[0008] The trays in Patent Documents 1 and 2 have both the function of accommodating containers containing multiple agents and the function of a tray for mixing the agents contained in each container. However, when distributing the tray and the multiple containers on the market, it is common to further package the tray accommodating the multiple containers in an outer box. This leaves room for improvement from the perspective of reducing environmental impact.

[0009] Therefore, the present invention relates to a packaging paper box that functions both as a packaging box and as a mixing tray, and that can reduce the environmental load.

[0010] The present invention will be described below based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 7 show one embodiment of the packaging paper box of the present invention. The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment is designed to house a hair dye container therein. When the hair dye container is housed inside, the box constitutes a packaged product 1 for the hair dye together with the hair dye container. The packaging paper box includes both boxes with and without a hair dye inside. In this embodiment, the packaging paper box 10 houses two containers 4a, 4b, each corresponding to a two-part hair dye that is mixed before use. The packaged product 1 includes the containers 4a, 4b and the packaging paper box 10 for the hair dye that houses the containers 4a, 4b.

[0011] The storage container for the hair dye may be a pouch container, and the number of storage containers stored in the paper packaging box may be one or more. In this embodiment, the storage container 4a is a tube container containing a first agent constituting the hair cosmetic, and the other storage container 4b is a tube container containing a second agent constituting the hair cosmetic. In this embodiment, two storage containers 4a and 4b are stored in the storage space V of the paper packaging box 10, but other storage containers may also be stored. Note that the storage containers 4a and 4b in this embodiment each include a tube body containing the agent. Each tube body includes a body portion formed of a cylindrical tube body, an end seal portion formed between the inner surfaces at one longitudinal end of the tube body by a known method such as heat fusion or ultrasonic waves, and a cap portion detachably attached to a neck portion connected to the other longitudinal end of the tube body. The body of the tube container may be made of synthetic resin or aluminum, or may be a laminate of a synthetic resin layer and a metal layer such as aluminum.

[0012] The packaging paper box 10 has a hollow three-dimensional shape. The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment has a hollow hexahedron shape. The three-dimensional shape of the packaging paper box 10 is not particularly limited and may be a cylindrical shape such as a cylinder, triangular prism, or pentagonal prism, a pyramidal shape such as a cone, triangular pyramid, or quadrangular pyramid, or a polyhedral shape such as an octahedron or dodecahedron. The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment includes a first wall 11, a second wall 12 opposing the first wall 11, and a cylindrical peripheral wall 2 located between the first wall 11 and the second wall 12 (see FIG. 1). The peripheral wall 2 stands upright from the periphery of the second wall 12. The second wall 12 closes one opening of the cylindrical peripheral wall 2 (see FIG. 5).

[0013] The paper wrapping box 10 is configured to house hair dye containers and has an internal storage space V for storing the storage containers 4a, 4b (see FIG. 6). The storage space V is defined by the peripheral wall 2, the first wall 11, and the second wall 12, with the cylindrical structure of the peripheral wall 2 being the main component. In this embodiment, the peripheral wall 2 has a rectangular cylindrical shape with a square horizontal cross section. More specifically, the peripheral wall 2 is formed by a pair of first side panel portions 14, 15 and a pair of second side panel portions 16, 17 arranged to surround the peripheral wall 2 on all four sides (see FIG. 5). The pair of first side panel portions 14, 15 face each other, and the pair of second side panel portions 16, 17 face each other between the first side panel portions 14, 15. The pair of first side panel portions 14, 15 have the same shape and size, and the pair of second side panel portions 16, 17 also have the same shape and size. The first side panel portions 14, 15 and the second side panel portions 16, 17 have the same length in the height direction Z, but the first side panel portions 14, 15 have a longer length along the circumferential direction of the peripheral wall 2 than the second side panel portions 16, 17 (see FIG. 5 ). The height direction Z is parallel to the depth direction of a tray portion 24 (described later) and is perpendicular to the second wall 12 in this embodiment.

[0014] The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment is used, for example, with the second wall 12 of the packaging paper box 10 in contact with a horizontal surface (hereinafter also referred to as the "flat state") (see FIGS. 4 to 6). In the flat state, the first wall 11 of the packaging paper box 10 is positioned above, and the second wall 12 is positioned below. In the flat state, the height direction Z of the packaging paper box 10 is the vertical direction. The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment has a width direction Y and a depth direction X that are perpendicular to the height direction Z. The width direction Y is the direction along the longitudinal direction of the first side panel portions 14, 15, and the depth direction X is the direction along the longitudinal direction of the second side panel portions 16, 17.

[0015] The first wall 11 of the packaging paper box 10 is fixed facing the second wall 12 when the packaged product 1 is in the state where it is packed. On the other hand, when it is in the rotation-permitted state, it can rotate around the fold line 13c forming the upper edge of the first side panel portion 15 (see FIG. 7). The rotation-permitted state is a state in which the packaging paper box 10 is released from the fixed state before it is assembled or for unfolding, as described below. The first wall 11 has side flaps 18, 19 connected to each other via fold lines 13i, 13i on both outer sides in the width direction Y (see FIG. 2). The pair of side flaps 18, 19 have second locking pieces 5, 5 protruding on the side opposite the fold lines 13i, 13i (see FIG. 2). In the rotation-permitted state, the pair of side flaps 18, 19 can rotate around the fold lines 13i, 13i of the first wall 11. In this embodiment, each of the second side plate portions 16, 17 has a second engaged portion 53, 53 approximately in the center of the second side plate portion 16, 17 (see FIG. 2). The second engaged portion 53 is an opening extending in the depth direction X.

