[0001] Cross-references

[0002] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China on September 28, 2023, with application number 202311278022.X and application name "Slitting device, winding equipment and method, battery processing equipment, battery production line", the entire content of which is incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0003] The present application relates to the field of slitting technology, and in particular to a slitting device, winding equipment and method, battery processing equipment, and a battery production line. Background Art

[0004] In related technologies, wound electrode assemblies are primarily formed by winding electrode sheets and separators. During the winding process, the electrode sheets and separators are typically cut to the desired length based on the desired electrode assembly diameter. This allows the winding needle to wind the desired electrode sheets and separators to create an electrode assembly with the desired diameter.

[0005] In some cases, to smoothly cut the electrode sheets and separators, it is necessary to first reduce or stop the conveyor speed of the cut pieces before the cut pieces are cut using the cutter mechanism. This slows down or stops the winding process, affecting the winding efficiency of the winding equipment. Consequently, this affects the winding efficiency of the electrode assembly, and thus the production efficiency of the electrode assembly.

[0006] Summary of the Invention

[0007] In view of the above problems, the purpose of the embodiments of the present application is to provide a slitting device, winding equipment and method, battery processing equipment, and battery production line, which can improve the technical problem of slow winding efficiency.

[0008] The technical solution adopted in the embodiment of this application is:

[0009] In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a slitting device, comprising:

[0010] The cutter mechanism comprises a moving part and a cutter arranged on the moving part, wherein the cutter is used to move periodically with the moving part to periodically cut the workpiece to be cut.

[0011] The slitting device provided in the embodiment of the present application can set the movement cycle of the moving part to the conveying time of the piece to be cut of the desired length. In this way, the cutter can move periodically with the moving part, and cut the piece to be cut during the periodic movement of the moving part. Specifically, the cutter can cut the piece to be cut within each movement cycle of the moving part, so that the piece to be cut of the desired length can be periodically cut out. With such an arrangement, during the process of the cutter cutting the piece to be cut, there is no need to reduce the conveying speed of the piece to be cut or stop the conveying of the piece to be cut, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the piece to be cut. That is, the winding efficiency of the electrode assembly can be improved to improve the production efficiency of the electrode assembly.

[0012] In some embodiments, the moving part is configured to be rotatable.

[0013] By adopting the above technical solution, the cutter can rotate at least after cutting the pieces to be cut. Based on this, the cutter can rotate immediately after cutting the pieces to be cut, so as to be able to separate from the pieces to be cut as much as possible without blocking the pieces to be cut, thus ensuring a continuous conveying effect of the pieces to be cut to a certain extent.

[0014] In some embodiments, the cutting cycle of the cutter is the rotation cycle of the moving part.

[0015] This arrangement allows the moving part to rotate periodically, and the cutter to rotate periodically with the moving part. Based on this, during the conveying process of the parts to be cut, the cutter can rotate periodically with the moving part and cut the parts to be cut in each rotation cycle, thereby periodically cutting out the parts to be cut of the required length.

[0016] In some embodiments, at least a portion of the cutter is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the moving part.

[0017] By at least partially setting the cutter on the outer peripheral surface of the moving part, the workpiece to be cut can pass through a position adjacent to the outer peripheral surface of the moving part when being conveyed, so that the cutter can cut the workpiece to be cut while rotating with the moving part.

[0018] In some embodiments, the slitting device further comprises a base, the base being provided with a first surface, the first surface and the moving part being spaced apart to form a first gap for the passage of the piece to be cut, and the cutter being used to cooperate with the first surface to cut the piece to be cut.

[0019] By arranging a cutter to cooperate with the first surface to cut the piece to be cut, the piece to be cut can be limited to the first surface, which makes it easier for the cutter to cut the piece to be cut quickly and accurately.

[0020] In some embodiments, the first surface is provided with a knife groove, and the cutting knife is used to engage with the knife groove to cut the piece to be cut.

[0021] The cutter and the cutter groove are plugged together to cut the workpiece to be cut, thereby improving the reliability and accuracy of the cutter in cutting the workpiece to be cut.

[0022] In some embodiments, the base is configured to be movable and configured to move with the workpiece to be cut or to transport the workpiece to be cut through the first surface.

[0023] This arrangement facilitates the determination of the movement cycle of the moving member and the cutter, that is, the determination of the slitting cycle of the cutter. Thus, the cutter facilitates periodic movement during the conveyance of the workpiece to be cut, thereby periodically slitting the workpiece to be cut without affecting the normal conveyance of the workpiece to be cut, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the workpiece to be cut.

[0024] In some embodiments, the moving part and the base are both configured to be rotatable, the rotation direction of the base is opposite to the rotation direction of the moving part, and the first surface is the outer peripheral surface of the base.

[0025] Such an arrangement facilitates the cutter to cut the pieces to be cut during the transportation process during the rotation process without affecting the transportation of the pieces to be cut, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the pieces to be cut.

[0026] In some embodiments, the rotation period of the base is the same as the rotation period of the moving part.

[0027] With this arrangement, the circumference of the outer surface of the base can be determined by the required length of the workpiece to be cut, and the rotation period of the moving part can be determined by the rotation period of the base. This facilitates the setting of the movement period of the moving part, so that the cutter moves with the moving part periodically to periodically cut out the workpiece to be cut of the required length.

[0028] In some embodiments, the slitting device further includes a first driving mechanism, the output end of which is connected to the base and is used to drive the base to transport the pieces to be cut.

[0029] In this way, the base can transport the workpiece to be cut to the first gap under the drive of the first driving mechanism, so that the cutter can periodically cut the workpiece to be cut in the first gap.

[0030] In some embodiments, the slitting device also includes a limiting member spaced apart from the moving member, the limiting member is provided with a second surface, the first surface and the second surface are spaced apart to form a second gap connected to the first gap, the second gap and the first gap are used to pass the parts to be cut in sequence.

[0031] On the one hand, the workpiece to be cut can be more easily passed through the first gap and adhered to the first surface, thereby facilitating the cooperation between the cutter and the first surface of the base to cut the workpiece. On the other hand, the workpiece to be cut can be made more flat, thereby reducing problems such as bending and wrinkling of the workpiece to be cut, thereby improving the quality of the workpiece to be cut and the quality of the product formed by winding the workpiece to be cut (such as an electrode assembly).

[0032] In some embodiments, the first surface and the second surface are used to cooperate in conveying the workpiece to be cut.

[0033] Such arrangement enables the limiter and the base to cooperate in conveying the workpiece to be cut, that is, the first surface and the second surface to cooperate in conveying the workpiece to be cut, so as to convey the workpiece to be cut to the first gap, so that the cutter can periodically cut the workpiece to be cut at the first gap.

[0034] In some embodiments, the limiting member is configured to be movable and configured to move along with the workpiece to be cut or to transport the workpiece to be cut through the second surface.

[0035] In this way, the limiting member can cooperate with the base to limit the piece to be cut, and facilitates the piece to be cut to be transported to the first gap, so that the cutter can periodically cut the piece to be cut in the first gap.

[0036] In some embodiments, the moving part and the limiting part are both configured to be rotatable, the rotation direction of the limiting part is the same as the rotation direction of the moving part, and the second surface is the outer peripheral surface of the limiting part.

[0037] By setting the rotation direction of the limiting member to be the same as that of the moving member, it is convenient for the workpiece to be cut to be transported to the first gap, and it is also convenient for the cutter to cut the workpiece to be cut at the first gap during the periodic movement of the moving member without affecting the transportation of the workpiece to be cut, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the workpiece to be cut.

[0038] In some embodiments, the slitting device further includes a second driving mechanism, an output end of which is connected to the limiting member and is used to drive the limiting member to convey the piece to be cut.

[0039] In this way, the limiting member can convey the workpiece to be cut to the first gap under the drive of the second driving mechanism, so that the cutter can periodically cut the workpiece to be cut in the first gap.

[0040] In some embodiments, the slitting device further includes a first adsorption mechanism, which is disposed on the limiting member and is used to adsorb the piece to be cut onto the second surface.

[0041] Such an arrangement facilitates flexible and reliable delivery of the pieces to be cut to the first gap, so that the cutter can periodically cut the pieces to be cut at the first gap.

[0042] In some embodiments, the first adsorption mechanism is used to adsorb the workpiece to be cut onto the second surface, so that the limiting member moves with the workpiece to be cut or transports the workpiece to be cut; the first adsorption mechanism is also used to remove the adsorption of the workpiece to be cut, so that the workpiece to be cut can be separated from the second surface and transported to the first gap.

[0043] Such an arrangement facilitates flexible and reliable delivery of the pieces to be cut to the first gap, so that the cutter can periodically cut the pieces to be cut at the first gap.

[0044] In some embodiments, the slitting device further includes a second adsorption mechanism, which is disposed on the base and is used to adsorb the piece to be cut onto the first surface.

[0045] This arrangement facilitates flexible and reliable delivery of the workpiece to be cut to the first gap, allowing the cutter to periodically cut the workpiece at the first gap. In addition, by adsorbing the workpiece to be cut on the first surface, the cutter can facilitate cutting the workpiece while cooperating with the first surface, and can also improve the problem of bending and wrinkling of the workpiece to be cut.

[0046] In some embodiments, the second adsorption mechanism is used to adsorb the workpiece to be cut to the first surface so that the base moves with the workpiece to be cut or transports the workpiece to be cut; the second adsorption mechanism is also used to remove the adsorption of the workpiece to be cut so that the workpiece to be cut after cutting can be separated from the base.

[0047] This arrangement facilitates the flexible and reliable transport of uncut pieces to the first gap, allowing the cutter to periodically cut the pieces at the first gap. Furthermore, by attaching the uncut pieces to the first surface, the cutter facilitates cutting the pieces while engaging with the first surface, and also reduces the risk of bending and wrinkling of the pieces. Furthermore, the cut pieces can be easily removed from the base and wound to form an electrode assembly or transported to a predetermined location.

[0048] In some embodiments, the second adsorption mechanism is movably connected to the base and is used to move with the base to adsorb the uncut pieces to be cut; it is also used to move relative to the base to remove the adsorption of the cut pieces to be cut.

[0049] By adopting the above technical solution, the second adsorption mechanism can adsorb the uncut pieces to be cut so that they can be transported to the first gap. In addition, the second adsorption mechanism can remove the adsorption of the cut pieces to be cut so that the cut pieces can be separated from the base.

[0050] In some embodiments, the base is configured to be rotatable; at least a portion of the second adsorption mechanism is disposed within the base to divide the base into an adsorption portion and a non-adsorption portion, and is configured to rotate with the base; at least a portion of the second adsorption mechanism is also configured to rotate relative to the base to adjust the positions of the adsorption portion and the non-adsorption portion, so that the adsorption portion is opposite to at least a portion of the uncut piece to be cut, and the non-adsorption portion is opposite to at least a portion of the cut piece to be cut.

[0051] Such arrangement enables the second adsorption mechanism to adsorb the uncut pieces to be cut, so as to facilitate the conveyance of the uncut pieces to be cut. In addition, the second adsorption mechanism can also remove the adsorption of the cut pieces to be cut, so as to facilitate the separation of the cut pieces to be cut from the base.

[0052] In some embodiments, the first surface is provided with adsorption holes, the second adsorption mechanism is connected to the adsorption holes, and adsorbs the workpiece to be cut onto the first surface through the adsorption holes.

[0053] The base is provided with adsorption holes so that the second adsorption mechanism can adsorb the workpiece to be cut onto the first surface.

[0054] In some embodiments, the first surface is provided with an adsorption area and an avoidance area, the adsorption holes are provided in the adsorption area, one side or two opposite sides of the adsorption area are provided with the avoidance area, and the avoidance area is used to avoid part of the workpiece to be cut.

[0055] With this arrangement, when the workpiece to be cut is a pole piece, the pole piece can be positioned on the first surface. The tabs on the pole piece can be moved away from the avoidance zone. This prevents the second adsorption mechanism from adsorbing the tabs, thereby alleviating the risk of tearing caused by adsorption and protecting the workpiece.

[0056] In some embodiments, the slitting device further includes a conveying mechanism, which is used to receive and convey the pieces to be cut after slitting.

[0057] The conveying mechanism can receive the cut pieces to be cut and convey the cut pieces so that the cut pieces to be cut can be separated from the cutter mechanism and wound or further conveyed to a predetermined position.

[0058] In some embodiments, the slitting device further includes a third adsorption mechanism, which is connected to the conveying mechanism and is used to adsorb the slitting pieces to be cut onto the conveying mechanism.

