repeatedly execute (LOOP) the task of transmitting unsent information. Accordingly, when the seal number management module (3210) is disconnected from the network (3400) and then reconnected, the seal number management module (3210) can automatically transmit unsent information to the seal management server (3500).

[0131] In step S510, the seal number management module (3210) may directly perform a request for transmission of untransmitted information or may receive a request from a sealing manager.

[0132] In step S520, the seal number management module (3210) can transmit untransmitted information to the seal management server (3500) and determine whether transmission has been completed. If the seal number management module (3210) determines that transmission has been completed (YES), it can complete the task of transmitting the untransmitted information.

[0133] At step S530, if the seal number management module (3210) determines that the transmission is not complete (NO), it can inform the sealing manager that the transmission of the untransmitted information has failed.

[0134] At step S540, the seal number management module (3210) can determine whether to retransmit or receive input. If the seal number management module (3210) determines that the untransmitted information should be retransmitted (YES), it can request transmission of the untransmitted information (S510).

[0135] At step S550, if the seal number management module (3210) determines not to retransmit the untransmitted information (NO), the untransmitted information can be stored in the internal storage space of the seal number management module (3210) and the task can be completed.
