Description

Stick-type cosmetic container to prevent residual contents

[0001] The present invention relates to a stick-type cosmetic container that prevents residual contents by gradually discharging only the amount desired by the user, thereby enabling convenient and stable use, while allowing the user to use the entire container without any residual contents.

[0002] Cosmetic containers are widely used and come in a variety of shapes depending on the contents of the cosmetics they contain.

[0003] Among them, stick-type cosmetic containers used on the lips or face have a structure that allows the user to directly apply cosmetics in the form of a solid stick, and are characterized by being configured in a retractable manner so that they can be pulled out or inserted from the main body.

[0004] The general conventional structure of these stick-type cosmetic containers is that the main body is configured in a stick shape with a certain length so that the user can use it more conveniently while also being easy to carry and store, and at the same time, when in use, the rotating body attached to the main body is rotated, so that the rotational motion is converted into linear motion, and the solid cosmetic product is ejected from the case of the main body.

[0005] For example, the basic structure of stick-type cosmetic containers proposed in the past is composed of a cosmetic holder having a guide protrusion formed on an outer wall surface while a solid stick-type cosmetic is combined and supported, a rotary tube into which the cosmetic holder is combined and having a vertical guide slot formed to guide the guide protrusion of the cosmetic holder, a guide tube into which the rotary tube is inserted and having a plurality of spiral grooves formed on the inner surface into which the guide protrusion is inserted, and a rotary body coupled to the lower end of the rotary tube to rotate the rotary tube with respect to the guide tube.

[0006] Therefore, when using, if the rotary tube of the stick-type cosmetic container is rotated with the lid open, the rotary tube rotates and the guide protrusion slides along the spiral groove of the guide tube, thereby lifting and lowering the cosmetic holder inside the rotary tube, causing the solid cosmetic loaded in the holder to be ejected to the outside.

[0007] However, the configuration of the general stick-type cosmetic container as described above has a structural problem in that it is difficult to use all of the remaining amount inside the holder when using the stick-type cosmetic because the solid stick-type cosmetic is vertically attached to a cup-shaped holder with an open top.

[0008] In such cases, there were inconvenient and uneconomical problems, such as having to dig out the remaining cosmetics inside the holder using separate tools such as cosmetic brushes or pins, or throwing them away as is.

[0009] Accordingly, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, there is a previously proposed structure, Republic of Korea Utility Model No. 20-0484721, which is a stick-type cosmetic container that allows the entire stick-type cosmetic to be used without leaving any residue.

[0010] However, this conventional structure has a structure in which a cosmetic fixing ring and a tubular residual quantity withdrawal knob are combined as separate parts screwed onto the upper part of the holder, so that the holder can be pushed up in a screw-like manner when the remaining quantity is used, but since this is a structure that simply pushes up in a screw-like manner, the usage section of the cosmetic and the section of the remaining quantity are not clear, so there is a serious problem in that the entire cosmetic is exposed to the outside when used, which may cause a malfunction in which the cosmetic falls out of the holder.

[0011] That is, since the simple structure in which the guide protrusion of the cosmetic holder converts the rotational motion into linear motion along the spiral groove of the guide tube and the stick-type cosmetic emerges has a problem in that a malfunction occurs in which the cosmetic emerges as the rotating body rotates even when the user does not intend, or in which a malfunction occurs in which the cosmetic is inserted when the cosmetic is pressed while it has been completely withdrawn, due to the cosmetic holder's guide protrusion being rotated along the spiral groove of the guide tube.

[0012] Also, as another type of stick-type cosmetic container, there is Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2023-0047598.

[0013] This relates to a stick container having a sealed structure to prevent residual liquid, in which a sealed tube is formed between the main body and the guide tube to simultaneously seal the main body and the sealed tube and the sealed tube and the guide tube, and a sealed cap is formed on the inside of the main body cover to seal the inlet of the guide tube, thereby preventing the stick cosmetics contained inside the guide tube from being contaminated or deteriorated when carried or stored.

