Description

DEVICE, METHOD AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM FOR COMMUNICATIONFIELD

[0001] Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to the field of communication, and in particular, to devices, methods and computer readable medium for an subband non-overlapping full duplex (SBFD) operation under multiple transmission reception point (TRP) communication mode.BACKGROUND

[0002] With the development of communication technology, to enhance the performance of the communication system, several refined resource configuration manners had been introduced. For example, to easily utilize the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology, the Time Division Duplex (TDD) pattern has been studied and adopted, in which a time symbol may be configured as an uplink (UL) symbol, a downlink (DL) symbol or a flexible symbol. In this case, during a symbol, the configured whole bandwidth part (BWP) or carrier can be used for communication of the corresponding link direction (for example, UL or DL) . To further enhance the frequency spectrum efficiency, a subband non-overlapping full duplex (SBFD) operation was proposed on the basis of the TDD pattern. In the SBFD operation, a time unit (for example, a symbol, slot, sub-frame, frame, and so on) which may be also referred to as an SBFD time unit can be divided into a plurality of frequency subbands in the frequency domain. The plurality of frequency subbands may be respectively used for different link directions, for example, uplink (UL) frequency subband or downlink (DL) frequency subband. That is, for example, on a DL symbol configured with a UL subband, the network device may perform the DL transmission on the DL subband and perform the UL reception on the configured UL subband during this DL symbol.

[0003] In addition, in the current and future wireless communication network, massive connectivity, high capacity, ultra-liability and low latency are always expected, and the Multi-Transmission and Reception Point (TRP) technology has been designed accordingly. The so-called “TRP” may include base stations, remote radio heads, or other network nodes. In the multi-TRP communication mode, more than one TRP may work together to serve a single user or a group of users by, for example, a coordinated transmission technique.SUMMARY

[0057] In one embodiment, the terminal device may be connected with a first network device and a second network device. One of the first network device and the second network device may be a master node and the other one may be a secondary node. The first network device and the second network device may use different radio access technologies (RATs) . In one embodiment, the first network device may be a first RAT device and the second network device may be a second RAT device. In one embodiment, the first RAT device is eNB and the second RAT device is gNB. Information related with different RATs may be transmitted to the terminal device from at least one of the first network device and the second network device. In one embodiment, first information may be transmitted to the terminal device from the first network device and second information may be transmitted to the terminal device from the second network device directly or via the first network device. In one embodiment, information related with configuration for the terminal device configured by the second network device may be transmitted from the second network device via the first network device. Information related with reconfiguration for the terminal device configured by the second network device may be transmitted to the terminal device from the second network device directly or via the first network device.

[0058] As used herein, the singular forms ‘a’ , ‘an’ and ‘the’ are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. The term ‘includes’ and its variants are to be read as open terms that mean ‘includes, but is not limited to. ’ The term ‘based on’ is to be read as ‘at least in part based on. ’ The term ‘one embodiment’ and ‘an embodiment’ are to be read as ‘at least one embodiment. ’ The term ‘another embodiment’ is to be read as ‘at least one other embodiment. ’ The terms ‘first, ’ ‘second, ’ and the like may refer to different or same objects. Other definitions, explicit and implicit, may be included below.

[0059] In some examples, values, procedures, or apparatus are referred to as ‘best, ’ ‘lowest, ’  ‘highest, ’ ‘minimum, ’ ‘maximum, ’ or the like. It will be appreciated that such descriptions are intended to indicate that a selection among many used functional alternatives can be made, and such selections need not be better, smaller, higher, or otherwise preferable to other selections.

[0060] The term “circuitry” used herein may refer to hardware circuits and / or combinations of hardware circuits and software. For example, the circuitry may be a combination of analog and / or digital hardware circuits with software / firmware. As a further example, the circuitry may be any portions of hardware processors with software including digital signal processor (s) , software, and memory (ies) that work together to cause an apparatus, such as a terminal device or a network device, to perform various functions. In a still further example, the circuitry may be hardware circuits and or processors, such as a microprocessor or a portion of a microprocessor, that requires software / firmware for operation, but the software may not be present when it is not needed for operation. As used herein, the term circuitry also covers an implementation of merely a hardware circuit or processor (s) or a portion of a hardware circuit or processor (s) and its (or their) accompanying software and / or firmware. In this disclosure, the subband and the frequency subband may be used interchangeable without any limitation. In this disclosure, the control channel may be interchangeably used with the physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) without any limitation.

[0061] In some example embodiments of the disclosure, the slot / symbol configured for the SBFD operation may be also referred to as SBFD slot / symbol, and the slot / symbol not configured for the SBFD operation may be also referred to as non-SBFD slot / symbol. The non-SBFD time unit may include UL slot / symbol and / or DL slot / symbol. In some example embodiments of the disclosure, the time unit may be any metric of the time domain. For example, the time unit may be a frame, a subframe, a slot, or a symbol. Without any limitation, the time unit may be any other time duration.

[0062] In some example embodiments of the disclosure, the expression “frequency resources within a subband of the SBFD time unit” only refers to the resources located within the subband with respect to the frequency domain; however, the time duration of these resources is unnecessary to be limited in the SBFD time unit if the time duration is not indicated. In some example embodiments of the disclosure, the term “Physical Resource Block (PRB) or resource block” used herein may refer to a resource base unit in the frequency domain.

[0063] In some example embodiments of the disclosure, the term “SBFD aware UE” used herein may refer to the terminal device which obtains the SBFD configuration for time units, for example, the subband division or location of the time units, and supports the SBFD operations with the network device.

[0064] In some example embodiments of the disclosure, the multi-TRP (or multiple TRP) communication mode includes, but is not limited to, a single-DCI scheme, a multi-DCI scheme and a diversity transmission scheme. In the single-DCI scheme, a single physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) schedules a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) . Moreover, each data stream of the PDSCH may be transmitted via one TRP. Different data streams may be mapped to different TRPs. In the multi-DCI scheme, each TRP schedules its own PDSCH transmission through an independent PDCCH. The diversity transmission scheme may include a time division multiplexing (TDM) scheme and a frequency division multiplexing (FDM) scheme. In the FDM scheme, different TRPs perform a repetition transmission of data using non-overlapping frequency domain resources in the same OFDM symbol. In the TDM scheme, different TRPs perform a repetition transmission of data using different time domain resources. The repetition transmission of the data may include different redundancy versions of the same transport block (TB) or different portions of the same TB.

