[0008] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, embodiments of an information processing system, an information processing device, a terminal device, an information processing method, a program, and a recording medium (computer program product) according to the present disclosure will be described in detail. Note that in the following description, components having substantially the same functions and configurations are designated by the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations will be provided only when necessary. Furthermore, the embodiments can be appropriately combined with other embodiments, modified examples, and / or conventional techniques.
[0009] 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an overview of an information processing system S according to this embodiment. The information processing system S according to this embodiment is a system that provides management services that support the management of issues or information in the operation and management of various organizations, including companies. Note that in this disclosure, part or all of the information processing system S may be simply referred to as a system.
[0010] In the present disclosure, a managed issue is, for example, a topic on which a decision-making body of an organization makes a resolution or other decision, or a topic on which an institution within an organization shares, consults, or reports, and includes at least one agenda item. Furthermore, in the present disclosure, managed information is, for example, various information related to an issue. For example, the managed information may be information indicating an issue or at least one agenda item included in an issue. For example, the managed information may be information prepared for actions on each agenda item performed in the organization, such as resolutions, sharing, consultations, or reports, information used in actions on each agenda item, or information generated by actions on each agenda item. For example, the managed information may be information indicating relationships between issues or pieces of information, such as other issues, other agenda items, or other actions. In this embodiment, the targets of management supported by the management service provided by the information processing system S, i.e., the above-mentioned issues or information, may be referred to as topics or information associated with topics (topic-associated information), or may be collectively referred to simply as managed items.
[0011] In the following description of the embodiments, a case will be exemplified in which management issues or information associated with management issues are mainly treated as management targets and are resolved by a decision-making body. Therefore, the terms "management issues" and "management issue management processing" can be appropriately read as "management targets" or "information," "issue management processing," or "information management processing," respectively. Furthermore, "decision-making body" can be appropriately read as "body." Furthermore, "decision-making" and "resolution" can be appropriately read as "action."
[0012] Here, the decision-making body of an organization includes, for example, a board of directors, a management meeting, an executive officer meeting, a business division meeting, a general manager meeting, a section manager meeting, and so on. The decision-making body may be an institution or a meeting body prescribed by laws and regulations related to organizations, such as the Companies Act, or may be one established within the company by internal regulations, etc. The meeting body may have a secretariat involved in the meeting body. The decision-making body runs the organization by making decisions based on management issues, for example. As an example, the decision-making body makes various decisions, such as introducing employee benefits to increase employee satisfaction, obtaining loans to stabilize cash flow, and deciding on a policy to focus more on patent applications.
[0013] 1, an information processing system S of this embodiment includes an information processing device 10 and at least one terminal device T1 to TN. In the information processing system S, the information processing device 10 and each of the at least one terminal device T1 to TN are configured to be able to communicate with each other via a network N.
[0014] In this embodiment, at least one terminal device T1 to TN is operated by a user P1 to PN, respectively. In the following description, when there is no need to distinguish between the at least one terminal device T1 to TN, the terminal device T1 operated by the user P1 will be used as an example. Furthermore, when there is no need to distinguish between the at least one terminal device T1 to TN, they may be collectively referred to as a terminal device T. Similarly, when there is no need to distinguish between the users P1 to PN, they may be collectively referred to as a user P.
[0015] The terminal device T1 is operated by, for example, a user P1 who is a member of the organization. The user P1 considers agenda items, proposes agenda items to the decision-making body of the organization, reconsiders agenda items in response to the results of discussions (resolutions) of the decision-making body, and performs tasks in accordance with the resolutions.
[0016] The terminal device TK is operated by a user PK who is, for example, a member of the secretariat of a conference body (decision-making body) of an organization. The user PK supports the decision-making body in making decisions, such as by sending invitations to meetings to discuss proposed topics.
[0017] The terminal device TN is operated by a user PN who is, for example, a member of the decision-making body of an organization. The user PN checks information about meetings that the user is planning to attend, such as convening notices and materials, the status of various management issues, and makes decisions.
[0018] Next, a specific configuration of the information processing apparatus 10 and the terminal device T1 according to the embodiment will be described.
[0019] (Information Processing Device 10) The information processing device 10 of this embodiment is, for example, a device that is connected to a client device via communication and performs various processes in response to requests from the client device. The information processing device 10 is, for example, a server device managed by a business provider that provides management services. The information processing device 10 provides management services to the terminal device T1 in response to inputs and operation results related to management issues received from the terminal device T1 as a client device via the network N.
[0020] 2 is a block diagram showing an example of the hardware configuration of an information processing device 10 according to an embodiment. For example, as shown in Fig. 2, the information processing device 10 has a configuration similar to that of a general computer, and includes, for example, a processor 11, a main storage device (memory) 13, an auxiliary storage device (memory) 15, a network interface 17, and a device interface 18. The processor 11, the main storage device 13, the auxiliary storage device 15, the network interface 17, and the device interface 18 are connected to each other so as to be able to communicate with each other, for example, via a bus 19.
[0021] While FIG. 2 illustrates an information processing device 10 having one of each component, this is not limiting. The information processing device 10 may have a plurality of the same components. Although FIG. 2 illustrates a single information processing device 10, the software may be installed on multiple computers, and each of the multiple computers may execute the same or different parts of the software. In this case, a form of distributed computing may be used in which each of the multiple computers communicates with each other via a network interface 17 or the like to execute the processing. In other words, the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment may be configured as a system in which one or more computers execute instructions stored in one or more storage devices to realize various functions described below.
[0022] Various computations of the information processing device 10 may be executed in parallel using one or more processors, or using multiple computers via a network. Furthermore, various computations may be distributed to multiple processor cores within a processor and executed in parallel. Furthermore, some or all of the processes, means, etc. disclosed herein may be executed by at least one of a processor and a storage device provided on a cloud that can communicate with the information processing device 10 via a network N. Thus, the processing of the information processing system S in this embodiment may be in the form of parallel computing using one or more computers.
[0023] The processor 11 may be an electronic circuit (such as a processing circuit, processing circuitry, CPU (Central Processing Unit), GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), or ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit)) including a control device and an arithmetic device of the information processing device 10. The processor 11 may also be a semiconductor device including a dedicated processing circuit. The processor 11 is not limited to an electronic circuit using electronic logic elements, and may be realized by an optical circuit using optical logic elements. The processor 11 may also include an arithmetic function based on quantum computing.
[0024] The processor 11 performs arithmetic processing based on data and software (programs) input from each device, etc., configured internally of the information processing device 10, and can output arithmetic results and control signals to each device, etc. The processor 11 may control each component constituting the information processing device 10 by executing the OS (Operating System) of the information processing device 10, applications, etc.
[0025] The information processing device 10 in this embodiment may be realized by one or more processors 11. Here, the processor 11 may refer to one or more electronic circuits arranged on one chip, or may refer to one or more electronic circuits arranged on two or more chips or two or more devices. When multiple electronic circuits are used, the respective electronic circuits may communicate with each other via wire or wirelessly.
[0026] The main memory device 13 is a memory device that stores instructions executed by the processor 11 and various data, and information stored in the main memory device 13 is read by the processor 11. The auxiliary memory device 15 is a memory device other than the main memory device 13. Note that these memory devices refer to any electronic component capable of storing electronic information, and may be semiconductor memory. The semiconductor memory may be either volatile memory or non-volatile memory. The memory device for saving various data used in the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment may be realized by the main memory device 13 or the auxiliary memory device 15, or may be realized by an internal memory built into the processor 11. For example, the memory unit in the embodiment may be realized by the main memory device 13 or the auxiliary memory device 15.
