Abstract
Description
Camera assembly auto-lift device for rotating CCTV cameras and fixed surveillance cameras
[0001] The present invention relates to a device configured to automatically raise and lower a camera assembly (20) equipped with a rotating CCTV camera and one or more fixed surveillance cameras. The present invention relates to a device configured to automatically and safely raise and lower a camera assembly installed at a high position using electric power, and more particularly, to a camera assembly autolift device configured to raise and lower the camera assembly using a rotating screw rotating inside a main support, thereby performing the raising and lowering operation accurately and safely, and to stably perform the raising and lowering operation of the camera assembly even when an external force such as a strong wind is applied during the raising and lowering operation.
[0002] Recently, the demand for CCTV cameras and surveillance cameras for traffic monitoring, crackdown, or traffic information collection, as well as for surveillance of living environments, security surveillance, or industrial site management has increased significantly, and accordingly, the number of CCTV cameras or surveillance cameras installed on roadsides, intersections, residential areas, or industrial sites has increased significantly.
[0003] In addition, as the installation of cameras increases as described above, cameras are increasingly installed in locations that are difficult to maintain or in high locations, making camera maintenance and inspection increasingly difficult, and there is also a growing concern that safety issues may arise for managers in charge of maintenance.
[0004] CCTV cameras or security surveillance cameras are often installed in high locations out of reach of people, in areas where security is required, or in dangerous areas or industrial sites that are difficult for people to access.
[0005] CCTV cameras and surveillance cameras require regular inspections to ensure image clarity and operational status over time. Furthermore, any malfunctions should be promptly inspected or repaired. However, CCTV cameras and surveillance cameras installed in high locations are difficult for managers to access and inspect. Therefore, mobile ladder trucks or other equipment must be used. This is time-consuming and costly, and poses significant risks due to operational hazards, potentially leading to accidents.
[0006] The following are some of the conventional technologies developed to raise and lower CCTV cameras installed in high locations.
[0007] The prior art, domestic patent No. 10-1299121 (registration date: 2013.08.16.) applied for and registered by the present applicant, is for stably maintaining a connection of a terminal (8) installed in a CCTV camera (1), and a main body (10) fixed at the top and a camera (1) that moves up and down at the bottom are provided with male and female sockets (22 or 24) that are electrically connected to each other, so that when the camera (1) rises, the two sockets are connected to each other, and when the camera (1) descends, the connection is released, so that power supply to the camera (1) and transmission of video signals and control signals are cut off.
[0008] Another prior art, Korean Patent No. 10-1737375 (registration date: May 12, 2017) applied for and registered by the present applicant, relates to an autolift device applied to CCTV cameras, etc., wherein an upper socket (400) including an upper connection pin (410) is installed on a housing (100) fixed to the upper portion of the device, and a lower socket (600) including a lower connection pin (610) is installed on a camera assembly (500) that moves up and down at the lower portion of the housing (100). In this invention, when the camera assembly (500) rises and approaches the housing (100), the lower connection pin (610) and the upper connection pin (410) are electrically connected to each other, and when the camera assembly (500) descends, the connection pins are separated from each other.
[0009] Meanwhile, Korean Patent No. 10-0914592 (registration date: 2009.08.21.) relates to an explosion-proof lifting reel with a spark prevention function applicable to a light or a fire detector, and an upper connection terminal (600) and a lower connection terminal (610) are provided that are electrically connected or separated from a main body (100) when an lifting body (200) including a light or a fire detector is raised or lowered, and the upper and lower connection terminals are connected to supply power to a camera or a light equipped on the lifting body (200).
[0010] Another prior art applied for and registered by the present applicant, Korean Patent No. 10-1988170 (registration date: 2019.06.04.), is an invention entitled “CCTV camera autolift device,” which relates to a CCTV camera autolift device including a fixed part fixed to the upper part and a camera assembly that moves up and down, and in particular, to the connection structure of upper and lower sockets, that is, the configuration of connection terminals, which are a means for electrically connecting the fixed part and the camera assembly. In this prior art, the upper and lower sockets are a connection means for supplying power to the CCTV camera and, at the same time, a connection means for transmitting and receiving image data captured by the CCTV camera or control signals for controlling the CCTV camera. The present invention relates to a technology for improving the structure of the contact points of the upper and lower sockets to ensure good connection between these sockets, and also for detecting a poor connection or a disconnected state between the autolift contact points provided in the upper and lower sockets to restore a good connection state of the upper and lower sockets.
[0011] The prior art technologies examined above are related to technologies for lowering and raising cameras or lights, but they had problems such as low accuracy of operation or difficulty in performing the raising and lowering operation stably.
[0012] The present invention relates to an autolift device configured to automatically raise and lower a camera assembly having a rotating CCTV camera and one or more fixed surveillance cameras, and more particularly, to a device configured to enable the raising and lowering operation of the camera assembly to be performed accurately and safely.
[0013] The present invention provides a device that installs a camera assembly at a height of 3 m or more and 20 m or less, which is difficult for a person to reach, and operates the installed camera assembly by manual control by an administrator or remote control using a remote control means, and allows the camera assembly to automatically and safely ascend and descend using a driving means and a power conversion means provided in the device.
[0014] In particular, the present invention provides a camera assembly autolift device that can perform a lifting and lowering operation more accurately than the prior art, and can also maintain a stable state even when subjected to an impact by an external force.