[0016] The wrapping paper box 10 has a configuration in which the first wall 11 and the second side panel portions 16, 17 can be engaged with each other. That is, the second engaging portions 53 can engage with the second locking pieces 5 of the pair of side flaps 18, 19. Specifically, when the first wall 11 closes the opening on the depth side of the peripheral wall 2 in the X1 direction, the second locking pieces 5 are inserted into the second engaging portions 53 provided near the center of the second side panel portions 16, 17, thereby fixing the first wall 11 to the second side panel portions 16, 17 so as to close the opening on the depth side of the peripheral wall 2 in the Z direction (see FIG. 1 ). This configuration allows the first wall 11 to stably maintain the state in which it closes the opening of the peripheral wall 2. Note that the means for fixing the second side panel portions 16, 17 to the first wall 11 is not limited to inserting the second locking pieces 5 into the second engaging portions 53. For example, the first wall 11 may be fixed to the second side panel portions 16, 17 using known adhesive means such as a hot melt adhesive or adhesive tape.

[0017] The first wall 11 is configured to form an opening 20 for removing the storage containers 4a, 4b. A typical opening operation for the wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment is the operation of forming this opening 20, which allows removal of the storage containers 4a, 4b. The opening 20 of this embodiment has an opening flap 22 continuous with the first wall 11 (see FIG. 4 ). The opening flap 22 has a generally octagonal shape in a plan view. Before use of the wrapping paper box 10, the opening flap 22 is an area surrounded on all sides except for a portion by a tear guide line along the periphery. The opening flap 22 can be formed by tearing the first wall 11 along the tear guide line. The fold line 13c does not have a tear guide line, and after the tear guide line is broken, the wrapping paper box 10 can rotate around the fold line 13c. In the wrapping paper box 10, "inside" refers to the interior side of the wrapping paper box 10 (the storage space V side), and "outside" refers to the exterior side of the wrapping paper box 10. The shape of the opening flap 22 is not limited to a substantially octagonal shape, and may be any shape, such as a triangle, a rectangle, a pentagon, a star, etc. The cutting guide line for forming the opening flap 22 preferably includes a cutting guide line along the depth direction X and a cutting guide line along the width direction Y.

[0018] The opening flap 22 of this embodiment has a rectangular tab 23 formed on the depth side in the depth direction X (see FIG. 4 ). The tab 23 is a portion that the user holds with their fingers when forming the opening 20 by tearing the periphery of the opening flap 22 along the tear guide line. This makes the opening operation easier. From the viewpoint of ease of forming the opening 20, it is preferable that the tab 23 be formed, but the tab 23 does not have to be provided. The tear guide line is preferably a perforation.

[0019] The packaging paper box 10 is configured so that an opening 20 is formed by tearing the periphery of the opening flap 22 along the tear guide line, thereby creating a tray portion 24 that can be used to mix multiple agents contained in the storage containers 4a, 4b. That is, by performing the above-described opening operation, the packaging paper box 10 has an opening 20, and with the storage containers 4a, 4b and other contents removed through the opening 20, the storage space V can be used as a tray portion 24 for mixing hair dyes (see FIG. 6 ). In this case, the packaging paper box 10 is used with the second wall 12 as the bottom, i.e., the second wall 12 forms the bottom wall of the tray portion 24 that can be used to mix multiple agents, and the multiple agents are mixed in the storage space V.

[0020] The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment functions as a container for the storage containers 4a and 4b, and the storage space V of the packaging paper box 10 also functions as a tray portion 24 that can be used for mixing hair dyes. Therefore, with the packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment, there is no need to provide a separate outer box or mixing tray when distributing the packaging paper box 10 of the present invention to the market, which reduces the overall amount of synthetic resin used and contributes to reducing the environmental impact. Furthermore, since there is no need to provide a separate outer box or mixing tray, the size of the packaging paper box 10 can be made smaller than conventional boxes, thereby improving the transportation efficiency of the packaging paper box 10 during distribution and reducing waste. The tray portion 24 may be used only once to mix the agents, or may be used multiple times.

[0021] The paper box 10 of this embodiment has a liquid leakage prevention structure 28 for preventing liquid leakage (see FIGS. 6 and 7 ). The liquid leakage prevention structure 28 of this embodiment is formed by folding paperboard. The liquid leakage prevention structure 28 of this embodiment will be described with reference to a paper box blank 50 shown in FIG. 10 . The liquid leakage prevention structure forming portions 48 that form the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 are connected to both the top and bottom of the first side panel forming plates 34, 35 and to both the left and right of the second side panel forming plates 36, 37, and each of the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portions 48 has a crease 3g. When assembling the paper box 10, the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 is formed by mountain-folding the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portions 48 along the crease 3g. Because the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 is formed by folding paperboard at corners around the storage space V, gaps connecting the inside and outside of the tray portion 24 are unlikely to form at these corners. The "crease" refers to a portion of the paper box blank 50 where a compression groove, a crease-crease treatment, a cut-out treatment, or the like has been applied. Therefore, the packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment is structured so that when the tray portion 24 is used to mix a hair dye, the hair dye is less likely to leak from the tray portion 24. The leakage prevention structures 28 are preferably formed on all corners of the tray portion 24, but they do not have to be formed on all corners. That is, they may be formed on only one corner, only two corners, or only three corners. The leakage prevention structures 28 are preferably formed on at least two adjacent corners of the tray portion 24, which is rectangular in plan view. Furthermore, the crease 3g provided on the leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 is preferably formed on the leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 from the viewpoint of ease of formation of the leakage prevention structure forming portion 48, but the crease 3g is not necessarily formed.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 7 , the leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 that forms the leakage prevention structure 28 preferably protrudes toward the storage space V when folded in two. Preferably, the leakage prevention structure 28 is configured to suppress rattle of the storage containers 4a, 4b stored therein. In the present embodiment, the leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 has a triangular shape on both sides of the fold line 13g, each of which has a width that decreases toward the second wall 12, and there is a gap between the first side panel portions 14, 15 and the second side panel portions 16, 17. In the packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment, a portion, preferably both longitudinal ends, of the storage containers 4a, 4b, such as tube containers, placed in the storage space V is held by the leakage prevention structure 28 so that they do not move significantly away from the second wall 12, thereby reducing rattle. In order to achieve this effect, it is preferable that the folded liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 is not joined to either the first side panel portions 14, 15 or the second side panel portions 16, 17, and it is further preferable that the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 is not joined to either of the portions on either side of the fold line 13g.

