Description

[0001] HIGH PRESSURE RING CASTING BENCH

[0002] Field of the Invention

[0003] The invention rebates to a pressure casting bench for producing the ring semi-finished product, which is needed in the production of ring bonded toilet bowl products in the sanitary ware sector, by high pressure casting method.

[0004] Prior art

[0005] Today, in the sanitary ware industry, the production of semi-finished products such as sinks, toilet bowls, pedestals, latrine stones, sinks and cisterns is carried out by classical and high pressure casting methods. The method mentioned in the specification is high pressure casting. With this method, in the production process, by means of a hydraulic cylinder connected to the power generating hydraulic unit and the main body of the press system, two vitrified moulds, male and female, are compressed by using an upper table, upper-middle table and / or middle- bottom table connected to this hydraulic cylinder to shape the vitrified clay. In current applications, depending on the guide shaft length in the press system, the opening distance between the upper and middle table is fixed. This situation causes the physical size diversity during production to be limited and the production capacity to be negatively affected. Additionally, depending on the physical size of the semi-finished product to be produced, the stroke values of the hydraulic cylinder connected to said main body increase. If the stroke values of the hydraulic cylinder increase, the total cost of the hydraulic cylinder used in the press system and the production process increases.

[0006] In the current state of the art, high pressure casting machines are used in the casting of sanitary ware products. During casting, the movement of the moulds was ensured at a maximum angle of 7 degrees. This situation caused defected products during the casting of the moulds, depending on the production technique. In addition, the assembly and disassembly of the moulds on the high pressure casting machine was causing problems because there was not enough space on the machine. Document numbered 2019 / 07415 can be shown as an example to the state of the art In the research made in the literature. The summary of said document is as follows; it relates to a pressure casting machine (100) comprising a construction (10), an upper table (20) and a lower table (21 ) associated with said construction (10), a first upper mold (31) connected to the face of said upper plate (20) facing the said lower plate (21 ), a second lower mold (42) connected to the face of the lower plate (21 ) facing the upper plate (20) and a mold pressing element (50) associated with the upper table (20) to provide movement to the upper table (20). As a novelty, it comprises at least one casting unit (1 ) having at least one intermediate table (22) associated with the construction (10) so as to be positioned between the upper table (20) and the lower table (21 ) and movable simultaneously with the upper table (20), at least one first lower mould (32) connected to the surface of said intermediate table (22) facing the upper table (20), and at least one second upper mould (41 ) connected to the surface of said intermediate table (22) facing the lower table (21 ).

[0007] Another example of the known state of the technique in the research conducted in the literature is the document numbered 2020 / 15753. The summary of said document is as follows; the invention relates to a die casting mould (100) having a mould cavity (109) for die casting a mould part (1 10) and mould parts (101 , 103, 105, 107) surrounding the mould cavity (109) at a die casting paint, wherein a first one of the mould parts (101 ) is adjustable in a first direction (x), wherein an additional mould part (119) is arranged at the die casting point between a section of the first mould part (110) facing the mould cavity (109) and the mould cavity (109) and wherein the additional mould part (1 19) is adjustable at least during a first demoulding step in a demoulding direction (r) with a direction component in the first direction (x) and an additional direction component in a second direction (y) perpendicular to the first direction (x). A pressure slip (slip) casting system is designed for the operation of such a die casting mould by a die casting method specifically designed for this purpose.

[0008] As a result of the aforementioned issues and the limited supply of available solutions, it became necessary to carry out an improvement in the relevant technical field.

[0009] Purpose of the Invention

[0010] The invention relates to a high-pressure casting bench which eliminates the above mentioned disadvantages and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field. The main purpose of the invention is to facilitate the casting process by means of mould plates which enable the moulds to be rotated between 0 and 90 degrees.

[0011] Another purpose of the invention is to enable the opening and closing distance of the area where the moulds are placed to be adjusted, so that the product can be easily removed or placed before casting.

[0012] The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description made with reference to these drawings. Therefore, the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

[0024] Detailed Description of the Invention

[0025] In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the high pressure casting bench are described only for clarifying the subject matter in a manner such that no limiting effect is created. The invention is a high-pressure casting bench containing a main construction (1 ) that houses ali the elements and a slip feeding line (7) that allows the slip required for the casting process to be transmitted into the moulds, characterized in that, it comprises the following; fixed table (2), which allows the male mould to be connected to the main construction (1 ) and remain stable, movable table (3), which provides mobility io the female mould, at least one column (4) that ensures rigid operation of the system during the casting process, at least a roller (5) that allows the moulds to be compressed, a rotation plate (6) that allows the moulds to be rotated up to 90 degrees, and a rotation roller (8) that drives the rotation plate (6).

[0026] Figure 1 shows the perspective view of the high pressure casting bench according to the invention. The slip required for the casting process is supplied by the slip feeding line (7). The rotation plate (6) ensures that the moulds are rotated up to 90 degrees with the drive taken from the rotation roller (8) and positioned perpendicular to the main construction floor, thus facilitating the casting process. Before the casting process, the male mould is connected to the main construction (1 ) and fixed with a fixed table (2). The movement of the female mold is carried out by the movable table (3) thanks to the rotation plate (6).
