[0052] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of this application clearer, the following part will further describe the embodiments of this application in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0053] When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, unless otherwise indicated, the same numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Instead, they are merely examples of devices and methods consistent with some aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
[0054] In the description of this application, it should be understood that the terms "first", "second", etc. are used for descriptive purposes only and should not be understood as indicating or implying relative importance. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in this application can be understood according to specific circumstances. In addition, in the description of this application, unless otherwise specified, "multiple" refers to two or more. "And / or" describes the association relationship of associated objects, indicating that three relationships may exist. For example, A and / or B can represent: A exists alone, A and B exist at the same time, and B exists alone. The character " / " generally indicates that the previous and subsequent associated objects are in an "or" relationship.
[0055] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by those skilled in the art to which this application belongs. The terms used in this specification are for the purpose of describing specific embodiments only and are not intended to limit this application. The term "and / or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the relevant listed items.
[0056] There are many types of household appliances, such as dishwashers, vegetable washers, disinfection cabinets, etc. Some household appliances are equipped with indicator lights, which can indicate the working status of the electrical equipment. For example, when the household appliance is a dishwasher, the information displayed by the display light spot projected by the indicator light can represent the working status of the dishwasher, such as operation, pause, etc.
[0057] When the dishwasher is embedded in the installation slot of the wall cabinet, the indicator light can be set to be projected sideways, with the side wall of the installation slot serving as the projection surface.
[0058] However, in the exemplary technology, the display spot of the side-projection indicator light projected on the projection surface has a poor display effect. The inventors have discovered that because the light output direction of the side-projection indicator light is tilted along the direction outside the mounting slot, part of the light emitted by the indicator light is projected outside the illuminated surface, resulting in a poor display effect of the display spot projected by the indicator light surface.
[0059] To solve the above problem, please refer to FIG. 1 . In one aspect, the present application provides a dishwasher. In an embodiment of the present application, the dishwasher includes a body (not shown in the figure) and a door assembly 100 .
[0060] The machine body has a washing chamber and an opening connected to the washing chamber. The washing chamber can be a chamber for placing dishes, and the opening can be configured to allow a user to remove and place dishes. The door assembly 100 is mounted on the machine body. Specifically, the door assembly 100 can be openably and closably disposed at the opening of the machine body, so as to be configured to open or close the opening.
[0061] Another aspect of the present application provides a door assembly 100 . Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 . In an embodiment of the present application, the door assembly 100 includes a door body 10 , an indicator light assembly 30 , and a hanging plate 50 .
[0062] The door body 10 can be mounted on the machine body, for example, it can be openably and closably disposed at an opening of the machine body, so as to be configured as an open opening or a closed opening. Referring to FIG. 4 , the door body 10 has a thickness direction and can include a first wall 11, a second wall 13, and a third wall 15. The first wall 11 is adjacent to the second wall 13, while the third wall 15 is connected to the second wall 13 and is spaced apart from the first wall 11 in the thickness direction of the door body 10. It is understood that the combination of the first wall 11, the second wall 13, and the third wall 15 generally forms a U-shape as a whole, which is not limited in this application.
[0063] Specifically, the direction of the plate surface of the first wall 11 can be consistent with the thickness direction of the door body 10, that is, the plate surface of the first wall 11 can be facing the outside or inside of the dishwasher. It should be noted that the outside referred to here refers to the side of the door body 10 close to the user, and the inside refers to the side of the door body 10 close to the machine body.
[0064] The second wall 13 may be provided with a light exit hole 13a, wherein the light exit hole 13a may be in the shape of an elongated strip, such as a rectangular or elliptical shape. Of course, it may also be in the shape of a short strip, which is not limited in this application. The plate surface of the second wall 13 may face the left or right side of the dishwasher. For example, in actual use, when the dishwasher is embedded in the installation slot of the wall cabinet, the plate surface of the second wall 13 may face the left side wall or the right side wall of the installation slot, so that the light emitted by the light source assembly 33 can ultimately be projected onto the left side wall or the right side wall of the installation slot, that is, the left side wall or the right side wall can be the projection surface 300 of the light source assembly 33, and the projection surface 300 can be parallel to and opposite to the second wall 13.