[0023] The wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment is made of a paper box blank 50 shown in FIG. 10 . The paper box blank 50 is preferably cut out from a single sheet of paperboard. The paperboard may be made from any paper material, without any particular limitations. Examples include kraft paper, fine paper, construction paper, glassine paper, parchment paper, synthetic paper, white paperboard, manila cardboard, milk carton base paper, cup base paper, ivory paper, and coated cardboard. From the standpoint of durability, the paperboard constituting the wrapping paper box 10 is preferably made from paper materials such as white paperboard, manila cardboard, and coated cardboard. Regardless of whether or not a coating layer for durability is present, the paperboard constituting the tray portion 24 of the wrapping paper box 10 has a basis weight of 170 g / m2, from the standpoint of durability sufficient to prevent the hair dye from seeping out after a single use when the storage space V is used as the tray portion 24 for mixing the hair dye. 2 More than 270 g / m 2From the viewpoint of ease of assembly of the packaging paper box 10, the basis weight of the paperboard constituting the tray portion 24 is preferably 1000 g / m 2 Preferably, 500 g / m or less 2 Taking the above into consideration, the basis weight of the paperboard constituting the tray portion 24 is preferably 170 g / m 2 More than 1000g / m 2 Preferably, 270 g / m or less 2 More than 500g / m 2 The following is more preferable: From the viewpoint of ensuring the strength required for use as a packaging box, the thickness of the sheet material from which the paper box blank 50 is formed is preferably 0.20 mm or more and 1.50 mm or less, and more preferably 0.30 mm or more and 0.65 mm or less.

[0024] The paper box blank 50 preferably has a coating layer to prevent seepage. The paper box blank 50 of this embodiment has a single-layer structure, but may have a coating layer obtained by laminating a synthetic resin sheet material on the surface of the paper box blank 50. From the perspective of preventing seepage of hair dye when the storage space V is used as the tray portion 24 for mixing hair dye, and from the perspective of achieving at least two uses and chemical resistance, the paper box blank 50 preferably has a laminated structure. The synthetic resin sheet material may be laminated so as to be positioned inside the packaging paper box 10 when the paper box blank 50 is assembled, or may be laminated so as to be positioned outside the packaging paper box 10, or may be laminated so as to be positioned both inside and outside the packaging paper box 10. The lamination can be carried out by a conventional lamination method, such as dry lamination using an adhesive or thermal lamination in which a thermally adhesive layer is sandwiched between the layers and bonded by heat.

[0025] Even when the paper box blank 50 has a covering layer, in order to further enhance the above-mentioned effects, it is preferable that the basis weight of the paperboard forming the paper box blank 50 be in the same range as the above-mentioned preferred range of basis weight. When the paper box blank 50 has a covering layer as a result of being subjected to a lamination process or the like, the basis weight of the paper box blank 50 refers to the total basis weight of the paperboard and the covering layer.

[0026] Preferred examples of synthetic resin sheet materials to be laminated onto the surface of the paper box forming blank 50 include polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyolefins (such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP)), polyamide (PA), polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyimide (PI), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC).

[0027] The wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment can be made to stand on its own with the height direction Z in a flat state aligned with the horizontal direction, as shown in Fig. 1. By making the height direction Z in the flat state aligned with the horizontal direction in the freestanding wrapping paper box 10, it is possible to add a label to be shown to consumers on the first wall 11 or the second wall 12, which has a larger area, and to arrange the side with the label on the side closer to the consumer and the other side farther from the consumer when displayed.

[0028] The wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment has a hanging portion 25 (see FIG. 1). The hanging portion 25 of this embodiment extends in the X direction of the first wall 11. That is, when the wrapping paper box 10 is in a freestanding state, it is located vertically above the first wall 11. The hanging portion 25 has a hanging opening 27 at the center in the width direction Y. The hanging portion 25 is also formed of a front hanging plate 25a and a rear hanging plate 25b (see FIG. 3). The rear hanging plate 25b is connected to the first wall 11. The rear hanging plate 25b is connected to the front hanging plate 25a via a bending line 13j on the side opposite the first wall 11. The front hanging plate 25a has first locking pieces 4, 4 that can engage with first engaged portions 52, 52, which will be described later.

[0029] The first side panel 14 has first engaged portions 52. This configuration allows the first side panel 14 and the hanging portion 25 to engage with each other. Specifically, when the front hanging plate 25a is folded along the folding line 13j, the first locking pieces 4 provided on the front hanging plate 25a are inserted into the first engaged portions 52, thereby securing the first side panel 14 to the hanging portion 25 (see FIG. 3). Note that the means for securing the first side panel 14 to the hanging portion 25 is not limited to inserting the first locking pieces 4 into the first engaged portions 52. For example, known adhesive means such as a hot melt adhesive or adhesive tape may be used for securing the first side panel 14 to the hanging portion 25.

[0030] The wrapping paper box 10 displays product information about the product on the outer surface of the second wall 12. The product information includes the product name, the contents and quantities contained in the wrapping paper box 10, hair color, finished product image, handling procedures, warnings, and a complete list of ingredients (package insert) for the contents, which is information that is displayed on packaging containers such as the outer box of a product placed in a normal distribution process. As described above, the wrapping paper box 10 has a hanging portion 25 for hanging the wrapping paper box 10. Therefore, by hooking the hanging opening 27 of the hanging portion 25 of the wrapping paper box 10 to a hanging fixture installed in a sales area, for example, the packaged product 1 can be displayed while hanging from the hanging fixture so that the product information displayed on the outer surface of the second wall 12 is visible to customers. In the present embodiment, the packaged product 1 is hung by hooking the hanging opening 27 to a hanging fixture. However, the packaged product 1 may not have the hanging opening 27 and may instead have, for example, a hanging hook.

