[0009] 1 is an example of an explanatory diagram illustrating a code information processing system 20 connected to a network 100. In the configuration of FIG. 1, the code information processing system 20 is connected to a user terminal 30 and an EC server 40 via the network 100.
[0010] 1 executes various processes of code information, which will be described later. The specific configuration of the code information processing system 20 will be described in more detail with reference to FIG.
[0011] Code information (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as "code") is information expressed in code that relates to the specifications, dimensions, uses, etc. of various materials, building materials, products, product parts, etc. related to construction materials, architectural components, etc. Details, specific examples, and developed examples of code information will be explained in more detail using Figures 12 and 13.
[0012] The code information processing system 20 can be realized, for example, as a stand-alone code information processing terminal 20a that can be directly operated by a user, or as a code information processing server 20b that can be accessed by a user via the cloud.
[0013] Furthermore, the code information processing system 20 may be realized in a different configuration. For example, the code information processing system 20 may be realized in a state in which the individual components constituting the code information processing system 20 exist in separate devices or separate locations.
[0014] Each terminal (code information processing terminal 20a) and the code information processing server 20b of the code information processing system 20 may be, for example, a portable terminal (mobile terminal) such as a smartphone, tablet, mobile phone, or personal digital assistant (PDA), or a wearable terminal such as glasses, a wristwatch, or clothing. They may also be stationary or portable computers, or servers located on the cloud or a network. In terms of functionality, they may be a VR (Virtual Reality) terminal, an AR (Augmented Reality) terminal, or an MR (Mixed Reality) terminal. Alternatively, they may be a combination of multiple of these terminals. For example, a combination of one smartphone and one wearable terminal may logically function as a single terminal. Other information processing terminals may also be used.
[0015] Each terminal (code information processing terminal 20a) and code information processing server 20b of the code information processing system 20 includes a processor that executes an operating system, applications, programs, etc., a main storage device such as a RAM (Random Access Memory), an auxiliary storage device such as an IC card, a hard disk drive, an SSD (Solid State Drive), or a flash memory, a communication control unit such as a network card, a wireless communication module, or a mobile communication module, an input device such as a touch panel, a keyboard, a mouse, voice input, or input based on motion detection captured by a camera unit, and an output device such as a monitor or a display. Note that the output device may be a device or terminal that transmits information to be output to an external monitor, display, printer, device, etc.
[0016] The main memory stores various programs and applications (modules), and the processor executes these programs and applications to realize the various functional elements of the overall system. These modules may be implemented in hardware, such as by integration. Each module may be an independent program or application, or may be implemented as a subprogram or function within a single integrated program or application.
[0017] In this specification, each module is described as the entity (subject) that performs processing, but in reality, the processing is performed by a processor that processes various programs, applications, etc. (modules). Various databases (DBs) are stored in the auxiliary storage device. A "database" is a functional element (storage unit) that stores data sets so that they can accommodate arbitrary data manipulation (e.g., extraction, addition, deletion, overwriting, etc.) from the processor or an external computer. The method of implementing the database is not limited, and may be, for example, a database management system, spreadsheet software, or a text file such as XML or JSON.
[0018] 1 is a terminal that has functions such as creating, using, editing, viewing, processing, displaying, and outputting construction information (hereinafter also referred to as "construction information") of, for example, buildings, structures, etc. The specific configuration of the user terminal 30 will be described in more detail using FIG.
[0019] A user of the user terminal 30 can use the user terminal 30, for example, a smartphone 30a, a tablet 30b, a laptop PC 30c, a desktop PC 30d, etc., to access and process the construction information.
[0020] Users of the user terminal 30 are, for example, building owners or designers who create, edit, and view construction information using PC 30c or the like at companies or offices such as design offices, general construction companies, and construction contractors.
[0021] The construction information may be, for example, a two-dimensional or three-dimensional construction model related to a construction project, or a model with a time dimension added thereto. The construction model may be, for example, a three-dimensional model of a building. The data may be, for example, 3D-CAD (Computer Aided Design) data, BIM (Building Information Modeling) data, CIM (Construction Information Management) data, 3D-CG (Computer Graphics) data, 3D-VR (Virtual Reality) data, 3D-AR (Augmented Reality) data, 3D-MR (Mixed Reality) data, etc., but is not limited thereto.
[0022] For example, if the three-dimensional model data is BIM data, the three-dimensional model data may be data of any program, software, application, etc. that processes BIM data.
[0023] It should be noted that any program, software, application, etc. that processes BIM data may be any program, software, application, etc. that is currently known or that will be developed in the future.
[0024] Additionally or alternatively, the construction information may be a set of construction-related documents, or a part thereof, including, for example, plans, design drawings, instructions, various drawings, various tables, etc. The construction information may be information in a format determined by a predetermined government agency, for example, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in Japan, or information in a format that differs depending on the design office or construction company.
[0025] 1 can provide information on specifications, sales, delivery, etc. of commercial materials and building materials related to construction information to the code information processing system 20. The specific configuration of the EC server 40 will be described in more detail with reference to FIG.
[0026] 1, the network 100 may be a wired network or a wireless network, or may be a combination of a wired network and a wireless network.
[0027] Furthermore, the network 100 may be a network that combines multiple networks with different standards, specifications, etc. The network 100 may also be a network that is adopted as a standalone system that is independent from other networks.
[0028] Furthermore, one or more of the elements constituting the code information processing system 20, i.e., one or more code information processing terminals 20a, the code information processing server 20b, and one or more user terminals 30, may be installed in different countries. Furthermore, the code information processing system 20 may be realized by one or more computers, any of which may be installed in different countries.
[0029] The components and modules of the code information processing system 20, user terminal 30, and EC server 40 described below using Figures 2 to 4 can be added, omitted, integrated, or substituted depending on the embodiment.
[0030] Figures 2 to 4 are schematic examples of hardware configurations, and the components, modules, etc. described therein do not mean that all of them are essential components for each of the code information processing system 20, the user terminal 30, and the EC server 40.
[0031] The components and modules of the systems and terminals described with reference to Figures 2 to 4 may be distributed or stored on a network to control and process the entire system. For example, each module of the code information processing system 20 described with reference to Figure 2 may be stored in a separate device.
[0032] 2 shows an example of the hardware configuration of the code information processing system 20. The code information processing system 20 includes a main memory device 201, an auxiliary memory device 202, a processor 203, an input device 204, an output device 205, a communication control unit 206, and the like.
[0033] The main memory device 201 of the code information processing system 20 stores programs and applications such as an acquisition module 211, a mapping information selection module 212, an intermediate name information selection module 213, a code information generation module 214, a code information processing module 215, an output module 216, a mapping information generation module 217, and a model generation module 218. The processor 203 executes these programs and applications to realize each functional element of the code information processing system 20.
[0034] The acquisition module 211 is an example of a "model information acquisition unit," a "user identification information acquisition unit," a "specification information acquisition unit," or a "reception unit," and can acquire various types of construction information to be processed in the code information processing system 20, for example, from the user terminal 30. The acquisition module 211 can extract and acquire user identification information related to the user of the user terminal 30, and material identification information of each material and each building material that constitutes a building, from the construction information (BIM data).
[0035] User identification information may be identification information assigned to each company or office such as a design firm, general construction company, or construction contractor, or it may be identification information assigned to each person in charge of such a company or office.
[0036] Material identification information is, for example, information such as various names, symbols, numbers, abbreviations, icons, marks, etc., or combinations thereof, assigned to each material or building material that makes up a construction in construction information obtained from a user.
[0037] The mapping information selection module 212 is an example or part of the "intermediate material name acquisition unit" and selects mapping information based on user identification information. The mapping information may be particularly personalized for each user, which makes it easier to accommodate naming rules, customs, etc. for each user.
[0038] The mapping information is information that maps the relationship between the material identification information and intermediate name information (described later) and links them together. The intermediate name information is an example of an "intermediate material name."
[0039] Such mapping information may be configured as, for example, a two-dimensional table format information, but is not limited to this. For example, the mapping information may be information that can specify the correlation between the material identification information and the intermediate name information, for example, on a 1:1 basis.
[0040] Additionally or alternatively, the mapping information may map and link the material identification information with intermediate name information (described later) and specification information (described later). Such mapping information may be configured, for example, as information in a three-dimensional table format, but is not limited to this. For example, the mapping information may be information that can specify the relationship between the material identification information, intermediate name information, and specification information, for example, on a one-to-one basis.
[0041] The intermediate name information selection module 213 is an example or part of the "intermediate material name acquisition unit", and selects intermediate name information related to each material that makes up the construction based on user identification information and material identification information included in the construction information.
[0042] The intermediate name information selection unit can select intermediate name information related to the material identification information, for example, by using mapping information selected based on the user identification information. The intermediate name information will be described in detail with reference to Figures 6 to 8, etc.