[0065] As mentioned above, both the SBFD and multi-TRP technologies have been individually studied to achieve the higher performance in a communication network. However, how to apply the SBFD operation in the multi-TRP communication mode has not been considered. Accordingly, the coordination between the SBFD operation and the multi-TRP communication is a key aspect. For example, the cross link interference (CLI) may occur in the SBFD operation, and thus whether associate the TRP or a spatial relation configuration in the multi-TRP communication mode with the SBFD operation may be considered to improve the performance. Moreover, how to determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel transmission on SBFD symbols should be also considered.

[0066] In view of the above, the example embodiments of the disclosure propose aspects for the SBFD operation under multiple TRP communication mode.

[0067] In one aspect, the terminal device performs, via a first TRP, communication with a network device on one or more SBFD time units. The terminal device further performs, via a second TRP, communication with the network device on one or more non-SBFD time units.  In this way, the communication on a certain time unit type may be transmitted only via a respective TRP. As such, the coordination between the SBFD operation and the multi-TRP communication mode can be achieved.

[0068] In another aspect, the terminal device obtains a first spatial relation configuration associated with an SBFD time unit and a second spatial relation configuration associated with a non-SBFD time unit. The terminal device further transmits, to a network device, a first uplink channel on the SBFD time unit based on the first spatial relation configuration. The terminal device further transmits, to the network device, a second uplink channel on the non-SBFD time unit based on the second spatial relation configuration. In this way, the communication on a certain time unit type may be associated with a respective spatial relation configuration in the multi-TRP communication mode. As such, the coordination between the SBFD operation and the multi-TRP communication mode can be achieved.

[0069] In a further aspect, the terminal device performs, via a first TRP, communication with a network device on a first subband of an SBFD time unit. The terminal device further performs, via a second TRP, communication with the network device on a second subband of the SBFD time unit. In this way, different subbands of an SBFD time unit may be associated with different TRPs in the multi-TRP communication mode. As such, in the FDM scheme, the coordination between the SBFD operation and the multi-TRP communication mode can be achieved.

[0070] In a yet aspect, the terminal device determines, in a multiple TRP communication mode, a QCL assumption for a downlink shared channel on an SBFD time unit. The terminal device further applies the QCL assumption for receiving, on the SBFD time unit, a downlink shared channel from a network device. In this way, the spatial filter information for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit may be determined in the multi-TRP communication mode.

[0071] For illustrative purposes, principle and example embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1-24. However, it is to be noted that these embodiments are given to enable the skilled in the art to understand inventive concepts of the present disclosure and implement the solution as proposed herein, and not intended to limit scope of the present application in any way.

[0072] FIG. 1 illustrates an example environment 100 in which some embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented.

[0073] The environment 100, which may be a part of a communication network, comprises a terminal device 110, a network device 120, a first TRP 130 and a second TRP 140. In some embodiments, the communication network may include NTN, NB-IoT and / or eMTC. In some other embodiments, the communication network may include any other possible communication network. Although not shown, it would be appreciated that one or more terminal devices, TRPs and network devices may be located in the environment 100. In some embodiments, the network device 120 may provide a cell coverage for the terminal device 110 by the first TRP 130 and the second TRP 140. For example, the terminal device 110 may perform the communication with the network device 120 via the first TRP 130 and the second TRP 140. Without any limitation, the network device 120 supports the SBFD operation. For example, during the same SBFD time units, the network device 120 may transmit a downlink (DL) channel to the terminal device 110 and receive an UL channel from another terminal device, simultaneously. In other words, the first network device 120 may transmit signal (s) in a downlink (DL) channel to the terminal device 110 and receive signal (s) in an UL channel from another terminal device, simultaneously.

[0074] It is to be understood that the number of units and other objects in FIG. 1 is provided merely for the purpose of illustration without implying any limitations to the device environment 100. The environment 100 may include any suitable number of functionality units configured to implement example embodiments of the subject disclosure. Although not shown, it would be appreciated that one or more terminal devices may be located in the environment 100.

[0075] At least to solve the related issues mentioned above, some embodiments of the disclosure are discussed with reference to FIGS. 2 to 24.

[0076] FIG. 2 illustrates a signaling process 200 for the SBFD operation under multiple TRP communication mode according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. For the purpose of discussions, the process 200 will be described with reference to FIG. 1. It would be appreciated that although the process 200 has been described with respect to communication environment of FIG. 1, this process 200 may be likewise applied to other communication environments.

[0077] In the signaling process 200, the terminal device 110 performs (210) , via the first TRP 130, communication 215 with the network device 120 on one or more SBFD time units. In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 may only communicate, via the first TRP 130,  signals on the SBFD time units with the network device 120. For example, the communication on the SBFD time unit may be performed via the first TRP 130 but the second TRP 140. In turn, the network device 120 performs (220) , via the first TRP 130, communication 215 with the terminal device 110 on the one or more SBFD time units accordingly.

[0078] In addition, the terminal device 110 performs (230) , via the second TRP 140, communication 235 with the network device 120 on one or more non-SBFD time units. Similarly, the terminal device 110 may only communicate, via the second TRP 140, signals on the non-SBFD time units with the network device 120. For example, the communication on the non-SBFD time unit may be performed via the second TRP 140 but the first TRP 130. In turn, the network device 120 performs (240) , via the first TRP 130, communication 235 with the terminal device 110 on the one or more SBFD time units accordingly. In this case, the first TRP may be associated with communication on the SBFD time unit, and the second TRP may be associated with communication on the non-SBFD time unit.

[0079] Moreover, in some embodiments, the TRPs 130 and 140 may be identified by a respective control resource set (CORESET) pool index value. For example, the first TRP 130 may be configured with CORESETPOOLindex 0, and the second TRP 140 may be configured with CORESETPOOLindex 1. Accordingly, a first CORESET pool index value (i.e., CORESETPOOLindex 0) may be associated with communication on the SBFD time unit, and a second CORESET pool index value (i.e., CORESETPOOLindex 1) may be associated with communication on the non-SBFD time unit. In some embodiments, the above associations may be predefined or semi-static configured. Alternatively, it is to be understood that the communication on the SBFD time unit may be also performed via the second TRP 140 but the first TRP 130, and the communication on the non-SBFD time unit may be performed via the first TRP 130 but the second TRP 140. The communication may include, but is not limited to, downlink data transmission and uplink data transmission.