[0065] The indicator light assembly 30 may be fixed to the first wall 11 of the door body 10, and include a shell 31 and a light source assembly 33. The shell 31 may be roughly in the shape of a cuboid, a cube, or a combination of multiple rectangles and have multiple outer walls. This application does not limit the shape of the shell 31. The shell 31 may be hollow and have a mounting cavity 31a. The light source assembly 33 may be fixed to the shell 31 by being fixed in the mounting cavity 31a, and the shell 31 may protect and hide the light source assembly 33. It is understandable that in other structural forms, the light source assembly 33 may be fixed to the outer wall of the shell 31.
[0066] The light source assembly 33 has the function of emitting light, and the light source assembly 33 may include a circuit board 331 and a light source 333 installed on the circuit board 331. The circuit board 331 may be fixed to the housing 31, that is, the circuit board 331 may be fixed in the installation cavity 31a, and the light source 333 may emit light. The housing 31 may be provided with a wire hole 31b that is in communication with the installation cavity 31a, and the wire hole 31b may be used for the wire connected to the circuit board 331 to pass through. When the light source assembly 33 is fixed to the first wall 11 of the door body 10, the circuit board 331 may be electrically connected to the master control module on the body through a wire. In this way, the master control module of the body may output a signal to the circuit board 331 of the indicator light assembly 30 according to the current state of the body, and the circuit board 331 may drive the light source 333 to emit light of the corresponding color, thereby achieving the effect of the light source 333 automatically emitting light.
[0067] Specifically, the light source 333 can be a single-color LED light or a multi-color LED light. When the light source 333 is a multi-color LED light, it can emit light of multiple colors by combining colors. For example, when the multi-color LED light includes three lamp beads 3331, the three lamp beads 3331 can emit red, green, and blue light respectively. Red, green, and blue are the three primary colors in the optical system. Not only can the light source 333 emit red, green, and blue light, but it can also produce light of different colors by mixing the light of two or three of red, green, and blue and adjusting the light intensity of the different colors. Of course, the multi-color LED light can also include four lamp beads 3331, and the four lamp beads 3331 can emit red, green, blue, and white light respectively. This application is not limited to this.
[0068] Thus, when the light source 333 is a multi-color LED light, it can emit more different colors of light, ultimately presenting a variety of different color display spots, allowing the indicator light assembly 30 to represent more operating states of the body. Users can also choose the display color of the display spot according to their own preferences to meet the needs of different users. The following content uses the light source 333 being a multi-color LED light as an example to further explain the content of this application.
[0069] The hanging plate 50 can match the shape of the door body 10 and can be connected to the surface of the third wall 15 facing away from the first wall 11 to shield the door body 10, improve the external aesthetics of the door body assembly 100, and provide a certain degree of protection for the door body 10.
[0070] The light source 333 has a light emitting direction, and the light emitting direction can be consistent with the direction of the light emitting hole 13a, so that the light emitted by the light source 333 can pass directly through the light emitting hole 13a and can be vertically projected onto the projection surface 300. In this way, the present application can open the light emitting hole 13a on the second wall 13, and the shell 31 is fixed to the first wall 11, so that the light emitted by the light source 333 fixed to the shell 31 can pass directly through the light emitting hole 13a and then be concentrated and vertically projected onto the projection surface 300 parallel to and opposite to the second wall 13, thereby preventing some light from being projected onto areas outside the projection surface 300, allowing the light to be projected onto the projection surface 300 in a more concentrated manner, thereby making the overall brightness of the display spot presented on the projection surface 300 more uniform, improving the display effect of the display spot presented by the indicator light assembly 30, and making it easier for users to observe.
[0071] In one embodiment, referring to Figures 5 and 6 , the housing 31 includes a light-emitting wall 311 facing the second wall 13, and a light-emitting portion 3111 is formed on the light-emitting wall 311. The housing 31 may include a first cover 313 and a second cover 315, wherein the first cover 313 and the second cover 315 are connected and cooperate to form a mounting cavity 31a, and a wire hole 31b is formed between the first cover 313 and the second cover 315. Specifically, the light-emitting wall 311 and the light-emitting portion 3111 may be provided on one of the first cover 313 and the second cover 315. The following content takes the first cover 313 provided with the light-emitting wall 311 and the light-emitting portion 3111 as an example to further illustrate the content of this application.
[0072] The first housing 313 can be made of a transparent plastic material. Suitable materials include, but are not limited to, PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate), PC (Polycarbonate), and ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene). The second housing 315 can be made of a non-transparent material so that light from the lamp 333 is transmitted only through the first housing 313. This is not a limitation in the present application.