[0043] The code information generation module 214 is an example of a "code information acquisition unit" and generates code information based on intermediate name information. Additionally or alternatively, the code information generation module 214 can generate code information based on a combination of the intermediate name information and other information included in the construction information. The combination of the intermediate name information and other information included in the construction information will be described in detail using Figures 7 to 9, etc.
[0044] The code information processing module 215 is an example or part of the "output unit" and executes at least one code information process. In the example of the hardware configuration in Fig. 2, the code information processing module 215 includes a finishing schedule creation module 215a, an estimate creation module 215b, a construction model detailing module 215c, a purchase order creation module 215d, a status management module 215e, and a code information detailing module 215f.
[0045] The code information processing module 215, for example, accepts processing input information for executing at least one code information process based on code information, and executes code information processes such as creating a finishing schedule, creating an estimate or estimate report (hereinafter referred to as an estimate), detailing a construction model, creating a purchase order, creating status management information, and detailing code information based on the processing input information.
[0046] The code information processing described above is merely an example. The code information processing module 215 can also use the code information to create, for example, a materials list or a fittings list.
[0047] Additionally or alternatively, the code information processing module 215 can associate two different code information processes with each other using code information and output the associated code information. The association of different code information processes will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 9 and the like.
[0048] The output module 216 is an example or part of an "output unit" and can output (display) processing information to an output device 205 such as a monitor. The output module 216 can further output (transmit) processing information to the user terminal 30, the EC server 40, etc. as a result of code information processing. The output module 216 can output (transmit) processing information so that the processing information is displayed on an output device 305 such as a monitor of the user terminal 30, for example.
[0049] The mapping information generation module 217 is an example of a "generation unit for generating mapping information" and generates mapping information in which the correspondence between material identification information and intermediate name information is mapped for each user. The mapping information generation module 217 can generate mapping information individually for each user.
[0050] The mapping information generation module 217 generates mapping information based on input information regarding the correspondence between material identification information and intermediate name information input by a user or an administrator of the code information processing system 20, and input information regarding the correspondence between material identification information and intermediate name information and specification information, etc.
[0051] The mapping information includes at least first association information that associates one piece of intermediate name information with one piece of material identification information. Additionally, the mapping information includes second association information that associates a combination of one piece of material identification information and one piece of specification information with one piece of intermediate name information.
[0052] Additionally or alternatively, the mapping information may be generated using a mapping model, which is a learning model generated by the mapping model generation module 218a described below.
[0053] The model generation module 218 generates a learning model that can be used in each process of the code information processing system 20. The model generation module 218 can use various types of input information input using the code information processing system 20 as input information for learning.
[0054] 2, the model generation modules 218 include a mapping model generation module 218a, a code generation model generation module 218b, and a detailed model generation module 218c. These model generation modules 218 (218a, 218b, 218c) can use the above-mentioned input information for learning.
[0055] For example, the mapping model generation module 218a can generate a learning model that outputs, for input construction information, information regarding the correspondence between the material identification information contained in the construction information and the intermediate name information corresponding to the material identification information contained in the construction information.
[0056] The mapping model generation module 218a is a learning model that learns, in particular for each user, at least one of the following: the correspondence between material identification information and intermediate name information; and the correspondence between a combination of construction information such as material identification information and specification information acquired from the user terminal 30, etc., and intermediate name information.
[0057] The code generation model generation module 218b can generate a learning model that outputs code information corresponding to, for example, intermediate name information related to material identification information contained in the input construction information and various other information contained in the input construction information.
[0058] The code generation model generation module 218b is a learning model that has learned at least one of the following, for example: the correspondence between intermediate name information and code information; the correspondence between a combination of intermediate name information and construction information such as specification information and code information; and the correspondence between a combination of intermediate name information and information such as product information obtained from the EC server 40, etc. and code information.
[0059] The detailed model generation module 218c can generate a learning model that outputs detailed information that details the material information of each material included in the input construction information, for example, based on code information, construction information, product information, etc.
[0060] The detailed model generation module 218c can, for example, detail BIM objects included in the BIM data so as to correspond to code information, construction information, product information, etc.
[0061] The detailed model generation module 218c is a learning model that has learned information that can be used to detail information on BIM objects, such as structural information and dimensional information of each material contained in code information, construction information, product information, etc.
[0062] In another configuration, at least one of the modules may be stored in the user terminal 30, the EC server 40, or another terminal connected to the code information processing system 20 via the network 100.
[0063] For example, the processing performed by the purchase order creation module 215d, such as the creation of a purchase order, and the processing performed by the status management module 215e, such as the creation of a status management table listing delivery status, etc., may be performed by the EC server 40 described below.
[0064] In yet another configuration, a module illustrated as one module or one sub-module in FIG. 2 may be realized as a module executed in cooperation between the code information processing system 20 and another terminal, such as a user terminal 30, an EC server 40, or another terminal connected to the code information processing system 20 via the network 100, or as a module executed in cooperation by multiple other terminals.
[0065] Similarly, in the configuration of Figure 2, the various information stored in the auxiliary storage device 202 may be stored in the user terminal 30, the EC server 40, or another terminal connected to the code information processing system 20 via the network 100.
[0066] The auxiliary storage device 202 of the code information processing system 20 stores setting information 221, user information 222, intermediate name information 223, mapping information 224, code information 225, product information 226, construction information 227, and the like.
[0067] Each piece of information stored in the auxiliary storage device 202 may be stored at least partially, or at least temporarily, in the main storage device 201, for example, as part of each module that uses it.
[0068] The setting information 221 includes at least part of the setting information of the user terminal 30 and the EC server 40 in addition to the setting information for each module of the code information processing system 20 stored in the main storage device 201 .
[0069] The user information 222 is information about a user who uses the code information processing system 20 using, for example, the user terminal 30, such as user identification information such as authentication information and registration information of each user. The code information processing system 20 can use the user information 222 to individualize the functions it provides for each user, for example, to switch the learning model to be used.
[0070] The intermediate name information 223 is name information associated with materials, components, etc. included in the construction information. The mapping information 224 is information that maps the relationship between the intermediate name information 223 and material identification information used for materials, components, etc. included in the construction information.
[0071] The code information 225 is information in which materials, components, etc. included in the construction information are expressed as codes. The code information 225 can express materials, components, etc. included in the construction information at different levels of detail.

The information related to diagrams of buildings and structures is, for example, information related to drawings and tables of multiple types and formats and the relationships between them.
[0074] Using the diagram information 227a, for example, the finishing table creation module 215a and a material table creation module (not shown) can create a finishing table or a material table in a format set for each user.
[0075] The specification information 227b of the construction information 227 is, for example, information on the specifications of a building or structure. The information on the specifications of a building or structure is, for example, information on the specifications of the spaces or areas included in the building or structure, the specifications of the elements that make up those spaces or areas (for example, walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, etc.), and the specifications of the elements that are arranged or installed within those spaces or areas (exhaust fans, kitchen units, toilet units, meter boxes, etc.).
[0076] The specification information 227b may be, for example, specification information included in construction information such as BIM data acquired by the acquisition module 211. The specification information 227b may be, for example, specification information stored in a state that can be commonly used for each project.
[0077] Using the specification information 227b, for example, the code information generation module 214 and the code information detailing module 215f can generate detailed or appropriate code information for each material.
[0078] The library information 227c of the construction information 227 is information related to individual objects represented by, for example, two-dimensional model data or three-dimensional model data. Information related to objects is, for example, property information of the objects, two-dimensional model data, three-dimensional model data, etc.
[0079] Using the library information 227c, for example, the construction model detailing module 215c can detail at least a portion of the construction information acquired by the acquisition module 211, for example, an object corresponding to at least one material.
[0080] The project information 227d of the construction information 227 is, for example, information related to the construction project or building project targeted by the code information. The project information 227d includes, for example, a project ID, a project display ID, a client name, a construction company ID, a construction company name, and the like.
[0081] The project information 227d may further include information regarding the progress of each project. The "progress of each project" may include information regarding the schedule for each stage of construction work, etc., and whether the work has been completed or not. The "progress of each project" may further include information regarding the delivery status and construction status of each material or building material used at each stage of construction work, etc. It is preferable that this information be associated with the construction model information 227e described below.
[0082] The code information processing system 20 can store project information 227d for each piece of construction information in response to an input by a user. The code information processing system 20 can further store information acquired as a result of processing by the code information processing module 215 or the like as project information 227d in association with each piece of construction information.
[0083] The construction model information 227e of the code information 225 is, for example, individual construction models and information related to those construction models acquired from each user by the acquisition module 211. The information related to the construction models is, for example, information for processing, for example, displaying, creating, or updating the construction models.
