[0011] Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted as necessary.

[0012] (Summary of embodiment) When maintaining and managing wireless communication quality in a wireless communication system, data when wireless communication quality deteriorates may be extracted from current and past wireless communication quality information, and the cause of the failure and countermeasures may be considered from the extracted data.

[0013] However, it is difficult to appropriately extract data necessary for the maintenance and management of a wireless communication system. For example, various applications may be operated in a wireless communication system, and the required wireless communication quality varies depending on the application, so appropriate data cannot be extracted using the same criteria. In addition, it is difficult to find noteworthy data from a large amount of data, such as data with unusual characteristics. Therefore, in the embodiment, it is possible to appropriately extract wireless communication quality information necessary for the maintenance and management of a wireless communication system.

[0014] 1 shows an overview of an extraction system 10 according to an embodiment. The extraction system 10 is a system that acquires and extracts wireless communication quality in a wireless communication system in which a terminal device, such as an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), performs wireless communication.

[0015] As shown in FIG. 1 , the extraction system 10 includes an acquisition unit 11, an extraction unit 12, and an output unit 13. The acquisition unit 11 acquires multiple pieces of wireless communication quality information (e.g., first wireless communication quality information) in a wireless communication system. For example, the acquisition unit 11 acquires wireless communication quality information indicating wireless communication quality measured by a mobile terminal device. The wireless communication quality includes wireless quality related to radio waves or communication quality related to communication between communication devices. For example, the wireless quality is an index indicating the received power or radio wave strength of radio waves, such as RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power), RSRQ (Reference Signal Received Quality), RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator), or SINR (Signal to Interference plus Noise power Ratio). For example, the communication quality is an index indicating traffic quality, such as throughput or delay time. It can also be said that wireless quality and communication quality have a certain relationship. That is, there is a relationship in which worsening wireless quality leads to worsening communication quality, for example, worsening RSSI leads to worsening throughput. The wireless communication quality information may include a wireless communication quality map showing a distribution of wireless communication quality, or may include wireless communication quality along a moving route of the terminal device. The plurality of pieces of wireless communication quality information may include time-series wireless communication quality information that is data measured at each time, or speed-series wireless communication quality information that is data measured at each speed.

[0016] The extracting unit 12 extracts wireless communication quality information of interest (e.g., second wireless communication quality information) from the plurality of pieces of wireless communication quality information acquired by the acquiring unit 11 based on dynamic extraction criteria. The dynamic extraction criteria are criteria that change depending on information about the wireless communication system and information about the wireless communication quality information in order to extract wireless communication quality information. The wireless communication quality information of interest is wireless communication quality information that an operator (administrator) pays attention to for maintaining and managing wireless communication quality. For example, the wireless communication quality information of interest may be wireless communication quality information that is distinctive compared to other wireless communication quality information. For example, the wireless communication quality information of interest is wireless communication quality information that can be extracted based on communication quality such as throughput, delay time, disconnection and reconnection. The extraction criteria may be criteria according to an application such as AGV provided in the wireless communication system. In this case, the extracting unit 12 may determine extraction conditions for extracting the wireless communication quality information of interest based on the type of application, the model number of a terminal device used in the application, etc. For example, the extraction conditions may be conditions such as deterioration of communication quality.

[0017] The extraction criterion may also be a criterion according to the characteristics of the plurality of pieces of wireless communication quality information acquired by the acquisition unit 11. The extraction criterion may be a degradation status of communication quality included in the acquired wireless communication quality information as a feature of the wireless communication quality information. In this case, wireless communication quality information in which there are more degradation points in communication quality than other pieces may be extracted, or wireless communication quality information in which the degree of degradation of communication quality is greater than other pieces may be extracted. Furthermore, the extraction unit 12 may group the acquired plurality of pieces of wireless communication quality information based on the characteristics of the acquired plurality of pieces of wireless communication quality information, and use the grouping result as the extraction criterion. In this case, data on steadily occurring events or data on suddenly occurring events may be extracted depending on the number of data included in the group obtained by grouping.

[0018] The output unit 13 outputs the wireless communication quality information of the target of interest extracted by the extraction unit 12. The output unit 13 may generate display information for displaying the wireless communication quality information of the extracted target of interest and output the generated display information to an external display device. For example, the output unit 13 may display a wireless communication quality map included in the extracted wireless communication quality information of the target of interest or wireless communication quality along a moving route of the terminal device.

[0019] When outputting multiple pieces of wireless communication quality information, the output unit 13 may output them so that they can be displayed in different display modes. For example, the color, shape, size, etc. of the displayed icon may be changed depending on the wireless communication quality information to be output. For example, wireless communication quality information (e.g., third wireless communication quality information) under different communication environment conditions may be predicted from multiple pieces of wireless communication quality information acquired by the acquisition unit 11 or wireless communication quality information of interest extracted by the extraction unit 12, and the acquired or extracted wireless communication quality information and the predicted wireless communication quality information may be displayed in different display modes. The communication environment conditions include the time and speed at which the wireless communication quality was measured. For example, wireless communication quality information at a different time may be predicted from time-series wireless communication quality information, or wireless communication quality information at a different speed may be predicted from speed-series wireless communication quality information.

[0020] The extraction system 10 may be configured with one device or multiple devices. Fig. 2 shows an example configuration of an extraction device 20 according to an embodiment. As shown in Fig. 2, the extraction device 20 may include the acquisition unit 11, extraction unit 12, and output unit 13 shown in Fig. 1. The acquisition unit 11, extraction unit 12, and output unit 13 may all be located in a management server or the like, or may be distributed across multiple devices.

[0021] 3 shows an extraction method according to an embodiment. For example, the extraction method according to the embodiment is executed by the extraction system 10 of FIG. 1 or the extraction device 20 of FIG.

[0022] 3, the acquisition unit 11 acquires a plurality of pieces of wireless communication quality information in the wireless communication system (S11). For example, the acquisition unit 11 may acquire time-series wireless communication quality information or speed-series wireless communication quality information measured by a moving terminal device.

[0023] Next, the extracting unit 12 extracts wireless communication quality information of interest from the acquired plurality of pieces of wireless communication quality information based on the dynamic extraction criteria (S12). For example, the extracting unit 12 may extract the wireless communication quality information of interest based on extraction conditions according to the application type, the model number of the terminal device, etc., or may extract the wireless communication quality information of interest according to the result of grouping based on the characteristics of the plurality of pieces of wireless communication quality information.

[0024] Next, the output unit 13 outputs the wireless communication quality information of the target of attention extracted by the extraction unit 12 (S13). For example, the output unit 13 may output display information for displaying the extracted wireless communication quality information of the target of attention to a display device, and cause the display device to display the wireless communication quality information of the target of attention.

[0025] In this way, in the embodiment, wireless communication quality information of interest is extracted from multiple pieces of wireless communication quality information based on dynamic extraction criteria such as extraction criteria according to the application or extraction criteria according to the characteristics of the wireless communication quality information.

[0026] This makes it possible to appropriately extract wireless communication quality information necessary for the maintenance and management of wireless communication systems. For example, by using extraction criteria according to the application, it is possible to appropriately extract wireless communication quality information in response to communication quality requirements that vary depending on the application. Furthermore, by using extraction criteria according to the characteristics of wireless communication information, it is possible to automatically extract characteristic data necessary for investigating causes of failures and countermeasures from multiple pieces of wireless communication quality information.

[0027] (First Embodiment) Next, a first embodiment will be described. In this embodiment, an example in which data is extracted based on input information will be described.

[0028] 4 shows an example of the configuration of an operation management system 1 according to this embodiment. The operation management system 1 is a system that manages the operational status of terminal devices such as AGVs, and manages the wireless quality and communication quality of a wireless communication environment (also referred to as a target wireless communication environment) in which the terminal devices perform wireless communication. The target wireless communication environment is a wireless communication environment made possible by radio waves transmitted from a predetermined transmission source. For example, the transmission source is a device that forms a communication area that makes wireless communication possible. The transmission source may be a base station for mobile communication, or an access point for a wireless LAN (Local Area Network). Furthermore, in a situation in which the terminal device transmits radio waves, the terminal device may be the transmission source.

[0029] 4, the operation management system 1 includes an operation management server 100, a terminal device 200, and a base station 300. The number of terminal devices 200 is not limited to one, and there may be a plurality of terminal devices 200.

