Description

[0001] METHOD (OPTIONS) FOR IMPLEMENTING A GIVEN SEQUENCE OF ACTIONS WITH ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION OBJECTS

[0002] Field of technology to which the invention relates

[0003] The invention can be used in electrical engineering and is intended to ensure compliance with a given sequence of actions by sequentially displaying information about objects and actions with them on an electronic interactive device and verifying (confirming the correctness) of the selection of the object of action, for subsequent verification or change, carried out by performing actions with the controls and elements of the object, the state, position or operating mode of this object.

[0004] Information on the prior art

[0005] Methods are known that are aimed at preventing erroneous actions during operational switching, by using switching forms containing a list of actions that must be performed in a given sequence, in combination with interlocking devices installed in electrical installations that permit or prohibit access to the drives of switching devices.

[0006] For detailed information on the problem of erroneous actions, its relevance, and existing solutions, please refer to the following articles:

[0007] - article “Analysis of erroneous actions of operating personnel when switching during the operation of electrical installations”, authors: D.Yu. Alekin and G.N. Yagovkin, page 76 of the journal “Occupational Safety and Health”, issue 02 / 2017;

[0008] - the article "Factors Affecting Decision-Making by Operational Personnel in Control of Electrical Installations. Main Causes of Errors" by Mikhail Vas'kov and Irek Shamsutdinov, page 45 of the journal "Electric Power. Transmission and Distribution", issue 4(27)_, December 2022. A known method for performing operational switching in electrical installations (RD 153-34.0-20.505-2001 "Standard Instructions for Switching in Electrical Installations", clause 2.3.5) involves a second person and uses a switching form, which provides for compliance with a specified sequence of actions by monitoring the progress of switching by the second person and placing marks in the switching form opposite the actions performed. Verification of the selection of the object of influence before performing actions on it in the specified method is achieved through the second person checking the correctness of the object selected by the person performing the switching.

[0009] The known method has the following disadvantages:

[0010] - the use of the specified method does not exclude the possibility of making mistakes in the selection of the object of influence and compliance with the specified sequence of actions due to the so-called “human factor”;

[0011] - the method provides for the participation in the process, in addition to the person performing the switching, of a second person who monitors the progress of the switching and verifies the selection of the object of influence;

[0012] - the time required to perform switches has been increased by the time required for actions related to the exchange of information between the switching participants about the actions and the switching object, by reading out information from the switching form by the second person and repeating this information by the person performing the switches.

[0013] A method for ensuring electrical safety during operational switching operations at power facilities and a device for implementing it are known (Russian Federation Patent Application 2020138148, filed November 20, 2020, authors: Stanislav Sergeevich Pantyukhin and Dmitry Vasilyevich Ashtaev). This method involves blocking switching operations, except those permitted at the current stage of a selected digital switching form, by transmitting information via a communication channel from an electronic device to blocking devices. Compliance with the specified sequence of actions with switching devices is assumed by performing switching operations with switching devices whose blocking devices allow switching operations at the current stage, and a list of switching devices for which switching operations are permitted at this stage is displayed on the electronic device.

[0014] The disadvantages of this method include:

[0015] - the limited scope of its use, since the known method allows one to solve a particular problem of observing a sequence of actions defined by a switching form, by blocking or allowing access to the drives of switching devices that are equipped with blocking devices, but does not ensure compliance with a given sequence of actions performed with objects that are not equipped with blocking devices, and actions not related to switching;

[0016] - the limitations and complexity of the application of the known method, due to the need for a communication channel for the exchange of information about the position of the switching devices and the actions performed between the blocking devices and the electronic device.

[0017] A method for blocking the switching of electrical installations and a device for implementing it are known (RU Patent for Invention 2725146_, issued based on application 2019145577, filed on 30.12.2019, author: Malinovsky Alexander Evgenievich) The known invention makes it possible to block or allow access to the drives of switching devices according to a certain sequence of actions specified by the switching form, taking into account the results of checking the compliance of the electronic label read by the key inserted into the lock with the number of the electronic label of the lock, which corresponds to the number related to the current item of the switching form contained in the electronic device.

[0018] The disadvantages of the known invention include:

[0019] - the limited scope of its use, since the known method allows solving the particular problem of observing the sequence of actions specified in the switching form by blocking or allowing access to the drives of switching devices that are equipped with blocking devices, but does not ensure compliance with the specified sequence of actions with objects that are not equipped with blocking devices, and actions not related to switching.Such objects, which are not equipped with known locking devices, due to the design characteristics of the objects and locking devices, may be buttons, keys, switches, covers, blocks, toggle switches, levers, handles, doors, openings, roll-out elements, panels, chambers, compartments, cells; a method for verifying the selected object of influence, limiting its use to those objects of influence on which the described locking devices for the drives of switching devices with electronic tags are installed, does not ensure the verification of the selection of other objects of influence, not equipped with locking devices with electronic tags, allowing the identification of these objects and the performance of further verification actions using an electronic device and program.

