[0003] The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of vehicle technology, and in particular to a vehicle. Background Art
[0004] In recent years, new energy vehicles have become increasingly popular in the market.
[0005] New energy vehicles are equipped with relatively large batteries, which are generally located under the passenger compartment.
[0006] For new energy vehicles powered by electric power, battery capacity directly impacts the vehicle's maximum range. Therefore, utilizing the vehicle's limited space to maximize battery placement directly impacts the vehicle's maximum range, playing a crucial role in alleviating user anxiety about range, reducing charging times, and improving the user experience.
[0007] Utility Model Content
[0008] In view of this, the embodiments of the present disclosure aim to provide a vehicle that can improve the space utilization of the battery in the vehicle interior.
[0009] To achieve the above objectives, the technical solution of the embodiment of the present disclosure is implemented as follows:
[0010] An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a vehicle, comprising a battery and a seat, wherein a boss is provided on the top surface of the battery, the seat is provided above the battery, the seat comprises a seat for passengers to sit on, the boss is located below the seat, and in a projection perpendicular to the vertical direction, at least a portion of the projection of the boss is located within the projection range of the seat.
[0011] The disclosed embodiments provide a vehicle having a boss on a battery, thereby facilitating an increase in the volume of the battery within the vehicle, and thereby facilitating an increase in the battery capacity; at the same time, the boss utilizes the space under the seat, reducing the chance of an occupant coming into contact with the boss while riding, thereby reducing the encroachment of the boss on the occupant's normal activity space, improving the user experience, and increasing the space utilization rate within the vehicle.
[0012] In some embodiments, the number of the seats is multiple, and the multiple seats are divided into at least two rows spaced apart along the length direction of the vehicle, wherein at least one row has multiple seats and a first gap is formed between each of the seats along the width direction of the vehicle, and a portion of the boss is located in the first gap.
[0013] In this way, the boss can utilize the space in the first gap, which increases the battery volume while reducing the chance of passengers coming into contact with the boss during riding, reduces the interference of the boss on the normal activities of the passengers, and improves the space utilization rate in the vehicle.
[0014] In some embodiments, the boss extends along the length direction of the vehicle and a portion of the boss is located in the first gap.
[0015] In this way, on the one hand, the boss extends along the length direction of the vehicle. When the projected area of the boss perpendicular to the vertical direction is constant, it is beneficial to reduce the size of the boss along the width direction of the vehicle, thereby reducing the interference of the boss on multiple passengers in the vehicle and improving the user experience; on the other hand, it enables the boss to make better use of the space in the first gap and further improve the space utilization rate in the vehicle.
[0016] In some embodiments, the boss extends to below the seats of another adjacent row of seats.
[0017] In this way, while improving the space utilization rate of the space between two adjacent rows that is not often used by passengers, it also reduces the probability of interference with passengers' riding and activities, which is conducive to improving the space utilization rate of the battery in the vehicle's interior space and increasing the battery capacity.
[0018] In some embodiments, the boss extends along the width direction of the vehicle, with a portion of the boss located below the seat and another portion located in the first gap.
[0019] In this way, the boss can fully utilize the space under the seat and the space in the first gap, which is beneficial to improving the space utilization of the battery in the vehicle and increasing the battery capacity.
[0020] In some embodiments, there are multiple seats, and the multiple seats are divided into at least two rows spaced apart along the length direction of the vehicle. At least one row of seats is one and extends along the width direction of the vehicle, and the width of the seat is not less than the width of the top surface of the battery. The boss extends along the width direction and is located below the row of seats.
[0021] In this way, the boss can increase its size along the width direction of the vehicle as much as possible, thereby better utilizing the space under the seat, which is beneficial to improving the space utilization of the battery in the vehicle's interior space and increasing the battery capacity.
[0022] In some embodiments, the number of the bosses is at least two, the bosses extend along the length direction of the vehicle, the two bosses are respectively located at one end of the battery along the width direction of the vehicle, and the seat is located between the two bosses.
[0023] In this way, the interference of the boss on the leg and foot movements of the occupants can be reduced, thereby improving the occupants' user experience.