[0084] For example, the finishing schedule creation module 215a and the estimate creation module 215b can create finishing schedules, estimates, etc. using the estimation information based on the construction model information 227e.
[0085] 3 shows an example of the hardware configuration of the user terminal 30. The user terminal 30 has a main memory device 301, an auxiliary memory device 302, a processor 303, an input device 304, an output device 305, a communication control unit 306, and the like.
[0086] The main memory device 301 of the user terminal 30 stores programs and applications such as a construction information processing module 311, and the processor 203 executes these programs and applications.
[0087] The construction information processing module 311 can display, create, change (edit), and share construction information, allowing users to use and process, for example, display, create, change (edit), and share construction information.
[0088] The user terminal 30 can display the construction information data created by the construction information processing module 311 on an output device 305, such as a display, accept changes to the construction information data using an input device 304, such as a keyboard, mouse, LCD pen tablet, flat-type pen tablet, or other input support device, and output, for example transmit, the construction information data to a code information processing system 20, etc. via a communication control unit 306 or the network 100.

The construction information 323 may include user identification information. The user terminal 30 can send the construction information 323 to the code information processing system 20.
[0092] 4 shows an example of the hardware configuration of the EC server 40. The EC server 40 is a server used for selling materials, building materials, and other supplies related to construction, architecture, etc. The EC server 40 has a main memory device 401, an auxiliary memory device 402, a processor 403, an input device 404, an output device 405, a communication control unit 406, and the like.
[0093] The main memory device 401 of the EC server 40 stores programs and applications such as an order management module 411, an inventory management module 412, a specification management module 413, and an input / output module 414, and each functional element of the EC server 40 is realized by the processor 403 executing these programs and applications.
[0094] The order management module 411 can manage orders for products to be sold. The order management module 411 executes product sales processing based on order information from the code information processing system 20, for example.
[0095] The inventory management module 412 can manage the current inventory quantity, the history of changes in inventory quantity, etc. The inventory management module 412 can provide the code information processing system 20 with information such as the current inventory quantity of products to be used and the average delivery time in the future.
[0096] The specification management module 413 can manage information related to the specifications of products to be sold, etc. The specification information includes, for example, information contained in product instruction manuals, catalogs, specifications, advertisements, etc., and information contained in web pages that explain the products.
[0097] The specification management module 413 can provide the code information processing system 20 with which it is linked with information such as the specifications of the product to be used, products with specifications similar to those of the product to be used, and the history of specification changes to the product to be used.
[0098] The specification management module 413 can further provide recall information of the product to be used to the code information processing system 20. This information may be stored in the auxiliary storage device 402 as product specification information 422.
[0099] The input / output module 414, for example, acquires information from the code information processing system 20 and transmits information to the code information processing system 20. For example, the EC server 40 can use the input / output module 414 to provide the code information processing system 20 with information on specifications and changes to the specifications of products (building materials, building materials, etc.) to be sold, changes in inventory, changes in scheduled delivery dates, etc.
[0100] The auxiliary storage device 402 of the EC server 40 stores setting information 421, product specification information 422, etc. The setting information 421 includes setting information for each module of the EC server 40 stored in the main storage device 401.
[0101] The product specification information 422 is an example of “material-related information.” The product specification information 422 includes, for example, price information 422a, material information 422b, size information 422c, environmental information 422d, and performance information 422e.
[0102] The price information 422a is information about the selling price of the product, changes in the selling price, etc. The material information 422b is information about the materials used in the product. The dimension information 422c is information about the dimensions of the product, as well as the dimensions in a packaged state and in a state delivered to the construction site.
[0103] The environmental information 422d is information relating to the environmental friendliness of the product, the degree of contribution to environmental protection, etc. The environmental information 422d is information relating to, for example, carbon credits, carbon offsets, etc.
[0104] The performance information 422e is information about the performance of the product, such as fire resistance / fire prevention, sound insulation / soundproofing, water resistance / waterproofing, weather resistance, earthquake resistance, durability, etc. The performance information 422e may further include information about various performance features and the laws and regulations that govern them.
[0105] 5 shows an example of a code information processing flow 500 using the intermediate name information 223. Hereinafter, information processing of construction information will be described using the code information processing flow 500 using the intermediate name information.
[0106] In the following description, an example will be described in which BIM data is used as construction information acquired from the user terminal 30. Note that the acquisition destination and storage destination of the construction information are not limited to the user terminal 30.
[0107] The code information processing system 20 processes construction information related to building and construction according to the code information processing flow 500 using intermediate name information. Note that the steps of each flow and subflow explained using Fig. 5 and Figs. 10 and 11 described below may be executed in reverse order, in parallel, or incorporated into another flow, as long as no technical discrepancies occur.
[0108] In the code information processing system 20, an acquisition module 211 is set by a first user, such as a creator who creates construction information using a user terminal 30, and acquires model information of a construction object, including material identification information that identifies building materials. A mapping information selection module 212 and an intermediate name information selection module 213 work together to acquire intermediate name information 223 that is set by a second user, such as an administrator of the code information processing system 20, and identifies building materials, the intermediate name information corresponding to the material identification information. A code information generation module 214 identifies building materials and acquires management code information 225 that corresponds to the intermediate name information. A code information processing module 215 and an output module 216 work together to acquire material-related information that is information related to building materials and corresponds to the code information 225, and output information that associates the material-related information with at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate name information 223.
[0109] In the code information processing system 20, the acquisition module 211 further acquires the user identification information of the first user, and the mapping information selection module 212 and the intermediate name information selection module 213 cooperate to acquire intermediate name information 223 corresponding to the user identification information and the material identification information.
[0110] In the code information processing system 20, the acquisition module 211 further acquires user identification information of the first user. The code information processing module 215 and the output module 216 cooperate to determine information to be associated with the material-related information from among the material identification information, intermediate name information 223, and a combination of the material identification information and intermediate name information 223, based on the output method corresponding to the user identification information.
[0111] In the code information processing system 20, the intermediate name information selection module 213 uses the mapping information 224 generated by the mapping information generation module 217, which associates material identification information with intermediate name information 223, to refer to the mapping information 224 and obtain the intermediate name information 223 corresponding to the material identification information.
[0112] In the code information processing system 20, the mapping information 224 may be information that associates a combination of material identification information and specified specification information with intermediate name information 223, and the intermediate name information selection module 213 refers to the mapping information 224 to obtain the intermediate name information 223 that corresponds to the combination of material identification information and specified specification information.
[0113] The code information processing system 20 may further include an acquisition module 211 that receives a selection regarding an output method of the output information. The code information processing module 215 and the output module 216 cooperate to determine, based on the output method, information to be associated with the material-related information from among the material identification information 700, the intermediate name information 223, and a combination of the material identification information 700 and the intermediate name information 223.
[0114] In the code information processing system 20, a plurality of intermediate name information 223 may be associated with the material identification information 700. The intermediate name information selection module 213 may acquire different intermediate name information 223 depending on whether predetermined specification information 710 is associated with the material identification information 700 or not. The predetermined specification information is information relating to at least one of the arrangement position, arrangement area, dimensions, performance, and use.
[0115] These examples will be described in detail below using a code information processing flow 500 using intermediate name information. When code information processing is started in the code information processing system 20, the acquisition module 211 of the code information processing system 20 acquires user identification information and construction information 227 (227e) from the user terminal 30, the auxiliary storage device 202, etc. (S510).
[0116] In the following description, the term "construction information 227" and the combination of symbols will be used to refer to both the construction information obtained from the user terminal 30 and the construction information stored in the auxiliary storage device 202.
[0117] The acquisition module 211 sends the acquired user identification information and construction information 227 to the mapping information selection module 212. The mapping information selection module 212 selects mapping information corresponding to individual user identification information, for example, mapping information in a table format created for each user (S520), and sends the selected mapping information and information related thereto to the intermediate name information selection module 213.
[0118] The acquisition module 211 extracts material identification information for each material contained in the construction information 227 from the acquired construction information 227 (S530), and sends the extracted material identification information and related information to the intermediate name information selection module 213.
[0119] The intermediate name information selection module 213 selects intermediate name information corresponding to the material identification information of each material based on the mapping information selected by the mapping information selection module 212 based on the user identification information (S540), and sends the selected intermediate name information to the code information generation module 214.
[0120] The code information generation module 214 generates code information from at least one of the intermediate name information and the combination of the intermediate name information and the construction information (S550), and sends the generated code information to the code information processing module 215.
[0121] The code information processing module 215 executes at least one code information process related to the construction information using the code information generated by the code information generating module 214 (S560).
[0122] The code information processing module 215 reflects at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate name information in the processing result of the code information processing (S570). For example, the code information processing module 215 executes a process of including at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate name information in the processing result of the code information processing.
