[0019] A system 1 according to this embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 5 are diagrams showing a system according to this embodiment. Of these, FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of a system according to this embodiment. FIG. 2 is an activity diagram showing the processing flow of the system according to this embodiment. FIG. 3 is a flow diagram of information processing of the system according to this embodiment. FIG. 4 is an activity diagram showing a modified example of the system according to this embodiment and showing the processing flow of the system. FIG. 5 is a flow diagram of information processing of the system and showing a modified example of the system according to this embodiment.
[0020] System 1 FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating the configuration of a system 1 according to the present embodiment. The system 1 according to the present embodiment includes a management server (computer 10), a store terminal 20, a headquarters terminal 30, an employee terminal 40, and a user terminal 50. For example, the computer 10 is communicatively connected to the store terminal 20, the headquarters terminal 30, the employee terminal 40, and the user terminal 50. The store terminal 20, the headquarters terminal 30, the employee terminal 40, the user terminal 50, and the computer 10 may also be communicatively connected to each other via a communication network such as the Internet. Each component of the system 1 is described below. In this specification, a brand refers to a specific corporate group and the organizations or entities that form the specific corporate group that share the same mark, concept, or sensory-recognizable image. For example, a brand includes a specific corporate group or a collection of different companies that share a common service name or trade name.
[0021] <Configuration of Computer 10> Computer 10 is a management server that can be used over a communications network such as the Internet. Computer 10 may be provided as a virtual dedicated server built within a physical server accessible over the Internet. Computer 10 has a storage unit 11, a control unit 12, and a communications unit 13. Control unit 12 is configured as a microcomputer including a CPU and semiconductor memory, and controls the operation of computer 10. More specifically, by executing programs stored in storage unit 11, control unit 12 functions as template registration means 121, store template creation means 122, job advertisement creation means 123, job advertisement posting means 124, and work experience management means 125, thereby enabling computer 10 to perform its functions.
[0022] The template registration means 121 links one or more store (business) information to specific brand information. This identifies one or more stores (businesses) that belong to a specific brand. When this happens, if changes are made to the template information in the computer 10, the linking is performed so that the changes to the template information can be reflected (synchronized) in the recruitment advertisements for each brand.
[0023] As shown in FIG. 2 , when the template registration means 121 receives template information that is a template for a job advertisement for each brand, it stores the received template information in the storage unit 11 and registers the template information. Job advertisements can display information related to the template information. In this specification, template information refers to master information for job advertisements for each brand. The template information includes the job title, job content, industry, and job type as required information. Optional information also includes information about belongings, compensation, notes, management labels, various photos, skills, and access information to the workplace. Default information also includes contact information including emergency contact information, workplace, passive smoking prevention measures, and whether or not work will be performed in a smoking area.
[0024] When registering the template information, the template registration means 121 also registers whether or not the job seeker has work experience at a store related to the brand. The fact that work experience at a store related to the brand is required is input via the store terminal 20.
[0025] First, the job advertisement creation means 123 determines whether or not a login by the store terminal 20 has been detected. Furthermore, if the job advertisement creation means 123 detects a login by the store terminal 20, it causes the store terminal 20 to display information related to the template information registered by the template registration means 121, and enables the store terminal 20 to input job information for each store. Here, the information related to the template information may include not only the registered template information, but also information specifying a store template created from the template information. More specifically, by sending information related to the template information to the store terminal 20, the job advertisement creation means 123 causes the template information or a job advertisement template specified by the template information to be displayed on the store terminal 20, and job information for each store can be input via the store terminal 20. Here, the job information input for each store includes information such as the recruitment date, work start and end times, break times, application deadline, public settings, number of positions to be recruited, hourly wage, transportation costs, and whether the information is to be made publicly available only to job seekers with experience working at stores associated with the brand. Furthermore, if the store wishes to change the template information serving as master information, the default information can be changed appropriately and input.