[0059] The third adsorption mechanism can adsorb the cut pieces to the conveying mechanism so that the cut pieces can move synchronously with the conveying mechanism. This makes it easier for the conveying mechanism to receive the cut pieces and to continue to transport the cut pieces to a predetermined position.

[0060] In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a winding device, comprising a winding mechanism and the slitting device, wherein the winding mechanism is used to wind the pieces to be cut after slitting.

[0061] The winding apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present application utilizes the aforementioned slitting device, so that the cutter of the slitting device can periodically move with the moving member during the conveyance of the workpiece to be cut, thereby periodically slitting the workpiece to be cut without affecting the normal conveyance of the workpiece to be cut, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the workpiece to be cut. In this way, the winding efficiency of the workpiece to be cut into a product (e.g., an electrode assembly) can be improved, thereby improving the production efficiency of the electrode assembly.

[0062] In some embodiments, the slitting device further includes a conveying mechanism, which is used to receive and convey the pieces to be cut after slitting, and the conveying speed of the conveying mechanism is the same as the winding speed of the winding mechanism.

[0063] In this way, the linear speed of the workpiece to be cut after slitting is also the same as the winding speed of the winding mechanism, so that the workpiece to be cut located in the conveying mechanism and the winding mechanism after slitting has a certain tension, which facilitates the winding of the workpiece to be cut by the winding mechanism and can improve the quality of the product (such as the electrode assembly) formed by winding the workpiece to be cut.

[0064] In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a battery processing device, comprising the slitting device or the winding device.

[0065] The battery processing equipment provided in the embodiments of the present application utilizes the aforementioned slitting device or winding device, enabling the slitting device to periodically slit the workpieces during their transport without affecting the normal transport of the workpieces, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the workpieces. This improves the winding efficiency of the workpieces to form electrode assemblies, thereby improving the production efficiency of the electrode assemblies and, in turn, the production efficiency of the batteries.

[0066] In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a battery production line, including the battery processing equipment.

[0067] The battery production line provided in the embodiment of the present application can improve the production efficiency of batteries by adopting the battery processing equipment involved above.

[0068] In some embodiments, the battery processing equipment further comprises:

[0069] Assembly equipment for assembling electrode assemblies to form battery cells;

[0070] A stacking device is used to stack the battery cells to form a battery.

[0071] In this way, a battery can be obtained.

[0072] In a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a winding method, using the winding device, comprising:

[0073] The piece to be cut is conveyed, the winding mechanism is driven to wind the piece to be cut, and the moving member is driven to move periodically, so that the cutter moves periodically with the moving member to cut the piece to be cut periodically.

[0074] The winding method provided in the embodiment of the present application adopts a winding device, so that the cutter can periodically cut the workpiece to be cut during the conveying process of the workpiece to be cut, without stopping or slowing down the conveying and winding operations of the workpiece to be cut, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the workpiece to be cut, and further improving the production efficiency of the products (such as electrode assemblies) formed by winding the workpiece to be cut.

[0090] Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and should not be understood to indicate or imply relative importance or to implicitly indicate the quantity of the technical features indicated. Thus, a feature specified as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features.

[0091] In the description of this application, "a plurality of" means more than two, and unless otherwise specifically defined, "more than two" includes two. Accordingly, "a plurality of groups" means more than two groups, including two groups.

[0092] In the description of this application, unless otherwise expressly specified or limited, terms such as "installed," "connected," "connect," and "fixed" should be understood in a broad sense. For example, they may refer to fixed connections, detachable connections, or integration; mechanical connections or electrical connections; direct connections or indirect connections through an intermediate medium; and they may refer to internal communication between two components or interaction between two components. Those skilled in the art will understand the specific meanings of the above terms in this application based on specific circumstances.

[0093] In the description of this application, the term "and / or" is simply a description of the association relationship between related objects, indicating that three relationships can exist. For example, A and / or B can mean: A exists, A and B exist at the same time, and B exists. In addition, in this application, the character " / " generally indicates that the related objects are in an "or" relationship.

[0094] In related technologies, a battery cell includes a housing and an electrode assembly, which is disposed within the housing. For wound electrode assemblies, the electrode assembly is primarily formed by winding electrode sheets and a separator. Specifically, the electrode sheets and separator are fed to a winding needle and wound by the needle to form the electrode assembly. The electrode sheets include positive and negative electrode sheets, with the separator disposed between the positive and negative electrode sheets to provide insulation between them.

[0095] It should be noted that during the winding process of the electrode assembly, the electrode sheets and separators are generally cut according to the desired electrode assembly diameter to obtain electrode sheets and separators of the desired length. In this way, the winding needle can wind the electrode sheets and separators of the desired length to obtain an electrode assembly of the desired diameter.

[0096] In some cases, to smoothly cut the electrode or diaphragm components, it is necessary to first reduce or stop the conveyor speed of the components to be cut. The cutter then moves to the components and cuts them. Specifically, the conveyor speed is reduced or stopped until the components are positioned at the desired cutting position, effectively positioning the components. This allows the cutter to cut the components at the predetermined position.

[0097] As a result, while the cutter is slitting the workpieces, the workpiece conveyor must stop or slow down, causing the winding process to slow down or stop, which in turn affects the winding efficiency of the winding equipment. Consequently, this affects the winding efficiency of the electrode assembly, and thus the production efficiency of the electrode assembly.

[0098] Based on the above considerations, in order to improve the problem of slow winding efficiency of the winding equipment, the embodiments of the present application provide a slitting device, a winding device and method, and a battery processing device, in which a cutter is provided on a moving part and is used to move periodically with the moving part to periodically cut the parts to be cut. Based on this, the movement cycle of the moving part can be set to the conveying time of the parts to be cut of the required length. In this way, the cutter can move periodically with the moving part and cut the parts to be cut during the periodic movement of the moving part. Specifically, the cutter can cut the parts to be cut within each movement cycle of the moving part, so that the parts to be cut of the required length can be periodically cut out. With such an arrangement, during the process of the cutter cutting the parts to be cut, there is no need to reduce the conveying speed of the parts to be cut or stop the conveying of the parts to be cut, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the parts to be cut. That is, the winding efficiency of the electrode assembly can be improved to improve the production efficiency of the electrode assembly.

[0099] Among them, winding equipment and method refer to winding equipment and winding method.

[0100] Although the slitting device involved in the embodiment of the present application is developed based on the problem of low winding efficiency that occurs during the winding process of the electrode assembly, its application scenario is not limited to this, and it can be applied to any occasion where slitting is required. It can be understood that the slitting device involved in the embodiment of the present application can be used to perform slitting operations on pole pieces and diaphragms to be cut during the winding process of the electrode assembly, and can also be applied to other processing processes other than the winding process of the electrode assembly. The slitting device can be used to perform slitting operations on pole pieces and diaphragms, and can also be used to perform slitting operations on other parts to be cut except pole pieces and diaphragms. That is, the parts to be cut can be, but are not limited to, pole pieces and diaphragms.

[0101] The battery involved in the embodiments of the present application can be a single physical module comprising one or more battery cells to provide higher voltage and capacity. When there are multiple battery cells, the multiple battery cells are connected in series, parallel, or in hybrid mode through a busbar. Hybrid mode refers to the multiple battery cells being connected in both series and parallel mode.

[0102] In some embodiments, the battery may be a battery module. When multiple battery cells are present, the multiple battery cells are arranged and secured to form a battery module. For example, the multiple battery cells may be secured to form a battery module using cable ties or other similar means. For example, the multiple battery cells may also be secured to form a battery module using end plates, side plates, or other similar means.

[0103] In other embodiments, the battery may be a battery pack, which may include a housing and battery cells. As an example, the battery cells may be directly housed in the housing. As an example, the battery cells may be first formed into a battery module and then housed in the housing.

[0104] The battery cells referred to in the embodiments of this application are the smallest units that store and output electrical energy. These cells can be secondary batteries or primary batteries. They can be, but are not limited to, metal batteries, lithium-sulfur batteries, sodium-ion batteries, or magnesium-ion batteries. They can be cylindrical, flat, rectangular, or other shapes.

[0105] A battery cell may include a housing and an electrode assembly disposed in the housing. In the battery cell, the number of electrode assemblies may be one or more.

[0106] The electrode assembly is the component where the electrochemical reaction occurs in the battery cell. Among them, the electrode assembly is mainly formed by winding the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet, and a separator is provided between the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet. The separator refers to a component with insulating properties, which is used to achieve the insulation effect between the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet. The parts of the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet with active materials constitute the main body of the electrode assembly, and the parts of the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet without active materials each constitute the tab. The tab of the positive electrode sheet is the positive tab, and the tab of the negative electrode sheet is the negative tab. The positive tab and the negative tab can be located together at one end of the main body or respectively at opposite ends of the main body.

[0107] The battery processing equipment involved in the embodiments of the present application is mainly used to process batteries.

[0108] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 and 2 . Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a battery processing apparatus 1000 provided in some embodiments of the present application, and Figure 2 is a three-dimensional structural diagram of a winding apparatus 100 provided in some embodiments of the present application. The battery processing apparatus 1000 may include a winding apparatus 100, which is used to wind electrode sheets and separators to form an electrode assembly.

[0109] The winding apparatus 100 may include a slitting device 10. The slitting device 10 is used to slit the electrode sheets during the winding process of the electrode assembly; alternatively, the slitting device 10 is used to slit the separator during the winding process of the electrode assembly; alternatively, the slitting device 10 is used to slit the electrode sheets and separator during the winding process of the electrode assembly. The electrode sheets may be either positive or negative electrode sheets.

[0110] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG1 , the battery processing equipment 1000 may further include an assembly device 200 , which is used to assemble the electrode assembly, the shell, etc. wound by the winding device 100 to obtain a battery cell.

[0111] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1 , the battery processing equipment 1000 may further include a stacking device 300 , which is configured to stack a plurality of battery cells to form a battery.

[0112] In some embodiments, the battery processing equipment 1000 may also include equipment for making pole pieces, equipment for making diaphragms, etc.

[0113] The slitting device 10 involved in the embodiment of the present application is used to slit the piece to be cut 2000 to cut out the piece to be cut 2000 of the required length. The slitting device 10 cuts out the piece to be cut 2000 of the required length, which means that the slitting device 10 cuts the piece to be cut 2000 to obtain the piece to be cut 2000 of the required length. The piece to be cut 2000 may be, but is not limited to, an electrode piece or a diaphragm. The required length refers to the length of the piece to be cut 2000 that needs to be cut out according to the situation, which may be, but is not limited to, the length of the electrode piece of an electrode assembly or the length of the diaphragm of an electrode assembly.

[0114] In some embodiments, referring to FIG2 , the slitting device 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application may include a cutter mechanism 11. The cutter mechanism 11 includes a moving member 111 and a cutter 112 disposed on the moving member 111. The cutter 112 is configured to periodically move with the moving member 111 to periodically cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0115] The moving part 111 refers to a movable component, wherein the moving part 111 can perform linear motion, curved motion, rotation, or even at least two of the linear motion, curved motion, and rotation.

[0116] The cutter 112 is a tool that can be used for cutting. The cutter 112 is arranged on the moving part 111 so that the cutter 112 can move synchronously with the moving part 111.

[0117] The cutter 112 is configured to perform periodic motion along with the moving member 111, meaning that the moving member 111 can perform periodic motion, and during the motion of the moving member 111, the moving member 111 can drive the cutter 112 to move synchronously, such that the cutter 112 can perform periodic motion synchronously with the moving member 111. It is understood that both the moving member 111 and the cutter 112 can perform periodic motion, and the motion cycle of the moving member 111 is the same as the motion cycle of the cutter 112, i.e., the same motion cycle.

[0118] Periodicity refers to the periodic motion and continuous circulation of an object. Based on this, the cutter 112 periodically cuts the piece to be cut 2000, which means that the cutter 112 cuts the piece to be cut 2000 in each motion cycle.

[0119] The cutter 112 is configured to periodically move with the moving member 111 to periodically cut the pieces 2000 to be cut. This means that, driven by the moving member 111, the cutter 112 can periodically move, and the cutter 112 can cut the pieces 2000 to be cut during this movement, thereby periodically cutting the pieces 2000 to be cut. Specifically, the cutter 112 cuts the pieces 2000 to be cut during each movement cycle, thereby periodically cutting the pieces 2000 to be cut. It will be understood that the time between two consecutive cuts of the pieces 2000 by the cutter 112 is the cutting cycle of the cutter 112, that is, the movement cycle of the cutter 112 and the movement cycle of the moving member 111.

