All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of this disclosure are within the scope of protection of this disclosure.

[0044] The terms "first," "second," etc., used in this disclosure and in the claims are used to distinguish similar objects and not to describe a specific order or sequence. It should be understood that such terms can be used interchangeably where appropriate so that embodiments of this disclosure can be implemented in orders other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the objects distinguished by "first," "second," etc., are generally of the same class and the number of objects is not limited; for example, a first object can be one or more. Furthermore, in the specification and claims, "and / or" indicates at least one of the connected objects, and the character " / " generally indicates that the preceding and following objects are in an "or" relationship.

[0045] The message display method, message display device, electronic device, and readable storage medium provided in this disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to Figures 1 to 18, through specific embodiments and application scenarios.

[0046] This disclosure provides a message display method. Figure 1 shows one of the flowcharts of the message display method provided in this disclosure. As shown in Figure 1, the message display method includes:

[0047] Step 102: Display a first identifier and a first display control on the message display interface. The first display control is used to display the first message. The first identifier includes the first associated information of the first user who published the first message.

[0048] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the message display interface is used to display received messages. The first user is the user who posted the first message. The message display interface displays a first identifier and a corresponding first display control. The first identifier includes the first user's first associated information, and the first display control is used to display the first message. The first message is a broadcast message, a shout message, etc., posted by the first user.

[0049] It should be noted that there can be multiple first identifiers, and the number of first display controls is less than or equal to the number of first identifiers. Each first display control corresponds to one first identifier. The first display control can be displayed at an associated position of the first identifier, such as within a preset range from the center of the first identifier, or where the first identifier and the first display control overlap.

[0050] For example, the first message may include text information, image information, emoticon information, etc.

[0051] For example, the first associated information includes the first user's avatar, the first user's name, etc., and the first associated information can be used to determine the first user's identification information.

[0052] Step 104: Receive a first trigger operation on the first display control or the first identifier;

[0053] It should be noted that the first trigger operation can be a single click, double click, long press, or other gesture operation, and no specific limitation is made here.

[0054] Step 106: In response to the first trigger operation, display the content display interface. The content display interface is used to display the first media content stream, which includes the first message.

[0055] In this embodiment of the disclosure, after performing a first trigger operation on a first display control or a first identifier, a content display interface is displayed, and a first message is displayed in the content display interface. The content display interface is used to display the first media content stream corresponding to the first message. When there are multiple first users, the first media content stream includes multiple first messages sent by multiple first users.

[0056] For example, there are multiple first users, and multiple first identifiers corresponding to the multiple first users are displayed in the message display interface. When multiple first users send a first message, the corresponding first message is displayed in the first display control corresponding to each first identifier. When a first user does not send a first message, the first display control corresponding to that first user displays blank content.

[0057] Figure 2 shows one of the schematic diagrams of a message display interface provided in some embodiments of this disclosure. As shown in Figure 2, the message display interface displays a message list 202, a first identifier 204, and a first display control 206. The first identifier 204 is displayed above the message list 202, and the first display control 206 can be in a bubble style, appearing near the corresponding first identifier 204. When a user clicks the first display control 206, it triggers the display of a content display interface, where the first message is displayed.

[0058] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the first message sent by the first user can be displayed in the message display interface through the first identifier and the corresponding first display control. The user can jump to the content display interface corresponding to the first media content stream by performing a first trigger operation on the first identifier or the first display control. The first message in the first media content stream can be displayed in the content display interface, so that the first message can not only be displayed in the message display interface, but also in the first media content stream of the content display interface, thereby improving the display effect of the first message.

[0059] In some embodiments of this disclosure, in response to a first triggering operation, a content display interface is displayed, including:

[0060] The first message is displayed on the content display interface;

[0061] Receive the second trigger operation on the content display interface;

[0062] In response to the second triggering operation, the first media content is displayed, which is the media content in the first media content stream excluding the first message.

[0063] In this embodiment, the content display interface is used to display a first media content stream. When the content display interface is displayed in response to a first trigger operation, the first message in the first media content stream is displayed on the content display interface. The second trigger operation is used to trigger an update of the media content displayed on the content display interface. Since the content display interface is used to display the first media content stream, the first media content stream includes not only the first message but also other media content. Upon receiving the second trigger operation, the media content in the first media content stream is switched for display. It should be noted that the first media content is the media content in the first media content stream that is adjacent to the media content including the currently displayed first message.