[0026] After the job information for each store is input, the job advertisement creation means 123 sends template information into which the job information has been input from the store terminal 20 to the computer 10. The job advertisement creation means 123 reconstructs the format of the job advertisement based on the template information sent from the store terminal 20 into which the job information has been input, creates the job advertisement, and holds job advertisement data that defines the job advertisement.
[0027] Furthermore, when the recruitment advertisement creation means 123 allows the store terminal 20 to input recruitment information for each store, it also allows the applicant to input whether or not they have experience working at a store related to the brand.
[0028] The work experience management means 125 uses the management information to manage work experience at stores related to the brand for each job seeker.
[0029] The job advertisement posting means 124 displays on the user terminal a job advertisement created based on the registered template information and the input job information for each store. The job advertisement posting means 124 transmits the job advertisement data created by the job advertisement creation means 123 to the user terminal 50. Furthermore, when the template information is changed, the job advertisement posting means 124 automatically changes the job advertisement displayed on the user terminal 50 to reflect (synchronize) the change in the template information. Here, even if the template information is changed, the job advertisement displayed on the user terminal 50 is not changed after matching between job seekers and employers has been performed.
[0030] Furthermore, when displaying a job advertisement on user terminals 50, the job advertisement posting means 124 prioritizes displaying the job advertisement on user terminals 50 of job seekers who have work experience at a store associated with the brand, based on the management information from the work experience management means 125. More specifically, if it is registered when registering template information that work experience at a store associated with the brand is required, or if it is input by store terminal 20 that work experience at a store associated with the brand is required, the job advertisement posting means 124 extracts user terminals 50 of job seekers who have work experience at a store associated with the brand, and displays the job advertisement on the extracted user terminals 50 in no particular order.
[0031] With this configuration of system 1, job advertisements can be created by reflecting (synchronizing) the job information for each store in the template information, and changes to the template information can also be reflected in the job advertisements.
[0032] The programs executed by the control unit 12 are not limited to those stored in the storage unit 11. The programs executed by the control unit 12 may be those transmitted from an external device to the control unit 12 via the communication unit 13, those stored in a storage medium such as a USB memory attached to the computer 10, or those stored in a computer other than the computer 10 (for example, a cloud server).
[0033] The storage unit 11 is configured with a hard disk drive (HDD), a random access memory (RAM), a read only memory (ROM), a solid state drive (SSD), etc. The storage unit 11 stores various programs including a program executed by the control unit 12.
[0034] The communication unit 13 is, for example, a wired local area network (LAN) module, a wireless LAN module, or the like, and includes an interface for wired or wireless communication. That is, the communication unit 13 is composed of a communication interface configured to communicate with the store terminal 20, the headquarters terminal 30, the employee terminal 40, and the user terminal 50 via a communication network. The communication unit 13 also transmits a display instruction signal to the user terminal 50 to display the output information on the user terminal 50. For example, the communication unit 13 transmits a display instruction signal to the user terminal 50 to display a job advertisement specified by the job advertisement data transmitted to the user terminal 50. The user terminal 50 includes a display unit that displays the received display instruction signal.
[0035] <Store terminal 20, headquarters terminal 30, employee terminal 40, user terminal 50> The store terminal 20, headquarters terminal 30, employee terminal 40, and user terminal 50 each have a network interface, a control unit, a touch panel, a display unit, a camera, a memory unit, a GPS, etc. The network interface, the touch panel, the display unit, the camera, the memory unit, the GPS, etc. are electrically connected to the control unit via a bus, etc.
[0036] The store terminal 20 is a terminal used in one or more stores belonging to a particular brand. The store terminal 20 can access the computer 10 by using a login ID and password.
[0037] The headquarters terminal 30 is a terminal used by a management entity of a specific brand, and the employee terminal 40 is a terminal used by an employee belonging to the management entity of the specific brand.
[0038] The management entity logs in to the computer 10 using the headquarters terminal 30 and sends the template information to the computer 10. In addition, employees belonging to the management entity can log in to the computer 10 using employee terminals 40 and send the template information shared from the headquarters terminal 30 to the computer 10.
[0039] The user terminal 50 can also access the computer 10 using a login ID and password.