[0014] However, the conventional configuration as described above has a basic structure of a retractable type in which the stick cosmetics are taken out when the main body is rotated forward, and are returned to the original position when the main body is rotated backward, that is, a structure in which the rotating body and the guide tube operate as one unit.

[0015] Accordingly, when the user rotates the stick, the stick cosmetics are excessively pulled outward, which causes inconvenience in use, and the stick cosmetics are also damaged.

[0016] The present invention has been proposed to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide a stick-type cosmetic container that can be used conveniently and easily by slowly withdrawing only the amount of stick-type cosmetic that can be used, and at the same time, prevents malfunction in which the container operates in reverse even if unintended force is applied, thereby preventing residual contents.

[0017] That is, the present invention is characterized in that, instead of operating a stick-type cosmetic container in a forward and reverse manner to release the stick cosmetic as is usually done, the stick cosmetic is slowly withdrawn little by little only through a forward rotation operation, thereby allowing the cosmetic to be used conveniently and easily, while the reverse rotation operation is not possible, thereby preventing the withdrawn cosmetic from being retracted.

[0018] Another object of the present invention is to provide a stick-type cosmetic container that prevents residual contents so that the remaining amount of the stick cosmetic can be used up without any residue.

[0019] This is to allow the remaining amount of stick cosmetics remaining in the holder to be used up without any residue by rotating the rotating body slightly more during the normal use period of the stick-type cosmetic container, and in particular, the holder in which the solid stick cosmetics are loaded is double-screwed to perform sequential operation, so that malfunction does not occur even if any force is applied in the reverse direction.

[0020] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a stick-type cosmetic container configured with a double screw connection method, and a holder and a discharge plate that are respectively operated upwardly on the inside and outside of a single rotating body are provided in a screw connection method, so that the rotating body operates upwardly and sequentially to enable the stick cosmetic to be used up without any residue, while preventing it from operating in the reverse direction, thereby eliminating the possibility of malfunction, and thereby enabling convenient and stable operation.

[0021] The present invention comprises a case that is opened and closed by an overcap while being supported and combined with a shoulder cap to maintain an outer shape, a rotating body that is integrally vertically combined inside the case and rotates with the same stroke, a holder that is screw-connected from the outside of the rotating body and vertically rises while a stick cosmetic is loaded, and a discharge plate that is screw-connected from the inside of the rotating body and sequentially rises with the holder by the rotation thereof to push up the remaining amount remaining in the socket of the holder so that it can be used up.

[0022] The present invention has the effect of enabling stable and convenient use in a general cosmetic use mode by causing a rotating body coupled to a case to rotate through the case in order to use a stick-type cosmetic, so that a cosmetic holder equipped with a solid stick cosmetic is gradually and gradually raised by the rotation of the rotating body.

[0023] In this case, the rotating body can only operate in forward rotation and cannot operate in reverse rotation, so that the stick cosmetics can be gradually withdrawn in very small amounts, allowing for convenient and stable use. At the same time, since it cannot operate in reverse, it has the effect of fundamentally preventing malfunctions due to reverse rotation.

[0024] In addition, in case of wanting to use the remaining amount inside the holder, by applying more rotational force in the above-mentioned use mode, only the discharge plate is raised inside the holder, so that all remaining amount can be pushed out and taken out, thereby having the effect of being able to use up all remaining amount of cosmetics.

[0036] Hereinafter, specific details for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0037] Figures 1 to 5 of the attached drawings illustrate the overall configuration of the present invention in detail, Figures 6 and 7 illustrate the core parts of the present invention, and Figures 8 to 11 illustrate the operating state of the present invention.

[0038] As referenced in the drawing, the stick-type cosmetic container of the present invention has an outer structure comprising a case (10), a shoulder cap (20) integrally connected to the inner upper portion of the case (10) to rotate together with the case, a body (30) connected to the inner center of the shoulder cap (20) to support the rotation of the case (10) while guiding the rise of the stick cosmetic (S) upon withdrawal, and an overcap (70) that opens and closes the upper portion of the body (30).