[0080] In some embodiments, in the single-DCI scheme, the network device 120 may transmit (201) to the terminal device 110 downlink control information 205 that schedules a plurality of shared channels across the SBFD time unit and the non-SBFD time unit. In this case, upon receiving (208) the DCI 205, the terminal device 110 may perform a transmission or reception of the plurality of the shared channels based on the DCI 205. Specifically, the portion of the plurality of shared channels which is on the SBFD time unit is transmitted or received via the first TRP. In addition, the other portion of the plurality of shared channels  on the non-SBFD time unit is transmitted or received via the second TRP.

[0081] Alternatively, in the multi-DCI scheme, the network device 120 may transmit first DCI to the terminal device 110 via the first TRP 130, and transmit second DCI to the terminal device 110 via the second TRP 140. The first DCI may schedule downlink shared channel (s) on the SBFD time unit (s) , and the second DCI may schedule downlink shared channel (s) on the non-SBFD time unit (s) . In this case, the terminal device 110 may perform, via the first TRP 130, the communication on the SBFD time unit, and the communication on the SBFD time unit is based on first DCI or first configuration for the first TRP 130 (for example, CORESETPOOLindex 0, or transmission parameters according to the configuration of the first TRP 130) . In addition, the terminal device 110 may perform, via the second TRP 140, the communication on the non-SBFD time unit, and the communication on the non-SBFD time unit is based on second DCI or a second configuration for the second TRP 140 (for example, CORESETPOOLindex 1, or transmission parameters according to the configuration of the second TRP 140) . To discuss clarity, this embodiment is further discussed with reference to FIG. 3.

[0082] FIG. 3 illustrates an association between communication on a certain time unit type and TRP according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0083] As shown in FIG. 3, the shared channel transmissions on the non-SBFD time unit is performed through the second TRP 140, and the shared channel transmissions on the SBFD time unit is performed through the first TRP 130. Without any limitation, the shared channel include physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) . In addition or alternatively, the communication on the certain time unit type may be associated with the spatial relation configuration in the multi-TRP communication mode.

[0084] In this way, the SBFD operations can be configured efficiently and directly, since the operation is associated with a certain TRP.

[0085] FIG. 4 illustrates another signaling process 400 for the SBFD operation under multiple TRP communication mode according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. For the purpose of discussions, the process 400 will be described with reference to FIG. 1. It would be appreciated that although the process 400 has been described with respect to communication environment of FIG. 1, this process 400 may be likewise applied to other communication environments.

[0086] In the signaling process 400, the terminal device 110 obtains (410) a first spatial  relation configuration associated with SBFD time unit (s) and a second spatial relation configuration associated with a non-SBFD time unit (s) . In some embodiments, the first spatial relation configuration, second spatial relation configuration and their association relationship may be determined by the network device 120. Then, the network device 120 may transmit the first spatial relation configuration associated with SBFD time unit (s) and the associated with a non-SBFD time unit (s) to the terminal device 110. Meanwhile, the network device 120 obtains (420) the same first spatial relation configuration associated with the SBFD time unit (s) and the second spatial relation configuration associated with a non-SBFD time unit (s) .

[0087] Then, the terminal device 110 transmits (430) , to the network device 120, a first uplink channel 435 on the SBFD time unit by using the first spatial relation configuration. Accordingly, the network device 120 receives (440) the first uplink channel 435 using the first spatial relation configuration. In addition, the terminal device 110 transmits (450) , to the network device 120, a second uplink channel 455 on the non-SBFD time unit by using the second spatial relation configuration. Accordingly, the network device 120 receives (460) the first uplink channel 455 using the first spatial relation configuration.

[0088] In addition, in some embodiments, the first spatial relation configuration may be associated with one of the first TRP 130 or the second TRP 140, and the second spatial relation configuration may be associated with another one of the first TRP 130 or the second TRP 140. To discuss simplicity, assuming that the first spatial relation configuration is associated with the first TRP 130, and the second spatial relation configuration is associated with the second TRP 140. In this case, in some embodiments, during the SBFD time unit (s) , the terminal device 110 may transmit to the first TRP 130 the first uplink channel using the first spatial relation configuration. During the non-SBFD time unit (s) , the terminal device 110 may transmit to the second TRP 140 the second uplink channel using the second spatial relation configuration.

[0089] In some embodiments, the first spatial relation configuration may include a first sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set and the second spatial relation configuration may include a second SRS resource set. In this case, the terminal device 110 may transmit the first uplink shared channel using a first SRS resource indicator (SRI) for the first SRS resource set. The terminal device 110 may transmit the second uplink shared channel using a second SRI for the second SRS resource set. As an example, for PUSCH transmission, two SRIs or two SRS resource sets may be included or configured for the PUSCH  transmissions on SBFD symbols and non-SBFD symbols with multiple TRP. If the terminal device 110 transmits PUSCH to the first TRP 130 on the SBFD symbols, the terminal device 110 may use the first SRI in first SRS resource set. If the terminal device 110 transmits PUSCH on the non-SBFD symbols, the terminal device 110 may use the second SRI in the second SRS resource set.

[0090] In some embodiments, the PUSCH transmission may be performed in the case that one DCI schedules multiple PUSCH transmission through multiple TRPs. In addition or alternatively, the PUSCH transmission may be performed in the case that multiple DCI schedules multiple PUSCH transmissions through multiple TRPs. In addition or alternatively, the the PUSCH transmission may be performed in at least one of the following cases: each PUSCH carries one TB with different RVs, multiple PUSCH carry different TB parts of the same TB, PUSCH aggregation, or the repetition transmission. In some embodiments, the above first and second uplink shared channels are scheduled by downlink control information (DCI) .

[0091] Alternatively, the first and second uplink shared channels may be the configured grant (CG) uplink shared channels. In an example, for the CG PUSCHs having or without multiple repetition transmissions across SBFD symbols and non-SBFD symbols, two srs-ResourceIndicators may be included in a CG-PUSCH resource configuration, such as, the ConfiguredGrantConfig. If the terminal device 110 transmits the CG PUSCH to the first TRP 130 on the SBFD symbols, the terminal device 110 may use a srs-ResourceIndicator0 for the first SRS resource set. If the terminal device 110 transmits CG PUSCH to the second TRP 140 on the non-SBFD symbols, the terminal device 110 may use a srs-ResourceIndicator1 for the second SRS resource set. Only for discussion purposes, the CG PUSCH transmissions are further discussed with reference to FIG. 5.