[0123] The code information processing module 215 sends the result of the code information processing, in which at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate name information is reflected, to the output module 216. Note that the output module 216 or another module may execute a process of reflecting at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate name information in the result of the code information processing.
[0124] The output module 216 outputs the result of the code information processing that reflects at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate name information, and the code information processing system 20 ends the code information processing flow 500 that uses the intermediate name information.
[0125] 6 is an explanatory diagram illustrating an example of the intermediate name information 223. The intermediate name information 223 is information that can identify the names of each material, each building material, etc. included in the construction information.
[0126] For example, the intermediate name information 223 is information that can identify the materials, building materials, products, etc. corresponding to each BIM object (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "BIM parts") that constitutes a building modeled as BIM data.
[0127] For example, a "wall" that constitutes a building is made up of "wallpaper," "gypsum board," "insulation material," "underlayment material," etc. The code information processing system 20 can have, as the intermediate name information 223, higher-level intermediate name information 610 set at these classification levels.
[0128] The code information processing system 20 can have lower intermediate name information 620 set at a more detailed classification level than the above classification level as the intermediate name information 223. Furthermore, the code information processing system 20 can have higher intermediate name information 610 and lower intermediate name information 620 associated with each other as the intermediate name information 223.
[0129] The code information processing system 20 may have, as lower-level intermediate name information 620, for example, "ordinary gypsum hard board," "sieving gypsum board," "reinforced gypsum board," "structural gypsum board," etc., related to "gypsum board."
[0130] Similarly, the code information processing system 20 can have, as intermediate name information 223, for example, lower-level intermediate name information 620 such as "glass wool" and "rock wool" in relation to higher-level intermediate name information 610 such as "insulating material."
[0131] Similarly, the code information processing system 20 can have, as intermediate name information 223, for example, lower-level intermediate name information 620 such as "lightweight steel frame base" and "wooden base" in relation to higher-level intermediate name information 610 such as "base material."
[0132] The code information processing system 20 may have, as intermediate name information 223, names set at a more detailed classification level than the lower-level intermediate name information 620 shown in Figure 6, or intermediate names set to include specification information.
[0133] 7A and 7B are diagrams illustrating examples of code generation using intermediate name information 223. In the example of Fig. 7A, for two different users, a first user and a second user, material identification information 700 (700a) called "PB" used by the first user and material identification information 700 (700b) called "GB" used by the second user are each associated with the same intermediate name information 223 called "gypsum board."
[0134] The material identification information 700 (700a) called "PB" used by the first user is associated with the intermediate name information 223 called "gypsum board" using the mapping information 224a for the first user set for the first user.
[0135] The material identification information 700 (700b) "GB" used by the second user is associated with the intermediate name information 223 "gypsum board" using the second user mapping information 224b set for the second user.
[0136] 7A, the code information 225 "ABC_123" is generated from the intermediate name information 223 "gypsum board." The code information 225 is generated based on at least the intermediate name information 223.
[0137] As a result, even if each user determines the names of materials, etc. according to their own unique naming rules, conventions, etc., the code information generation module 214 can perform the code generation process without directly associating the material identification information 700 (700a, 700b), which may differ for each user, with the code information 225.
[0138] In the example of Figure 7 (B), the code information generation module 214 generates code information 225 "ABC_123_x1y1z1_38" from the intermediate name information 223 "gypsum board" selected in the same way as in the example of Figure 7 (A) and the specification information 710 included in the construction information.
[0139] The specification information 710 is, for example, information about the "construction location," "construction area," "dimensions," "area," "shape," "purpose," and "performance" of the corresponding material. The "construction location" is, for example, information about coordinates within the BIM data. The "construction area" is, for example, information about rooms and spaces within the BIM data.
[0140] 7B, the code information 225 "ABC_123_x1y1z1_38" is generated by combining the code information portion "ABC_123" corresponding to the intermediate name information 223 "gypsum board" and the code information portion "x1y1z1_38" corresponding to the specification information 710. A more specific structure of the code information will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 and 13.
[0141] In the example of Figure 7 (C), for two different users, the third user and the fourth user, the material identification information 700c used by the third user, "PB", and the material identification information 700d used by the fourth user, "PB", are associated with different intermediate name information 223, namely, the intermediate name information 620c called "ordinary gypsum hard board" and the intermediate name information 620d called "reinforced gypsum board".
[0142] The material identification information 700c "PB" used by the third user is associated with the intermediate name information 620c "ordinary gypsum hard board" using the mapping information 224c for the third user set for the third user.
[0143] The material identification information 700d "PB" used by the fourth user is associated with the intermediate name information 620d "reinforced gypsum board" using the fourth user mapping information 224d set for the fourth user.
[0144] In the example of Figure 7 (C), code information 225c "ABC_123_a" is generated from intermediate name information 620c "ordinary gypsum hard board", and code information 225d "ABC_123_b" is generated from intermediate name information 620d "reinforced gypsum board".
[0145] In the example of Figure 7 (C), the code information 225c "ABC_123_a" is generated by adding information "a" that refines the classification level to the code information 225 "ABC_123" corresponding to "gypsum board" in order to represent "ordinary gypsum hard board" which is a more detailed classification level of the intermediate name information 223 "gypsum board."
[0146] Similarly, code information 225d "ABC_123_b" is generated by adding information "b" that refines the classification level to code information 225 "ABC_123" corresponding to "gypsum board" in order to represent "reinforced gypsum board," which is a more detailed classification level of intermediate name information 223 "gypsum board."
[0147] 8 is another example of an explanatory diagram illustrating code generation using intermediate name information. The example of FIG. 8(A) is substantially the same as the example in the upper part of FIG. 7(C). In the example of FIG. 8(A), the intermediate name information 223 "ordinary gypsum hard board" is selected from the material identification information 700c "PB" using the normal mapping information 224crg for the third user, and the code information 225 "ABC_123_a" is generated from the selected intermediate name information 223 "ordinary gypsum hard board."
[0148] In the example of Fig. 8(B), the intermediate name information 223 "sieving gypsum board" is selected instead of the intermediate name information 223 "ordinary gypsum hard board" from the combination of the material identification information 700c "PB" and the specification information 710 "construction area: washroom" using the exception mapping information for the third user 224cex. In the example of Fig. 8(B), the code information 225 "ABC_123_c" is generated from the selected intermediate name information 223 "sieving gypsum board".
[0149] By using the normal mapping information 224crg and the exception mapping information 224cex, the user can flexibly select intermediate name information 223 even if different materials are represented for one piece of material identification information 700c depending on the specifications.
[0150] The normal mapping information 224crg may be related to mapping to intermediate name information 223 corresponding to materials, building materials, or products that are used more frequently. The exception mapping information 224cex may be related to mapping to intermediate name information 223 corresponding to materials, building materials, or products that are used in accordance with specific specifications or specific conditions. The specific specifications or specific conditions are, for example, specifications or conditions related to applications, or specifications or conditions related to requirements based on regulations, laws, etc.
[0151] Additionally or alternatively, the exception mapping information 224cex may relate to mapping of material identification information 700 that may have a typographical error or mistype, etc., to intermediate name information 223 associated with the original material identification information 700. An example of a typographical error or mistype is when the material identification information 700 should be entered as "PB" but is mistyped as "OB."
[0152] In the example of Figure 8 (C), similar to the examples of Figures 7 (A) and 7 (B), the material identification information 700a used by the first user, "PB", is associated with the intermediate name information 223, "gypsum board", using the mapping information 224a for the first user set for the first user.
[0153] In the example of Figure 8 (C), unlike the examples of Figures 7 (A) and 7 (B), code information 225 "ABC_123_c" corresponding to the intermediate name information 223 "sieving gypsum board" is generated from the combination of intermediate name information 223 "gypsum board" and specification information 710 "construction area: washroom."
[0154] In the example of Figure 8 (C), the output module 216 can switch between using the intermediate name information 223 "gypsum board" or the intermediate name information 223 "sieving gypsum board" as intermediate name information 223 that can be included in output information such as specifications and estimates created as a result of the code information processing described below.
[0155] In the example of Figure 8 (D), similar to the examples of Figures 7 (A), 7 (B), and 8 (C), the material identification information 700a used by the first user, "PB," is associated with the intermediate name information 223, "gypsum board," using the mapping information 224a for the first user set for the first user.
[0156] In the example of Figure 8 (D), similar to the example of Figure 8 (C), code information 225 "ABC_123_c_x1y1z1_38" is generated from a combination of intermediate name information 223 "gypsum board" and specification information 710 including information "construction area: washroom."
[0157] The code information 225 "ABC_123_c_x1y1z1_38" is made up of a combination of a code information portion "ABC_123_c" and a code information portion "x1y1z1_38".
[0158] The code information portion "ABC_123_c" corresponds to the intermediate name information 223 "sieving gypsum board." The code information portion "x1y1z1_38" corresponds to at least one of the information included in the specification information 710, such as "installation position," "dimensions," "area," "shape," "purpose," and "performance."
