[0003] The subject of the invention is a fuse switch disconnector, particularly a low- voltage fuse switch disconnector.
[0004] Prior Art
[0005] In the state of the art, fuse switch disconnectors are known which include locking elements used to secure the disconnector in the closed position.
[0006] An example of such a solution, known from German utility model DE202020105647U1 , is a fuse switch disconnector comprising a base element and a cover element, wherein the cover element is adapted to move back and forth relative to the base element between an open position and a closed position. The disconnector includes a cover element with an external surface, interrupted by an opening in the cover. The given fuse switch disconnector further includes a locking element attached to the base element for locking the cover element to the base element. The locking element is movable back and forth relative to the base element between a first position and a second position. When the cover element is in the closed position and the locking element is in the first position, the locking element extends through the cover opening and protrudes beyond the external surface of the cover. Moreover, in an advantageous solution, the locking element have one or more locking holes. When the cover is in the closed position and the locking element is in the first position, one or more locking holes partially or entirely protrude beyond the outer surface of the cover element, such that one or more locking elements may be inserted through one or more locking holes. When one or more locking elements are mounted, the cover element cannot be moved relative to the base element or cannot be moved to the open position. The prior art also includes the so-called “parking position” of a fuse switch disconnector, in which the cover with the fuse links is rotated 180 degrees from the operating position. The fuse links are exposed and visible to the service technician. This solution does not provide any protection against unauthorized switching of the low-voltage fuse switch disconnector back to the operating position. Consequently, there remains a risk of electric shock to the person carrying out the maintenance work.
[0007] Aim of the Invention
[0008] During maintenance operations, the fuse switch disconnector is in the open position. In such cases, there is a risk to the servicing personnel that the fuse switch disconnector may be accidentally closed by a third party or by unauthorized persons during the course of maintenance, which may result in electric shock to the person performing the service work. The state of the art does not provide a solution that would enable safe servicing operations by preventing the fuse switch disconnector from being accidentally (or as an unauthorised action) closed into the operating position. The aim of the invention is to provide a fuse switch disconnector containing a securing assembly that prevents accidental or unauthorized closure into the operating position during ongoing maintenance work.
[0009] Essence of the Invention
[0010] The fuse switch disconnector containing a base assembly and a complete assembly is characterized in that it includes a securing assembly composed of at least one recess placed in the base assembly and at least one securing element detachably connected to the at least one recess by pressing or rotating, and at least one stabilizing element detachably connected to the at least one securing element. The at least one securing element contains a slot passing through at least one socket and at least one fastening element to at least one recess, wherein the securing element is positioned in the recess such that the wall of the fastening element is fitted against the inner wall of the recess of the base assembly. The at least one stabilizing element contains a stabilizing base on which a protruding element is placed with at least one notch, and a blocking wall is placed on the protruding element. The stabilizing element is detachably connected to the securing element by fitting the protruding element into the slot. After the securing element is seated in the recess and connected to the stabilizing element, any locking member, such as a padlock, clip, or pin can be safely mounted into the notch. This provides protection against unauthorized closure of the fuse switch disconnector. The greater the number of notches aligned with the socket, the more locking members can be installed. In the case of padlocks, for example, different individuals may be responsible for unlocking them, which further enhances the safety of the maintenance personnel.
[0011] It is advantageous if, during rated operation of the fuse switch disconnector, the securing element and the stabilizing element form part of the complete assembly.
[0012] Advantages of the Invention
[0013] An advantage of the fuse switch disconnector according to the present invention is that maintenance operations can be carried out safely for the maintenance personnel. The claimed solution provides protection against unauthorized or accidental closure of the fuse switch disconnector into the operating position by a third party while maintenance is still in progress, which could otherwise pose a risk of electric shock to the servicing person.
[0014] Another advantage of the solution according to the invention is that, prior to commencing maintenance, there is no need for the servicing person to bring a separate securing element for installation on the base assembly of the fuse switch disconnector. Furthermore, the securing element cannot be misplaced, since during normal operation of the fuse switch disconnector, the securing element forms part of the complete assembly - being either removable (in the case of the stabilizing element) or detachable (in the case of the securing element) specifically for the duration of maintenance work.

[0026] The fuse switch disconnector 1 contains a base assembly 2 and a complete assembly 3. A securing assembly 4 is arranged on the base assembly 2, consisting of one recess 5 in the shape of an inverted “II”, into which one securing element 6 is detachably inserted by press-fit. The securing element 6 comprises three sockets 6.3 and a slot 6.1 extending through the three sockets 6.3, as well as a fastening element 6.2. The securing element 6 is positioned in the recess 5 by pressing it in and aligning the wall 6.2.1 of the fastening element 6.2 with the inner wall 5.1 of the recess 5. The securing element 6 is connected to one stabilizing element 7, which includes a stabilizing base 7.1 on which a protruding element 7.2 is arranged. The protruding element 7.2 includes three notches 7.3, and a blocking wall 7.4 is arranged on the protruding element 7.2. The stabilizing element 7 is detachably connected to the securing element 6 by fitting the protruding element 7.2 into the slot 6.1.

Claims
Patent Claims1. A fuse switch disconnector (1) containing a base assembly (2) and a complete assembly (3), characterized in that it includes a securing assembly (4) composed of at least one recess (5) placed in the base assembly (2) and at least one securing element (6) detachably connected to at least one recess (5) and at least one stabilizing element (7) detachably connected to at least one securing element (6), such that:- at least one securing element (6) contains a slot (6.1) passing through at least one socket (6.3) and at least one fastening element (6.2) to at least one recess (5), wherein the securing element (6) is positioned within the recess (5) such that the wall (6.2.1) of the fastening element (6.2) is fitted against the inner wall (5.1) of the recess(5) of the base assembly (2), and- at least one stabilizing element (7) contains a stabilizing base (7.1) on which a protruding element (7.2) is placed with at least one notch (7.3), and a blocking wall (7.4) is placed on the protruding element (7.2), wherein the stabilizing element (7) is detachably connected to the securing element(6) by fitting the protruding element (7.2) into the slot (6.1).
2. The fuse switch disconnector according to claim 1 , characterized in that during the rated operation of the fuse switch disconnector (1), the securing element (6) and the stabilizing element (7) form part of the complete assembly (3).