[0092] FIG. 5 illustrates an example of an association between uplink channel on a certain time unit type and spatial relation configuration in the multiple TRP communication mode according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0093] As shown in FIG. 5, the CG PUSCH may have four repetition transmissions, and the starting two repetition transmissions are in the non-SBFD time units and the other two repetition transmission are in the SBFD time units. The terminal device 110 may use the SRI = 1 to transmit the starting two repetition transmissions to the second TRP 140, and use the SRI = 2 to transmit the other two repetition transmission to the first TRP 130. Without  any limitation, the CG PUSCH transmission may include type 1 CG PUSCH and / or type 2 CG PUSCH.

[0094] Referring back to FIG. 4, in addition or alternatively, in some embodiments, the first spatial relation configuration may include a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state and the second spatial relation configuration may include a second TCI state. In addition, as mentioned above, the spatial relation configuration may be associated with a respective TRP. As an example, for PUCCH resource (s) , two TCI-states or TCI-UL-States may be configured in PUCCH-config, and these two sets of spatial settings (i.e., these two TCI-states or TCI-UL-States) for the PUCCH resource (s) are associated with different TRPs. The terminal device 110 may use the first TCI state for the PUCCH transmissions to the first TRP 130 on the SBFD symbols, and use the second TCI state for the PUCCH transmissions to the second TRP 140 on non-SBFD symbols. Only for discussion purposes, the above embodiments are further discussed with reference to FIG. 6.

[0095] FIG. 6 illustrates another example of an association between uplink channel on a certain time unit type and spatial relation configuration in the multiple TRP communication mode according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0096] As shown in FIG. 6, on the SBFD time units, the terminal device 110 uses TCI state ID=1 to transmit PUCCH to the first TRP 130. On the non-SBFD time units, the terminal device 110 uses TCI state ID=2 to transmit PUCCH to the second TRP 140. As an example, the TCI state ID=1 may indicate a beam 1, and the TCI state ID=2 may indicate a beam 2. In this case, the PUCCH on the SBFD time units are transmitted / received via the beam 1, and the PUCCH on the non-SBFD time units are transmitted / received via the beam 2. Without any limitation, the above embodiments may be also expressed below.

[0097] Referring back to FIG. 4, in addition, in some embodiments, the power control parameter (s) may be individually determined for the uplink channel on the SBFD time units or the non-SBFD time units. For example, the terminal device 110 may determine a first power control parameter set for the uplink channel on the SBFD time unit. The terminal device 110 may determine a second power control parameter set for the uplink channel on the non-SBFD time unit. That is, in the multi-TRP communication mode, separate UL power control are determined for PUSCH / PUCCH / SRS transmissions on SBFD symbols and non-SBFD symbols. Without any limitation, the above embodiments may be also expressed below.

[0098] In this way, by utilizing different spatial relation configuration, the potential CLI between SBFD operation and non-SBFD operation may be avoided.

[0099] In addition, the multiple TRPs 130 and 140 may serve the terminal device 110 by the FDM scheme. FIG. 7 illustrates a further signaling process 700 for the SBFD operation under multiple TRP communication mode according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. For the purpose of discussions, the process 700 will be described with reference to FIG. 1. It would be appreciated that although the process 700 has been described with respect to communication environment of FIG. 1, this process 700 may be likewise applied to other communication environments.

[0100] In the signaling process 700, the terminal device 110 performs (210) , via the first TRP 130, communication 215 with the network device 120 on a first subband of the SBFD time unit. Moreover, the terminal device 110 performs (210) , via the second TRP 140, communication with the network device 120 on a second subband of the SBFD time unit.

[0101] For example, the first downlink subband of the SBFD time unit may be associated with the first TRP 130, and a second downlink subband of the SBFD time unit may be associated with the second TRP 140. In some embodiments, a first PDSCH which is configured on the first downlink subband may be transmitted via the first TRP 130, and a second PDSCH which configured on the second downlink subband may be transmitted via the second TRP 140. Without any limitation, the first subband and / or second subband may be any two different subbands of the SBFD time unit. For example, the first subband and / or second subband may be also the uplink subband of the SBFD time unit. Correspondingly, the network device 120 performs (220) , via the first TRP 130, communication 215 with the terminal device 110 on the first subband of the SBFD time unit. The network device performs (240) , via the first TRP 130, communication 235 with the terminal device 110 on  the second subband of the SBFD time unit. Only for discussion purposes, the above embodiments are further discussed with reference to FIG. 8.

[0102] FIG. 8 illustrates example communication on a respective subband of the SBFD according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0103] As shown in FIG. 8, the PDSCH 1 is configured in a first downlink subband of the SBFD time unit (s) , and the PDSCH 2 is configured in a second downlink subband of the SBFD time unit (s) . In this case, the PDSCH 1 on the first downlink subband may be received by the terminal device 110 via the first TRP 130. The PDSCH 2 on the second downlink subband may be received by the terminal device 110 via the second TRP 140. In addition, in some embodiments, the PDSCH 1 and PDSCH 2 may be configured or indicated with the same TCI state or different TCI states. For example, the PDSCH 1 may be transmitted and / or received by using a first TCI state. The PDSCH 2 may be transmitted and / or received by using a second TCI state. That is, the network device 120 may transmit, via the first TRP 130, PDSCH 1 on the first DL subband using TCI state 1, and transmit PDSCH 2, via the second TRP 140, on the second DL subband using TCI state 2.

[0104] In addition, the PDSCH 1 and PDSCH 2 may carry the same or different TB portion. For example, the PDSCH 1 may carrier a first redundancy version (RV) of a transport block (TB) or a first portion of the TB, and the PDSCH 2 may carry a second RV of the TB or a second portion of the TB. Without any limitation, the above embodiments may be also expressed as below.

[0105] Referring back to FIG. 7, in some embodiments, the network device 120 may receive, via the first TRP 130 from the terminal device 110, a downlink data on the first subband of the SBFD time unit. In addition, the network device 120 may transmit, via the second TRP 140 to another terminal device, an uplink data on the second subband of the SBFD time unit.  That is, on the SBFD time units, one TRP transmits downlink data on DL subband to the terminal device 110, and the other TRP receives uplink data on UL subband from another terminal device simultaneously. To discuss clarity, the above embodiments are further discussed with reference to FIG. 9.

