Description

Information processing device, information processing method, and program

[0001] The present invention relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program.

[0002] Conventionally, there has been a technology for matching human resources that allows companies to hire desired personnel when they need them and allows job seekers to work in the type of job they want at a time and place that is convenient for them (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0003] Patent No. 6713588

[0004] However, in recent years, there has been a demand for the realization of technology that breaks down a single job into multiple work hours and posts recruitment advertisements, but conventional technology, including the technology in Patent Document 1, is unable to fully meet this demand.

[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and aims to provide a technique for posting a job advertisement by breaking down one job into a plurality of work periods.

[0006] In order to achieve the above object, an information processing device of one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a job advertisement information receiving means for receiving job advertisement information relating to a predetermined job; and a job advertisement information output means for outputting the job advertisement information relating to two or more advertised work times in response to receiving a request to set two or more advertised work times that at least partially overlap for one work time of the predetermined job.

[0007] An information processing method and a program according to one aspect of the present invention are a method and a program corresponding to an information processing device according to one aspect of the present invention.

[0008] According to the present invention, it becomes possible to post a recruitment advertisement for one job by dividing it into a plurality of work hours.

[0009] 1 is a diagram showing an overview of the present service that can be realized by an information processing system to which a server according to an embodiment of the information processing device of the present invention is applied. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of an information processing system to which a server according to an embodiment of the information processing device of the present invention is applied. FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing an example of the hardware configuration of the server in the information processing system of FIG. 2. FIG. 4 is a functional block diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the server of FIG. 3 that constitutes the information processing system of FIG. 2. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an example of a screen of job advertisement information relating to two or more advertised work times that is output from a server having the functional configuration of FIG. 4 and displayed on a job seeker terminal. FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a screen that can be set on an advertiser terminal, for setting one or more candidate advertised work times that are dedicated to recovery in the event of a cancellation.

[0010] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0011] First, an overview of a service (hereinafter referred to as "this service") that can be realized by an information processing system (see FIG. 2 described later) to which a server according to an embodiment of the information processing device of the present invention is applied will be described with reference to Fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an overview of this service that can be realized by an information processing system to which a server according to an embodiment of the information processing device of the present invention is applied.

[0012] This service breaks down a single job into multiple work hours and posts job advertisements.

[0013] Specifically, for example, the service in the example of Fig. 1 is provided by a service provider S to an advertiser K who advertises a job offer, and a job seeker Q who sees the advertisement and applies for the job. Therefore, the service in the example of Fig. 1 uses a server 1 managed by the service provider S, an advertiser terminal 2 managed by the advertiser K, and a job seeker terminal 3 managed by the job seeker Q.

[0014] In the example of FIG. 1 , in step S1, the server 1 receives from the advertiser terminal 2 job advertisement information for a predetermined job (in the example of FIG. 1 , the job of "bathing assistance at a nursing home for the elderly"). In step S2, the server 1 receives from the advertiser terminal 2 a request to set two or more advertised work hours that at least partially overlap for one work hour of the predetermined job (in the example of FIG. 1 , "7:00 to 16:00") (in the example of FIG. 1 , "A: 7:00 to 12:00," "B: 10:00 to 15:00," and "C: 12:00 to 16:00"). In step 3, in response to receiving the setting request of step S2, the server 1 outputs job advertisement information for the two or more advertised work hours (see the example at the bottom right of FIG. 1 ) to the job seeker terminal 3.

[0015] In this way, job seeker Q who sees the job advertisement information posted on job seeker terminal 3 in step S3 can intuitively match and apply for the job, taking into consideration his or her own free time. Furthermore, a matching system to which this service is applied (one embodiment of the information processing system of the present invention in FIG. 2 described below) can increase the matching rate.

[0016] Furthermore, in this service, although not shown in Fig. 1, the server 1 may be configured to automatically suppress posting when a match is found. That is, in step S3, the server 1 may control the output of other job advertisement information in response to a job seeker being matched with one of two or more pieces of job advertisement information relating to advertised work hours. For example, the server 1 may stop all output, or may continue to output only the part of the job advertisement information that is not matched.

[0017] This makes it possible to prevent another job seeker Q from being matched in the same time period as the matched job seeker Q.

