Abstract
Description
[0001] A METHOD FOR CUSTOMER LOYALTY TRACKING
[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0003] The invention relates to a loyalty tracking method for determining loyalty scores of users to at least one service provider and presenting personalized content tailored to the user based on said loyalty scores.
[0004] PRIOR ART
[0005] Customer loyalty software refers to a type of software application or platform designed to help businesses implement and manage their customer loyalty programs. Customer loyalty software provides tools and functions to track customer interactions, reward customer loyalty, and analyze customer behavior to improve customer retention and loyalty.
[0006] Customer loyalty software is applications that run on at least one server, either as a web application or a mobile application. Customer loyalty software may have different features, different conditionalities, different reward / offer methods, different communication / interaction methods, different reporting and analytics processes for each service provider. For this reason, different software needs to be developed for each service provider. This situation leads to an increase in costs for service providers. In addition, the server cost allocated for the operation of the customer loyalty software is added to the software cost.
[0007] In addition, the real-time change of the service provider's customers causes customer demands to change, thus leading to the requirement of updating the customer loyalty software. Situations such as the service provider's entry into a new market area or exit from an existing market area also lead to the requirement of updating the customer loyalty software. Such situations also incur software update costs in addition to the costs of existing customer loyalty software.
[0008] As a result, all the above-mentioned problems have made it imperative to make an innovation in the relevant technical field. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0009] The present invention relates to a method for eliminating the above-mentioned disadvantages and bringing new advantages to the relevant technical field.
[0010] An object of the invention is to introduce a method for determining loyalty scores of users to at least one service provider and presenting personalized content tailored to the user based on said loyalty scores.
[0011] Another object of the invention is to introduce a method for presenting personalized content tailored to the user based on the loyalty scores of both customers and employees.
[0012] Another object of the invention is to introduce a user loyalty tracking method in which software and software update costs are reduced.
[0013] Another object of the invention is to introduce a user loyalty tracking method that reduces hardware costs.