[0027] Multiple processors may be connected (coupled) to one storage device (memory), or a single processor 11 may be connected. Multiple storage devices (memories) may be connected (coupled) to one processor. When the information processing device 10 in the embodiment is configured with at least one storage device (memory) and multiple processors connected (coupled) to this at least one storage device (memory), it may include a configuration in which at least one of the multiple processors is connected (coupled) to at least one storage device (memory). This configuration may also be realized by storage devices (memories) and processors 11 included in multiple computers. Furthermore, it may include a configuration in which the storage device (memory) is integrated with the processor 11 (for example, a cache memory including an L1 cache and an L2 cache).
[0028] The network interface 17 is an interface for connecting to the network N wirelessly or via a wire. The network interface 17 may be an appropriate interface, such as one that conforms to an existing communication standard. The network interface 17 may exchange information with an external device connected via the network N. The network N may be a wide area network (WAN), a local area network (LAN), a personal area network (PAN), or a combination thereof, as long as information is exchanged between the information processing device 10 and the external device. An example of a WAN is the Internet, an example of a LAN is IEEE 802.11 or Ethernet (registered trademark), and an example of a PAN is Bluetooth (registered trademark) or NFC (Near Field Communication), etc.
[0029] The device interface 18 is an interface such as a USB (Universal Serial Bus) that directly connects to an output device such as a display device, an input device, or an external device. The external device may also be a storage device (memory), network storage, or HDD. The external device may also be a device that has some of the functions of the components of the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment. In other words, the information processing device 10 may transmit or receive some or all of the processing results of the external device.
[0030] 3 is a block diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the information processing device 10 has functions as a registration management unit 11a, an output control unit 11b, and a storage unit 11c. Specifically, at least one program that realizes each function of the information processing device 10 is stored in, for example, the main storage device 13 or the auxiliary storage device 15. The processor 11 can realize each function of the information processing device 10 by reading and executing the program stored in the main storage device 13 or the auxiliary storage device 15.
[0031] The registration management unit 11a communicates with the terminal device T1 via a network, for example. Specifically, the registration management unit 11a receives input of information related to the management issues from the terminal device T1. The registration management unit 11a stores the received information related to the management issues in the storage unit 119.
[0032] Specifically, the registration management unit 11a assigns an identifier (for example, a task ID (Identification)) to each received business task to uniquely identify the business task. Furthermore, the registration management unit 11a directly or indirectly links information about the received business task to the task ID and stores it in the storage unit 119. Therefore, in the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment, information about a business task is managed by linking it to other information about the same business task or information about other business tasks using the task ID or another ID that is managed by linking it to the task ID.
[0033] The output control unit 11b communicates information with the terminal device T1, for example, via a network. Specifically, the output control unit 11b generates display information for displaying information related to the management issues and outputs it to the terminal device T1. Note that each piece of display information may include layout information. As an example, the output control unit 11b generates display information that displays information indicating the registered multiple management issues and outputs it to the terminal device T1.
[0034] The storage unit 11c stores various programs executed by the information processing device 10. The storage unit 11c also stores information related to business issues. Note that the information related to business issues may include document data and audio data uploaded from the terminal device T1.
[0035] (Terminal Device T1) The terminal device T1 of this embodiment transmits and receives information related to management issues to and from the information processing device 10 in the management service.
[0036] Fig. 4 is a block diagram showing an example of the hardware configuration of a terminal device T1 according to an embodiment. As shown in Fig. 4, the terminal device T1 according to this embodiment has a configuration similar to that of a general computer, and includes, for example, a processor 21, a main storage device (memory) 23, an auxiliary storage device (memory) 25, a network interface 27, a device interface 28, a display device 30, and an input device 31. The processor 21, the main storage device 23, the auxiliary storage device 25, the network interface 27, and the device interface 28 are communicatively connected to each other, for example, via a bus 29. The display device 30 and the input device 31 are each connected to the device interface 28.
[0037] The processor 21, main memory device 23, auxiliary memory device 25, network interface 27, and device interface 28 have the same hardware configuration as the processor 11, main memory device 13, auxiliary memory device 15, network interface 17, and device interface 18, respectively, and their descriptions are omitted.
[0038] The display device 30 is, for example, a display device such as an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), a CRT (Cathode Ray Tube), a PDP (Plasma Display Panel), an organic EL (Electro Luminescence) panel, etc. Based on instructions from the processor 21, the display device 30 displays various screens for displaying, for example, information related to the management issues described below.
[0039] The input device 31 is, for example, a device such as a keyboard, a mouse, or a touch panel. The input device 31 accepts various operational inputs from the user P1, for example, in the business issue management process described below. The input device 31 outputs the results of the operational inputs accepted from the user P1 to the processor 21.
[0040] It should be noted that other external devices such as a camera, a microphone, a motion capture device, and various sensors may be connected to the terminal device T1 via the device interface 18.
[0041] 5 is a block diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the terminal device T1 according to the embodiment. As shown in FIG. 5, the terminal device T1 according to the embodiment has functions as a terminal control unit 21a and a browser unit 21b. Specifically, at least one program that realizes each function of the terminal device T1 is stored in, for example, the main storage device 23 or the auxiliary storage device 25. The processor 21 can realize each function of the terminal device T1 by reading and executing the program stored in the main storage device 23 or the auxiliary storage device 25.
[0042] The terminal control unit 21a starts up the browser unit 21b in response to, for example, an instruction from the user.
[0043] The browser unit 21b is, for example, a general web browser, and executes processing in accordance with HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) data, scripts (for example, Java (registered trademark) Script), etc. When started, the browser unit 21b transmits an initial access URL to the information processing device 10 and accesses it.
[0044] The browser unit 21b displays, for example, data including text data and image data received from the information processing device 10 in a predetermined format on the display device 30 of the terminal device T1. More specifically, in the management issue management process, the browser unit 21b displays information related to the management issue in a predetermined format on the display device 30 of the terminal device T1 based on the display information received from the information processing device 10.
[0045] (Procedure for Business Issue Management) Next, a description will be given of management of the life cycle of a business issue performed by using the management service provided by the information processing system S according to the embodiment. Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of a procedure for management of a business issue related to a business issue that requires a vote by a decision-making body having a secretariat according to the embodiment.
[0046] First, for example, a user P1 who is a member of an organization registers a management issue in the information processing system S by inputting information about the management issue using a terminal device T1 (S101). Note that the information about the management issue may also be input by a user PK of the secretariat or a user PN of the decision-making body.
[0047] Then, for example, user P1 registers an agenda item that is included in the registered management issue (S102), drafts an agenda item, and proposes it to the decision-making body (S103).
[0048] A user PK in the secretariat of the decision-making body manages the meeting for the decision-making body to discuss the agenda. Furthermore, a user PN in the decision-making body, as a member of the decision-making body, makes a decision (sometimes referred to as a vote in this specification) regarding the agenda proposed in the meeting. Furthermore, when a decision is made by the decision-making body, a user PK in the secretariat registers the contents of the meeting, such as the discussion and conclusion (e.g., the resolution) of the decision-making body, in the information processing system S.
[0049] If the decision-making body votes on the proposed agenda and the agenda is reconsidered, such as being taken home, or if there are any agenda items that have not yet been voted on (S104: No), user P1 will reconsider (S102) and make a proposal (S103) while referring to the registered meeting contents of the decision-making body.
[0050] On the other hand, if the proposed agenda item is approved by the decision-making body (S104: Yes), for example, user P1 implements the resolution made by the decision-making body (S105) and reports the implementation results to the decision-making body by registering them in the information processing system S. Also, for example, user PN monitors the management issues by referring to the registered implementation results (S106). Thereafter, the process of proposing new or reconsidered agenda items, implementing the resolutions (S105), and reporting (S106) is repeated (S107: No) until the management issues are addressed (S107: Yes).
