[0012] FIG. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a control device of a beauty instrument according to some embodiments of the present application.DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0013] Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments are described for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the present application.

[0014] In the embodiments of the present application, “at least one” means one or more; “aplurality of” means two or more. In the description of the present application, the terms “first” , “second” , “third” , etc., are used only for distinguishing purpose and should not be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or as indicating or implying order.

[0015] The reference “one embodiment” or “some embodiments” described in this specification means that a specific feature, structure, or characteristic described in combination with the embodiment (s) is included in at least one embodiment of the application. Therefore, in this specification, the terms “including” , “comprising” , “having” and their derivatives mean “including but not limited to” , unless otherwise specifically emphasized.

[0016] Exemplarily, the irradiation-type beauty instruments include LED beauty instruments, beauty instruments for providing near-infrared light (also called milk light) and the like.

[0017] However, traditional beauty instruments for providing near-infrared light can only output near-infrared light to irradiate the surface of the skin, using the light energy of near-infrared light to irradiate and maintain the skin. This limited effect on the surface layer or shallow layers of the skin makes the effect of the beauty instrument on the skin not obvious, thus affects the user experience.

[0018] In view of this, some embodiments of the present application provide a method of controlling a beauty instrument applied to a beauty instrument configured with a near-infrared light source and an intense pulsed light source. When the beauty instrument is activated, the near-infrared light source is controlled to remain on, so that the near-infrared light can be continuously provided. When controlling the beauty instrument to output combination light, a flashing strategy of the intense pulsed light source is determined in response to an instruction of outputting combination light. Since the flashing strategy indicates the flashing control parameters of the intense pulsed light source, it also indicates the flashing patterns of the intense pulsed light source. Therefore, upon receiving a flashing instruction for instructing the intense pulsed light source to flash, the intense pulsed light source is controlled to perform flashing operation according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy, while continuously providing near-infrared light.

[0019] The above scheme controls the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations according to parameters indicated by a flashing strategy while continuously providing near-infrared light. Since the near-infrared light irradiates the surface layer and shallow layer of the skin and the intense pulsed light irradiates deep layer of the skin, the above scheme controlling the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations according to a flashing patterns indicated by the flashing strategy while continuously providing near-infrared light can realize photothermal heating function of the skin from the surface layer, shallow layer to deep layer, enhancing the effect of photothermal heat transfer to the skin, and can effectively improve the skin maintenance effect of the beauty instrument, making the use effect of the beauty instrument more obvious, and improving the user experience

[0020] The method of controlling a beauty instrument provided in this embodiment is executed by the beauty instrument. Specifically, it can be a control device or controller within the beauty instrument. In practical use, the beauty instrument can also be one that can communicate with a terminal. Here, the terminal can be a mobile phone, tablet, etc. When the user controls the beauty instrument, the working mode can be controlled through function buttons configured on the beauty instrument or the working mode of the beauty instrument can be controlled utilizing the terminal, which is not limited here.

[0021] The following provides a detailed description of the method of controlling a beauty instrument provided in this embodiment through specific implementations.

[0022] FIG. 1 shows a flowchart of a method of controlling a beauty instrument according to some embodiments of the present application. As shown in FIG. 1, the method of controlling a beauty instrument may include steps 110~130.

[0023] At step 110, a near-infrared light source is controlled to remain on.

[0024] In step 110, the near-infrared light source can continuously emit near-infrared light. Here, near-infrared light is also referred to as milk light, specifically referring to near-infrared light waves with wavelengths between 900 nm and 1800 nm.

[0025] In this embodiment, controlling the near-infrared light source to remain on can continuously generate near-infrared light. Since this near-infrared light can irradiate the surface layer and shallow layer of skin tissues, continuous irradiation with near-infrared light can cause the skin to feel warm, promote blood circulation to a certain extent, stimulate the production of collagen in the skin, thereby brightening the skin tone, making the skin firmer and more elastic, etc.

