AI Technical Summary
Consumers and professionals desire long-lasting, high-performance hair dyes that minimize color bleeding upon the first shampooing, as inorganic pigments used in temporary dyes do not penetrate hair fibers and result in undesired color change.
An oxidative dyeing composition comprising oxidative hair dyes, inorganic pigments, and alkalizing agents, with specific weight ratios and concentrations, is applied to keratin fibers, followed by a rinsing process to reduce color bleeding.
The composition effectively minimizes color change during the first shampooing and reduces damage to the fibers while maintaining dye intensity.

Abstract
Description
[0001] OXIDATIVE DYEING COMPOSITION, DYEING PRODUCT, METHOD, AND USE
[0002] Field of the invention
[0003] The present invention is directed to an oxidative dyeing composition, dyeing product, and method for keratin fibers.
[0004] Background of the invention
[0005] Consumers and professional users alike demand long-lasting high-performance products for perfectly covering gray hair. Such products typically comprise oxidative hair dyes. However, directly upon dyeing the hair, users may be surprised by the amount of color bleeding with the first shampooing. Moreover, this color bleeding may result in a hair color different to the initial one directly upon dyeing.
[0006] Inorganic pigments are commonly used in temporary hair dyeing, as the pigments cannot penetrate into the hair fiber due to their particle sizes and will only reside at the hair surface. Thus, any dyeing achieved with inorganic pigments is temporary and usually lasts until the next hair wash.
[0007] Typically, such color bleeding of oxidative dyes is undesired for all users. Therefore, there is a need for products being able to reduce the color bleeding of oxidative dyes.