[0120] In the slitting device 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the cutter 112 is provided on the moving part 111 and is used to move periodically with the moving part 111 to periodically cut the piece to be cut 2000. Based on this, the movement cycle of the moving part 111 can be set to the conveying time of the piece to be cut 2000 of the required length. In this way, the cutter 112 can move periodically with the moving part 111, and cut the piece to be cut 2000 in the conveying process during the periodic movement of the moving part 111. Specifically, during the conveying process of the piece to be cut 2000, the cutter 112 can cut the piece to be cut 2000 in each movement cycle of the moving part 111, so that the piece to be cut 2000 of the required length can be periodically cut out. With such an arrangement, during the process of the cutter 112 cutting the piece to be cut 2000, there is no need to reduce the conveying speed of the piece to be cut 2000 or stop the conveying of the piece to be cut 2000. That is, the cutter 112 can move during the conveyance of the workpiece 2000 to periodically cut the workpiece 2000 without affecting the normal conveyance of the workpiece 2000, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the workpiece 2000. In this way, the winding efficiency of the electrode assembly can be improved, thereby improving the production efficiency of the electrode assembly.

[0121] It should be noted that the conveying time of the workpiece 2000 to be cut of a required length is the quotient of the required length and the linear speed of the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0122] For ease of description, in each embodiment of the present application, the time at which the cutter 112 separates the object 2000 can be set to the time at which the cutter 112 completes a periodic motion, i.e., the time at which the moving member 111 completes a periodic motion. In other words, the cutter 112 separates the object 2000 when the moving member 111 and the cutter 112 complete a periodic motion.

[0123] Specifically, when the workpiece 2000 is conveyed to the desired length, the moving member 111 and the cutter 112 have just completed one cycle of motion, and the cutter 112 has just cut the workpiece 2000, thereby cutting out the workpiece 2000 of the desired length. Based on this, by continuously conveying the workpiece 2000, the moving member 111 and the cutter 112 continuously perform cycle motion, so that the cutter 112 can cut out the workpiece 2000 of the desired length in each cycle of motion, thereby periodically cutting out the workpiece 2000 of the desired length.

[0124] In some embodiments, referring to FIG2 and other figures, the moving member 111 is configured to be rotatable.

[0125] In the process of the moving member 111 performing the periodic motion, the moving member 111 can rotate continuously, or can rotate only after the cutter 112 cuts the piece to be cut 2000. Based on this, the cutter 112 can rotate at least after cutting the piece to be cut 2000.

[0126] When the moving part 111 rotates, the cutter 112 can rotate synchronously with the moving part 111 .

[0127] The central axis of the moving member 111 is the first central axis L1 , and the moving member 111 can rotate around the first central axis L1 .

[0128] By adopting the above technical solution, the cutter 112 can rotate at least after cutting the workpiece 2000. Based on this, the cutter 112 can rotate immediately after cutting the workpiece 2000, thereby being able to move away from the workpiece 2000 as much as possible without blocking the workpiece 2000. This can ensure the continuous conveying of the workpiece 2000 to a certain extent. In other words, the cutter 112 can cut the workpiece 2000 without affecting the conveying of the workpiece 2000, thereby not affecting the winding efficiency of the workpiece 2000. In addition, the cutter 112 rotates at least after cutting the workpiece 2000 to be cut, so as to separate from the workpiece 2000 to be cut as much as possible without blocking the transportation of the workpiece 2000 to be cut. It can also improve the problem of bending, wrinkling, etc. caused by the cutter 112 after the workpiece 2000 to be cut is blocked. In this way, the flatness of the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be guaranteed to a certain extent, so as to ensure the quality of the workpiece 2000 to be cut and the product (such as electrode assembly) formed by winding the workpiece 2000 to be cut to a certain extent.

[0129] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 and in conjunction with other figures, the slitting cycle of the cutter 112 is the rotation cycle of the moving member 111 .

[0130] By aligning the cutting cycle of the cutter 112 with the movement cycle of the moving member 111, and the cutting cycle of the cutter 112 with the rotation cycle of the moving member 111, the rotation cycle of the moving member 111 becomes the movement cycle of the moving member 111. In other words, the moving member 111 can rotate periodically. Based on this, the cutter 112 can rotate periodically along with the moving member 111, so that the movement cycle of the cutter 112 becomes the rotation cycle of the cutter 112. Furthermore, the cutter 112 can cut the workpiece 2000 being transported during the periodic rotation.

[0131] In some possible designs, as shown in FIG2 , the moving member 111 may only perform continuous cyclic rotation in each motion cycle. Alternatively, in other possible designs, the moving member 111 may not only perform continuous cyclic rotation in each motion cycle, but may also perform linear motion, curvilinear motion, or other motions during the cyclic rotation.

[0132] This arrangement allows the moving member 111 to rotate periodically, and the cutter 112 to rotate periodically along with the moving member 111. Therefore, during the conveying process of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the cutter 112 can rotate periodically along with the moving member 111, and cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut in each rotation cycle, thereby periodically cutting out the workpiece 2000 to be cut into a desired length.

[0133] The cutter 112 cuts the workpiece 2000 during rotation, allowing the cutter 112 to quickly disengage from the workpiece 2000 after cutting, without obstructing the conveyance of the workpiece 2000. This ensures, to a certain extent, the continuous conveyance of the workpiece 2000, eliminating the need for slowing down or stopping the conveyance of the workpiece 2000 during the cutting process, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the workpiece 2000. Furthermore, it also alleviates, to a certain extent, the problem of the workpiece 2000 being blocked by the cutter 112 after cutting, resulting in bending, wrinkling, etc., helping to achieve a certain degree of quality protection for the workpiece 2000, thereby improving the quality of the workpiece 2000 and the product (e.g., electrode assembly) formed by winding the workpiece 2000.

[0134] Based on the above structure, the moving member 111 can perform various types of periodic motions, as follows:

[0135] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2 , the moving member 111 may only rotate continuously during each motion cycle. It will be appreciated that for each rotation of the moving member 111, the cutter 112 rotates along with the moving member 111, thereby cutting the piece 2000 to be cut once. In this manner, the cutter 112 can rotate cyclically with the moving member 111 and cut the piece 2000 to be cut during each rotation cycle. This configuration simplifies the cyclic motion of the moving member 111, thereby facilitating the configuration of the slitting device 10. Furthermore, it facilitates the control of the cyclic motion of the moving member 111, ensuring that the motion cycle of the moving member 111 coincides with the transport time of the piece 2000 to be cut to the desired length. This facilitates the cutter 112 in slitting the piece 2000 to be cut to the desired length while the piece 2000 is being transported. Furthermore, since the moving member 111 only needs to rotate cyclically, it can achieve cyclic motion within a relatively narrow space, thereby reducing the size of the slitting device 10 and achieving a compact design for the winding apparatus 100.

[0136] In other embodiments, the moving member 111 may not only rotate continuously but also perform linear motion, curvilinear motion, or other similar motions within each motion cycle. For example, the slitting device 10 has a first station and a second station, and the moving member 111 may move between the first station and the second station. The movement of the moving member 111 from the first station to the second station and then back to the first station constitutes one cycle of motion of the moving member 111. The movement of the moving member 111 between the first station and the second station may employ at least one of linear motion, curvilinear motion, or other similar motions.

[0137] Specifically, during the transport of the workpiece 2000, the moving member 111 can move from the first station to the second station and then back to the first station, while simultaneously completing a rotation cycle. Thus, the moving member 111 completes a single cycle of motion. At this point, the cutter 112 is located at the first station, slicing the workpiece 2000.

[0138] In some other embodiments, the moving part 111 can perform discontinuous rotation within each motion cycle, and can also perform linear motion, curvilinear motion and other motions. Among them, the slitting device 10 has a first station and a second station, and the moving part 111 can move between the first station and the second station. Specifically, during the conveying process of the piece 2000 to be cut, the moving part 111 can move from the first station to the second station, and then move from the second station back to the first station to complete a cycle of motion. At this time, the cutter 112 is located at the first station and cuts the piece 2000 to be cut. In addition, after the cutter 112 cuts the piece 2000 to be cut, the moving part 111 can be rotated immediately, so that the cutter 112 can quickly rotate with the moving part 111 and disengage from the piece 2000 to be cut, thereby facilitating continuous conveying of the piece 2000 to be cut. The moving member 111 rotates discontinuously, i.e., intermittently, and may rotate, but is not limited to, after the cutter 112 cuts the workpiece 2000 each time. The moving member 111 may move between the first station and the second station in at least one of linear motion and curved motion.

[0139] In some further embodiments, the moving member 111 may not rotate within each motion cycle, but may instead perform linear motion, curvilinear motion, or other motion. The slitting device 10 has a first station and a second station, and the moving member 111 may move between the first station and the second station. Specifically, during the conveying of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the moving member 111 may move from the first station to the second station, and then from the second station back to the first station, completing one cycle of motion. At this time, the cutter 112 is located at the first station and cuts the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0140] The above embodiment enables the moving member 111 to perform periodic motion, thereby enabling the cutter 112 to periodically move along with the moving member 111, so as to periodically cut the pieces 2000 to be cut into pieces of a desired length during the conveying process of the pieces 2000 to be cut.

[0141] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 2 and 3 together, in conjunction with other figures. Figure 3 is a front view of a winding device 100 provided in some embodiments of the present application, specifically a schematic diagram of the winding device 100 viewed from a first direction Y. The first direction Y is parallel to the first central axis L1. At least a portion of the cutter 112 is disposed on the outer circumference of the moving member 111.

[0142] The outer peripheral surface of the moving member 111 refers to the outer peripheral surface of the moving member 111 disposed around the first central axis L1 .

[0143] By at least partially setting the cutter 112 on the outer peripheral surface of the moving part 111, when conveying the piece 2000 to be cut, the piece 2000 to be cut can pass through a position adjacent to the outer peripheral surface of the moving part 111, so that the cutter 112 can cut the piece 2000 to be cut while rotating with the moving part 111.

[0144] By allowing the workpiece 2000 to pass through a position adjacent to the outer circumference of the moving member 111, the rotational direction of the side of the moving member 111 adjacent to the workpiece 2000 can be made substantially the same as the conveying direction of the workpiece 2000. Thus, by disposing the cutter 112 on the outer circumference of the moving member 111, when the cutter 112 rotates to a position adjacent to the workpiece 2000, the rotational direction of the cutter 112 can also be substantially the same as the conveying direction of the workpiece 2000. This facilitates the cutter 112 to cut the workpiece 2000 being conveyed during its movement, and also facilitates the cutter 112 to quickly separate from the workpiece 2000 after cutting it, thereby minimizing interference with the continuous conveying of the workpiece 2000.

[0145] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 2 and 3 , the moving member 111 may be shaft-shaped, and the outer circumference of the moving member 111 may be cylindrical. During the conveying process, the workpiece 2000 to be cut may pass through the radial side of the moving member 111. The radial direction of the moving member 111 refers to the radial direction of the cylinder defined by the outer circumference of the moving member 111.

[0146] In other embodiments, the outer peripheral surface of the moving part 111 may also be a prismatic surface or a surface of other shapes.

[0147] In other embodiments, the cutter 112 may also be disposed at other locations of the moving part 111 .

[0148] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 2 and 3 in conjunction with other figures, the slitting device 10 further includes a base 12 having a first surface 1201. A first gap 101 is formed between the first surface 1201 and the moving member 111. The first gap 101 is configured to allow the workpiece 2000 to pass through. The cutter 112 is configured to cooperate with the first surface 1201 to slit the workpiece 2000.

[0149] The first surface 1201 refers to at least a portion of the surface of the base 12. The first surface 1201 is mainly used for passing the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, at least a portion of the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be located on the first surface 1201 and pass through the first surface 1201.

[0150] It should be noted that, during the conveying process of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the workpiece 2000 to be cut may pass through the first surface 1201, specifically, through the first gap 101 formed between the first surface 1201 and the moving member 111. During the periodic movement of the cutter 112 along with the moving member 111, when the moving member 111 and the cutter 112 complete a periodic movement, at least a portion of the cutter 112 may just move to the first gap 101 and cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut at the first gap 101. It is understandable that the cutter 112 may move periodically along with the moving member 111, thereby being able to move to the first gap 101 (periodically) in each movement cycle to periodically cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut at the first gap 101.

[0151] By arranging the cutter 112 to cooperate with the first surface 1201 to cut the piece 2000 to be cut, the piece 2000 to be cut can be limited to the first surface 1201, which makes it easier for the cutter 112 to cut the piece 2000 to be cut quickly and accurately.