[0039] In addition, the internal configuration of the present invention is composed of a rotating body (40) that is integrally connected to the inside of the case (10) and is rotationally driven in the same manner, a holder (50) that is screw-connected to the outside of the rotating body (40) and is operated upwardly according to the rotational operation of the rotating body (40) to withdraw the stick cosmetic (S), and a discharge plate (60) that is screw-connected to the inside of the holder (50) and is operated upwardly by the rotational power of the rotating body (40) to ultimately withdraw the remaining stick cosmetic (S).

[0040] The configuration of the present invention as described above is described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings as follows.

[0041] The above case (10) corresponds to the lower container of the stick-type cosmetic container of the present invention, and is configured to generate rotational force by the user rotating it clockwise when in use. It is formed in a double cylindrical shape with an open upper portion, and a guide tube (11) is integrally formed inside, and a coupling member (12) is integrally formed on the inner bottom surface of the guide tube (11) to be integrally axially coupled with the rotating body (40).

[0042] In addition, a shoulder cap (20) is integrally combined in the upper part by an undercut method to form an exterior in which a portion is exposed to the outside, and a separate overcap (70) is provided on the shoulder cap (20) so as to be openable to safely protect the stick cosmetic (S) inside.

[0043] A cylindrical body (30) with an open upper portion is coupled to the central hole of the shoulder cap (20) and is supported by the body so that the case (10) and the shoulder cap (20) can be rotated, and a holder (50) on which a stick cosmetic (S) is mounted is installed on the inner diameter of the body (30) so that an upward movement is performed while being supported by the body.

[0044] The above body (30) has a function of stably guiding the upward movement of the holder (50) in which the stick cosmetic (S) is mounted while maintaining the overall appearance of a stick-type cosmetic container, and is opened and closed by the overcap (70).

[0045] In addition, a stopper (31) is integrally provided at the center of the inside of the above body (30) by a connecting rib (32) to stably maintain the rotational force of the rotating body (40) coupled thereto while limiting the rotational force to only be able to rotate in one direction.

[0046] That is, the body (30) is provided in a double-tube shape with different inner diameters, and a pair of stoppers (31) having a clockwise inclined surface are provided on both sides along the circumference by a connecting rib (32) on the inner upper part of the smaller inner diameter.

[0047] At this time, the connecting ribs (32) are provided on both sides spaced apart from each other along the circumference of the inner diameter of the body (30), thereby providing a function for fastening the support (52) of the holer (50) described later to the space between them.

[0048] Accordingly, the engaging tooth shape of the rotating body (40) that is engaged with this is configured to allow rotation by its own elasticity and inclined surface when rotating clockwise, but to be caught and prevent reverse rotation when rotating in the reverse direction.

[0049] In addition, the inner guide tube (11) of the case (10) is vertically connected to a rotating body (40) as an integral part and is rotationally driven in the same manner as the case (10), and is formed of a tubular operating shaft (41) having a constant length and has a coupling groove (42) provided at the bottom, and is integrally connected to the coupling hole (12) of the case (10) by a spline shaft coupling method, and is rotationally driven in the same manner as the case (10).

[0050] A screw is provided in the longitudinal direction on the outer surface of the operating shaft (41) of the above-mentioned rotating body (40), and at the uppermost position of the screw, a stop groove (43) is provided to stop the holder (50) while communicating with the screw.

[0051] The above-mentioned stop groove (43) is formed in the form of a groove along the circumferential direction on the upper surface of the operating shaft (41), and the screw projection of the holder (50) is moved upward along the spiral of the operating shaft (41) by the rotation of the rotating body (40), and when it enters the space thereof, it rotates in vain, thereby cutting off the power, thereby providing a function of stopping the rise of the holder (50).

