Abstract

The invention relates to post-operative pants (1) comprising a waistband (7), a crotch region (6), a right-hand side part (9a), a left-hand side part (9b) and an opening (5) for the post-operative treatment of the wearer. The opening (5) is located on the front side (2) of the pants (1) and extends from the waistband (7) into the crotch region (6). The right-hand side part (9a) and the left-hand side part (9b) are each arranged below the waistband (7), and the right-hand side part (9a) and the left-hand side part (9b) are each double-layered.
