A kit (100) and composition for treating edema in patients, comprising: a topical antibiotic cream (102) configured to treat minor wounds and skin infections while performing a medical procedure; plurality of antiseptic gauzes (104) configured to provide a sterile barrier that aids in preventing bacterial contamination, managing exudates, and reducing local inflammation; an ordho cloth roller bandage (106) configured to be soaked in a composition for treating edema and preventing necrotizing fasciitis, and other complications associated with severe edema; a crepe bandage (108) configured to provide sustained compression to the affected area to treat edema, improve blood flow, support venous return, and prevent further swelling and complications associated with edema and necrotizing fasciitis; a super absorbent gamjee roll (110) configured to manage exudates effectively and maintain proper pressure on the affected area, thereby enhancing healing by drawing out inflammatory fluids, reducing swelling, and preventing fluid accumulation; a pair of surgical gloves (112) configured to prevent the transfer of bacteria and other microorganisms from user's hand to the affected area.

2. The kit (100) and composition for treating edema in patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition comprises:5 liters of glycerin; and250 mg of powdered magnesium sulfate crystals, wherein the magnesium sulfate crystals are dissolved in the glycerin at a concentration of about 5 percent by weight, and the composition is substantially free of any other active ingredients.

The kit (100) and composition for treating edema in patients as claimed in claim 2, wherein the composition is prepared by a method, comprises: mixing, 5 liters of glycerin with 250 grams of powdered magnesium sulfate crystals in a suitable container to form a mixture; allowing, the obtained mixture to dissolve for 10-15 minutes to ensure complete dissolving of the magnesium sulfate crystals; and soaking, the ordho cloth roller bandage (106) for at least 5 minutes, and applying the ordho cloth roller bandage (106) directly to the edematous area to remove excess fluid and promote a quicker reduction in swelling.

The kit (100) and composition for treating edema in patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of antiseptic gauzes (104) are optionally soaked in an antiseptic solution such as sterillium, promoting a clean wound environment, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of the anti-edema treatment and supporting the healing process.

5. The kit (100) and composition for treating edema in patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein the kit (100) limits bacterial spread, identifies the infection source, and provides immediate pain relief, enhancing the overall efficacy of the treatment.

7. The kit (100) and composition for treating edema in patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user is configured to customize the kit (100) into small sizes for small areas of inflammation and collection of pus.

A method for treating edema in patients using a kit (100) and composition, comprising: wearing, by a user, a pair of surgical gloves (112) to their hands, and cleaning an inflamed painful edema part with plurality of antiseptic gauzes (104); applying, by the user, a topical antibiotic cream (102) evenly all over the affected area to treat minor wounds and skin infections while performing a medical procedure;soaking, by the user, an ordho cloth roller bandage (106) in a prepared composition and applying it from above downwards covering the affected area for treating edema and preventing necrotizing fasciitis, and other complications associated with severe edema; applying, by the user, a super absorbent gamjee roll (110) over the ordho cloth roller bandage (106) to maintain proper pressure on the affected area, thereby enhancing healing by drawing out inflammatory fluids, reducing swelling, and preventing fluid accumulation; and applying, by the user, a crepe bandage (108) over the super absorbent gamjee roll (110) to provide sustained compression to the affected area to treat edema, improve blood flow, support venous return, and prevent further swelling and complications associated with edema and necrotizing fasciitis.
