[0039] According to these features, the seal blocking the container body is broken simply by lowering the push-pull stopper, allowing the contents of the container body to be discharged to the outside through the stopper.

[0040] This eliminates the inconvenience of having to remove the sealing material that prevents the contents of the container body from leaking out after removing the stopper from the container body, thereby improving user convenience.

[0041] In addition, since there is no need to remove the stopper from the main body of the container to drink the contents of the main body of the container, a user such as a young child can directly remove the seal attached to the main body of the container using the push-pull stopper.

[0042] Therefore, since users, such as young children, can directly operate the push-pull stopper to drink the contents themselves, it can stimulate the interest of users and greatly improve the convenience of guardians.

[0048] FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a container having a protective cap positioned on a push-pull stopper according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0049] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0050] When describing the present invention, if it is determined that adding specific descriptions of technologies or structures already known in the relevant field may obscure the gist of the present invention, some of these will be omitted from the detailed description. Furthermore, the terms used in this specification are intended to appropriately describe embodiments of the present invention and may vary depending on the relevant individuals or practices in the relevant field. Therefore, the definitions of these terms should be based on the contents throughout this specification.

[0051] The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing specific embodiments only and is not intended to limit the present invention. As used herein, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" include plural forms as well, unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. The word "comprising," as used herein, specifies a particular feature, region, integer, step, operation, element, and / or component, but does not exclude the presence or addition of other specific features, regions, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, and / or groups.

[0052] Referring to the attached drawings, a push-pull stopper and a container having the same according to one embodiment of the present invention are described.

[0053] First, the container of the present example may have a container body (200) that is connected to the cap (100) through the bottle neck (202) and has a screw thread (2021) positioned on the outer side (e.g., the outer surface) of the cap (100), as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5.

[0054] In this example, there may be a space inside the container body (200) where the contents are located, and the bottle neck (202) may be mainly located at the upper part of the container body (200), and may be a part of the container body (200) that is combined with the stopper (100), and may be a part for combining with the stopper (100).

[0055] In this example, the stopper (100) may be a push-pull stopper, and may be coupled to the bottle neck (201) of the container body (200) to prevent the contents contained inside the container body (200) from leaking out through the inlet of the container body (200).

[0056] At this time, the stopper (100) can be connected to the bottleneck (202) of the container body (200) by screw connection, and in this case, the stopper (100) can be closed or opened depending on the rotation direction.

[0057] Accordingly, a screw thread (1121) for coupling with a screw thread (2021) of the container body (200) may also be provided on the portion of the stopper (100) facing the bottleneck (202) of the container body (200).

[0058] Such a plug (100) may have a lower cap (10) and an upper cap (20) positioned above the lower cap (10).

[0059] First, the lower cap (10) may have a screw thread (1121) that is coupled with the bottle neck (202) of the container body (200), and may be screw-coupled with the container body (200) using the screw thread (1121).

[0060] The lower cap (10) of this example may be made of one material, for example, a synthetic resin such as plastic.

[0061] The lower cap (10) of this example may be provided with a container body insertion portion (11) into which a corresponding part of the container body (200), for example, a bottle neck portion (202), etc., is inserted and positioned, a contents leakage prevention wall (12) that can protrude upward from the upper portion of the container body insertion portion (11), and a joining portion (13) that can protrude outward from the upper portion of the container body insertion portion (11) and is positioned apart from the contents leakage prevention wall (12).

[0062] As already described, the container body insertion part (11) can be positioned so that the corresponding part of the container body (200) inserted into the inside of the lower cap (10) is inserted, and the inlet of the container body (200), for example, the inlet of the bottle neck (202), can be positioned so that it is sealed by the container body insertion part (11).

[0063] This container body insertion portion (11) may have an upper surface (111), a first side surface (112a) extending downward from the upper surface (111), and a second side surface (112b) connected to the first side surface (112a).

[0064] The upper surface (111) may have a circular flat shape and may have a different thickness depending on the location.

