[0031] FIG4 is a schematic diagram of a partial structure of a battery pack according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure;
[0032] FIG5 is a schematic diagram showing the dimensions of the corresponding parts in FIG4 . DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0033] The following describes the specific embodiments of the present disclosure in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to illustrate and explain the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure.
[0034] In this disclosure, unless otherwise indicated, directional terms such as "first direction" and "second direction" refer to the X and Z directions in Figure 1. "Inside" and "outside" refer to the inside and outside of the outline of each component. The terms "first" and "second" are used to distinguish one element from another and do not imply order or importance. Furthermore, in the following description, when referring to the accompanying drawings, identical reference numerals in different drawings represent identical or similar elements, which are not repeated in this disclosure.
[0035] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a battery assembly 10 is provided. Referring to Figures 1 to 3, the battery assembly 10 includes at least two batteries 1, wherein the at least two batteries 1 have side surfaces 12 and end surfaces 11 and transition surfaces 13 connecting the side surfaces 12 and the end surfaces 11, and the at least two batteries 1 are arranged at intervals along a first direction X; and a support member 2 is disposed between two adjacent batteries 1 arranged at intervals along the first direction X, the support member 2 includes a first support portion 21 and a second support portion 22, the first support portion 21 is supported between two adjacent transition surfaces 13 of the two adjacent batteries 1, and the second support portion 22 is supported between two opposite side surfaces 12 of the two adjacent batteries 1, the support member 2 has a cross-section parallel to the first direction X, the cross-section has a first cross-section 212 corresponding to the first support portion 21, the first cross-section 212 has a first cross-sectional area, the cross-section has a second cross-sectional area 221 corresponding to the second support portion 22, the second cross-sectional area 221 has a second cross-sectional area, and the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 0.20 to 6.00.
[0036] Through the above technical solution, in the battery assembly 10 provided by the present disclosure, the first support portion 21 is supported between two adjacent transition surfaces 13 of two adjacent batteries 1, that is, the first support portion 21 fills between the two transition surfaces 13, and the first support portion 21 respectively abuts against the two transition surfaces 13, so that the first support portion 21 can support the two adjacent batteries 1; the second support portion 22 is supported between two adjacent side surfaces 12 of the two adjacent batteries 1, that is, the second support portion 22 fills between the two side surfaces 12, and the second support portion 22 respectively abuts against the two side surfaces 12, so that the second support portion 22 can also support the two adjacent batteries 1. As a result, the support member 2 can effectively support the two adjacent batteries 1, reduce the offset of the battery 1, and improve the stability of the battery 1. Furthermore, since the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 0.20 to 6.00, both the first support portion 21 and the second support portion 22 are relatively stable and have minimal deformation, and sufficient expansion space is reserved for the battery 1. This further reduces the deflection of the battery 1 and improves the safety of the battery 1. Thus, the battery assembly 10 of the present disclosure can effectively reduce the deflection of the battery 1 and improve the stability and safety of the battery 1.
[0037] It should be noted that the offset of the battery 1 mentioned above refers to the offset of the battery 1 in the first direction X, which will not be described in detail in the following embodiments. In addition, the battery 1 mentioned above may include one cell or a combination of multiple cells, which is not limited in this disclosure.
[0038] It should also be noted that in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the battery 1 may have two end faces 11, and the two end faces 11 are opposite to each other along a second direction Z perpendicular to the first direction X. The battery 1 may have two side faces 12, and the two side faces 12 are opposite to each other along the first direction X. Specifically, the battery 1 may be a square battery, and the square battery has three pairs of opposite surfaces. One pair of opposite surfaces is the end face 11, and one pair of opposite surfaces is the side face 12. Furthermore, in the actual processing and production process of the battery, due to the influence of the process, the connection between the two surfaces of the battery 1 cannot be made into a right angle or it is difficult to make it into a right angle, or it is not recommended to make it into a right angle due to factors such as cost. Therefore, in actual products, chamfers are generally used to transition between the two surfaces. The surface formed by the chamfer is the transition surface 13, and the transition surface 13 is connected to the end face 11 and the side face 12. The transition surface 13 formed by the chamfer can be an arcuate surface or a plane or other forms of surface.
