Abstract
Description
[0001] Mounting profile of a set of profiles for creating profile structures of a suspended ceiling of a frame-sheathing type
[0002] AREA OF TECHNOLOGY
[0003] The invention relates to the construction industry and can be used in the field of creating suspended ceilings, in particular in the construction of frame-and-sheathing type structures.
[0004] LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGY
[0005] In the field of suspended structures, in particular stretch ceilings, there is a fairly large number of profiles that solve the problems of creating architectural forms of suspended ceilings with various functional properties, such as placing light lines, ventilation units and other equipment in the ceiling plane and wall abutments. Similar solutions for suspended ceilings based on frame-sheathing type structures are currently presented in a limited number. In connection with this, in order to create several architectural solutions in one frame-sheathing structure, architects-designers and installers have to select profiles from different manufacturers, taking into account the fact that many profiles do not fit together in cross-section, and perform complex calculations to combine the plane of the suspended ceiling to their dimensions.Such work is labor-intensive and requires taking into account a large number of materials and their parameters throughout the entire work from the creation of the project to finishing works and, as practice shows, in most cases it is impossible to exclude all errors in calculations and the human factor, which leads to damage to the material and the need for recalculations and alterations, including at the final stages of finishing works.
[0006] The prior art discloses a joint assembly for a suspended ceiling fastening device (Patent RET 2742420 Cl priority date 10.08.2020) - a prototype of the claimed technical solution, the technical result of which is to increase the reliability of the joint assembly for a suspended ceiling fastening device or other similar suspended coverings by cushioning adverse effects on the fastening assembly and the structure of the suspended ceiling or other similar suspended coverings and, as a result, increasing the resistance of these suspended coverings to loads arising during operation. The known joint unit of the suspended ceiling fastening device is a profile structure in the form of a three-component system implementing a damper connection, where the profile structure includes a base profile and a mounting profile containing damper connection elements in the form of a groove for a damper, a mating part and a damper, due to the use of which a flexible decoupling of the supporting surface of the wall and the suspended ceiling structure is ensured, which allows increasing the resistance of frame-sheathing structures to loads arising during operation and prevents the appearance of cracks on the plane of the suspended ceiling. A disadvantage of the prototype is the limitation of the options for adjoining with the supporting surface.
[0007] DISCLOSURE OF THE ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The objective of the invention is to create a connection between a suspended ceiling and a supporting surface, ensuring their flexible decoupling, which allows the use of a profile structure to create a shadow gap between the wall of the room and the structure of the suspended ceiling.
[0009] The technical result of the invention is to simplify the process of installing a suspended ceiling in the form of frame-sheathing structures, to solve the problem of an insufficient arsenal of tools in the field of technology, and to expand the functional capabilities of the prototype for creating wall abutments.
[0010] The mounting profile of the profile set for creating profile structures of a frame-and-sheathing suspended ceiling, containing damper joint elements in the form of a mating part and a damper, differs from the prototype in that it is made in the form of a single structure equipped with a mounting shelf and a putty element, connected to each other by a base, wherein the mating part is made in the form of a base shelf located in its upper part, the mounting shelf has a length exceeding both the length of the mating part and the extension of the putty element relative to the base, which is made in the form of a wall with the possibility of mating with the guide profile of the metal frame of the frame-and-sheathing suspended ceiling structure over its entire surface. The mounting profile of the profile set for creating profile structures in accordance with the claimed technical solution is also provided with elements forming a cavity for connectors.
[0011] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
[0012] Fig. 1 shows a mounting profile of a set of profiles for creating profile structures of a frame-sheathing type suspended ceiling in a transverse profile section, where the said frame-sheathing structure includes one layer of sheet sheathing.
[0013] Fig. 2 shows the installation profile of a set of profiles for creating profile structures of a frame-sheathing type suspended ceiling in a transverse profile section, where the said frame-sheathing structure includes two layers of sheet sheathing.
[0014] IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVENTION
[0015] The process of installation of frame-sheathing structures is simplified due to the presence of profiles in the kit for various functions, allowing to create a wide range of architectural solutions from wall abutments along the perimeter of the suspended ceiling. The claimed invention expands the functional capabilities of the prototype by providing the use of a profile structure to create a shadow gap between the wall of the room and the suspended ceiling structure. The created abutment of the suspended ceiling with the supporting surface not only ensures their flexible decoupling, but also solves the problem of an insufficient arsenal of means for creating wall abutments.