[0159] As explained using Figures 7 and 8, and as will be explained in more detail using Figures 12 and 13, the code information 225 can have various information in the form of a code, such as a specific material name or product name, related product information, and specification information 710 included in construction information, in relation to the corresponding individual material.
[0160] 9 is an example of an explanatory diagram illustrating information associated with the code information 225. In the example of Fig. 9(A), similarly to the example of Fig. 8(B), from the combination of the material identification information 700c of "PB" and the information of "construction area: washroom" included in the specification information 710, instead of the intermediate name information 223 of "ordinary gypsum hard board," the intermediate name information 223 related to "sheathing gypsum board" is selected in accordance with the exception mapping information for the third user 224cex.
[0161] In the code information processing system 20, the code information processing module 215 and the output module 216 may cooperate to acquire other material-related information that is information related to building materials and corresponds to the code information 225, and output other output information that associates the other material-related information with at least one of the material identification information 700 and the intermediate name information 223, in a form associated with the output information. The output information and other output information are any of a finishing list, a materials list, an estimate, model information, a purchase order, and a status management table, and are different types of information.
[0162] A finishing list, a materials list, an estimate, model information, a purchase order, and a status management list are examples of "output information that associates material-related information with at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate material name."
[0163] This example will be described below with reference to Fig. 9. In the example of Fig. 9(A), selectable intermediate name information 223 is exemplified as "sheathing gypsum board 9 mm," "sheathing gypsum board 12 mm," "sheathing gypsum board 15 mm," and "sheathing gypsum board 18 mm," which further include information related to thickness in addition to the intermediate name information 223 of "sheathing gypsum board" in the example of Fig. 8(B).
[0164] 9A, the intermediate name information 223 "Sheathing gypsum board 12 mm" is selected based on the information "Thickness: 12 mm" included in the specification information 710. The code information generation module 214 generates the code information 225 "ABC_123_c_th12" based on the selected intermediate name information "Sheathing gypsum board 12 mm."
[0165] The code information processing module 215 can use the code information 225 to acquire information 910 necessary for the code information processing from information 900 associated with the code information 225 according to the code information processing to be executed. The "information necessary for the code information processing" is, for example, product information, specification information, etc. necessary for the code information processing, such as creating a specification sheet or an estimate.
[0166] In the example of Figure 9 (B), the code information processing module 215 uses the code information 225 "ABC_123_c_th12" generated in the example of Figure 9 (A) to obtain information about three products, namely, first product information 900a, second product information 900b, and third product information 900c, as information 900 associated with the code information 225.
[0167] The first product information 900a, the second product information 900b, and the third product information 900c are each stored, for example, in product information 226 or product specification information 422, with or associated with a code information portion "ABC_123_c" corresponding to sheathing gypsum board and a code information portion "th12" corresponding to a thickness of 12 mm.
[0168] This allows the code information processing module 215 to simply and with a low calculation load acquire the information 900 associated with the code information 225. Furthermore, the code information processing module 215 can provide a user who has only entered "PB" for the corresponding material in the construction information with appropriate product options when, for example, creating an estimate.
[0169] 12 and 13, the code information 225 may include more detailed information about each material, such as detailed information about an individual product. When such code information 225 is used, by reading the contents of the code information, it is possible to obtain all or at least part of the information about any one of the first product information 900a, the second product information 900b, and the third product information 900c.
[0170] As described above, the code information processing system 20 can use the code information 225 to access, obtain, or read the contents of the code information 225, the information 900 associated with the code information 225 or at least a portion of the information.
[0171] In addition, in Figure 9 (B), information such as "product name," "manufacturer / seller," "price," "specifications (structure, dimensions, performance)," and "grade" contained in the first product information 900a, second product information 900b, and third product information 900c are examples of information 900 associated with code information 225, and are not limited to these.
[0172] The code information processing module 215 can extract information 910 or at least part of the information required for code information processing for each code information processing to be performed from information such as the first product information 900a, the second product information 900b, and the third product information 900c.
[0173] FIG. 9B illustrates examples of information 910 required for processing each code information, including "order-related information," "quotation-related information," "model-related information," "finishing-related information," "material-related information," and "status-related information."
[0174] When creating an estimate or estimate report as code information processing, the code information processing module 215 (quote creation module 215b) obtains, as "quotation-related information," information on, for example, "product name" and "price" from information 900 associated with the code information 225, as information 910 required for code information processing.
[0175] The output module 216 displays (outputs) to the user information regarding the "product name" and "price" of each of the first product information 900a, second product information 900b, and third product information 900c as candidates for purchasing the corresponding materials.
[0176] This allows the user to decide what to purchase from among the multiple products related to "gypsum board" (see Figure 9(B)), even if the user simply enters "PB" for the corresponding material when creating construction information (see Figure 9(A)).
[0177] The code information processing module 215 (quote creation module 215b) can accept input operations by a user to select a product to purchase, determine the product for which "quote-related information" is to be obtained based on the input operations, and create a quotation.
[0178] Accordingly, the code information generation module 214 and the code information detailing module 215f can change the code information 225 of the target material, "ABC_123_c_th12," into more detailed code information 225 that reflects the information of the product selected for purchase.
[0179] Additionally or alternatively, the code information generation module 214 or the code information detailing module 215f can generate new, more detailed code information 225 for the target material that reflects information about the product selected for purchase.
[0180] The output module 216 can switch between outputting an estimate containing the material identification information 700, outputting an estimate containing the intermediate name information 223, or outputting an estimate containing both the material identification information 700 and the intermediate name information 223 as a result of processing the code information. This also applies to the results of other code information processing. This makes it easier for the user to check the reasons, grounds, details, etc. for purchasing different products for materials assigned the same material identification information 700 in the construction information.
[0181] When creating a finishing table as part of code information processing, the code information processing module 215 (finishing table creation module 215a) obtains, as "finishing-related information," information on, for example, "product name," "specifications (structure, dimensions, performance)," and "grade" from information 900 associated with the code information 225, as information 910 necessary for code information processing.
[0182] The output module 216 displays (outputs) to the user information regarding the "product name," "specifications (structure, dimensions, performance)," and "grade" of each of the first product information 900a, second product information 900b, and third product information 900c as candidates for use as the corresponding material.
[0183] This allows the user to determine the material to be used from among the multiple products related to "gypsum board" (see Figure 9(B)), even if the user simply enters "PB" for the corresponding material when creating construction information (see Figure 9(A)).
[0184] The code information processing module 215 (finishing table creation module 215a) can accept input operations by the user, such as selecting the "grade" of the material to be used, and based on the input operations, determine the products for which "finishing-related information" will be obtained, and create a finishing table.
[0185] The code information processing module 215 can associate two different code information processes. For the following explanation, please also refer to the explanation of "Associating the processing results of different code information processes" below.
[0186] For example, when creating a finishing schedule and an estimate as code information processing, the code information processing module 215 (finishing schedule creation module 215a) can accept an input operation to select a "grade" as described above, and determine the product for which "finishing-related information" is to be obtained based on the input operation.
[0187] The code information processing module 215 (quote creation module 215b) can accept, for example, an input operation to select a "grade" related to "finishing-related information" instead of an "input operation by the user to select the product to purchase."
[0188] As a result, the code information processing module 215 (quote creation module 215b) can create a quote or obtain information necessary for creating a quote while creating a finishing list.
[0189] For example, when a user performs an input operation to select a grade called "G1," the code information processing module 215 (finishing table creation module 215a) reflects the "product name" information called "AAAA" and the "specifications (structure, dimensions, performance)" information called "XYZ" in the finishing table.
[0190] On the other hand, the code information processing module 215 (quote creation module 215b) can reflect the "price" information of "10,000 yen" in the quotation even if the user does not make a selection input to select the product "AAAA."
[0191] Furthermore, in relation to the finishing schedule or estimate created as described above, for example, when a user performs an input operation to change the grade from "G1" to "G2," the code information processing module 215 (finishing schedule creation module 215a) changes the "product name" information of the finishing schedule from "AAAA" to "BBBBB," and changes the "specifications (structure, dimensions, performance)" information from "XYZ" to "UVW."
[0192] On the other hand, the code information processing module 215 (quote creation module 215b) can change the "price" information on the quotation from "10,000 yen" to "7,500 yen" even if the user has not input a change to change the "product name" information from "AAAA" to "BBBBB." This allows the user to easily understand how much the change in specifications will affect the estimated price while creating the specifications.
[0193] In the example of Fig. 9(B), one product each having "grade" information of "G1" and "G2" is shown, but if there are multiple products each having "grade" information of "G1" and "G2", the code information processing module 215 (quote creation module 215b) can output information about multiple corresponding candidates to the user, or allow the user to temporarily input any one of the multiple candidates. This allows the user to save the trouble of inputting information to execute various code information processes.