[0152] In some embodiments, please refer to Figure 4, in conjunction with other figures. Figure 4 is a top view of the base 12 of the slitting device 10 provided in some embodiments of the present application. A first surface 1201 is provided with a knife groove 1202, and the cutter 112 is configured to engage with the knife groove 1202 to slit the workpiece 2000.

[0153] The knife groove 1202 is a groove for engaging with the cutter 112 to cut the workpiece 2000. In some possible designs, as shown in FIG4 , the first surface 1201 is recessed to form the knife groove 1202; or, in other possible designs, the first surface 1201 is provided with a raised structure, which encloses the knife groove 1202.

[0154] It should be noted that during the conveying process of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, at least a portion of the workpiece 2000 to be cut is located on the first surface 1201 and covers the knife groove 1202 on the first surface 1201. When the moving member 111 and the cutter 112 complete a cycle of motion, at least a portion of the cutter 112 just moves to the first gap 101, and the knife groove 1202 can also be located in the first gap 101. In this way, the cutter 112 can be plugged into and matched with the knife groove 1202 at the first gap 101, thereby cutting the workpiece 2000 to be cut that is covered by the knife groove 1202. It can be understood that the cutter 112 can move cyclically with the moving member 111, so as to move to the first gap 101 (periodically) in each motion cycle, so as to plug and match with the knife groove 1202 at the first gap 101 (periodically) in each motion cycle, thereby cutting the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0155] The cutter 112 and the knife groove 1202 are plugged together to cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut, thereby improving the reliability and accuracy of the cutter 112 in cutting the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0156] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 2 to 4 in conjunction with other figures. The base 12 is configured to be movable. In some possible designs, the base 12 is configured to move with the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Alternatively, in other possible designs, the base 12 is configured to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut via the first surface 1201.

[0157] The base 12 is configured to move with the workpiece 2000. This means that during the transport of the workpiece 2000, the base 12 can move with the workpiece 2000. Specifically, at least a portion of the workpiece 2000 is located on the first surface 1201 and in frictional contact with the first surface 1201. During the transport of the workpiece 2000, the frictional contact between the workpiece 2000 and the first surface 1201 causes the workpiece 2000 to move with the base 12, thereby causing the base 12 to move with the workpiece 2000.

[0158] The base 12 is used to convey the workpiece 2000 to be cut through the first surface 1201, which means that the base 12 can move under the drive of an external force such as the first driving mechanism 13 or manual driving, which will be described below, so as to convey the workpiece 2000 to be cut through the first surface 1201. Specifically, at least a portion of the workpiece 2000 to be cut is located on the first surface 1201 and is in frictional contact with the first surface 1201. During the movement of the base 12 under the drive of an external force such as the first driving mechanism 13 or manual driving, which will be described below, the base 12 can drive the workpiece 2000 to be cut to move through the frictional contact between the workpiece 2000 and the first surface 1201, thereby conveying the workpiece 2000 to be cut. In this way, the base 12 can convey the workpiece 2000 to the first gap 101, so that the cutter 112 can periodically cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut in the first gap 101.

[0159] The base 12 can move along with the workpiece 2000 during its transport; alternatively, the base 12 can transport the workpiece 2000 via the first surface 1201. This allows the base 12 to move synchronously with the workpiece 2000. The base 12 moving synchronously with the workpiece 2000 means that the linear velocity of the workpiece 2000 during transport is the same as the linear velocity of the base 12, i.e., the linear velocity of the workpiece 2000 is the same as the linear velocity of the first surface 1201.

[0160] During the conveying process of the piece to be cut 2000, at least a portion of the piece to be cut 2000 is located on the first surface 1201 and covers the knife groove 1202 on the first surface 1201. In addition, the base 12 moves synchronously with the piece to be cut 2000, so that the knife groove 1202 moves synchronously with the piece to be cut 2000. When the moving part 111 and the cutter 112 complete a cycle of motion, at least a portion of the cutter 112 just moves to the first gap 101, and the knife groove 1202 and the piece to be cut 2000 covered at the knife groove 1202 can also move to the first gap 101. At this time, the cutter 112 can be inserted into the knife groove 1202 to cut the piece to be cut 2000 covered at the knife groove 1202.

[0161] Based on this, the linear speed of the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be determined by the linear speed of the base 12. Furthermore, the required length of the workpiece 2000 to be cut and the linear speed of the base 12 can be used to determine the transport time of the workpiece 2000 to be cut of the required length, thereby determining the motion cycle of the moving member 111, and thus the slitting cycle of the cutter 112. This arrangement facilitates the determination of the motion cycles of the moving member 111 and the cutter 112, and thus the slitting cycle of the cutter 112. Consequently, the cutter 112 can periodically move during the transport of the workpiece 2000 to periodically slit the workpiece 2000 without affecting the normal transport of the workpiece 2000, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0162] Correspondingly, the time for the knife groove 1202 to move to the first gap 101 can also be determined by the movement cycle of the moving part 111, so that when the moving part 111 and the cutter 112 complete a cycle of movement, the knife groove 1202 can just move to the first gap 101, so that the cutter 112 and the knife groove 1202 can be plugged into and matched to cut the piece 2000 to be cut at the first gap 101.

[0163] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 in conjunction with other figures, the moving member 111 and the base 12 are both configured to rotate. The base 12 rotates in a direction opposite to that of the moving member 111, and the first surface 1201 is the outer peripheral surface of the base 12.

[0164] The base 12 is provided with a second central axis L2. The base 12 is provided to be rotatable, which means that the base 12 can rotate around the second central axis L2. The first central axis L1 and the second central axis L2 are provided in parallel.

[0165] The first surface 1201 of the base 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the moving part 111 are spaced apart to form the first gap 101 .

[0166] The outer peripheral surface of the base 12 refers to the outer peripheral surface of the base 12 arranged around the second central axis L2.

[0167] In some possible designs, the base 12 rotates clockwise and the moving member 111 rotates counterclockwise. Alternatively, in other possible designs, the base 12 rotates counterclockwise and the moving member 111 rotates clockwise. In this way, the base 12 rotates in the opposite direction to the moving member 111.

[0168] In some possible designs, during the conveying process of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the frictional contact between the first surface 1201 and the workpiece 2000 to be cut can drive the base 12 to rotate, so that the base 12 can rotate with the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Alternatively, in some other possible designs, the base 12 can rotate under the drive of an external force, and through the friction between the first surface 1201 and the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the base 12 can drive the workpiece 2000 to be cut to move through the first surface 1201 during the rotation process to convey the workpiece 2000 to be cut, so that the base 12 can roll the workpiece 2000 to be cut during the rotation process. The above allows the base 12 to move synchronously with the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, at the contact position between the workpiece 2000 to be cut and the first surface 1201, the base 12 and the workpiece 2000 to be cut have the same movement direction and movement speed.

[0169] By setting the rotation direction of the base 12 opposite to the rotation direction of the moving member 111, the movement direction of the base 12 and the movement direction of the moving member 111 can be substantially the same at the first gap 101, thereby making the movement direction of the workpiece 2000 to be cut substantially the same as the movement direction of the moving member 111 at the first gap 101. This facilitates the engagement of the cutter 112 with the knife groove 1202 on the first surface 1201 to cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut at the first gap 101. Furthermore, after cutting the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the cutter 112 can be disengaged from the knife groove 1202 and the workpiece 2000 to be cut, so as not to interfere with the movement of the base 12 and the workpiece 2000 to be cut. This arrangement facilitates the cutter 112 to cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut during transportation during rotation without affecting the transportation of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0170] In some embodiments, the moving member 111 can rotate periodically, so that the cutter 112 can periodically rotate to the first gap 101 along with the moving member 111 , thereby periodically cutting out pieces 2000 of a desired length at the first gap 101 .

[0171] In some embodiments, the first surface 1201 of the base 12 is a cylindrical surface. At least a portion of the workpiece 2000 to be cut is located on the first surface 1201 , specifically, at least a portion of the workpiece 2000 to be cut bypasses the first surface 1201 .

[0172] It should be noted that the specific structure of the base 12 can be various, including but not limited to the following:

[0173] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the base 12 can be a rotating roller. The base 12 can be rotated by an external force, such as a first drive mechanism 13 described below or manual drive, to roll the workpiece 2000 to be cut across the first surface 1201. Alternatively, the workpiece 2000 to be cut can drive the base 12 to rotate during the conveying process.

[0174] In other embodiments, the base 12 may be a belt conveyor mechanism comprising a conveyor belt and a rotating shaft, the conveyor belt being wound around the rotating shaft, and the workpiece 2000 to be cut being positioned on the conveyor belt. The rotating shaft can be rotated by an external force, such as a first drive mechanism 13 described below or a manual drive, to drive the conveyor belt, thereby driving the workpiece 2000 to be cut via the conveyor belt to convey the workpiece 2000. Alternatively, during the conveyance of the workpiece 2000, the workpiece 2000 can drive the conveyor belt, causing the rotating shaft to rotate with the conveyor belt.

[0175] In some other possible designs, the base 12 can absorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut and can be moved by an external force such as the first driving mechanism 13 described below, manual driving, etc. Specifically, the base 12 can be moved by an external force to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut absorbed on the base 12.

[0176] In some embodiments, the rotation period of the base 12 is the same as the rotation period of the moving member 111 .

[0177] It is understood that when the moving member 111 and the cutter 112 complete one rotation cycle, the base 12 also completes one rotation cycle. Since the rotation cycle of the moving member 111 is the time required to deliver the workpiece 2000 of the desired length to be cut, the rotation cycle of the base 12 is also the time required to deliver the workpiece 2000 of the desired length to be cut.

[0178] In some possible designs, the base 12 can rotate with the workpiece 2000 to be cut; or, in other possible designs, the base 12 can transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut during its rotation. In this way, the workpiece 2000 to be cut can move synchronously with the base 12. That is, the linear velocity of the workpiece 2000 to be cut is the same as the linear velocity of the base 12 during rotation.

[0179] Based on this, the rotation period of the base 12 is also the conveying time of the required length of the piece 2000 to be cut, and the linear speed of the piece 2000 to be cut is the same as the rotation linear speed of the base 12, so that the circumference of the outer surface of the base 12 is exactly the required length of the piece 2000 to be cut.

[0180] With such an arrangement, the circumference of the outer surface of the base 12 can be determined by the required length of the piece 2000 to be cut, and the rotation period of the moving part 111 can be determined by the rotation period of the base 12. This facilitates the setting of the movement period of the moving part 111, so that the cutter 112 moves periodically with the moving part 111 to periodically cut out the piece 2000 to be cut of the required length.

[0181] It should be noted that the number of the knife grooves 1202 on the first surface 1201 can be set to one. When the base 12 completes a cycle of rotation, the knife groove 1202 also completes a cycle of rotation to rotate to the first gap 101. At this time, the moving member 111 also completes a cycle of rotation, and the cutter 112 rotates to the first gap 101, plugging and cooperating with the knife groove 1202 to cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut. It is understandable that the cutter 112 can move cyclically with the moving member 111 to move to the first gap 101 (periodically) during each movement cycle, and the knife groove 1202 can also move cyclically with the base 12 to move to the first gap 101 (periodically) during each movement cycle, so that the cutter 112 can plug and cooperate with the knife groove 1202 at the first gap 101 (periodically) during each movement cycle to periodically cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Therefore, by determining whether the cutter 112 is plugged into and matched with the cutter groove 1202 , it is possible to determine whether the rotation periods of the base 12 and the moving part 111 are the same, thereby facilitating the setting of the rotation period of the moving part 111 .

[0182] In other embodiments, the rotation period of the base 12 may differ from the rotation period of the moving member 111. For example, the rotation period of the moving member 111 may be half the rotation period of the base 12. Based on this, half the circumference of the base 12 corresponds to the required length of the workpiece 2000 to be cut. There may be two knife grooves 1202, which alternately rotate to the first gap 101 as the moving member 111 completes each rotation cycle, thereby engaging with the cutter 112 and slitting the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0183] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 5 and in conjunction with other accompanying drawings, FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of the first drive mechanism 13 and base 12 of the slitting device 10 provided in some embodiments of the present application. The slitting device 10 also includes the first drive mechanism 13 , the output end of which is connected to the base 12 , and the first drive mechanism 13 is used to drive the base 12 to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0184] The first driving mechanism 13 is a mechanism for driving the base 12 to move so that the base 12 can transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0185] The first driving mechanism 13 may be a mechanism for outputting a rotational drive to drive the base 12 to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Alternatively, the first driving mechanism 13 may be a mechanism for outputting a linear drive.