[0040] Next, with reference to the drawings, a description will be given of the flow of information processing by the system 1. The operation of the system 1 described below is performed by the control unit 12 of the computer 10 executing a program stored in the storage unit 11.
[0041] First, the template registration means 121 links one or more store (business) information items to specific brand information in advance. This linking process allows changes to be made to the template information in the computer 10 to be reflected (synchronized) in the recruitment advertisements for each brand.
[0042] 3, the headquarters terminal 30 or the employee terminal 40 transmits the template information to the computer 10. When the template registration means 121 receives the template information, which is a template for a recruitment advertisement for each brand, from the headquarters terminal 30 or the employee terminal 40, it stores the received template information in the storage unit 11 and registers the template information (step S10).
[0043] Here, the job advertisement creation means 123 determines whether or not a login by the store terminal 20 has been detected (step S20). If the job advertisement creation means 123 detects a login by the store terminal 20, the job advertisement creation means 123 displays the template information registered by the template registration means 121 on the store terminal 20 and enables the store terminal 20 to input job information for each store (step S30). On the other hand, if the job advertisement creation means 123 does not detect a login by the store terminal 20, the job advertisement creation means 123 transitions to a standby state until a login by the store terminal 20 is detected.
[0044] Next, after the job information for each store is input, the job advertisement creation means 123 sends template information with the job information input from the store terminal 20 to the computer 10. Then, the job advertisement creation means 123 reconstructs the format of the job advertisement based on the template information sent from the store terminal 20 with the job information input, and creates the job advertisement (step S40).
[0045] After the job advertisement is created by the job advertisement creation means 123, the job advertisement posting means 124 displays the job advertisement created based on the registered template information and the input job information for each store on the user terminal (step S50). In this way, the construction of system 1 is completed, in which when changes are made to the template information in computer 10, the changes to the template information can be reflected (synchronized) in the job advertisements for each brand.
[0046] According to the system 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above, the program causes the computer 10 to function as a template registration means 121, a job advertisement creation means 123, and a job advertisement posting means 124. The template registration means 121 receives template information, which is a template for a job advertisement for each brand, and registers the received template information. The job advertisement creation means 123 displays information related to the registered template information on the store terminal 20 and enables the store terminal 20 to input job information for each store. The job advertisement posting means 124 displays a job advertisement created based on the registered template information and the input job information for each store on the user terminal 50. More specifically, due to recent changes in the working environment, there has been an increase in short-term, one-off part-time work, such as half-day or full-day jobs. In such an environment, when services of the same brand are offered at multiple stores, if the job advertisements for the same brand differ from store to store, there is a risk of omissions or bias in the content displayed in the job advertisements. Therefore, according to the above configuration, a job advertisement created based on template information, which is a template for a job advertisement for each brand, and job information for each store input at the store terminal 20, can be displayed on the user terminal 50.
[0047] Furthermore, in the program according to this embodiment, as described above, when the template information registered by the template registration means 121 is changed, the job advertisement displayed on the user terminal 50 by the job advertisement posting means 124 may also be automatically changed. In this case, when the template information is changed, the job advertisement displayed on the user terminal 50 is also automatically changed, and the changes can be reflected in the system 1 easily and quickly.
[0048] Furthermore, in the program according to this embodiment, as described above, even if the template information registered by the template registration means 121 is changed, the job advertisement displayed on the job seeker's user terminal 50 may not be changed after matching between the job seeker and the employer. In this case, even if the template information is changed, the job advertisement displayed on the user terminal 50 can be prevented from being changed after matching.
[0049] Furthermore, as described above, the program according to this embodiment may cause the computer 10 to further function as work experience management means 125, which manages work experience at a store associated with the brand for each job seeker, and the template registration means 121 may also register whether or not the job seeker has work experience at a store associated with the brand when registering the template information, and if it is registered when registering the template information that work experience at a store associated with the brand is required, the job advertisement posting means 124 may, when displaying the job advertisement on the user terminal 50, give priority to the user terminal 50 of a job seeker who has work experience at a store associated with the brand, based on the information managed by the work experience management means 125. In this case, if it is registered when the brand template is created that work experience at a store associated with the brand is required, the job advertisement may be displayed with priority to the user terminal 50 of a job seeker who has work experience at a store associated with the brand.