[0015] The present invention is to enable accurate monitoring or safety management using a CCTV camera or surveillance camera by ensuring that the upper and lower connection parts are in close contact with each other when the device is in a normal connection state, thereby stably transmitting image information captured by a CCTV camera or surveillance camera without loss.
[0016] The present invention is to enable a manager or the like to safely perform work on a camera assembly installed at a high location by lowering the camera assembly to a location where maintenance or inspection is easy without having to climb to the high location where the camera is installed to perform the work, and to reduce management costs associated with the use of equipment by enabling work to be easily performed without using separate equipment.

All cameras provided in the present invention are supported by the camera support member (25) and are raised or lowered.
[0097] As illustrated in FIGS. 7, 8, 13 to 15, a power transmission unit (50) is provided inside the front support (61) of the two supporters constituting the main support (60) to operate to raise or lower the camera assembly (20) using the rotational force of the driving motor (71). The power transmission unit (50) includes a rotating screw (51), a power conversion unit (52), a vertical support (53), and multiple pairs of side rollers (54).
[0098] In the present invention, the rear support (62) provided on the rear side (back) of the camera assembly (20) serves to protect the rear side of the main support (60), and also serves to cover the components forming the power transmission unit provided inside the front support (61) so that they are not easily exposed to the outside, and is configured so that a cable (L1) connecting the upper connection part (30) and the control panel (80) is connected using the space formed inside the rear support (62).
[0099] The front support (61) used in the present invention is formed as a rectangular frame as a whole, and a space (hereinafter referred to as a “vertical gap”) is provided in the vertical direction at the rear thereof to allow the connecting part that connects the vertical support (53) and the connecting bracket support part (27) to move linearly up and down. This vertical gap is provided so that the linear motion energy converted by the power conversion part (52) inside the front support (61) is transmitted to the connecting bracket support part (27) through the vertical support part (53), and as a result, the entire camera assembly (20) can be raised or lowered.
[0100] In the power transmission unit (50) of the present invention, a power conversion unit (52) is coupled to the lower end of a vertical support (53), a middle side of the vertical support (53) is coupled to a connecting bracket support (27), and a lower connecting unit (40) is coupled to the upper end of the vertical support (53). That is, the vertical support (53) is coupled to the connecting bracket support (27), and the other side of the connecting bracket support (27) is coupled to the connecting bracket (26), so that when the vertical support (53) is raised and lowered, the connecting bracket support (27) and the connecting bracket (26) are raised and lowered together, and as a result, the entire camera assembly (20) including the CCTV camera (21) and the surveillance cameras (21, 22, 23) are raised and lowered.
[0101] As shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, the power conversion unit (52) and the vertical support (53) are connected by means of bolts and nuts, etc., so that the vertical support (53) is raised and lowered by the up-and-down linear motion energy converted by the power conversion unit (52), and when the vertical support (53) is raised and lowered, the entire camera assembly (20) is raised and lowered.

[0121] FIG. 6 is a drawing showing a state in which a part of the upper cover (11) and the rear part of the front support (61) are cut off, and the configuration of the upper support part (10) provided inside the upper cover (11) is illustrated, and the configuration of the power transmission part (50) provided inside the front support (61) is illustrated.
[0122] Figures 7 and 8 are enlarged views of the upper support portion (10) and the power transmission portion of the present invention to explain their configurations, and show the upper cover (11) and the rear portion of the front support (61) removed.
[0123] The upper support part (10) of the present invention is configured to include a unit bearing (12), a support bracket 1 (13), and a support bracket 2 (14), as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. The unit bearing (12) is configured to support the rotating screw (51) at the uppermost end of the rotating screw (51) and to hold the rotating screw (51) so that it can rotate stably. The support bracket 1 (13) is configured to support the unit bearing (12) coupled to the upper portion thereof, and the support bracket 1 (13) and the support bracket 2 (14) are configured to support the upper connecting part (30) provided therebetween. In addition, the support bracket 2 (14) provided at the lowest end of the upper support part (10) is configured to be coupled to the main support (60) at its lower end.
[0124] The support bracket 2 (14) is also a means for connecting the lower end of the upper support member (10) and the upper end of the main support member (60). That is, the support bracket 2 (14) provided on the upper support member (10) and the upper end of the main support member (60) can be connected to each other using means such as bolts or fastening screws. As illustrated in Fig. 10, the support bracket 2 (14) may be formed as a square-shaped frame, and is configured to be connected at the lower end with the upper ends of the front support member (61) and the rear support member (62).
[0125] FIG. 9 is a more enlarged view showing the configuration of the upper connection part (30) and the lower connection part (40) provided in the present invention. FIG. 9(a) shows the upper connection part (30) and the lower connection part (40) separated from each other, and FIG. 9(b) shows the state in which they are combined.
[0126] As illustrated in Fig. 9, a circular passage is provided in the center of the upper connection part (30) and the lower connection part (40), and a rotating screw (51) is configured to pass through this passage. The upper connection part (30) and the lower connection part (40) are each provided with a connection pin. The number of upper connection pins (31) provided in the upper connection part (30) may vary depending on the number of CCTV cameras and surveillance cameras provided in the camera assembly (20) and may be configured in multiple numbers. The number of lower connection pins (41) provided in the lower connection part (40) is configured to be the same as the number of upper connection pins (31). Power, control signals, and image data for the operation of the CCTV camera (21) and the surveillance cameras (22, 23, 24) are transmitted through the upper and lower connection pins (31, 41).