[0186] When the first drive mechanism 13 is a mechanism for outputting a rotational drive, in some possible designs, the base 12 is a rotating roller connected to the output end of the first drive mechanism 13, so that it can rotate under the drive of the first drive mechanism 13 to roll the workpiece 2000 to be cut across the first surface 1201. In other possible designs, the base 12 is a belt conveyor mechanism, and the output end of the first drive mechanism 13 is connected to the rotating shaft of the belt conveyor mechanism to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, thereby causing the conveyor belt to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Based on this, as an example, the first drive mechanism 13 can be a motor, and the output end of the first drive mechanism 13 is the output shaft of the motor, that is, the output shaft of the motor is connected to the base 12. As another example, the first drive mechanism 13 can be a screw mechanism, and the output end of the first drive mechanism 13 is the screw of the screw mechanism, that is, the screw is connected to the base 12, so that the rotation of the screw drives the base 12 to rotate. As yet another example, the first drive mechanism 13 can be a mechanism combining a motor and a gear set, and the output end of the first drive mechanism 13 can be a gear set, and the gear set is connected to the base 12.

[0187] When the first drive mechanism 13 is a mechanism for outputting a linear drive, in some possible designs, the base 12 can be used to absorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut and can move linearly as a whole under the drive of the first drive mechanism 13, thereby being able to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut during the movement. Based on this, as an example, the first drive mechanism 13 can be a cylinder, the output end of the first drive mechanism 13 is the output shaft of the cylinder, and the output shaft of the cylinder is connected to the base 12. As another example, the first drive mechanism 13 can be a screw mechanism, the output end of the first drive mechanism 13 is the nut of the screw mechanism, that is, the screw is connected to the base 12.

[0188] By adopting the above technical solution, the base 12 can not only cooperate with the cutter 112 to cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut, but also transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut under the drive of the first drive mechanism 13. In this way, the base 12 can transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut to the first gap 101 under the drive of the first drive mechanism 13, so that the cutter 112 can periodically cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut in the first gap 101.

[0189] It should be additionally explained that, in other embodiments, the base 12 can also be manually driven to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0190] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 2 and 3 together, and in conjunction with other figures. The slitting device 10 further includes a stopper 14, spaced apart from the moving member 111. The stopper 14 has a second surface 1401, and the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401 are separated to form a second gap 102. The second gap 102 is connected to the first gap 101, and the second gap 102 and the first gap 101 are used to sequentially pass the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0191] The position-limiting member 14 is a component that, together with the base 12, limits the position of the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, the second surface 1401 of the position-limiting member 14 and the first surface 1201 of the base 12 form a second gap 102. During the conveyance of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the workpiece 2000 can pass through the second gap 102, thereby being limited in position by the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401.

[0192] The second surface 1401 refers to at least a portion of the surface of the stopper 14. The second surface 1401 is mainly used for passing the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, at least a portion of the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be located on the second surface 1401 and pass through the second surface 1401.

[0193] The second gap 102 refers to a gap formed between the limiting member 14 and the base 12 for passing the workpiece 2000 to be cut. The second gap 102 is at least used to limit the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0194] Based on this, during the conveying process of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the workpiece 2000 to be cut first passes through the second gap 102 and then passes through the first gap 101 .

[0195] By adopting the above technical solution, the workpiece 2000 to be cut needs to pass through the second gap 102 during the conveying process so as to be limited by the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401. Under the limiting effect of the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401, on the one hand, the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be better passed through the first gap 101 and adhered to the first surface 1201, thereby facilitating the cooperation between the cutter 112 and the first surface 1201 of the base 12 to cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut. On the other hand, the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be made more flat, improving the problems of bending, wrinkling, etc. of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, thereby improving the quality of the workpiece 2000 to be cut and the quality of the product (e.g., electrode assembly) formed by winding the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0196] In some embodiments, the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401 are used to cooperate in conveying the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0197] It can be understood that the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401 are used to cooperate in conveying the workpiece 2000 to be cut, so that the workpiece 2000 to be cut can pass through the second gap 102 and the first gap 101 in sequence. In this way, the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401 can cooperate to convey the workpiece 2000 to be cut to the first gap 101, thereby facilitating the cutter 112 to periodically cut the workpiece 2000 at the first gap 101.

[0198] In some possible designs, the first surface 1201 is used to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut, that is, the base 12 is used to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, the base 12 can be driven by an external force such as the first drive mechanism 13 or manual drive, so that the friction between the first surface 1201 and the workpiece 2000 drives the workpiece 2000 to be cut, thereby achieving the transportation of the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Based on this, during the process of the base 12 transporting the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the friction between the second surface 1401 and the workpiece 2000 can cause the limiting member 14 to move with the workpiece 2000 to be cut, thereby improving the flexibility and reliability of the transportation of the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Alternatively, the limiting member 14 does not move with the workpiece 2000 to be cut. For example, the base 12 is a rotating roller, and the base 12 can be rotated by an external force such as the first driving mechanism 13 or manual drive, so as to roll the piece to be cut 2000 through the first surface 1201, and the limiting member 14 can rotate along with the conveyance of the piece to be cut 2000, that is, the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401 cooperate to roll the piece to be cut 2000.

[0199] In other possible designs, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the second surface 1401 is used to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut, that is, the limiting member 14 is used to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, the limiting member 14 can be driven by an external force such as the second driving mechanism 15 described below, manual driving, etc., so that the friction between the second surface 1401 and the workpiece 2000 drives the workpiece 2000 to be cut, thereby achieving the transportation of the workpiece 2000. Based on this, during the process of the limiting member 14 transporting the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the friction between the first surface 1201 and the workpiece 2000 to be cut can cause the base 12 to move with the workpiece 2000 to be cut, thereby improving the flexibility and reliability of transporting the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Alternatively, the base 12 does not move with the workpiece 2000 to be cut. For example, the limiting member 14 is a rotating roller, and the limiting member 14 can be rotated under the external force of the second driving mechanism 15 mentioned below, manual driving, etc., so as to roll the piece to be cut 2000 through the second surface 1401, and the base 12 can rotate with the piece to be cut 2000, that is, the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401 cooperate to roll the piece to be cut 2000.

[0200] In yet other possible designs, both the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401 are used to convey the workpiece 2000 to be cut, that is, both the base 12 and the retaining member 14 are used to convey the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, the base 12 can be driven by an external force, such as a first drive mechanism 13 or manual drive, to move the workpiece 2000 to be cut through friction between the first surface 1201 and the workpiece 2000. Furthermore, the retaining member 14 can also be driven by an external force, such as a second drive mechanism 15 described below or manual drive, to move the workpiece 2000 to be cut through friction between the second surface 1401 and the workpiece 2000. Thus, the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be conveyed. For example, the retaining member 14 and the moving member 111 can both rotate to roll the workpiece 2000 to be cut, that is, the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401 cooperate to roll the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0201] Such arrangement enables the limit member 14 and the base 12 to cooperate in conveying the piece 2000 to be cut, that is, the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401 can cooperate in conveying the piece 2000 to be cut, so as to convey the piece 2000 to be cut to the first gap 101, so that the cutter 112 can periodically cut the piece 2000 to be cut at the first gap 101.

[0202] It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401 may not be used to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut, but rather other mechanisms may be used to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut, so as to transport the workpiece 2000 to the first gap 101. Based on this, the first surface 1201 and the second surface 1401 are only used to limit the position of the workpiece 2000 to be cut. In the process of transporting the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the base 12 may move with the workpiece 2000 to be cut; or, the limiting member 14 may move with the workpiece 2000 to be cut; or, both the base 12 and the limiting member 14 may move with the workpiece 2000 to be cut. In this way, the flexibility and reliability of transporting the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be improved. Of course, in the process of transporting the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the base 12 and the limiting member 14 may not move with the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0203] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 2 and 3 together, and in conjunction with other figures. The stopper 14 is configured to be movable. In some possible designs, the stopper 14 is configured to move with the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Alternatively, in other possible designs, the stopper 14 is configured to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut via the second surface 1401.

[0204] The position-limiting member 14 is configured to move with the workpiece 2000. This means that during the transport of the workpiece 2000, the position-limiting member 14 can move with the movement of the workpiece 2000. Specifically, at least a portion of the workpiece 2000 is located on the second surface 1401 and in frictional contact with the second surface 1401. During the transport of the workpiece 2000, the frictional contact between the workpiece 2000 and the second surface 1401 causes the workpiece 2000 to drive the position-limiting member 14, thereby causing the position-limiting member 14 to move with the workpiece 2000.

[0205] The limiting member 14 is used to convey the workpiece 2000 to be cut through the second surface 1401. This means that the limiting member 14 can move under the influence of an external force, such as the second drive mechanism 15 or manual drive, described below, to convey the workpiece 2000 to be cut through the second surface 1401. Specifically, at least a portion of the workpiece 2000 to be cut is located on the second surface 1401 and is in frictional contact with the second surface 1401. During the movement of the limiting member 14 under the influence of an external force, such as the second drive mechanism 15 or manual drive, described below, the frictional contact between the workpiece 2000 and the second surface 1401 allows the limiting member 14 to drive the workpiece 2000 to be cut, thereby conveying the workpiece 2000. In this way, the limiting member 14 can convey the workpiece 2000 to the second gap 102 and the first gap 101 in sequence, so that the cutter 112 can periodically cut the workpiece 2000 in the first gap 101.

[0206] The limiting member 14 can move with the piece to be cut 2000 during the conveying process of the piece to be cut 2000, so that the limiting member 14 can not only cooperate with the base 12 to limit the piece to be cut 2000, but also move with the piece to be cut 2000, thereby improving the conveying flexibility and reliability of the piece to be cut 2000, so as to facilitate the conveying of the piece to be cut 2000 to the first gap 101.

[0207] The limiting member 14 can convey the piece to be cut 2000 through the second surface 1401, so that the limiting member 14 can not only cooperate with the base 12 to limit the piece to be cut 2000, but also convey the piece to be cut 2000, so that the piece to be cut 2000 is conveyed to the first gap 101, thereby facilitating the cutter 112 to periodically cut the piece to be cut 2000 in the first gap 101.

[0208] It should be noted that the position-limiting member 14 can move along with the workpiece 2000 during its transport; alternatively, the position-limiting member 14 can move along with the workpiece 2000 during its transport. This allows the position-limiting member 14 to move synchronously with the workpiece 2000. The position-limiting member 14 moving synchronously with the workpiece 2000 means that the linear velocity of the workpiece 2000 during transport can be the same as the linear velocity of the position-limiting member 14, i.e., the linear velocity of the workpiece 2000 is the same as the linear velocity of the second surface 1401.

[0209] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 in conjunction with other drawings, the moving member 111 and the limiting member 14 are both configured to rotate, the limiting member 14 rotates in the same direction as the moving member 111 , and the second surface 1401 is the outer peripheral surface of the limiting member 14 .

[0210] The limiting member 14 is provided with a third central axis L3. The limiting member 14 is provided to be rotatable, which means that the limiting member 14 can rotate around the third central axis L3. The third central axis L3 is provided in parallel with the first central axis L1.

[0211] The second surface 1401 of the limiting member 14 and the first surface 1201 of the base 12 are spaced apart to form the second gap 102 .

[0212] The outer peripheral surface of the limiting member 14 refers to the outer peripheral surface of the limiting member 14 arranged around the third central axis L3.

[0213] The rotation direction of the limiting member 14 and the rotation direction of the moving member 111 are both clockwise, or the rotation direction of the limiting member 14 and the rotation direction of the moving member 111 are counterclockwise. In this way, the rotation direction of the limiting member 14 is the same as the rotation direction of the moving member 111.

[0214] In some possible designs, during the conveying process of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the frictional contact between the second surface 1401 and the workpiece 2000 to be cut can drive the limiting member 14 to rotate, so that the limiting member 14 can rotate with the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Alternatively, in some other possible designs, the limiting member 14 can rotate under the drive of an external force, and through the friction between the second surface 1401 and the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the limiting member 14 can drive the workpiece 2000 to move through the second surface 1401 during the rotation process to convey the workpiece 2000 to be cut, so that the limiting member 14 can roll the workpiece 2000 to be cut during the rotation process. In the above manner, the limiting member 14 can move synchronously with the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, at the position where the limiting member 14 contacts the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the movement direction of the limiting member 14 is substantially the same as the movement direction of the workpiece 2000 to be cut. When the moving member 111 is close to the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the moving direction of the moving member 111 is substantially the same as the moving direction of the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0215] By setting the rotation direction of the limiting member 14 to be the same as the rotation direction of the moving member 111, it is convenient for the piece to be cut 2000 to be transported to the first gap 101, and it is also convenient for the cutter 112 to cut the piece to be cut 2000 at the first gap 101 during the periodic movement of the moving member 111 without affecting the transportation of the piece to be cut 2000, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the piece to be cut 2000.

