Abstract
Description
[0001] METHOD FOR PRODUCING CORNER JOINTS OF WINDOW AND DOOR SYSTEMS
[0002] Description.
[0003] The claimed invention relates to industrial and private construction, in particular, to the production of translucent structures and door systems, and is a method for producing corner joints of window and door systems from a combined aluminum-plastic profile.
[0004] State of the art.
[0005] A technical solution, selected as a prototype, is known from patent RU 2243079, a machine and method for machining elongated elements, in particular metal shaped elements. The machine comprises a support means in the form of a longitudinal frame, which serves to support the semi-finished product to be machined in the machining position. Accumulator means are used to feed said semi-finished products and / or receive processed semi-finished products. A transfer means is configured to move said semi-finished products to or from the machining position in a plane transverse to the longitudinal direction, immediately before feeding the semi-finished product to be machined into the machining position and / or immediately after removing the processed semi-finished product from the machining position.
[0006] This prototype performs only a limited number of functions (operations) for the mechanical processing of the product and is not a full-fledged machine or method for producing a window (door) contour ready for further assembly of the structure, which is its main drawback.
[0007] The objective of the stated technical solution is to eliminate
[0008] 1
[0009] SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) defect of the prototype.
[0010] The technical result of the claimed invention consists in achieving increased productivity and technological efficiency in the production of window and door structures with high precision in performing the operation on a minimum area within the window and door.
[0011] Brief summary of the claimed invention.
[0012] The achieved technical result is realized in the method of manufacturing corner joints of window and door systems from a combined aluminum-plastic profile, which consists in using a welding machine, wherein the combined profile is fed to the machine for manufacturing corner joints already cut to size, the aluminum part is milled, the aluminum part is processed, the assembled combined profile is welded, the plastic corner joints of the sash blanks are welded along the entire contour with simultaneous sawing of the aluminum part for connection with zero tolerance on the processing machine.
[0013] The essence of the invention is explained by images.
[0014] Fig. 1 shows a combined profile that is aligned with a mirror, i.e. with a metal plate to which the profile is pressed and trimmed.
[0015] Fig. 2 shows the filing of the aluminum part of the combined profile to the required parameters.
[0016] Fig. 3 shows the heating of the plastic part with a heater (welding) and crimping of the corner elements of the plastic part of the structure to the specified parameters.
[0017] 2
[0018] SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) Fig. 4 shows a general view of the technological complex for the production of corner joints of window and door structures from a combined profile (a four-head welding machine is a special case).
[0019] Disclosure of the claimed invention.
[0020] The method for producing corner joints of window and door systems from a combined aluminum-plastic profile is carried out as follows.
[0021] 1. A welding machine is used for manufacturing (a four-head welding machine is a special case), since single-head and double-head machines can be used.
[0022] 2. To weld the plastic portion of a composite profile, the aluminum portion must be milled (cut) to the required depth, for example, from 0.7 to 1.2 mm. When welding the plastic portion, the plastic melts to a depth of "A" mm and then is compressed to a depth of "B." Accordingly, the aluminum portion of the profile must be milled to a depth of "A" + "B" to produce a high-quality weld on the plastic portion and to allow the aluminum portions to be joined at a "0" angle.
[0023] 3. The aluminum part of the combined profile is processed, for example, using a saw built into the processing head of the machine.
[0024] 4. Plastic corner joints of blanks are welded on a machine (a single, double or four-head welding machine is possible) along the entire contour with simultaneous sawing of the aluminum part with a saw for connection with zero tolerance on a processing machine.
[0025] SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) The analysis and testing of the prototype confirm the achievement of the stated technical result: the achievement of increased productivity and manufacturability of window and door structures with high precision in performing the operation in a minimum area within the framework of window and door production.
[0026] It has been experimentally proven that this method will increase productivity and technology by 5 times compared to metal-plastic windows and doors, and by 20 times compared to aluminum ones.
[0027] For example, 8 workers in 1 shift can produce no more than 100 metal-plastic windows or doors, or no more than 20-25 aluminum windows or doors.
[0028] These same 8 people will make 500 windows or doors using this method.
[0029] High precision in manufacturing corner joints for window and door structures within a minimal space is achieved by using a single machine to manufacture both window and door systems, meaning the operations occur simultaneously and quickly.
[0030] The invention proposed for patenting meets the criterion of “novelty” since the entire set of features of the formula is not known from the prior art cited in the relevant section of the description.
[0031] It meets the criterion of “inventive step” since it does not clearly follow from the state of the art for a specialist.
[0032] It is also industrially applicable, since the tests carried out confirmed the possibility of its use in the method of producing corner joints of windows
