Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a lipid-drug conjugate, the preparation therefor and the use thereof, particularly a lipid-drug conjugate represented by formula (I) or a stereoisomer, prodrug, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof. The lipid-drug conjugate disclosed by the present invention has good water solubility, can be self-assembled to form a nanostructure, and has excellent tumor inhibition effect.