[0020] The essence of the invention

[0021] The invention is aimed at eliminating cases of violations of technological processes, accidents or incidents, due to errors committed by a person, as a result of a violation of a given sequence of actions and an impact on an object selected erroneously, during checking or changing, carried out by carrying out actions with the controls and elements of the object, the state, position or operating mode of this object.

[0022] The solution to the problem of the influence of the “human factor” on the process of selecting an object of influence and compliance with a given sequence of actions is carried out in a manner that provides for:

[0023] - the use of an electronic interactive device with the ability to display information, equipped with a device capable of reading graphic marks, or a device that allows information to be read from marks using wireless data transmission technology;

[0024] - the use of a program installed in an electronic interactive device, the algorithm of which allows for the verification of object selection and the sequential display of information about either the object or the action to be performed. The program's functionality also allows for the recording of information about the conditions of use of the electronic interactive device in task execution mode and task processing mode in memory as an event log, without the ability to make adjustments to the log;

[0025] - the ability to verify the selection of an object by processing the information about the object read from the tag by an electronic interactive device and comparing it with information about the object with which the action must be performed according to the task. If the information matches, verification is considered successful; otherwise, it is unsuccessful, with the verification result displayed on the screen; the ability to sequentially display information about the object or the action required to be performed according to the task on the electronic interactive device, due to the algorithm built into the program, which provides for the display of information only about the object with which, according to the task, the action must be performed, taking into account the specified sequence, and, only after successful verification of the selected object, the display of information about the action required to be performed according to the task.After confirming the completion of an action with an object by entering this information into the electronic interactive device, it displays information about the next target to be affected, or the next action, according to the sequence specified by the task if the target remains the same, until the task is completed. Thus, in task execution mode using an electronic interactive device, until the selection of the target to be affected is verified, information about the action required with it, as well as information about the next action, is unavailable until information about the completion of the previous action is entered.The variability of actions that can be performed to check or change the state, position or operating mode of objects, and the absence of information about the action that must be performed before the selection of the object is verified by an electronic interactive device, or before the entry of information about the execution of the previous action, makes it possible to ensure compliance with the specified sequence of actions;

[0026] - the ability to enter data into a program installed in an electronic interactive device in the task processing mode, containing information about a single object and the action or actions required to be performed with it, or information about two or more objects with which actions are required to be performed, by directly influencing the electronic interactive device or using other electronic devices and programs, with subsequent loading of the data into the electronic interactive device. In this case, the sequence of objects and actions required to be performed with them is determined by the task and is followed by the program;

[0027] - expanding the range of objects of influence by equipping them with tags, the information from which can be read using the claimed electronic interactive device. This makes it possible to apply the proposed method to such objects as buttons, keys, switches, covers, blocks, toggle switches, levers, handles, doors, openings, roll-out elements, panels, chambers, compartments, and cells, which ensures compliance with a specified sequence of actions and verification of object selection for all objects and actions contained in the task. Moreover, the information contained in the tags about the objects of influence must be sufficient for the reliable identification of the objects among possible options, but is not limited to this purpose and may additionally contain information about the characteristics of the objects and other information;

[0028] - There are several options for tagging objects. The first option involves devices installed directly on the target, each containing a movable element that, in its initial position, partially or completely blocks access to the target or partially or completely restricts actions on the target. The tag itself can be positioned on the device or on the target so that it can be read immediately without touching the device's movable element, or so that this can only be done after touching the device's movable element. The movable elements of the devices maintain their position after touching them and cannot return to their initial position independently.The presence of a device with a displaced movable element on the target object, which does not restrict access to and manipulation of the object after successful verification using an electronic interactive device, serves as a distinctive feature or marker, allowing the target object to be distinguished from other targets whose movable element is in its original position. Such object marking helps prevent errors in target selection, including in cases where multiple sequential actions are performed on a single target and in cases where performing an action on an target requires preparatory operations that involve movement and loss of visual contact with the selected target. The second option involves placing the marker directly on the target object or near it in such a way that its identity is unambiguously determined.Placing a label directly on the target is not permitted if the target is removable. The second option may be used in cases where the selected target is not marked, or in cases where selecting the target is accompanied by an action that allows the user to distinguish the selected target from others and maintain this distinction during use of the electronic interactive device until the action with that target is completed or until information is received indicating unsuccessful verification of the selected target. Actions that allow the user to distinguish the selected target may include touching the target with the hand or picking it up.