[0050] Furthermore, as described above, the program according to this embodiment may cause the computer 10 to further function as work experience management means 125, which manages work experience at a store associated with the brand for each job seeker, and the job advertisement creation means 123, when allowing the store terminal 20 to input job information for each store, may also allow input of whether or not the job seeker has work experience at a store associated with the brand, and if it is input via the store terminal 20 that work experience at a store associated with the brand is required, the job advertisement posting means 124, when displaying the job advertisement on the user terminal 50, may give priority to the user terminal 50 of a job seeker who has work experience at a store associated with the brand, based on the information managed by the work experience management means 125. In this case, if it is input via the store terminal 20 that work experience at a store associated with the brand is required, the job advertisement may be displayed with priority to the user terminal 50 of a job seeker who has work experience at a store associated with the brand.
[0051] The program, computer 10, and information processing method according to the present disclosure are not limited to the above-described aspects, and various modifications can be made.
[0052] For example, as shown in FIG. 1 , in the system 1 according to this embodiment, the computer 10 may further function as a store template creation unit 122. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4 , when the template registration unit 121 receives template information, which is a template for a recruitment advertisement for each brand, the received template information is stored in the storage unit 11, thereby registering the template information. The store template creation unit 122 then creates a store template, which is a template unique to the store, from the registered template information. When creating a store template, for example, if the template information registered by the template registration unit 121 includes a substitution variable, the store template creation unit 122 creates the store template by replacing the substitution variable with predetermined information. When the store template creation unit 122 detects that the substitution variable has been entered or modified via the employee terminal 40, it reflects the job posting (recruitment) title item in the store template. Here, the predetermined information for which the substitution variable is replaced is the brand name or store name. In this specification, substitution variables include various variables such as placeholders, substitution strings, codes, template variables, dummy variables, etc. The substitution variables may also include an item for the job (recruitment) title.
[0053] At this time, when the job advertisement creation means 123 detects a login from the store terminal 20, the job advertisement creation means 123 displays the created store template on the store terminal 20 and makes it possible to input job information for each store using the store terminal 20.
[0054] In addition, the job advertisement posting means 124 creates a job advertisement by adding the input job information for each store to the created store template, and displays the created job advertisement on the user terminal 50.
[0055] The flow of information processing in the system 1 in this case will be described.
[0056] First, the template registration means 121 links in advance specific brand information with information on one or more stores (businesses).
[0057] 5, the headquarters terminal 30 or the employee terminal 40 transmits the template information to the computer 10. When the template registration means 121 receives the template information, which is a template for a recruitment advertisement for each brand, from the headquarters terminal 30 or the employee terminal 40, it stores the received template information in the storage unit 11 and registers the template information (step S60).
[0058] The store template creation unit 122 also creates a store template, which is a template unique to the store, from the registered template information (step S70).
[0059] Next, the job advertisement creation means 123 determines whether or not a login by the store terminal 20 has been detected (step S80). If the job advertisement creation means 123 detects a login by the store terminal 20, the job advertisement creation means 123 causes the store terminal 20 to display the store template created by the store template creation means 122, and enables the store terminal 20 to input job information for each store (step S90). On the other hand, if the job advertisement creation means 123 does not detect a login by the store terminal 20, the job advertisement creation means 123 transitions to a standby state until a login by the store terminal 20 is detected.
[0060] Next, after the job information for each store is input, the job advertisement creation means 123 sends the store template with the job information input from the store terminal 20 to the computer 10. Then, the job advertisement creation means 123 reconstructs the format of the job advertisement based on the store template with the job information input and sent from the store terminal 20, and creates the job advertisement (step S100).