[0024] In some embodiments, a second gap is formed vertically between at least a portion of the seat and the top surface of the battery, and at least a portion of the boss is located in the second gap. In this way, a clearance space is formed between the seat and the top surface of the battery to facilitate the arrangement of the boss.
[0025] In some embodiments, the seat includes legs, and the seat and the battery are vertically spaced apart to form a second gap, with the legs connected between the seat and the battery. This facilitates spacing between the seat and the boss, resulting in a regular seat shape and ease of placement. This also facilitates heat release during battery operation, facilitates inspection, disassembly, and maintenance through the second gap, and allows passengers to easily insert their feet into the second gap, allowing them to relax and improve riding comfort.
[0026] In some embodiments, the legs are provided on the top surface of the boss so that the dimensions of the legs along the vertical direction are consistent, which is beneficial for making the dimensions of the legs uniform and reducing the manufacturing cost.
[0027] Alternatively, there are multiple legs, and the multiple legs are spaced apart along the width direction of the vehicle, and the boss is located between two adjacent legs along the width direction of the vehicle. In this way, the boss can be arranged to utilize the space between the two legs, thereby improving the space utilization rate of the battery in the vehicle's interior space and increasing the battery capacity.
[0028] In some embodiments, the height of the boss does not exceed 50 cm. Within this range, while maximizing the boss height to increase the volume and capacity of the battery, the impact of the boss thickness on the seat thickness is reduced, thereby reducing the adverse impact of the boss height on the passenger's riding experience.
[0029] In some embodiments, the battery includes a housing box and a plurality of battery cells. The housing box has a housing cavity, and the battery cells are positioned within the housing cavity. A portion of the housing box protrudes away from the battery cells to form the boss, and the inner wall of the housing cavity corresponding to the portion is recessed to form a housing groove, with at least a portion of the battery cell positioned within the groove. This facilitates the arrangement of a greater number of or larger battery cells within the battery, thereby increasing the battery's capacity. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0056] The following describes the embodiments of the present disclosure in detail.
[0057] Batteries in new energy vehicles, especially pure electric passenger vehicles, are primarily located below the passenger compartment. If the battery capacity increases, given a given vehicle's volume, it will encroach on the interior space of the passenger compartment, reducing its volume. This, in turn, impacts the space available to passengers and negatively impacts their experience. Therefore, to minimize or even eliminate these negative impacts on passenger comfort, battery placement should utilize unused space within the passenger compartment.
[0058] The embodiment of the present disclosure aims to provide a vehicle, in which a boss is provided on the battery of the vehicle, and the boss is located below the seat of the vehicle, thereby improving the utilization rate of the space below the seat, thereby improving the space utilization rate of the vehicle, and facilitating the arrangement of batteries with larger capacity.
[0059] An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a vehicle 100. Referring to Figures 1 to 13, the vehicle 100 includes a battery 10 and a seat 20. A boss 11 is provided on the top surface of the battery 10. The seat 20 is provided above the battery 10. The seat 20 includes a seat 21 for passengers to sit on. In a projection perpendicular to the vertical direction, at least part of the projection of the boss 11 is located within the projection range of the seat 21.
[0060] The battery 10 serves as a power source for the vehicle 100 and is used to provide electricity for normal operation of the vehicle 100 , such as driving and powering equipment.
[0061] The seat 20 is used for passengers of the vehicle 100 to sit and place items.
[0062] It can be understood that the battery 10 itself has high structural strength, and the seat 20 is located above the battery 10, so that the battery 10 can directly bear the weight of the seat 20 and the people and items carried by the seat 20, which is beneficial to reduce the structural components arranged in the vehicle 100 to support the seat 20.
[0063] The seat 21 is used for passengers to sit on and bear the weight of the passengers.
[0064] The boss 11 is located on the top surface of the battery 10 so that the boss 11 is located in the passenger compartment. That is, the boss 11 is located on the side of the battery 10 away from the ground, which is beneficial to increase the ground clearance of the vehicle 100 and avoid the boss 11 colliding with foreign objects on the road during driving of the vehicle 100, thereby preventing the battery 10 from being damaged.