[0026] It should be noted that the beauty instrument is configured with a near-infrared light source and an intense pulsed light source, where the intense pulsed light triggers by the intense pulsed light source is a high-energy laser pulses that can reach the deep layers of the skin. Based on this, the electrical energy required for the near-infrared light source to emit near-infrared light when constantly on is less than the electrical energy required for the intense pulsed light source to trigger intense pulsed light. Therefore, in specific implementations, different power supply branches can be configured for the near-infrared light source and the intense pulsed light source in the beauty instrument to meet their different power supply needs. Correspondingly, controlling the near-infrared light source to remain on can specifically involve turning on the power supply path connected to the near-infrared light source in the beauty instrument, enabling the near-infrared light source to operate based on the electrical energy provided by this power supply path, thereby continuously emitting near-infrared light.

[0027] As for when to control the near-infrared light source to remain on, it can include but is not limited to the following two scenarios.

[0028] Scenario 1: controlling the near-infrared light source to remain on can occur when the beauty instrument is powered on, immediately controlling the near-infrared light source to remain on.

[0029] For example, a low-power working mode and a normal working mode can be set for the near-infrared light source. When the beauty instrument is powered on, the near-infrared light source is controlled to operate in the low-power working mode, thereby achieving control of the near-infrared light source to remain on.

[0030] Scenario 2: controlling the near-infrared light to remain on can occur when switching the working mode of the beauty instrument.

[0031] For example, when the beauty instrument is in standby mode, when the user picks up the beauty instrument, it wakes up the beauty instrument, switching it from standby mode to working mode, controlling the near-infrared light to remain on.

[0032] For another example, when the beauty instrument only controls the intense pulsed light source to work, upon receiving an instruction to trigger the near-infrared light source to work, the near-infrared light is controlled to remain on.

[0033] In other embodiments, the mechanism for controlling the near-infrared light to remain on can also be configured according to the actual functional configuration of the beauty instrument. For example, a distance sensor, such as an infrared sensor, can be configured on the beauty instrument. When the user uses the beauty instrument to contact the skin, the distance sensor can transmit the detected distance data describing the contact between the beauty instrument and the skin to the control unit. The control unit can control the near-infrared light source to remain on in response to this distance data.

[0034] As an embodiment, the beauty instrument is also configured with a first power supply branch and a second power supply branch, where the output voltage of the first power supply branch is less than that of the second power supply branch. Step 110 can specifically include:

[0035] In response to the power-on instruction of the beauty instrument, controlling the first power supply branch to output a first direct current (DC) power to the near-infrared light source, enabling the near-infrared light source to operate in a first mode to remain on according to the first DC power.

[0036] In this embodiment, the power-on instruction is used to indicate the activation of the beauty instrument, which can be triggered by the user pressing the power-on button of the beauty instrument or by the user sending an instruction to the beauty instrument through a control terminal after connecting the beauty instrument to the user’s control terminal.

[0037] It should be noted that considering the significant difference in electrical energy required for the near-infrared light source to emit near-infrared light when constantly on and the electrical energy required for the intense pulsed light source to trigger intense pulsed light, the first power supply branch and the second power supply branch configured in the beauty instrument are set such that the output voltage of the first power supply branch is less than that of the second power supply branch. This makes the first power supply branch to serve as the power supply branch for the near-infrared light source and the second power supply branch to serve as the power supply branch for the intense pulsed light source, meeting the different power needs of the near-infrared light source and the intense pulsed light source in the beauty instrument.

[0038] As an example, in specific implementations, an energy storage power source, such as a battery, can be configured in the beauty instrument to provide DC power. Additionally, a voltage conversion circuit can be configured to convert the DC power provided by the energy storage power source, thereby outputting two DC powers with different voltages, i.e., outputting a lower voltage DC power (e.g., 24V~33V DC) through the first power supply branch and a higher voltage DC power (e.g., 50V~330V DC) through the second power supply branch.