[0216] In some embodiments, the second surface 1401 of the stopper 14 is a cylindrical surface. At least a portion of the workpiece 2000 to be cut is located on the second surface 1401 , specifically, at least a portion of the workpiece 2000 to be cut bypasses the second surface 1401 .

[0217] It should be additionally explained that when the base 12 is configured to be rotatable, the rotation direction of the limiting member 14 is opposite to the rotation direction of the base 12 .

[0218] It should be noted that the specific structure of the limiting member 14 can be various, including but not limited to the following:

[0219] In some possible designs, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the limiting member 14 can be a rotating roller. The limiting member 14 can be rotated by an external force, such as a second drive mechanism 15 described below or manual drive, to roll the workpiece 2000 to be cut across the second surface 1401. Alternatively, the workpiece 2000 to be cut can drive the limiting member 14 to rotate during the conveying process.

[0220] In other possible designs, the limiting member 14 may be a belt conveyor mechanism comprising a conveyor belt and a rotating shaft, with the conveyor belt wound around the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft can be rotated by an external force, such as a second drive mechanism 15 described below or manual drive, to drive the conveyor belt, thereby conveying the workpieces 2000 to be cut via the conveyor belt. Alternatively, the workpieces 2000 to be cut can drive the conveyor belt during conveyance, causing the rotating shaft to rotate with the conveyor belt.

[0221] In some other possible designs, the stopper 14 can absorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut and can be moved under external force. Specifically, the stopper 14 can be moved under external force such as the second drive mechanism 15 described below or manual drive to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut absorbed by the stopper 14.

[0222] In some embodiments, please refer to Figure 6, in conjunction with other figures. Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of the second drive mechanism 15 and the position limiting member 14 of the slitting device 10 provided in some embodiments of the present application. The slitting device 10 also includes the second drive mechanism 15, the output end of which is connected to the position limiting member 14. The second drive mechanism 15 is used to drive the position limiting member 14 to convey the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0223] The second driving mechanism 15 is a mechanism for driving the limiting member 14 to move so that the base 12 can transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0224] The second driving mechanism 15 may be a mechanism for outputting a rotational drive to drive the base 12 to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Alternatively, the second driving mechanism 15 may be a mechanism for outputting a linear drive.

[0225] When the second drive mechanism 15 is a mechanism for outputting a rotational drive, in some possible designs, the limiting member 14 is a rotating roller, which is connected to the output end of the second drive mechanism 15 so as to be rotated under the drive of the second drive mechanism 15 to roll the workpiece 2000 to be cut across the second surface 1401. In other possible designs, the limiting member 14 is a belt conveyor mechanism, and the output end of the second drive mechanism 15 is connected to the rotating shaft of the belt conveyor mechanism to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, thereby causing the conveyor belt to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Based on this, as an example, the second drive mechanism 15 can be a motor, and the output end of the second drive mechanism 15 is the output shaft of the motor, that is, the output shaft of the motor is connected to the limiting member 14. As another example, the second drive mechanism 15 can be a screw mechanism, and the output end of the second drive mechanism 15 is the screw of the screw mechanism, that is, the screw is connected to the limiting member 14, so that the rotation of the screw can drive the limiting member 14 to rotate. As another example, the second driving mechanism 15 may be a mechanism in which a motor and a gear set cooperate. The output end of the second driving mechanism 15 may be a gear set, and the gear set is connected to the limiting member 14 .

[0226] When the second drive mechanism 15 is a mechanism for outputting a linear drive, in some possible designs, the stopper 14 can be used to absorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut and can be driven by the second drive mechanism 15 to move linearly as a whole, thereby conveying the workpiece 2000 to be cut during the movement. Based on this, as an example, the second drive mechanism 15 can be a cylinder, the output end of the second drive mechanism 15 being the output shaft of the cylinder, and the output shaft of the cylinder being connected to the stopper 14. As another example, the second drive mechanism 15 can be a screw mechanism, the output end of the second drive mechanism 15 being the nut of the screw mechanism, that is, the screw being connected to the stopper 14.

[0227] By adopting the above technical solution, the limiting member 14 can not only cooperate with the base 12 to limit the position of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, but also transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut under the drive of the second driving mechanism 15. In this way, the limiting member 14 can transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut to the first gap 101 under the drive of the second driving mechanism 15, so that the cutter 112 can periodically cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut in the first gap 101.

[0228] It should be additionally explained that, in other embodiments, the limiting member 14 can also be manually driven to transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0229] In some embodiments, please refer to Figure 7, in conjunction with other figures. Figure 7 is a schematic diagram of the stopper 14 and the first suction mechanism 16 of the slitting device 10 provided in some embodiments of the present application. The slitting device 10 also includes the first suction mechanism 16, which is disposed on the stopper 14 and is used to suction the workpiece 2000 to be cut to the second surface 1401.

[0230] The first adsorption mechanism 16 is a mechanism that can be used to adsorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, the first adsorption mechanism 16 adsorbs the workpiece 2000 to be cut onto the second surface 1401 .

[0231] The first adsorption mechanism 16 can use, but is not limited to, vacuum adsorption to adsorb the workpiece 2000 to the second surface 1401. Specifically, the second surface 1401 of the stopper 14 is provided with a vacuum hole, and the first adsorption mechanism 16 is a vacuum pump. The first adsorption mechanism 16 is connected to the vacuum hole, so that the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be adsorbed to the second surface 1401 through the vacuum hole.

[0232] The first suction mechanism 16 can suction the workpiece 2000 to the second surface 1401, allowing the workpiece 2000 to move synchronously with the stopper 14. This facilitates the stopper 14 to move with the workpiece 2000; alternatively, the stopper 14 can transport the workpiece 2000. This arrangement facilitates flexible and reliable transport of the workpiece 2000 to the first gap 101, allowing the cutter 112 to periodically cut the workpiece 2000 at the first gap 101.

[0233] In some embodiments, the first suction mechanism 16 is used to suction the workpiece 2000 to the second surface 1401. This allows the stopper 14 to move with the workpiece 2000; alternatively, the stopper 14 can transport the workpiece 2000. The first suction mechanism 16 is also used to remove suction from the workpiece 2000, allowing the workpiece 2000 to be removed from the second surface 1401 and transported to the first gap 101.

[0234] Specifically, when the slitting device 10 is in operation, the first suction mechanism 16 can suction the workpiece 2000 to be cut, causing the workpiece 2000 to be suctioned to the second surface 1401. This allows the workpiece 2000 to move synchronously with the stopper 14, facilitating the transport of the workpiece 2000 to the second gap 102. Once the workpiece 2000 is transported to the second gap 102, the first suction mechanism 16 removes suction from the workpiece 2000 at the second gap 102, allowing the workpiece 2000 at the second gap 102 to separate from the second surface 1401, facilitating continued transport of the workpiece 2000 to the first gap 101.

[0235] Such an arrangement facilitates the flexible and reliable delivery of the pieces 2000 to be cut to the first gap 101 , so that the cutter 112 can periodically cut the pieces 2000 to be cut at the first gap 101 .

[0236] In some embodiments, please refer to Figure 8, in conjunction with other figures. Figure 8 illustrates the coordinated structure of the base 12 and the second adsorption mechanism 17 of the slitting device 10 provided in some embodiments of the present application. The slitting device 10 also includes the second adsorption mechanism 17, which is disposed on the base 12 and is used to adsorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut onto the first surface 1201.

[0237] The second suction mechanism 17 is a mechanism capable of sucking the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, the second suction mechanism 17 sucks the workpiece 2000 to be cut onto the first surface 1201 of the base 12. The second suction mechanism 17 can suck the workpiece 2000 to be cut onto the first surface 1201 using, but not limited to, vacuum suction. For example, the second suction mechanism 17 is a vacuum pump.

[0238] The second adsorption mechanism 17 can adsorb the workpiece 2000 to the first surface 1201, so that the workpiece 2000 can preferably move synchronously with the base 12. In this way, the base 12 can move with the workpiece 2000 to be cut, or the base 12 can transport the workpiece 2000 to be cut. This arrangement facilitates the flexible and reliable transport of the workpiece 2000 to be cut to the first gap 101, so that the cutter 112 can periodically cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut at the first gap 101. In addition, by adsorbing the workpiece 2000 to the first surface 1201, the cutter 112 can cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut in cooperation with the first surface 1201, and can also improve the problem of bending and wrinkling of the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0239] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 8 and in conjunction with other figures, the second suction mechanism 17 is used to suction the workpiece 2000 to be cut to the first surface 1201. This allows the base 12 to move with the workpiece 2000; alternatively, the base 12 can transport the workpiece 2000. The second suction mechanism 17 is also used to remove suction from the workpiece 2000, allowing the workpiece 2000 to be separated from the base 12 after being cut.

[0240] Specifically, when the slitting device 10 is working, the second adsorption mechanism 17 can adsorb the unslit pieces to be cut 2000, so that the unslit pieces to be cut 2000 are adsorbed on the first surface 1201 of the base 12. In this way, the unslit pieces to be cut 2000 can move synchronously with the base 12, so that the unslit pieces to be cut 2000 can pass through the second gap 102 and the first gap 101 in sequence. Based on this, the cutter 112 can periodically move to the first gap 101 to cut the pieces to be cut 2000 in the first gap 101. In addition, the second adsorption mechanism 17 can remove the adsorption of the slit pieces to be cut 2000, so that the slit pieces to be cut 2000 can be separated from the base 12, so that the slit pieces to be cut 2000 can be wound to form an electrode assembly or continue to be transported to a predetermined position.

[0241] This arrangement facilitates the flexible and reliable transport of uncut pieces 2000 to the first gap 101, allowing the cutter 112 to periodically cut the pieces 2000 at the first gap 101. Furthermore, by attaching the uncut pieces 2000 to the first surface 1201, the cutter 112 facilitates cutting the pieces 2000 while cooperating with the first surface 1201, and also alleviates issues with bending and wrinkling of the pieces 2000. Furthermore, the cut pieces 2000 can be easily removed from the base 12 and wound to form an electrode assembly or transported to a predetermined location.

[0242] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 8 and in conjunction with other figures, a second suction mechanism 17 is movably connected to the base 12. The second suction mechanism 17 is configured to move with the base 12 to suction uncut pieces 2000. The second suction mechanism 17 is also configured to move relative to the base 12 to release suction from the cut pieces 2000.

[0243] Specifically, when the slitting device 10 is in operation, the second adsorption mechanism 17 can adsorb the uncut pieces 2000 to be cut onto the first surface 1201. Furthermore, when the base 12 moves with the pieces 2000 to be cut or the base 12 transports the pieces 2000 to be cut, the base 12 moves synchronously with the pieces 2000 to be cut, and the second adsorption mechanism 17 also moves with the base 12, thereby allowing the uncut pieces 2000 to be cut to move synchronously with the base 12 while being adsorbed on the first surface 1201, and thus be transported to the second gap 102 and the first gap 101 in sequence. Based on this, the cutter 112 can periodically slit the pieces 2000 to be cut at the first gap 101. Then, the second adsorption mechanism 17 resets relative to the base 12 to move away from the cut pieces 2000 to be cut, thereby removing the adsorption of the cut pieces 2000 to be cut, so that the cut pieces 2000 to be cut can be separated from the base 12. Then, the second adsorption mechanism 17 can continue to cooperate with the base 12 to adsorb the uncut pieces 2000 to be cut, so that the uncut pieces 2000 to be cut move synchronously with the base 12 in a state of being adsorbed on the first surface 1201, and are thereby transported to the second gap 102 and the first gap 101 in turn, and then the second adsorption mechanism 17 resets relative to the base 12... and so on.

[0244] By adopting the above technical solution, the second adsorption mechanism 17 can adsorb the uncut pieces 2000 to be cut, so that the uncut pieces 2000 can be transported to the first gap 101. In addition, the second adsorption mechanism 17 can also remove the adsorption of the cut pieces 2000 to be cut, so that the cut pieces 2000 can be separated from the base 12.

