[0001] The present disclosure relates to an information processing device, an information processing system, and an information processing method.
[0002] Conventionally, devices that perform operation inputs to operate controlled devices that are targets for operation have been known. Patent Document 1 discloses a device that performs operation inputs for elevator destination floors. This device projects an elevator control panel image from a projector installed inside the elevator toward the user's legs. The user inputs the elevator destination floor via the control panel image projected on the user's legs.
[0003] JP 2017-71486 A
[0004] However, some users may find it difficult to input the elevator destination floor using the control panel image projected onto the leg of the elevator. To solve this problem, it would be convenient if the user could operate controlled devices such as elevators using a user terminal carried by the user.
[0005] The present disclosure provides an information processing device and the like that enables a user terminal to operate a controlled device.
[0006] An information processing device according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes an authentication information generation unit that generates authentication information for a controlled device to be operated, a request signal acquisition unit that acquires an access request signal from a user terminal that has acquired the authentication information, requesting permission to access the controlled device, a judgment unit that determines whether the access request signal includes information regarding the authentication information, and a communication control unit that outputs an access permission signal that allows the user terminal to access the controlled device when the judgment unit determines that the access request signal includes information regarding the authentication information.
[0007] An information processing system according to one aspect of the present disclosure is an information processing system comprising the above-mentioned information processing device, the controlled device, and the user terminal, wherein the information relating to the authentication information includes a passcode and a discriminator, and when the controlled device and the user terminal receive the access permission signal, they perform the commissioning using the passcode and the discriminator.
[0008] An information processing method according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes the steps of outputting authentication information of a controlled device to be operated, acquiring an access request signal from a user terminal that has acquired the authentication information, requesting permission to access the controlled device, determining whether the access request signal includes information regarding the authentication information, and, if the access request signal includes information regarding the authentication information, outputting an access permission signal that allows the user terminal to access the controlled device.
[0009] According to the information processing device and the like of the present disclosure, it becomes possible to operate a controlled device using a user terminal.

[0011] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that each of the embodiments described below represents a preferred specific example of the present disclosure. The shapes, components, component placement positions, and connection configurations shown in the following embodiments are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. Furthermore, among the components in the following embodiments, components that are not described in the independent claims that represent the highest concept of the present disclosure will be described as optional components that constitute a more preferred embodiment. Furthermore, each figure is a schematic diagram and is not necessarily an exact illustration.
[0012] (Embodiment) [General Configuration of Information Processing System] A general configuration of an information processing system according to an embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG.
[0013] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of an information processing system 1. As shown in FIG.
[0014] FIG. 1 shows a controlled device 30 to be operated, and a user terminal 50 carried by a user who uses the controlled device 30.
[0015] The controlled device 30 shown in Fig. 1 is an elevator that transports people and luggage to upper or lower floors. The controlled device 30 is installed in a building such as an office building, a commercial facility, or an apartment building. Fig. 1(a) shows a schematic diagram of the front portion of the elevator on each floor as seen from the elevator hall side, and Fig. 1(b) shows a schematic diagram of the elevator as seen from the side.
[0016] The controlled device 30 includes an elevator car 31 and a lifting device 32. The elevator car 31 is an example of a moving object that transports people. The elevator car 31 has space to accommodate people and luggage. The lifting device 32 is a mechanism that raises and lowers the elevator car 31.
[0017] The controlled device 30 also has an input unit 35 for operating the stopping floors and opening and closing of the doors of the elevator car 31. The input unit 35 has a control panel 36 and call buttons 37. The control panel 36 is provided on the inner wall of the elevator car 31. The control panel 36 is a switch for inputting the destination floor of the elevator car 31 and for operating the opening and closing of the elevator doors 38. The call buttons 37 are provided on the wall next to the doors 38 of each elevator floor. The call buttons 37 are button switches for specifying the floor at which the user will board the elevator and whether the destination after boarding is up or down.
[0018] The user terminal 50 is a mobile terminal carried by a user, such as a smartphone or tablet terminal. The user terminal 50 includes a communication unit, a control unit, a storage unit, a camera 55, and a touch panel 57. Software compatible with the Matter standard is installed on the user terminal 50. The Matter standard is a standard for smart homes established by the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA).