[0051] (Flow of Business Issue Management Processing) Next, an example of business issue management processing realized by the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment will be described. Fig. 7 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of business issue management processing according to the present embodiment.
[0052] The output control unit 11b outputs display information to the terminal device T in response to, for example, access from the terminal device T using the initial access URL (S201). When this display information is displayed, for example, immediately after accessing the system, it preferably includes a display that allows an overview of the functions of the entire system as shown in Fig. 8 and information managed by the system to which the user is related. Note that this display information may be information for displaying the screen at the time of the previous logout, such as the screens exemplified in Figs. 9 to 15, and can be set as appropriate.
[0053] The registration management unit 11a executes a management issue registration process based on, for example, an output from the terminal device T in response to a user operation (S202).
[0054] For example, when an agenda item is proposed (drafted) for a certain management issue (S203: Yes), the registration management unit 11a can further generate notification information to notify the user PK of the secretariat of the decision-making body set for the agenda item that the agenda item has been proposed (S204). The notification information is displayed, for example, on a screen (see FIG. 11) when the user PK accesses the information processing device 10 from the terminal device TK via a web browser. Alternatively, the notification may be sent outside the system, for example, by email or an external chat tool.
[0055] The registration management unit 11a also determines, for example, whether to terminate the business issue management process (S205). If it is not determined that the business issue management process should be terminated (S205: No), the process returns to, for example, the process of outputting the display information of S201 to the terminal device T. On the other hand, if it is determined that the business issue management process should be terminated (S205: Yes), the process ends.
[0056] 8 to 15 are diagrams showing examples of display screens displayed as web browser screens on at least one display device 30 of a terminal device T in the business issue management process according to the embodiment. When an initial access URL is transmitted from the terminal device T1, the information processing device 10 may authenticate the user connecting to the system, such as by having the user log in using an ID, password, or the like, as necessary. In a configuration that performs user authentication, the output control unit 11b outputs display information to the terminal device T for displaying a screen for entering login information such as an ID and password in response to access from the terminal device T using the initial access URL. Each of the screens shown in FIGS. 8 to 15 may be a screen transitioning from a screen for entering login information.
[0057] In the present disclosure, an operation button is an example of an area that a user operates for a predetermined purpose, and may be an image such as an icon, a text display, or other display.
[0058] In the present disclosure, a screen transition or transition is an example of displaying different information on a screen. Therefore, when different information is displayed, it is not limited to a screen transition, but may be performed in a manner such as displaying a new screen on top of a previous screen so that multiple screens overlap, or opening a separate window, as shown in FIG.
[0059] FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of a display screen 210 displayed on the display device 30 of the terminal device T in the management issue management process according to the embodiment.
[0060] The display screen 210 may function as, for example, a home screen (top screen). For example, when "Home" on the navigation bar 201 is clicked, the output control unit 11b may display the display screen 210 of FIG. 8 , which is the system home screen. This display screen 210 is preferably displayed immediately after the system is accessed to reduce oversight by the accessing user. Furthermore, this display screen 210 preferably includes a bird's-eye view of the overall system functions and information managed by systems related to the user. Thus, the information processing system S according to the embodiment may be equipped with a function to present at least one of topics, such as management issues related to the user, and information based on predetermined rules (information associated with the topic), such as meeting and task schedules managed in association with the topic. These predetermined rules may be, for example, internal company rules for determining the types of meetings to be discussed and the order of meetings. For example, the predetermined rules may be internal company rules for determining which meetings require proposals and resolutions based on the amount or content of proposals. For example, the predetermined rules may be rules for internal meetings or approval requests. For example, the predetermined rules may be laws and regulations such as the Companies Act.
[0061] The display screen 210 includes a display area 211 for presenting business issues related to a user P who is accessing the screen from a terminal device T. For example, as shown in Fig. 8, the display area 211 of the display screen 210 presents business issues related to the user P as "issues related to you." Fig. 8 illustrates a case in which, among the business issues related to the user P who is accessing the screen from a terminal device T, business issues 211a to 211d that are highly important are displayed as "issues related to you." Each of the business issues 211a to 211d includes, for example, an indication of the title, person in charge, and importance of the business issue.
[0062] The management issues presented in the display area 211 are not limited to their importance, and can be set arbitrarily, such as management issues for which notifications including the user P as a recipient have been sent or for which there are unconfirmed notifications, management issues for which information has been added due to a recent meeting being held or a task being executed, management issues for which a meeting is scheduled to be held soon or for which there is a deadline for an unexecuted task, or management issues extracted from a combination of these.
[0063] The display area 211 also includes an operation button 212 for instructing the display of a "Task List" that displays a list of management tasks. For example, when the operation button 212 for instructing the display of the "Task List" is operated, the output control unit 11b may display the display screen 220 of FIG. 9 that includes a list display of management tasks.
[0064] In this embodiment, the term "list" does not necessarily mean that all items are displayed on one page, but also means that all items are displayed across multiple pages.
[0065] The display screen 210 also includes a display area 213 for presenting meetings managed in association with a business issue related to the user P accessing the display screen from the terminal device T. Here, "managing a meeting in association with a business issue" may refer to managing a meeting directly linked to the business issue, or to managing a meeting indirectly linked to the business issue via at least one piece of information to be managed, such as another agenda, meeting, or other business issue. In other words, in the present disclosure, "managing in association" refers to managing a meeting in association with the business issue directly or indirectly. For example, as shown in FIG. 8 , the display area 213 of the display screen 210 presents meetings linked to the business issue related to the user P as "upcoming meetings." FIG. 8 illustrates an example in which, as "upcoming meetings," meetings 213a to 213e, which include the user P as a participant, are displayed in order of the nearest scheduled date among the meetings linked to the business issue related to the user P accessing the display screen from the terminal device T. Each of the meetings 213a to 213e includes, for example, a display of the title and the scheduled date and time of the meeting. Furthermore, each of the meetings 213a to 213e may include an indication that it is a regular meeting, such as the meeting 213a.
[0066] The conferences presented in the display area 213 are not limited to conferences in which the user P is a participant, but can be set arbitrarily, for example, to conferences whose agendas are proposed by the user P.
[0067] In this way, the information processing system S according to the embodiment can display meeting schedules that are managed by being directly or indirectly linked to topics such as business issues related to the user P accessing the information processing system S from the terminal device T, i.e., information based on predetermined rules such as future meeting schedules related to business issues (topic-related information), thereby enabling the user P to easily check future meeting schedules.
[0068] The display area 213 also includes an operation button 214 for displaying a "Meeting List" that displays a list of meetings. For example, when the operation button 214 for displaying the "Meeting List" is operated, the output control unit 11b may display a display screen including a list of meetings. For example, the display screen including the list of meetings may include an input field for inputting search keywords, making it possible to narrow down the meetings to be displayed based on the search keywords entered by the user P and the multiple registered meeting information. This allows the user P to easily check the total number of meetings held by decision-making bodies while maintaining a list view, and to easily access desired meeting information (topic-related information) based on predetermined rules, such as the schedule and results of discussions on management issues (topics) or agendas.
[0069] The display screen 210 also includes a display area 215 for presenting tasks that are managed by being directly or indirectly linked to a business issue related to a user P accessing the display screen from a terminal device T. For example, as shown in FIG. 8 , the display area 215 of the display screen 210 presents tasks linked to a business issue related to the user P as "Your Tasks." FIG. 8 illustrates a case in which, among tasks linked to a business issue related to the user P accessing the display screen from a terminal device T, tasks 215a to 215d that the user P plans to execute are displayed in order of their deadlines. In the example of FIG. 8 , tasks 215a and 215b are displayed as "Tasks by Today," task 215c is displayed as "Tasks by Tomorrow," and task 215d is displayed as "Tasks After That." Note that the classification of tasks displayed as "Your Tasks" is not limited to the example of FIG. 8 , and may be, for example, two classifications, "Tasks by Today" and "Tasks from Tomorrow Onward," or may be four or more classifications. Furthermore, the items (divisions) of each classification of tasks displayed as "Your Tasks" are also arbitrary. Each of the tasks 215a-215d includes, for example, the task's title, deadline, status, and an indication of any associated meetings.