[0194] 10 is an example of an execution flow 1000 of at least one code information process. The execution flow 1000 of at least one code information process relates to, for example, step S560 of "executing at least one code information process" described with reference to FIG. 5.
[0195] When execution of code information processing (S560) is started in the code information processing system 20, the acquisition module 211 of the code information processing system 20 acquires instruction input from the user terminal 30 regarding what kind of code information processing to perform in relation to the construction information (S1010).
[0196] The following describes the case where the user inputs an instruction to execute one code information process, but if the user inputs an instruction to execute two or more code information processes, the code information processing module 215 can execute the following steps S1030 to S1070 in parallel or in an integrated manner for each code information process.
[0197] The code information processing module 215 acquires the code information generated in the "Generating code information from intermediate name information" step S550 of the code information processing flow 500 using the intermediate name information 223 described with reference to FIG. 5 (S1020).
[0198] Additionally or alternatively, each of the modules 215a to 215f of the code information processing module 215 that executes code information processing corresponding to the acquired instruction input may acquire the code information 225 (S1020).
[0199] In the following description, the terms "code information processing module 215" and "each module 215a to 215f" may be used to mean "each module 215a to 215f of the code information processing module 215 that executes code information processing corresponding to the acquired instruction input."
[0200] The code information processing module 215 acquires information associated with the code information 225 and necessary for executing code information processing corresponding to the instruction input (S1030). The code information processing module 215 acquires information necessary for executing code information processing from, for example, the construction information acquired in "Acquisition of user identification information and construction information" step S510 of the code information processing flow 500 using the intermediate name information 223 described with reference to FIG. 5, information stored in the auxiliary storage device, etc.
[0201] The code information processing module 215 executes code information processing corresponding to the instruction input based on the information acquired in step S1030 (S1040), and generates a processing result of the executed code information processing (S1050).
[0202] If the user inputs an instruction to execute two or more code information processes, the code information processing module 215 can create two or more processing results in the step of creating the processing results of the code information processing (S1050).
[0203] When creating two or more processing results, the code information processing module 215 associates the processing results of different code information processes using the code information 225 (S1060). A specific example of "associating the processing results of different code information processes" will be described later. Note that the code information processing module 215 may omit the execution of this association step S1060.
[0204] The output module 216 outputs at least one processing result (S1070) created by the code information processing module 215. When outputting two or more processing results, the output module 216 can also output them in an associated manner.
[0205] When the code information processing module 215 associates two or more processing results (S1060), for example, when a specification and an estimate are created as the processing results of the code information processing, the output module 216 can display (output) the specification and estimate, for example, by arranging them side by side for comparison.
[0206] Additionally, the acquisition module 211 can accept and acquire inputs by the user for changes to the displayed (output) processing results. When the output module 216 displays (outputs), for example, a specification and an estimate side by side for comparison, the code information processing module 215 can change the content of the specification based on the input changes to the specification acquired by the acquisition module 211, and can also change the content of the estimate to correspond to the change in the specification, as described with reference to FIG. 9B .
[0207] This allows the user to easily check the changes and modifications that correspond to the changes and modifications to the specifications, for example, changes and modifications to the estimate that is displayed alongside the specifications, while checking the reflection of the changes and modifications to the specifications.
[0208] A specific example of "associating the processing results of different code information processes" will be described below.
[0209] As explained using Figure 9, as one example, when the code information processing module 215 creates a finishing list as the first code information processing and creates an estimate as the second code information processing, the code information processing module 215 accepts, as processing input information for the finishing list creation process, change input information that changes at least one of the information regarding the manufacturer, price, and grade of the material obtained using the code information 225.
[0210] The code information processing module 215 can change the estimate in addition to changing the finishing list based on the change input information. The output module 216 can write the corresponding intermediate name information 223 on the changed finishing list or estimate, so that the user can obtain supplementary information about the corresponding material.
[0211] As another example, when the code information processing module 215 creates an estimate as the first code information processing and performs detailing of construction information, for example, at least a portion of BIM information, as the second code information processing, the code information processing module 215 accepts selection input information by the user to select the product to be estimated from the candidate products obtained using the code information 225 as processing input information for the estimate creation process.
[0212] The code information processing module 215 creates an estimate based on the selective input information, and correspondingly obtains the product information 226 and product specification information 422 of the selected product. The code information processing module 215 can use the code information 225 to obtain structural information related to the structure from the product information 226 and product specification information 422 of the product selected by the selective input information.
[0213] The code information processing module 215 uses the code information 225 and the acquired structural information to detail the BIM objects (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "BIM parts") of the target materials included in the BIM information.
[0214] The code information processing module 215 can use the mapping information 224 to assign corresponding intermediate name information 223 to the detailed BIM object of the target material in addition to or in place of the material identification information 700 assigned in the original construction information.
[0215] The output module 216 can output, for example, intermediate name information 223 added to an estimate, with the information also added to the BIM object, making it easier for the user to understand the contents of the detailed BIM object.
[0216] As yet another example, when the code information processing module 215 creates a purchase order as the first code information processing and creates a status management table as the second code information processing, the code information processing module 215 accepts order input information by the user for the product to be purchased using the code information 225 as processing input information for the purchase order creation process.
[0217] The code information processing module 215 executes the ordering process for the target product based on the order input information, and also obtains information regarding the status of the target product from the EC server 40, project information 220d of the construction information 227, etc., and creates a status management table.
[0218] "Information regarding the status of the target product" is information such as payment status, shipping date, shipping time, distance from sender to destination, delivery status, planned installation date, current installation status, etc.
[0219] 12 and 13, code information parts corresponding to various information can be relatively flexibly assigned to the code information 225 depending on the level of detail. In the code information processing system 20, by appropriately setting the code information 225, the code information processing module 215 can flexibly reflect various information in the status management table as information relating to the status of the target product.
[0220] The output module 216 can output a purchase order created based on relatively detailed code information 225 by entering the material identification information 700 and intermediate name information 223, and by entering only the material identification information 700 in the status management table without entering the intermediate name information 223. This allows the user to check additional information about the order contents on the purchase order, while also obtaining a simple and easy-to-read status management table.
[0221] 11 is an example of a code information processing flow 1100 using a model. The code information processing flow 1100 using a model can be executed in addition to or instead of the "code information processing flow 500 using intermediate name information" described with reference to FIG.
[0222] The code information processing system 20 may further include an estimation model that is trained on a plurality of combinations of the material identification information 700 and the intermediate name information 223, and that receives the material identification information 700 as an input and outputs an intermediate material name. The intermediate name information selection module 213 inputs the material identification information included in model information such as BIM model information into the estimation model, thereby acquiring the corresponding intermediate name information 223.
[0223] The code information processing system 20 may include an estimation model that has learned a plurality of combinations of material identification information 700, specification information 710, and intermediate name information 223, and that receives the material identification information 700 and the specification information 710 as input and outputs the intermediate name information 223, and an acquisition module 211 that acquires the specification information of building materials. The intermediate name information selection module 213 inputs the material identification information 700 and the specification information 710 included in model information such as BIM model information into the estimation model, thereby acquiring the corresponding intermediate name information 223.
[0224] These examples will be described in detail below using a model-based code information processing flow 1100. When code information processing is started in the code information processing system 20, the acquisition module 211 of the code information processing system 20 acquires user identification information and construction information 227 (227e) from the user terminal 30, the auxiliary storage device 202, etc. (S1110).
[0225] In the following description, the term "construction information 227" and the combination of symbols will be used to refer to both the construction information obtained from the user terminal 30 and the construction information stored in the auxiliary storage device 202.
[0226] The acquisition module 211 extracts material identification information for each material contained in the construction information 227 from the acquired construction information 227 (S1120), and inputs the extracted material identification information and related information into the mapping model (S1130).
[0227] The code information processing system 20 can use, as the mapping model, an estimation model that has learned multiple combinations of material identification information and intermediate material names, or an estimation model that has learned multiple combinations of material identification information, specification information, and intermediate material names. The code information processing system 20 may have these estimation models for each user as, for example, the mapping information 224.
[0228] Additionally or alternatively, the code information processing system 20 can use, as the mapping model, an estimation model that has been trained on multiple combinations of user identification information, material identification information, and intermediate material names, or an estimation model that has been trained on multiple combinations of user identification information, material identification information, specification information, and intermediate material names.
[0229] The code information processing system 20 can collect and use a series of related information in the "code information processing flow 500 using intermediate name information" described using Figure 5 as learning data for generating the estimation model.
[0230] The mapping model takes as input material identification information or a combination of user identification information and material identification information, and outputs an intermediate material name. Additionally or alternatively, the mapping model takes as input material identification information and specification information, or a combination of user identification information, material identification information, and specification information, and outputs an intermediate material name.
