Abstract
Description
[0001] LIQUID PRODUCT TRANSPORTATION BOX
[0002] Technical Field
[0003] The invention relates particularly to a transportation box designed for safely transporting liquid, fluid products such as olive oil within their own bottles, preventing spillage and damage to surrounding items from impacts and external factors, being recyclable and multi-purpose.
[0004] State of the Art
[0005] Containers and bottles for transporting products, especially liquids, from one location to another are known.
[0006] Today, fluid products such as olive oil, which can cause damage to surroundings if spilled, are typically transported in plastic or glass bottles and containers. Olive oil, especially, is bottled and stored in glass bottles to preserve its properties and value. Specially manufactured plastic containers are used for large-scale transportation and storage. For smaller quantities, glass bottles are commonly preferred, although plastic containers are also used.
[0007] In all cases, olive oil, alcoholic beverages, fruit concentrates, extracts, and juices are transported and shipped in various types of containers.
[0008] If containers filled with products like olive oil overflow or burst, they can stain surrounding surfaces and items, sometimes causing permanent damage.
[0009] Products like olive oil are produced in specific regions and often require long-distance transportation.
[0010] Public transportation vehicles such as planes and buses can encounter difficulties due to the fluidity and potential environmental effects during transport. While large-sized barrels with protective features facilitate transportation, individual consumers typically purchase smaller bottled products and carry them within luggage, suitcases, backpacks, etc.
[0011] During travel, external impacts or contact with other items in luggage can cause glass bottles to break and plastic or similar bottles to burst from pressure on the caps or bodies.
[0012] Shipment via cargo and similar transportation companies can result in breakages and spills during transit.
[0013] These incidents can damage the consumer's own belongings and other surrounding items.
[0014] To prevent leakage and spills, consumers often apply additional protective packaging beyond the original packaging, sometimes even foregoing product purchases due to travel-related concerns.
[0015] Recently, increased online shopping has heightened the risk of spillage or bursting during transportation via cargo companies, creating challenging situations for both buyers and sellers.
[0016] Currently, retail sales of fluid products like olive oil involve filling glass or plastic bottles. Plastic containers are easily punctured, tom, or burst upon encountering sharp or pressurized impacts, resulting in leakage and spillage.
[0017] Glass containers are more resistant to punctures and cuts but are susceptible to breaking upon impact, resulting in spillage or leakage.
[0018] The invention addresses these problems by providing additional protection tailored to the transported material, preventing unwanted spillage or leakage, reusable, and recyclable transportation box. Purpose and Brief Description of the Invention
[0019] The invention particularly relates to a transportation box designed for safely transporting liquid, fluid products such as olive oil within their bottles, preventing spillage and damage to surrounding items due to impacts and external factors, being recyclable and multi-purpose.
[0020] The primary aim of the invention is to safely transport liquid, fluid products like olive oil without damaging surrounding items.
[0021] Another aim is to provide a reusable transportation box.
[0022] Additionally, the invention aims to minimize labor costs, transportation costs, and environmental impacts.

[0044] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0045] The invention is a recyclable, multi-purpose transportation box (10) designed especially for safely transporting liquid, fluid products such as olive oil within their bottles, preventing spillage and damage from impacts and external factors.
[0046] Fundamentally, the invention ensures safe transportation of fluid products like olive oil without damaging surrounding items.
[0047] The transportation box (10) can also be used for storing and transporting multiple products. The bottom compartment (13) and cover (12) will primarily be produced from recyclable materials, such as recyclable plastic, hard cardboard, or renewable materials like olive or apricot pits.
[0048] This approach reduces costs and contributes to the environment by recycling and utilizing waste materials.
[0049] The transportation box (10) consists fundamentally of a bottom compartment (13) that accommodates the bottle (15), and a cover (12) equipped with an indentation (12.2) designed to prevent leakage. The indentation (12.2), positioned between the outer perimeter of the cover (12) and sealed by screw or tight fit, ensures sealing via a sealing element (12.1) placed between the compartment mouth (13.2) and the cover (12).
[0050] Preferably, it comprises a hollow compartment (13) suitable for positioning cylindrical bottles (15) and / or bottles having a certain wall thickness. The compartment (13) and cover (12) are separable and reclosable.
[0051] For this purpose, a cover groove (12.3) is formed on the surface of the indentation (12.2) created on the cover (12), which is positioned within the compartment (13) and has a smaller diameter than the compartment mouth (13.2). To ensure locking, a compartment groove (13.1) matching the cover groove (12.3) is provided at the lower part of the compartment mouth (13.2).
[0052] In one embodiment of the invention, the indentation (12.2) formed on the cover (12) can be dimensioned to tightly fit into the compartment (13). With this tight fit, the cover (12) is secured and fixed onto the compartment (13).
[0053] The cover (12) has an indentation (12.2). The indentation (12.2) has a smaller diameter than the compartment (13), while the main body diameter of the cover (12) is equal to or larger than the diameter of the compartment (13). There is a gap between the indentation (12.2) and the main body of the cover (12). The sealing element (12.1) is positioned within the aforementioned gap. When the cover (12) is closed over the compartment (13), contact is established between the compartment mouth (13.2) and the sealing element (12.1). As a result of this contact and the cover (12) being secured to the compartment (13), the sealing element (12.1) is compressed, providing a complete seal.
[0054] In this state, if the liquid inside the bottle (15) positioned within the compartment (13) leaks for any reason, the leakage of liquid to the outside of the transportation box (10) is prevented.
[0055] The shape of the cover (12) and the compartment (13) can be adapted to the shape of the bottle as shown in Figures 3 and 4, or in another embodiment, they can be flat as shown in Figures 9 and 6. A hanger (11) is provided on the cover (12) to facilitate carrying.
[0056] Large bottles (15) can be placed individually or smaller bottles (15) in multiple arrangements inside compartment (13), adjustable according to the bottle sizes.
[0057] The size and shape of the compartment (13) can be adjusted according to the dimensions of the bottle (15) intended to be positioned inside.
[0058] Separators (14) prevent contact among multiple bottles (15) and between bottles and compartment surfaces. Separators (14) can be made from shock-absorbing materials like fabric or cardboard
[0059] The bottle (15) positioned inside the bottom compartment (13) is protected by a separator (14) against impacts, and in another embodiment serving the same purpose, the bottle (15) includes a wearable sleeve (16).
[0060] The wearable sleeve (16), shown in the representative view in Figure 5, can be applied in accordance with the dimensions of the bottle (15). Elements made from elastic materials such as scuba fabric can be used, which conform to the shape of the bottle when fitted. In this way, especially glass bottles are both protected against impacts and given an aesthetic appearance. A sleeve cord (16.1) is also provided on the wearable sleeve (16), allowing it to be tightened and making it easier to carry.