[0030] The terminal device 200 and the base station 300 are connected to each other so that they can communicate wirelessly. The terminal device 200 and the base station 300 may be connected to each other so that they can communicate wirelessly in both directions, or so that they can communicate wirelessly in at least one direction, either uplink or downlink. For example, the terminal device 200 and the base station 300 are connected to each other so that they can communicate via a wireless network such as 4G, local 5G / 5G, LTE (Long Term Evolution), or wireless LAN. The base station 300 and the operation management server 100 may be connected to each other so that they can communicate wired or wirelessly. For example, they may be connected to each other so that they can communicate via a core network, the Internet, a WAN (Wide Area Network), a LAN, or a combination thereof.

[0031] The terminal device 200 is an application terminal (operation terminal) that executes functions required for a specific application. The terminal device 200 is also a measurement terminal that measures the wireless quality of a target wireless communication environment. Examples of application terminals include an AGV, an AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot), an autonomous robot, a self-driving car, a drone, and a video distribution device. The terminal device 200 may also be a mobile, general-purpose mobile terminal. Examples of mobile terminals include a mobile phone, a smartphone, a tablet terminal, an IoT (Internet of Things) terminal, and the like. The terminal device 200 may also be a fixed terminal whose location is fixed. Examples of fixed terminals include a fixed sensor, an IoT terminal, a base station, an access point, and the like. For example, multiple terminal devices 200 may be installed, and the installed multiple terminal devices 200 may measure the received power of radio waves at each location.

[0032] The terminal device 200 measures the received power of radio waves in the target wireless communication environment at each point and transmits wireless information including the measured received power and location information to the operation management server 100 via the base station 300. The wireless information may include the moving speed of the terminal device 200. The received power is, for example, RSRP, RSRQ, RSSI, SINR, etc., or may be other indicators indicating wireless quality. The terminal device 200 may transmit the received power and location information, or may transmit only the received power. For example, the terminal device 200 may perform measurements at a preset location and transmit the measured received power.

[0033] The base station 300 is a base station device in a wireless network between the terminal device 200 and the operation management server 100. The base station 300 also serves as a relay device that relays communication between the terminal device 200 and the operation management server 100. For example, the base station 300 is a local 5G base station, a 5G gNB (next generation Node B), an LTE eNB (evolved Node B), a wireless LAN access point, a Bluetooth (registered trademark) base station, or the like, but may also be other relay devices. The base station 300 transfers the received power of the target wireless communication environment measured by the terminal device 200 to the operation management server 100. For example, the base station 300 is a device separate from the source of the target wireless communication environment, but may also be the same device as the source of the target wireless communication environment. Furthermore, the base station 300 is not limited to the base station 300, and another network may be present for transferring the received power of the target wireless communication environment measured by the terminal device 200 to the operation management server 100.

[0034] The operation management server 100 is a server that manages the operational status of the terminal device 200 and manages the wireless quality and communication quality of the target wireless communication environment. The operation management server 100 has a function for providing a predetermined application (service) together with the terminal device 200. For example, the operation management server 100 may control the AGV or autonomous driving based on information on the location and surrounding objects acquired from the AGV or autonomous vehicle (terminal device 200) as AGV control or autonomous driving control. The operation management server 100 may control the transmission rate from the video distribution device in accordance with the communication quality between the video distribution device (terminal device 200) and the video receiving device (operation management server 100) as video distribution control.

[0035] The operation management server 100 generates a reception power map showing the reception power distribution of the target wireless communication environment based on the wireless information received from the terminal device 200, and displays the generated reception power map. The operation management server 100 also serves as an extraction device that extracts data to be displayed from the received wireless information. The operation management server 100 also displays the movement route of the terminal device 200 and the deterioration of communication quality along the movement route on the reception power map. For example, an operator can identify the locations of communication quality deterioration from the displayed reception power map and the deterioration of communication quality, and consider countermeasures as necessary.

[0036] The communication quality may be, for example, throughput, delay time, jitter, hybrid automatic retransmission count, hybrid automatic retransmission excess count, radio link control retransmission count, block error rate (BLER), packet loss rate, bit error rate (BER), etc. The communication quality may also include connection states such as disconnection and reconnection. A state in which communication quality is degraded is, for example, a state in which communication quality is lower than a predetermined degradation standard.

[0037] 5 shows an example of the configuration of the operation management server 100 according to this embodiment. Note that this configuration is just an example, and other configurations are also possible as long as the operation according to this embodiment, which will be described later, is possible. For example, part of the configuration of the operation management server 100 may be located in another device, or the configuration of each part of the operation management server 100 may be distributed and located across multiple devices.

[0038] As shown in FIG. 5, the operation management server 100 includes a wireless information receiving unit 110, a received power map generating unit 120, a database 130, an input unit 140, an extraction condition determining unit 150, an acquiring unit 160, an extracting unit 170, and a display unit 180.

[0039] The wireless information receiving unit 110 receives wireless information transmitted from the terminal device 200 via the base station 300. The wireless information receiving unit 110 acquires wireless information including received power and location information transmitted from the terminal device 200. The wireless information receiving unit 110 may acquire wireless information including only received power from the terminal device 200. The wireless information receiving unit 110 may acquire wireless information including moving speed. The wireless information receiving unit 110 may acquire wireless information from multiple terminal devices 200 (measurement terminals). The wireless information receiving unit 110 is a communication interface capable of communicating with the Internet, a core network, etc., and is, for example, a wired interface for IP communication, but may also be a wired or wireless interface for any other communication method.

[0040] The reception power map generation unit 120 generates a reception power map based on the radio information received by the radio information receiving unit 110 from the terminal device 200. The reception power map generation unit 120 generates a reception power map indicating the reception power distribution in a predetermined area of the target radio communication environment based on the reception power and location information included in the radio information. For example, the predetermined area is a floor where the terminal device 200 moves during operation. The reception power map generation unit 120 may generate the reception power map based on the reception power at multiple points measured by the terminal device 200 while moving, or may generate the reception power map based on multiple reception powers measured at multiple points by multiple terminal devices 200. The reception power map generation unit 120 may generate the reception power map using the reception power at each point estimated from the reception power acquired from one or more terminal devices 200. The reception power map generation unit 120 stores the generated reception power map in the database 130. The reception power map generation unit 120 may store the acquired radio information in the database 130 together with the reception power map. The received power map generating unit 120 may output the generated received power map to the acquiring unit 160 or the display unit 180 .

[0041] The reception power map generation unit 120 may generate not only the reception power map but also a wireless communication quality map indicating the distribution of other wireless communication qualities. For example, a throughput map or a communication quality map indicating the distribution of communication qualities such as delay may be generated. The communication quality may be estimated from the reception power included in the wireless information received from the terminal device 200 and the communication quality map may be generated based on the estimated communication quality, or the communication quality map may be generated by measuring the communication quality in the terminal device 200 and acquiring the measured communication quality from the terminal device 200. The reception power map generation unit 120 may store the estimated or acquired communication quality in the database 130 together with the reception power map and the communication quality map.

[0042] Furthermore, the received power map generation unit 120 may estimate the cause of communication quality degradation at each point on the received power map based on the received power included in the generated received power map. That is, the received power map generation unit 120 may include a degradation cause estimation unit. Estimated factors of communication quality degradation include, for example, distance attenuation, fading, and obstruction. Degradation of communication quality due to distance attenuation is degradation of communication quality caused by the distance between a transmission source and a terminal being longer than the appropriate distance for proper wireless communication. Degradation of communication quality due to fading is degradation of communication quality caused by the occurrence of at least one of coherent fading (so-called multipath fading), polarization fading, hopping fading, absorption fading, selective fading, and K-type fading. Degradation of communication quality due to obstruction is degradation of communication quality caused by the presence of a physical obstacle between the transmission source and the terminal that blocks radio waves (i.e., prevents radio wave propagation). Other factors of communication quality degradation may include interference, congestion, handover, etc. Degradation of communication quality due to interference is caused by radio waves from multiple sources interfering with each other. Degradation of communication quality due to congestion is caused by insufficient radio resources being allocated to a terminal. Degradation of communication quality due to handover is caused by a terminal located near the cell boundary of two adjacent base stations repeatedly handing over between the two base stations.

[0043] For example, the received power map generating unit 120 may estimate the degradation factor of communication quality from the received power information using a degradation factor estimation model. The degradation factor estimation model is a learning model that uses machine learning to learn degradation factors of communication quality according to the time series of received power information. The received power map generating unit 120 may store the estimated degradation factors of communication quality together with the received power map in the database 130.