[0031] The operability of the mixing tray of the storage space V of the packaging paper box 10 is determined by the area S1 (mm 2) divided by the height H1 (mm) of the tray portion 24, i.e., the height H1 of the storage space V, can be used as a measure for evaluation (S1 / H1). In the present invention, from the viewpoint of preventing the user's fingers or the like from coming into contact with the tray portion 24 during mixing and facilitating mixing of multiple agents, this value (hereinafter also referred to as "flatness") is preferably 35 mm or more, more preferably 80 mm or more, preferably 1600 mm or less, and more preferably 400 mm or less. Taking the above into consideration, the flatness is preferably 35 mm or more and 1600 mm or less, and more preferably 80 mm or more and 400 mm or less. The larger the flatness value, the flatter the packaging paper box 10. In this specification, "flatness" means that the area S1 of the bottom wall of the tray portion 24 is larger than the height H1 of the tray portion 24. For example, the tray portion 24 may have a flat hexahedral shape with one main surface open. In this embodiment, the height H1 of the tray portion 24 is the distance from the inner surface of the second wall 12 to the open end of the peripheral wall 2. The area S1 of the bottom wall of the tray portion 24 can be calculated by multiplying the length L3 between the first side panel portion 14 and the first side panel portion 15 by the length L4 between the second side panel portion 16 and the second side panel portion 17.

[0032] From the viewpoint of more reliably achieving the above-mentioned effect, the height H1 of the tray portion 24 is preferably 10 mm or more, more preferably 30 mm or more, and preferably 70 mm or less, and more preferably 60 mm or less. Taking the above into consideration, the height H1 of the tray portion 24 is preferably 10 mm or more and 70 mm or less, and more preferably 30 mm or more and 60 mm or less. From the same viewpoint, the area S1 of the bottom wall portion of the tray portion 24 is 2500 mm 2 It is preferable that the length is 8000 mm or more. 2 More preferably, it is 20,000 mm or more. 2 It is preferable that the length is 16,000 mm or less. 2 Taking the above into consideration, the area S1 of the bottom wall of the tray portion 24 is 2500 mm 2 Preferably, the length is 20,000 mm or more and 8,000 mm or less.2 Over 16,000 mm 2 More preferably, it is:

[0033] The wrapping paper box 10 preferably has a protrusion 29 located directly below the opening 20 when the periphery of the opening flap 22 is torn along the tear guide line. In this embodiment, the protrusion 29 is connected to the first side panel 14 via the fold line 13d. The protrusion 29 is rectangular and elongated in the width direction Y. The protrusion 29 has a tear guide line 29a extending in the width direction Y (see FIGS. 5, 7, and 9). The tear guide line 29a is preferably formed by a perforation, and by tearing the tear guide line 29a, the portion of the protrusion 29 that is distal to the tear guide line, i.e., the mixing spatula forming portion 30, can be separated. The mixing spatula forming portion 30 can be used as a spatula for mixing hair dye when separated from the protrusion 29. That is, by separating the mixing spatula forming portion 30 from the protrusion 29 and folding the mixing spatula forming portion 30 along the folding line formed on the mixing spatula forming portion 30, a hair dye mixing spatula 41 having a grip portion 42 and a spatula portion 43 is formed (see FIGS. 8(a) and (b)). In this way, since there is no need to provide a separate hair dye mixing portion, the size of the packaging paper box 10 can be made smaller than conventional ones, thereby further improving the transportation efficiency of the packaging paper box 10 during distribution. The packaging paper box 10 does not need to have the protrusion 29 connected to the first side panel portion 14. For example, the protrusion 29 may be provided on the first side panel portion 15 or the second side panel portions 16 and 17. Furthermore, the protruding piece 29 that can be used as a spatula for mixing hair dye may be one in which a mixing spatula forming portion 30 and a mixing spatula 41 are generated by cutting off a portion of the protruding piece 29, or one in which a similar mixing spatula forming portion and a mixing spatula are generated by cutting off the entire protruding piece 29.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 5 , in the wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment, the protrusion 29 is positioned to facilitate easy removal by utilizing the leakage prevention structure 28. Specifically, the protrusion 29 is positioned above the folded portion of the paperboard in the leakage prevention structure 28, and the leakage prevention structure 28 is positioned so that it functions as a support for the protrusion 29 from below. This allows the protrusion 29 to be more reliably positioned directly below the opening 20 when the wrapping paper box 10 is opened, making the mixing spatula forming portion 30 easier to see and grasp, and allowing the mixing spatula forming portion 30 to be more smoothly separated from the protrusion 29. Furthermore, because the protrusion 29 is positioned above the folded portion of the paperboard in the leakage prevention structure 28, it is possible to prevent the mixing spatula forming portion 30 from being broken due to unintentional contact between the containers 4 a, 4 b and the mixing spatula forming portion 30. As a result, the good appearance of the mixing spatula forming part 30 can be maintained, and the mixing spatula 41 obtained from the mixing spatula forming part 30 can be more reliably maintained in strength sufficient to be used as a spatula for mixing hair dyes.

[0035] The spatula portion 43 of the mixing spatula 41 of this embodiment is formed from an upper spatula portion 43a and a lower spatula portion 43b (see FIG. 8(a)). This double-layered structure of the spatula portion 43 provides sufficient strength for mixing hair dyes. The spatula portion 43 of the mixing spatula 41 may also have a single-layered structure (see FIG. 8(b)).

