Abstract
Description
[0001] Platform for arranging at least one piece of furniture or household appliance The present invention relates to a platform for arranging at least one piece of furniture or household appliance on the platform according to the preamble of claim 1. A generic platform is known, for example, from the subsequently published DE 102022106867 A1. Such a platform serves to place one or more pieces of furniture or household appliances thereon and to be able to move these into different angular positions with the help of the platform without great expenditure of force by means of a coupled translational-rotational movement. For this purpose, the platform has a base and a support element that can be moved simultaneously in translation and rotation relative to the base. Respective bearing areas of the base and the support element have guideways orGuide elements guided in the guideways, with which the support element can be moved relative to the base in a predetermined translational-rotational movement. These platforms have proven themselves in practice. A disadvantage of the platform described is that if one of the guideways is damaged, the base with the guideways molded into it must be completely replaced. Furthermore, to provide a modified translational-rotational movement, it is necessary to replace the base with one provided with different guideways. The object of the present invention is to provide a platform with which the guideways can be easily replaced, whether for repair purposes or to exchange a desired translational-rotational movement. This object is achieved by a platform with the features of claim 1.The object is further achieved by an arrangement of a modular interior design system for rooms consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances on at least two platforms with the features of claim 10. The platform according to the invention has a base and a support element mounted so as to be movable both translationally and rotationally relative to the base. The base and the support element have mutually facing flat storage areas. Guideways are arranged in one of the storage areas, and guide elements guided in or on the contours of the guideways are arranged in the other of the storage areas, so that the support element is at least partially positively guided to be rotatable relative to the base in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and movable in a predetermined translation direction. The guideways are shaped in such a way that when a moment is applied to the support element, the support element can be moved in an at least partially forced, simultaneous rotational and translational movement from an initial position via an intermediate position in which the support element is rotated relative to the base in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and displaced in a translational direction, by further rotation in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and displacement opposite to the translational direction into an end position congruent with the initial position.Alternatively, the guideways can also be shaped such that, when a moment is applied to the support element, the support element can be moved from an initial position via an intermediate position, in which the support element is rotated relative to the base in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and displaced in a translational direction, by further rotating in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and displacing against the translational direction, to an end position that is not congruent with the initial position, but rather to an end position offset by a certain distance in a translational direction. The guideways are designed as control segments removably mounted on a mounting plate of the base or on a functional base.By designing such a multi-part base with a mounting plate and removably attached control segments, the corresponding control segment can be easily replaced in the event of damage to one of the guideways. The same applies to the possibility of performing different translational-rotational movements by exchanging the control segments. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the mounting plate or the functional base has a plurality of bores for receiving fixing elements for fixing the control segments. This ensures that a plurality of different control segments can be arranged on the mounting plate or the functional base in order to realize various coupled rotational-translational movements of the platform.Such holes can be easily integrated into the mounting plate or the functional floor in a manufacturing-technical manner. Alternatively, tenons or dowels can be used instead of the holes to ensure the positioning of the control segments. According to a further advantageous embodiment, the mounting plate can be fastened to a floor, in particular a floor or a functional floor. This enables reliable, secure positioning of the base and thus stable fixation of the entire platform to protect it against tipping or falling over. According to a preferred embodiment, the control segments are screwed to the mounting plate or the functional floor. In principle, it is also conceivable to lock the control segments to the mounting plate or the functional floor or to fix them releasably in some other way. According to a further preferred embodiment, each of the control segments has at least one guide track.Control segments with more than one such guideway are also conceivable. The guideways themselves are preferably formed as U-shaped or C-shaped grooves in cross-section. Alternatively, the guideway can also be formed as a single web, which has the corresponding curved guide along its longitudinal extent. To ensure that the guide element resting on the web on one side follows the curved path of the web, a counter-bearing to the guide element is arranged on the opposite side of the web, also resting on the web, whereby the guide element ultimately follows the curved path of the web. According to a further advantageous embodiment, each of the control segments has a ramp leading into at least one of the guideways. This enables the guide elements to be easily inserted and thus the support element to be pushed sideways onto the base, which facilitates assembly, particularly with large-area and therefore heavy support elements. In a preferred development, the control segments are aligned when mounted on the mounting plate or on the functional floor such that the ramps of the control segments are aligned in the same direction of travel. An arrangement according to the invention of a modular interior fittings system for rooms consisting of at least two items of furniture or household appliances on at least two platforms is characterized by a combination of platforms as described above. A particular advantage of such an arrangement is the fixing of the base of two such platforms next to one another