[0065] For example, the thickness of the central portion (111a) of the upper surface (111) may be thinner than the thickness of the edge portion (111b) surrounding the central portion (111a).

[0066] At this time, the center part (111a) can be positioned to face the entrance of the container body (200), so that the contents of the container body (200) inserted into the container body insertion part (11) in a state that the user does not want can be prevented from leaking out to the outside through the open entrance.

[0067] Accordingly, the center portion (111a) of the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion portion (11) can act as a sealing portion that prevents the contents from leaking upward through the open inlet of the container body (200).

[0068] Accordingly, it can be said that the upper part of the container body insertion part (11) is composed of a sealing part (111a) and an upper surface (111b) that completely surrounds the sealing part (111a).

[0069] The edge portion (111b) of the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion portion (11) may have different thicknesses depending on the location.

[0070] The first side (112a) of the container body insertion portion (11) can extend downward from the edge of the upper surface having a circular flat shape.

[0071] The second side (112b) of the container body insertion portion (11) can extend from one part of the first side (112a) in a direction parallel to the installation surface (e.g., horizontal direction) and then extend downward again.

[0072] Accordingly, the second side (112b) of the container body insertion portion (11) can be divided into a flat portion extending in the horizontal direction and a vertical portion extending in the vertical direction.

[0073] At this time, the second side (112b) of the container body insertion portion (11) may further include a contact portion (1122) extending downward from the inner surface of the flat portion.

[0074] This sealing portion (1122) may have a wall shape having a circular flat shape, and may be in close contact with the outer surface of the adjacent bottle neck portion (202), thereby improving the sealing force between the stopper (100) and the container body (200), thereby increasing the sealing force of the stopper (100).

[0075] Accordingly, a separation space (S10) having a width proportional to the horizontally extended length may exist between the first side (112a) and the second side (112b) of the container body insertion portion (11), and the bottleneck (202) of the container body (200) may be inserted into this separation space (S10) to perform a coupling operation with the stopper (100).

[0076] At this time, in order to improve the sealing operation with the bottleneck (202) of the container body (200) inserted into this separation space (S10), a protrusion (P112a) protruding outward, i.e., toward the bottleneck (202) of the inserted container body (200), may be positioned at the end of the first side (112a). Accordingly, due to this protrusion (P112a), the end of the first side (112a) can be brought into closer contact with the inner surface of the inserted bottleneck (202), thereby preventing the contents contained in the container body (200) from leaking outward.

[0077] That is, after the container body (200) is inserted into the gap space (S10) between the first side (112a) and the second side (112b) through the lower part of the open container body insertion portion (11), the insertion operation of the container body (200) can be performed until it comes into contact with the inner surface of the upper end of the gap space (S10), that is, the portion of the second side (112b) extending in the horizontal direction.

[0078] Due to this, the open portion of the container body (200), i.e., the entrance of the container body (200), can be blocked and sealed by the first side (112a) and the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion portion (11), so that the contents located inside the container body (200) can be prevented from leaking out by the first side (112a) and the upper surface (111) having the sealing portion (111a). In an alternative example, at least one of the sealing portion (1122) and the protrusion portion (P112a) can be omitted.

[0079] The width (D11) of the space surrounded by the first side (112a) of the container body insertion portion (11) may be narrower than the width (D12) surrounded by the second side (112b), so that the bottle neck (202) of the container body (200) is inserted into the empty space (S10) surrounded by the second side (112b) as described above, so that a screw connection between the cap (100) and the container body (200) can be achieved.

[0080] In addition, the extension length of the second side (112b) of the container body insertion portion (11) may be longer than the extension length of the first side (112a), and the extension length of the second side (112b) may be determined according to the length of the bottleneck (202) of the container body (200).

[0081] A screw thread (1121) may be positioned on the inner surface of the second side (112b) of the container body insertion portion (11), so that the container body (200) inserted into the space and the second side (112b) can be joined, so that the stopper (100) of the present example can be fastened to the container body (200) by screwing.