[0044] Furthermore, the received power map generating unit 120 may estimate the degree of influence of each degradation factor on communication quality at each point on the generated received power map based on the received power included in the generated received power map. That is, the received power map generating unit 120 may include an influence estimation unit. The influence of each degradation factor on communication quality is the degree of degradation of communication quality for each degradation factor. The degree of degradation may be the rate at which communication quality deteriorates or the amount of deterioration of communication quality. For example, the received power map generating unit 120 may estimate the degree of influence of each degradation factor on communication quality using an influence estimation model. The influence estimation model is a learning model that machine-learns the degree of influence of each degradation factor on communication quality according to a time series of received power. The received power map generating unit 120 may store the estimated influence of each degradation factor on communication quality together with the received power map in the database 130.

[0045] The database 130 is a storage unit that stores quality log data including wireless information received by the wireless information receiving unit 110. The database 130 may be an internal storage unit of the operation management server 100 or an external storage device. The quality log data stored in the database 130 is wireless communication quality information, and may include the wireless information received by the wireless information receiving unit 110, the received power map generated by the received power map generating unit 120, estimated communication quality, factors that cause degradation of the communication quality, and the impact of each factor on the communication quality. The database 130 accumulates quality log data measured at different times in chronological order. The chronological quality log data includes current or past data. For example, the terminal device 200 measures the received power at each time while traveling along the same travel route at the same speed, and stores quality log data including the received power at each measured time in the database 130. The quality log data is associated with the time of measurement.

[0046] The input unit 140 inputs information necessary for the operation of the operation management server 100. For example, an operator inputs a display event for displaying quality log data, and the input unit 140 acquires the input display event. The display event is a parameter indicating an event that specifies the quality log data to be displayed. For example, the display event may be a time or speed that specifies the quality log data to be displayed. The specified time or speed may be the current time or speed, or a past time or speed. The display event may also be an extraction condition for extracting the quality log data to be displayed from the quality log data in the database 130. For example, the extraction condition may be a communication quality condition such as throughput, delay time, disconnection and reconnection. The display event may also be a condition determination parameter for determining the extraction condition. For example, the condition determination parameter may be an application (service) type such as an AGV or a model number of the equipment used. The model number of the equipment used may be the model number of the AGV, which is the terminal device 200, or the model number of the camera provided in the terminal device 200.

[0047] The extraction condition determination unit 150 determines extraction conditions for extracting quality log data to be displayed based on the input display event. When condition determination parameters are input as display events, the extraction condition determination unit 150 determines extraction conditions based on the input condition determination parameters. For example, the extraction condition determination unit 150 determines extraction conditions corresponding to the application type, the model number of the device used, etc. The extraction condition determination unit 150 may determine extraction conditions using a preset extraction condition table 151. The extraction condition table 151 may be stored in an internal storage unit of the operation management server 100 or in an external storage device.

[0048] FIG. 6 shows an example of the extraction condition table 151. In the example of FIG. 6, the extraction condition table 151 associates application types with extraction conditions for communication quality. This allows the required throughput and delay to be automatically set based on the 5QI (5G QoS Identifier) and QoE corresponding to the application (service). The extraction condition table 151 may also associate the model number of the device used with extraction conditions for communication quality. This allows the required throughput and delay corresponding to the device used to be automatically searched for and set. Note that extraction conditions may be determined from display events using methods other than the extraction condition table. For example, a learning model that learns the relationship between display events and extraction conditions through machine learning may be used.

[0049] The acquisition unit 160 acquires data to be displayed or extracted (e.g., first wireless communication quality information) from the time-series quality log data stored in the database 130. The acquisition unit 160 may acquire current or past quality log data, or may acquire quality log data for a predetermined time or a time range. When a time of quality log data to be displayed as a display event is input, the acquisition unit 160 acquires the quality log data for the input time. The acquisition unit 160 may also acquire data to be extracted, which the extraction unit 170 uses for extraction. The data to be extracted may be all data in the database 130, or may be data within a predetermined range or a range set by an operator, such as the past 10 days. The acquisition unit 160 and the extraction unit 170 may be combined into one block. For example, the acquisition unit 160 or the extraction unit 170 may acquire quality log data for a predetermined time or a time range and extract data from the acquired quality log data.

[0050] The extraction unit 170 extracts data to be displayed on the display unit 180 from the time-series quality log data. The extraction unit 170 extracts data (e.g., second wireless communication quality information) that satisfies an extraction condition from the time-series quality log data stored in the database 130, i.e., the time-series quality log data acquired by the acquisition unit 160. The extraction unit 170 may extract data that satisfies the extraction condition from current quality log data from the terminal device 200, or may extract data that satisfies the extraction condition from past quality log data, such as data from the past 10 days. The extraction condition may be a condition input as a display event or a condition determined by the extraction condition determination unit 150. For example, the extraction condition is a condition for communication quality, and the extraction unit 170 refers to the communication quality included in each piece of quality log data and extracts quality log data that includes communication quality that satisfies the condition.

[0051] The display unit 180 displays the processing results of each unit of the operation management server 100. The display unit 180 is, for example, a display device such as a liquid crystal display or an organic EL display. The display unit 180 may display the quality log data acquired by the acquisition unit 160 or the quality log data extracted by the extraction unit 170. The display unit 180 displays the acquired or extracted quality log data, for example, on an operation management screen using a GUI (Graphical User Interface). The display unit 180 may, for example, display a received power map included in the quality log data on the operation management screen, and display the movement path of the terminal device 200 and degradation of communication quality on the received power map. The display unit 180 may also display estimated degradation factors of communication quality and the impact of each degradation factor on communication quality. The display unit 180 may output the acquired or extracted quality log data to an external display device, and the external display device may display the output data.

[0052] 7 shows an example of the operation of the operation management server 100 according to this embodiment. Note that the processing flow in FIG. 7 is just an example, and the order of processing is not limited as long as the extracted data can be displayed.

[0053] 7, the operation management server 100 acquires a display event (S110). For example, when an operator inputs a display event to the operation management server 100, the input unit 140 acquires the input display event. The operator may input the time of the quality log data to be displayed. The operator may also input extraction conditions such as "throughput is 50% or less of maxRate, and delay time is 30 ms or less." The operator may also input condition determination parameters such as the application type (e.g., AGV) and the model number of the equipment used.

[0054] Next, the operation management server 100 determines extraction conditions based on the acquired display events (S120). When condition determination parameters such as the application type and the model number of the equipment used are input, the extraction condition determination unit 150 refers to the extraction condition table 151 and determines the extraction conditions to be used based on the extraction conditions associated with the application type and the model number of the equipment used. In the example of the extraction condition table 151 in Fig. 6, if the application type is AGV, the extraction condition is determined to be "throughput is XX or less," and if the application type is automatic driving control, the extraction condition is determined to be "communication interruption is YY or more."

[0055] Next, the operation management server 100 acquires time-series quality log data (S130). The database 130 stores time-series quality log data including the wireless information received by the wireless information receiving unit 110, the received power map generated by the received power map generating unit 120, communication quality, etc. For example, the acquiring unit 160 may acquire quality log data for a time (current or past) specified by a display event from the time-series quality log data in the database 130 as a display target. Furthermore, the acquiring unit 160 may acquire quality log data for, for example, the past 10 days as an extraction target from the time-series quality log data in the database 130.

[0056] Next, the operation management server 100 extracts quality log data for a time that satisfies the extraction condition from the time-series quality log data (S140). The extraction unit 170 extracts data for a time that satisfies the extraction condition from the time-series quality log data acquired from the database 130. For example, if an extraction condition such as "throughput is 50% or less of maxRate and delay time is 30 ms or less" is input, the extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data including a communication quality of "throughput is 50% or less of maxRate and delay time is 30 ms or less" from the quality log data for the past 10 days. Also, if the extraction condition is determined to be "throughput is XX or less" based on the application type, the extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data including a communication quality of "throughput is XX or less" from the quality log data for the past 10 days.

[0057] Next, the operation management server 100 displays the quality log data for the acquired or extracted time (S150). The display unit 180 may display the quality log data for the time acquired in S130, or may display the quality log data for the time extracted in S140. For example, the display unit 180 may display, on the operation management screen, a received power map included in the quality log data for the time (current or past) specified in the display event. The display unit 180 may also display, on the operation management screen, a received power map included in the quality log data for the time that satisfies the input extraction conditions or the determined extraction conditions. Furthermore, the display unit 180 may display, on the received power map, the movement route of the terminal device 200, degradation of communication quality, etc.

[0058] As a specific example of an application, in AGV control or autonomous driving control, the operation management server 100 recognizes the position of objects and obstacles using camera images of the terminal device 200 of an AGV, autonomous vehicle, or the like, and determines a movement route for the terminal device 200 so as to avoid the recognized objects. For example, the display unit 180 may display, as an area of degraded communication quality, an area where it is estimated that the operation management server 100 cannot properly process images from the terminal device 200. The display unit 180 may display an area where the wireless environment is such that image data required for image processing cannot be transmitted from the terminal device 200 to the operation management server 100 within a certain time period. For example, if 4000 KB of data needs to be transmitted within 2 seconds, the display unit 180 may display an area where the wireless environment does not meet a transmission rate of 2000 KB / s.

