[0080] In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clearly understood, the exemplary embodiments of the present application are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present application, and are not an exhaustive list of all the embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features in the embodiments of the present application can be combined with each other unless they conflict.

[0081] In the process of realizing this application, the inventor discovered that in the related art, the berth bed in the sleeper car is only suitable for sleeping, and it is very uncomfortable to sit in a sitting position due to insufficient height space. However, if the ride is long or the passenger is not very tired, it is very uncomfortable to sit for a long time, which greatly affects the riding experience.

[0082] In the field of rail vehicles, the length of a train is referred to as the longitudinal direction, the width of the train is referred to as the transverse direction, and the height of the train is referred to as the vertical direction. The directional terms "longitudinal," "transverse," and "vertical" in the context of this application should be interpreted in accordance with the terminology used in the field of rail vehicles.

[0083] In response to the above problems, the present invention provides the following implementation methods.

[0084] Example 1

[0085] Referring to Figures 1 to 20, an embodiment of the present application provides a carriage comprising a plurality of partitions 1, a lower berth 2, and an upper berth 3. The partitions 1 are spaced apart along the length of the carriage, forming a private compartment between two adjacent partitions 1. The lower berth 2 is located within the compartment and is connected to the partitions 1. The upper berth 3 is located within the compartment and is movably connected to the partitions 1. The upper berth 3 has a sleeping position perpendicular to the partitions 1 and a folded position that can be flipped over and positioned close to the partitions 1. In the carriage of the present application, when a passenger desires to sleep, the upper berth 3 is adjusted to the sleeping position. Both the upper berth 3 and the lower berth 2 are perpendicular to the partitions 1, allowing the passenger to sleep comfortably. When the passenger desires to sit, rest, eat, read, or play games, the upper berth 3 is rotated to the folded position. This provides greater longitudinal space, ensuring comfort when sitting and preventing head bumps when getting up, thereby providing a more comfortable riding experience for the passenger. It realizes "one thing with multiple functions", which means it can ensure passengers' sleeping and meet their daily leisure and office needs.

[0086] In one possible embodiment, an upper support assembly 5 is provided on the partition wall 1. The upper support assembly 5 includes two upper supports 51 spaced apart from each other, each of which is provided with a locking block 52. The upper bunk 3 is located between the two upper supports 51 and is movably connected to the upper supports 51. A hook 32 is provided on the upper bunk 3. The folded state includes a first folded state. In the first folded state, the upper bunk 3 is in contact with the partition wall 1, and the hook 32 can be hooked to the locking block 52. The upper bunk 3 is located between the two upper supports 51, and both upper supports 51 can be hooked to the upper bunk 3, ensuring balanced and stable hooking of the upper bunk 3. The upper bunk 3 has two different folding positions. When it is aligned with the partition 1, it can provide greater longitudinal space, making it more comfortable for taller passengers. Although the longitudinal space provided by the hook 32 is slightly smaller than when it is aligned with the partition 1, shorter passengers do not need more longitudinal space and it is difficult to flip the upper bunk 3 to align with the partition 1. Therefore, they can choose to rotate the upper bunk 3 to the height of the hook and then hook it to the upper support 51. This allows different passengers to choose different folding positions according to their own conditions and needs.

[0087] In one possible embodiment, the upper bunk 3 includes an upper bunk body 31, a transmission rod 33, and an elastic component 34. The upper bunk body 31 is rotatably connected to the upper support 51. The transmission rod 33 is rotatably connected to the upper bunk body 31, with both ends of the transmission rod 33 extending from the upper bunk body 31. The hooks 32 are respectively disposed at both ends of the transmission rod 33. The elastic component 34 is disposed between the transmission rod 33 and the upper bunk body 31. In the first folded state, the elastic component 34 is deformed, pushing the hook 32 against the locking block 52.

[0088] The upper bunk body 31 is rotatably connected to the upper support 51, ensuring a stable connection between the upper bunk body 31 and the partition 1 and facilitating the rotation of the upper bunk 3. A transmission rod 33 is disposed within the upper bunk body 31 and is provided with hooks 32 at each end. These hooks 32 ensure that the upper bunk 3 is securely attached and straight, ensuring consistent longitudinal height after attachment, while also minimizing component damage and extending service life and maintenance intervals. An elastic component 34 provides a restoring force between the transmission rod 33 and the upper bunk body 31, ensuring stability in the folded position after attachment. This also facilitates the easy return of the upper bunk 3 to the sleeping position during folding, maintaining a stable sleeping position and providing greater passenger comfort. To pre-rotate to the folded position, the upper bunk 3 is tilted 90°, causing the hooks 32 to slide and engage the locking block 52. The elastic component 34 compresses the transmission rod 33, ensuring the hooks 32 remain securely attached to the locking block 52. When the upper berth 3 is pre-rotated to the horizontal lying position for use, one of the hooks 32 is rotated, and the transmission rod 33 drives the other hook 32 to disengage from the locking block 52 at the same time, and then the upper berth 3 can be rotated to the horizontal lying position.