[0106] FIG. 9 illustrates another example communication on a respective subband of the SBFD according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0107] As shown in FIG. 9, on the SBFD time units, the first TRP 130 transmits downlink data on DL subband to the terminal device 110, and the second TRP 140 receives uplink data on UL subband from another terminal device 910 simultaneously. In some embodiments, the DL data may include physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) , PDSCH, channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) , phase tracing reference signal (PTRS) and so on. Similarly, the UL data may include PUCCH, PUSCH, SRS, PTRS and so on.

[0108] In addition, as mentioned above, how to determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel transmission on SBFD symbols should be also considered. The QCL assumption refers to the spatial relationship information. For example, in the context of multiple input multiple output (MIMO) systems, the QCL assumption relates to the spatial properties of the antennas in the MIMO system and is used to simplify the modeling and processing of wireless channels. Generally, once the QCL assumption is determined, the terminal device and the network device will apply the determined QCL assumption (for example, spatial filter information or beam information) to perform the communication therebetween.

[0109] FIG. 10 illustrates a signaling process 1000 for the determination of QCL assumption applied to the SBFD time unit under multiple TRP communication mode according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. For the purpose of discussions, the process 1000 will be described with reference to FIG. 1. It would be appreciated that although the process 1000 has been described with respect to communication environment of FIG. 1, this process 1000 may be likewise applied to other communication environments.

[0110] In the signaling process 1000, in the multi-TRP communication mode, the terminal device 110 determines (1010) a quasi-colocation (QCL) assumption for a downlink shared channel on a subband non-overlapping full duplex (SBFD) time unit.

[0111] In some embodiments, the QCL assumption applied to the SBFD time unit may be associated with a previous SBFD time unit. In addition, another QCL assumption applied  to the non-SBFD time unit may be associated with a previous non-SBFD time unit. As an example, the terminal device 110 may receive from the network device 120 a single DCI (which may be also referred to as first DCI) which schedules one or more downlink shared channels across the SBFD time unit (s) and the non-SBFD time unit (s) . Assuming that an offset (or latency) between the single DCI and the scheduled one or more downlink shared channels is smaller than or less than a duration threshold for QCL (which may be also referred to as “timeDurationforQCL” in some embodiments) . In this case, the terminal device 110 may determine the lowest control resource set (CORESET) ID (which may be also referred to as “first lowest CORESET ID” ) in a previous SBFD time unit as the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel which is on SBFD time unit (s) among the scheduled one or more downlink shared channels. Moreover, the terminal device 110 may determine the lowest control resource set (CORESET) ID (which may be also referred to as “second lowest CORESET ID” ) in a previous non-SBFD time unit as the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel which is on non-SBFD time unit (s) among the scheduled one or more downlink shared channels.

[0112] As an example, in the case that one DCI scheduling multiple PDSCH transmission across SBFD symbols and non-SBFD symbols to different TRP, if the scheduling offset between the scheduled PDSCHs on non-SBFD symbols or SBFD symbols and the one DCI is less than the timeDurationForQCL, the terminal device 110 may use a default QCL assumption to determine the beam for PDSCH transmission no matter the TCI state bit field is included in the scheduling DCI or not. Specifically, for PDSCH transmission on non-SBFD symbols, the default QCL assumption is the same as the QCL assumption of the lowest CORESET ID in the latest monitored slot of the non-SBFD symbols. For PDSCH transmission on SBFD symbols, the default QCL assumption is the same as QCL assumption of the lowest CORESET ID in the latest monitored slot of the SBFD symbols. That is, if the offset is smaller than the timeDurationForQCL, the QCL assumption for the PDSCH on the SBFD time unit depends on the CORESET in the previous SBFD time unit, and the other QCL assumption for the PDSCH on the non-SBFD time unit depends on the CORESET in the previous non-SBFD time unit.

[0113] In addition or alternatively, in some embodiments, if the above offset is equal to or greater than the timeDurationForQCL and the corresponding DCI does not include the TCI state field, the QCL assumption may depend on this corresponding DCI. For example, the terminal device 110 may receive from the network device 120 a second DCI which schedules  a plurality of downlink shared channels on the SBFD time unit (s) , and the offset between the second DCI and the plurality of downlink shared channels is equal to or greater than the timeDurationForQCL. In this case, the terminal device 110 may determine the QCL assumption of the second DCI (or the PDCCH including the second DCI) as the QCL assumption to be applied to the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit. Furthermore, the terminal device 110 may further receive from the network device 120 third DCI which schedules another plurality of downlink shared channels on at least one non-SBFD time unit (s) . The terminal device 110 may determine a QCL assumption of the second DCI as another QCL assumption for the other plurality of downlink shared channels on the non-SBFD time unit (s) . Only for discussion purposes, these embodiments are further discussed with reference to FIG. 11.

[0114] FIG. 11 illustrates a first example of the determination of QCL assumption applied to the SBFD time unit under multiple TRP communication mode according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0115] In the example of FIG. 11, for multiple DCI scheme in the multi-TRP communication mode, if all the scheduled PDSCHs on SBFD symbols have scheduling offset that is equal to or greater than timeDurationForQCL and the TCI state field is not present in the DCI, then the terminal device 110 may use the beam of the second DCI from the TRP to receive the scheduled PDSCH, or determine the QCL assumption.

[0116] As shown in FIG. 11, the network device 120 may transmit the third DCI via the first TRP 130 and transmit the second DCI via the second TRP 140. The third DCI schedules PDSCH 1 and PDSCH 2 on the non-SBFD time units, and the second DCI schedules the PDSCH 3 to PDSCH 6 on the SBFD time unit. Moreover, the QCL assumption applied to the second DCI or the PDCCH including the second DCI is the beam 2 of the first TRP 130, and the QCL assumption applied to the third DCI or the PDCCH including the third DCI is the beam 5 of the second TRP 140. In this case, the terminal device 110 may use the QCL assumption applied for the second DCI to receive the PDSCH 3 to PDSCH 6 on the SBFD time units from the second TRP 140, and use the QCL applied for the third DCI to receive the PDSCH 1 and PDSCH 2 on the non-SBFD time units from the first TRP 130. As an example, for PDSCHs transmitted on the SBFD symbols, the terminal device 110 may apply the QCL assumption to these PDSCH according to the QCL assumption of the second DCI (or PDCCH including the second DCI) received on SBFD symbol. In addition, for PDSCH transmitted on the non-SBFD symbols, the terminal device  110 may apply the QCL assumption to these PDSCH according to the QCL assumption of the third DCI (or PDCCH including the third DCI) received on non-SBFD symbol.