[0059] Next, a description will be given of an example of a display of the operation management screen in this embodiment. Fig. 8 shows an example of displaying quality log data at a specified time on the operation management screen 400. In the example of Fig. 8, the operation management screen 400 includes a received power map screen 410, a display event input box 420, and a mode switching button 430.

[0060] For example, the operator inputs the time of the quality log data to be displayed in the display event input box 420. In this example, 10:00 is input as the time. For example, the current time may be automatically input in the display event input box 420. Also, the display event input mode may be switched using the mode switch button 430. For example, by switching the input mode to the setting input mode, a display event such as a preset time may be automatically input. The preset time may be a specific time, or may be X hours before the present, for example.

[0061] In this example, the acquisition unit 160 acquires quality log data corresponding to the time (10:00) entered in the display event input box 420 from the database 130, and the display unit 180 displays a received power map included in the acquired quality log data on the received power map screen 410. For example, the display unit 180 may display a floor map on the received power map screen 410 and display the received power map on the floor map. The floor map may be a map showing the positions and shapes of objects placed on the floor, or may be a photographed image of the floor. FIG. 9 shows an example of a display of a received power map on the received power map screen 410. The received power map may be displayed as a heat map corresponding to the received power of each point, or may be displayed using contour lines indicating the received power. As shown in FIG. 9 , when displayed as a heat map, the color or hatching pattern of each point may be changed depending on the received power. Furthermore, in the received power map, areas where the received power is lower than a predetermined threshold may be highlighted using a color or hatching pattern.

[0062] Furthermore, the display unit 180 displays a movement route (for example, ABCD) of the terminal device 200 on the reception power map of the reception power map screen 410. The display unit 180 may display a preset movement route on the reception power map, or may display a movement route based on past position information of the terminal device 200 included in the quality log data.

[0063] FIG. 10 shows another example of displaying quality log data for a specified time on the operation management screen 400. In the example of FIG. 10 , similar to FIG. 8 , the received power map screen 410 displays the received power map for a specified time (e.g., 10:00) and the movement route of the terminal device 200, and further displays locations of communication quality degradation along the movement route in an identifiable manner. The display unit 180 compares communication quality, such as throughput and delay time, included in the quality log data with a predetermined degradation standard, and displays an icon indicating communication quality degradation at locations where the communication quality is lower than the degradation standard. The display unit 180 also displays information indicating the nature of the communication quality degradation, such as text indicating throughput (TPUT) degradation or long delay time, together with the icon, around the location of the communication quality degradation. The color, shape, size, etc. of the displayed icon may be changed depending on the nature of the communication quality degradation. The color, shape, size, etc. of the displayed icon may be changed depending on the degree of communication quality degradation. The degree of communication quality degradation may be the amount of degradation of communication quality relative to the degradation standard, or the rate of degradation. Furthermore, the display unit 180 may display the estimated factors for degradation of communication quality, the degree of influence of each degradation factor on communication quality, etc. Note that, for example, when there are multiple corresponding reception power maps, such as when a time range is specified, multiple reception power maps may be displayed on the reception power map screen 410, or a reception power map for one time may be displayed to represent any of the maps. An icon indicating the degradation of communication quality in the reception power map for each time may be displayed on the displayed reception power map for one time.

[0064] 10 , a received power graph screen 440 is further displayed on the operation management screen 400. The display unit 180 displays a graph on the received power graph screen 440 showing the relationship between the movement route (e.g., ABCD) of the terminal device 200 and the received power (e.g., RSRP) at a specified time. On the received power graph screen 440, similar to the received power map screen 410, an icon indicating degradation of communication quality may be displayed at a location on the movement route where communication quality has deteriorated. The method of displaying degradation of communication quality is similar to that on the received power map screen 410. For example, text or the like indicating the nature of the degradation of communication quality may be displayed together with the icon around the location where communication quality has deteriorated.

[0065] Fig. 11 shows an example of displaying quality log data for a time extracted according to a specified application type on an operation management screen 400. In the example of Fig. 11, the operation management screen 400 includes a received power map screen 410, a display event input box 420, a mode switching button 430, and a received power graph screen 440, similar to Fig. 10 .

[0066] For example, the operator inputs an application type in the display event input box 420. In this example, AGV is input as the application type. Then, the extraction condition determination unit 150 determines the extraction conditions according to the application type (AGV) input in the display event input box 420. The extraction unit 170 extracts quality log data that satisfies the determined extraction conditions from the database 130. For example, the quality log data at 10:00 is extracted as the quality log data that satisfies the extraction conditions. The display unit 180 displays the received power map included in the extracted quality log data on the received power map screen 410.

[0067] The reception power map screen 410, like Fig. 10, displays the reception power map for the extracted time, the movement route of the terminal device 200, and the locations of communication quality degradation along the movement route in a distinguishable manner. The degradation criterion for determining the degradation of communication quality may be a predetermined degradation criterion or a criterion according to determined (input) extraction conditions. Also, like Fig. 10, the reception power graph screen 440 may display a graph showing the relationship between the movement route of the terminal device 200 and the reception power at the extracted time, and may display an icon indicating the degradation of communication quality along the movement route.

[0068] (First Modification of First Embodiment) In a first modification of the first embodiment, quality log data of a speed series, which is data for each speed of a terminal device, is extracted.

[0069] In this modification, the database 130 accumulates quality log data measured at different speeds in speed sequence (in speed order). For example, the terminal device 200 measures the received power for each speed while moving at different speeds along the same moving route at the same time, and stores quality log data including the measured received power for each speed in the database 130. The quality log data is associated with the moving speed of the terminal device 200 at the time of measurement. The moving speed may be an average speed, or may include the speed of each section of the moving route. The other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.

[0070] 12 shows an example of the operation of the operation management server 100 according to this modification. As shown in FIG. 12, in this modification, similar to the first embodiment, the operation management server 100 acquires a display event (S110) and determines extraction conditions based on the acquired display event (S120). For example, the operator may input the speed of the quality log data to be displayed, or, similar to the first embodiment, may input extraction conditions for communication quality, or may input condition determination parameters such as the application type and the model number of the equipment used.

[0071] Next, the operation management server 100 acquires speed-series quality log data (S131). The database 130 stores speed-series quality log data including the wireless information received by the wireless information receiving unit 110, the received power map generated by the received power map generating unit 120, and communication quality. For example, the acquiring unit 160 may acquire quality log data of a speed specified in a display event as a display target from the speed-series quality log data in the database 130. Furthermore, the acquiring unit 160 may acquire quality log data of, for example, 10 km / h to 20 km / h as an extraction target from the speed-series quality log data in the database 130.

[0072] Next, the operation management server 100 extracts quality log data of speeds that satisfy the extraction conditions from the quality log data of the speed series (S141). The extraction unit 170 extracts data of speeds that satisfy the extraction conditions from the quality log data of the speed series acquired from the database 130. As in the first embodiment, when extraction conditions for communication quality are input, the extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data including communication quality that satisfies the input extraction conditions from quality log data of, for example, 10 km / h to 20 km / h. Furthermore, when extraction conditions for communication quality are determined based on application type, the extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data including communication quality that satisfies the determined extraction conditions from quality log data of, for example, 10 km / h to 20 km / h.

[0073] Next, the operation management server 100 displays the acquired or extracted speed data (S151). The display unit 180 may display the quality log data of the speed acquired in S131, or may display the quality log data of the speed extracted in S141. The display method is the same as in the first embodiment. For example, the display unit 180 may display, on the operation management screen, a received power map included in the quality log data of the speed specified in the display event. Furthermore, the display unit 180 may display, on the operation management screen, a received power map included in the quality log data of the speed that satisfies the input extraction condition or the determined extraction condition.

[0074] 13 and 14 are display examples in which this modification is applied to FIGS. 10 and 11 of Embodiment 1. FIG. 13 shows an example in which quality log data of a specified speed is displayed on the operation management screen 400.

[0075] In the example of FIG. 13 , the operator inputs the speed of the quality log data to be displayed in the display event input box 420. For example, the speed and average speed of each section of the travel route may be input as the travel speed. In this example, a speed of 10 km / h for section A-B, a speed of 15 km / h for section B-C, a speed of 5 km / h for section C-D, and an average speed of 10 km / h for all sections are input. The average speed may be automatically calculated from the speeds for all sections. Alternatively, the current speed may be automatically input in the display event input box 420. The current speed may be obtained from the current quality log data.