[0039] Furthermore, the support member 2 has a cross-section parallel to the first direction X. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cross-section only needs to be parallel to the first direction X. Because when the cross-section is parallel to the first direction X, the area ratio between the first cross-section 212 and the second cross-section 221 remains the same regardless of the direction along which the cross-section is taken. Furthermore, the cross-section is parallel to both the first direction X and the second direction Z. With this concept, the second cross-sectional area and the first cross-sectional area can be measured more easily.
[0040] Preferably, the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 1.20-6.00.
[0041] Preferably, the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 1.50-6.00.
[0042] Preferably, the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 5.00-6.00.
[0043] In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the following Table 1 is experimental data obtained by performing a vibration test on the battery assembly 10 of the present disclosure and experimental data obtained by performing a thermal runaway test on the battery assembly 10 of the present disclosure, wherein Table 1 includes the first to thirteenth embodiments. Here, the parameter a in Table 1 refers to the length of the second support portion 22, the parameter b refers to the distance between the two adjacent side surfaces 12 between two adjacent batteries 1, the parameter R refers to the radius of the transition surface 13, the parameter S1 refers to the second cross-sectional area, and the parameter S2 refers to the first cross-sectional area. In addition, the units of the parameters a, b, and R are all mm. In addition, the values of S1 / S2 in the first to thirteenth embodiments are all between 0.20 and 6.00.
[0044] As shown in Table 1 below, when the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is between 0.20 and 6.00, the deformation of the support member 2 is small or almost non-existent. Therefore, the battery 1 in the battery assembly 10 of the present disclosure has good stability and can generally maintain its stability during vibration. Furthermore, when the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is between 0.20 and 6.00, the explosion-proof valve of the battery 1 can open normally when the battery 1 expands.
[0045] Table 1:
[0046] Refer to Table 2 below, which shows experimental data obtained from vibration testing and thermal runaway testing of the battery assembly 10 in the comparative example. Accordingly, parameter a in Table 2 represents the length of the second support portion 22, parameter b represents the distance between two adjacent side surfaces 12 of two adjacent battery cells 1, parameter R represents the radius of the transition surface 13, parameter S1 represents the second cross-sectional area, and parameter S2 represents the first cross-sectional area. Parameters a, b, and R are all expressed in mm.
[0047] Table 2:
[0048] In the above embodiments and comparative examples, the battery 1 is a square battery, and the cross section is a cross section of the support member 2 parallel to the first direction X and the second direction Z.
[0049] In the vibration test of the battery assembly 10 in the embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to Table 1 above, when the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 0.20 to 0.98, the offset of the battery 1 can be between 0.9 mm and 0.65 mm, at which point the support member 2 undergoes slight deformation. When the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 1.52 to 3.09, the offset of the battery 1 can be between 0.30 mm and 0.65 mm, at which point the support member 2 undergoes slight deformation. When the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 5.00 to 5.99, the offset of the battery 1 can be less than 0.30 mm, at which point the support member 2 undergoes almost no deformation. When the offset of the battery 1 is greater than 0.9 mm and gradually increases, the deformation of the support member 2 becomes increasingly severe until the support member 2 falls off between two adjacent battery cells 1. Therefore, based on this, the battery offset can be used to determine the degree of deformation of the support member 2. The offset of the battery 1 refers to the distance between the battery positions of the two state nodes at the beginning and end of the battery vibration test. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, vibration testing and thermal runaway testing are conventional testing protocols and are not described in detail in this disclosure. Furthermore, the cross-sections shown in Figures 2-3 are taken from the center of the battery along the second direction Z. In other embodiments, cross-sections can be taken at other locations, such as one-third or one-fifth of the battery, but not at the ends of the battery perpendicular to the first direction X and the second direction Z, to reduce measurement errors.