[0019] Furthermore, the controlled device 30 has an access control list Li. The access control list Li has a function as a terminal device capable of operating the controlled device 30, connects to the information processing device 10, and writes and deletes information transmitted from the information processing device 10. For example, when the user terminal 50a of user a is granted authority to access the controlled device 30, the identification information of the user terminal 50a is stored in the access control list Li. On the other hand, when the authority to access the controlled device 30 is revoked from the user terminal 50a, the identification information of the user terminal 50a stored in the access control list Li is deleted. The same applies to the user terminal 50b of user b.
[0020] For example, if there are many people in the elevator car 31, it may be difficult to reach the control panel 36 inside the elevator car 31 and input the destination floor. To solve this problem, the information processing system 1 of the present disclosure is configured to enable the user to operate the controlled device 30, such as the elevator, using the user terminal 50.
[0021] The information processing system 1 generates elevator authentication information ci and displays it on the display unit 17 next to the elevator door 38 (see (a) of FIG. 1). The user reads the authentication information ci displayed on the display unit 17 with the camera 55 of the user terminal 50. The user terminal 50 transmits the read authentication information ci to the information processing device 10 via the network within the building. The information processing device 10 permits the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30 based on the information output from the user terminal 50.
[0022] For example, the information processing device 10 forms a fabric including the controlled device 30. A fabric is a group made up of a plurality of devices that perform network communication using a common passcode.
[0023] FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of a fabric formed in the information processing device 10. As shown in FIG.
[0024] FIG. 2 shows input unit 35 of controlled device 30, user terminal 50a of user a, and user terminal 50b of user b.
[0025] For example, the information processing device 10 forms a first fabric F1 including the controlled device 30. As a result, the information processing device 10 that formed the first fabric F1 including the controlled device 30 serves as the administrator of the controlled device 30. Furthermore, the user terminal 50a forms a second fabric F2 including the user terminal 50a and the controlled device 30. The procedure for the user terminal 50a to form the second fabric F2 is performed by sequentially performing an authorization step (S16) of the information processing device 10, an access control list Li addition step (not shown) of the controlled device 30, and commissioning steps (S17 to S20) between the user terminal 50a and the controlled device 30, which will be described later with reference to FIG. 6. Note that the access control list Li addition step of the controlled device 30 may conform to, for example, the Matter standard specification (e.g., Matter 1.4 released on November 7, 2024).
[0026] Furthermore, the user terminal 50b forms a third fabric F3 including the user terminal 50b and the controlled device 30. The procedure for forming the third fabric F3 is the same as the procedure for forming the second fabric F2.
[0027] This allows users a and b to operate controlled device 30 using their respective user terminals 50a and 50a.
[0028] [Configurations of Information Processing Device, Controlled Device, and User Terminal] The configurations of the information processing device 10, controlled device 30, and user terminal 50 included in the information processing system 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. FIG.
[0029] FIG. 3 is a block diagram of the information processing device 10, the controlled device 30, and the user terminal 50 included in the information processing system 1.
[0030] The information processing device 10 is a device that enables operation input to the controlled device 30 using a user terminal 50. In the example shown in Fig. 1(b) , the information processing device 10 is provided inside an elevator car 31 of the controlled device 30.
[0031] The information processing device 10 may be disposed outside the controlled device 30 as shown in Fig. 3. The information processing device 10 may be provided in a device different from the controlled device 30, for example, in a management device (not shown) that manages the controlled device 30. Although Fig. 3 shows the information processing device 10 configured to include the display unit 17, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the display unit 17 may be configured to be included in the controlled device 30.
[0032] The information processing device 10 is connected to the controlled device 30 via a network (see (a) of FIG. 3) established within a building. The network in this example is a local area network (LAN) using, for example, Wi-Fi (registered trademark) or Zigbee (registered trademark).
[0033] As shown in FIG. 3, the information processing device 10 includes an authentication information generating unit 12 , a request signal acquiring unit 13 , a determining unit 14 , a communication control unit 15 , a storage unit 16 , and a display unit 17 .