[0076] The acquisition unit 160 then acquires, from the database 130, quality log data corresponding to the speed entered in the display event input box 420. For example, the quality log data includes the speed and average speed for each section. The acquired quality log data may include all of the entered speeds of 10 km / h for section A-B, 15 km / h for section B-C, and 5 km / h for section C-D, or may include an average speed of 10 km / h. The display unit 180 displays a received power map included in the acquired quality log data (e.g., quality log data for an average speed of 10 km / h) on the received power map screen 410. The display methods for the received power map screen 410 and the received power graph screen 440 are the same as those shown in FIG. 10 of the first embodiment. That is, the received power map screen 410 displays the locations of communication quality degradation at the specified speed, and the received power graph screen 440 displays a graph showing the relationship between the travel path and received power at the specified speed, as well as the locations of communication quality degradation. When there are multiple corresponding reception power maps, such as when a speed range is specified, multiple reception power maps may be displayed on the reception power map screen 410, or a reception power map of one speed may be displayed as a representative of the multiple reception power maps. An icon indicating the deterioration of communication quality of the reception power map of each speed may be displayed on the displayed reception power map of one speed.

[0077] FIG. 14 shows an example of displaying speed quality log data extracted according to the specified application type on the operation management screen 400.

[0078] In the example of Fig. 14, similar to Fig. 11 of the first embodiment, the operator inputs an application type (e.g., AGV) into the display event input box 420, and the extraction condition determination unit 150 determines the extraction condition according to the input application type. The extraction unit 170 extracts quality log data of speeds that satisfy the determined extraction condition from the database 130. For example, quality log data of 10 km / h is extracted as quality log data that satisfies the extraction condition. The display methods of the received power map screen 410 and the received power graph screen 440 are similar to those of Fig. 11 of the first embodiment.

[0079] As described above, in the first embodiment and the first modification of the first embodiment, quality log data for a specified time and speed is extracted, and the communication quality at the extracted time and speed is displayed. This makes it possible to visualize the communication quality at the specified time and speed, and to grasp, for example, the deterioration status of communication quality along the movement route of a terminal device. Furthermore, it is possible to visualize the deterioration status of communication quality along the movement route at a time and speed that meets the specified communication quality conditions. Furthermore, by determining extraction conditions according to a specified application, it is possible to automatically determine the communication quality conditions corresponding to the application, and visualize the communication quality at a time and speed that meets the conditions according to the application.

[0080] (Embodiment 2) Next, embodiment 2 will be described. In this embodiment, an example of automatically extracting characteristic data based on acquired data will be described. Note that this embodiment can be implemented in combination with embodiment 1, and each configuration shown in embodiment 1 may be used as appropriate.

[0081] Fig. 15 shows an example of the configuration of the operation management server 100 according to this embodiment. As shown in Fig. 15, the operation management server 100 according to this embodiment includes an analysis unit 190 instead of the extraction condition determination unit 150, as compared to the configuration of the first embodiment. The analysis unit 190 and the extraction unit 170 may be combined into one block. The other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

[0082] The analysis unit 190 analyzes the characteristics of the time-series quality log data stored in the database 130, i.e., the time-series quality log data acquired by the acquisition unit 160. The analysis unit 190 analyzes the characteristics required for the extraction unit 170 to extract the quality log data. For example, the analysis unit 190 may acquire, as the characteristics of the quality log data, the number of points of degradation in communication quality included in the quality log data and the degree of degradation.

[0083] The analysis unit 190 may also group the quality log data into multiple groups based on the characteristics of the quality log data. The analysis unit 190 may also group the quality log data using a grouping engine 191. The grouping engine 191 is a learning model that groups data into multiple groups based on the characteristics of the input data. The grouping engine 191 can also be considered a learning model that clusters data into multiple clusters based on the characteristics of the input data. For example, the grouping engine 191 may perform machine learning to learn the characteristics of communication quality degradation points included in the quality log data, and group the quality log data based on the similarity of the characteristics of the communication quality degradation points. The grouping engine 191 may perform machine learning to learn the characteristics of distribution patterns of received power maps included in the quality log data, and group the quality log data based on the similarity of the characteristics of the distribution patterns of the received power maps. The grouping engine 191 may be stored in a storage unit internal to the operation management server 100 or in an external storage device. The analysis unit 190 inputs time-series quality log data to the grouping engine 191 and groups the quality log data. Note that grouping may be performed by other methods than the learning model such as a grouping engine.

[0084] In this embodiment, the extraction unit 170 extracts quality log data at characteristic times based on the results of analyzing the characteristics of the time-series quality log data. For example, the extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data at characteristic times based on the number of communication quality degradation points included in each piece of quality log data. The extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data at a time with the most communication quality degradation points or quality log data at a time with more than a predetermined number of communication quality degradation points. The extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data at a time with the fewest communication quality degradation points or quality log data at a time with fewer communication quality degradation points than a predetermined number. The extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data at characteristic times based on the degree of communication quality degradation, not limited to the number of communication quality degradation points. For example, the extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data at a time with the greatest degree of communication quality degradation or quality log data at a time when the degree of communication quality degradation is greater than a predetermined value. The extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data at a time with the least degree of communication quality degradation or quality log data at a time when the degree of communication quality degradation is smaller than a predetermined value.

[0085] The extraction unit 170 may also extract quality log data at characteristic times based on the grouping results of the time-series quality log data. The extraction unit 170 may compare each group of grouped quality log data and extract quality log data from the characteristic group based on the comparison results. For example, the extraction unit 170 may select a characteristic group based on the number of data included in each group. The extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data at times included in the group with the largest number of data or a group with a number of data greater than a predetermined number as data from the characteristic group. A group with a large number of data is a group of data with a high occurrence frequency and indicates a regularly occurring event (normal event). The extraction unit 170 may also extract quality log data at times included in the group with the smallest number of data or a group with a number of data less than a predetermined number. A group with a small number of data is a group of data with a low occurrence frequency and indicates a suddenly occurring event (abnormal event). Data from a group similar or dissimilar to predetermined data may also be extracted. For example, normal or abnormal data may be prepared, and the normal or abnormal data may be compared with the data from each group to extract data from groups similar or dissimilar to the normal or abnormal data. Data in a group similar to normal data (a group with high similarity) may be determined to be data in the normal group, and data in a group dissimilar to normal data (a group with low similarity) may be determined to be data in the abnormal group. Furthermore, data in normal or abnormal groups may be extracted using extraction conditions such as those in the first embodiment.

[0086] 16 shows an example of the operation of the operation management server 100 according to this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 16, the operation management server 100 acquires time-series quality log data (S210). As in the first embodiment, the acquisition unit 160 acquires quality log data to be analyzed from the time-series quality log data in the database 130. The data to be analyzed may be all data in the database 130, or may be data within a range that is set in advance or set by an operator, such as the past 10 days.

[0087] Next, the operation management server 100 analyzes the characteristics of the time-series quality log data (S220). The analysis unit 190 analyzes the characteristics of the time-series quality log data acquired from the database 130. The analysis unit 190 may acquire the number of points of communication quality degradation included in each piece of quality log data, for example, for the past 10 days. The analysis unit 190 may compare the communication quality, such as throughput or delay time, included in the quality log data with a predetermined degradation standard and acquire the number of points where the communication quality is lower than the degradation standard. Furthermore, the analysis unit 190 may input the quality log data, for example, for the past 10 days, into the grouping engine 191 and group the quality log data into multiple groups.

[0088] Next, the operation management server 100 extracts quality log data for a time based on the analysis results (S230). The extraction unit 170 extracts quality log data for a characteristic time based on the results of analyzing the characteristics of the time-series quality log data. For example, the extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data for a characteristic time based on the number of points of communication quality degradation included in the time-series quality log data. The extraction unit 170 may compare the number of points of communication quality degradation in, for example, the past 10 days' worth of quality log data and extract quality log data for a time with the most points of communication quality degradation, or extract quality log data for a time with the fewest points of communication quality degradation. The extraction unit 170 may also extract quality log data for a characteristic time based on the grouping results of the time-series quality log data. For example, the extraction unit 170 may compare the number of data points in each group obtained by grouping the quality log data for the past 10 days' worth of quality log data and select the group with the largest number of data points or the group with the smallest number of data points. The extraction unit 170 extracts quality log data for a time included in the selected group. The quality log data for all times within the relevant group may be extracted, or the quality log data for any time within the group may be extracted.

