For this reason, electronic medical records do not always provide sufficient data for practical use. Therefore, for higher-quality data utilization, it is preferable to obtain patient-related data from sources other than electronic medical records.

1. A pharmacy information collection system comprising: an identification information acquisition unit that acquires identification information of a user who purchases medicine at a pharmacy; a purchase history information acquisition unit that acquires purchase history information indicating the purchase history of the medicine purchased by the user; a pharmacy collected information acquisition unit that acquires pharmacy collected information indicating information collected from the user by a pharmacist at the pharmacy based on interactions between the user and the pharmacist when the user purchases the medicine at the pharmacy; and a memory unit that links the acquired purchase history information and pharmacy collected information to the acquired identification information and stores them.

The pharmacy information collection system of claim 1, wherein the pharmacy collection information acquisition unit acquires, as the pharmacy collection information, question and answer information indicating the content of the user's answer to the question when, during the interaction, the pharmacist asks the user a question related to the medicine the user is purchasing and the user answers the question.
3. The pharmacy information collection system according to claim 2, wherein the questions related to the medicine include at least questions to confirm the user's main complaint, the user's allergies, and the reason for purchasing the medicine.
4. The pharmacy information collection system according to claim 3, wherein the questions related to the drug further include a question to confirm information that influenced the purchase of the drug.
5. The pharmacy information collection system according to claim 3, wherein the questions related to the medication further include a question to confirm the patient's preference for the medication.

The pharmacy information collection system of claim 2, further comprising: a voice acquisition unit that acquires voice data of the pharmacist repeating the answer when the user answers the question; and a voice recognition unit that converts the acquired voice data into text data using voice recognition, wherein the pharmacy collection information acquisition unit acquires the converted text data as the question answer information.

A pharmacy information collection system as described in claim 2, further comprising a question and answer information acquisition unit that displays an answer input screen corresponding to the user's identification information on a pharmacy terminal and acquires the question and answer information entered by the pharmacist on the answer input screen, wherein the pharmacy collected information acquisition unit acquires the question and answer information acquired by the question and answer information acquisition unit as the pharmacy collected information.

The pharmacy information collection system of claim 1, wherein the pharmacy collected information acquisition unit cooperates with a PHR device to acquire the user's PHR information as the pharmacy collected information when the pharmacist requests the user to provide PHR information during the exchange and the user agrees to the provision of the PHR information, and the memory unit links the acquired PHR information to the identification information and stores it.