[0036] From the viewpoint of facilitating mixing of multiple agents, the length L1 of the mixing spatula forming portion 30 in the width direction Y is preferably 50% or more, more preferably 100% or more, and preferably 400% or less, more preferably 300% or less, and preferably 50% or more and 400% or less, and more preferably 100% or more and 300% or less, of the height H1 of the tray portion 24. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of facilitating removal of the mixing spatula forming portion 30 from the packaging paper box 10 and facilitating mixing of the hair dyes, the length L2 of the mixing spatula forming portion 30 in the depth direction X is preferably 25% or more, more preferably 40% or more, and preferably 65% or less, more preferably 50% or less, of the length L3 of the packaging paper box 10 in the depth direction X.

[0037] The mixing spatula 41 of this embodiment is formed using a single mixing spatula forming portion 30 as shown in FIG. 9 . The mixing spatula forming portion 30 is subjected to folding and notching processes, etc., to provide ruled lines 3r and 3t and cut lines 3s at appropriate locations in each portion, allowing the mixing spatula 41 to be easily assembled into the desired three-dimensional shape described below. As shown in FIG. 9 , the mixing spatula forming portion 30 of this embodiment has an elongated shape in one direction, with a longitudinal direction and an orthogonal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The mixing spatula forming portion 30 has a handle forming portion 42a, an upper spatula forming portion 43c, a lower spatula forming portion 43d, and a spatula forming locking piece 47, which are formed by folding portions. The handle forming portion 42a is connected to the upper spatula forming portion 43c in the longitudinal direction via the cut line 3s. The upper spatula-forming portion 43c is connected to a lower spatula-forming portion 43d on the opposite side of the handle-forming portion 42a via the ruled line 3r. The lower spatula-forming portion 43d is connected to a spatula-forming locking piece 47 on the opposite side of the upper spatula-forming portion 43c.

[0038] The mixing spatula forming part 30 has a handle forming part 42a, an upper spatula forming part 43c, a lower spatula forming part 43d, and a spatula forming locking piece 47 aligned in the longitudinal direction.

[0039] A method for assembling the mixing spatula 41 will be described using the mixing spatula forming part 30 shown in Figure 9. First, the lower spatula forming part 43d is folded along the score line 3r so that it overlaps the back surface of the upper spatula forming part 43c. Next, the spatula forming locking pieces 47, 47 are inserted into the cut line 3s. Then, the mixing spatula forming part 30 is folded in a valley fold along the score line 3t. In this manner, the mixing spatula is assembled (see Figure 8(a)).

[0040] In the above-described embodiment, a portion of the tip of the protruding piece 29 serves as the mixing spatula forming portion 30, but the entire protruding piece 29 may serve as the mixing spatula forming portion 30. In this case, a cutting guide line such as a perforation is provided at the position of the ruled line 3d, for example. As in the above-described embodiment, the mixing spatula forming portion 30 is preferably bent along the ruled line to form a three-dimensional shape.

[0041] From the viewpoint of achieving both the storage capacity of the packaging paper box 10 and workability when used as a mixing tray, it is preferable that the dimensions of the storage space V and the storage containers 4a, 4b be within the following ranges. The length in the width direction Y of the second wall 12 is preferably 1.00 to 1.20 times, and more preferably 1.03 to 1.10 times, the longitudinal length of the storage containers 4a, 4b. The longitudinal length of the storage containers 4a, 4b in the stored state is the maximum longitudinal length of the storage containers 4a, 4b when stored in the storage space V.

[0042] The packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment is formed using a single paper box blank 50 shown in FIG. 10 . Such a paper box blank 50 can be easily obtained by, for example, punching and cutting a single sheet of paperboard to form the desired unfolded shape of the packaging paper box 10. Furthermore, the paper box blank 50 can be subjected to compression grooves, crease-crease processing, or notching processing, etc., to provide lines 3a-3j and notches in appropriate locations, allowing the packaging paper box 10 to be easily assembled into the desired three-dimensional shape described below. The paper box blank 50 has sufficient shape-retaining rigidity and elasticity to easily maintain a smoothly curved state without bending, even when gripped by its side edge and extended horizontally in a cantilevered manner, and also has sufficient deformability to be easily folded by hand.

[0043] As shown in Figure 10, the paper box blank 50 of this embodiment is elongated in one direction and has a longitudinal direction A and an orthogonal direction B perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The paper box blank 50 has, by means of folding portions, a second wall forming plate 32, a first wall forming plate 31, first side panel forming plates 34, 35, and second side panel forming plates 36, 37. The first side panel forming plates 34, 35 are connected to both the top and bottom of the second wall forming plate 32 in the longitudinal direction A via creases 3a, 3a. The second side panel forming plates 36, 37 are connected to both the left and right of the second wall forming plate 32 in the orthogonal direction B via creases 3b, 3b. Leakage prevention structure forming portions 48 are connected via creases 3e and 3f to both the left and right sides of the first side panel forming plates 34, 35 in the orthogonal direction B and to both the top and bottom sides of the second side panel forming plates 36, 37 in the longitudinal direction A. The first side panel forming plate 35 is connected via crease 3c to the rectangular first wall forming plate 31 that forms the first wall 11 on the opposite side of the second wall forming plate 32. The first wall forming plate 31 is connected to a hanging portion forming plate 45 on the outward side in the longitudinal direction A, and is connected to side flap forming plates 38, 39 on the outward side in the orthogonal direction B via crease 3i. The other first side panel forming plate 34 is connected via crease 3d to a protrusion forming plate 40 extending in the orthogonal direction B on the outward side in the longitudinal direction A.

[0044] The blank 50 for forming a paper box has a protrusion forming plate 40, a first side panel forming plate 34, a second wall forming plate 32, a first side panel forming plate 35, a first wall forming plate 31, a rear hanging panel forming plate 45b, and a front hanging panel forming plate 45a lined up along the longitudinal direction A, and to the outside of these in the perpendicular direction B, liquid leakage prevention structure forming portions 48, 48, second side panel forming plates 36, 37, liquid leakage prevention structure forming portions 48, 48, and side flap forming plates 38, 39 lined up along the longitudinal direction A.