[0082] The size or shape of the container body insertion part (11) may be changed depending on the size or shape of the container body (200) inserted into it.

[0083] The contents leakage prevention wall (12) may protrude upward from the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion portion (11), and may have a circular dam shape with an open upper portion.

[0084] Accordingly, the contents leakage prevention wall (12) may have a lower part blocked by the outer surface of the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion part (11), an upper part open, and a central part having an empty space.

[0085] This content leakage prevention wall (12) can be positioned to be spaced outward from the end of the central portion of the container body insertion portion (11), i.e., the end of the sealing portion (111a), so that the sealing portion (111a) of the container body insertion portion (11) can be surrounded by the content leakage prevention wall (12).

[0086] At this time, the edge portion (111b) of the upper surface (111) surrounded by the contents leakage prevention wall (12) may have a thickness thicker than not only the sealing portion (111a) but also other edge portions (111b). Due to this increase in height, contents leaked through the sealing portion (111a) when the sealing portion (111a) is damaged can be more effectively prevented from leaking to the outside.

[0087] This contents leakage prevention wall (12) is intended to stably position the contents of the container body (200) located at the bottom and prevent them from unintentionally leaking out.

[0088] For example, if the sealing portion (111a) located in the center of the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion portion (11) is damaged due to an unintentional downward movement of the upper cap (20), the contents of the container body (200) may pass through the damaged sealing portion (111a) and flow into the space surrounded by the contents leakage prevention wall (12).

[0089] In this case, the contents flowing into the inner space of the contents leakage prevention wall (12) are trapped by the contents leakage prevention wall (12) having a dam shape, so that the contents can be prevented from flowing into other parts.

[0090] Therefore, if the lowered upper cap (20) is not raised again, the contents can be safely maintained in the space within the contents leakage prevention wall (12).

[0091] The connecting portion (13) may be positioned slightly further outward than the contents leakage prevention wall (12) on the upper surface of the container body insert portion (11) and may be spaced apart from the contents leakage prevention wall (12), and may also be positioned to extend upward.

[0092] This joint (13) may have a circular planar shape and may have a wall shape with an empty space in the middle. At this time, based on the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion part (11), the space where the container body (200) is located, which is surrounded by the first side (112a) and the second side (112b) of the container body insertion part (11), may be referred to as the lower space (S11) of the lower cap (10), and the empty space surrounded by the joint (13) may be referred to as the upper space (S12) of the lower cap (10).

[0093] At this time, the upper space (S12) may include not only the empty space surrounded by the joint (13), but also other empty spaces included in the empty space surrounded by the joint (13), such as the empty space surrounded by the sealing portion (222) and the empty space surrounded by the crushing portion (223).

[0094] These lower space (S11) and upper space (S12) may be spaces that are separated from each other until the seal (111a) is broken.

[0095] The connecting portion (13) can be connected to the upper cap (20) located at the top, and can enable movement of the upper cap (20) in the up-and-down direction.

[0096] The extension length of this joint (13) can be much longer than the extension length of the content leakage prevention wall (12), so that the surrounding structures such as the content leakage prevention wall (12) that is coupled to the joint (13) and moves in the upper and lower directions can be prevented from interfering with the movement of the upper cap (20).

[0097] The connecting portion (13) may be provided with two protrusions (P11, P12) positioned at the upper portion and spaced apart from each other in the height direction, and a plurality of protrusions (13) positioned spaced apart from each other on the outer surface of the connecting portion (13).

[0098] Each protrusion (P11, P12) may protrude outwardly from the joint portion (13) and may have a circular band shape that is connected without interruption along the circumference of the joint portion (13).

[0099] At this time, the protrusion (P11) can be positioned at the top of the joint (13), and the protrusion (P12) can be positioned downwardly spaced apart from the protrusion (P11) by a set distance.

[0100] The protrusion (P11) stably maintains the combined state of the upper cap (20) and the lower cap (10), thereby preventing the upper cap (20) from being unintentionally removed from or lost from the lower cap (10).