[0070] In this manner, the information processing system S according to the embodiment manages tasks (topic-related information) based on predetermined rules by directly or indirectly linking them to management issues (topics), thereby enabling display of information based on predetermined rules (topic-related information), such as the schedule and status of tasks that are to be performed by a user P accessing the system from a terminal device T. In other words, the information processing system S according to the embodiment can display the schedule and status of tasks that are managed by directly or indirectly linking them to meetings related to a user P accessing the system from a terminal device T. This allows the user P to easily check their own tasks related to the agendas of past and / or future meetings. Furthermore, the user P can easily grasp the progress of these tasks and easily consider the order in which they should be performed. For example, the user P can easily see that, of the tasks 215a and 215b displayed as "Tasks Due Today," both of which have a deadline of today, the task 215a has been completed, while the task 215b has not yet been completed.
[0071] The display area 215 also includes an operation button 216 for displaying a "task list" that displays a list of tasks. For example, when the operation button 216 for displaying the "task list" is operated, the output control unit 11b may display a display screen including a list of tasks. For example, the display screen including the list of tasks may include an input field for entering search keywords and a selection field for selecting a status, allowing the user P to narrow down the tasks to be displayed based on the search keywords and status entered by the user P and the multiple registered tasks, etc. This allows the user P to easily check the progress and total amount of tasks (topic-related information) that are based on predetermined rules while maintaining a list view, and easily access desired information (topic-related information), such as the content of tasks related to management issues (topics) or agendas.
[0072] FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an example of a display screen 220 displayed on the display device 30 of the terminal device T in the management issue management process according to the embodiment.
[0073] The display screen 220 can function as, for example, a display screen for a "Task List" including a list of management issues. For example, when the operation button 212 for displaying the "Task List" is operated on the display screen 210 of FIG. 8 , or when "Tasks" on the navigation bar 201 is operated on any display screen, the output control unit 11b may display the display screen 220 of FIG. 9 including a list of management issues. This display screen 220 may present, for meetings related to the accessed user P, past discussions and resolutions, as well as future meeting schedules and forecasts based on company regulations. Thus, the information processing system S according to the embodiment may be equipped with a function for presenting information (topic-related information) based on predetermined rules, such as past discussions and resolutions, and / or future schedules and forecasts, for meetings linked to management issues (topics) related to the user and managed based on predetermined rules. This reduces the effort required to hold meetings.
[0074] The display screen 220 includes a display area 221 for presenting a list of business issues related to a user P accessing the display screen from a terminal device T. FIG. 8 illustrates an example of a case where a list of business issues 221a to 221c related to a user P accessing the display screen from a terminal device T is displayed. Each of the business issues 221a to 221c includes, for example, the title of the business issue, the person in charge, the importance level, the approved / unapproved status in the workflow, and a display of meetings related to the agenda items included in the business issue. The display of a meeting includes, for example, the name, date and time, agenda, and purpose of the most recently held meeting. Note that the display of a meeting may also be a meeting schedule based on a predetermined rule, such as the next meeting.
[0075] The display screen 220 may also include, for example, an input field 222 for inputting a search keyword, and may be able to narrow down the management issues to be displayed in a list based on the search keyword input by the user P and the multiple registered management issues. This allows the user P to easily check the total amount of management issues (topics) while maintaining a list view, easily access desired issue information (topic-related information) based on predetermined rules such as agendas, meeting schedules, discussion schedules, and discussion results related to management issues, and initiate meetings. Narrowing down may be done using a filter or the like.
[0076] The display screen 220 also includes an operation button 223 for instructing "new proposal" to register a new management issue that will be the basis for a proposal to the meeting, in addition to selecting a management issue from the list and proposing it to the meeting. For example, when the operation button 223 for instructing "new proposal" is operated, the output control unit 11b may register the management issue and display a display screen for proposing the agenda item of the management issue to the meeting.
[0077] The display screen 220 also includes a display area 225 for displaying, for example, information based on predetermined rules, such as the history of meetings to decide on topics included in a selected management issue from among the management issues listed in the display area 221, as well as future plans and predictions.
[0078] 9 illustrates an example of the display area 225 when a business issue 221b is selected in the display area 221. In the example of FIG. 9, the display area 225 includes a display of meetings 225a to 225e that are managed in direct or indirect association with the selected business issue 221b. Each of the meetings 225a to 225e is displayed in order according to the workflow of the business issue, i.e., in chronological order. The display area 225 includes a display of an icon indicating the "current" position in the chronological order.
[0079] The display area 225 also includes a display of "past" meetings 225a to 225c in chronological order. Past meetings include, for example, a display of the results of the resolutions on the agenda items included in the selected management issue. In the example of FIG. 9, the display area 225 includes a display of an icon indicating that the agenda item of the selected management issue has been "resolved." The display area 225 also includes a display showing an outline of each meeting along with an icon indicating the resolution results. The display showing the outline of each meeting includes the date and time of the meeting, the name of the meeting, the agenda item, the time required to resolve the agenda item, the purpose, and the person in charge.
[0080] The display area 225 also includes a display of "future" meetings 225d and 225e in chronological order. That is, the display area 225 includes a display of information based on predetermined rules, such as future schedules and forecasts, for meetings related to the selected business issue. Future meetings are, for example, meetings managed in association with the selected business issue, and are meetings scheduled or expected to be held in accordance with the workflow (predetermined rules). The "future" meetings 225d and 225e are displayed with an icon indicating that the meeting is scheduled or expected to be held, such as an "next meeting."
[0081] The display area 225 also includes an operation button 226 for instructing the display of detailed information about the selected management issue, such as "View Issue Details." For example, when the operation button 226 for "View Issue Details" is operated, the output control unit 11b may display a display screen including detailed information about the selected management issue.
[0082] Furthermore, each of the "future" meetings 225d and 225e in the display area 225 includes, for example, a display of the name of a meeting that is scheduled or expected to be held in accordance with the workflow, and a display of an operation button 227 such as "draft" for instructing the drafting of an agenda item for the meeting. For example, when the "draft" operation button 227 is operated, the output control unit 11b may display a display screen for drafting an agenda item included in the selected management issue for the meeting including the display of the operation button 227.
[0083] The display area 225 also includes a display of an operation button 228 for instructing the user to submit an agenda item to a meeting, such as "additional proposal," along with specifying the meeting to which the agenda item is to be submitted. For example, when the "additional proposal" operation button 228 is pressed, the output control unit 11b may display a display screen for specifying the meeting to which the agenda item is to be submitted and submitting the agenda item to the specified meeting.
[0084] 10 is a diagram showing an example of a display screen 230 displayed on the display device 30 of the terminal device T in the business issue management process according to the embodiment. For example, this screen is displayed by clicking the operation button 223 indicating new registration on the screen shown in FIG.
[0085] The display screen 230 can function as a display screen for proposing, for example, a business issue, an agenda item that is directly or indirectly linked to the business issue and managed for a meeting for any purpose, such as deliberation, resolution, approval, consultation, or reporting. Specifically, the display screen 230 can function as a display screen for proposing an agenda item for a meeting where decisions on a business issue are made, while referring to a meeting that is scheduled or expected to be held in accordance with a pre-registered workflow (predetermined rules). In this way, the information processing system S according to the embodiment may be equipped with a function for presenting a meeting (topic-related information) that is scheduled or expected to be held in accordance with a pre-registered workflow when proposing a business issue (topic) related to the user.