[0045] A method for assembling the paper box 10 using the paper box blank 50 shown in Figure 10 will be described. First, the creases 3a, 3a are folded at right angles so that a pair of first side panel forming plates 34, 35 rise from the second wall forming plate 32. Next, the creases 3b, 3b are folded at right angles so that a pair of second side panel forming plates 36, 37 rise from the second wall forming plate 32, and the crease 3g of the leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 is folded in a mountain fold. Next, the protrusion forming plate 40 is folded at right angles along the crease 3d. Next, the first wall forming plate 31 is folded along the crease 3c and overlapped on the protrusion forming plate 40, and joined to the outer surface of the protrusion forming plate 40. This joining can be achieved using a known joining means, such as an adhesive. Next, the second locking pieces 5, 5 are inserted into the second engaged portions 53, and the second wall forming plate 32 is fixed to the second side panel forming plates 36, 37. That is, the openings formed on the edge sides of the pair of first side panel forming plates 34, 35, the pair of second side panel forming plates 36, 37, and the second wall forming plate 32 facing the first wall forming plate 31 are closed by the first wall forming plate 31. Then, the first locking pieces 4, 4 formed on the front hanging panel forming plate 45a are inserted into the first engaged portions 52. In this manner, the packaging paper box 10 of this embodiment is assembled. The packaged product 1 of this embodiment is in a pre-use state (pre-opened state) when the storage containers 4a, 4b are contained in the packaging paper box 10 in which the first wall 11 does not have an opening 20, and is distributed in this state.

[0046] When the wrapping paper box 10 of this embodiment is used, i.e., when it is opened, the first wall 11 is torn along the tear guide line to form an opening flap 22. This forms an opening 20 in the first wall 11. Next, the storage containers 4a, 4b and other contents are removed through the opening 20. This operation allows the storage space V to be used as a tray portion 24 for mixing hair dye.

[0047] The wrapping paper box 10 of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 6 and 8 to 10 described above. Another embodiment of the wrapping paper box 10 of the present invention will be described below. In the following, the other embodiment will be described mainly with reference to components that differ from the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 6 and 8 to 10, and similar components will be assigned the same reference numerals and will not be described again. For components that are not particularly described, the description of the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 6 and 8 to 10 will be applied as appropriate.

[0048] In the packaging paper box 10 of the above-described embodiment, the storage space V formed by the second wall 12 and the peripheral wall 2 of the packaging paper box 10 can be used as the tray portion 24, but this is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 7 , even when the packaging paper box 10 is unfolded, a portion of the packaging paper box 10 can be used as the tray portion 24. This unfolded state is a second opened state in which the rising angle of the peripheral wall 2 relative to the second wall 12 is changed. Specifically, in the second opened state, the second wall 12 of the packaging paper box 10, the pair of first side panel portions 14, 15, the pair of second side panel portions 16, 17, and the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 can be used as the bottom wall of the tray portion 24. In this configuration, the second wall 12, the pair of first side panel portions 14, 15, the pair of second side panel portions 16, 17, and the liquid leakage prevention structure 28 function as the bottom wall of the tray portion 24, increasing the area for mixing the hair dye, making it easier to mix the hair dye. In this way, if the rising angle of the peripheral wall 2 around the second wall 12 is changed to a state in which the peripheral wall 2 is tilted outward, it is possible to use the second opened state, which has advantages such as making it easier to wipe off the hair dye and facilitating reuse as a tray for mixing hair dye. The rising angle of the peripheral wall in the second opened state is defined as the angle between the second wall 12 and the peripheral wall 2 on the inner side of the wrapping paper box 10. The rising angle is preferably 100° to 180°, and more preferably 120° to 160°. From the viewpoint of further achieving the above-described effect, the area S2 of the region available for mixing hair dye in the second opened state is preferably 1.1 to 10 times, and more preferably 1.2 to 5 times, the area of the second wall 12, i.e., the area S1 of the bottom wall of the tray portion 24, in the above-described embodiment.

[0049] Next, a second packaged product 1a of the present invention will be described based on a preferred embodiment with reference to the drawings. The second packaged product 1a can appropriately apply the configuration of the first packaged product 1 described above, unless inconsistent. Below, components that differ from the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 10 will be mainly described, and similar components will be assigned the same reference numerals and will not be described again. For components that are not specifically described, the description of the components of the packaged product 1 will be applied as appropriate.

[0050] The packaged product 1a of this embodiment includes storage containers 4a, 4b and a packaging paper box 10a for hair dye that stores the storage containers 4a, 4b. The packaging paper box 10a has a hollow, three-dimensional shape. As shown in FIG. 11 , the packaging paper box 10a of this embodiment has a hollow, pentahedral shape. The packaging paper box 10a of this embodiment includes a peripheral wall 2a, which is a cylindrical wall with a triangular cross section, a first wall portion 12a, and a second wall portion 13a (see FIG. 11 ). The first wall portion 12a closes one opening of the peripheral wall 2a, and the second wall portion 13a closes the other opening of the peripheral wall 2a.

[0051] The packaging paper box 10a has an internal storage space V for storing the storage containers 4a and 4b. The storage space V is a space defined by the peripheral wall 2a, the first wall portion 12a, and the second wall portion 13a, with the internal space of the cylindrical structure of the peripheral wall 2a being the main component. In this embodiment, the peripheral wall 2a has a triangular prism shape, with a horizontal cross section of the peripheral wall 2a being triangular. More specifically, the peripheral wall 2a has a first wall 60, a second wall 61, and a third wall 62 connected to each other in a triangular cross section. This results in the peripheral wall 2a being triangular in shape. In this embodiment, the first wall 60, the second wall 61, and the third wall 62 each have a rectangular shape of the same shape and size. The triangular cross section of the packaging paper box 10a makes it easy to form a tray portion 24a for mixing hair dye, which will be described later. That is, when the peripheral wall 2a has a triangular cross section, the number of walls that need to be cut along the cutting guide lines among the multiple walls that make up the peripheral wall 2a is reduced, which facilitates the opening operation described below and makes it easier to form the tray portion 24a. Also, when the peripheral wall 2a has a triangular cross section, the number of fold lines that exist between the multiple walls that make up the peripheral wall 2a is reduced, which makes it easier to flatten the bottom wall of the tray portion 24a when it is formed.