[0089] Next, the operation management server 100 displays the quality log data for the extracted time (S240). The display unit 180 displays the quality log data for the extracted time based on the analysis results. The display unit 180 may display one extracted piece of quality log data, or multiple pieces of quality log data. For example, the display unit 180 may display quality log data for multiple times for different features or different groups on the operation management screen.

[0090] Next, an example of the display of the operation management screen in this embodiment will be described. Fig. 17 shows an example of displaying quality log data for a time extracted based on the number of points of degradation in communication quality on the operation management screen 400. In the example of Fig. 17, the operation management screen 400 includes a received power map screen 410 and an analysis map screen 450.

[0091] For example, the display unit 180 displays a received power map included in the quality log data of the analysis target at each time whose features have been analyzed on the analysis map screen 450. The analysis map screen 450 may display the received power map at each time, or a list of the quality log data at each time. For example, the received power map at each time may display analysis results such as the number of points where communication quality is degraded.

[0092] Furthermore, the display unit 180 displays the received power map included in the quality log data at the time extracted from the quality log data to be analyzed on a received power map screen 410. The method of displaying the received power map screen 410 is the same as in embodiment 1. In this example, the received power map for the time when the number of degradation points in communication quality is the highest, for example, 10:00 when the number of degradation points is 5, is displayed on the received power map screen 410.

[0093] Only the received power map screen 410 may be displayed on the operation management screen 400. Alternatively, the received power map screen 410 may display either or both of a received power map for the time when the number of points of degradation in communication quality is greatest and a received power map for the time when the number of points of degradation in communication quality is least. Alternatively, the received power map screen 410 may display a received power map for the extracted time and a current received power map.

[0094] Fig. 18 shows an example of displaying quality log data for the time extracted based on the grouping result on the operation management screen 400. In the example of Fig. 18, the operation management screen 400 includes received power map group screens 411a and 411b.

[0095] The display unit 180 displays, on a reception power map group screen 411a, a reception power map of quality log data at a time included in a first group among a plurality of groups obtained by grouping time-series quality log data, and displays, on a reception power map group screen 411b, a reception power map of quality log data at a time included in a second group among the plurality of groups. The reception power map group screens 411a and 411b may display reception power maps of all times within each group, or may display reception power maps of any of the times. The method of displaying the reception power maps on the reception power map group screens 411a and 411b is the same as the reception power map screen 410 in the first embodiment. Note that only one of the reception power map group screens 411a and 411b may be displayed, or data of two or more groups may be displayed.

[0096] For example, the display unit 180 displays, on the reception power map group screen 411a, reception power maps of quality log data for each time included in the group with the largest number of data items, as a group representing events that occur regularly. In this example, of reception power maps for 8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, and 16:00, which are included in a group with three communication quality degradation locations, the reception power map for 10:00, for example, is displayed on the reception power map group screen 411a. Furthermore, the display unit 180 displays, on the reception power map group screen 411b, reception power maps of quality log data for each time included in the group with the fewest number of data items, as a group representing events that occur suddenly. In this example, of reception power maps for 11:00 and 13:00, which are included in a group with five communication quality degradation locations, the reception power map for 11:00, for example, is displayed on the reception power map group screen 411b.

[0097] (First Modification of Second Embodiment) In a first modification of the second embodiment, the analysis target is speed-series quality log data, similar to the first modification of the first embodiment. The configuration of the operation management server 100 is the same as that of the second embodiment.

[0098] 19 shows an example of the operation of the operation management server 100 according to this modification. As shown in Fig. 19, in this modification, similar to Modification 1 of Embodiment 1, the operation management server 100 acquires quality log data to be analyzed from the speed-series quality log data in the database 130 (S211). The acquisition unit 160 acquires, for example, quality log data from 10 km / h to 20 km / h as the analysis target from the speed-series quality log data in the database 130.

[0099] Next, the operation management server 100 analyzes the characteristics of the speed-series quality log data (S221). The analysis unit 190 analyzes the characteristics of the speed-series quality log data acquired from the database 130. For example, as in the second embodiment, the analysis unit 190 may acquire the number of communication quality degradation points included in each piece of quality log data, for example, for the 10 km / h to 20 km / h speed range. Furthermore, the analysis unit 190 may group the quality log data, for example, for the 10 km / h to 20 km / h speed range, into multiple groups.

[0100] Next, the operation management server 100 extracts quality log data for speeds based on the analysis results (S231). The extraction unit 170 extracts quality log data for characteristic speeds based on the results of analyzing the characteristics of the speed-series quality log data. As in the second embodiment, the extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data for a speed with the most degradation points in communication quality, or may extract quality log data for a speed with the fewest degradation points in communication quality, based on the number of degradation points in the quality log data for speeds ranging from 10 km / h to 20 km / h, for example. Furthermore, the extraction unit 170 may extract quality log data for a speed included in the group with the largest number of data, or may extract quality log data for a speed included in the group with the smallest number of data, based on the grouping results of the quality log data for speeds ranging from 10 km / h to 20 km / h, for example.

[0101] Next, the operation management server 100 displays the quality log data of the extracted speeds (S241). The display unit 180 displays the quality log data of the extracted time based on the analysis results. As in the second embodiment, for example, the display unit 180 may display quality log data of multiple speeds with different characteristics or different groups on the operation management screen.

[0102] 20 and 21 are display examples in which this modification is applied to FIGS. 17 and 18 of the second embodiment. The example of FIG. 20 shows an example in which quality log data of speeds extracted based on the number of communication quality degradation points is displayed on the operation management screen 400. In the example of FIG. 20 , as in the second embodiment, a received power map included in the quality log data of each speed to be analyzed, whose characteristics have been analyzed, is displayed on the analysis map screen 450. In addition, a received power map included in the quality log data of the speed extracted from the quality log data to be analyzed is displayed on the received power map screen 410. The display method of the received power map screen 410 is the same as in the second embodiment. In this example, the received power map of the speed with the most communication quality degradation points, for example, a speed of 10 km / h with a degradation number of 5, is displayed on the received power map screen 410.

[0103] 21 shows an example of displaying quality log data of speeds extracted based on the grouping results on the operation management screen 400. In the example of Fig. 21, similar to the second embodiment, a received power map of quality log data of speeds included in a first group among a plurality of groups obtained by grouping quality log data of speed series is displayed on a received power map group screen 411a, and a received power map of quality log data of speeds included in a second group among the plurality of groups is displayed on a received power map group screen 411b. The method of displaying the received power maps on the received power map group screens 411a and 411b is the same as that of the second embodiment.

[0104] For example, as quality log data for each speed included in the group with the largest number of data, the received power map for 8 km / h, 10 km / h, 12 km / h, 14 km / h, and 16 km / h included in the group with three locations where communication quality is degraded is displayed on the received power map group screen 411a, for example.Furthermore, as quality log data for each speed included in the group with the smallest number of data, the received power map for 11 km / h included in the group with five locations where communication quality is degraded is displayed on the received power map group screen 411b, for example.

[0105] As described above, in the second embodiment and the first modification of the second embodiment, the characteristics of the quality log data are analyzed, and quality log data is extracted and displayed based on the analyzed characteristics. This makes it possible to display communication quality at characteristic times and speeds without the operator having to input extraction conditions. For example, it is possible to display a received power map with the largest number of communication quality degradations and a received power map with the smallest number of communication quality degradations, thereby making it possible to grasp the degradation status of communication quality along the travel route at both times and speeds. Furthermore, it is possible to display a received power map with the largest degradation at a specific point on the travel route and a received power map with the smallest degradation at the specific point, thereby making it possible to grasp degradation information for the entire travel route in addition to the degradation at the specific point.

[0106] (Embodiment 3) Next, embodiment 3 will be described. In this embodiment, an example of predicting future data from acquired past data will be described. Note that this embodiment can be implemented in combination with embodiment 1 or 2, and each configuration shown in embodiment 1 or 2 may be used as appropriate.

[0107] Fig. 22 shows an example of the configuration of the operation management server 100 according to the present embodiment. As shown in Fig. 22, the operation management server 100 according to the present embodiment includes a prediction unit 171, as compared to the configuration of the first embodiment. Note that the operation management server 100 may include the extraction condition determination unit 150 and extraction unit 170 of the first embodiment, the analysis unit 190 of the second embodiment, etc. The other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

[0108] The prediction unit 171 predicts future quality log data based on the time-series quality log data stored in the database 130, i.e., the time-series quality log data acquired by the acquisition unit 160. The prediction unit 171 analyzes trends in past quality log data and predicts future quality log data based on the analysis results. For example, the prediction unit 171 may compare current quality log data with past quality log data and predict future quality log data based on past quality log data that is similar to the current quality log data. The prediction unit 171 may predict future quality log data using a simulation model that simulates future data from current and past data or a learning model that predicts future data from current and past data.