[0034] The authentication information generating unit 12 is configured by an arithmetic circuit. The authentication information generating unit 12 generates authentication information ci required when requesting permission to access the controlled device 30. The authentication information ci is, for example, a two-dimensional barcode such as a QR code (registered trademark).
[0035] The authentication information ci includes information necessary to access the information processing device 10 and the controlled device 30. The information necessary to access the information processing device 10 and the controlled device 30 is, for example, a pair code, a discriminator, and a passcode. The authentication information ci also includes identification information of the information processing device 10 and the controlled device 30. The identification information is, for example, a logical address or a physical address.
[0036] The authentication information generating unit 12 generates authentication information ci according to the controlled device 30. If there are multiple controlled devices 30 in a building, the authentication information generating unit 12 generates authentication information ci for each of the multiple controlled devices 30. Note that the authentication information generating unit 12 may change the authentication information ci periodically or irregularly to ensure security. The authentication information ci generated by the authentication information generating unit 12 is output to the storage unit 16 and the display unit 17.
[0037] The storage unit 16 is a storage medium that temporarily or non-temporarily stores data. The storage medium is, for example, a flash memory, a RAM (Random Access Memory), a hard disk, etc. The storage unit 16 stores a program that describes the operation of the information processing device 10. The storage unit 16 also stores information about the controlled device 30, authentication information ci generated by the authentication information generation unit 12, etc.
[0038] FIG. 4 is a diagram showing various types of information stored in the storage unit 16 of the information processing device 10. As shown in FIG.
[0039] 4, the storage unit 16 stores identification information of the controlled device 30 and authentication information ci corresponding to the controlled device 30. The authentication information ci includes information related to a pair code, a discriminator, and a passcode required to access the information processing device 10 and the controlled device 30.
[0040] The display unit 17 is provided on the wall next to the door 38 on each floor of the elevator hall. The display unit 17 is a display and displays the authentication information ci generated by the authentication information generation unit 12. To identify one controlled device 30 to be operated, the same authentication information ci is displayed on each display unit 17 on each floor. In the example shown in FIG. 1A, the same authentication information ci is displayed on each display unit 17 on the first to third floors. In this embodiment, the authentication information ci, such as a QR code, is displayed on the display unit 17, which is a control panel in the elevator hall. However, the display form of the authentication information ci is not limited to this form. For example, a projection device such as a projector may be used to display the authentication information ci on the ceiling of the elevator hall or elevator car, or near the control panel. In this way, by projecting and displaying the authentication information ci at a location other than a specific display location, the user can control a controlled device such as an elevator regardless of location or environment, even if the user is unable to move near the display location due to congestion in the elevator.
[0041] Here, a situation where a user calls an elevator will be described.
[0042] As shown in (b) of FIG. 1, when the user moves near the elevator, the user terminal 50 is connected to the building network. For example, the user terminal 50 is pre-stored with an SSID (Service Set Identifier) and a password for connecting to the building network. The user terminal 50 is automatically connected to the network using this SSID and password. The user terminal 50 connected to the network displays an input screen for accessing the information processing device 10 and the controlled device 30.
[0043] FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an example of a screen displayed on the user terminal 50. As shown in FIG.
[0044] 5A, the user terminal 50 displays a "Start Scan" icon on the touch panel 57 of the user terminal 50 to prompt the user to read the authentication information ci. When the user terminal 50 receives an input of "Start Scan" from the user, the user terminal 50 reads the authentication information ci displayed on the display unit 17 with the camera 55. As a result, the user terminal 50 acquires the authentication information ci generated by the authentication information generation unit 12.
[0045] The user terminal 50 generates an access request signal s1 based on the above authentication information ci. The access request signal s1 is a signal requesting permission to access the controlled device 30. The access request signal s1 includes information related to the authentication information ci. The information related to the authentication information ci includes, for example, a pair code, a discriminator, and a passcode required to access the information processing device 10 and the controlled device 30. The user terminal 50 transmits the access request signal s1 and identification information of the user terminal 50 to the information processing device 10 via a network (see (b) in Figure 3). The identification information of the user terminal 50 is, for example, a logical address or a physical address of the user terminal 50.