[0073] The light-emitting portion 3111 may include a light-incident surface 3111a and a light-emitting surface 3111b. The light-emitting surface 3111b faces the light-emitting hole 13a, and the direction of the light-emitting surface 3111b is consistent with the direction of the light-emitting hole 13a. This allows light emitted by the lamp source 333 to pass through the light-incident surface 3111a, the light-emitting surface 3111b, and the light-emitting hole 13a in sequence before being vertically emitted toward the projection surface 300. With this configuration, the housing 31 can be provided with a light-emitting wall 311, and the light-emitting portion 3111 formed on the light-emitting wall 311, so that light emitted by the lamp source 333 can directly pass through the light-emitting surface 3111b of the light-emitting portion 3111 on the light-emitting wall 311, thereby enabling the light to be vertically projected onto the projection surface 300. This also allows the housing 31 to have a relatively regular structure, facilitating production and manufacturing of the housing 31 in a workshop.
[0074] Furthermore, the light exit wall 311 may include a first surface 3113 and a second surface 3115 disposed opposite each other. The first surface 3113 faces the light exit hole 13a, i.e., the first surface 3113 is closer to the projection surface 300 than the second surface 3115. A light exit portion 3111 protrudes from the first surface 3113 and is embedded within the light exit hole 13a. This allows light emitted by the lamp source 333 to be concentrated and emitted toward the projection surface 300 from the light exit portion 3111 embedded within the light exit hole 13a. This further concentrates the light and creates a more uniform brightness on the projection surface 300, further enhancing the display effect of the light spot presented by the indicator light assembly 30. Furthermore, the second wall 13 blocks the portion of the light exit wall 11 outside the light exit portion 3111, ensuring that only light passing through the light exit portion 3111 is emitted toward the projection surface 300.
[0075] The light incident surface 3111a is recessed relative to the second surface 3115 toward the light exit aperture 13a, thereby forming a light exit groove 311a on the side of the light exit wall 311 located on the second surface 3115. The orthographic projection of the light source 333 toward the second surface 3115 falls within the area of the light exit groove 311a. With this arrangement, light emitted by the light source 333 is concentrated within the light exit groove 311a and then passes directly through the light exit aperture 13a via the light exit portion 3111, thereby being concentrated and projected vertically onto the projection surface 300. This reduces light divergence and improves the utilization rate of the light emitted by the light source 333, thereby increasing the brightness of the display spot on the projection surface 300 and further enhancing the display effect of the display spot.
[0076] To make the light spot produced by the light source 333 on the projection surface 300 easier for the user to observe, the present application configures the shape of the light-emitting portion 3111 to match the shape of the light-emitting hole 13a. That is, when the light-emitting hole 13a is elongated, the light-emitting portion 3111 will also be elongated. Referring to FIG. 7 , the light source 333 may include a plurality of spaced-apart lamp beads 3331, each spaced apart along the length of the light-emitting portion 3111. In this manner, the light emitted by the plurality of lamp beads 3331 is arranged approximately along the length of the light-emitting portion 3111 and directed toward the light-emitting portion 3111. This results in the light spot produced on the projection surface 300 being elongated, similar to the effect of a light strip. Compared to a single point-shaped light spot, the elongated light spot has a wider display range, making it easier for the user to observe and further enhancing the user experience.
[0077] In one structural form, referring to FIG4 , the light-emitting surface 3111b of the present application is not protruded from the outer wall surface of the second wall 13 facing away from the light source assembly 33. With this arrangement, the entire light-emitting portion 3111 can be contained within the light-emitting hole 13a of the second wall 13. Compared to a structural form in which the light-emitting surface 3111b protrudes from the outer wall surface of the second wall, this embodiment can prevent the light-emitting portion 3111 from being touched by external forces, such as by a user or the wall of the mounting slot, which could damage the light-emitting portion 3111. Therefore, the structural form of this embodiment can protect the light-emitting portion 3111 through the second wall 13, thereby extending the service life of the indicator light assembly 30.