[0018] Furthermore, in this service, the server 1 may set an advertisement posting date and time, although this is not shown in Fig. 1. That is, in response to receiving the setting of the advertisement posting date and time for each of the job advertisement information relating to two or more job advertisement posting work hours in step S2, the server 1 may output the job advertisement information relating to two or more job advertisement posting work hours in accordance with the set advertisement posting date and time in step S3.

[0019] For example, by outputting advertisements with long working hours as a priority, it becomes possible to preferentially match job seekers Q with a wide range of working hours.

[0020] Furthermore, in this service, although not shown in Fig. 1, the server 1 may be configured to semi-automatically set the advertised work hours. That is, in step S3, the server 1 may output candidates for advertised work hours for the job advertisement information in a predetermined case, for example, depending on the attributes of the job advertisement or the cancellation situation. Here, the predetermined case may be, for example, a job for which there is a high priority match request, or a last-minute cancellation from an existing matched job seeker Q, etc.

[0021] This makes it possible to output recruitment advertisement information relating to two or more advertising work hours efficiently with simple operations according to the circumstances of advertiser K (business side) and the cancellation situation.

[0022] In addition, in this service, the server 1 may display split pay, although this is not shown in Fig. 1. In other words, the server 1 may output pay information corresponding to two or more advertised work hours in step S3.

[0023] In this way, job seeker Q who sees the job advertisement information posted on job seeker terminal 3 in step S3 can intuitively match and apply for the job, taking into consideration not only his / her free time but also his / her desired salary.

[0024] Furthermore, in this service, although not shown in Fig. 1, the server 1 may be configured to recover when a cancellation occurs. That is, in step S3, the server 1 outputs candidates for advertised work times in a predetermined case for the job advertisement information, as described above. The predetermined case may be when a cancellation occurs for a matched job related to the job advertisement information, so that the server 1 may recover when a cancellation occurs.

[0025] This makes it possible to post job advertisements in increments of, for example, one hour (assuming the end of work hours are the same), especially when a vacancy occurs due to a last-minute cancellation of a matched job. As a result, it is expected that the vacancy will be filled as much as possible.

[0026] Furthermore, in this service, the server 1 may extend the advertisement posting period, although this is not shown in Fig. 1. That is, in step S3, when a cancellation occurs for a job that has already been matched with the job advertisement information, the server 1 may extend the advertisement posting period for the job advertisement information and output the job advertisement information.

[0027] This is expected to improve the matching rate.

[0028] Furthermore, in this service, although not shown in FIG. 1, the server 1 may automatically grant an incentive (e.g., points) and resubmit the advertisement depending on the timing of cancellation (e.g., cancellation within 24 hours before the start of work). The incentive is automatically calculated and granted based on, for example, a daily wage. In other words, in step S3, the server 1 may grant a predetermined incentive (e.g., points calculated from a daily wage) in response to cancellation of a matched job related to the job advertisement information at a predetermined timing (e.g., within 23 hours before the start of work), and output the job advertisement information.

[0029] This is expected to improve the matching rate in cases such as last-minute cancellations when recovery is difficult.

[0030] Furthermore, in this service, although not shown in Fig. 1, the server 1 may be configured to place a job advertisement that does not disclose the number of people being recruited. That is, in step S3, the server 1 may output the job advertisement information without disclosing the number of people being recruited, regardless of the number of people being recruited in the job advertisement information (i.e., whether multiple people are being recruited or one person is being recruited).

[0031] By eliminating information about the number of job openings in this way, job seeker Q will not be able to grasp the number of openings, and will be aware of the risk of job openings disappearing, which may improve the matching rate. Also, posting a large number of job openings may cause job seeker Q to become wary, thinking that it is a difficult workplace, but by eliminating information about the number of job openings in this way, it may be possible to avoid this risk from occurring.

[0032] Of course, the server 1 may also post a recruitment advertisement that lists the number of positions available.

[0033] Furthermore, in this service, although not shown in Fig. 1, the server 1 may be configured to set an advertisement disclosure range. That is, in step S3, the server 1 may output the job advertisement information by limiting it to a predetermined output destination in accordance with the intention of the advertiser of the job advertisement information. The output destination is not particularly limited, but for example, four types of output destinations, namely, general (all job seekers Q), limited (job seekers Q registered as favorites on a business establishment basis), corporation limited (job seekers Q registered as favorites on a corporation basis), and designated (disclosed to specific individual job seekers Q), may be adopted, and these four types of disclosure ranges may be set.