[0046] The request signal acquisition unit 13 is configured with an arithmetic circuit. The request signal acquisition unit 13 acquires an access request signal s1 from the user terminal 50 that has acquired the authentication information ci. The request signal acquisition unit 13 outputs the acquired access request signal s1 to the determination unit 14.
[0047] The determination unit 14 is configured with an arithmetic circuit. The determination unit 14 determines whether or not information related to the authentication information ci is included in the access request signal s1 acquired by the request signal acquisition unit 13. For example, the determination unit 14 determines that information related to the authentication information ci is included in the access request signal s1 when the pair code included in the access request signal s1 matches the pair code included in the authentication information ci stored in the storage unit 16. The determination unit 14 outputs the result of the determination by the determination unit 14 to the communication control unit 15.
[0048] The communication control unit 15 is configured with an arithmetic circuit and a communication circuit. When the determination unit 14 determines that the access request signal s1 does not contain information related to the authentication information ci, the communication control unit 15 transmits a signal to the user terminal 50 to prompt the user terminal 50 to read the authentication information ci again.
[0049] When the determination unit 14 determines that the access request signal s1 includes information related to the authentication information ci, the communication control unit 15 outputs an access permission signal that permits the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30. Specifically, the communication control unit 15 outputs a first access permission signal s2 that permits the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30 via the network (see (a) of FIG. 3 ). Furthermore, when the determination unit 14 determines that the access request signal s1 includes information related to the authentication information ci, the communication control unit 15 grants the user terminal 50 the authority to access the controlled device 30 and adds the user terminal 50 to the access control list Li of the controlled device 30. Identification information of the user terminal 50 is stored in the access control list Li.
[0050] The first access permission signal s2 also includes information instructing the start of commissioning between the controlled device 30 and the user terminal 50.
[0051] The controlled device 30 receives the first access permission signal s2, and thereby enters a state in which it can accept commissioning. The controlled device 30 outputs an acceptance signal s3, which indicates that it can accept commissioning, to the information processing device 10 via the network (see (a) in FIG. 3).
[0052] The information processing device 10 outputs a second access permission signal s4, which permits the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30, to the user terminal 50 via a network (see (b) of FIG. 3), based on the reception possible signal s3 output from the controlled device 30. The second access permission signal s4 includes information instructing the start of commissioning between the controlled device 30 and the user terminal 50.
[0053] The user terminal 50 performs commissioning with the controlled device 30 by acquiring the second access permission signal s4 output from the information processing device 10. The user terminal 50 performs commissioning with the controlled device 30 via a network within the building (see (c) in FIG. 3 ).
[0054] Although the above example shows that the first access permission signal s2 and the second access permission signal s4 are output at different times, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, when the determination unit 14 determines that the access request signal s1 contains information related to the authentication information ci, the information processing device 10 may output the first access permission signal s2 and the second access permission signal s4 simultaneously.
[0055] When the controlled device 30 and the user terminal 50 receive the access permission signal, they perform commissioning using a discriminator and a passcode. Specifically, when the controlled device 30 receives the first access permission signal s2 and when the user terminal 50 receives the second access permission signal s4, the controlled device 30 and the user terminal 50 perform commissioning with each other. When the commissioning is completed, a fabric including the user terminal 50 and the controlled device 30 is formed in the information processing system 1. In this example, the information processing device 10 is the administrator.
[0056] After the above-mentioned commissioning is completed, the controlled device 30 outputs information about operation items for operating the controlled device 30 to the user terminal 50 via the network (see (c) of FIG. 3). The operation items are the operation contents when actually operating the controlled device 30.
[0057] The user terminal 50 displays the operation items output from the controlled device 30 on the touch panel 57. The operation items are displayed as icons on the touch panel 57. For example, icons indicating the user's boarding floor and destination floor are displayed on the touch panel 57, as shown in (b) of FIG. 5. The user terminal 50 displays the user's operation input received via the touch panel 57 on the touch panel 57. For example, icons indicating the user's boarding floor and destination floor are displayed in a highlighted manner on the touch panel 57, as shown in (c) of FIG. Note that the operation input for the destination floor can be received not only before the user gets into the elevator car 31, but also when the user terminal 50 is inside the elevator car 31.