[0117] Referring back to FIG. 10, in addition or alternatively, in the single DCI scheme of the multi-TRP communication mode, if DCI has no TCI state field, the terminal device 110 may also determine the QCL assumption applied to the PDSCHs on both the SBFD time unit and non-SBFD time unit based on this DCI.

[0118] In some embodiments, the network device 120 may transmit to the terminal device 110 fourth DCI which schedules a downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit and another downlink shared channel on the non-SBFD time unit. Moreover, the offset between the fourth DCI and an earlier one of the downlink shared channel or the other downlink shared channel is equal to or greater than the timeDurationForQCL. In this case, the terminal device 110 may determine a QCL assumption of the fourth DCI as the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel and as the QCL assumption for the other downlink shared channel. Only for discussion purposes, the above embodiments are further discussed with reference to FIG. 12.

[0119] FIG. 12 illustrates a second example of the determination of QCL assumption applied to the SBFD time unit under multiple TRP communication mode according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0120] In the example of FIG. 12, the network device 120 transmits to the terminal device 110 fourth DCI which schedules the PDSCHs 1 to 6. Moreover, the offset between the fourth DCI and the scheduled PDSCH is greater than or equal to the timeDurationForQCL. The terminal device 110 may use the QCL assumption of the fourth DCI to receive the PDSCHs 1 to 6 from the network device 120. In other words, for single DCI scheme of the multi-TRP communication mode, if the TCI state field is not present in the fourth DCI and the scheduled PDSCHs on SBFD symbols have the offset that is equal to or greater than timeDurationForQCL, the terminal device 110 may use the beam of the fourth DCI (or the PDCCH including the fourth DCI) from the TRP to receive these PDSCHs 1 to 6 or to determine the QCL assumption of these PDSCHs.

[0121] Referring back to FIG. 10, in addition or alternatively, in some cases, a first offset between a portion of the scheduled PDSCHs and the corresponding DCI may be smaller than the timeDurationForQCL, and a second offset between another portion of the scheduled PDSCHs and the corresponding DCI may be equal to or greater than the  timeDurationForQCL. In this case, the QCL assumption for the portion and / or the other portion may be determined individually or commonly.

[0122] As an example, the network device 120 may transmit to the terminal device 110 fifth DCI which schedules a first plurality of downlink shared channels on a first plurality of SBFD time units. Moreover, a first offset between a first portion of the first plurality of downlink shared channel and the fifth DCI is smaller than a duration threshold for QCL, and a second offset between a second portion of the first plurality of downlink shared channel and the fifth DCI is equal to or greater than the duration threshold. In this case, the terminal device 110 may determine a QCL assumption of the lowest control resource set (CORESET) ID in a previous SBFD time unit as the QCL assumption for the first plurality of downlink shared channels. Only for discussion purposes, this embodiment is further discussed with reference to FIG. 13.

[0123] FIG. 13 illustrates a third example of the determination of QCL assumption applied to the SBFD time unit under multiple TRP communication mode according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0124] In the example of FIG. 13, the network device 120 transmits to the terminal device 110 fifth DCI which schedules the PDSCHs 1 to 4. In this example, a first offset between a portion of the PDSCHs 1 to 4 (i.e., PDSCHs 1 and 2) and the fifth DCI is smaller than the timeDurationForQCL, and a second offset between the other portion (i.e., PDSCHs 3 and 4) and the fifth DCI is greater than the timeDurationForQCL. In this case, the terminal device 110 may determine the lowest CORESET ID in the previous SBFD time unit (i.e., CORESET ID=3) to receive the PDSCHs 1 to 4. Only for illustration purposes, in this example, assuming that the CORESET ID=3 indicates the beam 3 of the respective TRPs. It is to be understood that the CORESET ID may indicate other beams of the respective TRPs.

[0125] As another specific example, assuming that a single DCI schedules multiple PDSCH transmission across SBFD symbols and non-SBFD symbols, and some of the scheduled PDSCHs on SBFD symbols have scheduling offset that is less than timeDurationForQCL while some scheduled PDSCHs have scheduling offset that is equal to or greater than timeDurationForQCL. In this case, for all the scheduled PDSCHs on SBFD symbols, the terminal device 110 may apply the beam or QCL assumption for these PDSCH according to the lowest CORESET ID in the latest monitored slot (SBFD slot or non-SBFD slot) , no matter the TCI state field is present in the DCI or not. In this embodiment, no matter the PDSCH  having the smaller offset of the larger offset with respect to the timeDurationForQCL, the QCL assumption may be determined commonly.

[0126] Referring back to FIG. 10, alternatively, the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channels on the SBFD time units may be determined individually. In some embodiments, regarding the PDSCHs in the first portion, the terminal device 110 may determine a QCL assumption of a downlink shared channel in a previous non-SBFD time unit as the QCL assumption for a downlink shared channel in the first portion. Regarding the PDSCHs in the second portion, there may be two cases. If there is no TCI state field in the fifth DCI, the terminal device 110 may determine a QCL assumption of the fifth DCI as the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channels in the second portion. Otherwise, if there is a TCI state field in the fifth DCI, the terminal device 110 may use indicated TCI state to determine the QCL assumption, i.e., use the indicated TCI state to receive PDSCHs in the second portion. Only for discussion purposes, the above embodiments are further discussed with reference to FIG. 14.

[0127] FIG. 14 illustrates a fourth example of the determination of QCL assumption applied to the SBFD time unit under multiple TRP communication mode according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0128] In the example of FIG. 14, the network device 120 transmits, via the first TRP 130, to the terminal device 110 fifth DCI which schedules PDSCHs 3 to 6 on the SBFD time units. Moreover, a first offset between the first portion including the scheduled PDSCHs 3 to 4 and the fifth DCI is smaller than the timeDurationForQCL, and a second offset between the second portion including the scheduled PDSCHs 5 to 6 and the fifth DCI is greater than the timeDurationForQCL. As mentioned above, for the scheduled PDSCHs on SBFD symbols have scheduling offset less than timeDurationForQCL (i.e., the PDSCHs 3 and 4, the terminal device 110 apply the beam or QCL assumption for those PDSCH according to the nearest PDSCH transmitted on non-SBFD symbols. As shown in FIG. 14, the terminal device 110 determines the beam or QCL assumption for PDSCH3 and PDSCH4 based on the beam#2 of nearest PDSCH2 on non-SBFD symbols.

