Abstract

The invention relates to cosmetology, and more particularly to a preparation for strengthening hair and stimulating hair growth and to methods for the use thereof. What is proposed is a preparation for strengthening hair and stimulating hair growth which consists of a mixture of a base oil, red pepper extract, a vitamin complex and auxiliary agents, as well as a method for using said preparation which consists in applying the preparation to the base of successive strands of hair and exposing the applied preparation to infrared radiation for at least 10-20 minutes at a temperature of 30-70 degrees, or keeping the preparation under a heat cap for at least 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 45-80 degrees. The preparation not only stops hair loss, but also restores the process of hair growth, while at the same time improving the structure of the hair. Using the preparation according to the methods described above increases the effectiveness of the preparation, stimulates hair growth, improves hair structure and also prevents the risk of damaging the hair.