[0058] When the controlled device 30 receives an operation signal s5 based on the above operation items from the user terminal 50 via the network (see (c) in Figure 3), it operates based on the operation signal s5. Furthermore, the controlled device 30 operates based on the operation signal s5 if the user terminal 50 is a terminal that is permitted to access the controlled device 30. Whether the user terminal 50 is a terminal that is permitted to access the controlled device 30 is determined by whether the user terminal 50 is included in the access control list Li held by the controlled device 30. In this way, the user can operate the controlled device 30 using the user terminal 50.
[0059] Next, a scene will be described in which the elevator arrives at the destination floor and the user gets off the elevator.
[0060] When the elevator car 31 arrives at the destination floor and the door 38 opens, the controlled device 30 outputs an execution completion signal s6 to the information processing device 10. This execution completion signal s6 is output after the controlled device 30 has completed the execution of the operation based on the operation signal s5.
[0061] The information processing device 10 revokes the permission given to the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30 by receiving the execution completion signal s6 from the controlled device 30 via the network (see (a) in FIG. 3). Specifically, when the information processing device 10 receives the execution completion signal s6, it deletes the user terminal 50 from the access control list Li of the controlled device 30. By deleting the user terminal 50 from the access control list Li of the controlled device 30, the user terminal 50 can no longer access the controlled device 30. As a result, the user cannot operate the controlled device 30 using the user terminal 50.
[0062] Although the above example shows the case where the execution completion signal s6 is output when the elevator car 31 arrives at the destination floor and the door 38 opens, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the controlled device 30 may output the execution completion signal s6 when the user terminal 50 exits the elevator car 31 and the door 38 closes. Alternatively, the user terminal 50 may detect the user's location using a GPS (Global Positioning System), and output the execution completion signal s6 to the information processing device 10 when the user moves away from the elevator beyond a predetermined distance.
[0063] The information processing device 10 of this embodiment includes an authentication information generation unit 12 that generates authentication information ci of the controlled device 30 to be operated, a request signal acquisition unit 13 that acquires an access request signal s1 from a user terminal 50 that has acquired the authentication information ci, requesting permission to access the controlled device 30, a judgment unit 14 that determines whether the access request signal s1 contains information related to the authentication information ci, and a communication control unit 15 that outputs an access permission signal that allows the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30 when the judgment unit 14 determines that the access request signal s1 contains information related to the authentication information ci.
[0064] In this way, when the access request signal s1 contains information regarding the authentication information ci, the user terminal 50 is permitted to access the controlled device 30, making it possible to operate the controlled device 30 using the user terminal 50 that has acquired the authentication information ci.
[0065] [Operations of User Terminal, Information Processing Device, and Controlled Device] Operations of the user terminal 50, information processing device 10, and controlled device 30 included in the information processing system 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0066] FIG. 6 is a sequence diagram showing the operations of the user terminal 50, the information processing device 10, and the controlled device 30. As shown in FIG.
[0067] 6, the information processing device 10 generates authentication information ci (step S11). The authentication information ci generated in step S11 is stored in the storage unit 16 of the information processing device 10. The information processing device 10 displays the authentication information ci generated in step S11 on the display unit 17 (step S12). Steps S11 and S12 are executed to periodically update the authentication information ci, and may be repeatedly executed every 10 seconds, 1 minute, 1 hour, or 1 day, for example.
[0068] On the other hand, when the user terminal 50 is connected to the network, the user terminal 50 displays a screen prompting the user to scan the authentication information ci (step S13). The user terminal 50 accepts an operation input from the user via the touch panel 57, and scans the authentication information ci displayed on the display unit 17 (step S14). In this way, the user terminal 50 acquires the authentication information ci.