[0127] As shown in Fig. 9, the upper connecting pin (31) provided in the upper connecting portion (30) has a hemispherical convex portion (32) formed at the lower portion thereof, and a spring is provided inside the upper connecting pin (31) to provide elasticity that allows the hemispherical convex portion (32) to move upward when pressure is applied. The lower connecting pin (41) provided in the lower connecting portion (40) has a hemispherical concave portion (42) formed at the upper portion thereof, and the lower connecting pin (41) is provided in a fixed form.
[0128] The hemispherical convex portion (32) provided on the lower portion of the upper connecting pin (31) and the hemispherical concave portion (42) formed on the upper portion of the lower connecting pin (41) are formed as convex portions or concave portions of the same diameter so that they can be in close contact with each other. In this configured state, when the lower connecting portion (40) rises as shown in Fig. 9(b), the lower connecting pin (41) and the upper connecting pin (31) begin to contact each other, and when the lower connecting portion (40) rises further to the set height, the hemispherical convex portion (32) of the upper connecting pin (31) moves upward by the elasticity of the spring due to the upward force, and as a result, the upper and lower connecting pins (31, 41) are electrically closely connected to each other as shown in Fig. 9(b), and in this connected state, an excellent electrical connection with very low contact resistance is formed between these connecting pins.
[0129] The device of the present invention can be set so that the height at which the lower connection part (40), i.e., the vertical support (53), rises becomes a height at which the upper and lower connection pins (31, 41) are tightly coupled to each other. In this case, when the lower connection part (40) rises to the set position, the operation of the driving motor (71) stops, thereby stopping the rise of the device.
[0130] When the lower connection part (40) is lowered as in Fig. 9(a), the connection between the upper and lower connection pins (31, 41) is separated, and the power supply and transmission / reception of signals and data between the CCTV camera and the surveillance camera and the control panel (80) are all cut off.
[0131] For reference, the upper and lower connection pins (31, 41) applied to the present invention may be identical or similar to the upper connection pins (31, 32) and lower connection pins (41, 42) shown in domestic patent registration No. 10-1988170, which was applied for and registered by the applicant of the present invention.
[0132] Fig. 10 illustrates a shape in which wires and cables (L1) are connected to the upper connection pins (31) of the upper connection part (30). Each connection pin of the upper connection part (30) coupled to the inside of the upper support part (10) is connected to a power supply wire and a wire and cable (L1) for transmitting and receiving signals and image data related to the control and operation of the device, and the wires and cables (L1) described above pass through the internal space of the rear support formed inside the rear support (62) and are connected to the control panel (80) provided inside the lower enclosure (70). For reference, the description and drawings of the present invention use the terms wire and cable or cable (L1, L2), and this term includes the power supply wire connected between the upper connection part (30) and the control panel (80), and the LAN cable used for transmitting and receiving control or command-related signals and image data, etc. The same applies to the wires and cables (L2) described below.
[0133] As illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8, a power transmission unit (50) is provided inside the front support (61). The power transmission unit (50) includes a rotating screw (51), a power conversion unit (52), a vertical support (53), and multiple pairs of side rollers (54). As illustrated in FIG. 7 and elsewhere, the rotating screw (51) having a screw provided on its outer periphery is provided vertically inside the front support (61) so as to rotate in a forward or reverse direction depending on the rotational direction of the driving motor (71).
[0134] The power conversion unit (52) provided in the power transmission unit (50) may be formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape as illustrated in FIGS. 7, 8 and 12 to 15, and is a means for converting the rotational motion of the rotary screw (51) into an up and down linear motion. A screw is formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical shape formed at the center of the power conversion unit (52) to be coupled with the screw of the rotary screw (51), so that when the rotary screw (51) rotates in a forward or reverse direction, the power conversion unit (52) is vertically raised and lowered along the rotary screw (51).
[0135] The vertical support (53) provided in the power transmission unit (50) is provided to be long in the vertical direction as illustrated in FIGS. 7, 8 and 12 to 15, and may be formed in a T-shape. The vertical support (53) is a means for transmitting the up and down linear motion energy converted in the power conversion unit (52) to the connecting bracket support unit (27) of the camera assembly (20). The power conversion unit (52) is coupled to the inner lower part of the vertical support (53), and the connecting bracket support unit (27) is coupled to the outer side of the vertical support (53), so that when the power conversion unit (52) rises or falls, the connecting bracket support unit (27) rises or falls, and as a result, the entire camera assembly (20) rises or falls.
[0136] The vertical support (53) can be formed as a frame made of a metal material such as stainless steel, and must be constructed to be sturdy so that the entire camera assembly (20) can be easily raised and lowered while supporting the connecting bracket (26) and the connecting bracket support (27). In order to connect the vertical support (53) and the connecting bracket support (27) and the vertical support (53) and the power conversion unit (52), a plurality of bolts and nuts or fastening screws can be used as shown in FIGS. 13 to 15.
[0137] In particular, as illustrated in Fig. 15, the vertical support (53) of the present invention may be formed in a T-shape that is vertically extended on the side of the rotating screw (51). The rotating screw (51) is positioned in the internal space of the T-shaped vertical support (53), and a plurality of pairs of side rollers (54) are provided on the left and right sides of the vertical support (53) to support the vertical support (53) in the forward and backward directions and to allow the vertical support (53) to be easily raised and lowered.