[0034] This allows, for example, job advertisement information to be posted preferentially to job seekers Q who are available to work at (multiple) nearby business establishments, which may improve the matching rate.

[0035] Furthermore, in this service, the server 1 may expand the range of advertisement disclosure, although this is not shown in Fig. 1. That is, the server 1 may expand the limited range of destinations to which job advertisement information is output according to predetermined conditions (for example, according to the passage of time or the matching situation).

[0036] This means that while it would be ideal for job openings to be filled through mutual nominations, if this does not go as planned, for example if the job opening is not filled within a certain period of time, it will be possible to expand the scope of disclosure as time passes.

[0037] Furthermore, in this service, although not shown in Fig. 1, the server 1 may be configured to accept an NG response from a job seeker. That is, although not shown in Fig. 1, in step S4, the server 1 may be configured to accept, from the job seeker terminal 3, job seeker response information indicating whether or not the job seeker is acceptable from the job seeker Q who has viewed the limited job advertisement information output. Although not shown in Fig. 1, in step S5, the server 1 may be configured to execute control to store positive evaluation information about the job seeker in response to having received job seeker response information within a predetermined period.

[0038] This allows, for example, if a designated job seeker Q is unable to make the job, the positive evaluation information can be used as an incentive to promptly notify the job seeker Q of the refusal, which in turn makes it possible to quickly expand the scope of advertisement publication.

[0039] Furthermore, in this service, although not shown in FIG. 1, the server 1 may display the deadline when outputting the job advertisement information to the job seeker terminal 3.

[0040] By displaying the deadline in this way, job seeker Q can be encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

[0041] Furthermore, although not shown in FIG. 1, in this service, the advertiser H may operate the advertiser terminal 2 to manually add some kind of incentive such as points.

[0042] This allows for the advertiser H to manually grant incentives in cases where the application rate is low in a certain region or the company is just starting up, and is therefore expected to improve the matching rate.

[0043] Next, the configuration of an information processing system that realizes the provision of the above-described service, i.e., an information processing system to which a server according to an embodiment of the information processing device of the present invention is applied, will be described with reference to Fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of an information processing system to which a server according to an embodiment of the information processing device of the present invention is applied.

[0044] The information processing system shown in Fig. 2 is configured to include a server 1, an advertiser terminal 2, and a job seeker terminal 3. The server 1, advertiser terminal 2, and job seeker terminal 3 are connected to each other via a network such as the Internet.

[0045] The server 1 is an information processing device managed by the service provider S (Fig. 1) of this service. The server 1 executes various processes to realize this service while appropriately communicating with the advertiser terminal 2 and the job seeker terminal 3. The advertiser terminal 2 is an information processing device operated by the advertiser K (Fig. 1) and is composed of a smartphone, tablet, personal computer, etc. The job seeker terminal 3 is an information processing device operated by the job seeker Q (Fig. 1) and is composed of a smartphone, tablet, personal computer, etc.

[0046] FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing an example of a hardware configuration of a server in the information processing system shown in FIG.

[0047] The server 1 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 11, a ROM (Read Only Memory) 12, a RAM (Random Access Memory) 13, a bus 14, an input / output interface 15, an input unit 16, an output unit 17, a memory unit 18, a communication unit 19, and a drive 20.

[0048] The CPU 11 executes various processes according to programs recorded in the ROM 12 or programs loaded from the storage unit 18 into the RAM 13. The RAM 13 also stores data and the like necessary for the CPU 11 to execute various processes.

[0049] The CPU 11, ROM 12, and RAM 13 are interconnected via a bus 14. An input / output interface 15 is also connected to this bus 14. An input unit 16, an output unit 17, a storage unit 18, a communication unit 19, and a drive 20 are connected to the input / output interface 15.