[0052] In addition, a guide projection (44) for screw connection with a discharge plate (60) is provided in a spiral shape at the upper position of the inner surface of the above-mentioned operating shaft (41), and a catch (46) that catches or slips on a stopper (31) of the body (30) depending on the direction of rotation is provided at the top by an elastic rib (45).

[0053] The above guide projection (44) is a concept of a male screw, and is provided on the inner diameter of a rotating body (40) formed in a tubular shape, and is screw-connected to the screw shaft (62) of the discharge plate (60) that is screw-connected thereto to transmit power.

[0054] That is, an elastic rib (45) having a constant elasticity is provided on both sides along the circumferential direction at the top of the above-mentioned rotating body (40), and at the same time, an inclined catch (46) is integrally formed at the end thereof so that the rotating force is limited by being caught or sliding on the stopper (31) of the body (30) depending on the direction of rotation of the rotating body (40).

[0055] In addition, the holder (50) is configured to mount a solid stick cosmetic (S), and is provided with a socket (51), a pair of supports (52) extending longitudinally at the lower portion of the socket (51), and screw projections (53) protruding inwardly at the lower portion of the inner surface of both supports (52).

[0056] The socket (51) is formed in the shape of a cup with the upper and lower parts penetrated, and when the stick cosmetic (S) is vertically placed, a separate discharge plate (60) is combined inside to take out the remaining cosmetic, thereby stably supporting the bottom of the stick cosmetic (S).

[0057] The support (52) is provided in a pair facing each other on both sides from the bottom surface of the socket (51) and is vertically long, and these support (52) are inserted and fastened into the space between the connecting ribs (32) provided on the inner diameter of the body (30), so that rotation is not permitted by these connecting ribs (32) and vertical operation is performed by vertically rising operation, i.e., rotational movement.

[0058] In addition, the screw projection (53) provided on the inner diameter of the support (52) is a projection that protrudes inward in a spiral shape, and is screw-coupled to the spiral groove of the operating shaft (41) provided on the outer surface of the rotating body (40) and guided thereby to move the holder (50) upward.

[0059] In addition, the above discharge plate (60) is provided so that it can be raised vertically inside the holder (50), and when the stick cosmetic (S) mounted on the holder (50) is used up, the last remaining contents are pushed out to the outside so that the remaining amount can be used up.

[0060] This discharge plate (60) is composed of a push plate (61) that is coupled to the inner bottom surface of the socket (51) of the holder (50), a screw shaft (62) that extends vertically to the lower part of the push plate (61) and has a screw on the outer surface, and a catch space (63) that is provided at the lower end of the screw shaft (62).

[0061] The push plate (61) supports the lower part of the stick cosmetic (S) and pushes it outward when the last remaining amount remains, and the screw shaft (62) is screw-connected with the guide projection (44) inside the central hole of the rotating body (40) to provide a function of vertically raising the discharge plate (60) by the rotational force of the rotating body (40).

[0062] At this time, the catch space (63) provided at the lower end of the screw shaft (62) restricts the screw shaft (62) from rising vertically any further after it rises to the top dead center.

[0063] The present invention, configured as described above, will now be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings, with respect to its operational state.

[0064] The stick-type cosmetic container of the present invention is designed to enable convenient use by gradually discharging the solid stick cosmetic (S) in small amounts according to the amount to be used, rather than in a pop-up manner, thereby preventing the stick cosmetic from being excessively drawn out and damaged, while allowing the entire stick cosmetic to be used without any residue.

[0065] In order to use the cosmetic container of the present invention, hold the partially exposed body (30) with one hand while opening the overcap (70) and then rotate the case (10) clockwise. Then, the shoulder cap (20) integrally connected to the case (10) rotates while being supported by the body (30), and the rotating body (40) also rotates simultaneously.