[0109] 23 shows an example of the operation of the operation management server 100 according to this embodiment. As shown in Fig. 23, the operation management server 100 acquires time-series quality log data (S310). The acquiring unit 160 may acquire the quality log data to be analyzed from the time-series quality log data in the database 130, as in the first embodiment.

[0110] 24A and 24B show examples of time-series quality log data acquisition. As shown in FIGS. 24A and 24B, a data pattern specified by time and speed is defined using a two-dimensional matrix that defines time data intervals and speed data intervals. For example, quality log data received and generated from terminal device 200 is stored in database 130 for each pattern number of this data pattern. Data for pattern number 1 is data for time 1:00 and a speed of 1 km / h, data for pattern number 2 is data for time 2:00 and a speed of 1 km / h, ... data for pattern number 239 is data for time 23:00 and a speed of 10 km / h, and data for pattern number 240 is data for time 24:00 and a speed of 10 km / h. Pattern numbers 1 to 240 represent data patterns for one day, and data for pattern numbers 1 to 240 is repeatedly acquired each day and stored in database 130. Note that while data patterns are shown for every hour and every 1 km / h, data may be acquired and stored at other time intervals or speed intervals.

[0111] For example, the acquiring unit 160 acquires data at each time for the same speed from the data for pattern numbers 1 to 240 for each day as the quality log data to be analyzed and used for prediction. In this example, quality log data for 3 km / h from 1:00 to 24:00 (pattern numbers 49 to 72) is acquired. For example, the acquiring unit 160 acquires quality log data at each time for the same speed for the past 10 days.

[0112] Next, the operation management server 100 predicts future quality log data from the time-series quality log data (S320). The prediction unit 171 analyzes the past quality log data acquired from the database 130 and predicts future quality log data.

[0113] The prediction unit 171 analyzes quality log data at each time for the same speed as shown in Figures 24A and 24B and predicts future quality log data at the same speed based on the daily trend at each time. For example, the prediction unit 171 predicts future deterioration of communication quality. That is, it predicts a future time when communication quality will fall below a predetermined deterioration standard. Note that the prediction is not limited to the time when communication quality will deteriorate, and it may also predict a time when the deterioration of communication quality will improve (return above the deterioration standard).

[0114] 24A and 24B , the future time when communication quality will deteriorate at 3 km / h is predicted based on the trend of quality log data from 1:00 AM to midnight at a speed of 3 km / h for 10 days. For example, suppose that quality log data from 1:00 AM to midnight at a speed of 10 km / h for 10 days is acquired and analyzed to show that throughput deteriorated when traveling at 10 km / h at 4:00 PM every day for 10 days. In this case, if the current time today is 2:00 PM and the current speed is 10 km / h, the prediction unit 171 predicts that throughput will deteriorate if traveling at 10 km / h at 4:00 PM today in the future.

[0115] Next, the operation management server 100 displays the predicted future quality log data (S330). For example, when the display unit 180 predicts future degradation of communication quality, the display unit 180 displays the quality log data for the predicted time on the operation management screen. For example, the display unit 180 may display the received power, communication quality, etc. at the predicted time. The display unit 180 may also display the predicted quality log data along with the current quality log data on the operation management screen. For example, if the display unit 180 displays quality log data for the current time of 14:00 today, and further, if it is predicted that throughput will deteriorate at a future time of 16:00 today, it may display an icon or the like to indicate that throughput will deteriorate at 16:00.

[0116] Next, a display example of the operation management screen in this embodiment will be described. Fig. 25 shows an example of displaying current quality log data and predicted future quality log data on the operation management screen 400. Fig. 25 is a display example in which this embodiment is applied to Fig. 10 of the first embodiment.

[0117] For example, similar to the first embodiment, the display unit 180 displays, on the received power map screen 410, a received power map included in the quality log data for the current time (e.g., 10:00) and locations of communication quality degradation along the movement route of the terminal device 200, and also displays, on the received power graph screen 440, a graph showing the relationship between the movement route of the terminal device 200 and the received power at the current time (e.g., 10:00) and locations of communication quality degradation along the movement route. Note that, instead of the current time, similar to the first embodiment, quality log data corresponding to a specified time, condition, or the like may be displayed.

[0118] In this example, the operation management screen 400 includes a prediction selection checkbox 460. For example, if the operator selects the degradation time prediction in the prediction selection checkbox 460, the prediction unit 171 predicts a future time when communication quality will deteriorate based on past quality log data. In this example, the prediction unit 171 predicts that delay time will increase from 19:00 to 19:30 and that throughput will deteriorate from 22:00 to 23:00. The display unit 180 displays an icon indicating the predicted deterioration of communication quality at the location where the deterioration of communication quality is predicted, as well as the time when the deterioration is predicted. The display unit 180 displays the current deterioration of communication quality and the predicted deterioration of communication quality in different display modes so that they can be distinguished. For example, the color, shape, size, etc. of the icon indicating the current deterioration of communication quality and the icon indicating the predicted deterioration of communication quality may be different. Note that, if an improvement in communication quality is predicted, an icon different from the icon indicating the current deterioration of communication quality may be displayed at the location where the predicted improvement in communication quality will occur.

[0119] Furthermore, the display unit 180 displays an icon indicating a predicted deterioration in communication quality at a location where deterioration in communication quality is predicted on the received power graph screen 440, as on the received power map screen 410. The time at which the deterioration is predicted may also be displayed on the received power graph screen 440. Furthermore, if an improvement in communication quality is predicted, an icon indicating the predicted improvement in communication quality may be displayed.

[0120] As another example, as shown in FIG. 26 , the display unit 180 may further display information regarding the predicted deterioration of communication quality. For example, when the operator clicks on an icon indicating future deterioration of communication quality on the received power map screen 410, a pop-up screen 470 may display detailed information regarding the predicted deterioration of communication quality. For example, the pop-up screen 470 may display a graph showing the time variation of the predicted throughput (Tput), factors behind the deterioration of the predicted throughput, a graph showing the time variation of the predicted received power (RSRP), statistical information regarding the predicted received power, and the like. The graph showing the time variation of the throughput and the graph showing the time variation of the received power may identifiably display a reference value for determining deterioration and points where deterioration is detected. The statistical information regarding the predicted received power may display the time period in which the throughput deteriorates, the minimum, maximum, and average values of the received power, an assumed fading model, and the like.

[0121] (First Modification of Third Embodiment) In a first modification of the third embodiment, the analysis target is speed-series quality log data, similar to the first modification of the first embodiment. The configuration of the operation management server 100 is the same as that of the third embodiment.

[0122] 27 shows an example of the operation of the operation management server 100 according to this modification. As shown in FIG. 27 , in this modification, the operation management server 100 acquires speed-series quality log data (S311). The acquiring unit 160 may acquire the quality log data to be analyzed from the speed-series quality log data in the database 130, as in Modification 1 of Embodiment 1.

[0123] 28A and 28B show an example of acquiring quality log data of a speed series. The data pattern is the same as that shown in FIGS. 24A and 24B of the third embodiment, and data of pattern numbers 1 to 240 is repeatedly acquired each day and stored in the database 130. For example, the acquiring unit 160 acquires data of each speed at the same time from the data of pattern numbers 1 to 240 for each day as the quality log data to be analyzed and used for prediction. In this example, quality log data of 1 km / h to 10 km / h (pattern numbers 14, 38, ..., 206, 230) at 2:00 p.m. is acquired. For example, the acquiring unit 160 acquires quality log data of each speed at the same time for the past 10 days. Note that data for each time may be acquired without specifying the time.

[0124] Next, the operation management server 100 predicts quality log data of other speeds from the quality log data of the speed series (S321). The prediction unit 171 analyzes the quality log data of each speed acquired from the database 130 and predicts the quality log data of other speeds. Note that the other speeds are any speeds, and may be speeds different from the acquired speed series or may be speeds included in the acquired speed series.

[0125] The prediction unit 171 analyzes the quality log data for each speed at the same time as shown in Figures 28A and 28B and predicts the quality log data for a certain speed at the same time based on the daily trends of each speed. As in the third embodiment, the prediction unit 171 predicts the deterioration of communication quality at a certain speed, that is, the future time when communication quality will fall below a predetermined deterioration standard. Note that, as in the third embodiment, the prediction unit 171 may also predict the speed at which the deterioration of communication quality will improve.