[0050] The input unit 16 is configured with, for example, a keyboard, and is used to input various types of information. The output unit 17 is configured with a display such as an LCD, a speaker, and the like, and outputs various types of information as images and sounds. The storage unit 18 is configured with, for example, a DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory), and is used to store various types of data. The communication unit 19 communicates with other devices (for example, the advertiser terminal 2 and job seeker terminal 3 in FIG. 2) via a network N including the Internet.

[0051] Removable media 30, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, magneto-optical disk, or semiconductor memory, is appropriately attached to the drive 20. Programs read from the removable media 30 by the drive 20 are installed in the storage unit 18 as needed. The removable media 30 can also store various data stored in the storage unit 18 in the same way as the storage unit 18.

[0052] Although not shown, the advertiser terminal 2 and job seeker terminal 3 in Fig. 2 may also have a configuration basically similar to the hardware configuration shown in Fig. 3. Therefore, a description of the hardware configuration of the advertiser terminal 2 and job seeker terminal 3 will be omitted.

[0053] The various hardware and software components constituting the information processing system of FIG. 2, including the server 1 of FIG. 3, work together to execute various processes for providing the present service of FIG.

[0054] FIG. 4 is a functional block diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the server of FIG. 3 in the information processing system of FIG.

[0055] 4, the following units function in the CPU 11 of the server 1: a job advertisement information receiving unit 51, a setting request receiving unit 52, a job advertisement information output unit 53, a job seeker response information receiving unit 54, and a job seeker evaluation information storage control unit 55. In addition, a job advertisement information DB 71, a job seeker evaluation information DB 72, and a job seeker response information DB 73 are provided in one area of the storage unit 18 of the server 1.

[0056] The job advertisement information receiving unit 51 receives job advertisement information for a predetermined job from the advertiser terminal 2 and stores it in the job advertisement information DB 71. The setting request receiving unit 52 receives a setting request from the advertiser terminal 2 for setting two or more advertised work times that at least partially overlap for one work time of a predetermined job and stores it in the job advertisement information DB 71. In response to receiving a setting request, the job advertisement information output unit 53 accesses the job advertisement information DB 71 and outputs job advertisement information for the two or more advertised work times to the job seeker terminal 3.

[0057] Figure 5 shows an example of a job advertisement screen displaying two or more advertised work hours, output from a server having the functional configuration of Figure 4 and displayed on a job seeker terminal. The job advertisement screen in the example of Figure 5 displays the following advertised work hours for the job "bathing assistance at a nursing home for the elderly": A: 7:00 to 16:00, B: 10:00 to 16:00, C: 11:00 to 16:00, D: 12:00 to 16:00, and E: 13:00 to 16:00.

[0058] Returning to FIG. 4 , the job advertisement information output unit 53 can control the output of other job advertisement information to the job seeker terminal 3 in response to a job seeker matching one of the job advertisement information relating to two or more advertised work hours.

[0059] In addition, in response to the job advertisement information receiving unit 51 receiving the setting of the advertisement posting date and time for each of the job advertisement information relating to two or more advertised working hours, the job advertisement information output unit 53 can output the job advertisement information relating to two or more advertised working hours to the job seeker terminal 3 in accordance with the set advertisement posting date and time.

[0060] Furthermore, the job advertisement information output unit 53 can output, in a predetermined case, possible advertised work hours for the job advertisement information to the job seeker terminal 3 .

[0061] Here, the predetermined case for outputting the above-mentioned candidate advertising work time can be when a cancellation occurs for a matched job related to the job advertisement information. In this case, for example, as shown in Figure 6, advertiser K can set in advance one or more candidate advertising work time times specifically for recovery in the event of a cancellation.

[0062] Figure 6 shows an example of a screen set on an advertiser terminal for setting one or more candidate advertising work hours dedicated to recovery in the event of a cancellation. In the example screen of Figure 6, an area for setting candidate normal work hours (candidate advertising work hours that are initially displayed on the job seeker terminal 3) is provided below the area for setting candidate normal work hours (candidate advertising work hours that are initially displayed on the job seeker terminal 3).

[0063] Returning to Fig. 4, the job advertisement information output unit 53 can be configured to output salary information corresponding to two or more advertised work hours to the job seeker terminal 3. For example, in the job advertisement information in the example of Fig. 5 described above, salary information is displayed to the right of the advertised work hours: A: 12,000 yen, B: 9,200 yen, C: 7,800 yen, D: 6,400 yen, E: 5,000 yen.