[0050] Furthermore, in conjunction with Tables 1 and 2 above, it can be seen that, by comparing Examples 1-13 with Comparative Examples 1-2, when the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 0.00 to 0.20, the battery assembly 10 deforms more severely during vibration, causing the support member 2 to fall off between two adjacent batteries 1, thereby causing the support member 2 to lose its supporting function and causing the batteries 1 to deviate significantly. Therefore, when the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 0.00 to 0.20, the stability of the batteries 1 in the battery assembly 10 is poor. When the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 0.20 to 6.00, the deformation of the support member 2 is small, or even the support member 2 hardly deforms, and the stability of the batteries 1 in the battery assembly 10 is high.
[0051] Furthermore, in conjunction with Tables 1 and 2 above, it can be seen that, comparing Examples 1-11 with Comparative Examples 3-5, when the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is greater than 6.00, although the support member 2 barely deforms and the deflection of the battery 1 is small, the expansion of the battery 1 is affected. Specifically, due to the excessively large area of the second support portion 22, less space is left for battery 1 expansion. Consequently, when the battery 1 expands, the support member 2 squeezes the battery 1, increasing the pressure within the battery 1 and prematurely opening the explosion-proof valve. This poses a safety risk to the battery 1 and affects the performance of the battery pack 100. On the other hand, when the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is between 0.20 and 6.00, the support member 2 leaves sufficient space for battery 1 expansion. When the battery 1 expands, the support member 2 does not excessively squeeze the battery 1, allowing the explosion-proof valve to open normally, thereby ensuring the safety of the battery 1.
[0052] In the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in Figures 1 to 3 , the transition surface 13 can be configured as an arcuate surface, and the first support portion 21 can include a support surface 211 that mates with the corresponding transition surface 13. Thus, the mate between the support surface 211 and the corresponding transition surface 13 can avoid gaps between the support surface 211 and the corresponding transition surface 13, thereby avoiding gaps between the first support portion 21 and the transition surface 13. This facilitates the first support portion 21 to fill the gap between two adjacent transition surfaces 13, making the extrusion force between two adjacent batteries 1 more uniform. This ensures and enhances the support effect of the first support portion 21 on the battery 1. The arcuate transition surface 13 facilitates the processing of the transition surface 13 and facilitates the formation of the first support portion 21 into an arcuate support surface 211 that matches the shape of the transition surface 13, facilitating the mate between the support surface 211 and the transition surface 13.
[0053] Here, it should be noted that, in the embodiment in which the transition surface 13 is a curved surface, referring to FIG3 , based on the parameter a representing the length of the second support portion 22 , the parameter b representing the distance between the two adjacent side surfaces 12 of the two adjacent batteries 1 , the parameter R representing the radius of the transition surface 13 , the parameter S1 representing the second cross-sectional area, and the parameter S2 representing the first cross-sectional area, the second cross-sectional area S1 = a*b, and the first cross-sectional area S2 = (b+2R)*R-πR 2 / 2. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the above Tables 1 and 2 are measured using this method. In this embodiment, the arc length of the arc-shaped transition surface 13 is a quarter of a circle, that is, the arc center angle of the arc-shaped transition surface 13 is 90°, so the calculation can be performed using the above scheme.
[0054] In other embodiments, if the arc center angle of the arc-shaped transition surface 13 is not 90° or the transition surface 13 is not an arc-shaped surface, referring to FIG3 , the present disclosure can use the area of the isosceles trapezoid with a dotted line in FIG3 to refer to the first cross-sectional area S2, that is, in this case, the first cross-sectional area S2 = (1 / 2) * (b + C) * R1, thereby minimizing the influence of the measurement error of R on the accuracy of the first cross-sectional area S2, that is, the accuracy of the first cross-sectional area S2 calculated by the formula S2 = (1 / 2) * (b + C) * R1 is higher. In this case, R1 is the distance from the intersection of S1 and S2 to the bottom edge, as shown in FIG3 , and C is the distance between the intersection of the end faces 11 of the two batteries and the transition surface 13, as shown in FIG3 .
