When the absolute position of the described object changes, the relative positional relationship may also change accordingly.
[0030] Hereinafter, various embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6 .
[0031] As shown in Figure 1, the air conditioning module 200 included in the vehicle of the present disclosure comprises a housing 201 and dampers 1 and 2. Housing 201 is installed within the vehicle and contains a passageway for air circulation. It may also optionally include an evaporator for cooling the air, a heater core for heating the air, and an air mixing mechanism for mixing cold and warm air at a specified mixing ratio. Figure 1 shows two dampers 1 and 2, but this disclosure does not limit their number.
[0032] As shown in Figure 1, the housing 201 includes a main housing 202. As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the rotation shafts 9, 11 of the two dampers 1, 2 are rotatably provided on the main housing 202.
[0033] As shown in Figures 2 to 4, the air conditioning module 200 further includes a rod 4 and a driven member. The rod 4 is slidably mounted on the main housing 202. The driven member is mounted on the rotational shafts 9 and 11 of the dampers 1 and 2. The driven member is slidably coupled to the rod 4 so that, when the rod 4 slides, it is driven by the rod 4, thereby causing the dampers 1 and 2 to rotate on the main housing 202. The present disclosure achieves damper rotation through translational motion.
[0034] 3 , the air conditioning module 200 further includes a motor 3 including a motor output shaft. Referring again to FIG1 , the motor 3 is disposed in a motor housing 100 , which is disposed on a side of the main housing 202 .
[0035] As shown in Figure 5, the rod 4 has a track groove 20. As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the follower includes sliding pins 8 and 10 that can slide in the track groove 20. The sliding pins 8 and 10 are fixed to the rotating shafts 9 and 11 of the dampers 1 and 2. Specifically, the sliding pin 8 is fixed to the rotating shaft 9 of the damper 1, and the sliding pin 10 is fixed to the rotating shaft 11 of the damper 2. The rotating shafts 9 and 11 are respectively provided with gear mechanisms, and the sliding pins 8 and 10 are respectively fixed to the corresponding gear mechanisms, for example, protruding along the extended axis of the respective rotating shafts 9 and 11. The track groove 20 can be curved or bent, and is provided with one or more observation windows for observing the position of the sliding pins. By observing the position of the sliding pins, the state of the dampers can be determined. By moving the sliding pins 8 and 10 to different positions in the track groove 20, the dampers 1 and 2 can be opened and closed, and different modes can be switched.
[0036] As shown in Figure 4 , housing 201 includes positioning elements 14 and 15 disposed on main housing 202, which slidably support rod 4. As shown in Figure 3 , positioning elements 14 and 15 are disposed between rod 4 and main housing 202. Referring to Figure 4 , positioning elements 14 and 15 may be pins. Furthermore, positioning elements 14 and 15 are disposed near rotation axes 9 and 11, respectively, and spaced a certain distance apart.
[0037] As shown in Figure 5 , rod 4 is provided with positioning grooves 18 and 19 for receiving positioning elements 14 and 15. Specifically, positioning groove 18 is used to receive positioning element 14, and positioning groove 19 is used to receive positioning element 15. Positioning grooves 18 and 19 may extend along the extension axis A of rod 4. For example, positioning grooves 18 and 19 may be provided on two opposing sides of rod 4 perpendicular to the extension axis A of rod 4. This provides a more stable support for rod 4 during sliding.
[0038] By providing the positioning element and the positioning groove, not only can the rod be supported when it slides, but also the rod can be prevented from moving in a plane substantially parallel to the side wall of the main housing.
[0039] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the air conditioning module 200 further includes a drive wheel 5, which is rotatably disposed on the main housing 202 and is in driving connection with the rod 4 to drive the rod 4 to slide on the main housing 202. The drive wheel 5 is connected to the motor output shaft 6 and is capable of rotating under the drive of the motor output shaft 6. For example, the drive wheel 5 includes an axle 7, which is connected to the motor output shaft 6.
[0040] Referring again to Figures 3 and 4, the housing 201 has housing stoppers 12 and 13 arranged on the main housing 202, and the housing stoppers 12 and 13 are slidably abutted against the rod 4. The housing stoppers and the drive wheel 5 are respectively arranged on both sides of the rod 4 to clamp the rod 4, as shown in Figure 3. Two housing stoppers are shown in the figure to achieve stable positioning for the longer rod 4. Of course, other numbers of housing stoppers are also possible, and even in the case of shorter rods, only one stopper is possible. By providing the housing stoppers, the movement of the rod in a plane roughly parallel to the side wall of the main housing, especially in a direction transverse to the extension axis of the rod, can be further prevented.
[0041] As shown in Figure 4 , the driving wheel 5 and the at least two housing stoppers 12 and 13 are located at the three vertices of a triangle T, as shown by the dotted line in the figure. In this way, the position of the rod 4 can be restricted during its sliding, ensuring that the rod 4 does not deviate from its path.
[0042] As shown in Figure 5, the lever 4 has a rack portion 16, and the rack portion 16 is provided with teeth 23 that engage with the drive wheel 5. Through the teeth 23 meshing with the teeth 21 of the drive wheel 5, the lever 4 can slide in translation.
[0043] As shown in FIG6 , the drive wheel 5 has a wheel stopper 22, and the rack portion 16 is disposed between the main housing 202 and the wheel stopper 22. As shown in FIG4 , the wheel stopper 22 is configured to abut against the rack portion 16 in a direction toward the main housing 202. For example, the wheel stopper 22 is a protrusion extending radially from the outer edge of the drive wheel 5. In this manner, movement of the rod away from the main housing is prevented.
[0044] As shown in FIG4 , at least one of the housing stoppers 12 and 13, 13, comprises an L-shaped element, one arm of which is connected to the main housing 202, and the other arm of which is outside the main housing 202 and hooks onto the rod 4 in a direction toward the main housing 202. Specifically, the other arm stops the rod in a direction away from the main housing, thereby working together with the wheel stoppers 22 on both sides of the rod 4 to prevent the rod from moving away from the main housing.
[0045] As described above, the air conditioning module disclosed herein realizes the driving of the damper and the switching of modes through a simple mechanical structure, and thus has a compact structure and low space requirement.
[0046] The vehicle of the present disclosure includes the air conditioning module 200 as described above. The vehicle can be a motor vehicle or an electric vehicle. The vehicle of the present disclosure therefore has the various advantages described above with respect to the air conditioning module.
[0047] In addition, the technical features disclosed above are not limited to the disclosed combinations with other features. Those skilled in the art can also make other combinations between the technical features according to the purpose of the invention to achieve the purpose of this disclosure.
