[0005] One of the most important issues that people face, especially in the Western world, is maintaining a healthy weight. Nearly six in ten adults (59%) and one in three in Europe are overweight or obese. There are various ways to lose weight, but each method has significant drawbacks, which is why there is still no universally accepted way to lose weight that works for everyone. The most w'ell-known ways to lose weight are changing your diet, exercising, changing your lifestyle, and in certain cases, surgery. All approaches have significant drawbacks, as changing one's diet is often subject to restrictions, and users are often, unable to follow through over time. At the same time, exercise, although desirable, is often either not feasible, due to limited time available, or can be dangerous for people who exercise without the supervision of a specialist. Dietary supplements, which are often recommended, have been scientifically proven to be unable to deliver the desired results on their own, and in some cases may even be dangerous for consumers.
[0006] The present invention therefore aims to overcome the aforementioned disadvantages and shortcomings of the previous technology by proposing a device for suctioning food.
[0007] A further object of the present invention is to provide a device that can be used by users during their meals to prevent them from swallowing food, when they wish to do so, offering an alternative method of weight loss.
[0008] A further object of the present invention is to provide a device for suctioning food from the user’s mouth, which uses disposable bags for the food sucked from the user’s oral cavity, which are then discarded without the user coming into contact with their contents.
[0009] A further object of the invention is to provide a device for suctioning food, which can operate, both when connected to the domestic mains supply and with an external power supply, so that it can be used both indoors and outdoors. In addition, it can be supplied in a variety of sizes for home or outdoor use.
[0010] A further object of the invention is to present a device for suctioning food, which has at least one hole with a straw for suctioning the user’s food. However, in an alternative application of the invention, it may have multiple straws for the simultaneous suction of food by multiple users.
[0011] Another object of the invention is to present a device for suctioning food, which has a non-retum valve at the opening of the bag into which the straw is inserted, in order to prevent food from returning to the user’s mouth. Object of the present invention is also to present a device for suctioning food, which has a filter before the electric motor, to prevent food from entering the motor.

[0016] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED APPLICATION
[0017] Referring now' to the accompanying drawing, we will describe indicative applications of the device for suctioning food. The device for suctioning food consists of an electric motor (1 ), Fig. 1 , which is used to perforin the necessary suction, and a disposable bag (2), which is preferably opaque. The size of the bag (2) may vary depending on the requirements of use. Each bag (2) is surrounded by a container (3), which may be open at the top, but this is not limiting. The container (3) is an attachment to the electric motor (1) and may be a continuation thereof. Alternatively, it may be detachable from the electric motor (1). Each disposable bag (2) of the invention has an inlet (4) at the top and an outlet (5) at the bottom. A straw (6), preferably disposable, is inserted into the upper inlet (4), which can be detached and from which food is sucked through the user’s rnoulh. The straw (6) can be screwed into the upper inlet (4), but this is not the only way to attach it. The straw (6) must fit airtight into the upper inlet (4) to prevent air leakage, which would make it difficult or even impossible to suck food from the user’s mouth. In addition, the straw (6) may be smooth inside and outside or have formations on its outer surface that make it easier to use. The upper inlet (4) ends in a non-retum valve (7), which prevents food from passing through the straw (6) and returning to the user's mouth. The height inside the bag (2) where the nonreturn valve (7) is located also determines the height to which the bag (2) can be filled with food. If this point is exceeded, the air inlet becomes blocked and the straw (6) is unable to suck up food, causing the electric motor (1) to make noise and stop working.
[0018] The outlet (5) at the bottom of the bag (2) fits onto a nozzle (8) of the electric motor (1) to provide the necessary air and perform the suction. The outlet (5) of the bag (2) is connected to an internal, vertical air duct (9), which is preferably triangular, without this being restrictive, and which is attached to the bag at, at least one other point, so that it is always kept vertical, from which the relevant air intake is made. As an additional safety measure for the electric motor (1), a filter (10) is placed inside the nozzle (8), which has the shape of the nozzle (8) and prevents food from entering the motor (1). This filter (10) can be made of either spongy material, so that it can be washed and reused, or any other suitable material, which can be replaced after a certain period of tim e. The filter (10) is placed on a plate (11) inside tire nozzle (8) to ensure that it cannot be sucked in, during operation of the electric motor (1). The upper point of the vertical air duct (9) is always higher than the point of installation of the non-retum valve (7) in order to avoid the siphoning effect.
[0019] At the bottom of the bag (2) where the outlet (5) connects to the nozzle (8) of the electric motor (1), there are external and circumferential sealing gaskets (12), preferably in the form of rings, so that the nozzle (8) fits as tightly as possible to the outlet (5), thus preventing any air from entering from outside the bag (2). When removing the bag (2) for disposal, it may advantageously have an adhesive tape which is applied to the outlet (5) to ensure that there is no risk of leakage of its contents during disposal .
[0020] The electric motor (1 ) can be powered either by the mains or, alternatively, by external power sources, so that the device can also be used in areas where there is no direct access to the mains.
[0021] In an alternative application of the invention, the straw (6) may have a protective mouthpiece of any suitable shape, which provides privacy to users during operation of the device. In this way, the user's mouth can. be concealed, so that the suction of food is not visible, thus allowing for discreet use of the device.
[0022] In a further alternative embodiment of the invention, the straw (6) is integrated into the upper inlet (4) of the bag (2) to form a single object.
[0023] In yet another alternative application of the invention, the opaque bag (2) may have an indicative transparent level, in height, so that its filling level with content is visible.
[0024] In yet another alternative application of the invention, each bag (2) may have a radio frequency identification tag, known as RFID technology, so that when placed inside the container (3), it is recognized and identified by the device as a consumable, suitable for that particular device. This identification will allow the electric motor (1) of the device to start operating.
[0025] It should be noted at this point that the description of the invention has been made with reference to illustrative examples of application, to which it is not limited. Therefore, any change or modification, in shape, dimensions, morphology, materials used and construction and assembly components, provided that they do not constitute a new inventive step and do not contribute to the technical development of what is already known, are considered to be included in the purposes and aims of the present invention.
Claims
CLAIMS1. Device for suctioning food, comprising an electric motor (1 ), a disposable bag (2), preferably opaque, inside a container (3), characterized in that the bag (2) has an upper inlet (4) and a non-return valve (7) at the top, an outlet (5) at the bottom, a straw (6) that fits airtight into the upper inlet (4), a nozzle (8) of the electric motor (1) that fits onto the outlet (5), an internal, vertical air duet (9) in the bag (2), which is connected to its outlet (5) and is attached to at least one other point on it, a filter (10) at the bottom of the air duct (9) on an internal plate ( 11 ) and sealing rubbers (12) externally and around the nozzle (8) tor airtight attachment to the outlet (5).
2. Device for suctioning food, according to claim 1, characterized in that the bag (2) has an adhesive tape for covering the outlet (5).
3. Device for suctioning food, according to claim 1, characterized in that the straw (6) has a protective mouthpiece.
4. Device for suctioning food, according to claim 1, characterized in that the filter (10) is washable and reusable.