[0089] Furthermore, an unlocking handle is provided on one side of the upper bunk 3 body, and the unlocking handle is connected to the elastic component 34, which can release the compression of the elastic component 34 and facilitate the release of the hanging state.

[0090] In one possible embodiment, a second hook 53 is provided on the upper support 51, and locking shafts 35 are provided at both ends of the upper bunk 3 along its length. The folded state includes a second folded state. In the second folded state, an angle is formed between the upper bunk 3 and the partition 1, the angle being between 10° and 40°, and the second hook 53 can be hooked to the locking shafts 35.

[0091] For shorter passengers who don't require more vertical space and find it difficult to flip the upper bunk 3 to align with the partition 1, they can simply rotate the upper bunk 3 to the height of the second folded position. To change to the second folded position, push the upper bunk 3 up to an angle of 10° to 40° with the partition 1, rotate the second hook 53 to hook it onto the locking shaft 35, and the weight of the upper bunk 3 will secure the hook 32 to the locking shaft 35. To convert from the pre-folded position to the horizontal lying position, gently push the upper bunk 3 up, rotate the second hook 53 to disengage it from the locking shaft 35, and then slowly lower the upper bunk 3 to the horizontal position.

[0092] Furthermore, a handle 56 is provided, which is in transmission connection with the second hook 53. Rotating the handle 56 can drive the second hook 53 to rotate, thereby hooking the second hook 53 to the locking shaft 35 or releasing the second hook 53 from the locking shaft 35. The provision of the handle 56 makes the rotation of the second hook 53 more convenient and labor-saving.

[0093] In a possible embodiment, a pawl 54 and a ratchet 55 are rotatably provided in the upper support 51. The upper bunk 3 has a rotating shaft 36, which is connected to the ratchet 55, and the teeth of the pawl 54 extend to the ratchet 55. During the process of the upper bunk 3 flipping toward the partition wall 1, the pawl 54 slides into the tooth grooves of the ratchet 55 in sequence to limit the upper bunk 3 from rotating in the opposite direction. The ratchet 55 and the pawl 54 can ensure that the upper bunk 3 body can only flip in one direction when they are in coordination. The upper bunk 3 is connected to the ratchet 55 via the rotating shaft 36, so that the upper bunk 3 body and the ratchet 55 rotate synchronously. When the desired position is reached, it can stop and maintain the current state. In this way, the upper bunk 3 can be conveniently hung, and it can be doubly guaranteed that the upper bunk 3 body will maintain the current state and will not change, making it safer to use. When the use state of the upper bunk 3 needs to be adjusted, the ratchet 55 and the pawl 54 are released to turn the upper bunk 3 body over, thereby switching the state of the upper bunk 3.

[0094] In one possible embodiment, the carriage further includes a berth 6. The berth 6 is movably connected to the partition 1 or the lower berth 2. The berth 6 has a first state in which it covers the lower berth 2 and a second state in which its free end contacts the partition 1. The lower berth 2 is a dual-purpose berth for sitting or sleeping. During the day, the berth 6 is folded up to serve as a seat. At night, the berth 6 is flipped over to overlap the lower berth 2's surface for sleeping. The lower berth 2 is a fixed structure with flip-over mechanisms on both sides. When in the sitting position, the berth 6 is locked to the partition 1 by latches. When in the lying position, the latches are unlocked, allowing the berth 6 to flip over and overlap the seat surface. In the first state in which the berth 6 covers the lower berth 2, it is used for sleeping, making the bed softer and more comfortable. In the second state in which the berth 6 contacts the partition 1, it is primarily for comfort when sitting. Because the partition 1 is made of a hard material and is not very comfortable to lean on, the berth 6 can serve as a backrest, providing a more comfortable backrest for the passenger in the sitting position.

[0095] In a possible embodiment, a locking device is provided on the partition wall 1, and the locking device has a positioning pin 11. A socket 61 is provided at one end of the berth 6 along the length direction. In the second state, the positioning pin 11 can be inserted into the socket 61 to lock the position of the berth 6. The cooperation between the positioning pin 11 and the socket 61 can ensure that the berth 6 can be stable in the second state in which the free end contacts the partition wall 1, and does not need to be adjusted frequently, making the passengers in the sitting state more comfortable. When it is necessary to adjust the berth 6 to the first state of lying down, the positioning pin 11 can be pulled out of the socket 61 and the berth 6 can be rotated to adjust the berth 6 to the first horizontal state. The positioning pin 11 is connected to the partition wall by a screw.

[0096] In one possible implementation, each compartment is equipped with a large reading light 102 and two small reading lights 103. The large reading light 102 is located on the side wall of the compartment, between two windows on the side wall. The two small reading lights 103 are located above the two windows on the side wall. The large reading light can be used by all passengers in the compartment, while the small reading light 103 can be used by a single passenger without disturbing other passengers. The large reading light 102 and the two small reading lights 103 are both installed using wood screws.