[0064] For example, the first media content stream includes multiple first messages sent by multiple first users, and the second triggering operation is a sliding input operation. The sliding input operation can switch to other first messages displayed in the first media content stream that are adjacent to the currently displayed first message. That is, the first media content can be other first messages.

[0065] Figure 3 illustrates one of the schematic diagrams of a content display interface provided in some embodiments of this disclosure. As shown in Figure 3, the content display interface displays first text content 302, a first avatar icon 304 corresponding to the first text content 302, and first time information 306. When a user performs an upward swipe operation on the content display interface, second text content 308, a second avatar icon 310 corresponding to the second text content 308, and second time information 312 are displayed. The upward swipe operation is a second trigger operation; the first text content 302 is the first message displayed before the second trigger operation is performed, and the second text content 308 is the first message displayed after the second trigger operation is performed.

[0066] In this embodiment of the disclosure, a first message can be displayed in the media content interface, and the user can trigger other media content in the first media content stream by performing a second trigger operation on the media content interface, so that the user can switch to view other media content in the first media content stream while viewing the first message in the media content interface.

[0067] In some embodiments of this disclosure, in response to a first triggering operation, a content display interface is displayed, including:

[0068] The content display interface shows the first related information and the first time information, where the first time information is associated with the time when the first message was published.

[0069] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the first associated information includes the user identification information of the first user, such as the user's avatar, user name, etc. The first time information is the time at which the first message was published. For example, the first time information includes the time of publication, or the time information between the current time and the time of publication.

[0070] As shown in Figure 3, the first avatar icon 304 is the first associated information, and the first time information 306 is displayed below the user's avatar image.

[0071] In this embodiment of the disclosure, by displaying first association information and first time information in the content display interface, the user can view the user association information of the first user who sent the first message, as well as the sending time information of the first message, so that the user can fully understand the relevant information of the first message.

[0072] In some embodiments of this disclosure, displaying the first media content includes: updating first association information to third association information and updating first time information to second time information, wherein the third association information is the association information of the second user who published the first media content, and the second time information is associated with the time of publication of the first media content.

[0073] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the media content in the first media content stream includes not only the first message, but also the first associated information and the first time information corresponding to the first message. When the user performs the second trigger operation, the content display interface updates and displays the first media content. The first media content includes other message-type content or other types of content. Based on the updated content, the second time information and the third associated information are determined, wherein the second time information and the third associated information are the associated information and time information corresponding to other message-type content or other types of content.

[0074] As shown in Figure 3, the first text content 302 is the first message displayed before the user performs the second trigger operation, and the second text content 308 is the first message displayed after the user performs the second trigger operation. The first time information 306 is the time information for publishing the first text content 302, and the first avatar icon 304 is the avatar icon of the user who published the first text content 302. The second time information 312 is the time information for publishing the second text content 308, and the second avatar icon 310 is the avatar icon of the user who published the first text content 308.

[0075] In this embodiment of the disclosure, when the first message is displayed in the content display interface, the first time information of the first message and the first association information of the first user who published the first message are displayed. After the user performs a second trigger operation to make the content display interface display the updated first media content, the first association information and the first time information in the content display interface are updated accordingly to the third association information and the second time information corresponding to the first media content, thereby realizing timely updates of relevant information in the content display interface.

[0076] In some embodiments of this disclosure, in response to a first triggering operation, a content display interface is displayed, including:

[0077] The content display interface shows the first input control, which is used to trigger the sending of the second message, which is associated with the first message.

[0078] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the first input control is used to trigger the sending of a second message to the first user, that is, the first input control can be used to reply to the first message with a corresponding second message. For example, the second message is sent to the first user in the form of an instant messaging message, a notification message, or a comment message.

[0079] For example, the first input control includes an input box, a virtual keyboard, and a send button. The user can edit the desired second message in the input box using the virtual keyboard, and then send the edited second message by clicking the send button.

[0080] For example, the first input control includes a like button, which allows a user to send like information as a second message to the first user by clicking the like button.

[0081] As shown in Figure 3, an input box 314 and a "like" button 316 are displayed below the first text content. Clicking the input box 314 invokes the virtual keyboard, allowing users to edit messages within the input box and send the edited message as a second message. Clicking the "like" button 316 directly sends a "like" message. The input box 314 and the "like" button 316 constitute the primary input controls in the content display interface.