[0066] The above-mentioned rotating body (40) is integrally connected with the connecting groove (42) of the case (10) to rotate with the same stroke, and its rotational power is simultaneously transmitted to the holder (50) screw-connected to the outer surface screw of the operating shaft (41) and the discharge plate (60) screw-connected to the guide projection (44) of the inner surface to operate them.

[0067] The holder (50) is provided with screw projections (53) protruding inwardly on the inner surface of the two-sided support bodies (52) so as to engage with the screws on the outer surface of the operating shaft (41) of the rotating body (40), thereby being moved upwards according to the rotation of the rotating body (40).

[0068] That is, the screw projection (53) of the holder (50) is moved upward along the spiral groove of the operating shaft (41) according to the rotational power of the rotating body (40), and at this time, the support bodies (52) on both sides of the holder (50) are supported by the inner diameter connecting ribs (32) of the body (30) so that rotation is not permitted, thereby causing the holder (50) to move upward.

[0069] In this way, the rotational power of the rotating body (40) is converted into linear motion through the holder (50), and as the holder (50) moves upward, the stick cosmetic (S) mounted on the socket (51) is slowly pulled out of the body (30), so that the cosmetic can be conveniently used.

[0070] As described above, as the holder (50) is raised, the same rotational power of the rotating body (40) is also transmitted to the discharge plate (60) screw-connected to its inner diameter, causing them to rise together.

[0071] That is, as the guide projection (44) provided on the inner diameter of the rotating body (40) engages with the spiral groove of the screw shaft (62) of the discharge plate (60), the discharge plate (60) is moved upward, and accordingly, the discharge plate is moved upward with the same stroke as the holder (50).

[0072] Next, the holder (50) and the discharge plate (60) are simultaneously raised and when the holder (50) is raised to the highest point, that is, when the stick cosmetic (S) mounted on the socket (51) of the holder (50) is used up to the upper part of the socket (51), the screw projection (53) provided on the support (52) of the holder (50) enters the upper inactive section groove (46) of the rotating body (40), so that power is no longer transmitted and is cut off.

[0073] In this way, the rotational power of the rotating body (40) is not transmitted to the holder (50) and stops, but is still transmitted to the discharge plate (60) coupled inside the rotating body (40), so that the discharge plate (60) undergoes an upward movement. This upward movement of the discharge plate (60) is achieved by the inner diameter guide protrusion (44) of the rotating body (40) entering the lower idle section groove (63) of the discharge plate (60) and reaching a position where it rotates.

[0074] Accordingly, the holder (50) is raised and stopped, and then the discharge plate (60) is raised further, so that the remaining cosmetics inside the socket (51) are pushed out by the push plate (61) of the discharge plate (60), so that even the remaining cosmetics can be used.

[0075] Meanwhile, as described above, the holder (50) and the discharge plate (60) can be sequentially and gradually raised to conveniently use the stick cosmetics (S) as much as possible, but they do not operate in a counterclockwise direction.

[0076] Unlike the above operation, when the case (10) is rotated in the reverse direction, its rotational power is directly transmitted to the rotating body (40), and the rotating body (40) is subjected to a rotational force in the reverse direction, but the inclined catch (46) provided at the upper end by the elastic rib (45) is caught by the stopper (31) formed in the inner diameter of the body (30), thereby preventing it from rotating in the reverse direction.

[0077] That is, the catch (46) of the above-mentioned rotating body (40) has a certain elasticity toward the outside by the elastic rib (45) and, since it has an inclined surface, when rotating in a clockwise direction, it is allowed to do so by the elastic force of the elastic rib (45), but when a rotational force is applied in the reverse direction, the catch (46) is caught by the stopper (31) of the body (30) and does not rotate.

[0078] Accordingly, the stick-type cosmetic container of the present invention has the feature that when the case (10) is rotated clockwise when using the stick cosmetic (S), the stick cosmetic (S) is gradually and gradually withdrawn little by little, making it convenient to use, and conversely, when it is rotated counterclockwise, it is stopped without allowing rotation, thereby preventing various problems and damage due to excessive withdrawal.
