[0025] The education support system 21 presents information about the educational tasks planned in the education plan management system 20 to the worker via the display unit 43. Furthermore, the education support system 21 generates information about the progress of the educational tasks and information about the educational tasks (educational task data) by receiving work record information about the educational tasks input by the worker via the input unit 44. The education support system 21 then outputs the generated educational task data about the educational tasks to the work record database 18.
[0026] Next, an overview of the functions of the skill management system 10 will be described with reference to FIG. 2 . FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of an example functionally illustrating a skill management system according to this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 2 , in the skill management system 10, the work plan management system 15 acquires information about requested maintenance work when there is an aircraft for which maintenance work is available. The work plan management system 15 also acquires information about resources associated with the requested maintenance work from the BOM system 17. The work plan management system 15 then acquires the sufficiency level of the resources associated with the requested maintenance work based on information about the progress of the maintenance work acquired by the work support system 16. The work plan management system 15 provides the acquired information about the requested maintenance work, the information about the resources associated with the requested maintenance work, and the sufficiency level of the resources as resource information.
[0027] In addition, when the required maintenance work is selected and confirmed, the work plan management system 15 outputs resource information associated with the selected maintenance work to the work support system 16 as work request data for the required maintenance work.
[0028] When the work support system 16 acquires work request data from the work plan management system 15, it supports the maintenance work based on the work request data. The work support system 16 presents the work procedure for the maintenance work to the worker via the display unit 33. The work support system 16 also outputs actual work data input by the worker to the work record database 18. The actual work data also includes know-how information input by the worker. Furthermore, the work support system 16 outputs work progress based on the work record input by the worker to the work plan management system 15.
[0029] The work plan management system 15 manages the progress of the selected maintenance work based on information on the progress of the maintenance work acquired by the work support system 16 .
[0030] The work analysis system 19 acquires actual work data from the work record database 18 and calculates the average value of the work time for maintenance work based on the actual work data. The work analysis system 19 also compares the average maintenance work time with the work time of the worker, and if the worker's work time is long, notifies the worker or manager via the display unit 53.
[0031] In the skill management system 10, when carrying out training work for a worker, the training plan management system 20 acquires information on resources associated with the required training work from the BOM system 17. Then, the training plan management system 20 acquires the degree of sufficiency of the resources associated with the required training work based on information on the progress of the training work acquired by the training support system 21. The training plan management system 20 provides the acquired information on the training work, information on the resources associated with the training work, and the degree of sufficiency of the resources as resource information.
[0032] Furthermore, when an educational task is selected and confirmed, the educational plan management system 20 outputs resource information associated with the selected educational task to the educational support system 21 as task request data for the educational task.
[0033] When the education support system 21 acquires the work request data from the education plan management system 20, it supports the education work based on the work request data. The education support system 21 presents the work procedure for the education work to the worker via the display unit 43. The education support system 21 also outputs the education work data input by the worker to the work record database 18. The education work data also includes know-how information input by the worker. Furthermore, the education support system 21 outputs the work progress based on the work record input by the worker to the education plan management system 20.
[0034] The training plan management system 20 manages the progress of the selected maintenance work based on information on the progress of the maintenance work acquired by the training support system 21 .
[0035] Once the actual work data and training work data are registered in the work record database 18, the work analysis system 19 can use the actual work data and training work data to manage skills based on the actual work and training work. Skill management can be performed, for example, using the data processing shown in Figures 3 and 4. This is because the actual work data and training work data have the same data format except for the flag that identifies the data type.
[0036] Fig. 3 is a flowchart relating to the skill management system according to this embodiment. Fig. 4 is a diagram of a screen displayed on the display unit of the skill management system. Figs. 3 and 4 show data processing as an example of skill management based on actual work and training work.
[0037] 3, the control unit 51 of the work analysis system 19 acquires the actual work data and training work data registered in the work record database 18 (step S1). Next, the control unit 51 calculates the average time for the entire maintenance work and the average time for each individual worker based on the actual work data (step S2). The control unit 51 then displays the calculation results on the display unit 53 (step S3), thereby completing the process. In this way, the work analysis system 19 provides information on the worker's skills to the worker or manager.
[0038] In addition, in Figure 3, if the average actual work time of an individual worker is longer than the average time of the entire maintenance work by a predetermined amount of time, the control unit 51 may notify the training plan management system 20 that training is required.
[0039] The control unit 51 of the work analysis system 19 also uses the actual work data and training work data registered in the work record database 18 to display the data shown in Fig. 4. As shown in Fig. 4, the control unit 51 displays the work time for a given maintenance task in chronological order based on the actual work data and training work data. In Fig. 4, the work time based on the actual work data of each worker (open bars) and the work time based on the training work data (hatched bars) are arranged in chronological order. This makes it possible to manage whether the worker's skills have improved before and after training.
[0040] In this embodiment, work time is used as skill data, but this is not particularly limited, and other indices may be used to evaluate the skill of a worker. In this embodiment, the control unit 51 of the work analysis system 19 performs skill management, but this may be performed by another system, and is not particularly limited. Furthermore, the control unit 51 may display the number of tasks performed by a worker based on the skill data on the display unit 53, based on the actual work data.
[0041] As described above, the skill management system 10 according to the present embodiment can be understood, for example, as follows.
[0042] The skill management system 10 of the first aspect is a skill management system that manages the skills of workers, and includes an actual work database DB1 that records actual work data, which is data on actual work acquired by the worker performing the work, an educational work database DB2 that records educational work data, which is data on educational work acquired by the worker performing the work, and a control unit 51 that executes processing based on the actual work data and the educational work data, and the actual work data and the educational work data include a flag that identifies whether they are the actual work data or the educational work data, and skill data that indicates the skill of the worker and is associated with the flag.
[0043] This configuration makes it possible to evaluate a worker's skills using actual work data and training work data. Therefore, it is possible to determine whether training is necessary or not based on the actual work time, and to evaluate whether there is an improvement in the actual work before and after training. It is also possible to evaluate whether a worker's skills in the actual work are skills that the worker has acquired through training, as evidence of training for the actual work. From the above, it is possible to appropriately manage a worker's skills based on the worker's actual work and the training given to the worker.
[0044] As a second aspect, in the skill management system 10 according to the first aspect, the skill data is a work time required for a work.
[0045] According to this configuration, an index that can be easily obtained can be used as an index for evaluating the skill of a worker.
[0046] As a third aspect, in the skill management system 10 relating to the second aspect, the control unit 51 acquires the average time of the work, and if the work time of the actual work data is longer than the average time by a predetermined amount, issues a notification that training is required.
[0047] According to this configuration, workers who need training can be encouraged to receive training.
[0048] As a fourth aspect, in the skill management system 10 relating to any one of the first to third aspects, a display unit 53 is further provided that displays a screen based on the skill data, and the control unit displays the change over time in the skill of the worker based on the skill data.
[0049] According to this configuration, it is possible to grasp the change over time in skills including actual work and training work, and therefore it is possible to evaluate whether the training is effective or not.
[0050] As a fifth aspect, in the skill management system 10 according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the control unit 51 displays the number of tasks performed by the worker based on the skill data.
[0051] According to this configuration, it is possible to grasp the worker's level of skill based on the number of times the worker has performed the task.
[0052] As a sixth aspect, in a skill management system 10 relating to any one of the first to fifth aspects, the control unit (education plan management system 20) acquires the degree of resource sufficiency required for the training task, and presents the training task that can be performed based on the degree of resource sufficiency to the worker so that the worker can select from the selected training task.
[0053] According to this configuration, it is possible to select whether or not to provide education based on the degree of resource sufficiency.