[0101] The protrusion (P12) can allow the user to recognize the lowering state of the upper cap (20) when the upper cap (20) is lowered, thereby allowing the user to know that the lowering operation of the upper cap (20) is being performed normally.

[0102] A plurality of protrusions (P13) protrude outward from the outer surface of the connecting portion (13), as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and can be spaced apart along the circumference of the circular connecting portion (13) by a predetermined distance.

[0103] Each protrusion (P13) extends in a straight line along the height direction of the joint (13) and can extend from the bottom of the protrusion (P11) to the end of the joint (13).

[0104] Accordingly, the protrusion (P12) located at the bottom of the protrusion (P11) can intersect with the protrusion (P13) at each corresponding portion, and at this time, the intersection angle can be vertical.

[0105] These protrusions (13) can prevent the vertical movement position of the upper cap (20) from changing when the upper cap (20) moves in the vertical direction.

[0106] Below, the upper cap (20) is described.

[0107] As already described, the upper cap (20) is connected to the connecting portion (13) of the lower cap (10) and can move up and down along the connecting portion (13), and by this descending movement, the sealing state of the sealing portion of the container body insertion portion (11) is broken, thereby allowing the user to drink the contents contained in the container body (200).

[0108] This upper cap (20) may also be made of a synthetic resin such as plastic, and may be made of the same material as the lower cap (10) or may be made of different materials.

[0109] At this time, the upper cap (20) and the lower cap (10) may have elasticity, so that the external shape may be deformed by a physical force applied from the outside, and may be restored to the initial state when the physical force is removed.

[0110] This upper cap (20) may be provided with an outer plug part (21), an inner plug part (22) surrounded by the outer plug part (21), and a connecting part (23) connecting the outer plug part (21) and the inner plug part (22).

[0111] The outer plug (21) may have a donut shape having a circular flat shape with a circular empty space in the middle.

[0112] Accordingly, the outer plug (21) may have an upper surface (211) having a donut-shaped flat shape with a central empty space, an outer surface (e.g., a first side surface) (212a) located at the outer end of the upper surface (211) and extending downward, and an inner surface (e.g., a second side surface) (212b) located at the inner end of the upper surface (211) and extending downward.

[0113] Since the outer side (212a) and the inner side (212b) extend downward along the outer end and the inner end of the circular upper side (211), respectively, the outer side (212a) and the inner side (212b) can be positioned spaced apart from each other by approximately the width (W21) of the upper side (211), and each can have a circular wall shape.

[0114] Accordingly, an insertion hole (H21), which is a space having a circular plane shape, can be positioned between the outer surface (212a) and the inner surface (212b). The connecting portion (13) of the lower cap (10) can be inserted into this insertion hole (H21), so that the upper cap (20) can move up and down along the connecting portion (13) of the inserted lower cap (10).

[0115] Accordingly, the length of this insertion hole (H21) can be determined according to the length of the joint (13) inserted therein.

[0116] At this time, the downward descent lengths of the outer surface (212a) and the inner surface (212b) may be different from each other, and for example, the descent length of the outer surface (212a) may be longer than the descent length of the inner surface (212b).

[0117] At this time, the descending length of the outer surface (212a) can be determined according to the length of the connecting portion (13) inserted into the insertion hole (H21).

[0118] The end of the outer surface (212a) may be provided with a plurality of projections (P21) protruding inward. Each projection (P21) may be spaced apart from each other by a set interval along the extension direction of the end of the circular outer surface (212a), i.e., along the circumference of the end of the outer surface (212a).

[0119] These multiple protrusions (P21) enable the connection with the lower cap (10) to be stably maintained and enable the user to recognize the lowering motion of the upper cap (20).

[0120] That is, the protrusion (P11) can be combined with the first protrusion (P11) located on the outside of the joint (13), thereby preventing the upper cap (20) from being unintentionally removed or lost from the lower cap (10).