[0055] In other embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG4 and FIG5 , the transition surface 13 can be configured as an inclined plane, and the first support portion 21 can have a support surface 211 that fits in contact with the corresponding transition surface 13. In this way, the fit of the support surface 211 with the corresponding transition surface 13 can avoid a gap between the support surface 211 and the corresponding transition surface 13, thereby avoiding a gap between the first support portion 21 and the transition surface 13. This helps the first support portion 21 fill the space between two adjacent transition surfaces 13, making the extrusion force between two adjacent batteries 1 more uniform, thereby ensuring and improving the support effect of the first support portion 21 on the battery 1.
[0056] Here, according to some embodiments, the transition surface 13 can be constructed as an inclined plane with an angle of 45° to the horizontal plane. Thus, in this embodiment, referring to FIG5 , the parameter c can refer to the height of the first support portion 21. It can be understood that the height of the projection of the transition surface 13 on the side surface 12 is also c. Based on the fact that the parameter a refers to the length of the second support portion 22, the parameter b refers to the distance between the two adjacent side surfaces 12 between the two adjacent batteries 1, the parameter c refers to the height of the first support portion 21, the parameter S1 refers to the second cross-sectional area, and the parameter S2 refers to the first cross-sectional area, the second cross-sectional area S1 = a*b, and the first cross-sectional area S2 = (b+2c)*cc 2 .
[0057] According to some embodiments, in embodiments where the transition surface 13 is a curved surface, due to the influence of the manufacturing process on the battery housing, the radius of the transition surface 13 is generally required to be within a preset range. For example, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the radius of the transition surface 13 can be 1.00 mm to 5.00 mm. For example, the radius is 1.20 mm, 1.50 mm, 1.70 mm, 2.00 mm, 2.50 mm, 2.70 mm, 3.00 mm, 3.50 mm, 4.00 mm, 4.50 mm, 5.00 mm, etc. Here, the radius of the transition surface 13 can be the parameter R in Figure 3, i.e., the parameter R in Tables 1 and 2 above, which can be 1.00 mm to 5.00 mm. This can reduce the difficulty of manufacturing the housing and enhance the volume utilization of the battery housing. In addition, the radius of the transition surface 13 is controlled to be small, which can prevent the battery 1 from causing significant displacement due to its own expansion when the radius of the transition surface 13 is too large, causing the support member 2 to accidentally fall off. According to some embodiments, the parameter R can be 3 mm. Furthermore, experiments conducted by the inventors have shown that, while parameters a and b remain constant, the offset of the battery 1 is further reduced when the radius R of the transition surface 13 is gradually reduced. Therefore, during product manufacturing and production, parameters a and b can be kept constant, and the radius of the transition surface 13 can be reduced to reduce the offset of the battery 1, further enhancing the stability of the battery 1.
[0058] Furthermore, the inventors' experiments have shown that, while the aforementioned parameters R and b remain constant, increasing the length a of the second support portion 22 further reduces the battery's deflection. Therefore, during product manufacturing and production, the parameters R and b can be kept constant, while increasing the length of the second support portion 22 to reduce the battery's deflection and further stabilize it.
[0059] In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the first support portion 21 and the second support portion 22 can be integrally formed. This can reduce the number of components in the battery assembly 10 while ensuring the connection strength between the first support portion 21 and the second support portion 22. Of course, in other embodiments, the first support portion 21 and the second support portion 22 can also be provided as separate components to facilitate assembly of the battery assembly 10. In this case, the second support portion 22 can be bonded to the first support portion 21, but this disclosure is not limited thereto.
[0060] In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the second support portion 22 can be made of a flexible material, such as soft silicone or foam. Thus, the second support portion 22 itself can be compressed to accommodate a certain expansion of the battery 1. Correspondingly, the first support portion 21 can also be made of a flexible material, such as soft silicone or foam. In other words, the support member 2 is composed of a flexible material, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
[0061] In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG1 , two support members 2 may be disposed between two adjacent batteries 1, arranged sequentially along a second direction Z. The two second support portions 22 of the two support members 2 are spaced apart, and the second direction Z is perpendicular to the first direction X. This allows the two support members 2 to better support the batteries 1, thereby improving the stability of the batteries 1. Furthermore, the space between the two support members 2 allows the batteries 1 to expand, thereby improving the safety of the batteries 1.