[0245] In some embodiments, please refer to Figure 8, and combine it with other drawings. Among them, the base 12 is configured to be rotatable. At least a portion of the second adsorption mechanism 17 is disposed in the base 12 to divide the base 12 into an adsorption portion 121 and a non-adsorption portion 122. At least a portion of the second adsorption mechanism 17 is used to rotate with the base 12. At least a portion of the second adsorption mechanism 17 is also used to rotate relative to the base 12 to adjust the position of the adsorption portion 121 and the non-adsorption portion 122. Thereby, the adsorption portion 121 is opposite to at least a portion of the uncut piece 2000 to be cut, and the non-adsorption portion 122 is opposite to at least a portion of the cut piece 2000 to be cut.

[0246] It can be understood that at least part of the second adsorption mechanism 17 divides the base 12 into two parts, namely the adsorption part 121 and the non-adsorption part 122. In FIG8 , the adsorption part 121 and the non-adsorption part 122 are divided by dotted lines.

[0247] The suction portion 121 refers to the portion of the base 12 for adsorbing the workpiece 2000. Specifically, the second adsorption mechanism 17 is located in the suction portion 121 and cooperates with the suction portion 121, so that the second adsorption mechanism 17 can adsorb the workpiece 2000 to the first surface 1201 of the suction portion 121.

[0248] The non-adsorption portion 122 refers to a portion of the base 12 that is not used to absorb the workpiece 2000. Specifically, the second adsorption mechanism 17 is not located in the non-adsorption portion 122, and the non-adsorption portion 122 does not cooperate with the second adsorption mechanism 17, so that the second adsorption mechanism 17 does not absorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut onto the first surface 1201 of the non-adsorption portion 122.

[0249] It should be noted that the adsorption portion 121 and the non-adsorption portion 122 of the base 12 are variable. At least a portion of the second adsorption mechanism 17 rotates within the base 12, which can change the division between the adsorption portion 121 and the non-adsorption portion 122 of the base 12, that is, change the position of the adsorption portion 121 and the non-adsorption portion 122 of the base 12. It can be understood that the second adsorption mechanism 17 rotates relative to the base 12, so that the second adsorption mechanism 17 can be rotated to any part of the base 12 to cooperate with that part of the base 12 to achieve an adsorption effect on the workpiece 2000 to be cut. That part of the base 12 is then divided into the adsorption portion 121, and the rest of the base 12 is the non-adsorption portion 122. Based on this, the adsorption part 121 of the base 12 can be determined according to the part of the workpiece 2000 to be cut that needs to be adsorbed. Specifically, the part of the base 12 opposite to the part of the workpiece 2000 to be cut that needs to be adsorbed is determined as the adsorption part 121; then the second adsorption mechanism 17 is rotated so that the second adsorption mechanism 17 is rotated to the adsorption part 121, that is, the adsorption part 121 and the non-adsorption part 122 are re-divided, and the second adsorption mechanism 17 can adsorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut opposite to the adsorption part 121.

[0250] As an example, as shown in FIG8 , the suction portion 121 and the second suction mechanism 17 are positioned opposite and in close contact with each other, so that the second suction mechanism 17 can cooperate with the suction portion 121 to suction the workpiece 2000 to be cut, thereby adsorbing the workpiece 2000 to the first surface 1201 on the suction portion 121. Accordingly, the non-adsorption portion 122 and the second suction mechanism 17 are not positioned in close contact with each other, so that the second suction mechanism 17 cannot adsorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut to the first surface 1201 on the non-adsorption portion 122. Based on this, the suction portion 121 of the base 12 can be determined based on which portion of the base 12 the part of the workpiece 2000 to be cut faces, and then the second suction mechanism 17 can be rotated so that the second suction mechanism 17 is in close contact with the suction portion 121, while the remaining portion of the base 12 serves as the non-adsorption portion 122.

[0251] The adsorption portion 121 is opposite to at least a portion of the uncut workpiece 2000 , so that the second adsorption mechanism 17 can adsorb the uncut workpiece 2000 onto the first surface 1201 of the adsorption portion 121 .

[0252] The non-adsorption portion 122 is opposite to at least a portion of the cut workpiece 2000 , so that the second adsorption mechanism 17 cannot adsorb the cut workpiece 2000 onto the first surface 1201 of the non-adsorption portion 122 .

[0253] Based on the above structure, the position of the second adsorption mechanism 17 can be adjusted so that the second adsorption mechanism 17 divides the base 12 into an adsorption portion 121 and a non-adsorption portion 122. In addition, the adsorption portion 121 is opposite to at least a portion of the uncut workpiece 2000 to be cut, so that the second adsorption mechanism 17 can adsorb the uncut workpiece 2000 to the adsorption portion 121. When the base 12 moves with the workpiece 2000 to be cut or the base 12 transports the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the base 12 moves synchronously with the workpiece 2000 to be cut, and the second adsorption mechanism 17 also rotates with the base 12, so that the uncut workpiece 2000 to be cut can move synchronously with the base 12 in a state of being adsorbed on the adsorption portion 121, and is thus transported to the second gap 102 and the first gap 101 in sequence. Based on this, the cutter 112 can periodically cut the workpiece 2000 to be cut at the first gap 101. Then, the second suction mechanism 17 returns to its original position and rotates relative to the base 12 to redefine the suction portion 121 and the non-suction portion 122, so that the suction portion 121 faces at least a portion of the uncut workpiece 2000, and the non-suction portion 122 faces at least a portion of the cut workpiece 2000. At this point, the second suction mechanism 17 moves away from the cut workpiece 2000 and does not suction the cut workpiece 2000. This allows the second suction mechanism 17 to release suction from the cut workpiece 2000, allowing the cut workpiece 2000 to be removed from the base 12. Then, the second adsorption mechanism 17 can continue to cooperate with the adsorption part 121 to adsorb the uncut pieces to be cut 2000, so that the uncut pieces to be cut 2000 can be transported to the second gap 102 and the first gap 101 in sequence in the state of being adsorbed on the adsorption part 121. Then, the second adsorption mechanism 17 is reset and rotated relative to the base 12 to remove the adsorption of the cut pieces to be cut 2000... and so on.

[0254] Such arrangement enables the second adsorption mechanism 17 to adsorb the uncut pieces 2000 to be cut, so as to facilitate the conveyance of the uncut pieces 2000. Furthermore, the second adsorption mechanism 17 can also remove the adsorption of the cut pieces 2000 to be cut, so as to facilitate the separation of the cut pieces 2000 from the base 12.

[0255] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG8 , the base 12 is in a sleeve shape. At least a portion of the second adsorption mechanism 17 is disposed within the base 12 and is coaxial with the base 12 .

[0256] In some embodiments, the second adsorption mechanism 17 may move relative to the base 12 in a manner other than rotation, but may instead move in a linear or curvilinear manner. Therefore, after the movement, the second adsorption mechanism 17 may re-divide the base 12 into the adsorption portion 121 and the non-adsorption portion 122.

[0257] In some embodiments, the first adsorption mechanism 16 is movably connected to the stopper 14. The first adsorption mechanism 16 is configured to move with the stopper 14. The first adsorption mechanism 16 is also configured to move relative to the stopper 14 to remove adsorption from the workpiece 2000 to be cut at the second gap 102.

[0258] When the slitting device 10 is in operation, the first suction mechanism 16 can suction the workpiece 2000 to the second surface 1401. As the stopper 14 moves with the workpiece 2000 or as the stopper 14 transports the workpiece 2000, the stopper 14 and the workpiece 2000 move synchronously, and the first suction mechanism 16 also moves with the stopper 14, thereby allowing the workpiece 2000 to be transported to the second gap 102 while being suctioned to the second surface 1401. The first suction mechanism 16 then resets to release suction from the workpiece 2000 in the second gap 102, facilitating continued transport of the workpiece 2000 to the first gap 101. The first suction mechanism 16 can then continue to suction the workpiece 2000 to the second surface 1401 of the stopper 14, allowing the workpiece 2000 to continue being suctioned to the second surface 1401 and transported to the second gap 102. The first suction mechanism 16 then moves relative to the stopper 14, and so on.

[0259] Such an arrangement facilitates the delivery of the workpiece 2000 to be cut to the second gap 102 and the first gap 101 in sequence.

[0260] In some embodiments, at least a portion of the first adsorption mechanism 16 may also be disposed within the limiting member 14 to divide the limiting member 14 into the above-mentioned adsorption portion 121 and the non-adsorption portion 122. The first adsorption mechanism 16 is configured to rotate with the limiting member 14 so that the first adsorption mechanism 16 cooperates with the adsorption portion 121 to adsorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut, so that the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be transported to the second gap 102 in a state of being adsorbed on the second surface 1401. The first adsorption mechanism 16 is also configured to rotate relative to the limiting member 14 to adjust the positions of the adsorption portion 121 and the non-adsorption portion 122 so that the non-adsorption portion 122 is opposite to the workpiece 2000 to be cut at the second gap 102, thereby allowing the first adsorption mechanism 16 to remove the adsorption of the workpiece 2000 to be cut at the second gap 102, thereby facilitating the workpiece 2000 to be cut at the second gap 102 to detach from the limiting member 14.

[0261] Such an arrangement facilitates the delivery of the workpiece 2000 to be cut to the second gap 102 and the first gap 101 in sequence.

[0262] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 8 in conjunction with other figures, the first surface 1201 is provided with adsorption holes 1203 , and the second adsorption mechanism 17 is connected to the adsorption holes 1203 and adsorbs the workpiece 2000 to the first surface 1201 through the adsorption holes 1203 .

[0263] The adsorption hole 1203 is a hole that passes through the base 12 and is used to cooperate with the second adsorption mechanism 17 to adsorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0264] The base 12 is provided with adsorption holes 1203 so that the second adsorption mechanism 17 can adsorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut onto the first surface 1201 .

[0265] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 8 together with other drawings. The first surface 1201 may be provided with a plurality of adsorption holes 1203 , and the plurality of adsorption holes 1203 are distributed on the first surface 1201 at intervals.

[0266] The plurality of adsorption holes 1203 may be distributed on the first surface 1201 in an array, or may be distributed on the first surface 1201 such that the centers of three adjacent adsorption holes 1203 can be connected to form an equilateral triangle, or other arrangements are possible. This facilitates a uniform distribution of the plurality of adsorption holes 1203, thereby achieving balanced adsorption of the workpiece 2000.

[0267] In some embodiments, the cross-section of the adsorption hole 1203 may be circular, triangular, prismatic, or the like.

[0268] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 4 and 8 together, and in conjunction with other figures. First surface 1201 is provided with an adsorption area 12011 and an avoidance area 12012, and adsorption holes 1203 are provided in adsorption area 12011. In some possible designs, as shown in Figures 4 and 8, avoidance areas 12012 are provided on opposite sides of adsorption area 12011; alternatively, in other possible designs, avoidance area 12012 is provided on one side of adsorption area 12011. Avoidance area 12012 is used to avoid a portion of workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0269] It can be understood that the adsorption area 12011 is provided with adsorption holes 1203 for adsorbing the workpiece 2000 to be cut. The avoidance area 12012 is not provided with adsorption holes 1203 and is not used for adsorbing the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0270] With this arrangement, when the workpiece 2000 to be cut is a pole piece, the pole piece can be located on the first surface 1201. The tabs on the pole piece can be moved away from the avoidance area 12012. In this way, the second adsorption mechanism 17 does not adsorb the tabs, thereby alleviating the risk of tabs being torn due to adsorption, thereby protecting the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0271] 4 and 8 , the adsorption area 12011 is provided with avoidance areas 12012 on both opposite sides along the first direction Y. Alternatively, the adsorption area 12011 is provided with avoidance areas 12012 on one side along the first direction Y.

[0272] The first direction Y is parallel to the first central axis L1.

[0273] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG2 and FIG3 together with other drawings. The slitting device 10 further includes a conveying mechanism 18, which is used to receive and convey the slitting pieces 2000.

[0274] The conveying mechanism 18 is a mechanism for conveying the cut pieces 2000 .

[0275] In some possible designs, the conveying mechanism 18 may be a belt conveyor mechanism, and the slit pieces to be cut 2000 may be placed on a conveyor belt of the belt conveyor mechanism so as to be conveyed by the movement of the conveyor belt. In other possible designs, the conveying mechanism 18 may include rotating rollers, which may be used to receive and roll the slit pieces to be cut 2000.

[0276] The conveying mechanism 18 can receive the cut pieces 2000 and convey the cut pieces 2000 so that the cut pieces 2000 can be separated from the cutter mechanism 11 and wound or further conveyed to a predetermined position.

[0277] In some embodiments, please refer to Figure 9, in conjunction with other figures. Figure 9 is a schematic diagram of the conveying mechanism 18 and the third suction mechanism 19 of the slitting device 10 provided in some embodiments of the present application. The slitting device 10 also includes the third suction mechanism 19, which is connected to the conveying mechanism 18 and is used to suction the cut pieces 2000 to the conveying mechanism 18 after slitting.