[0121] In addition, when the upper cap (20) descends, the protrusion (P21) can perform a descending motion by overlapping with the second protrusion (P12) and then passing over this protrusion (P12). Accordingly, the user can perceive, through the sense of touch or the like, the state in which the protrusion (P21) and the second protrusion (P12) overlap each other when the upper cap (20) descends and the feeling when the protrusion (P21) passes over the protrusion (P12), thereby being able to know that the descending motion of the upper cap (20) is being performed normally.

[0122] The initial positions of the plurality of protrusions (P21) positioned on the outer surface (212a) of the upper cap (20) may be between the protrusions (P11) and (P12) positioned on the joint portion (13). In addition, some of the plurality of protrusions (P21) may be combined with each protrusion (P13) extending in the height direction (i.e., vertical direction) positioned on the joint portion (13) of the lower cap (10), that is, each protrusion (P13) may be inserted between adjacent protrusions (P21) so that the vertical movement position may be fixed.

[0123] Due to the combination of these protrusions (P12, P21), the position of the upper cap (20) can be prevented from changing when the upper cap (20) moves in the up-and-down direction.

[0124] The inner surface (212b) of the outer plug (21) can be positioned to contact the connecting portion (13) of the lower cap (10), and when the upper cap (20) moves up and down, the inner surface (212b) can move up and down along the inner surface of the connecting portion (13).

[0125] The inner plug (22) can be located in a space surrounded by the inner surface (212b) of the outer plug (21), and thus, the inner plug (22) is surrounded by the inner surface (212b) of the outer plug (21).

[0126] This inner plug (22) may have an upper surface (221) having a circular flat shape, a sealing portion (222) having a circular wall shape with the upper surface (221) positioned on the outside, and a crushing portion (223) located in an empty space surrounded by the sealing portion (222).

[0127] The height of the upper surface (221) of the inner plug part (22) may be lower than the height of the upper surface (211) of the outer plug part (21).

[0128] Accordingly, the inner plug (22) can be positioned in a sunken shape downward within the space surrounded by the outer plug (21).

[0129] The sealing portion (222) may have a circular wall shape extending downwards by a set length from the inner surface of the upper surface (221).

[0130] The sealing member (222) can be bonded to the inner surface of the contents leakage prevention wall (12) of the lower cap (10) when the upper cap (20) is lowered.

[0131] While the sealing portion (111a) is being broken by the crushing portion (223), the contents of the container body (200) may leak out of the lower cap (10) through the broken sealing portion (111a).

[0132] However, by the close bonding of the sealing portion (222) and the contents leakage prevention wall (12), a sealed space surrounded by the upper surface, the sealing portion (222) and the crushing portion (223) can be formed, and contents leaked into this sealed space can be prevented from leaking out.

[0133] This sealing portion (222) can be in close contact with the contents leakage prevention wall (12) of the lower cap (10) and seal the contents leakage prevention wall (12) to the outside. Therefore, a double sealing structure is formed by the sealing portion (222) and the contents leakage prevention wall (12), so that external leakage of the contents contained therein can be further prevented.

[0134] At this time, in order to ensure a stable sealing operation with the contents leakage prevention wall (12) and to secure a space for the contents to be leaked, the extension length of the sealing portion (222) may be longer than the protruding length of the contents leakage prevention wall (12).

[0135] The crushing portion (223) can be positioned apart from the contact portion (222) on the inner surface of the upper surface (221) and can extend downward by a set length.

[0136] This crushing portion (223) may be located slightly further inward than the contact portion (222), and is surrounded by the contact portion (222). In addition, the crushing portion (223) may be extended longer than the contact portion (222), and thus may have a longer extension length than the contact portion (222).

[0137] The end of this shredding section (223) may have a shape that is not parallel to the installation surface but is inclined diagonally, and thus may be positioned at different heights depending on the location. As a result, the end of the shredding section (223) may have a sharp shape that becomes increasingly sharp as it descends along the inclined surface, thereby facilitating the breaking action of the sealing section located at the bottom.