[0016] Flexible decoupling is ensured by the fact that the set of profiles for creating profile structures includes a base profile 1 and a mounting profile 2, containing damper connection elements in the form of a groove 3 for the damper of the base profile 1, a mating part 4 and a damper 5. It should be noted that the compatibility of the mounting profiles with each other is achieved by observing the condition for their implementation, namely, each mounting profile of the set of profiles has the same height from any mounting shelf to the edge of any putty element and the same shape of each of them. Thus, due to one set of profiles, a whole range of architectural solutions are obtained that are easy to install and when combining (joining) the profiles with each other, the mounting shelves and putty elements, as well as the bases or their parts, converge in the cross section.
[0017] The mounting profile 2 of the profile set for creating profile structures, in accordance with the present invention, is made in the form of a single structure as shown in the figures, is provided with a mounting shelf 6 and a putty element 7, connected to each other by a base 8. The mating part 4 is made in the form of a base shelf located in its upper part, such its position makes it possible to facilitate the combination of the elements of the damper connection by inserting the mating part 4 with the damper 5 into the cavity 3 of the base profile 1. Since the length of the profiles, as a rule, is two meters or more, and the installation is performed by two hands of one person, with the hands extended upwards, the mounting shelf 6, duplicating the mating part 4, acts as an additional guide and makes it possible to connect the elements of the profile structure from the starting part of the mounting profile and further along its entire remaining length by progressive pressing. The mounting shelf 6 has a length exceeding both the length of the counterpart 4 and the extension of the putty element 7 relative to the base 8, ensuring with such a difference in length the size of the gap between the wall of the room and the suspended ceiling structure up to the technologically necessary one. The base 8 is made in the form of a profile wall with the possibility of coupling with the guide profile of the metal frame of the frame-sheathing structure of the suspended ceiling over its entire surface, ensuring the adjoining of the guide profile 9 of the metal frame 10 of the frame-sheathing structure over its entire surface, which gives considerable freedom in choosing both the width of the guide profile 9 and the thickness of the sheathing sheets 11.
[0018] The shadow gap is a junction that hides technological cavities and defects of the supporting surface 12, which cannot be even due to the curvature of the walls, the shadow gap, when the profile is hidden "in the shadow", is a visually thin dark strip at the place of the wall junction and the suspended ceiling. Elements 13, forming a cavity 14 for connectors, allow for the reduction of the ends of the profiles to each other and to connect several profile structures with a damper connection in one line without displacement. Such a mounting profile 2 simplifies the process of installing a suspended ceiling in the form of frame-sheathing structures, solves the problem of an insufficient arsenal of tools in the field of technology and expands the functionality of the prototype for creating wall junctions.
[0019] The basic profile 1 of the profile set is provided with additional elements, such as a rib 15, forming a groove for fastening elements, such as connections with external systems (for example, a static pressure chamber of a ventilation system), or connectors for aligning its peripheral edges in one line in order to prevent displacements of the structure (then the basic profiles 1 can be placed along the perimeter of the room with an accuracy of up to a millimeter). The examples indicated below are given for the purpose of sufficiently disclosing the essence of the invention and do not limit the possibilities of using the invention in another way.
[0020] The design of the frame-sheathing type of suspended ceiling (Code of rules for design and construction SP 163.1325800.2014. Designs using gypsum board and gypsum fiber sheets. Design and installation rules) includes a metal frame 10, consisting of guides 9 and ceiling 16 profiles assembled together into a frame structure. Such a frame structure is attached to the ceiling of the room using hangers (not shown in the figure). Also, the design of the frame-sheathing type of suspended ceiling includes sheathing sheets 11, for example, gypsum board and gypsum fiber sheets, which are sewn from below the frame structure and form the plane of the suspended ceiling. Guide profiles 9 are used in places where the frame structure adjoins the wall of the room - the supporting surface 12. Traditionally, guide profiles 9 are fastened along the perimeter of the room through a damper tape and the metal frame 10 is assembled by placing the ends of the ceiling profiles 16 in them.In this way, the metal frame 10 is built in the horizontal plane. When creating niches or abutments with the supporting surface 12, their perimeter is set using guide profiles 9. The lining sheets 11 are hemmed in one (Fig. 1) or two layers (Fig. 2). Then finishing work is carried out to apply a decorative finishing coating, at the final stage of which the resulting plane of the suspended ceiling is painted (or the final appearance is designed in another way).
