Description

[0001]DESCRIPTION MODULAR CASE Field of the Invention The present invention relates to cases used for carrying loads in transport vehicles in the logistics sector. In particular, the present invention relates to a modular case which can be opened and closed by nesting and which, after transporting the loads, can be reduced in volume, thereby reducing the cost of return transport by taking up less space. State of the art The transport and storage of all kinds of products from the production point to the end user without any problems at optimum cost is provided by logistics. Logistics processes are of great importance in meeting customer requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. The most commonly used transport area in logistics is highways. Trucks, Lorries, vans, trailers, refrigerated semi-trailers, and containers are preferred as road transport vehicles, especially in order to ensure vehicle coordination and to transport the desired amount of products with the desired weight with minimum damage. Case systems are used for transporting products from the production or storage area by transport vehicles. Abovementioned case systems generally consist of profiles made of metal in order to be resistant to static and dynamic loads. The cases used in existing applications are fixed and placed in road transport vehicles together with the cargo to be transported. However, since the existing cases have a fixed construction, they take up unnecessarily much space in the vehicle during return transport. This situation causes high costs for national or international logistics companies. Therefore, in the state of the art, there is a need for a modular case in the transport vehicles, which allows reducing the costs of return transport. The document TR2020 / 01557 can be cited as an example of the state of the art in the literature research. The document in question relates to palletized wooden cases. The present invention relates to a case having wooden parts joined together with galvanized nuts, galvanized bolts, sheet metal, angle washers and studs. As a result of the aforementioned issues and the limited supply of available solutions, it became necessary to carry out an improvement in the relevant technical field. Object of the Invention The present invention relates to a modular case which eliminates the abovementioned disadvantages and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field. The object of the present invention is to reveal a modular case which can be opened and closed by nesting and which, after transporting the loads, can be reduced in volume, thereby reducing the cost of return transport by taking up less space. The object of the present invention is to provide a modular case that reduces costs by taking up less space in the warehouse stock and after delivery, especially in long-delivery deliveries abroad. Another object of the present invention is to provide a modular case which can fulfil its function by reducing its volume without reducing its resistance to static and dynamic loads. In order to fulfil all the above-mentioned objects and all the purposes that may arise from the detailed description, the invention is a modular case used in the logistics sector for load transport in transport vehicles, ^ a main frame on which a load is carried, ^ at least one auxiliary frame on at least one end of the main frame, which opens and closes by reciprocating linear movement and on which a load is carried, ^ at least one guide shaft located on each side edge of the main frame and guiding the linear movement of the auxiliary frame during opening and closing of the auxiliary frame, ^ bearing bush located on both side surfaces of the auxiliary frame and providing the bearing of the guide shaft to the auxiliary frame, ^ flange located on at least one end of the guide shaft and limiting the forward linear movement of the auxiliary frame in the opening direction, ^ foot on the main frame and auxiliary frame, which can be folded open and closed to ensure load stabilization The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description made with reference to these drawings. Therefore the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration. Figure 1 shows a general view of the open state of the container modular case of the present invention. Accordingly, the modular case is in its most basic form comprises the following; a main frame (10) on which a load is carried, at least one auxiliary frame (20) on at least one end of the main frame (10), which opens and closes by reciprocating linear movement, at least one guide shaft (30) located on each side edge of the main frame (10) and guiding the linear movement of the auxiliary frame (20) during opening and closing of the auxiliary frame (20), bearing bush (40) located on both side surfaces of the auxiliary frame (20) and providing the bearing of the guide shaft (30) to the auxiliary frame (20), roll bearing (50) located on both edge surfaces of the auxiliary frame (20), which reduces friction on the guide shaft (30) during linear movement of the auxiliary frame (20), spring (60) at the end of the guide shaft (30), which allows the auxiliary frame (20) to close in a linear movement backwards, flange (70) located on at least one end of the guide shaft (30) and limiting the forward linear movement of the auxiliary frame (20) in the opening direction, foot (80) on the main frame (10) and auxiliary frame (20), which can be folded open and closed to ensure load stabilization, lock mechanism (90) located on the main frame (10) and enabling the auxiliary frame (20) to be locked in the open or closed position. The main frame (10), which constitutes the main structure of the modular case subject to the invention, is a quadrangular structure consisting of interconnected profiles. The load is carried on the main frame (10) shown in Figure 2. In order to enlarge or reduce the volume of the main frame (10), an auxiliary frame (20), on which a load is carried, is attached at both ends. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the auxiliary frame (20) may be provided on at least one end of the main frame (10). The auxiliary frame (20) shown in Figure 3 has a quadrangular structure consisting of interconnected profiles. In the central part of the auxiliary frame (20), there are forward movement shafts (21) which enable the auxiliary frame (20) to pass into the main frame (10). The auxiliary frame (20) opens and closes by reciprocating linear movement at both ends of the main frame (10). During the reciprocating movement of the auxiliary frame (20), the movement shafts (21) engage freely in the shaft movement path (11) located at the end of the main frame (10). As shown in Figure 4, there is at least one guide shaft (30) on each side edge of the main frame (10). Said guide shaft (30) guides the linear movement of the auxiliary frame (20) during opening and closing of the auxiliary frame (20). The guide shaft (30) is mounted to the auxiliary frame (20) by means of a bearing bush (40) located on both side surfaces of the auxiliary frame (20). At the same time, the auxiliary frame (20) has roll bearings (50) on both side surfaces. Said roll bearing (50) reduces the friction on the guide shaft (30) during the linear movement of the auxiliary frame (20). In order that the auxiliary frame (20) can be closed with a backward movement when released from the open position, a spring (60) is arranged on at least one end of the guide shaft (30). By means of the spring (60), the auxiliary frame (20) is closed with a linear movement backwards. A locking mechanism (90) is provided on the main frame (10) for locking the auxiliary frame (20) in the open or closed position. Said locking mechanism (90) is preferably a pin which engages the auxiliary frames (20) on a horizontal axis through the main frames (10). In order to limit the forward linear movement of the auxiliary frame (20) in the opening direction, a flange (70) is connected to at least one end of the guide shaft (30). On the main frame (10) and the auxiliary frame (20), there are feet (80) which fold open and close and stabilize the load. The use of the modular case subject to the invention is as follows; When the auxiliary frames (20) are in the closed position, by releasing the lock mechanism (90), the auxiliary frames (20) are opened by moving forward linearly in the opening direction. The auxiliary frames (20) are locked in the open position by means of the lock mechanism (90). The feet (80) are brought to the open position and loading is started. After the load has been transported, the lock mechanism (90) is opened and the auxiliary frames (20) are released and closed with a backward movement. The auxiliary frames (20) are locked in the closed position by means of the lock mechanism (90). As shown in Figure 5, the feet (80) are folded to the closed position. The modular case volume is reduced and ready for transport.