[0065] It can be understood that, by providing the boss 11 , the total volume of the battery 10 can be increased, thereby facilitating an increase in the capacity of the battery 10 .
[0066] Other components of the battery 10 may be disposed inside the boss 11 .
[0067] It can be understood that the boss 11 protrudes vertically from the surface of other parts of the battery 10 .
[0068] It is understandable that when an occupant sits on the seat 21, due to the occupant's sitting posture, the space below the contact surface with the seat 21, including the seat 21 itself and the area below the seat 21, will not be accessible or will be difficult to be accessed by the occupant's limbs.
[0069] The boss 11 is located below the seat 20 , and at least part of the projection of the boss 11 is located within the projection range of the seat 21 , that is, at least part of the boss 11 is located in the space below the contact surface with the seat 21 when the occupant is seated.
[0070] The disclosed embodiment provides a vehicle 100, in which a boss 11 is provided on a battery 10, thereby facilitating an increase in the volume of the battery 10 in the vehicle 100, and thereby facilitating an increase in the capacity of the battery 10; at the same time, the boss 11 utilizes the space under the seat 21, thereby reducing the probability of an occupant coming into contact with the boss 11 during riding, thereby reducing the encroachment of the boss 11 on the normal activity space of the occupant, improving the user experience, and improving the space utilization rate in the vehicle 100.
[0071] It is understandable that the boss 11 may extend into the interior of the seat 21 or be located below the seat 21 .
[0072] Figure 17 is a structural schematic diagram of a vehicle 100 provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. The vehicle 100 can be a fuel vehicle, a gas vehicle or a new energy vehicle. The new energy vehicle can be a pure electric vehicle, a hybrid vehicle or an extended-range vehicle, etc. As shown in Figure 17, a battery 10 is provided inside the vehicle 100. The battery 10 can be provided at the bottom, head or tail of the vehicle 100. The battery 10 can be used to power the vehicle 100. For example, the battery 10 can serve as an operating power source for the vehicle 100. The vehicle 100 may further include a controller 30 and a motor 40. The controller 30 is used to control the battery 10 to power the motor 40, for example, for starting, navigating and operating power requirements of the vehicle 100 during driving.
[0073] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the battery 10 can serve not only as an operating power source for the vehicle 100 , but also as a driving power source for the vehicle 100 , replacing or partially replacing fuel or natural gas to provide driving power for the vehicle 100 .
[0074] In the battery 10, there may be multiple battery cells 12, which may be connected in series, in parallel, or in a hybrid connection. A hybrid connection refers to a combination of series and parallel connections among the multiple battery cells 12. The multiple battery cells 12 may be directly connected in series, in parallel, or in a hybrid connection, and then the entire battery cell 12 may be placed in the storage box 13. Alternatively, the battery 10 may be constructed by first connecting multiple battery cells 12 in series, in parallel, or in a hybrid connection to form a battery module, which is then connected in series, in parallel, or in a hybrid connection to form a single unit and housed in the storage box 13. The battery 10 may also include other structures, such as a busbar for electrically connecting the multiple battery cells 12.
[0075] In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the battery cell 12 may be a secondary battery. A secondary battery refers to a battery cell 12 that can be continuously used by activating active materials by charging after the battery cell 12 is discharged.
[0076] The battery cell 12 can be a lithium ion battery, a sodium ion battery, a sodium lithium ion battery, a lithium metal battery, a sodium metal battery, a lithium sulfur battery, a magnesium ion battery, a nickel metal hydride battery, a nickel cadmium battery, a lead storage battery, etc., which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
[0077] As an example, the battery cell 12 can be a cylindrical battery cell, a prismatic battery cell, a soft-pack battery cell or a battery cell of other shapes. The prismatic battery cell includes a square-shell battery cell, a blade-shaped battery cell, a polygonal battery, and a polygonal battery such as a hexagonal battery. There is no special limitation in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
[0078] Hereinafter, the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail.