[0129] For the scheduled PDSCHs on SBFD symbols have scheduling offset equal to or greater than the timeDurationForQCL (i.e., the PDSCHs 5 and 6) , the terminal device 110 may determine the QCL assumption according to the fifth DCI (or PDCCH including the fifth DCI) . As shown in FIG. 14, if the fifth DCI has no TCI state field and the fifth DCI is  transmitted via the beam 1 of the second TRP 140, and the terminal device 110 may use the beam 1 as the QCL assumption for the PDSCHs 5 and 6 accordingly. Alternatively, if the fifth DCI includes a TCI state field which indicates the beam 1, the terminal device may use the beam 1 as the QCL assumption for the PDSCHs 5 and 6 accordingly. In this way, in the case that multiple DCI schedule PDSCH transmissions across SBFD symbols and non-SBFD symbols, when some of the scheduled PDSCHs on SBFD symbols has scheduling offset less than timeDurationForQCL and some scheduled PDSCHs on SBFD symbols has scheduling offset equal to or greater than timeDurationForQCL, the QCL assumption for different portions of the PDSCHs on the SBFD time units may be determined individually.

[0130] Referring back to FIG. 10, in some embodiments, if the offset between the scheduled PDSCHs on the SBFD time units and the corresponding DCI is greater than or equal to the timeDurationForQCL and there is a TCI state field in the DCI, the terminal device 110 may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channels on the SBFD time unit based on the TCI state field.

[0131] In some embodiments, the network device 120 transmits to the terminal device 110 sixth DCI which schedules a second plurality of downlink shared channels on a second plurality of SBFD time units, and the offset between the second plurality of downlink shared channels and the sixth DCI is greater than or equal to the timeDurationForQCL. Moreover, the sixth DCI includes a second TCI state field. In this case, the terminal device 110 may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit based on the second TCI state field in the sixth DCI. Only for discussion purposes, this embodiment is further discussed with reference to FIG. 15.

[0132] FIG. 15 illustrates a fifth example of the determination of QCL assumption applied to the SBFD time unit under multiple TRP communication mode according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0133] In the example of FIG. 15, the network device 120 transmits to the terminal device 110 sixth DCI which schedules PDSCHs 3 to 6 on the SBFD time units, and the sixth DCI includes a TCI state field indicating beam 3. Furthermore, the offset between the sixth DCI and the PDSCHs 3 to 6 is equal to or greater than the timeDurationForQCL. In this case, the terminal device 110 may use the beam 3 indicated by the TCI state field in the sixth DCI to receive PDSCHs 3 to 6. That is, no matter for one single DCI or multiple DCI scheme, if all the scheduled PDSCHs on SBFD symbols have the scheduling offset that is equal to or  greater than timeDurationForQCL, the terminal device 110 may determine the beam for these PDSCH according to the TCI bit field information in the DCI.

[0134] Referring back to FIG. 10, the network device 120 determines (1020) , in the multi-TRP communication mode, a QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit (s) . In some embodiments, the network device 120 may determine the QCL assumption in the same way as the terminal device 110. Then, network device 120 applies (1030) the QCL assumption for transmitting, on the SBFD time unit, a downlink shared channel to the terminal device 110. Correspondingly, the terminal device applies (1040) the QCL assumption for receiving, on the SBFD time unit, the downlink shared channel from the network device.

[0135] In view of the above, the SBFD operation may be applied in the multi-TRP communication mode appropriately.

[0136] It is to be understood that, without any limitation, the above embodiments in this disclosure can be implemented in any combination manner.

[0137] FIG. 16 illustrates a flowchart of a method 1600 of communication implemented at a terminal device in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. The method 1600 can be implemented at the terminal device 110 shown in FIG. 1. For the purpose of discussion, the method 1600 will be described with reference to FIG. 1. It is to be understood that the 1600 may include additional acts not shown and / or may omit some shown acts, and the scope of the present disclosure is not limited in this regard.

[0165] FIG. 11 illustrates a flowchart of a method 2100 of communication implemented at a network device in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. The method 2100 can be implemented at the network device 120 shown in FIG. 1. For the purpose of discussion, the method 2100 will be described with reference to FIG. 1. It is to  be understood that the method 2100 may include additional acts not shown and / or may omit some shown acts, and the scope of the present disclosure is not limited in this regard.

[0166] At 2010, the network device 120 performs, via a first transmission reception point (TRP) , communication with a terminal device on a first subband of a subband non-overlapping full duplex (SBFD) time unit. The SBFD time unit is configured with frequency subbands for different link directions. At 2020, the network device 120 performs, via a second transmission reception point (TRP) , communication with the terminal device on a second subband of the SBFD time unit.

[0167] In some embodiments, the network device may further transmit, via the first TRP, a first downlink shared channel using a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state; and transmit, via the second TRP, a second downlink shared channel using a second TCI state. The first downlink shared channel carries a first redundancy version (RV) of a transport block (TB) or a first portion of the TB, and the second downlink shared channel carries a second RV of the TB or a second portion of the TB.

[0168] In some embodiments, the network device may further receive, via the first TRP, a downlink data on the first subband; and transmit, via the second TRP, an uplink data on the second subband.

[0169] FIG. 22 illustrates a flowchart of a method 2200 of communication implemented at a terminal device in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. The method 2200 can be implemented at the terminal device 110 shown in FIG. 1. For the purpose of discussion, the method 2200 will be described with reference to FIG. 1. It is to be understood that the method 2200 may include additional acts not shown and / or may omit some shown acts, and the scope of the present disclosure is not limited in this regard.

[0170] At 2210, the terminal device 110 determines, in a multiple transmission and reception point (TRP) communication mode, a quasi-colocation (QCL) assumption for a downlink shared channel on a subband non-overlapping full duplex (SBFD) time unit. The SBFD time unit is configured with frequency subbands for different link directions. At 2220, the terminal device 110 applies the QCL assumption for receiving, on the SBFD time unit, a downlink shared channel from a network device.