[0039] As another example, in specific implementations, the beauty instrument can be provided with a transformer unit for receiving an alternating current (AC) power and rectifying the AC power to output a DC power to the voltage conversion circuit, enabling the voltage conversion circuit to convert the obtained DC power and output two DC powers with different voltages through the first and second power supply branches.

[0040] It is easy to understand that since the transformation of AC power can be achieved using existing rectifier circuits, and the voltage conversion function can be achieved using existing DC voltage conversion circuits, the specific implementation of the first and second power supply branches will not be further elaborated here.

[0041] It can be understood that since the working power of the near-infrared light source is DC power, and the light intensity of the near-infrared light emitted by the near-infrared light source is affected by the voltage of the DC power, at least two working modes can be configured for the near-infrared light source in specific implementations. Here, different working modes are related to the voltage of the DC power supplied by the first power supply branch.

[0042] For example, when the voltage of the DC power supplied by the first power supply branch is low, the near-infrared light source can operate in a low-power mode.

[0043] For another example, when the voltage of the DC power supplied by the first power supply branch is high, the near-infrared light source can operate in a normal power mode.

[0044] As an example, when controlling the beauty instrument to turn on, the beauty instrument can default to entering a low-power mode. That is, the beauty instrument responds to the power-on instruction of the beauty instrument, controlling the first power supply branch to output a first DC power to the near-infrared light source, enabling the near-infrared light source to operate in a first constant-on mode according to the first DC power. Here, the first constant-on mode can be understood as a low-power mode. At this time, the near-infrared light source can continuously emit near-infrared light with lower light intensity.

[0045] For another example, when the voltage of the DC power supplied by the first power supply branch is low, the near-infrared light source can operate in a normal power mode. When the voltage of the DC power supplied by the first power supply branch is high, the near-infrared light source can operate in a high-power mode.

[0046] As another example, when the beauty instrument is powered on, it can default to a normal power consumption mode. That is, in response to a power-on instruction, the beauty instrument controls the first power supply branch to output a first DC power to the near-infrared light source, enabling it to operate in a first constant-on mode. Here, the first constant-on mode can be understood as the normal power consumption mode. At this time, the near-infrared light source can continuously emit near-infrared light of moderate intensity.

[0047] It is understood that with the near-infrared light source constantly on, the user can observe the emission of near-infrared light from the beauty instrument to confirm that it is powered and ready for use. This makes the user to know that they can further control the beauty instrument for skin care and treatment operations.

[0048] At step 120, a flashing strategy of the intense pulsed light source is determined in response to an instruction of outputting combination light, where the flashing strategy indicates flashing control parameters of the intense pulses light source.

[0049] In step 120, combination light refers to the combination of near-infrared light and intense pulsed light. Since the flashing strategy is used to indicate the flashing control parameters of the intense pulsed light source, and these parameters can characterize the flashing patterns, configuring different flashing strategies enables for flashing operations with different flashing patterns using the intense pulsed light source.

[0050] In this embodiment, the beauty instrument responds to the instruction of outputting combination light, which can be a first instruction automatically triggered by the beauty instrument after controlling the near-infrared light source to remain on, automatically adapting the flashing strategy of the intense pulsed light source. It can also be a second instruction manually triggered by the user to output combination light, with this second instruction indicating the flashing strategy, thereby determining the flashing strategy of the intense pulsed light source in response to the second instruction.

[0051] As an example, the flashing control parameters may include at least one of: energy parameters for each flashing operation, the number of flashing operations per unit time, the duration of each flashing operation, and the time interval parameters of the flashing operations.

[0052] In specific implementations, multiple flashing strategies can be configured in the beauty instrument, i.e., different flashing control parameters are configured according to different flashing strategies. Accordingly, determining the flashing strategy of the intense pulsed light source can be understood as determining the corresponding flashing control parameters.