[0078] Referring to FIG. 6 , in some embodiments, the present application sets the distance L between the light source 333 of the light source assembly 33 and the light incident surface 3111a of the light emitting portion 3111 to be 5 mm to 15 mm. This ensures uniform brightness of the display light spot on the projection surface 300 and reduces the overall volume of the indicator light assembly 30. If the distance L between the light source 333 and the light incident surface 3111a is less than 5 mm, the distance L between the light source 333 and the light incident surface 3111a will be too close, resulting in an excessively large display range of the display light spot on the projection surface 300, causing uneven brightness of the display light spot, and affecting the display effect. If the distance L between the light source 333 and the light incident surface 3111a is greater than 15 mm, the distance L between the light source 333 and the light incident surface 3111a will be too far, and the distance L between the light source 333 and the projection surface 300 will be too far. As a result, the brightness of the light spot displayed on the projection surface 300 will be low, making it difficult for the user to observe. In addition, the volume of the indicator light assembly 30 will increase, which is not conducive to achieving a compact indicator light assembly 30. By way of example, the distance L between the light source 333 and the light incident surface 3111a can be specifically set to 5 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, or 15 mm, etc., and this application is not limited thereto.
[0079] In order to further improve the brightness uniformity of the display light spot, please refer to FIG5 . In some embodiments, a plurality of light diffusion particles 3112 are dispersed in the light emitting portion 3111 of the present application. Since a plurality of light diffusion particles 3112 are provided in the light emitting portion 3111, the light entering the light emitting portion 3111 can achieve a diffusion effect, making the brightness of the display light spot more uniform, and further improving the display effect of the display light spot. It should be noted that when the first cover 313 is made of transparent plastic material, in the actual injection molding process, light diffusion powder can be added to the plastic material, and then the plastic material with the light diffusion powder added is injected into the plastic product mold for injection molding production. In this way, the light emitting portion 3111 of the first cover 313 after production is completed will be dispersed with a plurality of light diffusion particles 3112.
[0080] The above content introduces the indicator light assembly 30 of the door body assembly 100 of the present application from the perspective of the structural matching form between the door body 10 and the indicator light assembly 30, which has the advantage of being able to present a display light spot with better display effect on the projection surface 300. On this basis, based on the angle of facilitating the disassembly and assembly of the first cover shell 313 and the second cover shell 315, the connection between the first cover shell 313 and the second cover shell 315 of the present application can be set as a snap-fit connection. Specifically, a first snap fit can be provided on the outer side of the first cover shell 313, and a first slot can be provided on the outer side of the second cover shell 315. The snap-fit connection between the first snap fit and the second slot is achieved. During the actual disassembly and assembly process, the operation is convenient, and it is convenient for staff or users to maintain the light source assembly 33 fixed in the installation cavity 31a. On this basis, the present application may further provide a first limiting portion on the outside of the first housing 313, and the first limiting portion is provided adjacent to the first clip. In this way, when the first clip is engaged in the first slot, the first limiting portion can stop and limit the structure of the second housing 315 formed with the first slot, thereby preventing the first clip from being separated from the first slot, thereby improving the connection firmness between the first housing 313 and the second housing 315. Of course, in other connection forms, the first housing 313 and the second housing 315 may also be connected in the form of threaded connection, magnetic connection, or adhesive connection, etc. The present application does not specifically limit the specific connection form between the first housing 313 and the second housing 315.
[0081] In some structural forms, please refer to Figures 7 and 8, a winding portion 3131 is provided on the outside of the first cover 313 of the shell 31, wherein, please refer to Figure 5, the winding portion 3131 is provided adjacent to the wire hole 31b. In the case where the length of the wire is too long, it will cause the wire routing to be messy, and part of the wire body will sag, affecting the safety of electricity use and the aesthetics of the indicator light assembly 30. Therefore, under the setting of the winding portion 3131, part of the wire body of the wire can be wound on the winding portion 3131 to avoid the messy routing of the wire and the sagging phenomenon. Of course, in other structural forms, the winding portion 3131 can also be provided on the second cover 315 of the shell 31.
[0082] Specifically, the winding part 3131 may include a winding post and a limiting post. The opposite ends of the winding post are respectively connected to the outer side of the first cover 313 of the shell 31 and the limiting post. The extension direction of the winding post and the extension direction of the limiting post have an angle, wherein the winding post can be used for winding part of the wire body, and the limiting post can stop the wire body in the wire wound on the winding post to prevent the wire body from falling off.
[0083] In one embodiment, the first housing 313 of the casing 31 is provided with positioning posts 3133, and the circuit board 331 is provided with positioning holes 3311a. The positioning posts 3133 engage with the positioning holes 3311a. This allows the positioning posts 3133 and the positioning holes 3311a to precisely secure the circuit board 331 within the mounting cavity 31a. This allows the light source 333 mounted on the circuit board 331 to be precisely positioned within the mounting cavity 31a, ensuring that light is projected vertically onto the projection surface 300. Furthermore, the positioning posts 3133 support the circuit board 331, securing it within the mounting cavity 31a.