[0061] After the job advertisement creation means 123 creates the job advertisement, the job advertisement posting means 124 displays the job advertisement created based on the created store template and the input job information for each store on the user terminal (step S110). In this way, when changes are made to the store template in the computer 10, the construction of the system 1 is completed, which is configured so that the changes to the store template can be reflected (synchronized) in the job advertisements for each brand.
[0062] Furthermore, in system 1 according to this embodiment, when computer 10 is caused to further function as store template creation means 122, store template creation means 122 creates a store template that is a template unique to the store from the registered template information, job advertisement creation means 123 displays the created store template on store terminal 20 and enables job information for each store to be input via store terminal 20, job advertisement posting means 124 creates a job advertisement by adding the input job information for each store to the created store template and displays the created job advertisement on user terminal 50, and when the template information registered by template registration means 121 is changed, the store template may also be automatically changed. In this case, when changes to the template information have been entered, template registration means 121 saves the template information before the changes have been entered, and template registration means 121 reflects the changes at the time the changes have been entered in the template information. In this case, the job advertisement posting means 124 may extract user terminals 50 for which a contract between the job seeker and employer has been completed at the time the entry of the changes has been completed, and may maintain the display of the job advertisement without the changes being reflected on user terminals 50 for which a contract between the job seeker and employer has been completed, while displaying the job advertisement with the changes being reflected on user terminals 50 for which a contract between the job seeker and employer has not been completed. This allows a job advertisement that reflects the newly added changes to be created and selectively displayed on user terminals 50, without making the newly added changes (synchronizing) the job advertisement that is already being displayed.
[0063] Furthermore, in the system 1 according to this embodiment, if the number of applicants for a job posting that has been made available only to job seekers with experience working at a store associated with the brand does not reach the number of positions available, the system 1 may switch the display to allow job seekers without experience working at a store associated with the brand to also apply. For example, the job advertisement creation means 123 determines whether the number of applicants for a job posting that has been made available only to job seekers with experience working at a store associated with the brand has reached the number of positions available, and if it determines that the number of applicants has not reached the number of positions available, it independently changes the job information and switches the display of the job advertisement to allow job seekers without experience working at a store associated with the brand to also apply.
[0064] Furthermore, in system 1 according to the present embodiment, when computer 10 is made to further function as work experience management means 125, work experience management means 125 manages work experience at a store associated with the brand for each job seeker, and when template registration means 121 registers template information, it also registers whether or not the job seeker has work experience at a store associated with the brand, and if it is registered when registering the template information that work experience at a store associated with the brand is required, job advertisement posting means 124 may, when displaying a job advertisement on user terminal 50, display the job advertisement only on user terminal 50 of a job seeker who has work experience at a store associated with the brand, based on the information managed by work experience management means 125. In this way, if it is registered when the brand template is created that work experience at a store associated with the brand is required, the job advertisement can be displayed only on user terminal 50 of a job seeker who has work experience at a store associated with the brand.
[0065] Furthermore, in system 1 according to the present embodiment, when computer 10 is made to further function as work experience management means 125, work experience management means 125 manages work experience at stores associated with the brand for each job seeker, and when job advertisement creation means 123 allows job information for each store to be input via store terminal 20, it may also allow input of whether or not the job seeker has work experience at a store associated with the brand, and if it is input via store terminal 20 that work experience at a store associated with the brand is required, job advertisement posting means 124, when displaying the job advertisement on user terminal 50, may display the job advertisement only on user terminal 50 of job seekers who have work experience at a store associated with the brand, based on the information managed by work experience management means 125. In this way, if it is input via store terminal 20 that work experience at a store associated with the brand is required, the job advertisement can be displayed only on user terminal 50 of job seekers who have work experience at a store associated with the brand.
[0066] Furthermore, in the system 1 according to the present embodiment, an example has been described in which job information for each store can be input using the store terminal 20, but it is also possible to directly access template information via the store terminal 20. In this case, the user of the store terminal 20 can access the computer 10 via the store terminal 20 and input template information that is master information for job advertisements for each brand, as well as make appropriate additions or other changes to existing template information, and can also input job information for each store.