while simultaneously enabling relative movements of the two platforms to one another.Preferred embodiments are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. They show: Fig. 1 is a schematic isometric partially exploded view of an embodiment of a platform according to the invention with a base to be placed on a floor and a support element arranged on the base, Fig. 2 is an isometric exploded view of an embodiment of a base according to the invention with several separate control segments, Fig. 3 is an isometric view of the base in the assembled state, Fig. 4 is a further isometric exploded view of the platform showing the underside of the support element, Fig. 5 is an isometric partially exploded view of a furniture ensemble to be set up on a platform, Fig. 6 is an isometric view of a piece of furniture mounted on a platform in the assembled state, Fig.7 is a schematic, isometric representation of an arrangement of two platforms arranged next to each other on a functional floor, Fig.8 is a representation corresponding to Figure 7 without a functional floor Fig.9 is a schematic, isometric representation of the bases of the platforms arranged next to one another in a position according to Figure 8, Figures 10 and 11 are schematic, isometric representations of an embodiment of an arrangement of furniture on the support elements of the platforms shown in Figures 7 and 8 in two first different rotational positions on a functional floor, Figures 12 and 13 are representations corresponding to Figures 10 and 11 of the platforms arranged next to one another in two further rotational positions, Figure 14 is a schematic, isometric representation of the arrangement of furniture on the two platforms in an intermediate position, Figure 15 is a plan view of the arrangement shown in Figure 11 and Figure 16 is a plan view of the arrangement shown in Figure 14. In the following description of the figures, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, back, etc.exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the platform, the base, the support element, the control segments, the mounting plate and the like chosen in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood as restrictive, i.e., these references can change due to different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design or the like. In Figure 1, the reference number 1 denotes an embodiment variant of a platform according to the invention. The platform 1 serves to arrange at least one piece of furniture or household appliance on the platform 1, as shown by way of example in Figures 5 and 6. In the sense of this application, a piece of furniture is understood to mean in particular a piece of seating furniture, room divider, bed, a shelf or a rack or cabinet with at least one storage level, or a presentation area.It is also conceivable to arrange, in particular to fasten, an ensemble of furniture on the platform, for example a work space with an office chair, desk and shelf. Several such platforms with ensembles of furniture can also be arranged adjacent to one another. The platform 1 itself has a base 2 and a support element 3 mounted so as to be movable both translationally and rotationally relative to the base 2. As is shown in particular in Figure 4, the base 2 and the support element 3 have flat bearing areas 22, 32 facing one another. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the bearing area 22 of the base 2 has guide tracks 23, 24. The bearing area 32 of the support element 3 has guide elements 4 guided in or on the contours of the guide tracks 23, 24. As a result, the support element 3 is at least partially positively guided relative to the base 2 in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R1, R2 (shown in Fig.6) and movable in a predetermined translation direction A1, A2 (shown in Fig. 6). It is also conceivable to arrange the guide tracks 23, 24 on the support element 3 and, correspondingly, the guide elements 4 on the base 2. In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 5, the guide tracks 23, 24 are designed as control segments 25, 26 removably fastened to a mounting plate 21 of the base 2. In the case of the above-mentioned alternative, in which the guideways 23, 24 are arranged on the support element 3, the base 2 can be a simple plate to which the guide elements 4 are fastened, while the control segments 25, 26 are either fastened directly to the bearing area 32 of the support element 3 or, alternatively, a separate mounting plate 21 is mounted on the support element 3 itself, to which the control segments 25, 26 can in turn be mounted. As can be clearly seen in Figure 2, the mounting plate 21 has a plurality of bores 29 which serve to receive fixing elements, for example in the form of screws, for fixing the control segments 25, 26. It is also conceivable to fasten the control segments 25, 26 to a functional base 8. To fix the control segments, a plurality of bores are then provided in the functional base 8 in a similar manner. The control segments 25 each have guideways 23 designed as curved paths. The control segment 26, with its linear guideway 24, serves to guide the support element 3 in the translation directions A1, A2. While in the control segment 26 receptacles 27 are formed laterally of the guide track 24 on a side edge of the control segment 26, in the control segments 25 the receptacles 27 are designed as bores introduced into the control segments 25 between the guide track 23 and the side edge. The guideways 23, 24 are overall shaped in such a way that when a moment acts on the support element 3, the support element 3 can be moved in an at least partially forced, simultaneous rotational and translational movement from an initial position via an intermediate position, in which the support element 3 is rotated relative to the base 2 in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R1, R2 and displaced in the translation direction A1, by further rotation in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R1, R2 and displacement in the translation direction A2 into an end position congruent with the initial position.Alternatively, the guideways 23, 24 can be shaped such that, when a moment is applied to the support element 3, the support element 3 can be moved in an at least partially forced, simultaneous rotational and translational movement from an initial position via an intermediate position, in which the support element 3 is rotated relative to the base 2 in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R1, R2 and displaced in the translation direction A1, by further rotation in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R1, R2 and displacement in the translation direction A2 into an end position that is not congruent with the initial position, but rather into an end position that is offset by a distance in a translation direction. As further shown in Figures 2 to 5, the guideways 23, 24 are preferably