[0052] As shown in Fig. 11, the packaging paper box 10a of this embodiment can stand on its own with the axis of the cylindrical wall aligned vertically. That is, the packaging paper box 10a can stand on its own with the first wall portion 12a of the packaging paper box 10a placed on a horizontal surface (hereinafter also referred to as the "placing surface 46") with the lower surface (hereinafter also referred to as the "freestanding state"). In this state, the height direction Z of the packaging paper box 10a is aligned vertically.

[0053] The first wall portion 12a and the second wall portion 13a include first flaps 63, 64 (see FIG. 14) connected to both sides of the first wall 60 in the height direction Z via fold lines 13k, 13k, and second flaps 65, 66 (see FIG. 13) connected to both sides of the second wall 61 in the height direction Z via fold lines 13l, 13l. The first flaps 63, 64 are rotatable via the fold lines 13k, 13k of the first wall 60. The second flaps 65, 66 are rotatable via the fold lines 13l, 13l of the second wall 61. The first flaps 63, 64 and the second flaps 65, 66 rotate to open and close the openings at both ends of the peripheral wall 2a in the height direction Z (see FIG. 11).

[0054] In the packaging paper box 10a, as shown in Fig. 11 , the first wall 12a and the second wall 13a are formed by folding the second flaps 65, 66 inward and then folding the first flaps 63, 64 over them. With this configuration, the first wall 12a and the second wall 13a open and close the openings at both ends of the peripheral wall 2a in the height direction Z using the first flaps 63, 64 and the second flaps 65, 66. In the packaging paper box 10a, "inside" refers to the interior side of the packaging paper box 10a (the storage space V side), and "outside" refers to the exterior side of the packaging paper box 10a. The first flaps 63, 64 have insert flaps 63a, 64a extending from the opposite side of the first wall 60 (see Fig. 14 ). When the opening in the peripheral wall 2a is closed by the first flaps 63, 64, the insertion flaps 63a, 64a are inserted between the third wall 62 and the second flaps 65, 66, thereby fixing the first flaps 63, 64 so as to block the opening.

[0055] The first flaps 63 and 64 have a substantially triangular shape in a plan view, and the second flaps 65 and 66 have a semicircular shape in a plan view.

[0056] The first wall 60 has a tear flap 22a. The tear flap 22a is formed by breaking a tear guide line along the periphery of the tear flap 22a during the opening operation described below. The tear flap 22a has a pressing piece 23a at the center of the height direction Z of the first wall 60. When the pressing piece 23a is pressed toward the inside of the paper box 10a, the first wall 60 breaks along the tear guide line, forming the tear flap 22a and forming a long opening in the height direction Z along the periphery of the tear flap 22a. The tear flap 22a is rotatable around the fold line 13m as a rotation axis. The shape of the tear flap 22a is not limited to the triangular shape of this embodiment and can be any shape, such as a square, a pentagon, or a circle.

[0057] The third wall 62 has a fold guide line (hereinafter also referred to as a fold line 13n) formed thereon to facilitate folding of the paperboard. The fold line 13n extends along the height direction Z, and the third wall 62 can be folded along the fold line 13n to form a valley fold (see FIG. 14 ).

[0058] The packaging paper box 10a is configured so that when the pressure piece 23a is pushed inward of the packaging paper box 10a, the first wall 60 is broken along the tear guide line, and the opening flap 22a is formed, a tray portion 24a that can be used to mix multiple agents contained in the storage containers 4a and 4b is created. That is, by performing the above-described opening operation, the packaging paper box 10a is opened with the storage containers 4a and 4b and other contents removed, and the second wall 61 and / or the third wall 62 form the bottom wall of the tray portion 24a for mixing hair dyes, making the packaging paper box 10a usable as a tray for mixing hair dyes. In this case, the packaging paper box 10a is used with the second wall 61 and the third wall 62 facing the bottom, i.e., with the second wall 61 and / or the third wall 62 forming the bottom wall of the tray portion 24a that can be used to mix multiple agents, and the multiple agents are mixed on that bottom wall.

[0059] In order to facilitate mixing of the hair dyes, the area of the bottom wall of the tray portion 24a that can be used to mix multiple agents, i.e., the area for mixing the hair dyes, is preferably 1.5 times or more, and more preferably 2 times or more, the area of one wall that constitutes the peripheral wall 2a of the packaging paper box 10a. From the same viewpoint, the area for mixing the hair dyes in this embodiment is preferably 5000 mm 2 More than 50,000 mm 2 More preferably, it is 6000 mm or less. 2 More than 30000mm 2 The following is the result.

[0060] Figure 14 shows a packaging paper box 10a folded flat. The packaging paper box 10a of this embodiment has a fold line 13n in the third wall 62. This fold line 13n is a fold line that allows the packaging paper box 10a to be easily folded and assembled. Referring to the paper box forming blank 50a shown in Figure 15, the flat-folded packaging paper box 10a is formed by mountain-folding the third wall forming plate 82 along the crease 3n formed in the third wall forming plate, folding the first wall forming plate 80 along the crease 3m, and overlapping the glue tab 82r that joins with the other surface, and joining the first wall forming plate 80 to the outer surface of the glue tab 82r (see Figures 14 and 15). With this configuration, when the fold line 13o or 13p of the third wall 62 is pushed inward of the packaging paper box 10a with both ends of the peripheral wall 2a in the height direction Z open, the packaging paper box 10a can be easily folded into a flat shape. This improves the transportation efficiency of the packaging paper box 10a. Furthermore, when assembling the flat-folded packaging paper box 10a, the fold line 13n can be pushed inward, making it easy to assemble the packaging paper box 10a.