[0029] - the ability to stop displaying information about the action required to be performed according to the task following successful verification of the selected object by the electronic interactive device for the second option of equipping tags with objects in the task execution mode, or during the execution of the next action if the object remains the same, if the specified time period from the start of displaying the action information until the moment the action completion information is entered into the electronic interactive device is exceeded. If the specified time period is exceeded, information about the object with which the action is required to be performed according to the task is displayed on the electronic interactive device, and the action information remains unavailable until the selected object is successfully verified again.Upon successful verification of the selected object, the electronic interactive device resumes displaying information about the action with the object from the point where the action was left uncompleted according to the specified sequence. The duration is set in the program settings and can be uniform for all actions or vary depending on the type of action. This function provides an additional safeguard against errors in selecting action objects.

[0030] - the possibility of stopping the display by the electronic interactive device for the second option of equipping tags with objects in the task execution mode of information about the action that, according to the task, must be performed after confirmation of the compliance of the selected object, in the event of the displacement of the electronic device by a distance greater than a specified one from the place where the tag was read and the compliance of the selected object with the object was detected, the actions with which are provided for by the program in accordance with the specified sequence, while the electronic device again displays information about the object with which the action must be performed in accordance with the task, and the information about the action remains unavailable until the compliance of the selected object is confirmed again, after which the electronic device resumes displaying information about the action with the object from the moment where the action remained unperformed in accordance with the specified sequence,The distance value is set in the program settings and can be the same for all actions or vary depending on the type of action. This feature provides an additional safeguard against errors in selecting targets.

[0031] The proposed method, in addition to solving the problem of the influence of the "human factor" on the process of selecting an object of influence and compliance with a given sequence of actions, allows for the following results to be achieved: a reduction in the duration of the task, due to the possibility of eliminating actions for the exchange of information between people in the form of reading out information and repeating it, since the tasks of issuing information about the object of influence, verifying the selection of the object of influence with the subsequent issuance of information on actions, can be performed not by a second person, but by an electronic device;

[0032] - reduction in the number of participants, due to the possibility of excluding a second person, due to the possibility of replacing his functionality for verifying the selection of an object and compliance with a given sequence of actions, with the functionality of the proposed invention.

[0033] Information confirming the possibility of implementing the invention

[0034] Description of the possibility of implementing the method for the first option of equipping objects with labels.

[0035] In the mode of processing a task containing information about a single object and the action or actions that need to be performed with it, or information about two or more objects with which actions need to be performed, data is entered into a program installed in an electronic interactive device, by directly influencing the electronic interactive device, or using other electronic devices and programs, observing the sequence of alternation of objects and actions that need to be performed with them, according to the task.

[0036] In the task execution mode, the electronic interactive device displays information about the object with which, according to the task, an action must be performed.

[0037] After searching on-site and finding the target object corresponding to the object displayed by the electronic interactive device, with a device installed directly at the target object that has a movable element in its composition that partially or completely blocks access to the target object or partially or completely limits actions in relation to the object, further actions are performed depending on the method of placing the mark and the sequence of movement of the movable elements.

[0038] If the tag is positioned on a device or target such that it can be read immediately without affecting the device's movable element, then, after selecting the target corresponding to the object displayed by the electronic interactive device, the movable element of the device associated with the selected object is affected, thereby eliminating the limitations on actions with respect to the object created by the movable element. Then, using an electronic interactive device equipped with a device capable of reading graphic tags or a device capable of reading information from tags using wireless data transmission technology, the tag is read from the device whose movable element is displaced, or from the selected object to which the device whose movable element is displaced belongs.The information about the object read from the tag by the electronic interactive device is processed by the program and compared with information about the object to be acted upon according to the task. If the information does not match, which is considered an unsuccessful verification of the object selection, the electronic interactive device displays information about the unsuccessful verification, followed by information about the object to be acted upon again. If verification is unsuccessful, the previously displaced movable element of the device returns to its original position, and the procedure for selecting the target of action resumes with a search for the target in place.

[0039] Another type of sequence of actions for the case where the tag is placed on the device or on the target in such a way that it can be read immediately without affecting the movable element of the device, then after selecting the target corresponding to the object displayed by the electronic interactive device, the action on the movable element of the device can be replaced by touching the movable element of the device or the device itself, related to the selected object, and the action on the movable element of the device for the purpose of moving it occurs after completing the tag reading and verification procedures, after displaying information on the electronic interactive device about the successful verification of the object selection.In this position, the hand that touched the movable element of the device or the device itself, related to the selected object, is maintained until the moment of completion of the impact on the movable element of the device with the purpose of its displacement after receiving information about the successful verification of the selection of the object, or until receiving information about the unsuccessful verification of the selection of the object.