[0053] Here, the energy parameter for each flashing operation refers to the energy value of the pulses light generated each time the intense pulsed light source is triggered. For example, it can be any energy value between 3 joules and 7 joules. In practical applications, different levels can be configured to correspond to different energy values, such as 3.9 joules for level one, 5.9 joules for level two, and 6.7 joules for level three.

[0054] The number of flashing operations per unit time can be understood as the number of times the intense pulsed light source is triggered to flash within a unit time / period. For example, the number of flashing operations per unit time can be 8 to 12 times. Similar to the energy values mentioned above, in practical applications, different levels can be configured to correspond to different numbers of flashing operations, such as 12 times per unit time for level one, 10 times for level two, and 8 times for level three. Here, the fewer the number of flashing operations per unit time, the greater the energy required for each operation.

[0055] The duration of each flashing operation refers to the duration of the intense pulsed light triggered by each operation. For example, the duration can be from 0.09 milliseconds to 1.2 milliseconds. Corresponding to and similar to the number of flashing operations per unit time mentioned above, in practical applications, different levels can be configured to correspond to different duration parameters, such as 0.09 milliseconds for level one, 0.6 milliseconds for level two, and 1.2 milliseconds for level three. Here, the longer the duration of the flashing operation, the greater the energy of the triggered intense pulsed light.

[0056] The time interval parameter of the flashing operation refers to the interval duration between two consecutive triggers of the intense pulsed light source. For example, the time interval parameter can be from 125 milliseconds to 1200 milliseconds. Corresponding to and similar to the number of flashing operations per unit time mentioned above, in practical applications, different levels can be configured to correspond to different time interval parameters, such as 125 milliseconds for level one, 700 milliseconds for level two, and 1200 milliseconds for level three.

[0057] It is easily understood that since the flashing strategy is used to indicate the flashing control parameters of the intense pulsed light source, in specific implementations, corresponding drive signals can be generated according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the strategy, and these drive signals can be used to drive the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations.

[0058] For example, suppose the beauty instrument is configured with three intensity options for combination light: low, medium, and high, each corresponding to a different flashing strategy. Based on this, the user can select different levels to trigger the corresponding combination light output instruction. The beauty instrument can then determine to use the flashing strategy corresponding to the low, medium, or high level.

[0059] In other embodiments, the flashing strategy can also be used to indicate the intensity of near-infrared light corresponding to different flashing control parameters. That is, the flashing strategy can also be used to indicate the correspondence between different flashing control parameters of the intense pulsed light source and different voltage values of the near-infrared light source. Upon determining the flashing strategy of the intense pulsed light source, the flashing control parameters for controlling the intense pulsed light source can be determined according to the strategy, and the working voltage value of the near-infrared light source can also be controlled, achieving simultaneous control or adjustment of both the near-infrared light source and the intense pulsed light source.

[0060] At step 130: in response to a flashing instruction for instructing the intense pulsed light source to flash, the intense pulsed light source is controlled to perform a flashing operation according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy when the near-infrared light source is turned on.

[0061] In step 130, the flashing instruction for instructing the intense pulsed light source to flash can be triggered manually by the user via a flashing button, or automatically triggered when the light output part of the beauty instrument contacts the skin or manually triggered by the user via a flashing button.

[0062] In this embodiment, the flashing instruction is used to indicate the intense pulsed light source to flash, meaning it does not affect the continuous output of near-infrared light from the near-infrared light source. By controlling the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy, the near-infrared light and periodic intense pulsed light can jointly irradiate the skin, achieving a multi-layered photothermal heating function from the surface, shallow, to deep layer of the skin.

[0063] In some embodiments, to alleviate the overly noticeable flash caused by the high energy of the intense pulsed light during the flashing operation, the brightness of the constantly on near-infrared light source can be enhanced in response to the flashing instruction.