[0064] Furthermore, the job advertisement information output unit 53 can extend the advertisement period of the job advertisement information and output the job advertisement information to the job seeker terminal 3 when a cancellation occurs for a job that has already been matched with the job advertisement information.

[0065] Furthermore, the job advertisement information output unit 53 can output the job advertisement information while providing a predetermined incentive in response to cancellation of a matched job related to the job advertisement information at a predetermined timing.

[0066] Furthermore, the job advertisement information output unit 53 can output the job advertisement information to the job seeker terminal 3 with the number of positions to be recruited concealed, regardless of the number of positions to be recruited in the job advertisement information.

[0067] In addition, the job advertisement information output unit 53 can output the job advertisement information by limiting it to a specified output destination (one or more specified terminals among the multiple job seeker terminals 3) in accordance with the wishes of the advertiser K of the job advertisement information.

[0068] Furthermore, the job advertisement information output unit 53 can expand the limited range of destinations for job advertisement information (a limited part of the plurality of job seeker terminals 3) in accordance with predetermined conditions.

[0069] The job seeker response information receiving unit 54 receives, from the job seeker terminal 3, job seeker response information indicating whether or not the job seeker Q who has viewed the limited job advertisement information output is acceptable, and stores the information in the job seeker response information DB 73.

[0070] The job applicant evaluation information storage control unit 55 executes control to generate positive evaluation information about the job applicant and store it in the job applicant evaluation information DB 72 in response to receiving job applicant response information within a predetermined period.

[0071] Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and modifications, improvements, etc. within the scope of achieving the object of the present invention are considered to be included in the present invention.

[0072] For example, the system configuration shown in FIG. 2 and the hardware configuration of the server 1 shown in FIG. 3 are merely examples for achieving the object of the present invention, and are not particularly limited.

[0073] Furthermore, the functional block diagram shown in Fig. 4 is merely an example and is not particularly limited. That is, it is sufficient if the information processing system in Fig. 2 is provided with a function that can execute the various processes described above as a whole, and the functional blocks and databases used to realize this function are not particularly limited to the example in Fig. 4.

[0074] Furthermore, the locations of the functional blocks and databases are not limited to those shown in Fig. 4 and may be arbitrary. For example, at least some of the functional blocks and databases located on the server 1 side may be provided on the advertiser terminal 2 side, the job seeker terminal 3 side, or another information processing device not shown.

[0075] The above-described series of processes can be executed by hardware or software, and each functional block can be configured by hardware alone, software alone, or a combination of both.

[0076] When a series of processes is executed by software, the programs constituting the software are installed onto a computer or the like from a network or a recording medium. The computer may be a computer incorporated into dedicated hardware. The computer may also be a computer capable of executing various functions by installing various programs, such as a server, a general-purpose smartphone, or a personal computer.

[0077] The recording medium containing such a program may be composed not only of a removable medium (not shown) that is distributed separately from the device main body in order to provide the program to the user, but also of a recording medium that is provided to the user in a state that is pre-installed in the device main body.

[0078] In this specification, the steps describing the program to be recorded on the recording medium include not only processes that are performed in chronological order, but also processes that are not necessarily performed in chronological order but are performed in parallel or individually.

[0079] To summarize the above, an information processing device to which the present invention is applied is sufficient if it has the following configuration, and can take on a variety of different forms. That is, an information processing device to which the present invention is applied (for example, server 1 in FIGS. 1 to 4) is sufficient if it comprises: job advertisement information receiving means (for example, job advertisement information receiving unit 51 in FIG. 4) that receives job advertisement information related to a specified job, and job advertisement information output means (for example, job advertisement information output unit 53 in FIG. 4) that outputs the job advertisement information related to the two or more advertised work hours in response to receiving a request to set one work hour for the specified job.

[0080] As a result, for example, a job seeker Q who sees a job advertisement posted on the job seeker terminal 3 in Fig. 1 can intuitively match and apply for a job, taking into consideration his or her available time. Furthermore, a matching system to which this service is applied (an information processing system to which an embodiment of the information processing device of the present invention (for example, server 1 in Figs. 1 to 4) is applied) can improve the matching rate.

