System comprising a digital content recorder (REC), a service platform (PFS) according to claim 10, and at least one user terminal (TU1) according to claim 11. Computer program comprising instructions for carrying out the steps of the management process according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when said program is executed by a computer. Computer program comprising instructions for carrying out the steps of the restitution process according to any one of claims 6 to 9 when said program is executed by a computer.