[0138] The side rollers (54) provided on the left and right sides of the vertical support (53) may be provided with one pair at the front and two pairs at the rear, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. The one pair of side rollers (54) provided at the front rotates along the inner surface of the front of the front support (61) to support the vertical support (53), and the two pairs of side rollers (54) provided at the rear rotates along the inner surface of the rear of the front support (61) to support the vertical support (53). The devices according to the first, second, and third embodiments of the present invention are configured to have a greater number of side rollers (54) provided at the rear, which is to enable the vertical support (53) to easily support the load of the camera assembly (20). The number of side rollers (54) provided on the vertical support (53) of the present invention is not limited to three pairs as described above, and may be configured to have more side rollers as needed.
[0139] A lower connection part (40) is connected to the uppermost part of the vertical support (53). The lower connection part (40) is configured to be connected to the upper connection part (30), and when the vertical support (53) rises, the lower connection part (40) rises together, and the connection pins of the upper connection part (30) and the lower connection part (40) come into contact and are electrically connected to each other.
[0140] As illustrated in FIGS. 6 to 8 and 11 to 15, the upper side of the vertical support (53) of the present invention is configured to be connected to a connecting bracket support (27) of a camera assembly (20). The connecting bracket support (27) is configured to be coupled with a connecting bracket (26) that extends toward the camera, and when the connecting bracket support (27) is raised or lowered, the entire camera assembly (20) is raised or lowered.
[0141] The connecting bracket support member (27) of the present invention can be formed in a square frame shape that surrounds the four sides of the front support member (61) as shown in FIGS. 12 to 15, and a space (internal space) through which a cable can pass is formed inside the connecting bracket support member (27). As shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, the cable (L2) connected between the lower connecting pin (41) and the wiring hub (28; shown in FIG. 16) is connected to the wiring hub (28) through the internal space of the connecting bracket support member (27) and the internal space of the connecting bracket (26). The cable (L2) connected to the wiring hub (28) is connected to the CCTV camera (21) and the surveillance camera, respectively, through the terminals of the hub. In the description of the present invention, power lines and signal lines connecting the upper and lower connecting parts and the control panel or the wiring hub are referred to as 'wires and cables' or 'cables'.
[0142] FIGS. 10 and 12 illustrate a unit bearing (12), support bracket 1 (13), and support bracket 2 (14) provided in the upper support member (10) of the present invention, and illustrate a shape in which an upper connection member (30) is supported between support bracket 1 (13) and support bracket 2 (14). As shown in these drawings, the upper connection member (30) of the present invention is configured to be supported inside the upper support member (10). As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the upper connection member (30) is provided with a plurality of upper connection pins (31), and each upper connection pin (31) is configured to be connected to a control panel (80). The cable (L1) includes all power lines and signal lines connected from the upper connection pins (31) to the control panel (80). The cable (L1) passes through a space formed inside the rear support member (62) and is connected to the control panel (80).
[0143] The camera assembly autolift device of the present invention, which is configured as described above, is intended to automatically raise and lower a camera assembly (20) installed at a high location that is difficult for a person to easily access, and is configured so that the height of the camera assembly (20) is 3 m or more and 20 m or less when the camera is operating normally, that is, the camera assembly (20) is raised to a set height and the CCTV camera and surveillance camera are operating normally. In order to allow the camera assembly (20) to be raised to such a high location, the device of the present invention must be manufactured so that the height of the main support (60), that is, the front and rear support (61, 62), and the height (length) of the rotating screw (51) are matched to the height of the entire device.
[0144] It is preferable that the device of the present invention only allow the camera assembly (20) to rise to a height of 20 m or less. If necessary, it may be configured to rise higher, but in this case, the main support (60) must be manufactured to match the height, and in particular, the material and diameter of the rotating screw must be set so that the rotating screw does not bend or deform.
[0145] In the main support (60) of the device according to the first, second, and third embodiments of the present invention, the front support (61) and the rear support (62) are formed using a frame having a square shape. The frame having a square shape used here may be formed so that its corners are right angles, but for operational safety, it is preferable to form its corners into a gentle curve. The shape of the curve formed at the corners can be determined within a range that forms a space in which a vertical support provided therein can freely rise and fall.
[0146] As illustrated in FIG. 11 among the drawings attached to the present invention, the front support (61) provided in the present invention is formed as a rectangular frame, and a vertical gap is formed vertically at the rear (rear side) thereof so that the joint of the vertical support (53) and the connecting bracket support (27) can move up and down in a straight line, and the rear support (62) is formed as a rectangular frame whose upper and lower sides are closed. However, a space is formed inside the rear support (62) of the present invention through which a cable (L1) can pass.
[0147] In the present invention, a connecting portion (not indicated by a drawing symbol) provided between the vertical support (53) and the connecting bracket support (27) is for connecting the rear portion of the vertical support (53) and the rear portion of the connecting bracket support (27) to each other, as illustrated in FIGS. 12 to 15. This connecting portion is configured to connect one side of the vertical support (53) and the rear inner frame of the connecting bracket support (27) formed in a rectangular frame shape using a fastening screw or the like.