[0061] The packaging paper box 10a of this embodiment is made of a paper box blank 50a shown in Figure 15. The paper box blank 50a is preferably cut out from a single sheet of paperboard. Any material that can be used as a paper material can be used as the material for the paperboard, without any particular restrictions.

[0062] The preferred basis weight and thickness of the sheet material forming the paper box blank 50a are the same as those of the above-mentioned paper box blank 50. If the paper box blank 50a has a layered structure that has been subjected to a lamination process, the basis weight refers to the basis weight of the layered sheets.

[0063] The packaging paper box 10a of this embodiment is formed using a single paper box blank 50a shown in Figure 15. This paper box blank 50a can be easily obtained by, for example, punching and cutting a single sheet of paperboard to form the desired unfolded shape of the packaging paper box 10a. Furthermore, the paper box blank 50a can be subjected to compression grooves, crease-crease processing, or notching, etc., to provide lines 3k-3q and notches in appropriate locations, allowing the packaging paper box 10a to be easily assembled into the desired three-dimensional shape described below. The paper box blank 50a has sufficient shape-retaining rigidity and elasticity to easily maintain a smoothly curved state without bending, even when gripped by its side edge and extended horizontally in a cantilevered manner, and also has sufficient deformability to be easily folded by hand.

[0064] As shown in Figure 15, the paper box blank 50a of this embodiment is elongated in one direction, having a longitudinal direction A1 and an orthogonal direction B1 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The paper box blank 50a has a first wall forming plate 80, a second wall forming plate 81, a third wall forming plate 82, first flap forming plates 83, 84, and second flap forming plates 85, 86, which are formed by folding portions. The first wall forming plate 80 is connected to one side of the second wall forming plate 81 via a score line 3m. The third wall forming plate 82 is connected to the other side of the second wall forming plate 81 via a score line 3o. The first flap forming plates 83, 84 are connected to both sides of the first wall forming plate 80 in the orthogonal direction B1 via score lines 3k, 3k. Second flap forming plates 85, 86 are connected to both sides of the second wall forming plate 81 in the orthogonal direction B1 via creases 3l, 3l. Insertion flap forming plates 83a, 84a are connected to the outward sides of the first flap forming plates 83, 84 in the longitudinal direction A1 via crease 3q. A glue tab 82r is connected to the opposite side of the third wall forming plate 82 from the second wall forming plate 81 via crease 3p. A crease 3n extending along the orthogonal direction B1 is formed in the center of the third wall forming plate 82 in the longitudinal direction A1.

[0065] The blank 50a for forming a paper box has a glue margin 82r, a third wall forming plate 82, a second wall forming plate 81, and a first wall forming plate 80 lined up along the longitudinal direction A1, and on the outer side of these in the perpendicular direction B1, second flap forming plates 85, 86, first flap forming plates 83, 84, and insertion flap forming plates 83a, 84a lined up along the longitudinal direction A1.

[0066] A method for assembling the packaging paper box 10a using the paper box blank 50a shown in Figure 15 will be described. First, the third wall forming plate 82 is folded mountain-folded along the score line 3n formed on the third wall forming plate 82, and the first wall forming plate 80 is folded along the score line 3m. The third wall forming plate 82 is then overlapped with the glue tab 82r and joined to the outer surface of the glue tab 82r. This joining can be achieved by using a known joining means such as an adhesive. Next, the second flap forming plates 85, 86 are folded at right angles along the creases 3l, 3l, and the first flap forming plates 83, 84 are folded at right angles along the creases 3k, 3k, and then the insertion flap forming plates 83a, 84a are inserted between the third wall forming plate 82 and the second flap forming plates 85, 86 to close the openings formed on the edge sides of the first wall forming plate 80, the second wall forming plate 81, and the third wall forming plate 82. In this manner, the packaging paper box 10a of this embodiment is manufactured.

[0067] While the present invention has been described above based on preferred embodiments, it is not limited to these embodiments and can be modified as appropriate. The above-described embodiments may also be combined. For example, the storage container in the above-described embodiment is a tube container, but it may instead be a bag-shaped container. Examples of hair cosmetics include hair dyes, such as two-component or three-component hair dyes. Similarly to the packaging paper box 10, the packaging paper box 10a may also have a hanging portion. Instead of perforations, the cutting guide lines may be cuts or the like that do not reach the entire thickness of the paperboard. It is preferable that the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 is not joined to either the first side panel forming plates 34, 35 or the second side panel forming plates 36, 37, from the viewpoint of enabling the second opened state to be achieved and / or making it easier for the folded portion of the liquid leakage prevention structure to support the protrusion 29 in a position that makes it easy to remove, but one of the portions on both sides of the fold line in the liquid leakage prevention structure forming portion 48 may be joined to either the first side panel forming plates 34, 35 or the second side panel forming plates 36, 37.

[0068] In the above-described embodiment, the opening 20 is formed by unfolding the opening flap 22, which is a part of the first wall 11, around the fold line 13c as a pivot axis, but the position of the pivot axis is not limited to the position of the fold line 13c and can be changed as appropriate. Also, instead of forming the opening 20 by unfolding a part of the first wall 11, the opening 20 may be formed by removing a part of the first wall 11. In the above-described embodiment, the second open state can be achieved by unfolding the first wall 11 around the fold line 13c as a pivot axis, but instead, the second open state can be achieved by removing the first wall 11.

[0069] In relation to the above-described embodiment, the present invention further discloses the following packaging paper box: <1> A packaging paper box for hair dye that houses a hair dye container, wherein opening the box creates a tray portion that can be used to mix the hair dye, and the corners around the tray portion have a leak-proof structure formed by folding paperboard.
