[0005] Today, installation systems are a service area in which sectoral development continues with many innovations and structuring in a way to pursue purposes such as sealing, durability, long- lasting usage purposes with many different equipment. One of the most important demands in installation groups is the use of filtration for the separation and filtration of unwanted substances.

[0006] In order to provide connection in existing filtration groups, the diameter of the inlet parts is incompatible due to the diameter change of the connection area and in this case, additional intermediate nipple parts must be used for connection. These additional fittings are not only costly but also pose a risk in terms of tightness and may cause installation problems.

[0008] Said invention eliminates the disadvantages described in the state of the art and fulfils the needs.

[0009] Said invention relates to the structure developed for use in all diameters at the connection points of the filter parts used in the installation groups.

[0010] With said invention, the connection with the main filter body can be provided by using a dismountable connection part according to the diameter to be applied without using an additional nipple, and this connection can be made quickly and securely with a locking system. In the state of the art, screws are used for fixing the hanging apparatus to the body and it is fixed. In the improved model, the hanging apparatus is fixed with existing nipple connections without the need for screws and creates mobility in disassembly and assembly operations.

[0021] Novelty in installation group filtration part, characterized in that, it comprises the following;

[0022] • ring inlet (1.1) on the filter main body (1) where the ring can be inserted,

[0023] • nipple (2), which can be inserted and removed from the filter main body (1) and clamped to the filter main body (1) with locking ring (3),

[0024] • locking ring (3), which, when the nipple (multifunctional) (2) is inserted into the filter main body (1), is fitted at the ring inlet section (1.1) and is responsible for pressurising the nipple (2) and securing it to the filter main body (1).

[0025] Nipple (2) is multifunctional. In the present invention, there is provided an intermediate handle element (4) which includes a connection part (4.1) in a fitting through which the nipple (2) can pass and which can be mounted on the filter main body (1).

[0026] In the subject invention, the nipple (2) having a diameter compatible with the place to be connected is inserted into the filter main body (1) by passing through the connection part (4.1.) of the movable hanging apparatus (4) and then the locking ring (3) is inserted from the ring inlet section (1.1.) on the filter main body (1) and the nipple (2) is held by compressing it in the filter main body (1). When the nipple (2) is to be removed, the locking ring (3) is removed and the nipple (2) can be removed easily as it will be free.

Claims

CLAIMS1. Novelty in installation group filtration part, characterized in that, it comprises the following;• ring inlet section (1.1) on the filter main body (1) where the ring can be inserted,• nipple (multifunctional) (2), which can be inserted and removed from the filter main body (1) and clamped to the filter main body (1) with locking ring (3),• locking ring (3), which is responsible for ensuring that when the intermediate connection part (2) is inserted into the filter main body (1), the intermediate connection part (2) is fixed to the filter main body (1) by compressing it with pressure by inserting it from the ring inlet section (1.1).

2. Installation group filtration part according to claim 1, characterised in that; it comprises a movable hanging apparatus (4.1) which is mounted on the filter main body (1) and which comprises a connection part (4.4) adapted to receive the intermediate connection part (2).