[0084] Furthermore, a stop rib is provided on the second cover 315 of the housing 31. The stop rib is configured to abut against the circuit board 331 to limit the circuit board 331 from moving relative to the positioning posts 3133 and thus from falling off the positioning posts 3133. This configuration further improves the stability of the circuit board 331 within the mounting cavity 31a and prevents the circuit board 331 from shifting or falling off the positioning posts 3133.
[0085] In one embodiment, referring to Figures 7 and 8 , the first cover 313 of the housing 31 is detachably fixedly connected to the first wall 11. This arrangement facilitates easy removal of the housing 31 from the first wall 11 when maintenance is required on the indicator light assembly 30. In one embodiment, the first cover 313 of the housing 31 and the first wall 11 may be snap-fitted, while in other embodiments, the first cover 313 of the housing 31 and the first wall 11 may be threadedly or magnetically connected.
[0086] Furthermore, when the first cover 313 of the housing 31 is connected to the first wall 11 in a snap-fit connection, specifically, the present application may include a slider 3135 provided on the outer side of the first cover 313 of the housing 31, a slide groove 11a provided on the first wall 11, and the slider 3135 adapted to connect with the slide groove 11a, so that the first housing 31 of the housing 31 can be fixedly connected to the first wall 11. With the cooperation of the slider 3135 and the slide groove 11a, the housing 31 can be fixed to the first wall 11, and the structure is simple and the assembly and disassembly are quick.
[0087] Specifically, the slider 3135 includes an elastic arm and a snap-fit portion. One end of the elastic arm is connected to the outside of the first cover 313 of the housing 31, and the other end is connected to the snap-fit portion. The elastic arm is elastically deformable to allow the snap-fit portion to engage with or disengage from the chute 11a. By driving the elastic arm to elastically deform, the snap-fit portion can be moved toward or away from the chute 11a, thereby engaging or disengaging the chute 11a. The chute 11a can be arranged to extend through the chute 11a so that the snap-fit portion can fully extend into the chute 11a when engaged, resulting in a more secure connection and less prone to loosening. Furthermore, a first guide surface 3135a is formed on the surface of the snap-fit portion. When the snap-fit portion engages with the chute 11a, the first guide surface 3135a guides the snap-fit portion against the sidewalls of the chute 11a, making the connection smoother and easier for operators or users to operate.
[0088] In one structural form, referring to FIG2 , the first wall 11, the second wall 13, and the third wall 15 of the door body 10 can cooperate to define a retaining groove 10a, into which the housing 31 can be embedded. During the actual assembly process, the retaining groove 10a will have a notch, through which the housing 31 can be assembled into the retaining groove 10a. The sliding buckle 3135 then cooperates with the sliding groove 11a to ensure that the housing 31 is fixedly embedded in the retaining groove 10a.
[0089] In this way, the housing 31 can be protected by the first wall 11, the second wall 13, and the third wall 15. Furthermore, when the housing 31 is embedded in the limiting groove 10a, the three walls cooperate to stop and limit the housing 31, preventing it from moving and causing positional deviation, thereby ensuring that the light emitted by the lamp source 333 can pass directly through the light exit hole 13a and be projected vertically onto the projection surface 300.
[0090] Furthermore, a stopper 17 is protruding from the wall surface of the third wall 15 facing the first wall 11. The stopper 17 abuts against the side of the housing 31 away from the second wall 13 to stop the housing 31 in the direction in which the indicator light assembly 30 is released from the limiting groove 10a. It is understood that the stopper 17 can be provided as a notch adjacent to the limiting groove 10a and have a second guide surface 171 and a limiting surface 173 arranged at an angle. When the indicator light assembly 30 moves in the direction in which it is inserted into the limiting groove 10a, the second guide surface 171 can guide and cooperate with the housing 31, allowing the housing 31 to be inserted into the limiting groove 10a more smoothly. When the indicator light assembly 30 is located in the limiting groove 10a, the limiting surface 173 can stop the shell 31 in the direction in which the indicator light assembly 30 is loosened from the limiting groove 10a, preventing the shell 31 from being separated from the limiting groove 10a. In this way, the shell 31 can be more firmly embedded in the limiting groove 10a to avoid loosening.