[0278] The third adsorption mechanism 19 is a mechanism that can be used to adsorb the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, the third adsorption mechanism 19 adsorbs the workpiece 2000 to be cut after being cut onto the conveying mechanism 18.

[0279] The third adsorption mechanism 19 can use, but is not limited to, vacuum adsorption to adsorb the workpiece 2000 to the conveying mechanism 18. Specifically, the conveying mechanism 18 is provided with a vacuum hole, and the third adsorption mechanism 19 is a vacuum pump. The third adsorption mechanism 19 is connected to the vacuum hole, so that the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be adsorbed to the conveying mechanism 18 through the vacuum hole. As an example, the conveying mechanism 18 is a belt conveyor mechanism, and the vacuum hole can be provided on the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor mechanism. As another example, the conveying mechanism 18 includes a rotating roller, and the vacuum hole is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating roller.

[0280] The third adsorption mechanism 19 can adsorb the cut pieces 2000 to be cut onto the conveying mechanism 18, so that the cut pieces 2000 can move synchronously with the conveying mechanism 18, which makes it easier for the conveying mechanism 18 to receive the cut pieces 2000 and to continue to convey the cut pieces 2000 to a predetermined position.

[0281] In some embodiments, the slitting device 10 further includes a third driving mechanism, which is used to drive the moving member 111 to move, so that the moving member 111 moves periodically.

[0282] The third driving mechanism refers to a mechanism that can be used to drive the moving member 111 to perform periodic motion.

[0283] When the moving member 111 rotates periodically, the third driving mechanism can be a mechanism that can be used to output rotational drive, such as a motor, a screw mechanism, a mechanism in which a motor and a gear set cooperate, or the like.

[0284] When the moving member 111 moves periodically, the third driving mechanism may be a mechanism such as a screw mechanism, a cylinder, etc. that can be used to output a linear drive.

[0285] In some embodiments, the third driving mechanism is used to drive the moving member 111 to rotate, so that the moving member 111 rotates periodically.

[0286] Please refer to Figures 2 and 3 together with the other accompanying drawings. The winding device 100 provided in this embodiment of the present application includes a winding mechanism 20 and a slitting device 10. The winding mechanism 20 is used to wind the slit workpiece 2000. The slitting device 10 in this embodiment is the same as the slitting device 10 in the previous embodiment. For details, please refer to the relevant description of the slitting device 10 in the previous embodiment and will not be repeated here.

[0287] Specifically, during the conveying process of the workpiece 2000, the cutter 112 of the slitting device 10 periodically moves with the moving member 111 to periodically slit the workpiece 2000, so that the slitting device 10 periodically cuts the workpiece 2000 into the required length. In addition, the winding mechanism 20 winds up the slit workpiece 2000.

[0288] 2 and 3 , the winding mechanism 20 includes a winding needle 21. The winding needle 21 is used to rotate to wind the workpiece 2000 to be cut after slitting.

[0289] Based on this, the winding method of the winding device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application is as follows: conveying the workpiece 2000 to be cut, driving the winding mechanism 20 to wind the workpiece 2000 to be cut, and driving the moving member 111 of the cutter 112 to move periodically. In this way, during the process of conveying the workpiece 2000 to be cut and the winding mechanism 20 winding the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the moving member 111 of the cutter 112 can move periodically, causing the cutter 112 to move periodically with the moving member 111, thereby periodically cutting the workpiece 2000 to be cut. At this time, there is no need to stop the winding mechanism 20 or reduce the winding speed of the winding mechanism 20.

[0290] The winding apparatus 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application utilizes the slitting device 10 described in the above embodiments, so that the cutter 112 of the slitting device 10 can periodically move along with the moving member 111 during the conveyance of the workpiece 2000 to be cut, thereby periodically slitting the workpiece 2000 without affecting the normal conveyance of the workpiece 2000, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the workpiece 2000. In this way, the winding efficiency of the workpiece 2000 to form a product (e.g., an electrode assembly) can be improved, thereby improving the production efficiency of the electrode assembly.

[0291] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 and in conjunction with other figures, the slitting device 10 further includes a conveying mechanism 18 for receiving and conveying the slit pieces 2000. Furthermore, the conveying speed of the conveying mechanism 18 is the same as the winding speed of the winding mechanism 20.

[0292] By setting the conveying speed of the conveying mechanism 18 to be the same as the winding speed of the winding mechanism 20, the conveying speed of the conveying mechanism 18 can be adapted to the winding speed of the winding mechanism 20. In this way, the linear velocity of the workpiece 2000 after slitting is also the same as the winding speed of the winding mechanism 20. This ensures that the workpiece 2000 after slitting has a certain tension between the conveying mechanism 18 and the winding mechanism 20, facilitating the winding of the workpiece 2000 by the winding mechanism 20 and improving the quality of the product (e.g., electrode assembly) formed by winding the workpiece 2000.

[0293] It should be noted that the third adsorption mechanism 19 adsorbs the cut pieces 2000 onto the conveying mechanism 18, which also helps to give the cut pieces 2000 located on the conveying mechanism 18 and the winding mechanism 20 a certain tension, making it easier for the winding mechanism 20 to wind the pieces 2000 and improving the quality of the product (such as the electrode assembly) formed by winding the pieces 2000.

[0294] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2 together, and in conjunction with the other accompanying drawings. The battery processing equipment 1000 provided in this embodiment of the application includes a slitting device 10 or a winding device 100. The slitting device 10 and the winding device 100 in this embodiment are the same as those in the previous embodiment. For details, please refer to the relevant description of the slitting device 10 and the winding device 100 in the previous embodiment, which will not be repeated here.

[0295] It is understandable that the workpiece 2000 to be cut can be an electrode sheet or a separator. The winding device 100 is used to wind the workpiece 2000 to be cut after being cut to form an electrode assembly.

[0296] The battery processing equipment 1000 provided in the embodiments of the present application utilizes the slitting device 10 or the battery processing equipment 1000 according to the above embodiments, so that the slitting device 10 can periodically slit the pieces 2000 during the conveyance of the pieces 2000 without affecting the normal conveyance of the pieces 2000, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the pieces 2000. In this way, the winding efficiency of the pieces 2000 to form electrode assemblies can be improved, thereby improving the production efficiency of the electrode assemblies, and further improving the production efficiency of the batteries.

[0297] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the battery processing equipment 100 further includes an assembly device 200 and a stacking device 300 . The assembly device 200 is used to assemble electrode assemblies into battery cells, and the stacking device 300 is used to stack battery cells into batteries.

[0298] With such arrangement, a battery can be obtained by processing.

[0299] The battery production line provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a battery processing device 1000. The battery processing device 1000 in this embodiment is the same as the battery processing device 1000 in the previous embodiment. For details, please refer to the relevant description of the battery processing device 1000 in the previous embodiment, which will not be repeated here.

[0300] Among them, the battery processing production line refers to the assembly line used to produce batteries.

[0301] The battery production line provided in the embodiment of the present application can improve the production efficiency of batteries by adopting the battery processing equipment 1000 involved above.

[0302] Please refer to Figure 10 in conjunction with the other accompanying drawings. Figure 10 is a flow chart of a winding method provided in some embodiments of the present application. The winding method provided in the embodiments of the present application utilizes a winding apparatus 100. The winding apparatus 100 in this embodiment is identical to the winding apparatus 100 in the previous embodiment. For details, please refer to the description of the winding apparatus 100 in the previous embodiment, which will not be repeated here.

[0303] The winding method provided in the embodiment of the present application comprises the following steps:

[0304] S10 , conveying the piece 2000 to be cut, driving the winding mechanism 20 to wind the piece 2000 to be cut, and driving the moving member 111 to move periodically, so that the cutter 112 moves periodically with the moving member 111 to periodically cut the piece 2000 to be cut.

[0305] In this step, the workpiece 2000 to be cut is conveyed so that it can move toward the winding mechanism 20, thereby facilitating the winding mechanism 20 to wind the workpiece 2000. The workpiece 2000 to be cut can be conveyed via the base 12 mentioned above, or via the position limiting member 14 mentioned above, or via both the base 12 and the position limiting member 14 mentioned above, or even by other mechanisms.

[0306] The winding mechanism 20 winds the workpiece 2000 to be cut. Specifically, the winding needle 21 of the winding mechanism 20 clamps the workpiece 2000 to be cut and rotates, thereby winding the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0307] During the process of conveying the workpiece 2000 to be cut and the winding mechanism 20 winding the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the moving member 111 moves periodically, causing the cutter 112 to move periodically along with the moving member 111, thereby periodically cutting the workpiece 2000 to be cut.

[0308] Such an arrangement allows the cutter 112 to periodically cut the piece to be cut 2000 during the conveying process of the piece to be cut 2000, without stopping or slowing down the conveying operation and winding operation of the piece to be cut 2000, thereby improving the winding efficiency of the piece to be cut 2000, and further improving the production efficiency of the product (such as the electrode assembly) formed by winding the piece to be cut 2000.

[0309] As one of the embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 2 to 4, the slitting device 10 includes a cutter mechanism 11, a base 12 and a limiter 14. The cutter mechanism 11 includes a moving part 111 and a cutter 112 arranged on the moving part 111. The moving part 111, the base 12 and the limiter 14 are arranged at intervals, and the moving part 111, the base 12 and the limiter 14 are all arranged to be able to rotate. The rotation direction of the moving part 111 is the same as the rotation direction of the limiter 14, the rotation direction of the base 12 is opposite to the rotation direction of the moving part 111, and the rotation direction of the base 12 is opposite to the rotation direction of the limiter 14. The outer peripheral surface of the base 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the moving part 111 are spaced apart to form a first gap 101, and the outer peripheral surface of the base 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the limiter 14 are also spaced apart to form a second gap 102. The base 12 and the stopper 14 cooperate to roll the workpiece 2000 to be cut, allowing it to sequentially pass through the second gap 102 and the first gap 101. The rotation period of the moving member 111 is set to the time it takes for the base 12 and the stopper 14 to roll the workpiece 2000 to a desired length. Therefore, as the base 12 and the stopper 14 cooperate to roll the workpiece 2000 to be cut, the moving member 111 rotates periodically, and the cutter 112 periodically rotates to the first gap 101 with this movement, thereby periodically cutting the workpiece 2000 to a desired length at the first gap 101.

[0310] In conjunction with Figures 5 and 6 , the slitting device 10 may further include a first driving mechanism 13 for driving the base 12 to rotate, so that the base 12 rolls and feeds the piece to be cut 2000; or, the slitting device 10 may further include a second driving mechanism 15 for driving the limiting member 14 to rotate, so that the limiting member 14 rolls and feeds the piece to be cut 2000; or, the slitting device 10 may further include a first driving mechanism 13 and a second driving mechanism 15, the first driving mechanism 13 being used to drive the base 12 to rotate, and the second driving mechanism 15 being used to drive the limiting member 14 to rotate, so that both the base 12 and the limiting member 14 roll and feed the piece to be cut 2000. In the above, the base 12 and the limiting member 14 cooperate to roll and feed the piece to be cut 2000.

[0311] 8 , the slitting device 10 may further include a second adsorption mechanism 17, which is disposed within the base 12 to divide the base 12 into an adsorption portion 121 and a non-adsorption portion 122. The second adsorption mechanism 17 is configured to adsorb the uncut pieces 2000 to be cut to the adsorption portion 121. The second adsorption mechanism 17 can rotate with the base 12, allowing the uncut pieces 2000 to pass through the second gap 102 and the first gap 101 sequentially while adsorbed to the adsorption portion 121. In this manner, the cutter 112 can periodically rotate to the first gap 101 to periodically slit the pieces 2000 to be cut at the first gap 101. Then, the second adsorption mechanism 17 can be rotated relative to the base 12 to adjust the positions of the adsorption part 121 and the non-adsorption part 122, so that the non-adsorption part 122 can be opposite to the cut piece to be cut 2000, that is, the second adsorption mechanism 17 is away from the cut piece to be cut 2000 and does not adsorb the cut piece to be cut 2000, so as to facilitate the cut piece to be cut 2000 to be separated from the base 12.

[0312] The slitting device 10 may further include a conveying mechanism 18 , which is configured to receive the slitting pieces 2000 to be cut and convey the slitting pieces 2000 to the winding mechanism 20 .

[0313] The winding device 100 may include a winding mechanism 20 and a slitting device 10 , wherein the winding mechanism 20 is used to wind the workpiece 2000 after slitting.