[0064] As an example, step 130 may be implemented by: controlling the first power supply branch to output a second DC power to the near-infrared light source, so that the near-infrared light source operates in a second constant-on mode, where the voltage of the second DC power is greater than that of the first DC power. While the near-infrared light source operates in the second constant-on mode, control the second power supply branch to output a third DC power to the intense pulsed light source, and control the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations based on the third DC power according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy.

[0065] Specifically, in this implementation, the first power supply branch switches from supplying the first DC power to the near-infrared light source to supply a second DC power to the near-infrared light source. Since the voltage of the second DC power is greater than that of the first DC power, the light intensity of the near-infrared light emitted by the near-infrared light source in a second mode with the second DC power is greater than that in the first mode with the first DC power. Based on this, operating the near-infrared light source in the second constant-on mode with greater light intensity can reduce the flash effect observed by the human eye when the intense pulsed light source triggers the intense pulsed light.

[0066] In all embodiments of this application, performing flashing operations according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy essentially involves controlling the intense pulsed light source to output pulsed light multiple times within a certain period, achieving multiple flashing per time unit and heat accumulation effects on the skin.

[0067] It is understood that when controlling the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations based on the third DC power according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy. Since the intense pulsed light source outputs intense pulsed light multiple times within a certain period of time, the energy of the pulsed light triggered by the intense pulsed light source in a single instance does not need to be too high. Based on this, the voltage of the third DC power only needs to be sufficient to regularly trigger the intense pulsed light.

[0068] For example, the intense pulsed light source can achieve ionization of the xenon gas in a xenon lamp based on the third DC power, and directly trigger periodic intense pulsed light according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy, thereby achieving flashing operations.

[0069] As another example, the intense pulsed light source can be charged based on the third DC power, and when the charging voltage reaches the voltage value capable of ionizing the xenon gas in the xenon lamp, it can achieve ionization of the xenon gas, and simultaneously trigger periodic intense pulsed light according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy, thereby achieving flashing operations.

[0070] As an example, the beauty instrument is also configured with a driver for outputting drive signals according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy.

[0071] For example, the above step of controlling the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations based on the third DC power according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the strategy may be implemented by: controlling the intense pulsed light source to be charged using the third DC power; outputting corresponding drive signals through the driver according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy; and using the drive signals to drive the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations.

[0072] In specific implementations, the intense pulsed light source can be configured with an energy storage component for being charged based on the third DC power. When the charging voltage of this energy storage component is sufficient to ionize the xenon lamp in the intense pulsed light source, a certain voltage can be applied through a trigger to ionize the gas in the xenon lamp. Simultaneously, the energy storage component supplies power to the xenon lamp, and under the action of the drive signals, the intense pulsed light source is driven to periodically trigger intense pulsed light, thereby achieving flashing operations.

[0073] It is understood that the drive signals can include effective pulse widths, and when using the drive signals to drive the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations, the intense pulsed light source only triggers intense pulsed light during the effective pulse width period. Therefore, different flashing strategies can indicate different flashing control parameters, and the driver can output different drive signals, enabling the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations according to different flashing patterns.

[0074] As an example, the flashing strategy includes one of a flashing strategy for skin rejuvenation, a flashing strategy for skin repair, and a flashing strategy for skin whitening.

[0075] For example, the above step of outputting corresponding drive signals through the driver according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy may be implemented by: outputting a first drive signal according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy for skin rejuvenation, or a second drive signal according to the flashing strategy for skin repair, or a third drive signal according to the flashing strategy for skin whitening; where the effective pulse width of the first drive signal is less than that of the second drive signal, and the effective pulse width of the second drive signal is less than that of the third drive signal.