[0148] In the present invention, the lower case (70) provided at the lowest part of the device is configured to be installed at a certain height. A control panel (80) is provided below the inside of the lower case (70), and a power generation means is provided on the upper part of the control panel (80). The control panel (80) is most frequently used by managers, etc. to operate the device or for inspection or maintenance, etc. Therefore, the present invention can be configured so that the lower surface of the lower case (70) is installed at a certain range of heights from the ground or floor surface so that managers, etc. can easily access and work on the control panel (80). That is, the lower surface of the lower case (70) can be installed at a height of 300 mm to 2,000 mm from the floor surface. If the lower case (70) is installed at a location outside the above range, it may be difficult to easily perform work such as repairs and inspections. Meanwhile, the height of the lower surface of the lower case (70) is preferably installed at a height of 500 mm to 1,500 mm.
[0149] When the lower surface of the control panel (70) is installed at the same height as above, managers and others can safely access the control panel (80) to operate the device or perform maintenance or inspection work without using external means such as a high ladder.
[0150] In addition, when the lower surface of the lower housing (70) of the device of the present invention is installed at the height described above, even if heavy rain occurs in the area where the device is installed and the water level rises, if the water level only rises to below the lower part of the lower housing, the device can operate safely without damage to the device. Therefore, when installing the device of the present invention in an area where a higher-than-normal water level is expected, the lower surface height of the lower housing (70) can be selected within the above range to operate the device more safely.
[0151] Fig. 16 shows the configuration of a wiring hub (28), which is a component of the camera assembly (20) of the present invention and is provided inside the camera support (25). The wiring hub (28) provided in the present invention is provided to operate each CCTV camera and surveillance camera by connecting a cable (L2) including a power line and a LAN cable, etc., connected from the lower connection pin (41) of the lower connection part (40). Each camera (21 to 24) receives power necessary for operation through a LAN cable, etc. branched from the wiring hub (28), and simultaneously receives signals and control commands related to the operation of the camera and operates accordingly. In addition, the image data captured by each camera is transmitted to the control panel (80) through the wiring hub (28).
[0152] The wiring hub (28) provided in the device of the present invention is provided with connectors for transmitting and receiving control signals and image data corresponding to the number of cameras, so that each camera and the wiring hub (28) are connected through these connectors, and the control signals and image data are transmitted and received to the control panel (80) or an external device through a cable (L2) provided to connect between the wiring hub (28) and the control panel (80).

[0161] In the case of the upper support member (10), a coupling means may be provided on one or both sides of the support bracket 2 (14), and in the case of the rear support member (62) and the lower body (70), a coupling means for coupling to an adjacent wall or structure may be provided on one or both sides, and in particular, it is preferable to provide a plurality of coupling means in the upper and lower directions on the lower body (70) to firmly couple the device.
[0162] In the case of the device according to the third embodiment of the present invention, instead of omitting the lower support (90), the upper support (10) or the rear support (62) and the lower body (70) are configured to be coupled to an adjacent wall surface or the side surface of an adjacent structure, and therefore, when the main support (60) is longer than a certain length, for example, longer than 10 m, a coupling means may be provided to couple the rear support (62) to the side surface of an adjacent wall surface or structure at one or more points of the rear support (62).
[0163] In the case of the third embodiment of the present invention, the length (height) of the main support (60) and the height at which the lower part of the lower body (70) is installed can be configured to be the same as in the first and second embodiments, as in the previous embodiments. In addition, the control panel (80) of the third embodiment also includes a transmitter and a receiver, and a wireless communication unit (84) for controlling the raising and lowering operation of the camera assembly (20) from a remote location using a remote control means can be further provided.
[0164] The camera assembly autolift device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is configured so that the main support (60) and the lower support (90) are formed in a cylindrical shape, unlike the embodiments described above.
[0165] As illustrated in FIG. 18, the device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is provided with an upper support member (10) at the top, and a main support member (60), a lower body (70), and a lower support member (90) are sequentially provided below the upper support member, and the camera assembly (20) is configured to be raised and lowered along the side surface of the main support member (60).
[0166] The camera assembly autolift device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is configured to include a main support (60) formed in a cylindrical shape and a lower support (90) formed in a cylindrical shape. That is, the device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is configured in a similar manner to the first embodiment as a whole, but the shapes of the main support (60) and the lower support (90) and the power transmission unit (50) provided inside the main support (60) are configured to be different from the above embodiment.
[0167] The first embodiment of the present invention is different in that the main support (60) is configured as two rectangular frames and the lower support (90) is also configured as a rectangular frame, whereas the fourth embodiment is different in that the main support (60) and the lower support (90) are configured as cylindrical frames. Therefore, the first embodiment described above and the fourth embodiment described herein are different in the shape of the main support (60), and there is also a difference in the configuration of the power transmission unit (50) provided inside the main support (60).
[0168] The main support (60) of the device according to the fourth embodiment is configured to include an outer support (63) formed as a cylindrical frame, and an inner support (64) formed as a small-diameter cylinder provided on one inner side of the outer support (63), and the lower support (90) that supports the entire device under the lower body (70) is also formed in a cylindrical shape. A means such as a power transmission unit (50) is provided inside the cylindrical outer support (63). In the fourth embodiment, the vertical support (53) of the power transmission unit (50) provided inside the cylindrical outer support (63) is configured to be able to move up and down inside the cylindrical outer support (63), and thus is similar to the configuration of the power transmission unit (50) provided in the first embodiment, but there is a difference in the specific configuration.