[0138] This crushing section (223) may also have a circular flat shape with a hollow space in the middle, and the crushing section (223) may be positioned to face the sealing section (111a) of the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion section (11) located below it. For example, the end of the crushing section (223) may be positioned to face the edge of the sealing section (111a).

[0139] Accordingly, when the upper cap (20) moves downward, the crushing portion (223) can also move toward the sealing portion (111a) facing downward, and the crushing portion (223) breaks the edge of the sealing portion (111a) so that a part of the crushing portion (223) can fall off from the upper surface of the container body insertion portion (11).

[0140] That is, when the crushing unit (223) is lowered, the part of the end of the crushing unit (223) that has the longest downward movement of the crushing unit (223), that is, the part (e.g., the lowest part) (LP1) located closest to the sealing unit (111a) located at the bottom, can come into contact with the sealing unit (111a) first compared to another part, for example, the part (e.g., the highest part) (SP1) facing the lowest part (LP1) on the opposite side, and the part of the sealing unit (111a) that is in contact with it can be broken first by the continued downward movement. In this state, when the downward movement of the crushing unit (223) continues, the corresponding parts of the sealing unit can be broken in order by the parts that are located in descending order of height adjacent to the lowest part (LP1) of the crushing unit (223).

[0141] At this time, the upper cap (20) may be lowered until the inner surface of the upper film (211) in contact with the insertion port (H21) of the upper cap (20) comes into contact with the joint (13), thereby performing a breaking operation of the sealing portion (111a).

[0142] In this example, when the lowering motion of the upper cap (20) is completed and the crushing unit (223) is positioned at the lowest height, the lowest portion (LP1) of the crushing unit (223) may be positioned adjacent to or in contact with the surface of the sealing unit (111a), but may not damage the sealing unit (111a). Accordingly, the portion of the sealing unit (111a) facing the lowest portion (LP1) may remain connected to the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion unit (11) without being damaged. Accordingly, the sealing unit (111a) partially damaged by the lowering motion of the crushing unit (223) remains attached to the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion unit (11), thereby preventing inconvenience caused by the sealing unit (111a) when drinking the contents.

[0143] At this time, by the engagement action of the plurality of protrusions (P21) located on the outer surface (212a) of the upper cap (20) and the respective protrusions (13) located at the joint portion (13) of the lower cap (10), the movement position of the upper cap (20) does not change when the upper cap (20) moves in the up-and-down direction, and movement in the up-and-down direction can be performed from the initially determined position.

[0144] Due to this, the positions of the lowest part (LP1) and the highest part (SP1) of the crushing part (223) do not change even when the upper cap (20) moves in the up-and-down direction, so that the sealing part (111a) facing the highest part (SP1) can be attached to the edge part (111b) of the upper surface (111) without being damaged by the crushing part (223) even when the upper cap (20) moves in the up-and-down direction.

[0145] The connecting portion (23) may be a portion that connects the outer plug portion (21) and the inner plug portion (22) of the upper cap (20), and may have a belt shape.

[0146] As already described, a height difference may occur between the upper surface (211) of the outer plug portion (21) of the upper cap (20) and the upper surface (221) of the inner plug portion (22), so the connecting portion (23) may be connected between the inner surface (212b) of the outer plug portion (21) and the outer surface of the upper surface (221) of the inner plug portion (22).

[0147] Accordingly, one side of each connecting portion (23) can be positioned connected to the inner surface (212b) of the outer plug portion (21), and the other side of each connecting portion (23) can be positioned connected to the upper surface (221) of the inner plug portion (22).

[0148] Due to this, the connecting portion (23) does not protrude outside the upper cap (20), preventing the user from experiencing any inconvenience due to the connecting portion (23).

[0149] In addition, due to the structure of the connecting portion (23) having a belt shape, there may be a part of the outer plug portion (21) and the inner plug portion (22) of the upper cap (20) where the connecting portion (23) is not positioned and thus not blocked by the connecting portion (23). Accordingly, as illustrated in FIG. 2, an empty space (H23) may exist between the outer plug portion (21) and the inner plug portion (22) of the upper cap (20) where the connecting portion (23) is not positioned, and since the contents of the container body (200) may leak out through this empty space (H23), this empty space (H23) may be a space for leaking contents.