[0231] The intermediate name information selection module 213 selects the intermediate name information output by the mapping model as intermediate name information corresponding to the material identification information of each material (S1140), and inputs the selected intermediate name information to the code information generation model (S1150).
[0232] The code information processing system 20 can use, as the code information generation model, a generation model that has learned combinations of intermediate material names and code information, or a generation model that has learned multiple combinations of specification information, intermediate material names, and code information.
[0233] The code information processing system 20 can collect and use, as learning data for generating the generative model, a series of related information in the "code information processing flow 500 using intermediate name information" described using Figure 5, and information on the structure and definition of code information described later using Figures 12 and 13.
[0234] The code information generation model receives intermediate name information or a combination of intermediate name information and specification information included in the construction information, and outputs code information. The code information processing module 215 executes at least one code information process related to the construction information using the code information generated and output by the code information generation model, according to the execution flow 1000 of at least one code information process described with reference to FIG. 10 (S1160 (S560)).
[0235] The code information processing module 215 reflects at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate name information in the processing result of the code information processing (S1170). For example, the code information processing module 215 executes a process of including at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate name information in the processing result of the code information processing.
[0236] The code information processing module 215 sends the result of the code information processing, in which at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate name information is reflected, to the output module 216. Note that the output module 216 or another module may execute a process of reflecting at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate name information in the result of the code information processing.
[0237] The output module 216 outputs the result of the code information processing that reflects at least one of the material identification information and the intermediate name information, and the code information processing system 20 ends the code information processing flow 1100 that uses the model.
[0238] Fig. 12 is an example of an explanatory diagram explaining the code information 225. Fig. 12 shows a specific example of the code information 225 generated and set for each of the various constituent members that make up a building. The code information 225 explained below can be used in place of the code information 225 explained using Figs. 7 to 9, etc.
[0239] In the code information processing system 20, by using the mapping information 224 and intermediate name information 223 set for each user, the generation and setting of the code information 225 described in detail below can be performed while minimizing the influence of naming rules and customs that differ from user to user.
[0240] The code information 225 is code information assigned to the constituent members that make up the target building, and is information that associates information about the constituent members with information about the parts that make up these constituent members.
[0241] The code information 225 includes, for example, information such as a fitting code, a door code, a frame code, etc., and has values and structures such as those exemplified by sample values 1220 for items 1210. An overview of the items 1210 and sample values 1220 is explained in an overview column 1230.
[0242] The code information generation module 214 can generate code information that associates a component included in the BIM information with a plurality of parts that make up the component, as information about the component.
[0243] The code information generation module 214 acquires information about the components based on, for example, BIM information, and stores the acquired information (BIM information) in, for example, construction model information 227e.
[0244] The information on the components includes, for example, information on the components themselves as well as spatial information such as the floor or room on which each component is located. The information on each component also includes one or more pieces of attribute information related to the specifications of the component.
[0245] When the component is a fixture, the attribute information may include, for example, items such as "door classification," "door type," and "legal regulations" related to required performance, use, etc. For example, "door classification" may include first attribute information such as swing door, sliding door, etc., "door type" may include second attribute information such as single swing, double swing, parent-child swing, etc., and "legal regulations" may include third attribute information such as fire prevention equipment, specific fire prevention equipment, no regulations, etc. The representation format of such information may vary depending on the creator and the BIM tool used.
[0246] The code information generation module 214 assigns a certain amount of standardized code information or code information parts to each attribute information related to the acquired component parts. LOD (Level of Development) is used as an index representing the degree of granularity (detail) at which the shape information and attribute information of the BIM model are defined.
[0247] The information assigned to a BIM model at the time the design is completed is roughly LOD 350. Hereinafter, the code information corresponding to LOD 350 will be referred to as the "350 code." The 350 code is a code of the level of detail corresponding to the LOD of the design level.
[0248] The code information processing system 20 has prepared in advance a code DB (not shown) that associates components and their attribute information with the 350 code. The code information generation module 214 can obtain 350 code information corresponding to the component and its attribute information by querying the code DB for information (BIM data) related to the component.
[0249] The code information generation module 214 assigns code information such as "OP" to a swing door for "door classification," code information such as "O1" to a single swing door for "door type," and code information such as "FRN" to a fire prevention system for "regulations." These attribute information can be expressed as a combination of 350 codes, for example, "OP_O1_ISAFRN."
[0250] The code information generation module 214 and the code information detailing module 215f (in the following explanation, the term "code information generation module 214", which is used as the main body for associating and detailing code information, is used to mean "the code information generation module 214 and the code information detailing module 215f") associate, for example, 350 code information with component code information (375 code information).
[0251] The 375 code is a code assigned to one or more parts that make up a component. For example, in the case of a building fixture, 375 code information is assigned to each of five parts that make up the fixture: the door body, frame, hanging hardware, handle, and other hardware. The 375 code can typically be a code that represents the type of each part. The 375 code may also be a code that represents performance, specifications, standards, etc.
[0252] As an example, the code information generation module 214 associates 375 codes such as "OP" representing a single-wing door, "FL" representing a flush door, "GL1" representing a door with glass above the door edge, and "GR2" representing a door with a louver in the center above the door edge with the "door body" that is the main part of the above-mentioned fixture. The code information generation module 214 associates 375 codes such as "FL" representing a frame with the "frame" that is a part of the fixture, and "HHW" representing a hinge with the "hanging hardware." These 375 codes are stored in a code DB.
[0253] The types of parts required to construct a component can be determined for a specific component. In other words, a set of types of parts that constitute a specific component can be associated with the specific component. In this embodiment, the code information generation module 214 associates a set of 375 codes corresponding to the types of parts required with a specific 350 code.
[0254] The code information generation module 214 can set a combination of the 350 code "OP_O1_ISAFRN" corresponding to the fixture and the 375 code of each component, such as the door body, used in the fixture, as shown in Figure 9.
[0255] Specifically, the code information generation module 214 can assign a combination of the 375 code to the 350 code, thereby setting the code "OP_O1_ISAFRN_OP_GR6_S1" for the door body, or the code information generation module 214 can set the code "OP_O1_ISAFRN_FL" for the frame.
[0256] For example, the code information generation module 214 can assign a set of 375 codes for each part to 350 codes related to a building fixture, thereby setting the code to be assigned to the building fixture as "OP_O1_ISAFRN_OP_GR6_S1_FL_HHW_LH_OT".
[0257] Such a fixture code can include not only the specifications of the fixture, but also information about the parts that make up the fixture. Also, a fixture can be uniquely associated with a group of parts that make it up.
[0258] The code information generation module 214 associates, for example, building material code information (400G code information) with 375 code information. The 400G code is a code used as a representative of product code information (400 code information) described later.
[0259] The 400 code is a code that corresponds to a specific product that can be used as a component part of each component. It is common for the same or similar products that meet the required standards to be sold by the same or different manufacturers. Therefore, multiple 400 codes can be associated with one 375 code.
[0260] Based on the above-described association, the code information processing module 215 can obtain information about a plurality of products using one piece of code information, as described with reference to FIG. 9B.
[0261] 13 is an example diagram conceptually showing the configuration of the code information 225. The code information processing system 20 can store each of the codes shown as (b) 350 code to (e) 400 code in FIG. 5 as code information 225 in the auxiliary storage device 202.
[0262] 13, (a) BIM data relating to a structure (i.e., a BIM part) includes, for example, three-dimensional shape information and one or more pieces of attribute information. The three-dimensional shape information and the one or more pieces of attribute information are associated with identification information of the structure (e.g., the file name of the BIM data).
[0263] The three-dimensional shape information may be information about the dimensions of the structure, and the attribute information may be information about the configuration of the structure, such as the space and location (position and orientation) where the structure is located, the specifications required for the structure, and the building materials used.
[0264] For example, if the BIM part is an interior wall part, the attribute information may be, for example, information regarding the floor and room (space) on which the interior wall is located and its location, information indicating that it is an interior wall (e.g., the base material of the wall part), information regarding the specifications required for the interior wall, and information regarding the building materials used for the interior wall.
[0265] The code information generation module 214, for example, (a) acquires information about the dimensions of the building materials that make up the structure based on the three-dimensional shape information of the BIM data. The code information generation module 214 also acquires information about the floor (level) and room name on which the structure is located, and information about the part, based on the attribute information of the BIM data. The code information generation module 214 associates this information with the identification information of the structure and records it as code information 225 in the auxiliary storage device 202.
[0266] (a) As an example, the BIM data may include, as attribute information regarding specifications, information indicating that "the interior wall is made of a 65 mm thick light gauge steel (LGS) wall as the base material, and two sheets of double-sided, semi-fireproof and fireproof gypsum board as the finishing material."