[0169] Figures 18 to 24 are drawings for explaining in detail the configuration of the fourth embodiment of the present invention. Figure 18 shows the overall configuration of the device according to the fourth embodiment, and Figures 19 and 20 show the upper configuration of the device. Figure 19 shows a state in which the camera assembly (20) provided in the device is raised upward.
[0170] As illustrated in FIGS. 19 and 20, the uppermost portion of the device according to the fourth embodiment is provided with an upper support member (10). The upper support member (10) according to the fourth embodiment can be configured in the same manner as the first, second, and third embodiments, and the lower portion of the support bracket 2 (14) of the upper support member (10) and the upper portion of the cylindrical main support member (60), that is, the upper portions of the external support member (63) and the internal support member (64), are connected.
[0171] As illustrated in Fig. 18, in the fourth embodiment, a lower body (70) is provided on top of a cylindrical lower support (90). The lower body (70) may be configured identically or similarly in all embodiments of the present invention. That is, a control panel (80) and a power generation means may also be provided inside the lower body (70) provided in the fourth embodiment. In the fourth embodiment, there is only a difference in the shape of the main support (60) coupled to the upper portion of the lower body (70) and the lower support (90) coupled to the lower portion thereof, and the internal configuration of the lower body (70) may be configured identically to one of the first, second, and third embodiments.
[0172] As illustrated in FIGS. 21 and 24, the external support (63) of the fourth embodiment is installed vertically at the center of the device, and an internal support (64) having a small diameter is provided on one inner side of the external support (63). The internal support (64) is installed at the frontmost part of the internal side of the external support (63) (in the direction where the camera is installed) so as not to interfere with the raising and lowering operation of the vertical support (53) or the power conversion unit (52), and a cable (L1) connecting the upper connection pin (31) of the upper connection part and the control panel (80) is connected through the inner space of the internal support (64).
[0173] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, the differences between the configuration of the device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention and the first embodiment will be described in more detail.
[0174] Unlike the first, second, and third embodiments, the device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is configured differently from the previous embodiments in that the external support (63) is configured in a cylindrical shape, and thus the power conversion unit (52) that converts the rotational kinetic energy of the rotating screw (51) into linear kinetic energy is configured differently from the previous embodiments, and the configuration of the vertical support (53) coupled with the power conversion unit (52) is also different from the first embodiment.
[0175] As illustrated in FIG. 20, which is an enlarged view showing the upper structure of the device of the present invention, the device according to the fourth embodiment is provided with an upper support part (10) at the uppermost part, and the upper support part (10) is configured to include an upper cover (11), a unit bearing (12), and support brackets 1 and 2 (13 and 14). The upper cover (11) forms the upper surface and the front, rear, left, and right side surfaces of the upper support part (10), and the unit bearing (12), support bracket 1 (13), and support bracket 2 (14) are sequentially provided inside the upper cover (11) from above. Even in this embodiment, the configuration of the upper support part (10) can be the same as in other embodiments.
[0176] As shown in Fig. 20, an upper connecting portion (30) is provided inside the upper support portion (10), that is, between the support brackets 1 and 2 (13 and 14). The upper connecting portion (30) applied to this embodiment is configured in a form corresponding to the lower connecting portion (40) illustrated in Fig. 24, and is configured so that when the lower connecting portion rises, the connecting pin (41) of the lower connecting portion (40) and the connecting pin (31) of the upper connecting portion (30) are each made to accurately contact each other. The structures of the upper and lower connecting pins used in this embodiment may be the same as those of the connecting pins used in the previous embodiments.
[0177] Meanwhile, Fig. 20 illustrates a limit switch (33) and a limit switch connection portion (43). The limit switch (33) is provided on one side of the upper connection portion (30), and the limit switch connection portion (43) is provided on one side of the lower connection portion (40), and is provided at a position corresponding to the limit switch (33), so that the upward movement of the device can be controlled through these. That is, when the driving motor (71) operates and the camera assembly (20) rises, the lower connection portion (40) also rises upward, and the limit switch connection portion (43) provided on one side of the lower connection portion (40) rises together. When the camera assembly (20) rises further and the limit switch connection portion (4443) comes into contact with the limit switch (33), the upward movement of the device can be configured to stop. The limit switch (33) and the limit switch connection portion (43) are provided in the fourth embodiment of the present invention, and are not provided in the first, second, and third embodiments. However, if necessary, the limit switch (33) and the limit switch connection portion (43) may also be provided in the first, second, and third embodiments.
[0178] The cylindrical external support (63) provided in the device according to the fourth embodiment is a means for supporting all components provided on the upper part of the lower body (70), and the camera assembly (20) is also supported by the external support (63) and moves up and down along the external support (63).
[0179] The camera assembly (20) used in the fourth embodiment can be configured almost identically to the first, second, and third embodiments. However, in the case of this embodiment, the shape of the connecting bracket support (27) coupled with the vertical support (53) is configured as a cylindrical shape, unlike the previous embodiments. That is, in the first, second, and third embodiments, the connecting bracket support (27) is configured as a frame having a square edge shape that surrounds a square-shaped front support (61) as shown in FIGS. 12 to 15, whereas the connecting bracket support (27; 27-1, 27-2) used in the fourth embodiment is configured as a frame having a circular edge shape that surrounds a cylindrical outer support (63) as shown in FIGS. 21, 22, and 24.