[0079] The specific shape of the boss 11 is not limited. For example, referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 14 , the boss 11 is a rectangular parallelepiped.
[0080] The specific number of the bosses 11 is not limited and can be one or more.
[0081] In the embodiment where there are multiple bosses 11 , the sizes of the bosses 11 along the vertical direction may be the same or different.
[0082] In some embodiments, the boss 11 is provided below the seat 21. In contrast, if the boss 11 extends below the seat 21, the adverse effect of the boss 11 on the cushioning effect of the seat 21 can be reduced, thereby reducing the impact on passenger comfort.
[0083] It can be understood that the arrangement of the bosses 11 on the top surface of the battery 10 is adapted to the arrangement of the seats 20 in the vehicle 100 .
[0084] For example, referring to Figures 1 to 3 and Figures 6 and 7, there are multiple seats 20, and the multiple seats 20 are divided into at least two rows spaced apart along the length direction of the vehicle 100, wherein at least one row has multiple seats 20 and each seat 20 is spaced apart along the width direction of the vehicle 100 to form a first gap 20a, and a portion of the boss 11 is located in the first gap 20a.
[0085] The longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100 refers to the direction of the maximum dimension among the three-dimensional dimensions of the vehicle 100. Generally, the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100 is also the forward or backward direction of the vehicle 100 when traveling in a straight line.
[0086] The length direction of the vehicle 100 refers to the direction of the dimension perpendicular to the length direction and the gravity direction in the three-dimensional dimensions of the vehicle 100 .
[0087] The direction of gravity is the vertical direction.
[0088] It is understandable that when an occupant sits on the seat 21 , it is difficult for the occupant's legs to enter the first gap 20 a due to the occupant's sitting posture.
[0089] In this way, the boss 11 can utilize the space in the first gap 20a, which increases the volume of the battery 10 while reducing the probability of passengers colliding with the boss 11 during riding, reduces the interference of the boss 11 on the normal activities of the passengers, and improves the space utilization rate in the vehicle 100.
[0090] The number of seats 20 in each row is not limited, for example, one, two, three, etc.
[0091] It is understandable that other equipment in the vehicle 100, such as armrests, a vehicle refrigerator, a storage box, etc., can also be arranged in the first gap 20a to improve the space utilization in the vehicle and enhance the user experience.
[0092] It can be understood that the projection of a partial area of the boss 11 is located within the projection range of the seat 21 , and the partial area is located in the first gap 20 a .
[0093] In some embodiments, a portion of the boss 11 along the length of the vehicle 100 is located below the seat 20 and another portion is located in the first gap 20 a to further improve space utilization of the battery 10 in the vehicle 100 .
[0094] It is understandable that the space between two adjacent rows of seats 20 along the length direction of the vehicle 100 can be used for passenger activities, and multiple passengers can sit in the same row of seats 20 along the width direction of the vehicle 100.
[0095] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 3 , the boss 11 extends along the length of the vehicle 100 and a portion thereof is located in the first gap 20 a .
[0096] In this way, on the one hand, the boss 11 extends along the length direction of the vehicle 100. When the projected area of the boss 11 perpendicular to the vertical direction is constant, it is beneficial to reduce the size of the boss 11 along the width direction of the vehicle 100, thereby helping to reduce the interference of the boss 11 on multiple passengers in the vehicle and improving the user experience; on the other hand, it enables the boss 11 to make better use of the space in the first gap 20a, further improving the space utilization rate in the vehicle 100.
[0097] It can be understood that, for seats 20 in a row adjacent to the first gap 20 a along the length direction of the vehicle 100 , the probability of an occupant sitting on the portion corresponding to the first gap 20 a along the length direction of the vehicle 100 is low.
[0098] It can be understood that the dimension of the boss 11 along the length direction of the vehicle 100 does not exceed the dimension of the top surface of the battery 10 along the length direction of the vehicle 100 .