[0082] As shown in Figure 3, the content display interface also displays an aggregation interface control 318. Users can jump to the aggregation interface by clicking the aggregation interface control 318. The aggregation interface can display multiple media contents in the first media content stream, such as displaying thumbnails of multiple media contents.

[0083] In this implementation, a first input control is also displayed on the content display interface. The first input control can be used to conveniently trigger a second message to reply to the first message, making it convenient for users to reply to messages while browsing the first media content stream.

[0084] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the second message is sent to the first user via the target session interface.

[0085] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the target session interface is an instant messaging interface with the first user, and the second message is an instant messaging message transmitted through the target session interface.

[0086] Figure 4 illustrates a schematic diagram of the content display interface and target session interface provided in some embodiments of this disclosure. As shown in Figure 4, the content display interface 402 displays a first message 404, a user avatar icon 406, an input box 408, a send button 410, and a like button. After the user edits and obtains a second message 414 in the input box, clicking the send button 410 will send the second message 414 to the target session interface 412 between the current user and user 1. The target session interface displays the user avatar icon 406 and the second message 414 sent to that user. For example, when the second message 414 is sent to the target session, it can be displayed on the target session interface in a style that references the first message.

[0087] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the second message is sent to the first user as an instant messaging message, enabling the user to conveniently switch to the instant chat interface to engage in instant chat with the first user while browsing the content browsing interface.

[0088] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the message display method further includes:

[0089] Receive a third trigger operation on the first identifier or the first display control;

[0090] In response to the third trigger operation, the first target interface is displayed on the message display interface. The first target interface includes a second input control, which is used to trigger the sending of a second message. The second message is associated with the first message.

[0091] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the third triggering operation is used to trigger the display of a first target interface in the message display interface. The first target interface displays a second input control for sending a second message, which can be used to send a second message to the first user. Since the first target interface is displayed within the message display interface, the user can conveniently reply to the first message without needing to switch interfaces.

[0092] It should be noted that the third trigger operation can be a trigger operation on the first identifier or the first display control. For example, the third trigger operation can be a click on the first identifier, or a long press on the first display control.

[0093] For example, the first target interface can be a target session pop-up, which is a pop-up window for having a chat session with the first user.

[0094] Figure 5 shows a second schematic diagram of a message display interface provided in some embodiments of this disclosure. As shown in Figure 5, the message display interface displays a first identifier 502 and a first display control 504. When the user clicks the first identifier 502 or long-presses the first display control 504, a target conversation pop-up window 506 pops up at the bottom of the message display interface. The target conversation pop-up window 506 displays an input box 508, a send button 510, and a like button 512. The second message to be sent can be edited through the input box 508, and the edited second message can be sent to the first user by clicking the send button 510. By clicking the like button 512, the like message is sent to the first user as the second message. The target conversation pop-up window 506 can be hidden after the second message is sent to the first user. The target conversation pop-up window 506 is the first target interface, and the input box 508, send button 510, and like button 512 are the second input controls.

[0095] In this embodiment of the disclosure, by displaying a first target interface including a second input control within the content display interface, the user can reply to the displayed first message through the second input control, further reducing the operation steps required for the user to reply to the message.

[0096] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the first identifier includes a first status identifier;

[0097] If the first message has been read or a second message associated with the first message has been sent, update the first status identifier in the first identifier.

[0098] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the first status identifier is used to display the processing status of the first message sent by the first user. For example, when the current user has viewed the first message, it is determined that the first message has been read, and the first status identifier is updated; or, when a second message is sent to the first user, it is determined that the first message has been replied to, that is, the processing status of the first message has changed, and the first status identifier is updated accordingly.

[0099] For example, the first status indicator can be a fixed shape and style indicator. As the processing status of the first message changes, the color of the first status indicator changes, thereby indicating the processing status of the first message to the user. For example, the first status indicator can be a color ring that surrounds the avatar icon. When the first message is in an unprocessed state, the color ring is red, and when the first message is in a completed state, the color ring is green.

[0100] For example, the first status identifier can be a fixed color identifier, and the style of the first status identifier changes as the processing status of the first message changes.

[0101] Figure 6 shows a third schematic diagram of a message display interface provided in some embodiments of this disclosure. As shown in Figure 6, the message display interface displays a first identifier 602 and a first display control 604. The first identifier 602 includes a user avatar icon 6022 displayed in the identifier content, and a color ring identifier 6024 displayed around the user avatar icon 6022. As the processing state of the first message in the first display control 604 changes, the display color of the color ring identifier 6024 changes. The user avatar icon 6022 represents first associated information, and the color ring identifier 6024 represents a first status identifier.