[0069] The user terminal 50 connects to the information processing device 10 using the authentication information ci acquired by scanning, and transmits an access request signal s1 to the information processing device 10 requesting permission to access the controlled device 30 (step S15).
[0070] The information processing device 10 checks whether the access request signal s1 transmitted from the user terminal 50 includes content related to the authentication information ci (step S16). For example, the information processing device 10 checks whether the pair code included in the access request signal s1 matches the pair code included in the authentication information ci stored in the storage unit 16.
[0071] If the access request signal s1 does not include information related to the authentication information ci, the information processing device 10 outputs a signal to the user terminal 50 to prompt the user terminal 50 to scan the authentication information ci again. The user terminal 50 returns to step S13 and displays a screen prompting the user terminal 50 to scan the authentication information ci.
[0072] When the access request signal s1 includes content related to the authentication information ci, the information processing device 10 outputs a first access permission signal s2 that allows the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30 (step S17). The first access permission signal s2 also includes information instructing the start of commissioning between the controlled device 30 and the user terminal 50.
[0073] The controlled device 30 receives the first access permission signal s2, and is ready to accept the commissioning. The controlled device 30 outputs an acceptance signal s3 indicating that the controlled device 30 is ready to accept the commissioning to the information processing device 10 (step S18).
[0074] Based on the reception possible signal s3 output from the controlled device 30, the information processing device 10 outputs to the user terminal 50 a second access permission signal s4 that permits the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30 (step S19). The second access permission signal s4 includes information instructing the start of commissioning between the controlled device 30 and the user terminal 50.
[0075] The user terminal 50 performs commissioning with the controlled device 30 by acquiring the second access permission signal s4 output from the information processing device 10 (step S20). For example, the user terminal 50 and the controlled device 30 perform commissioning using a discriminator and a passcode included in the authentication information ci.
[0076] When the commissioning is completed, the controlled device 30 outputs operation items for operating the controlled device 30 to the user terminal 50 (step S21). Note that in step S21, the user terminal 50 may acquire the operation items from the controlled device 30 when the user terminal 50 detects a signal indicating that the commissioning (step S20) is completed.
[0077] The user terminal 50 displays the operation items output from the controlled device 30 on the touch panel 57 (step S22). When the user terminal 50 receives an operation input based on the operation items via the touch panel 57, it outputs an operation signal s5 based on the operation items to the controlled device 30 (step S23).
[0078] The controlled device 30 checks whether the user terminal 50 that transmitted the operation signal s5 is a user terminal 50 that is permitted to access the controlled device 30 (step S24). If the user terminal 50 is not permitted to access, the controlled device 30 outputs a signal to the user terminal 50 to prompt the user terminal 50 to scan the authentication information ci again.
[0079] If the user terminal 50 that transmitted the operation signal s5 is a user terminal 50 that is permitted to access the controlled device 30, the controlled device 30 operates based on the operation signal s5 (step S25).
[0080] By executing these steps, the user can operate the controlled device 30 using the user terminal 50.
[0081] [Operation Flow of Information Processing System] The operation flow of the information processing system 1 according to the embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8. FIG.
[0082] First, a setting scene in which controlled device 30 can be operated using user terminal 50 will be described.
[0083] FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the information processing system 1.
[0084] 7, the information processing device 10 generates authentication information ci (step S111). The authentication information ci generated in step S111 is stored in the storage unit 16 of the information processing device 10. The information processing device 10 displays the authentication information ci generated in step S111 on the display unit 17 (step S112).
[0085] When the user terminal 50 is connected to the network, the user terminal 50 displays a screen prompting the user to scan the authentication information ci (step S113). Upon receiving an operation input from the user, the user terminal 50 scans and acquires the authentication information ci displayed on the display unit 17 (step S114).
[0086] The user terminal 50 searches for and requests authentication of the information processing device 10 using the authentication information ci acquired in step S114, and connects to the information processing device 10 (step S114A). Then, the user terminal 50 transmits an access request signal s1 to the information processing device 10, requesting permission to access the controlled device 30 (step S115).
