AI Technical Summary
Electric vehicle batteries require external charging stations connected to the electrical grid, which is costly and time-consuming, and providing such stations on long-distance roads and remote locations like forests and bridges is challenging, leading to inefficiencies and financial strain for both the country and vehicle owners.
A system utilizing a wind turbine with an electric generator that generates energy from air pressure during vehicle movement to charge the battery autonomously, eliminating the need for external charging sources.
Enables battery charging without external sources, reducing time wastage and costs, and is suitable for long-distance travel without the need for additional infrastructure.

Abstract
Description
[0001] Description
[0002] Name of the invention:
[0003] DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF A SYSTEM FOR CHARGING THE BATTERY OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES THAT OPERATES AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT AN EXTERNAL CHARGING SOURCE
[0004] (1)Technical field
[0005] In addition to the mechanics of electric vehicles that operate on electric power, it provides electricity generation to charge the battery of the vehicle.
[0006] (2) Background Art
[0007] Some companies have designed solutions for charging electric vehicle batteries, and the solutions were not profitable, such as installing solar panels on the vehicle body, and some have placed plates for transmitting and receiving the charge on the roads, and some companies replace the exhausted battery with a full one, and some have installed a small generator that runs on fuel, and these solutions were not useful.
[0008] (3) Summary of the invention
[0009] Manufacture of a system for charging the battery of electric vehicles in the form of a wind turbine with an electric generator that operates by air pressure resulting from the movement of the vehicle.
[0010] (4) Technical problem
[0011] All companies in the world offer environmentally friendly products, including electric car companies, but they have encountered several problems, the most important of which is that the electric battery needs an external charging source in the form of stations connected to the national electrical grids, which is costly for the country and the vehicle owner. In addition, charging the battery takes long hours and it is difficult to provide charging stations on long-distance roads, forests, and bridges. This has led to the failure of some companies producing electric cars to the point of bankruptcy.
[0012] (5) Solution to the Problem
[0013] Adding a system to generate electrical energy on long roads and remote places that charges the battery while driving
[0014] (6) Advantages effects of the invention
[0015] It charges the battery without the need for an external source and is free to operate. It is charged from road energy and is environmentally friendly and reduces the waste of time at charging stations.
[0016] (7) Brief description of the drawings
[0017] 1. Figure No. (1) shows the electric charging system consisting of: (1) blades that rotate by the wind resulting from the vehicle's movement and move the axis of rotation. (2) The axis of rotation transmits the rotation to the transmission. (3) A transmission that regulates the speeds acquired from the axis of rotation to coordinate with the electric generator. (4) An electric generator that generates energy to charge the battery.
[0018] 2. Figure No. 2 shows the operation of the system consisting of (5) and the location of the innovative system at the bottom of the front of the vehicle. (8) description of Embodiments
[0019] A wind turbine placed horizontally under the front of the vehicle and consists of blades in the shape of a semicircle- crescent. The turbine works by compressing the air resulting from the collision of the blades placed under the front of the vehicle while blocking the air from the rest of the blades that work against the direction of the turbine's movement
[0020] The system consists of several parts: (the axis of rotation), (blades in the shape of a semicircle, closed from the sides), (electric generator), and a (transmission). The turbine works by air that collides with the lower blades located under the front of the vehicle. The size of the turbine is appropriate for the size of the front of the vehicle according to its type and size, with a change in sub-parts in the front of the vehicle. Work was done on a model whose results showed that when the turbine collides with the air while the vehicle is moving, it provides electrical energy. The speed of rotation of the turbine depends on the speed of the vehicle and does not affect the torque and speed of the vehicle while charging on the road.
[0021] (9) Industrial applicability
[0022] A new mechanism for charging the battery of vehicles depends on the movement of the vehicle. This mechanism is placed in the front of the vehicle to receive direct air resulting from the movement of the vehicle in long roads.