[0099] In some embodiments, the seat 20 includes a backrest 22, which is located on the top of the seat 21 and on the rear side of the backrest 22. The backrest 22 extends backward in an inclined manner. In a projection perpendicular to the vertical direction, the projection of the backrest 22 of the last row of seats 20 at least partially overlaps with the projection of the boss 11. In this way, the space under the backrest 22 of the last row of seats 20 can be utilized to improve the internal space utilization of the vehicle 100, which is conducive to increasing the capacity of the battery 10.
[0100] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 3 , the boss 11 extends to below the seat 21 of another adjacent row of seats 20 .
[0101] In this way, while improving the space utilization rate of the space between two adjacent rows that is not often used by passengers, the probability of interference with passengers' riding and activities is reduced, which is beneficial to improving the space utilization rate of the battery 10 in the interior space of the vehicle 100 and increasing the capacity of the battery 10.
[0102] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 4 , the boss 11 extends along the width of the vehicle 100 and is located below the seat 21. This allows the boss 11 to fully utilize the space below the seat 21 along the width of the vehicle 100. Furthermore, the boss 11 minimizes encroachment on the space between adjacent rows of seats 20, minimizing interference with passenger movement and enhancing the passenger experience.
[0103] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , the boss 11 extends along the width direction of the vehicle 100 , with a portion of the boss 11 located below the seat 21 and another portion located in the first gap 20 a .
[0104] In this way, the boss 11 can fully utilize the space below the seat 21 and the space in the first gap 20 a, which is beneficial to improving the space utilization of the battery 10 in the vehicle 100 and increasing the capacity of the battery 10 .
[0105] It is understandable that there are multiple first gaps 20a between multiple seats 20 in the same row, and the boss 11 extends along the width direction of the vehicle 100 to pass through all the first gaps 20a and is located under the seat 21 of each seat 20 to improve space utilization.
[0106] It can be understood that the dimension of the boss 11 along the width direction of the vehicle 100 does not exceed the dimension of the top surface of the battery 10 along the width direction of the vehicle 100 .
[0107] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 4 to 7, there are multiple seats 20, and the multiple seats 20 are divided into at least two rows spaced apart along the length direction of the vehicle 100. There is at least one row of seats 20 that extends along the width direction of the vehicle 100, and the width of the seat 20 is not less than the width of the top surface of the battery 10. The boss 11 extends along the width direction and is located below the row of seats 20.
[0108] That is, this row of seats 20 can fully utilize the interior space of the vehicle 100 along the width direction of the vehicle 100 so as to carry more passengers at the same time.
[0109] In this way, the boss 11 can increase its size along the width direction of the vehicle 100 as much as possible, thereby better utilizing the space under the seat 20, which is beneficial to improving the space utilization rate of the battery 10 in the interior space of the vehicle 100 and increasing the capacity of the battery 10.
[0110] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 6 and 7 , there are two bosses 11. One boss 11 extends longitudinally and is at least partially located in the first gap 20a between the two front-row seats 20. The other boss 11 extends widthwise and is located below the rear-row seats 20. The front boss 11 is spaced apart from the rear boss 11 along the length of the vehicle 100. This arrangement not only improves the space utilization of the battery 10 within the vehicle 100, increasing the battery 10 capacity, but also reduces interference from the front boss 11 with the movements of occupants in the rear-row seats 20, improving the user experience.
[0111] It can be understood that when the passenger is sitting on the seat 21 , the passenger's legs and feet have a large space for movement.
[0112] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 8 to 10, the number of the bosses 11 is at least two, the bosses 11 extend along the length direction of the vehicle 100, the two bosses 11 are respectively located at one end of the battery 10 along the width direction of the vehicle 100, and the seat 20 is located between the two bosses 11.
[0113] That is, the seat 20 is located in a region where the top surface of the battery 10 is located between the two bosses 11 .
[0114] In this way, the interference of the boss 11 on the leg and foot movements of the occupant can be reduced, thereby improving the occupant's user experience.
[0115] It is understandable that the lengths of the bosses 11 may be the same or different.
[0116] It is understandable that the boss 11 extends along the length direction to both ends of the battery 10 along the length direction of the vehicle 100 to further improve the space utilization of the battery 10 in the interior space of the vehicle 100 and increase the capacity of the battery 10.
