Description

[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] Jewelry container receptacle

[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The invention, as the title of this specification indicates, is a jewelry container. This is an innovation that, within current techniques, offers previously unknown advantages.

[0005] TECHNICAL SECTOR

[0006] The present invention falls within the sector of manufacturing containers for holding jewelry, and containers or boxes used for delivering gifts.

[0007] STATE OF THE ART

[0008] The present invention arises because the presentation or packaging of jewelry itself has not undergone major changes or innovations.

[0009] This is because the approach to presentation and packaging has always been very conservative.

[0010] Currently, the existence of any jewel container receptacle that has structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal to or similar to those described in this specification, as claimed, is unknown.

[0011] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0012] The object of the present invention is the creation of a jewel container receptacle, which provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.

[0013] This invention solves the problem of traditional jewelry presentation by providing a fake-looking box that creates a unique and surprising gift-giving experience. The carefully crafted box simulates the appearance of an electronics box, such as Bluetooth headphones, but its contents are actually valuable and attractive jewelry. The goal of this ingenious creation is to surprise the recipient by presenting the jewelry in unexpected packaging, adding an element of intrigue and excitement to the gift-giving experience.

[0014] For this purpose, the jewelry container receptacle comprises a box with a hinged lid that has a magnetic closure with the box.

[0015] Inside the box there is a moldable body configured to house the jewel.

[0016] The exterior of the box and the hinged lid will have an aesthetic similar to the boxes that house wireless headphones. This way, the person receiving the box will have the impression that they're receiving a pair of headphones, when in reality, the box contains a piece of jewelry.

[0017] EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES

[0018] To complete the description being made and in order to help better understand the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by some figures in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following have been represented.

[0019] Figure 1 is a perspective view of the hinged lid box without the pad.

[0020] Figure 2 is a perspective view of the box with a hinged lid, with the pad and the actual contents.

[0021] Figure 3 is a perspective view of the outer box.

[0022] Figure 4 is a perspective view of the sliding tray.

[0023] Figure 5 is a perspective view of the sliding tray inside the outer box.

[0024] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.

[0025] The jewelry container receptacle comprises a box (1) with a hinged lid (2) that has a magnetic closure (3) with the body of the box (1). The interior of the box (1) has a moldable body (1 .2) configured to house the jewelry (A), with the exterior of the box (1) and the hinged lid (2) having an aesthetic similar to the boxes that house wireless headphones.

[0026] In a preferred embodiment, the moldable body (1.2) has a housing with a shape complementary to the jewel (A) to be housed. The moldable body (1.2) will be made of a soft material that will not damage the jewel.

[0027] Preferably, the hinged lid (2) has a quadrangular shape, with an upper base (2.1) and three adjacent flaps (2.2) that determine an internal space (2.3) to cover the part of the jewel (A) that protrudes from the box (1).

[0028] Typically, the hinged lid (2) will be attached to the box (1) by hinged means (2.4).

[0029] The magnetic closure (3) will comprise magnets incorporated into the wall of the box (1) and into the wall of the lid (2), thus being as integrated as possible with the box and the lid, and so that the whole does not lose its aesthetics.

[0030] In a preferred embodiment, the external part of the flip cover (2) and the box (1) include printed motifs (4) such as letters, figures or logos (5) that imitate the appearance of a wireless headphone box.

[0031] The box (1 ) may have at least one light source (6) powered by a rechargeable battery through a USB (7) type C charging port. The light source (6) may be located at the bottom of the box (1 ), so that it does not dazzle when the user opens the lid. In fact, the light source (6) may have an element that allows the light to be filtered, so that it reaches the user's eyes more diffusely, such as frosted glass.

[0032] In one embodiment, the case (1) may have LED indicators configured to indicate the charging status of the rechargeable battery. This helps simulate that the case (1) contains headphones.

[0033] Furthermore, the receptacle may comprise an external box (8) configured to contain the box (1) with a hinged lid (2). The external box (8) will be rectangular in shape with two open side ends (8.1) configured to take out and insert a sliding tray (9) housed in said external box (8) where the box (1) is arranged.

[0034] Generally, the sliding tray (9) will have a rectangular shape with contiguous faces (9.1) joined to a front surface (9.2) with compartments (9.3) that house the box (1) with a folding lid (2).

[0035] In one embodiment, a fold-out panel, the first end of which is attached to the inside of the hinged lid (2) and the other end is attached to the part of the box (1) where the jewel is housed, the fold-out panel being configured to display a message. Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to explain it further so that any expert in the field understands its scope and the advantages derived from it, noting that, within its essentiality, it may be put into practice in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection that is sought as long as its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