[0267] The code information processing module 215 can acquire such information. For example, the finishing list creation module 215a can create a specification list or the like that includes the acquired information.
[0268] Here, for example, information regarding interior walls corresponds to attribute information 1, information regarding LGS walls corresponds to attribute information 2, information regarding finishing materials corresponds to attribute information 3, information regarding semi-non-combustible gypsum board corresponds to attribute information 4, and information regarding non-combustible gypsum board corresponds to attribute information 5.
[0269] In this way, (a) BIM data, for example, has attribute information relating to at least the structure of the structure, and this attribute information can include information about the building materials that make up the structure.
[0270] The representation format of BIM data may differ depending on the BIM tool used to create it and the creator. Therefore, although not essential, the code information generation module 214 can rewrite each piece of attribute information using certain standardized code information.
[0271] The code information processing system 20 may set this common code information in stages with different levels of detail. In the example of Fig. 13, the code information processing system 20 sets four levels of code information as shown in (b) to (e), but the levels that can be set for code information are not limited to four levels.
[0272] The code information generation module 214 directly or indirectly assigns an appropriate code from each of these four levels of code information to the BIM data. Note that the dotted lines in Figure 13 indicate how the appropriate codes (b) to (e) are hierarchically associated with the BIM data.
[0273] The codes (b) to (e) mentioned here represent information about building materials as an arrangement of one or more computer-readable symbols (a concept that includes letters, numbers, and symbolic characters). This code is converted into an internal computer representation (computer code) and encoded.
[0274] (b) The 350 code is code information corresponding to attribute information included in BIM data of about LOD 350. For example, the 350 code can be set so as to be able to roughly represent the composition of building materials.
[0275] As an example, the code information generation module 214 generates attribute information 1 to n of part or all of the attribute information relating to the structure of the above structure. 1 Regarding 350 codes A1 to An 1 where n 1 can be, for example, the number of attribute information used to create a finish schedule, estimate, bill of materials, construction management schedule, etc.
[0276] More specifically, for example, the code information generation module 214 assigns 350 codes to attribute information related to the configuration of a structural member, such as "LGS wall, double-sided, finished with two sheets of semi-fireproof and non-fireproof gypsum board," such as "IW" for interior walls, "(L)" for 65 mm thick lightweight steel frame walls, "A" for wallpaper as a finishing material, and "E" for two sheets of semi-fireproof and non-fireproof gypsum board. These pieces of attribute information can be expressed as a combination of 350 codes, such as "IW_(L)EA0 / EA0_109" as shown in the example of FIG. 12.
[0277] In addition, this 350 code can also include other information necessary for construction and determining component parts, such as information regarding the fit of the top edge of the LGS wall (for example, if the top edge is located on a ceiling: 0, if it is located on a slab: 1, etc.) and information regarding the thickness of the LGS wall (for example, wall thickness excluding wallpaper (unit: mm)).
[0278] (c) The 375 code can be assigned to each of one or more building materials that make up the structure. Typically, the 375 code can be a code that represents the type (performance, specifications, standards, etc.) of each building material.
[0279] For example, the code information generation module 214 generates 350 codes A1 to An corresponding to the building materials that make up the structure. 1 Of these, there are 350 codes A1 to An that represent the approximate performance, specifications, standards, etc. of building materials. 2 On the other hand, B1 to Bn are 375 codes. 2 where n 2 is the number of types of building materials that make up a given structure.
[0280] Specifically, for each building material that makes up an interior wall, a notation is set that explicitly indicates the type, such as "LGS65.0" for a 65 mm thick lightweight steel frame, "GBR9.5" for a 9.5 mm thick semi-non-combustible gypsum board, and "GBR12.5" for a 12.5 mm thick non-combustible gypsum board.
[0281] The code information generation module 214 can assign such notation as 375 codes to the 350 codes. The attribute information about the building materials of the structure can be expressed as a combination of the 375 codes of each building material that makes up the structure, combining different code information portions corresponding to different attribute information, such as "GBR12.5_GBR9.5_LGS65.0_GBR12.5_GBR9.5."
[0282] The 375 code is a code that is uniquely assigned to building materials with predetermined performance and specifications. The 375 code may include information about the dimensions of LGS walls, such as standards, but may not include information about the specific dimensions of the LGS walls.
[0283] The 375 code can also be expressed by symbols that do not represent dimensions as standard for LGS walls. The 375 code may also include information indicating whether a specific manufacturer or specific building material is specified (e.g., 1: Yes, 0: No, etc.).
[0284] However, depending on the BIM data, there may be cases where the attribute information necessary to identify building materials is not included. Also, there may be cases where the attribute information assigned to the BIM data cannot be properly associated with the 375 code stored as the code information 225.
[0285] In such cases, the code information generation module 214 may associate a 375 code that is inferred to be appropriate as a 375 code corresponding to each building material or 350 code, or may associate a provisional 375 code that indicates that it is a common building material.
[0286] In this case, the code information generation module 214 may further associate information indicating that a proper 375 code may not be associated, for example, by setting an uncertain flag on the inferred 375 code or the provisional 375 code.
[0287] The (d) 400G code is a code used as a representative of the (e) 400 code. The (e) 400 code is a code provided corresponding to products that can be used as components that make up each building material.
[0288] Since it is common for the same or different building material manufacturers to sell equivalent or similar products that meet the required standards for each component part of each building material, multiple 400 codes can be associated with one 375 code.
[0289] In the code information processing system 20, a 400G code may be used as a code representing the 400 codes for multiple products that can be used as such components. That is, the code information generation module 214 may associate this 400G code with the 375 code, and may associate multiple 400 codes with the 400G code.
[0290] (e) The 400 code is a code corresponding to various building components (products) sold by building material manufacturers as components, for example, and is associated with information about the building components (products).
[0291] Such information about the building components is stored as product information 226 in the auxiliary storage device 202. (e) The 400 code may be, for example, the product code itself that represents the building material manufacturer and the building component.
[0292] The (d) 400G code can be understood as a representative (generic) name for one or more types of products that meet a predetermined standard, and the (e) 400 code can be understood as a code that represents (generic) the approximate dimensions, specifications, and standards of the product. The 400G code can be, for example, a code that corresponds to the general name of a component part.
[0293] The relationship between the 375 code and the 400G code will be explained. For example, if a building material represented by the 375 code, B1, is 3 pieces (n 3 When the code information generating module 214 generates n codes for B1, which is 375 codes, 3 400G codes C1,1 to C1,n 3 Match the following.
[0294] Specifically, for example, if an LGS wall represented by LGS65 is composed of four (four types) components: a stud, a runner, a steady rest, and a spacer, the code information generation module 214 associates 400G codes (e.g., C1,1 to C1,4) representing each of these four components with LGS65, which is a 375 code.
[0295] As described above, it is common for building components to be available in multiple types that meet predetermined standards, with different sizes, grades such as quality, and workability. Therefore, the code information generation module 214 associates the 375 code with an appropriate 400G code, taking into account attribute information such as the dimensions of the structure.
[0296] Furthermore, the code information generation module 214 associates 400 codes corresponding to products that can be used as each component with C1,1 to C1,4, which are 400G codes that represent each component.
[0297] For example, the code information generation module 214 generates 400 codes C1,1,1 to C1,1,n for C1,1, which is a 400G code representing a steady rest. 5 n in FIG. 5 and n 6 are the numbers of products that can be used corresponding to a specific component (e.g., 400G code: C1,1, C1,2). In this way, the code information generation module 214 directly or indirectly associates codes (b) to (e) with the BIM data of the structure.
[0298] As is clear from the above, the above codes (b) to (e) represent the level of detail of the information about building materials, with the granularity of the information becoming finer as we move from the (b) 350 code to the (e) 400 code.
[0299] The (b) 350 code is information indicating the specifications of the building material or the component parts that make up the building material, and the (e) 400 code is information indicating the level at which the building material or the component parts that make up the building material can be specified and ordered. By using the codes (b) to (e), information on the building materials that make up a structure can be expressed at four levels of detail.
[0300] These code information can be hierarchically associated, for example, as shown in Figure 13, with each (b) 350 code corresponding to a corresponding (c) 375 code, with each (c) 375 code corresponding to a corresponding (d) 400G code, and with each (d) 400G code corresponding to a corresponding (e) 400 code.
[0301] The product information 226 is product information about components (products) that can be used as building materials. This product information 226 may include, for example, information that is the same as or equivalent to information about the components listed in a product catalog of a building material manufacturer, as well as information about the building material manufacturer.
[0302] The component information includes information required when ordering the product, such as product code and manufacturer information, or product management code and supplier information from the sales company, or coded information of these, etc. Furthermore, the product information 226 can include information about each component, such as compliance standards, images, dimensions, material (type), properties, and reference prices.