[0076] In this embodiment, the effective pulse width of the drive signal refers to the duration of the effective level or effective signal segment in a pulse period of the drive signal. The effective pulse width of the first drive signal being less than that of the second drive signal can be understood as the duration of the effective level or effective signal segment in the first drive signal being less than that in the second drive signal, and so on, the duration of the effective level or effective signal segment in the second drive signal being less than that in the third drive signal. Here, the effective pulse width of the drive signal determines the duration of a single flashing operation by the intense pulsed light source, and the longer the duration of the single flashing operation, the greater the energy of the triggered intense pulsed light. Based on this, it can be determined that: when using the first drive signal to drive the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations, the energy of the single intense pulsed light triggered by the intense pulsed light source is lower; when using the second drive signal to drive the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations, the energy is higher; and when using the third drive signal to drive the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations, the energy is the highest.

[0077] It is understood that the first, second, and third drive signals involved in this embodiment are only used to distinguish different flashing strategies and control parameters, and are not limited here. In specific implementations, more types of flashing control parameters can be configured according to the actual functions of the beauty instrument, thereby outputting more types of drive signals.

[0078] As an example, the drive signal can include high and low levels. The duration of a high level of the first drive signal is 0.09 milliseconds, with a duration of a low level of 125 milliseconds; the duration of a high level of the second drive signal is 0.6 milliseconds, with a duration of a low level of 700 milliseconds; the duration of a high level of the third drive signal is 1.2 milliseconds, with a duration of a low level of 1200 milliseconds.

[0079] In this example, the duration of the high level of the drive signal corresponds to the effective pulse width, and the duration of the low level corresponds to the time interval between effective pulse widths. The longer the duration of the high level, the longer the duration of the single intense pulsed light triggered by the intense pulsed light source, and correspondingly, the higher the energy of the intense pulsed light. The longer the duration of the low level, the longer the time interval between two consecutive intense pulsed lights triggered by the intense pulsed light source.

[0080] In all embodiments of this application, since the near-infrared light source is turned on, it can continuously emit near-infrared light to irradiate the skin. Because near-infrared light can penetrate the epidermis and reach the dermis, it effectively heats the water molecules in the dermis. This heating effect can cause collagen fibers to contract and stimulate the production of new collagen fibers. Since collagen fibers are key to skin elasticity and firmness, the irradiation of near-infrared light can make the skin firmer, whiter, and effectively improve skin laxity. Additionally, near-infrared light is commonly used in whitening and spot-lightening fields, improving dull skin tone and making the skin appear whiter. Based on this, to further enhance the efficacy of the beauty instrument, controlling the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy, while the near-infrared light source is turned on, can simultaneously apply intense pulsed light of varying intensities to the skin.

[0081] For example, a flashing strategy for skin rejuvenation may correspond to triggering mild intense pulsed light, a flashing strategy for skin repair may correspond to triggering moderate intense pulsed light, and a flashing strategy for skin whitening may correspond to triggering strong intense pulsed light. Mild intense pulsed light stimulation can act on the blood vessels and nerve fibers in the surface layer of the skin, promoting acceleration of the blood circulation. This accelerated circulation helps deliver more oxygen and nutrients to skin cells, enhancing cell vitality and metabolic function, thereby achieving a skin rejuvenation effect. Moderate intense pulsed light has certain anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It can reduce skin inflammation, alleviate discomfort symptoms such as redness and itching, and help resist free radical damage, protecting skin cells from external environmental harm. Strong intense pulsed light can penetrate deep into the skin, precisely targeting melanin or other pigment clusters in the skin through the principle of selective photothermal action. When irradiated by the pulsed light, these pigment clusters absorb light energy and convert it into heat energy, causing the pigment clusters to be shattered or decomposed. As a result, the pigment particles gradually become smaller and are subsequently metabolized and excreted by the skin, achieving whitening and spot-lightening effects.