[0171] In some embodiments, one or more downlink shared channels comprising the downlink shared channel cross the SBFD time unit and a non-SBFD time unit, and the offset between the one or more downlink shared channels and first downlink control information  (DCI) scheduling the one or more downlink shared channels is smaller than a duration threshold for QCL.

[0172] In some embodiments, the terminal device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit by the following: determining a first lowest control resource set (CORESET) ID in a previous SBFD time unit.

[0173] In some embodiments, the terminal device may further determine another QCL assumption for a downlink shared channel on a non-SBFD time unit of the one or more downlink shared channels by the following: determining a second lowest control resource set (CORESET) ID in a previous non-SBFD time unit.

[0174] In some embodiments, the downlink shared channel is scheduled by second DCI received on an SBFD time unit, wherein an offset between the downlink shared channel and the second DCI is equal to or greater than a duration threshold for QCL, and wherein the terminal device may further: receive, on a non-SBFD time unit, third DCI scheduling another downlink shared channel on at least one non-SBFD time unit.

[0175] In some embodiments, the terminal device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit by the following: determining a QCL assumption of the second DCI as the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel.

[0176] In some embodiments, the terminal device may further: determine a QCL assumption of the third DCI as another QCL assumption for the other downlink shared channel on the at least one non-SBFD time unit.

[0177] In some embodiments, the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit and another downlink shared channel on a non-SBFD time unit are scheduled by fourth DCI, and an offset between the fourth DCI and an earlier one of the downlink shared channel or the other downlink shared channel is equal to or greater than a duration threshold for QCL.

[0178] In some embodiments, the terminal device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit by the following: determining a QCL assumption of the fourth DCI as the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel.

[0179] In some embodiments, the downlink shared channel is one of a first plurality of downlink shared channel on a first plurality of SBFD time units, and the first plurality of downlink shared channel is scheduled by fifth DCI, a first offset between a first portion of the first plurality of downlink shared channel and the fifth DCI is smaller than a duration  threshold for QCL, and a second offset between a second portion of the first plurality of downlink shared channel and the fifth DCI is equal to or greater than the duration threshold.

[0180] In some embodiments, the terminal device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit by the following: determining a QCL assumption of the first lowest control resource set (CORESET) ID in a previous SBFD time unit as the QCL assumption for the first plurality of downlink shared channels.

[0181] In some embodiments, the terminal device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit by at least one of the following: determining a QCL assumption of a downlink shared channel in a previous non-SBFD time unit as the QCL assumption for a downlink shared channel in the first portion; determining a QCL assumption of the fifth DCI as the QCL assumption for a downlink shared channel in the second portion; or determining, based on a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state field in the fifth DCI, the QCL assumption for a downlink shared channel in the second portion.

[0182] In some embodiments, the downlink shared channel is one of a second plurality of downlink shared channels on a second plurality of SBFD time units, and the second plurality of downlink shared channel is scheduled by sixth DCI, the sixth DCI comprises a second TCI state field, and an offset between the sixth DCI and the second plurality of downlink shared channels is equal to or greater than a duration threshold for QCL.

[0183] In some embodiments, the terminal device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit based on the second TCI state field in the sixth DCI.

[0184] FIG. 23 illustrates a flowchart of a method 2300 of communication implemented at a network device in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. The method 2300 can be implemented at the network device 120 shown in FIG. 1. For the purpose of discussion, the method 2300 will be described with reference to FIG. 1. It is to be understood that the method 2300 may include additional acts not shown and / or may omit some shown acts, and the scope of the present disclosure is not limited in this regard.

[0185] At 2310, the network device 120 determines, in a multiple transmission and reception point (TRP) communication mode, a quasi-colocation (QCL) assumption for a downlink shared channel on a subband non-overlapping full duplex (SBFD) time unit. The SBFD time unit is configured with frequency subbands for different link directions. At  2320, the network device 120 applies the QCL assumption for transmitting, on the SBFD time unit, a downlink shared channel to a terminal device.

[0186] In some embodiments, one or more downlink shared channels comprising the downlink shared channel cross the SBFD time unit and a non-SBFD time unit, and the offset between the one or more downlink shared channels and first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling the one or more downlink shared channels is smaller than a time duration threshold for QCL.

[0187] In some embodiments, the network device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit by the following: determining a first lowest control resource set (CORESET) ID in a previous SBFD time unit.

[0188] In some embodiments, the network device may further determine another QCL assumption for a downlink shared channel on a non-SBFD time unit of the one or more downlink shared channels by the following: determining a second lowest control resource set (CORESET) ID in a previous non-SBFD time unit.

[0190] In some embodiments, the network device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit by the following: determining a QCL assumption of the second DCI as the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel.

[0191] In some embodiments, the network device may further: determine a QCL assumption of the third DCI as another QCL assumption for the other downlink shared channel on the at least one non-SBFD time unit.

[0192] In some embodiments, the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit and another downlink shared channel on a non-SBFD time unit are scheduled by fourth DCI, and an offset between the fourth DCI and an earlier one of the downlink shared channel or the other downlink shared channel is equal to or greater than a duration threshold for QCL.

[0193] In some embodiments, the network device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit by the following: determining a QCL  assumption of the fourth DCI as the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel.

[0195] In some embodiments, the network device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit by the following: determining a QCL assumption of the first lowest control resource set (CORESET) ID in a previous SBFD time unit as the QCL assumption for the first plurality of downlink shared channels.

[0196] In some embodiments, the network device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit by at least one of the following: determining a QCL assumption of a downlink shared channel in a previous non-SBFD time unit as the QCL assumption for a downlink shared channel in the first portion; determining a QCL assumption of the fifth DCI as the QCL assumption for a downlink shared channel in the second portion; or determining, based on a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state field in the fifth DCI, the QCL assumption for a downlink shared channel in the second portion.

[0197] In some embodiments, the downlink shared channel is one of a second plurality of downlink shared channels on a second plurality of SBFD time units, and the second plurality of downlink shared channel is scheduled by sixth DCI, the sixth DCI comprises a second TCI state field, and an offset between the sixth DCI and the second plurality of downlink shared channels is equal to or greater than a duration threshold for QCL.

[0198] In some embodiments, the network device may determine the QCL assumption for the downlink shared channel on the SBFD time unit based on the second TCI state field in the sixth DCI.