[0087] The information processing device 10 determines whether or not information related to the authentication information ci is included in the access request signal s1 transmitted from the user terminal 50 (step S116). Specifically, the information processing device 10 determines whether or not the pair code included in the access request signal s1 matches the pair code included in the authentication information ci stored in the storage unit 16.
[0088] If the access request signal s1 does not include information regarding the authentication information ci (No in S116), the information processing device 10 outputs a signal to the user terminal 50 to prompt the user terminal 50 to scan the authentication information ci again (step S116A). The user terminal 50 returns to step S113 and displays a screen prompting the user terminal 50 to scan the authentication information ci.
[0089] On the other hand, if the access request signal s1 includes information related to the authentication information ci (Yes in S116), the information processing device 10 outputs an access permission signal that permits the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30 (step S117). Furthermore, the information processing device 10 permits the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30, and instructs the controlled device 30 and the user terminal 50 to start a commissioning process.
[0090] Upon receiving the instruction to perform the commissioning process, the user terminal 50 and the controlled device 30 perform commissioning with each other (step S120).
[0091] When the commissioning is completed, the controlled device 30 outputs operation items for operating the controlled device 30 to the user terminal 50 (step S121). Note that in step S121, the user terminal 50 may acquire the operation items from the controlled device 30 when the user terminal 50 detects a signal indicating that the commissioning (step S120) is completed.
[0092] The user terminal 50 displays the operation items output from the controlled device 30 on the touch panel 57 (step S122). When the user terminal 50 receives an operation input based on the operation items via the touch panel 57, it outputs an operation signal s5 based on the operation items to the controlled device 30 (step S123).
[0093] The controlled device 30 determines whether the user terminal 50 that transmitted the operation signal s5 is a user terminal 50 that is permitted to access the controlled device 30 (step S124). If the user terminal 50 is not permitted to access (No in S124), the controlled device 30 outputs a signal to the user terminal 50 to prompt the user terminal 50 to scan the authentication information ci again (step S116A). The user terminal 50 returns to step S113 and displays a screen prompting the user terminal 50 to scan the authentication information ci.
[0094] On the other hand, if the user terminal 50 that sent the operation signal s5 is a user terminal 50 that is permitted to access the controlled device 30 (Yes in S124), the controlled device 30 operates based on the operation signal s5 (step S125).
[0095] By executing these steps, the controlled device 30 can be set to be operable using the user terminal 50 .
[0096] Next, a description will be given of a case where the user sets the controlled device 30 to be inoperable using the user terminal 50. In this example, a description will be given of a case where the operation of the controlled device 30 based on the operation signal s5 is completed.
[0097] FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing another example of the operation of the information processing system 1.
[0098] The controlled device 30 executes an operation based on the operation signal s5 (step S131). When the controlled device 30 completes the operation based on the operation signal s5, the controlled device 30 outputs an execution completion signal s6 to the information processing device 10 (step S132).
[0099] When the information processing device 10 receives the execution completion signal s6, it revokes the permission given to the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30 (step S133). As a result, the user terminal 50 cannot operate the controlled device 30.
[0100] By executing these steps, it is possible to set the controlled device 30 so that it cannot be operated using the user terminal 50.
[0101] [First Variation of the Embodiment] In the above embodiment, an example was shown in which the controlled device 30 is an elevator. However, in the first variation, an example will be described in which the controlled device 30 is an IoT device placed in a room such as a conference room.
[0102] 3, the information processing device 10 of the first modification includes an authentication information generating unit 12, a request signal acquiring unit 13, a determining unit 14, a communication control unit 15, a storage unit 16, and a display unit 17. The display unit 17 is, for example, a display, and is provided inside or outside a room.
[0103] The authentication information generation unit 12 of the first modification displays the authentication information ci on the display unit 17 provided in the room. The user terminal 50 reads the authentication information ci displayed on the display unit 17 and transmits an access request signal s1 to the information processing device 10. Upon receiving the access request signal s1, the information processing device 10 permits the user terminal 50 to access the IoT device.
[0104] For example, the information processing device 10 may output an access permission signal when the pair code included in the access request signal s1 matches the pair code included in the authentication information ci stored in the storage unit 16 of the information processing device 10. Upon receiving the access permission signal, the IoT device and the user terminal 50 may perform commissioning using the passcode included in the authentication information ci.