[0180] In the fourth embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 18 to 20 and 24, the external support (63) is formed as a cylindrical frame as a whole, and a gap (vertical gap) having a certain width is formed vertically up and down on the rear side (back) thereof. The vertical gap formed vertically is to enable the joint that connects the vertical support (53) and the connecting bracket support (27) to move linearly up and down. Due to the vertical gap, the linear motion energy converted in the power conversion unit (52) is transmitted to the connecting bracket support (27) through the vertical support (53), thereby enabling the entire camera assembly (20) to rise or fall.
[0181] The connecting bracket support (27) used in this embodiment is composed of a frame having a circular frame shape that surrounds the external support (63), and may be composed of an inner frame (27-1) provided inside the frame and coupled with the connecting bracket (26), and an outer frame (27-2) that forms a cover that surrounds the outside of the inner frame.
[0182] As illustrated in FIGS. 19 to 23, a power transmission unit (50) is provided inside the external support (63). The power transmission unit (50) is configured to include a rotating screw (51), two power conversion units (52), a vertical support (53), and two rear rollers (56).
[0183] FIGS. 21 to 23 are drawings for explaining the configuration of the power conversion unit (52), the vertical support (53), and the connecting bracket support (27). FIG. 21 illustrates the rear side of the resin support stand (53), FIG. 22 illustrates the front side of the resin support stand (53), and FIG. 23 illustrates the front and rear sides of the resin support stand (53) in detail. The front side or front used herein refers to the direction in which the camera is installed with the main support as the center, and the opposite direction is referred to as the rear side or back.
[0184] As illustrated in Figures 21 to 23, a vertical support (53) is provided on the side of the rotating screw (51), but is provided in a vertical direction while being parallel to the rotating screw (51), and may be formed as a frame in the shape of the letter T. The rotating screw (51) and the power conversion unit (52) are provided in the internal space of the vertical support (53) formed in the shape of the letter T.
[0185] In the device according to this embodiment, two power conversion units (52) are provided in the power transmission unit (50). The power conversion units (52) are a means for converting the rotational kinetic energy of the rotating screw (51) into up and down linear kinetic energy, and are respectively coupled to vertical supports (53) inside the external support (63) of the device. A screw is formed on the inner side of the center of each power conversion unit (52) to be coupled with the outer screw of the rotating screw (51), and the rotating screw (51) is configured to rotate within the center of the power conversion unit (52). In this configured state, when the driving motor (71) rotates to rotate the rotating screw (51) in a forward or reverse direction, the power conversion unit (52) vertically rises or falls along the rotating screw (51). The power conversion unit (52) configured as in Figs. 22 and 23 can move freely up and down inside the cylindrical external support (63).
[0186] As shown in Fig. 23, power conversion units (52) are respectively coupled to the upper and lower portions of the vertical support (53), and the rear side of the vertical support (53) is coupled to a connecting bracket support (27). The power conversion unit (52) is raised or lowered by the up-and-down linear motion energy converted in the power conversion unit (52). When the power conversion unit (52) is raised or lowered, the vertical support (53) coupled to the power conversion unit (52) is raised or lowered, and the connecting bracket support (27) coupled to the vertical support (53) is raised or lowered, and as a result, the camera assembly, i.e., the entire camera provided in the device is raised or lowered.
[0187] The vertical support (53) can be solidly constructed of a metal material or the like to support the connecting bracket support (27) and the connecting bracket (26) and to allow them to be easily raised and lowered. The vertical support (53) and the connecting bracket support (27; 27-1, 27-2) and the vertical support (53) and the power conversion unit (52) can be connected using bolts and nuts or fastening screws.
[0188] A rear roller (56) is provided on the upper and lower sides of the rear side of the vertical support (53). The rear roller (56) is provided to enable the vertical support (53) to be easily raised and lowered, and one rear roller may be provided on each of the upper and lower sides of the vertical support (53).
[0189] The rear roller (56) provided on the upper and lower rear sides of the vertical support (53) may be provided as shown in Figs. 19 to 23. The rear roller (56) provided in the present invention is a means for safely performing an up-and-down operation while the vertical support (53) is raised or lowered, and is raised and lowered along a vertical gap provided on the rear side of the external support (63).
[0190] The vertical support (53) provided in the fourth embodiment moves up and down inside the outer circumference (63) while being coupled with the connecting bracket support (27). The vertical support (53) used in this embodiment can rotate left or right depending on the rotational direction of the rotating screw (51). In the fourth embodiment, a rear roller (56) is provided as a means to prevent the vertical support (53) from rotating left and right.
[0191] In the device of the present invention, the camera assembly (20) is configured to include one rotating CCTV camera and one or more fixed surveillance cameras, and is configured to include a connecting bracket (26), so that when the camera assembly (20) is raised and lowered, a considerable load is applied to the vertical support (53). In the first, second, and third embodiments, a plurality of pairs of side rollers (54) are provided on the left and right sides of the vertical support (53), so that the vertical support (53) is configured to bear the load of the camera assembly (20) through one power conversion unit (52) and the plurality of pairs of side rollers.
[0192] Unlike the first, second, and third embodiments, the fourth embodiment is provided with two power conversion units (52) configured as illustrated in FIGS. 21 to 23. That is, the fourth embodiment is provided with two power conversion units (52) inside the external support (63), and the power conversion units (52) are configured to be coupled with the vertical support (53) at the upper and lower sides of the vertical support (53), respectively, so that the vertical support (53) can perform an up-and-down motion while withstanding the load of the camera assembly (20).