[0086] The display screen 230 can be expressed as a display screen for setting up a meeting that is displayed in the display area 225 of the display screen 220 in Fig. 9. For example, when a business issue for which no meeting has been set is selected in the display area 221 of the display screen 220 in Fig. 9, the output control unit 11b may display the display screen 230 in Fig. 10. The display screen 230 includes a display 231 that shows the progress of the proposal. Fig. 10 illustrates an example of the display screen 230 when a proposal route is selected after a business issue has been selected.
[0087] The display screen 230 includes, for example, a display area 233 for displaying pre-registered workflow candidates. Each workflow candidate in the display area 233 includes, for example, a display of a meeting of the final decision-making body for the management issue, such as a "final route," the content of the final decision-making for the management issue, such as a "final goal," and an explanation of the workflow.
[0088] This workflow may be defined in accordance with, for example, laws and regulations, company rules, or approval procedures that stipulate the content of the business issue and the meeting body. Furthermore, this workflow may also propose decision-making bodies or meetings that made decisions on other business issues with similar business issue information, such as the title or category of the business issue. For example, the registration management unit 11a may propose to user P workflows that include decision-making bodies and meetings based on predetermined titles, categories, and amounts. The workflows to be presented may be pre-registered by the system user based on relevant internal agreements (e.g., the content that requires a resolution by a certain decision-making body, the upper limit of the amount that can be resolved, the order of deliberation when deliberation by multiple decision-making bodies is required, etc.). It is preferable to provide multiple types of workflows based on, for example, the decision-making body, the type of business issue, the type of agenda, etc.
[0089] The display screen 230 also includes a display area 235 for displaying meetings that are scheduled or expected to be held according to the selected workflow candidate. The display area 235 displays the meetings that are scheduled or expected to be held in the order in which they will be held. The display of each meeting includes the name of the meeting and the purpose of the meeting.
[0090] The display screen 230 also includes an operation button 237 such as "Back" for instructing to return to the selection of the management issue, an operation button 238 such as "Next" for instructing to proceed to input of the proposal content, and an operation button 239 such as "X" for instructing to cancel the proposal. For example, when the "Next" operation button 238 is operated, the output control unit 11b may display a display screen for inputting the proposal content, such as agenda information on at least one agenda related to the management issue on which a decision will be made by the decision-making body.
[0091] This display screen may be a display screen for accepting input or selection of the title of the proposed agenda (proposal title), the decision-making body that will decide on the agenda, the purpose of the discussion, the proposal content, the proposal time, and a message to the secretariat. The display screen may also be capable of accepting input of the estimated time of the discussion and attachment of materials. Furthermore, when inputting the proposal content, input may be possible using a pre-registered template, or the proposal content and draft documents of previous or related meetings may be referenced or copied and reused, or input may be possible via the input and output of a generative model, which will be described later.
[0092] The information processing system S according to the embodiment can also accept proxy proposals of agenda items for a meeting not only from a user PN with the authority to propose an agenda item but also from other users P. For example, when a proxy proposal is made on an agenda item, the information processing system S may generate and transmit notification information notifying the user PN with the authority to propose an agenda item that the proxy proposal has been made. The information processing system S may also accept review, approval, or rejection of the proxy proposal made by the user PN. The information processing system S may also accept permission from the user PN to propose an agenda item on behalf of another user P. The information processing system S may also accept user PN's modification of the proxy proposal made by the other user P.
[0093] In this way, the information processing system S according to the embodiment can present to the user P meetings that are scheduled or expected to be held in accordance with predetermined rules such as a pre-registered workflow, thereby enabling the user P to appropriately draft management issues (topics) and their agendas, and to smoothly manage the meeting.
[0094] FIG. 11 is a diagram showing an example of a display screen 240 displayed on the display device 30 of the terminal device T in the management issue management process according to the embodiment.
[0095] The display screen 240 can function as, for example, a notification screen that displays notification information for a user P who is accessing the screen from a terminal device T. The display screen 240 includes a display area 241 for displaying notification information related to the user P who is accessing the screen from the terminal device T. Fig. 11 illustrates an example in which notification information 241a to 241c related to the user P who is accessing the screen from the terminal device T is displayed.
[0096] The display screen 240 also includes an operation button 243 for instructing to hide the notification information display area 241. For example, when the operation button 243 is operated, the output control unit 11b may display the display screen 210 of FIG.
[0097] In addition, the notification information may include information generated by the system or information created by other users to smoothly manage business issues and hold meetings involving user P, such as recommendations on the content and timing of proposals for agenda items, reports on the results of implementing resolutions, and status management of agenda items.
[0098] It is preferable that the notification information sent to user PK of the secretariat that manages the meetings of the decision-making body includes a notification (e.g., notification information 241b) informing that an agenda item has been proposed to the meeting. It is also preferable that the notification information sent to user PN who belongs to the decision-making body includes a convening notice for the meeting where the agenda item will be discussed and decided. It is also preferable that the type and content of the notification information sent can be changed depending on the user's role and settings.
[0099] For example, notification information 241a is an example of notification information for a user PN belonging to a decision-making body, such as "A message has been received from the secretariat on the "agenda" of the meeting "Meeting Name." For example, notification information 241b is an example of notification information for a user PK of the secretariat that manages the meetings of the decision-making body, such as "The agenda for the meeting "Meeting Name" has been received by the secretariat." For example, notification information 241c is an example of notification information for a user PN belonging to a decision-making body, such as "You have been assigned to the secretariat of the meeting body "Meeting Body Name."
[0100] It is preferable that notifications to user P, i.e., display of notification information, be displayed on a dashboard-like screen (e.g., the display screen 210 of FIG. 8 ) that is displayed immediately after login. As an example, the display screen 240 of FIG. 11 is a screen in which a notification information display area 241 is superimposed on the display screen 210 of FIG. 8 . The notification information may also be notification information inviting users PN belonging to a decision-making body to a meeting, such as "You have been invited to the meeting "Meeting Name." The notification information may also be notification information for a user PK in the secretariat that manages meetings of the decision-making body, such as "A message has been received for the "Agenda" of the meeting "Meeting Name." The notification information may also be notification information regarding tasks that are managed in association with issues (topics) similar to meetings, such as "You have been assigned to the person in charge of task "Task Name." The notification information may also be notification information for a user PK in the secretariat that manages meetings of the decision-making body, or for a user PN belonging to the decision-making body, such as "You have been assigned to the person in charge of task "Task Name."
[0101] FIG. 12 is a diagram showing an example of a display screen 250 displayed on the display device 30 of the terminal device T in the management issue management process according to the embodiment.
[0102] The display screen 250 can function as, for example, a notification management screen for managing notification information displayed to a user P accessing the terminal device T.
[0103] The display screen 250 includes a display area 251 for displaying notification information sent by the user PK or the information processing system S accessing the terminal device T. Each notification information in the display area 251 includes, for example, its title, a summary or the beginning of the content, the date and time of transmission, and the sender. A display indicating the viewing status of the notification information may also be displayed. For example, in the example of FIG. 12 , the notification information 251a includes a display such as "15 / 80," indicating that 15 of the 80 users P who were the recipients of the notification have viewed it. The sent notification is not limited to that sent by the accessing user PK; it may also be that sent by a group to which the user PK belongs, or that the user PK was not involved in the transmission but has permission to view the notification information. For information management purposes, it is preferable that the display of the viewing status information of the notification information be limited to a certain number of users, such as the sender of the notification.
[0104] The notification may include any information that the user wishes to receive, such as a message that the topic has been proposed to the meeting, or a message that prompts the user to take some action, such as approval.