[0040] If the information read from the tag by the interactive electronic device matches the information about the object with which the action must be performed according to the task, which is considered successful verification of the object selection, the interactive electronic device displays information about successful verification, followed by the action required with the object according to the task. In cases where the action on the device's moving element has been replaced by touching the device's moving element or the device itself related to the selected object, after successful verification, the device's moving element is moved, thereby eliminating the restrictions on actions with respect to the object created by the moving element.

[0041] If a tag is positioned on a device or target such that it can be read by manipulating the device's movable element, then, after selecting the target corresponding to the object displayed by the interactive electronic device, the movable element of the device associated with the selected object is manipulated, thereby enabling the tag to be read and eliminating the limitations on actions with respect to the object created by the device's movable element. Subsequently, using an interactive electronic device equipped with a device capable of reading graphic tags or a device capable of reading tag information using wireless data transmission technology, the tag is read from the device whose movable element is displaced, or from the selected object to which the device whose movable element is displaced belongs.The information about the object read from the tag by the electronic interactive device is processed by the program and compared with information about the object to be acted upon according to the task.

[0042] If the information read from the tag by the electronic interactive device matches the information about the object with which the action must be performed according to the task, which is considered a successful verification of the selection of the object, the electronic interactive device displays information about the successful verification, and then about the action that must be performed with the object according to the task.

[0043] After the electronic interactive device displays information about the action to be performed on an object that has successfully passed the verification procedure, the corresponding action is performed on the object whose movable element has been displaced in the device associated with it, and the restrictions on actions on the object created by the device's movable element have been removed. Once the corresponding action is completed, information about its completion is entered into the electronic interactive device.If, from the moment the action information begins to be displayed, no information about the action's completion is entered into the electronic interactive device within the specified time period, the display of information about the action required to be performed according to the task ceases, and the electronic interactive device displays information about the object with which the action is required to be performed according to the task. Information about the action remains unavailable until the selected object is successfully verified again. In this case, the actions of selecting the object and reading the tag must be repeated, after which the electronic interactive device resumes displaying information about the action with the object from the point at which the action remained uncompleted according to the specified sequence.

[0044] The next actions in the task execution mode, after entering information into the electronic interactive device about the action to be performed with an object, depending on the data entered into the program according to the task, may be the display by the electronic interactive device of information about the next action with the selected object, provided that the object of action remains the same, or information about the next object of action with which, according to the task, the next actions must be performed, or information about the completion of the task.

[0045] When an electronic interactive device displays information about the next action to be performed on an object, if the target remains the same, the corresponding action is performed on the object whose movable element is displaced in the device associated with it, and the restrictions on actions on the object created by the device's movable element are removed. After the corresponding action is completed, information about its completion is entered into the electronic interactive device. If the specified duration is exceeded, the processes described previously also occur.

[0046] If the electronic interactive device displays information about another object of influence, or about the completion of the task, the device element returns to its original position.

[0047] In the task processing mode and in the task execution mode, the program allows you to record in the form of an event log information about the conditions of use of the electronic interactive device during the process of entering information and reading the tag, including information about the results of verification, information about the facts of exceeding the duration of the specified time period, information about the date, time and place of actions with the device, while there is no possibility to make adjustments to the log.

[0048] Description of the possibility of implementing the method for the second option of equipping objects with labels.

[0049] In the mode of processing a task containing information about a single object and the action that must be performed with it, or information about two or more objects with which actions must be performed, data is entered into a program installed in an electronic interactive device, by directly influencing the electronic interactive device, or using other electronic devices and programs, observing the sequence of alternation of objects and actions that must be performed with them, according to the task.

[0050] In the task execution mode, the electronic interactive device displays information about the object with which, according to the task, an action must be performed.

[0051] After searching on-site and finding an object corresponding to the object displayed by the electronic interactive device, if the selected object is not marked, using an electronic interactive device equipped with a device capable of reading graphic marks, or a device that allows information to be read from marks using wireless data transmission technology, the mark placed on the selected object or near the selected object is read, if it is possible to touch the object with the hand or take the object with the hand without performing an action with it, and maintain this position of the hand during work with the electronic interactive device until the moment of completion of the action with this object, then after finding the object corresponding to the object displayed by the electronic interactive device, the object is touched or taken with the hand, followed by reading the mark,placed on or near the selected object, using an electronic interactive device equipped with a device capable of reading graphic markers or a device capable of reading information from markers using wireless data transmission technology. In this case, the position of the hand touching or grasping the selected object is maintained until the action with the object is completed, or until information is received indicating unsuccessful verification of the object's selection.