shaped as U-shaped or C-shaped grooves in cross-section.Alternatively, the guideways 23, 24 can also be formed as a single web, which has the corresponding curved guidance in its longitudinal extension. So that the guide element 4, which rests on the web on one side, follows the curved profile of the web, a counter-bearing for the guide element 4 is arranged on the opposite side of the web, also resting on the web, whereby the guide element 4 ultimately follows the curved profile of the web. An L-shaped design, for example, is also conceivable; however, the design of the guideways 23, 24 as U- or C-shaped grooves ensures more reliable guidance of the guide elements 4 in the guideways 23, 24. Furthermore, it can be seen in Figures 2 to 5 that each of the control segments 25, 26 has a ramp 28 opening into at least one of the guideways 23, 24.When mounted on the mounting plate 21, as shown in Figures 3, 4, and 5, the control segments 25, 26 are aligned such that the ramps 28 of the control segments 25, 26 are aligned in the same drive-on direction. The same applies analogously when the control segments are mounted on the functional floor 8. With the aid of these ramps 28, it is easily possible to slide the support element 3 laterally onto the base 2. This method of assembly ensures significantly easier assembly, particularly in the case of very large support elements 3 with a correspondingly large mass, compared to lowering the support element 3 onto the base 2 to insert the guide elements 4 into the guide tracks 23, 24. It is also conceivable to arrange several such platforms 1 next to one another and thus create an arrangement of a modular interior design system for rooms consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances. For the purposes of this application, a piece of furniture is understood to mean, in particular, seating, a room divider, a bed, a shelf, a rack, or a cabinet with at least one storage level or a presentation area. It is also conceivable to arrange, in particular to attach, an ensemble of furniture, for example a work space with an office chair, desk, and shelf, on the platform 1. In such a modular interior design system, the at least two platforms 1 are designed as described above, which makes it possible, for example, to arrange two seating options, shown by way of example in Figure 6, next to one another in such a way that the seating surfaces 71 of the seating elements 7 form a common seating surface and thus enable the users of the seating element 7 to sit in a conversation-friendly seating position. When rotated by 90°, two separate seats are created, which are separated from one another in particular by a side wall 73 or rear wall 72, thus providing privacy for the users of the seating element 7. In addition to the seating surface 71, the seating element 7 also features, for example, a shelf 74 and a storage compartment 75 arranged underneath. The seating surface 71, the rear wall 72, side wall 73, shelf 74 and the storage compartment 75 are arranged together on the supporting element 3. The supporting element 3 itself is movable in a translational and rotational manner on the base 2, as described above. Sliding or rolling elements 5, as shown in Figure 6 or also in Figure 4, enable further support of the supporting element 3. This allows the translational-rotational movement to be carried out with less frictional resistance. The sliding or rolling elements 5, here in the form of a roller 51 and a fastening element 52 fastened in a receptacle 33 on the bearing area 32 of the support element 3, enable additional support of the support element 3 against a floor, for example a floor 8 or functional floor 8. This enables a translational-rotational movement of the platform 1 and thus of the furniture or household appliance arranged thereon with extremely little effort. To ensure the function of the sliding or rolling elements 5, the base area of the support element 3 must be larger than that of the base 2. In the arrangement shown in Figure 5, a table 6 with a table top 61 and table base 62 is shown in front of the seat element 7 with seat surface 71, rear wall 72 and side walls 73. This table 6 can, for example, also be height-adjustable to ensure a comfortable sitting position. Both the piece of furniture shown in Figure 5 and that in Figure 6, arranged on the support area 31 of the support element 3, is to be understood as an example. Figures 7 to 16 show an example of an arrangement 10 of a modular interior design system for rooms consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances on two platforms 1 arranged next to one another. In principle, it is also conceivable to arrange further platforms 1 next to or behind one another, for example in the form of four platforms 1 arranged in a square or rectangle. Figure 9 shows the positioning of the two bases 2 of the platforms 1 in the arrangement of the platforms 1 as shown in Figures 7 and 8. In Figure 7, the platforms 1 are placed on a functional floor 8.As shown in Figures 7, 10, and 11, markings 11 are preferably applied to the functional floor 8. These markings serve to indicate the pivoting range of the platforms 1 to a user. The advantage of such a marking 11 is, in particular, that the markings 11 inform the user not to place themselves or any objects within this pivoting range in order to avoid a collision during a pivoting movement of the platforms 1. Figures 10 to 13 show different end positions of such an arrangement 10 of a modular interior design system consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances for rooms on the two platforms 1. The exemplary furnishing of the platforms 1 here consists of a table 12 and a seating element 13 partially framed by a rear wall 14 and side panels 15, 16.Figure 10 shows a positioning of the platforms 1 in which the two tables 12 and the seating elements 13 are positioned next to one another in a row. Figure 11 shows a positioning of the arrangement 10 in which the tables 12 and seating elements 13 are positioned facing one another. Figure 12 shows the same positioning of the arrangement 10, which in this case is not placed on a functional floor 8 with the markings 11 shown in Figures 10 and 11. Figure 13 shows another end position of the arrangement 10 in which the table 12 and the seating element 13 are separated from one another by the rear wall 14, thereby creating two separate spaces. Figure 14 shows an exemplary intermediate position of the platforms 1 in which the platforms 1 are rotated by an angle and shifted in a translation direction away from the starting position. The bases of the two platforms 1 are aligned so that they do not collide with each other during the combined translational-rotational movement. Figure 15 shows the positioning of the platforms 1 according to Figure 11 again in a top view. Similarly, Figure 16 shows the intermediate position of the platforms 1 according to Figure 14 in a top view.