[0097] Each private room also features a ceiling light and USB port. The LED ceiling light is aesthetically pleasing and comes with a built-in mounting bracket and fasteners, using wood screws. The mounting bracket and screws are positioned within the reinforcement area. The USB ports are symmetrically arranged on either side of the large reading light 102 below the two windows.

[0098] In a possible embodiment, the carriage further includes a longitudinal wall 8 and a door body 9, and the longitudinal wall 8 includes a main longitudinal wall 81 and an intermediate longitudinal wall 82. The main longitudinal wall 81 extends along the length direction of the carriage, and the main longitudinal wall 81 is respectively connected to each of the partition walls 1, and the main longitudinal wall 81 is provided with a plurality of disconnected portions 83 along the length direction. Each of the intermediate longitudinal walls 82 is respectively located at a corresponding disconnected portion 83, and the intermediate longitudinal walls 82 are respectively connected and fixed to the main longitudinal walls 81 on both sides, and the intermediate longitudinal walls 82 are spaced apart from the bottom wall of the carriage to form an entrance and exit connecting the private rooms. Door mounting seats 84 are provided on the main longitudinal wall 81 and the intermediate longitudinal wall 82, and the door mounting seats 84 extend along the length direction of the carriage. The door body 9 is slidably connected to the door mounting seat 84 to open or close the entrance and exit. The middle tip of the main longitudinal wall 81 forms the entrance and exit of the private room. A door mounting seat 84 is provided to facilitate the installation of the door body 9 so that the door body 9 can slide to open or close the entrance and exit, saving space and preventing the door body 9 from obstructing the passengers in the aisle or private room.

[0099] Furthermore, both the main longitudinal wall 81 and the intermediate longitudinal wall 82 utilize a 27mm thick "sandwich" composite structure: 4mm fiberglass, 19mm sound-insulating and corrosion-resistant plywood, and 4mm fiberglass. The lower portion is secured to the floor 104 with a U-shaped rail, while the rest of the structure is bolted to the vehicle body. The compartment sliding doors utilize the proven structure of passenger bus compartment sliding doors, utilizing hanging rails and upper latches, with an opening of 500x1870. Due to the exceptional corrosion resistance of fiberglass, which offers unmatched advantages over other materials, it is particularly suitable for operation in perennially humid and rainy environments. Its aesthetic design and excellent sound insulation provide a comfortable riding environment for passengers.

[0100] In one possible embodiment, the lower edge of the main longitudinal wall 81 is fixed to the floor 104 of the carriage by fasteners. A ventilation grille 811 is provided at the bottom of the main longitudinal wall 81, which is connected to the compartment. The lower profiles of the main longitudinal wall 81 and the intermediate longitudinal wall 82 are both provided with ventilation grilles 811. The profiles and the longitudinal wall 8 are assembled into a whole using machine screws, connected to the floor 104 using machine screws, fixed to the door frame profile using self-tapping screws, and connected to the cross wall using U-shaped buckle lines. The main longitudinal wall 81 and the intermediate longitudinal wall 82 are connected by through strips, and the intermediate longitudinal wall 82 is inserted into the profile of the door mounting seat 84.

[0101] In one possible embodiment, the partition 1 is connected to the side wall of the carriage via a first angle bracket. The end of the partition 1 facing away from the side wall is covered with a first profile 401, which is connected to the main longitudinal wall 81 via fasteners. The bottom of the partition 1 is connected to the floor 104 of the carriage via a second angle bracket 12. The roof of the carriage is provided with a connecting beam 101, which extends along the width of the carriage, and the partition 1 is fixed to the connecting beam 101 via fasteners.

[0102] Specifically, the side walls are connected to the longitudinal wall 8 using grooved lines, which are fixed to the longitudinal wall 8 using self-tapping screws. The transverse wall is inserted into the grooved lines and fixed to the vehicle body side walls using connectors. It is connected to the floor 104 using angle aluminum, one side of which is fixed to the floor 104. The roof is first fixed to the connecting beam 101 using adapters, and the transverse wall is installed on the connecting beam 101. This mounting structure of the partition wall 1 is firm and reliable, ensuring that the vehicle berth remains stable and does not cause excessive shaking even in a highly vibrating environment.

[0103] In a possible embodiment, the carriage further includes a compartment top wall 7, and the compartment top wall 7 includes a first top wall 71, a second top wall 72, and a third top wall 73. A first frame, a second frame, a third frame, and a fourth frame are provided on the top of the carriage, and the first frame, the second frame, the third frame, and the fourth frame are arranged in sequence along the width direction of the carriage. The first top wall 71 is connected to the first frame and the second frame on both sides, the second top wall 72 is connected to the second frame and the third frame on both sides, and the third top wall 73 is connected to the third frame and the fourth frame on both sides. The first frame is provided on the side wall of the carriage, and the fourth frame is provided on the longitudinal wall 8.

[0104] The ceiling of the private room is divided into three parts, and the structure is in the form of 4mm fiberglass + frame.