[0102] In this embodiment of the disclosure, by displaying a first status identifier in a first identifier, the user can view the first status identifier to determine the processing status of the first message, and after sending the second message associated with the first message, the first status identifier is updated in a timely manner, so that the user can understand the processing status of the first message in real time.

[0103] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the message display method further includes: hiding the first display control when the display duration of the first display control reaches a duration threshold.

[0104] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the duration threshold is the longest duration that the same first message can be displayed by the preset first display control. After the display duration of the first display control reaches the duration threshold, it is determined that the first message has expired, and then the first display control is hidden, that is, the first message is no longer displayed.

[0105] Figure 7 shows a fourth schematic diagram of a message display interface provided in some embodiments of this disclosure. As shown in Figure 7, the message display interface displays two first identifiers 702 and two first display controls 704. After the duration of the first message displayed in the first display control 704 corresponding to the second-order first identifier 702 reaches 72 hours, the first display control 704 is canceled from display.

[0106] It should be noted that when the content display interface includes multiple primary display controls, the display duration of the first message in each of the multiple primary display controls is calculated separately.

[0107] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the display duration of the first display control is timed, and the display of the first display control is canceled when the display duration reaches the duration threshold, so as to avoid displaying the first message that has lost its timeliness for a long time, thereby making the content display interface more concise.

[0108] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the content display interface displays a second identifier and a second display control, the second display control being used to display a first message;

[0109] The display styles of the second identifier and the second display control are matched with the display styles of the first identifier and the first display control.

[0110] In this embodiment of the disclosure, a second identifier and a second display control are displayed in the content display interface. The display style of the second identifier is the same as that of the first identifier, and the display style of the second display control is the same as that of the first display control.

[0111] Figure 8 illustrates a schematic diagram of a message display interface and a content display interface provided in some embodiments of this disclosure. As shown in Figure 8, the message display interface 802 displays a message list 804, a first identifier 806, and a first display control 808. The user clicks on the first identifier 804 to trigger a jump to the content display interface 810, which displays a second identifier 812, a second display control 814, time information 816, and a reply button 818. The first identifier 806 and the second identifier 812 have the same identifier style, and the first display control 808 and the second display control 814 have the same control style, for example, both being bubble styles. Furthermore, the first message displayed in the first display control 808 and the second display control 814 is also the same.

[0112] In this embodiment of the disclosure, since the content display interface needs to display the first associated information and the first message of the first user, the display effect of the first message is improved by setting the style of the second identifier and the second display control displayed in the content display interface to be the same as that of the first identifier and the second display control displayed in the message display interface.

[0113] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the background color of the content display interface matches the identifier color of the first identifier.

[0114] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the background color of the content display interface is matched with the color of the first identifier. After the content display interface is displayed, the first identifier is sampled using a color sampling algorithm, and the background color of the content display interface is set based on the color sampling result.

[0115] For example, if the first identifier includes the first user's avatar icon, then a color-picking algorithm is used to select the color of the avatar icon, and the background color of the content display interface is set based on the color-picking result. Alternatively, the first user's avatar icon can be blurred, and the blurred avatar icon can be used as the background image of the content display interface.

[0116] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the background color of the content display interface is configured according to the identifier color of the first identifier, so that the background color matches the identifier color, thereby improving the distinguishability of first messages published by different first users when viewing the content display interface, and making it easier for users to distinguish first messages from different sources.

[0117] This disclosure provides a message display method. Figure 9 shows a second flowchart of the message display method provided in this disclosure. As shown in Figure 9, the message display method includes:

[0118] Step 902: Display a third identifier and a third display control on the message display interface, wherein the third display control is used to display a third message published in the first media content stream;

[0119] In this embodiment, the third message is a shout message or broadcast message published by the local user. The third identifier includes the local user's third associated information, and the second display control is used to display the third message sent by the local user.

[0120] Step 904: Receive the fourth trigger operation;

[0121] It should be noted that the first trigger operation can be a single click, double click, long press, or other gesture operation, and no specific limitation is made here.

[0122] Step 906: In response to the fourth trigger operation, the first editing interface is displayed. The first editing interface is used to edit the third message in the first media content stream.

[0123] In this embodiment, the first editing interface is the interface for editing the third message published by the local device, meaning that the local user can edit the third message to be published within the first editing interface.