[0082] The above solution, by controlling the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations according to the flashing control parameters indicated by the flashing strategy while continuously providing near-infrared light, enables the near-infrared light to act on the surface and shallow layers of the skin, while the intense pulsed light can act on the deeper layers of the skin. The solution of controlling the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations according to a flashing patterns indicated by the flashing strategy while continuously providing near-infrared light can realize photothermal heating function from the surface layer, shallow layer to deep layer of the skin, enhancing the effect of photothermal heat transfer to the skin, and can effectively improve the skin maintenance effect of the beauty instrument, making the use effect of the beauty instrument more obvious, and improving the user experience

[0083] Furthermore, since the beauty instrument can output different drive signals according to the flashing control parameters indicated by different flashing strategies through the driver, it can control the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations according to different flashing patterns. This, combined with near-infrared light, enables for varying degrees of action on the skin, enabling the beauty instrument to achieve more comprehensive skincare functions.

[0084] FIG. 2 is a flowchart of another method of controlling a beauty instrument according to some embodiments of the present application. Compared to the embodiment corresponding to FIG. 1, the beauty instrument in this embodiment is also configured with a cooler set in the light output part. As shown in FIG. 2, The method further includes steps 210 to 220 after step 130.

[0085] At step 210, the cooler of the beauty instrument is controlled to perform cooling to output cold energy to the light output part of the beauty instrument.

[0086] In step 210, the light output part of the beauty instrument is used to project near-infrared light and intense pulsed light. The cooler is used to output cold energy to the light output part of the beauty instrument, enabling it to maintain a certain amount of cold energy or cold sensation, preventing the light output part from accumulating excessive heat and preventing the skin from feeling hot when in contact with the light output part.

[0087] In specific implementations, the cooler can include a cold energy sheet that contacts the light output part, thereby transferring the generated cold energy to the light output part.

[0088] As a possible implementation, controlling the cooler of the beauty instrument to perform cooling can specifically be an operation executed simultaneously with controlling the intense pulsed light source to perform flashing operations. At this time, since the near-infrared light source continuously outputs near-infrared light, combined with the action of intense pulsed light, there is significant heat accumulation inside the beauty instrument. By controlling the cooler to perform cooling to output cold energy to the light output part, the temperature of the light output part can be reduced, preventing the user from feeling a noticeable burning sensation when the skin contacts the light output part.

[0089] In other embodiments, a temperature sensor can also be configured in the beauty instrument to detect the temperature of the light output part. When the temperature reaches a certain threshold, the cooler can be controlled to perform cooling to output cold energy to the light output part. Here, the temperature sensor can specifically be achieved by an existing thermistor. By configuring the thermistor’s ability to shunt or limit current at different temperatures, the temperature condition of the light output part can be distinguished or determined based on the electrical signal through the thermistor, achieving temperature detection of the light output part.

[0090] At step 220, in response to a sleep instruction, the cooler is controlled to stop cooling, and the near-infrared light source is controlled to be turned off.

[0091] In step 220, the sleep instruction can be an instruction automatically triggered by the beauty instrument or manually triggered by the user. By responding to this sleep instruction, it can prevent the internal units of the beauty instrument from continuing to work during sleep period, achieving power-saving and energy-saving effects.

[0092] As an example, a timer can be configured in the beauty instrument to provide time data. When it is determined based on the time data that no intense pulsed light has been triggered within a certain period, the sleep instruction can be automatically triggered. Here, the certain period can specifically be 1 minute, 3 minutes, or 5 minutes, etc.

[0093] Based on the above example, an acceleration sensor, such as a gyroscope, can also be configured in the beauty instrument to detect acceleration data. Based on this acceleration data, it can be determined whether the beauty instrument is being used by the user. When it is determined based on the acceleration data that the beauty instrument is not being used, and no intense pulsed light has been triggered within a certain period, the sleep instruction can be automatically triggered.

[0094] In some embodiments, since the cooler can cause external air carrying moisture to enter the beauty instrument and liquefy in the light output part due to the cold energy, controlling the near-infrared light source to be turned off can be delayed.