[0081] The job advertisement information output means can control the output of the other job advertisement information in response to a job seeker matching one of the job advertisement information relating to the two or more advertised work hours. For example, the server 1 in Figures 1 to 4 can stop all output or continue outputting only the advertised work hours that have not been partially matched.

[0082] This makes it possible to prevent another job seeker Q from being matched in the same time period as the matched job seeker Q.

[0083] The job advertisement information output means can output the job advertisement information relating to the two or more advertising work hours in accordance with the set advertising publication date and time, in response to the job advertisement information receiving means receiving the setting of the advertising publication date and time for each of the job advertisement information relating to the two or more advertising publication work hours.

[0084] This makes it possible to prioritize matching to job seekers Q with a wide range of working hours by, for example, outputting advertisements with long working hours as a priority.

[0085] The job advertisement information output means can output the candidate advertised work hours for the job advertisement information in a predetermined case. Here, the predetermined case can be, for example, a case where there is a high priority job match request, or a case where an existing matched job seeker Q cancels at the last minute, etc.

[0086] This makes it possible to output recruitment advertisement information relating to two or more advertising work hours efficiently with simple operations according to the circumstances of advertiser K (business side) and the cancellation situation.

[0087] The job advertisement information output means can output salary information according to the two or more advertised working hours.

[0088] Job seeker Q, who sees the job advertisement information output in this way, can intuitively match and apply for the job, taking into consideration not only his / her free time but also his / her desired salary.

[0089] Here, the predetermined case in which candidates for advertised work times are output may be when a cancellation occurs for a matched job related to the job advertisement information.

[0090] This makes it possible to post job advertisements in increments of, for example, one hour (assuming the end of work hours are the same), especially when a vacancy occurs due to a last-minute cancellation of a matched job. As a result, it is expected that the vacancy will be filled as much as possible.

[0091] The job advertisement information output means can extend the advertisement period of the job advertisement information and output the job advertisement information when a cancellation occurs for a job that has already been matched with the job advertisement information.

[0092] This is expected to improve the matching rate.

[0093] The job advertisement information output means can output the job advertisement information while providing a predetermined incentive in response to cancellation of a matched job related to the job advertisement information at a predetermined timing.

[0094] This is expected to improve the matching rate in cases such as last-minute cancellations when recovery is difficult.

[0095] The job advertisement information output means can output the job advertisement information with the number of applicants concealed, regardless of the number of applicants to be recruited according to the job advertisement information.

[0096] By eliminating information about the number of job openings in this way, job seeker Q will not be able to grasp the number of openings, and will be aware of the risk of job openings disappearing, which may improve the matching rate. Also, posting a large number of job openings may cause job seeker Q to become wary, thinking that it is a difficult workplace, but by eliminating information about the number of job openings in this way, it may be possible to avoid this risk from occurring.

[0097] The job advertisement information output means can output the job advertisement information to a predetermined output destination in accordance with the intention of the advertiser of the job advertisement information.

[0098] This allows, for example, job advertisement information to be posted preferentially to job seekers Q who are available to work at (multiple) nearby business establishments, which may improve the matching rate.

[0099] The job advertisement information output means can expand the limited range of destinations to which the job advertisement information is output in accordance with predetermined conditions.

[0100] This means that while it would be ideal for job openings to be filled through mutual nominations, if this does not go as planned, for example if the job opening is not filled within a certain period of time, it will be possible to expand the scope of disclosure as time passes.

[0101] The job advertisement system may further include job seeker response information receiving means (for example, the job seeker response information receiving unit 54 in FIG. 4) that receives job seeker response information indicating whether or not the job seeker is acceptable from the job seeker who has viewed the limited job advertisement information that has been output, and job seeker evaluation information storage control means (for example, the job seeker evaluation information storage control unit 55 in FIG. 5) that executes control to store positive evaluation information about the job seeker in accordance with whether or not the job seeker response information has been received within a predetermined period of time.

[0102] This allows, for example, if a designated job seeker Q is unable to make the job, the positive evaluation information can be used as an incentive to promptly notify the job seeker Q of the refusal, which in turn makes it possible to quickly expand the scope of advertisement publication.