[0150] The process of breaking a seal using the plug (100) of this example having this structure is described with reference to FIG. 6.

[0151] First, as shown in (a) of Fig. 6, when combined with the container body (200), the initial state of the plug (100) of the present example is such that the protrusion (P21) is combined directly below the protrusion (P11), so that the two protrusions (P21, P11) can be positioned to contact each other.

[0152] In this initial state, the upper cap (20) can be positioned to be spaced apart from the lower cap (10) in an upward direction, and thus, the crushing portion (223) can be positioned to be spaced apart from the sealing portion (111a) by a set distance.

[0153] In the initial state of (a) of Fig. 6, when the upper cap (20) is lowered by a force applied from the outside, the upper cap (20) can be lowered along the joint (13), and by this lowering motion of the upper cap (20), the crushing part (223) located in the inner plug part (22) of the upper cap (20) can also be lowered.

[0154] Accordingly, starting from the portion of the sealing portion (111a) that is in contact with the lowest portion (LP1) of the crushing portion (223), the sealing portion (111a) is gradually broken, and the connection with the edge portion (111b) of the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion portion (11) may be severed [see (b) of FIG. 6].

[0155] This breaking action of the sealing portion can continue until the crushing portion (223) is lowered to the lowest height, and when the crushing portion (223) is lowered to the lowest height, the sealing portion (111a) facing the uppermost portion (SP1) of the crushing portion (223) can remain connected to the edge portion (111b) of the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion portion (11) without the breaking action occurring [(c) of FIG. 6].

[0156] When the crushing section (223) is lowered to the lowest height, the end of the contact section (222) can be lowered until it comes into contact with the upper surface (111) of the container body insertion section (11), so that it can be positioned in close contact with the corresponding surface (e.g., inner surface) of the content leakage prevention wall (12) that is in contact with it. As a result, the contact section (222) can be in close contact with the content leakage prevention wall (12) to completely block the open upper portion, thereby forming a sealed space formed along the outer surface of the crushing section (223).

[0157] When the breaking operation of the sealing portion (111a) is completed by the lowering operation of the upper cap (20), the upper cap (20) can again perform an upward movement.

[0158] The inner space of the container body (200) located in the container body insertion portion (11) through the broken sealing portion (111a) by the rising motion of the upper cap (20) can be maintained in a state of being connected to the upper space (S12) of the lower cap (10) surrounded by the joining portion (13).

[0159] Due to this, the contents inside the container body (200) can pass through the broken sealing portion (111a) and move toward the upper space (S12) of the lower cap (10), and can flow out through the contents flow out space (H23), which is the empty space between the outer plug portion (21) and the inner plug portion (22) of the upper cap (20). Therefore, in this state, the user can drink the contents of the container body (200) by lifting the lower portion of the container body (200) upward [Fig. 6 (c)].

[0160] As shown in Fig. 7, a protective cap (300) may be additionally positioned on the push-pull stopper (100) of the present example. In this case, the push-pull stopper (100) may additionally be provided with a protective cap (300).

[0161] In this way, when the protective cap (200) is positioned, damage or contamination of the push-pull plug (200) can be prevented, and also, cases where the upper cap (20) moves downward unintentionally due to external impact, etc. and the sealing portion (111a) is damaged can be prevented.

[0162] When the protective cap (300) is positioned, the user can drink the contents contained inside the container body (200) by removing the protective cap (300) and then operating the push-pull stopper (100).

[0163] The technical features disclosed in each embodiment of the present invention are not limited to that embodiment, and, unless they are mutually incompatible, the technical features disclosed in each embodiment may be combined and applied to different embodiments.

[0164] The embodiments of the present invention have been described above. The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and the accompanying drawings, and various modifications and variations are possible within the scope of those skilled in the art. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be defined not only by the claims of this specification but also by equivalents thereof.