[0105] The display screen 250 also includes a display area 253 for visually displaying the response status of the recipient of the sent notification information using numerical values and / or graphs. FIG. 12 illustrates the display area 253 when notification information 251a is selected. This display area 253 includes a display area 253a for displaying the response status summary results, such as the number of published items, the number of read items, and the number of completed items, numerically, and graphically, using numerical values and graphs, the read rate and the completed rate. Here, the number of completed items refers to information indicating the number of people who have completed the task requested by the notification information. Note that the numerically displayed items and the graphically displayed items in the display of the response status summary results are not limited to the example of FIG. 12 and can be arbitrarily set. The display area 253 may also include a display of the response status for each user, such as whether the user is a notification recipient, whether the task has been read, and whether the task has been completed.
[0106] The display screen 250 may also display operation buttons 253b and 253c for instructing the generation and transmission of notification information to prompt confirmation of notifications or task execution, depending on the response status. For example, a "collective reminder" operation button 253b may be displayed to instruct the collective generation and transmission of notification information to all users P in a given notification destination group, or to unresponsive users P in a given notification destination group, or to all notification destination users P, to prompt confirmation of notifications or task execution. This given notification destination group may be an organization, a department such as "human resources" or "legal affairs," a job title, a position, or a combination of these. Furthermore, for example, a "reminder" operation button 253c may be provided to instruct the generation and transmission of notification information individually for each user P.
[0107] In this way, the information processing system S according to the embodiment generates and transmits various notifications (topic-related information) to recommend and remind user P to respond to management of the business issues (topics) registered by user P, notify the status and progress of business issues and agendas (topic-related information), and encourage discussion. Furthermore, the information processing system S according to the embodiment can graphically or numerically display the response status (topic-related information) of the notification recipients of various notifications. Furthermore, the generation and transmission of various notifications can be performed for any group of notification recipients, such as by department. Furthermore, the "communication / action" function realized by the generation and transmission of various notifications, i.e., the notification-based communication function or the discussion process and results sharing function, can be used not only by user PN of the conference secretariat, but also by user PK of the department in charge of the project, depending on their nature. Furthermore, the functions can be used not only by user P, but also by a group of users such as a department or secretariat, or on behalf of another user. In other words, the information processing system S according to the embodiment can flexibly support the management of issues or information within an organization.
[0108] Note that the subject of graphical display is not limited to the response status to notifications, but may also be other information that is linked to management issues and managed by the information processing system S. For example, the information processing system S may display a display screen that graphically displays various information that is directly or indirectly linked to management issues and managed, as well as the analysis results thereof. This display screen may also display the analysis results by type in a dashboard. For example, the information processing system S may generate information such as who is proposing how many proposals, who is commenting in meetings and how much, how long it is taking to resolve an issue, how many agenda items have been proposed this month, and how much time is spent in meetings, and display this information as analysis results.
[0109] FIG. 13 is a diagram showing an example of a display screen 260 displayed on the display device 30 of the terminal device T in the management issue management process according to the embodiment.
[0110] The display screen 260 can function as a conference preparation screen for setting the agenda for the conference, for example. The display screen 260 includes a display area 261 for displaying conference information for the target conference. The display area 261 includes items such as the title of the conference, the conference body as the decision-making body, the date and time of the conference, the participants, and the role of the user P accessing the conference from the terminal device T in the conference.
[0111] Display screen 260 includes display 262 showing the progress of a series of steps related to the meeting. Display 262 on display screen 260 indicates that the current stage is "1. Meeting preparation" in a series of steps such as "1. Meeting preparation," "2. Meeting holding," and "3. Meeting conclusion."
[0112] The display screen 260 also includes a display area 263 for displaying agenda items proposed for the meeting, i.e., agenda candidates. In the example of FIG. 13, the display area 263 includes agenda candidates 263a to 263c. Each of the agenda candidates 263a to 263c includes the title, purpose, discussion results, person in charge, and estimated time of the agenda item. The display screen 260 also includes a "Propose" operation button 264 for instructing the proposal of an agenda item for the meeting. An agenda item that is registered by operating the operation button 264 and linked to the meeting is displayed in the display area 263 as an agenda candidate. Note that the information processing system S may also display agenda items that were not yet decided in the previous meeting as agenda candidates.
[0113] The display screen 260 also includes a display area 265 for displaying agenda items on which resolutions and the like will be made at the meeting. In the example of Fig. 13, the display area 265 includes agenda items 265a to 265c. Each of the agenda items 265a to 265c includes the title, purpose, discussion results, person in charge, and estimated time for the agenda item.
[0114] For example, the user can move the display portion of agenda candidates 263a to 263c to the agenda display area 265 by an operation such as drag and drop. For example, the user can move the display portion of agenda candidates 265a to 265c to the agenda candidate display area 263 by an operation such as drag and drop.
[0115] The agenda display area 265 also includes a display of the total expected time for the agenda items 265a to 265c. The display screen 260 also includes a display area 267 for displaying details of a selected agenda item or agenda candidate from the agenda candidates 263a to 263c and the agenda items 265a to 265c.
[0116] The display screen 260 also includes an operation button 269 for indicating the completion of the conference preparation, such as "Conference preparation is complete, next." For example, when the operation button 269 is operated, the output control unit 11b may display the display screen 270 in FIG. 14 .
[0117] A checklist of preparation items required for the process of managing a meeting may be displayed on the display screen 260. That is, the information processing system S according to the embodiment may manage the preparation items by directly or indirectly linking them to management issues.
[0118] In this way, when preparing for a meeting, user P selects the agenda items to be decided at the meeting from the agenda items that have been proposed for the meeting, i.e., that are managed in association with the meeting. User P can also select the agenda items to be decided at the meeting while checking the expected total time required to decide on the agenda items and the content of each agenda item.
[0119] FIG. 14 is a diagram showing an example of a display screen 270 displayed on the display device 30 of the terminal device T in the management issue management process according to the embodiment.
[0120] The display screen 270 can function as a conference management screen for supporting the progress and management of a conference, for example, when the conference is being held. The display screen 270 includes a display area 261 for displaying conference information for the target conference. Furthermore, on the display screen 270, a display 262 indicates that the current stage is "2. Conference holding" in a series of steps such as "1. Conference preparation," "2. Conference holding," and "3. Conference summary."
[0121] The display screen 270 includes a display area 265 for agenda items including agenda items 265a to 265c set on the conference preparation screen of Fig. 13. The display screen 270 also includes a display area 271 for displaying details of an agenda item selected from the agenda items 265a to 265c. Note that the display area 271 may also display information about an agenda item that was under discussion or not yet decided in a previous conference.
[0122] The display screen 270 also includes an input field 273 for inputting meeting minutes, such as resolutions and conclusions, comments on the discussion process, such as statements made by meeting members, or tasks that arose during the meeting, for a selected agenda item from among the agenda items 265a to 265c. The minutes, comments, and tasks may be automatically input using voice recognition or generated based on audio data recorded during the meeting. The content entered into the input field 273 is directly or indirectly linked to the meeting, the selected agenda item from among the agenda items 265a to 265c, or the management issue to which the agenda item is linked, and is registered (managed) in the system.
[0123] The display screen 270 also includes an input field 274 for the results of the discussion on the agenda, such as whether the agenda has been resolved or not. The results of the input into the input field 274 are directly or indirectly linked to the meeting, a selected agenda item from the agenda items 265a to 265c, or a business issue to which the agenda item is linked, and are registered in the system. For example, the results can be displayed together with the meetings 225a to 225c in the display area 225 of the display screen 220 in FIG. 9 .
[0124] The display screen 270 may also include an icon 275 for instructing the input field 273 for minutes, comments, and tasks to be enlarged or displayed as a pop-up.
