Abstract
Description
TITLE OF INVENTION: A FRAME ASSEMBLY TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present subject matter relates generally to a frame assembly, more particularly the frame assembly for a vehicle to provide comfort to user of the vehicle. BACKGROUND5
[0002] Typically, in a saddle type vehicle (hereafter “vehicle”) a steering system is provided to maneuver the vehicle. The steering system is provided to direct the vehicle to a particular direction as per user inputs. The steering system may include parts such a handlebar, suspensions, cluster system, ignition actuator, or other keys to actuate different electronic functions. The user tends to hold the handlebar all 10 the time while riding the vehicle, and the user to control the other parts of the steering assembly. So, as the user is always engaged in holding the handlebar, OEMs or manufactures focuses more on improving the components of the steering system, one of the reasons to improve steering system is as the user’s eyes are focused on the road and then only part which is in front of the user eyes is the 15 steering system of the vehicle, so the OEMs and manufactures tries to improve the steering system of the vehicle.
[0003] As the steering system is crucial, the user posture is also dependent on the position of the components of the steering system, such as the handlebar if is not as per the height of the user or length of hands of the user than it may cause theuser pain and it becomes uncomfortable to ride the vehicle. At the different terrain the user sitting posture can also change, such at the highways where the roads allow the user to ride at higher speed, the sitting posture of the user changes. For example, at high-speed user tends to bend down a little to reduce the direct wind contact, 5 whereas at low-speed user tends to sit in a straight position making angle with ground between 80-90 degrees. So, because of rigid positioning of the steering system the user may feel tired or stiff, which is not desirable. Similarly in traffic problems may also occur due to rigid components of the steering systems.
[0004] Generally, when OEMs and manufacturers manufacture the vehicle, they 10 tend to take the public height and length of hands data to manufacture the vehicle and its components. Due to this some of the users may face the problem because of rigid steering systems and aligned components such as handlebar, as the user have to make too much efforts to control the vehicle, which is not desirable, and it is unsafe for the user to use the vehicle which is not comfortable to ride. 15
[0005] Therefore, there is an essential requirement for a solution that addresses the above-mentioned problems with a current frame assembly and steering systems of the vehicle. SUMMARY