[0021] The prototype of the claimed technical solution offers a method different from the traditional one for creating abutments with a damper tape, for compensating for the stresses of the connections of the metal frame 10 with the supporting surface 12, in which cracks may appear on the plane of the suspended ceiling along the line of its plane's connection with the perimeter of the room. The prototype offers a profile structure with a flexible decoupling of the supporting surface 12 of the wall and the structure of the suspended ceiling, which, due to the damper 5 and some freedom that it provides, allows the elements of the damper connection in the form of a groove 3 for the damper 5 and the mating part 4 to dampen such stresses. The prototype offers a profile structure for creating a shadow abutment, but has a number of disadvantages, such as, for example, the lack of freedom in choosing both the width of the guide profile 9 and the thickness of the sheathing sheets 11, as well as the complexity of installing the profile structure. Also, at present, there is a need to combine several types of abutments with each other to create suspended ceilings of complex architecture. For this purpose, a set of profiles compatible with each other is proposed, where each mounting profile 2, in the case of the claimed invention, has the same height from the mounting shelf 6 to the edge of the putty element 7, and each of them has the same shape. Thus, when combining (joining) the mounting profiles of the set of profiles with each other, their mounting shelves and putty elements, as well as bases or parts thereof, converge in cross-section.
[0022] The profile structure includes a base profile 1, a mounting profile 2 and damper connection elements in the form of a groove 3 for a damper, a mating part 4 and a damper 5. Base profiles 1 are placed along the perimeter of the room, connecting them to each other in one line, so that the plane of the suspended ceiling is precisely defined over its entire area. The base 8 is screwed to the guide profiles 9 of the metal frame 10 of the frame-and-sheathing structure as follows. With a two-layer sheathing, the guide profile 9 is aligned with the base 8, retreating by the thickness of the sheathing sheet 11 from the lower edge of the bases 8 (Fig. 2). With a single-layer sheathing (Fig. 1), the guide profile 9 is screwed to the lower edge of the base 8. Due to this, the entire profile structure has a reliable combination with the frame-and-sheathing structure, in particular with its metal frame 10.The mating parts 4 with the damper 5 in the starting part of the mounting profile 2 (its edge) are inserted into the groove 3 of the base profile 1 and by successive pressing a profile structure with a damper joint is formed along the entire perimeter of the room, or on the selected section. In this case, the mounting profiles 2 are joined with each other along a straight line and the bases 8 or their parts, as well as their putty elements 7, are combined at the corner joints. When joining profile structures, connectors are used that are inserted into the cavity 14 formed by the elements 13 that form the cavity for the connectors. In this way, all profile structures are combined with each other in one line without displacements in the plane, due to which a flat plane of the suspended ceiling is obtained.
[0023] Then, using ceiling profiles 16, a frame structure is formed, to the metal frame 10 obtained in this way, sheets of cladding 11 are sewn, the lower layer of which is brought close to the putty element 7 and a number of finishing works are carried out to create a decorative finishing coating. As a result, a multifunctional wall abutment is obtained through simple installation.
[0024] Creation of a shadow zone in the area of the wall abutment by means of a profile structure including a mounting profile 2. The base 8 is combined with the guide profile 9, as described above, retreating by the thickness of the sheathing sheet 11 from the lower edge of the bases 8.
[0025] The mating part 4 with the damper 5 is inserted into the groove 3 for the damper of the base profile 1, wherein the mounting shelf 6 acts as a kind of beacon for the mating part 4 made in the form of a base shelf 8 located in its upper part, as was indicated above. Forming a shadow cavity between the base 8 and the supporting surface 12, since the mounting shelf 6 has a length exceeding both the length of the mating part 4 and the extension of the putty element 7 towards the supporting surface 12. Then the metal frame 10 is assembled as described above, the peripheral parts of the sheathing sheets 11 are combined with the putty element 7 and finishing work is performed as was indicated above.By means of such mounting profile 2 made in the form of a single structure, another wall abutment is realized with provision of flexible decoupling, which allows using the obtained profile structure to create a shadow gap - a thin dark strip at the place of wall abutment of the wall and suspended ceiling. In addition to the above, in the set of profiles, mounting profile 2, due to the simplicity of its design, is used in corner joints combining profile structures with each other, since all mounting profiles of the set have repeating geometry and are compatible with each other.
[0026] Thus, the problem of an insufficient arsenal of means for creating wall junctions for various architectural tasks is solved, and the functional capabilities of wall junctions are expanded using a flexible junction with a damper connection.