[0105] After the above-described commissioning is completed, the IoT device may output operation items of the IoT device to the user terminal 50. The operation items may include content related to the operation of the IoT device (for example, operations for adjusting the temperature of an air conditioner, brightness of lights, and changing channels on a television). When the IoT device receives an operation signal s5 based on the operation item of the IoT device from the user terminal 50, the IoT device may operate based on the operation signal s5.
[0106] Furthermore, the controlled device 30 may be an IoT device including the information processing device 10. This IoT device may include an authentication information generation unit 12 that generates authentication information ci for the IoT device, a request signal acquisition unit 13 that acquires an access request signal s1 from a user terminal 50 that has acquired the authentication information ci, the access request signal s1 requesting permission to access the IoT device, a determination unit 14 that determines whether information related to the authentication information ci is included in the access request signal s1, and a communication control unit 15 that permits the user terminal 50 to access the IoT device when the determination unit 14 determines that information related to the authentication information ci is included in the access request signal s1. With this configuration, it is possible to input operations to the IoT device using the user terminal 50.
[0107] [Second Modification of the Embodiment] In the above-described embodiment, an example in which controlled device 30 is an elevator is described. However, in a second modification, an example in which controlled device 30 is a moving body such as an automatically driven bus will be described.
[0108] 3, the information processing device 10 of the second modification includes an authentication information generating unit 12, a request signal acquiring unit 13, a determining unit 14, a communication control unit 15, a storage unit 16, and a display unit 17. The display unit 17 is, for example, a display, and is provided on a bus stop sign.
[0109] The authentication information generation unit 12 of the second modification displays the authentication information ci on a display unit 17 provided on a bus stop sign. The authentication information generation unit 12 may display different authentication information ci for each of a plurality of bus stops. The user terminal 50 reads the authentication information ci displayed on the display unit 17 and transmits an access request signal s1 to the information processing device 10. Upon receiving the access request signal s1, the information processing device 10 permits the user terminal 50 to access the bus.
[0110] For example, the information processing device 10 may output an access permission signal when the pair code included in the access request signal s1 matches the pair code included in the authentication information ci stored in the storage unit 16 of the information processing device 10. Upon receiving the access permission signal, the bus and the user terminal 50 may perform commissioning using the pass code included in the authentication information ci.
[0111] After the above-mentioned commissioning is completed, the bus may output bus operation items to the user terminal 50. The operation items may include information regarding the specific bus number, the bus departure time at the bus stop, the bus stop where the user plans to get off, etc. When the bus receives an operation signal s5 based on the operation items from the user terminal 50, the bus may operate based on the operation signal s5.
[0112] Furthermore, the controlled device 30 may be a mobile body including the information processing device 10. The mobile body may be a mobile body for transporting a person, and may include an authentication information generation unit 12 that generates authentication information ci of the mobile body, a request signal acquisition unit 13 that acquires an access request signal s1 from a user terminal 50 that has acquired the authentication information ci, the access request signal s1 requesting permission to access the mobile body, a determination unit 14 that determines whether information related to the authentication information ci is included in the access request signal s1, and a communication control unit 15 that permits the user terminal 50 to access the mobile body when the determination unit 14 determines that information related to the authentication information ci is included in the access request signal s1. With this configuration, it is possible to perform an operation input to the mobile body using the user terminal 50.
[0113] (Summary) An information processing device 10 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure will be illustrated.
[0114] The information processing device 10 of Example 1 includes an authentication information generation unit 12 that generates authentication information ci of the controlled device 30 to be operated, a request signal acquisition unit 13 that acquires an access request signal s1 from a user terminal 50 that has acquired the authentication information ci, requesting permission to access the controlled device 30, a judgment unit 14 that determines whether the access request signal s1 contains information related to the authentication information ci, and a communication control unit 15 that outputs an access permission signal that allows the user terminal 50 to access the controlled device 30 when the judgment unit 14 determines that the access request signal s1 contains information related to the authentication information ci.