[0125] The display screen 270 also includes an operation button 279 for instructing completion of the conference, such as "The conference has ended, so proceed to the next step." For example, when the operation button 279 is operated, the output control unit 11b may display the display screen 280 in FIG. 15 .
[0126] In this way, the information processing system S according to the embodiment can display a display screen 270 for accepting input regarding the process and results of the discussion at the meeting and the tasks that have arisen for each agenda item, and can register the accepted input content by directly or indirectly linking it to each agenda item.
[0127] FIG. 15 is a diagram showing an example of a display screen 280 displayed on the display device 30 of the terminal device T in the management issue management process according to the embodiment.
[0128] The display screen 280 includes a display area 281 for viewing the results of the meeting across multiple agenda items in a list. The display screen 280 also includes a display area 261 for displaying the meeting information of the target meeting. Furthermore, on the display screen 280, a display 262 indicates that the current stage is "3. Meeting Summary" in a series of steps such as "1. Meeting Preparation," "2. Meeting Holding," and "3. Meeting Summary."
[0129] In the example of Fig. 15, the display area 281 includes agenda conclusions 281a and 281b. Each of the agenda conclusions 281a and 281b is information that is managed by being directly or indirectly linked to a management issue, and includes the title of the agenda, the purpose, the person in charge, the time required to discuss the agenda, the results, and the task. In each of the agenda conclusions 281a and 281b, the task display includes the task title, deadline, and person in charge. The task display also includes the display of an icon indicating whether the task has been completed or not.
[0130] The display screen can display the status of the task for the issue. Such display is sometimes referred to as monitoring. It may also include a display area for the settings and an operation button for instructing the display screen to be displayed. This monitoring setting may involve, for example, setting the ongoing report content, reporting timing, reporting frequency, and, for interim and final reports, the reporting destination and report content, sharing period, and current status after a resolution is made. The monitoring setting may also allow input of an evaluation of the resolution. Furthermore, the information processing system S can manage the results of the monitoring setting, such as the report content, by directly or indirectly linking it to the management issue. This allows the results of past monitoring settings to be referenced when a new decision-making process is underway regarding a related management issue.
[0131] The display screen 280 also displays an operation icon 285 for instructing the user to "lock the conference" for that conference. Here, "locking the conference" may mean restricting editing of the conference information and / or transitioning to a mode in which the public minutes are output in an uneditable format, such as PDF. The public minutes can also be output in a format that corresponds to the viewing permissions, which will be described later.
[0132] The display screen 280 may also display agenda items that are currently under discussion or have not yet been decided upon, and may also display an operation button to instruct the moving of the agenda item to the next meeting.
[0133] In this way, the information processing system S according to the embodiment can visualize and display the completion status of tasks arising from the discussion of each agenda item when displaying the display screen 280 including a list of conclusions for each agenda item in the meeting. This allows the user P to visually grasp the tasks arising in the meeting and their completion status (topic-related information).
[0134] Generally, a series of discussions on a business issue are conducted in multiple conference bodies through multiple escalations. Therefore, when discussions are managed by each conference body, it is necessary to check the drafts and minutes of each agenda item as the business issue progresses. In this situation, the information processing system S according to the embodiment can manage information such as meetings, agenda items, and conclusions of agenda items by directly or indirectly linking them to business issues, so that the progress and results of a series of discussions on a business issue conducted in multiple conference bodies can be checked at once.
[0135] Furthermore, the relationship between a business issue and its workflow is not limited to a one-to-one relationship. There may be cases where multiple business issues have a mutually referential or interdependent relationship. In such a situation, the information processing system S according to the embodiment can manage the referential and interdependent relationships of multiple resolutions related to multiple business issues by linking and managing related business issues.
[0136] The information processing system S according to the embodiment may be configured to cooperate with an external information processing system that generates information based on a trained model, specifically, natural language input called prompt data or input sentences, and a large-scale language model. Alternatively, the information processing system and the information processing system S according to the embodiment may be configured as a single system. Furthermore, the information processing system may be operated by an entity different from the information processing system S, i.e., an external service provided by a third party.
[0137] This information processing system may include, for example, a machine learning model called a large-scale language model (LLM (Large Language Model)). Examples of the machine learning model include BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer), particularly ChatGPT or GPT-4. The information processing system can realize its functions by using a hardware configuration similar to that of the information processing system S, for example, by using a storage area or by having a processor execute a program stored in the storage area.
[0138] As an example, the external information processing system has a configuration similar to that of a general computer, such as the information processing device 10 of the information processing system S described with reference to Figure 2, and includes, for example, a processor, a main storage device (memory), an auxiliary storage device (memory), a network interface, and a device interface. The processor, main storage device, auxiliary storage device, network interface, and device interface of the external information processing system have the same hardware configuration as the processor 11, main storage device 13, auxiliary storage device 15, network interface 17, and device interface 18 of the information processing device 10, respectively, and description of these will be omitted. Note that the device interface is not an essential component in the information processing system and can be omitted as appropriate.
[0139] The generative model (e.g., parameters defining the model) may be stored in memory within the information processing system S, or may be stored in memory within an external information processing system communicatively connected to the information processing system S. Using a generative model stored in an external information processing system allows users to utilize high-performance generative models while reducing the costs of model training and maintenance. The generative model may also include a first generative model and a second generative model. Using multiple models, for example, by using a first generative model as a general-purpose large-scale language model that does not use user information provided by an external vendor for training, and by learning or tuning the second generative model based on user information in accordance with preferences and trends, it is possible to generate more appropriate information for the user and more appropriately manage tasks or information. In this case, the second generative model may generate information that serves as input to the first model or adjust the input / output of the first model.
[0140] The first generative model may be stored in an external information processing system, and the second generative model may be stored in the same or a different storage device (memory) within an information processing system S that is communicatively connected to the external information processing system. The second generative model may be one or more layers that constitute part of the first generative model, or may be a model separate from the first generative model.
[0141] In the information processing system S, the generative model can be used in various ways.
[0142] For example, a generative model may be used to generate information such as business issues and agenda items to be registered in the information processing system S. The generated text may be, for example, bullet points, phrases, headings, or other wording. A format specific to each meeting or document may be prepared and input to the generative model. For example, by using prompt data such as "Generate agenda items for business meetings that include these words in accordance with the format for agenda items for business issues," it becomes possible to draft agenda items that conform to the format. This format can be set by the user or the information processing system S.
[0143] Furthermore, for example, the generative model can be used to generate and summarize meeting minutes, drafts of management issues and agendas, internal company documents, etc., and extract any information, such as main agenda items and schedules, from the minutes. For example, a summary based on the minutes of each meeting may be displayed on the display screen that is displayed when the operation button 214 for instructing the display of the "Meeting List" on the display screen 210 in Figure 8 is operated. In addition to the summaries, information such as the background, purpose, confirmation items, and decisions may be extracted and displayed.
[0144] Furthermore, for example, it is possible to generate a document in which the level of detail for certain content varies depending on the viewing authority, etc. (for example, a highly confidential agenda or item may be deleted or replaced with a statement that the content cannot be viewed). This document can be output, for example, as a public minutes. Note that the setting of viewing authority may be performed using, for example, a pre-registered definition of authority for each user, department, or meeting body to which the user belongs. This definition may be a job authority definition or an extension of such a definition, which may be managed as a workflow in the information processing system S. Note that viewing authority may be set for each issue, meeting, or agenda.
[0145] Furthermore, it is possible to generate summaries of the outlines and conclusions of the agenda items. For example, the display screen 220 in FIG. 9 may display summaries of each of the meetings 225a to 225c. Furthermore, for example, the display screen 280 in FIG. 15 may display summaries of the conclusions 281a and 281b of each agenda item, or may display extracted information such as the background, purpose, confirmation items, and decisions. Furthermore, actions included in the minutes may be extracted and automatically converted into tasks, which may then be displayed as tasks for the conclusions 281a and 281b of each agenda item on the display screen 280 in FIG. 15.