[0062] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, in an embodiment where the two second support portions 22 of the two support members 2 are spaced apart, and the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area is 0.20 to 6.00, as shown in FIG1 , the space between the two second support portions 22 allows for expansion of the battery 1. Thus, such a design can ensure the support effect of the support member 2 on the two adjacent batteries 1 while reserving a certain amount of expansion space for the battery 1 through the aforementioned space. This expansion space allows the battery 1 to expand to a certain extent, thereby improving the safety of the battery 1. Here, the ratio of the second cross-sectional area to the first cross-sectional area of the two support members 2 can be the same or different, and the present disclosure does not impose any restrictions on this.
[0063] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in reference figure 1, a connector (not shown in the figure) may be further provided between two adjacent batteries 1, and the connector may be respectively connected to two support members 2 arranged along the second direction Z, and the connector and the two support members 2 together form an annular support structure. In this way, the annular support structure can further enhance the support effect on the battery 1, thereby helping to enhance the stability of the battery 1. Here, according to some embodiments, the connector may include two connecting segments spaced apart along a third direction, the third direction being perpendicular to the first direction X and the second direction Z, wherein the two connecting segments may be connected end to end with the two support members 2 to form an annular support structure together, and the present disclosure does not impose any restrictions on this. Providing an annular support structure between batteries 1 and 1 can also be used to reserve expansion space for the battery 1 to improve the safety of the battery 1.
[0064] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the annular support structure includes a containment area, which is provided with a flame-retardant layer. This flame-retardant layer can isolate a fire between two adjacent batteries 1, preventing the spread of the fire. Typically, this flame-retardant layer is made of a material such as aerogel. Combining the annular support structure with the flame-retardant layer not only isolates heat diffusion between the two batteries 1, improving the safety of the batteries 1, but also enhances the structural strength of the support member 2, further improving the stability of the batteries 1.
[0065] Optionally, in order to reduce the movement of the flame retardant layer and reduce the difficulty of installing the structure after the flame retardant layer and the annular support structure are assembled to the battery 1, the flame retardant layer is connected to the annular support structure.
[0066] Optionally, in order to reduce the influence of the support member 2 on the expansion of the battery 1 when the battery 1 expands, the flame retardant layer has a certain elastic deformation, so that the flame retardant layer can adaptively deform when the battery 1 expands.
[0067] Optionally, the battery assembly 10 may further include an encapsulation structure that encapsulates the annular support structure and the flame retardant layer. Thus, the annular support structure and the flame retardant layer may be encapsulated together by the encapsulation structure, facilitating assembly of the battery assembly 10.
[0068] In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to Figures 1 to 5, due to the influence of the battery size, generally, a preset range of the length a of the second support portion 22 in the second direction Z is limited, wherein the second direction Z is perpendicular to the first direction X. For example, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the length of the second support portion 22 can be 3.00 mm to 110.00 mm. For example, the length is 3.00mm, 3.50mm, 4.70mm, 5.00mm, 5.50mm, 6.00mm, 7.00mm, 8.00mm, 9.00mm, 10.00mm, 10.50mm, 11.00mm, 11.50mm, 12.00mm, 15.00mm, 20.00mm, 30.00mm, 40.00mm, 50.00mm, 60.00mm, 70.00mm, 80.00mm, 90.00mm, 100.00mm, 110.00mm, etc. Here, with reference to FIG3 , parameter a refers to the length of the second supporting portion 22 . When parameter a is 3.00mm to 110.00mm, it can ensure that the second supporting portion 22 effectively supports two adjacent batteries 1 and prevent the second supporting portion 22 from loosening and deflecting. Here, when the second direction Z is the height direction of the battery 1, the value of parameter a can be half the height of the battery 1, that is, when parameter a is 110.00 mm, the height of the battery 1 is 220.00 mm. Here, according to some embodiments, referring to Table 1 above, when the above-mentioned parameters b and R remain unchanged, the offset of the battery 1 decreases when the length of the second support portion 22 increases. Therefore, when the above-mentioned parameters b and R remain unchanged, the offset of the battery 1 can be reduced by increasing the length of the second support portion 22, thereby increasing the stability of the battery 1.