[0193] Meanwhile, in the fourth embodiment configured as above, the joint of the vertical support (53) and the connecting bracket support (27) moves up and down along the vertical gap of the outer circumference (63), and there is a concern that the joint may rotate to the left or right inside the vertical gap depending on the rotation direction of the rotating screw (51). That is, when the rotation direction of the rotating screw (51) is reversed, the vertical support (53) changes its direction of movement and rises or falls, and at this time, the joint of the vertical support (53) and the connecting bracket support (27) rotates in the opposite direction within the range of the vertical gap so as to come into contact with the end on the opposite side of the vertical gap of the outer support (63). That is, in the fourth embodiment, if a separate means is not provided for the vertical support (53), the joint portion of the vertical support (53) and the connecting bracket support portion (27) rotates within a limited range to the left or right inside the vertical gap each time the direction of elevation of the device changes, and a problem occurs in which the device rises or falls while coming into contact with one of the ends of the vertical gap on either side, and there is a risk that noise may be generated during the elevation operation due to the contact or the ends of the vertical gap may be worn out due to friction.
[0194] In the fourth embodiment, a joint (not indicated by a drawing symbol) provided between the vertical support (53) and the connecting bracket support (27) is for connecting the rear portion of the vertical support (53) and the rear portion of the connecting bracket support (27) to each other, as shown in FIGS. 21 and 22. This joint is configured to connect one side of the vertical support (53) and the rear inner frame (27-1) of the connecting bracket support (27) formed in a circular frame shape using a fastening screw or the like.
[0195] In the fourth embodiment, in order to solve the problem of the joint portion of the vertical support (53) and the connecting bracket support portion (27) rotating as described above to rise or fall while coming into contact with one of the left and right ends of the vertical gap, rear rollers (56) are provided on the upper and lower portions of the rear side of the vertical support (53). As illustrated in FIGS. 21 to 24, the rear rollers (56) provided in the present invention are provided on the upper and lower portions of the joint portion, respectively, and are provided one above and one below the connecting bracket support portion (27-1), respectively, so as to rise or fall along the vertical gap.
[0196] The diameter of the rear roller (56) provided in the present invention is configured to be longer than the left-right length of the above-mentioned joint, and at the same time smaller than the left-right spacing of the above-mentioned vertical gap.
[0197] That is, the diameter of the rear roller (56) provided in the present invention must be formed smaller than the left-right spacing of the vertical gap, and specifically, the diameter of the rear roller (56) must be formed smaller than the left-right spacing of the vertical gap in the range of 0.1 mm to 5 mm. More preferably, the range is 0.1 mm to 1 mm, and most preferably, it is 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm. That is, the left-right spacing of the vertical gap must be formed larger than the diameter of the rear roller (56) by the above range.
[0198] When the diameter of the rear roller (56) is formed to be in the above range, the rear roller (56) rotates while contacting one of the left or right ends of the vertical gap when descending, and rotates while contacting the opposite end when ascending. When the rear roller (56) operates in this manner, the vertical support (53) rotates only within an extremely small range to the left or right, thereby enabling the device to stably perform the ascending and descending operations.
[0199] The reason why the diameter of the rear roller (56) is formed within the above range is to limit the left and right rotation of the vertical support (53) within the above range, thereby allowing the entire camera assembly (20) to rotate within an extremely limited range so that the surveillance operation of the camera is not hindered. That is, the present invention allows the rear roller (56) and the vertical support (53) to rotate left and right only within the above range, thereby allowing the camera assembly (20) to operate stably.
[0200] In the device according to the fourth embodiment, the configuration of the lower body (70), the camera assembly (20), and the upper and lower connecting portions (30, 40), etc., are the same as in the first, second, and third embodiments, and the difference described above occurs depending on the configuration caused by the main support (60) being formed in a cylindrical shape. That is, in the case of the first, second, and third embodiments, the front support (61) of the main support (60) is formed as a square frame, so the upper and lower connecting portions (30, 40) and the vertical support (53) provided inside it are formed to match the internal shape thereof, and in the case of the fourth embodiment, the outer support (63) of the main support (60) is formed as a cylindrical frame, so the upper and lower connecting portions (30, 40) and the vertical support (53) provided inside it are formed to match the internal cylindrical shape thereof.
[0201] Meanwhile, in the device according to the fourth embodiment, a cylindrical inner support (64) having a small diameter is provided inside a cylindrical outer support (63). The inner support (64) has a configuration corresponding to the rear support (62) in the first, second, and third embodiments, and may be provided as illustrated in FIGS. 21 and 24.
[0202] The inner support (64) provided in the fourth embodiment is provided inside the outer support (63), unlike the rear support (62) of the first, second, and third embodiments, and is formed to have a relatively smaller cross-sectional area and diameter than the front support (62). The rear support (62) provided in the first, second, and third embodiments is configured in a rectangular frame shape to protect the rear side of the device while sharing some of the load of the device and also to allow a cable (L1) to pass through its internal space. The inner support (64) provided in the fourth embodiment is configured in a cylindrical shape, is provided on one inner side of the outer support (63), shares some of the load of the device, and is configured to allow a cable (L1) to pass through a space formed inside it.
[0203] Even in the fourth embodiment, a lower connection part (40) is connected to the uppermost part of the vertical support (53).