[0146] Furthermore, discussions across multiple meetings and agenda items can be integrated to generate a summary or summary of the progress. For example, on the display screen 220 in Figure 9, discussions across meetings 225a to 225c up to the present time can be integrated and displayed as a summary of an internal company document.
[0147] Furthermore, it is possible to use a generative model to extract parts that are considered important or that you want to draw attention to, and to highlight those points, etc. For example, a large-scale language model can be used to extract necessary information from minutes or summaries of minutes, such as background, conclusions, confirmations, decisions, points of criticism, actions associated with tasks, amounts, schedules, etc., and further highlight the information using different colors or displays depending on the type of information.
[0148] Furthermore, for example, the generative model may be used to search for and output information necessary for managing issues or information. The output may include generating answers or proposed answers to questions based on information obtained by searching for materials used in presentations at meetings or internal documents containing content and evidence related to the agenda (e.g., business plans, financial plans, etc., internal regulations, information on business partners), and the questions may be about content that the user wants to confirm when proposing an agenda, or may be proposed answers to questions included in the agenda.
[0149] Additionally, for example, a generative model may be used to answer inquiries about information related to the agenda, laws, regulations, guidelines, internal rules, formats, manuals, etc. For example, information on the internal approval route required when proposing an agenda item, or information on laws and regulations that must be complied with or that are considered to pose risks regarding the agenda or resolution content, may be output and displayed using prompt data.
[0150] In this search based on internal documents and output of an answer, for example, prompt data containing instructions for outputting an appropriate search query (e.g., keywords, text embedding, SQL, etc.) to a large-scale language model to obtain information that answers the user's question or inquiry is first generated. The prompt data is then input into the large-scale language model, and the resulting search query is used to search the Internet, the information processing system, a user's database, etc. After identifying a document containing the information necessary to answer the question through the search, the information and instructions are input into the large-scale language model and a proofreading program to convert the information contained in the document into an appropriate answer format, thereby obtaining an answer to the user's question or inquiry as output. The proofreading program may be stored in the internal memory of the information processing system S or an external information processing system as needed.
[0151] It is preferable to prepare prompt data for typical questions and inquiries as templates, so that the user does not need to enter the entire prompt data. Examples of inquiries include drafting, researching, summarizing, proofreading, and displaying related rules. By creating prompt data that corresponds to buttons or drop-down menus for the inquiry content and includes command statements that can execute the inquiry, the user can easily make an inquiry by selecting an option.
[0152] The input and output of the generative model may be interactive, such as a user entering input into a window and the output being displayed in a window, or it may be interactive, like a chatbot.
[0153] The information processing system S may also be capable of displaying, monitoring, and managing tasks other than those that are on the agenda of management or meetings in the same way as agenda items, etc. For example, tasks that are broken down to realize the resolutions of a meeting and are not part of the agenda of the meeting managed by the information processing system S may also be subject to progress confirmation and monitoring.
[0154] Note that user P may have different access rights to the information processing system S. Access rights may be set for each individual, or for each group, such as the department to which user P belongs, the decision-making body, or the secretariat. Access rights may also be set based on information about the responsible department (topic-related information) set for a management issue (topic). For example, user P, who is a section manager, may have the authority to view, write, and edit all data related to the section manager meetings to which user P belongs, but may not have the authority to view data related to management meetings, but may have the authority to view and comment on management meeting data related to management issues for which user P is the responsible department. Access rights may also be set for each management issue. Furthermore, when a written resolution is made, if the user does not have the authority to vote because he or she is a related party, the user's voting settings can be invalidated.
[0155] The information processing system S can display information necessary for management of business issues, for example, to set up a decision-making body corresponding to an agenda item. For example, it may display information indicating predetermined rules such as laws, regulations, guidelines, company rules, and manuals that should be considered when selecting a decision-making body. This makes it easy to manage issues or information.
[0156] An information processing device 10 according to an embodiment includes at least one processor 11. The processor 11 implements a registration management unit 11a, an output control unit 11b, and a storage unit 11c. The processor 11 registers and manages at least one agenda item and at least one meeting by at least one institution of an organization in which an action on the at least one agenda item will be taken, in association with an issue including the at least one agenda item. The processor 11 outputs display information that displays information based on predetermined rules, for each of the at least one agenda item, including information indicating a schedule or forecast of a future meeting in which an action on the agenda item will be taken.
[0157] The business issue management method according to the present embodiment also includes a step of registering and managing at least one agenda item and at least one meeting by at least one institution of an organization in which an action on the at least one agenda item will be taken, in association with the agenda item including the at least one agenda item. The business issue management method according to the present embodiment also includes a step of outputting display information that displays information based on predetermined rules, for each of the at least one agenda item, including information indicating a schedule or forecast of a future meeting in which an action on the agenda item will be taken.
[0158] The business issue management program according to the present embodiment causes a computer to register and manage at least one agenda item and at least one meeting by at least one agency of an organization in which an action will be taken on the at least one agenda item, in association with the agenda item. The business issue management method according to the present embodiment causes a computer to output display information that displays information based on predetermined rules, including information indicating a schedule or forecast of a future meeting in which an action will be taken on the agenda item, for each of the at least one agenda item.
[0159] According to these configurations, by managing meetings based on predetermined rules by associating them with issues (topics) such as management issues, i.e., by directly or indirectly linking them, future plans and forecasts can be presented for meetings related to a user P accessing the terminal device T. This allows the user P to easily understand which meeting to propose next. In other words, the above configurations realize smooth management of meetings. Therefore, the technology according to the embodiment can support the management of issues or information in an organization.
[0160] Furthermore, in the above configuration, information indicating future scheduled or predicted meetings may be generated based on a pre-registered agenda proposal path (workflow) for at least one of an organization, a task, and a type of agenda. This configuration allows the user P to be presented with meetings that are scheduled or predicted to be held in accordance with predetermined rules, such as a pre-registered workflow. This allows the user P to appropriately propose management issues (topics) and their agendas, enabling the smooth running of meetings.
[0161] Furthermore, in the above configuration, the display information that displays information based on predetermined rules may include, for each of at least one agenda item, information indicating the schedule or forecast of future meetings as well as information indicating the history of actions taken by at least one institution. With this configuration, for a meeting related to a user P accessing the terminal device T, in addition to or instead of the future schedule or forecast, past discussions and resolutions can be presented to the user P. This allows the user P to see at a glance the progress of discussions in the meeting and the current status of each agenda item. Furthermore, the user P can easily monitor the progress of resolutions, such as confirming the content of the resolutions.
[0162] In the above configuration, at least one of the organizations that takes action on the issue may be a conference body. With this configuration, future plans and forecasts can be presented for meetings where decisions are made and information is shared by conference bodies such as a board of directors meeting, management meeting, executive officer meeting, business headquarters meeting, general manager meeting, and section manager meeting, which are related to the user P accessing from the terminal device T.
[0163] In the above-described embodiment, "determining whether it is A" may mean "determining whether it is A," "determining whether it is not A," or "determining whether it is A or not."
[0164] The programs executed by each device of the information processing system S of this embodiment may be provided by being recorded in an installable or executable file format on a computer-readable recording medium such as a CD-ROM, a flexible disk (FD), a CD-R, or a DVD (Digital Versatile Disk). The programs may also be provided by being pre-installed in a ROM or the like.
[0165] Furthermore, the program may be configured to be stored on a computer connected to a network such as the Internet and provided by being downloaded via the network, or may be configured to be provided or distributed via a network such as the Internet.