[0126] 28A and 28B, the speed at which communication quality will deteriorate at 2 p.m. is predicted based on the trend of quality log data from 1 km / h to 10 km / h at 2 p.m. for 10 days. For example, suppose that quality log data from 1 km / h to 10 km / h at 6 p.m. for 10 days is acquired, and analysis shows that throughput deteriorates when driving at 10 km / h at 6 p.m. every day for 10 days. In this case, the prediction unit 171 predicts that throughput will deteriorate if driving at 10 km / h at 6 p.m. today.

[0127] Next, the operation management server 100 displays the quality log data of the predicted speed (S331). As in the third embodiment, the display unit 180 displays the quality log data of the predicted speed on the operation management screen. The display unit 180 may display the quality log data of the predicted speed together with the quality log data of the current speed on the operation management screen. For example, if the quality log data for a current speed of 5 km / h is displayed and furthermore it is predicted that the throughput will deteriorate at a speed of 10 km / h, an icon or the like indicating that the throughput will deteriorate at 10 km / h is displayed.

[0128] 29 is a display example in which this modification is applied to FIG. 25 of embodiment 3. FIG. 29 shows an example in which quality log data of the current speed and quality log data of the predicted speed are displayed on the operation management screen 400.

[0129] As in the third embodiment, the display unit 180 displays, on the received power map screen 410, a received power map included in the quality log data for the current speed (e.g., 10 km / h) and locations of communication quality degradation along the movement route of the terminal device 200, and also displays, on the received power graph screen 440, a graph showing the relationship between the movement route of the terminal device 200 at the current speed (e.g., 10 km / h) and the received power and locations of communication quality degradation along the movement route. Note that, instead of being limited to the current speed, quality log data corresponding to specified speeds, conditions, etc. may be displayed, as in the first modification of the first embodiment.

[0130] For example, if the operator selects "Deterioration Rate Prediction" in the prediction selection checkbox 460, the prediction unit 171 predicts the rate at which communication quality will deteriorate from the speed-series quality log data. In this example, the prediction unit 171 predicts that delay time will increase at 15 km / h and that throughput will deteriorate at 25 km / h. As in the third embodiment, the display unit 180 displays an icon indicating the predicted deterioration of communication quality at a location where deterioration of communication quality is predicted, and also displays the speed at which deterioration is predicted. Also, as in the third embodiment, an icon indicating the predicted deterioration of communication quality is displayed on the received power graph screen 440 at a location where deterioration of communication quality is predicted.

[0131] (Variation 2 of Embodiment 3) In Variation 2 of Embodiment 3, Embodiment 3 and Variation 1 of Embodiment 3 are combined to analyze quality log data of time and speed series. The configuration of the operation management server 100 is the same as in Embodiment 3. The data of the time and speed series is two-dimensional series data for each time (in time order) and each speed (in speed order).

[0132] 30 shows an example of the operation of the operation management server 100 according to this modification. As shown in FIG. 30, in this modification, the operation management server 100 acquires quality log data of a time and speed series (S312). The acquisition unit 160 acquires quality log data to be analyzed from the quality log data of a time and speed series in the database 130.

[0133] 31A and 31B show an example of acquiring quality log data of a time and speed series. The data pattern is the same as that shown in FIGS. 24A and 24B of the third embodiment, and data of pattern numbers 1 to 240 is repeatedly acquired each day and stored in the database 130. For example, the acquiring unit 160 acquires speed data for each time period from the daily data of pattern numbers 1 to 240 as the quality log data to be analyzed and used for prediction. In this example, quality log data of 1 km / h to 10 km / h from 2:00 to 7:00 (pattern numbers 2 to 7, ..., 210 to 223), 1 km / h to 10 km / h from 10:00 to 15:00 (pattern numbers 10 to 15, ..., 226 to 231), and 1 km / h to 10 km / h from 18:00 to 23:00 (pattern numbers 18 to 23, ..., 234 to 239) is acquired. For example, quality log data of the corresponding time and speed for the past 10 days is acquired.

[0134] Next, the operation management server 100 predicts quality log data for other times and other speeds from the quality log data of the time and speed series (S322). The prediction unit 171 analyzes the quality log data for each speed for each time period acquired from the database 130 and predicts quality log data for other speeds at other times. The other times are future times predicted from data at past times, as in the third embodiment. The other speeds are speeds predicted from data on past speeds, as in the first modification of the third embodiment, and may be different from or the same as the past speeds. As in the third embodiment, the prediction unit 171 predicts degradation of communication quality at a certain speed at a future time, i.e., the time and speed at which communication quality will fall below a predetermined degradation standard. Note that, as in the third embodiment, it is also possible to predict the time and speed at which degradation of communication quality will improve.

[0135] 31A and 31B, for example, future times and speeds at which communication quality will deteriorate are predicted based on trends in quality log data for 10 days, including 1 km / h to 10 km / h from 2:00 to 7:00, 1 km / h to 10 km / h from 10:00 to 15:00, and 1 km / h to 10 km / h from 18:00 to 23:00. For example, assume that 10 days of quality log data for 1 km / h to 10 km / h from 2:00 to 7:00, 1 km / h to 10 km / h from 10:00 to 15:00, and 1 km / h to 10 km / h from 18:00 to 23:00 are acquired, and analysis is performed to determine that throughput deteriorates when traveling at 10 km / h at 16:00 every day for 10 days. In this case, the prediction unit 171 predicts that throughput will deteriorate if traveling at 10 km / h at a future time today at 16:00, given that the current time today is 14:00 and the current speed is 5 km / h.

[0136] Next, the operation management server 100 displays the predicted data for other times and other speeds (S332). As in the third embodiment, the display unit 180 displays the quality log data for the predicted future times and speeds on the operation management screen. The display unit 180 may display the quality log data for the predicted future times and speeds on the operation management screen along with the quality log data for the current speed. For example, if the quality log data for the current time of 9:00 and the current speed of 5 km / h is displayed, and if it is predicted that the throughput will deteriorate at a speed of 10 km / h at a future time of 10:00, an icon or the like is displayed to indicate that the throughput will deteriorate at 10 km / h at 10:00.

[0137] Fig. 32 is a display example in which this modification is applied to Fig. 25 of embodiment 3. Fig. 32 shows an example in which quality log data of the current speed and quality log data of the predicted future speed are displayed on the operation management screen 400.

[0138] As in embodiment 3, the display unit 180 displays, on the reception power map screen 410, a reception power map included in the quality log data for the current time (e.g., 10:00) and current speed (e.g., 5 km / h), and locations where communication quality has deteriorated along the movement route of the terminal device 200, and also displays, on the reception power graph screen 440, a graph showing the relationship between the movement route of the terminal device 200 and the reception power at the current time (e.g., 10:00) and current speed (e.g., 5 km / h), and locations where communication quality has deteriorated along the movement route.

[0139] For example, if the operator selects degradation time prediction and degradation rate prediction using the prediction selection checkbox 460, the prediction unit 171 predicts the time and rate at which communication quality will deteriorate from the quality log data of the time and rate series. In this example, the prediction unit 171 predicts that the delay time will increase at 10 km / h between 12:00 and 13:00. As in the third embodiment, the display unit 180 displays an icon indicating the predicted deterioration of communication quality at the location where the deterioration of communication quality is predicted, as well as the time and rate at which the deterioration is predicted. Also, as in the third embodiment, an icon indicating the predicted deterioration of communication quality is displayed on the received power graph screen 440 at the location where the deterioration of communication quality is predicted.

[0140] As described above, in the third embodiment and the first and second variations of the third embodiment, communication quality at other times and other speeds is predicted from quality log data at the current and past times and speeds. For example, the time and speed at which communication quality will deteriorate are predicted, and the deterioration of communication quality at the current and past times and speeds, as well as the deterioration of communication quality at the predicted time and speed, are displayed. This makes it possible to additionally display and understand areas where there is no problem at the specified time and speed, but where deterioration is expected at other times and speeds. By displaying different icons indicating deterioration of communication quality before prediction and deterioration of predicted communication quality, it is possible to grasp at a glance the deterioration of both communication qualities in a single received power map.

[0141] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments and may be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure. For example, in the above-described embodiments, the time and speed at which communication quality will deteriorate along the same travel route are predicted based on quality log data of past times and speeds. However, a travel route, time, and speed at which deterioration will be minimized may be predicted and proposed. For example, a new travel route may be input, and the deterioration status of communication quality along the input travel route may be predicted. A speed at which the impact of fading will be minimized may also be predicted. Since a change in the speed of a terminal device changes the time at which the terminal device passes along the travel route, a change in overall communication quality may be visualized by displaying wireless characteristics that take this change into account. In other words, the effect of a change in one parameter related to communication quality on other parameters may be visualized.