[0052] The information about the object read from the tag by the electronic interactive device is compared with information about the object with which the action must be performed according to the task. If the information matches, which is considered a successful verification of the object's selection, the electronic interactive device displays information about successful verification, followed by the action required with the object according to the task. If the information does not match, which is considered an unsuccessful verification of the object's selection, the electronic interactive device displays information about the unsuccessful verification, and then displays information about the object with which the action must be performed again. The hand touching or holding the selected object is released and removed from the object.

[0053] After the electronic interactive device displays information about the action to be performed with respect to an object that has successfully passed the verification procedure, the corresponding action is performed with the object, and information about its completion is entered into the electronic interactive device. The hand touching or holding the selected object is released and removed from the object after the action is completed. If, from the moment the information about the action begins to be displayed, no information about the action's completion is entered into the electronic interactive device within a specified time period, the display of information about the action required to be performed according to the task ceases, and information about the object with which the action is required to be performed according to the task is displayed, and the information about the action remains unavailable until the selected object is successfully verified again.In this case, the actions of selecting the object and reading the label should be repeated, after which the electronic interactive device resumes displaying information about the action with the object from the moment where the action remained unfulfilled according to the specified sequence.

[0054] The next actions in the task execution mode, after entering information into the electronic interactive device about the action performed with the object, depending on the data entered into the program according to the task, may be the display by the electronic interactive device of information about the next object of influence or about the completion of the task.

[0055] In the task processing mode and in the task execution mode, the program allows you to record in the form of an event log information about the conditions of use of the electronic interactive device during the process of entering information and reading the tag, including information about the results of verification, information about the facts of exceeding the duration of the specified time period, information about the date, time and place of actions with the device, while there is no possibility to make adjustments to the log.

[0056] An example of the method implementation in the presence of a task to perform switching operations in an electrical installation.

[0057] In the task processing mode, data is entered directly on the smartphone using the program according to the task:

[0058] - object: PS "Novaya", ZRU-10, TsS panel, control key B-10 T-1;

[0059] - action: turn the key to the off position.

[0060] At the same time, information about the entered data is recorded in the program event log.

[0061] In the task execution mode, the smartphone displays information about the object with which, according to the task, an action must be performed: object: PS "Novaya", ZRU-10, TsS panel, control key B-10 T-1.

[0062] After searching the area and finding the target, the cover of the B-10 T-2 control key accidentally opens. The cover remains open and does not return to its original position.

[0063] Next, using the smartphone camera, the graphic mark on the inside of the open cover is read.

[0064] In this case, the tag related specifically to the selected control key B-10 T-2 is read, since access to the tag arose after opening the cover, and the nearby control key B-10 T-1 is closed by the cover and the tag is not available for reading.

[0065] The information read from the tag by the smartphone is processed by the program and compared with information about the object to be acted upon according to the task. Since the information does not match, which is considered an unsuccessful verification of the object selection, the smartphone displays information about the unsuccessful verification, followed by information about the object to be acted upon: PS "Novaya", ZRU-10, TsS panel, control key V-10 T-1. Information about the unsuccessful verification is recorded in the event log. The cover of the control key V-10 T-2 is then returned to its original position, and the object selection procedure resumes.

[0066] After a repeated search of the site and the target being detected, the cover of the B-10 T-1 control key is opened. The cover remains open and does not return to its original position.

[0067] Next, using the smartphone's camera, a graphic mark is read from the inside of the open cover of the B-10 T-1 control key. The information read from the mark by the smartphone is processed by the program and compared with information about the object to be acted upon according to the task.

[0068] In this case, the tag related specifically to the selected control key B-10 T-1 is also read, since access to the tag arose after opening the cover, and the nearby control key B-10 T-2 is closed by the cover and the tag is not available for reading.

[0069] The smartphone then displays information about successful verification, followed by the action required to perform on the object according to the task: move the key to the off position. Information about successful verification is also recorded in the event log.

[0070] Thus, the selection of the control key B-10 T-1 has been verified, which corresponds to the task, access to influence the control key has been opened, and the key has been marked to distinguish it from the nearby control key B-10 T-2.

[0071] The B-10 T-1 control key is then pressed. Once the action is complete, information about the shutdown is entered into the smartphone. This information is also recorded in the event log.

[0072] Since no further actions are provided for by the task, information about this is displayed on the smartphone screen, after which the cover of the B-10 T-1 control key returns to its original position.