[0095] As a possible implementation, controlling the near-infrared light source to be turned off can specifically be executed after controlling the cooler to stop cooling. For example, when controlling the cooler to stop cooling, the cooling stop duration can be determined based on the time data. When the cooling stop duration meets a preset duration, the near-infrared light source can be controlled to be turned off. In this way, the heat generated by the near-infrared light can be used to evaporate the moisture in the beauty instrument, preventing poor flashing efficiency due to moisture in the light output part during the next use, improving the user experience.

[0096] The above solution, by controlling the cooler of the beauty instrument to perform cooling to output cold energy to the light output part, can prevent heat accumulation inside the beauty instrument due to light action, causing the skin to feel hot. By responding to the sleep instruction, it can prevent the internal units of the beauty instrument from continuing to work during sleep, achieving power-saving and energy-saving effects.

[0097] Furthermore, by configuring the sequence of controlling the cooler to stop cooling and controlling the near-infrared light source to be turned off, the heat from the near-infrared light can be used to evaporate moisture in the beauty instrument, preventing poor flashing efficiency due to moisture in the light output part during the next use, improving the user experience.

[0098] FIG. 3 is a schematic block diagram of a beauty instrument according to some embodiments of the present application. The beauty instrument 30 may include: a near-infrared light source 301, which is configured to output near-infrared light; an intense pulsed light source 302, which is configured to output intense pulsed light; and a control device 304, which is configured to control the near-infrared light source 301 to remain on, determine a flashing strategy of the intense pulsed light source 302 in response to an instruction of outputting combination light, where the flashing strategy indicates a flashing control parameter of the intense pulsed light source 302, and in response to a flashing instruction for instructing the intense pulsed light source 302 to flash, control the intense pulsed light source 302 to perform flashing operations according to the flashing control parameter indicated by the flashing strategy.

[0100] As another implementation, the control device is further configured to control the first power supply branch to switch from outputting the first DC power to the near-infrared light source to outputting a second DC power to the near-infrared light source, so that the near-infrared light source is turned on with the second DC power, where a voltage of the second DC power is greater than a voltage of the first DC power, control the second power supply branch to output a third DC power to the intense pulsed light source, and control the intense pulsed light source to perform the flashing operations using the third DC power according to the flashing control parameter indicated by the flashing strategy.

[0101] In another embodiment, the beauty instrument further includes a driver 303, and the control device is further configured to control the intense pulsed light source to be charged using the third DC power, and control the driver to output a driving signal to the intense pulsed light source according to the flashing control parameter indicated by the flashing strategy to drive the intense pulsed light source to perform the flashing operations.

[0102] In the above embodiments, the flashing strategy includes one of a flashing strategy for skin rejuvenation, a flashing strategy for skin repair, and a flashing strategy for skin whitening. Accordingly, the control device is further configured to perform one of the following actions: control the driver to output a first driving signal to the intense pulsed light source according to the flashing control parameter indicated by the flashing strategy for skin rejuvenation; control the driver to output a second driving signal to the intense pulsed light source according to the flashing control parameter indicated by the flashing strategy for skin repair; and control the driver to output a third driving signal to the intense pulsed light source according to the flashing control parameter indicated by the flashing strategy for skin whitening, where an effective pulse width of the first driving signal is less than an effective pulse width of the second driving signal, and the effective pulse width of the second driving signal is less than an effective pulse width of the third driving signal.

[0103] In the above embodiments, the flashing control parameter includes at least one of an energy parameter for each of the flashing operations, a number of the flashing operations per unit time, a duration of the each of the flashing operations, and a time interval parameter of the flashing operations. Accordingly, the flashing control parameter can include the number of the flashing operations per unit time ranging from 8 to 12, the duration of the each of the flashing operations ranging from 0.09 milliseconds to 1.2 milliseconds, or the time interval parameters of the flashing operations ranging from 125 milliseconds to 1200 milliseconds.

[0104] In another embodiment, the beauty instrument further includes a cooler 305. Accordingly, the control device is further configured to control the cooler to perform cooling to output cold energy to a light output part of the beauty instrument.