[0069] Furthermore, parameter a is generally less than half of the battery height, and thus the two supports 2 can cooperate to restrict the movement of the battery 1 and improve the stability of the battery 1. Specifically, as shown in FIG1 , the battery height is the length of the battery along the second direction Z.
[0070] In the installation requirements of the batteries 1 in the battery pack 100, in order to ensure the volume utilization of the battery pack 100 and the ability to set relevant supports 2 between the batteries 1, generally, the length of the gap between the batteries 1 will be required to be within a certain range. In the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, with reference to Figures 1 to 5, the spacing between two adjacent side surfaces 12 of two adjacent batteries 1 can be 1.00mm to 6.00mm. For example, the spacing diameter is 1.00mm, 1.20mm, 1.50mm, 1.70mm, 2.00mm, 2.50mm, 2.70mm, 3.00mm, 3.50mm, 4.00mm, 4.50mm, 5.00mm, 5.50mm, 6.00mm, etc. Here, with reference to Figure 3, the parameter b in Figure 3 can refer to the spacing between two adjacent side surfaces 12, that is, the parameter b can be 1.00 to 6.00mm. Here, the spacing between the two side surfaces 12 is controlled to be relatively small. This prevents the battery 1 from expanding significantly when the spacing is too large. Furthermore, while the aforementioned parameters a and R remain constant, the value of parameter b is also affected by the expansion space required by the battery 1. That is, if parameter b is too small or too large, the safety of the battery 1 will be affected. Therefore, in order to balance the stability of the battery 1 and the expansion space, the present disclosure can adapt the specific value of parameter b to actual needs. Furthermore, if the value of parameter b is too large, the volume utilization and volume energy density of the battery pack 100 will be reduced.
[0071] According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, a battery pack 100 is provided, comprising the battery assembly 10 described above. The battery pack 100 has all the advantages of the battery assembly 10 described above, which will not be described in detail in this disclosure.
[0072] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG1 , a battery pack 100 may include two stoppers 3 and a support structure 4. At least two batteries 1 are disposed between the two stoppers 3, and a support structure 4 may be disposed between a stopper 3 and adjacent batteries 1. The support structure 4 may assist in supporting the batteries near the stoppers 3, thereby improving the stability of the batteries 1. The stoppers 3 may be configured as end plates or as part of a tray, and this disclosure is not limited thereto.
[0073] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG1 , two support structures 4 may be provided between the stopper 3 and the adjacent battery 1 , wherein the two support structures 4 may be arranged sequentially along a second direction Z, where the second direction Z is perpendicular to the first direction X. The difference between this support structure 4 and the aforementioned support member 2 is that the surface where the support structure 4 contacts the stopper 3 is a plane, whereas the stopper 3 has a stop surface 31 that cooperates with the support structure. Furthermore, as shown in FIG1 , when the two second support portions 22 of the two support members 2 are spaced apart, the two support structures 4 may also be spaced apart.
[0074] In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG1 , a battery pack 100 may include a cold plate 5 . A cold plate 5 may be provided on both sides of the battery 1 in the second direction Z. An insulating layer may be attached to the cold plate 5 . The cold plate 5 may be bonded to the battery 1 and in contact with the first support portion 21 . In this case, the first support portion 21 may be made of thermally conductive adhesive. In this way, heat generated by the battery 1 may be transferred to the cold plate 5 through the first support portion 21 , thereby improving the heat dissipation performance of the battery pack 100 .
[0075] The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail above in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments. Within the technical concept of the present disclosure, various simple modifications can be made to the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
[0076] It should also be noted that the various specific technical features described in the above specific embodiments can be combined in any appropriate manner without contradiction. In order to avoid unnecessary repetition, the present disclosure will not further describe various possible combinations.
[0077] In addition, the various embodiments of the present disclosure may be arbitrarily combined, and as long as they do not violate the concept of the present disclosure, they should also be regarded as the contents disclosed by the present disclosure.
