Abstract
Description
[0001] TATTOO SYSTEM
[0002] DESCRIPTION
[0003] Object of the invention
[0004] The present invention relates to tattoo machines and, more particularly, to a tattooing system configured to automatically supply ink without the intervention of the user's hands.
[0005] Background of the invention
[0006] In the tattooing process, artists typically use a small cup filled with ink. The tattoo machine needle is dipped into this cup to load ink before tattooing the skin. This manual ink-loading process is repeated several times during a tattoo session. However, this method presents several problems, including the risk of cross-contamination, ink waste, and the need to fill the ink cup to the brim to prevent damage or wear to the needle as the ink level drops.
[0007] This one solves these problems.
[0008] Description of the invention
[0009] The present invention aims to solve the aforementioned problems by introducing a tattooing system that allows ink to be automatically supplied to the needle of a tattoo machine without the intervention of the user's hands.
[0010] The main aspect of the present invention relates to a tattooing system, comprising a tattooing machine, comprising an ink cartridge configured to store ink, an air pump configured to generate an ink flow, at least one control valve established between the air pump and the ink cartridge, wherein the control valve is configured to control the passage of the ink flow, and a disposable tube configured to channel and supply said ink flow to a tattooing needle.
[0011] The tattooing system also comprises a foot pedal configured to activate the air pump, where the pedal is adapted to be operated by a user without the use of the user's hands.
[0012] The system is designed to minimize ink waste, reduce the risk of contamination, and facilitate color changes.
[0013] In a first example, the pedal comprises wired means for activating the air pump.
[0014] In a second example, the pedal comprises wireless means, in particular radio frequency / bluetooth, for the activation of the air pump.
[0015] In preferred embodiments, the ink cartridge is removable and replaceable by the user.
[0016] In a first embodiment, the tattoo machine comprises a motherboard and the air pump is configured to be controlled by the motherboard.
[0017] In an alternative embodiment, the tattooing system further comprises a control unit external to the tattooing machine, where the air pump is configured to be controlled by the external control unit.
[0018] Description of the drawings
[0019] To complement the description being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the tattooing system according to the present invention, schematics are included as an integral part of said description, where, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented:
[0020] Figure 1 shows a front view of the tattoo machine according to the present invention.
[0021] Figure 2 shows a side view of the tattoo machine according to the present invention. Detailed embodiment of the invention

[0024] Motor (150);
[0025] Motherboard (110);
[0026] Air pump (130);
[0027] Battery (120);
[0028] Control valve (140);
[0029] Ink cartridge (160);
[0030] Disposable tube (170);
[0031] Figures 1 and 2 show a front and side view, respectively, of the tattoo machine (100) of the tattooing system according to the present invention.
[0032] The tattoo machine (100) comprises an ink cartridge (160) containing sterile ink. The ink cartridge (160) is an encapsulated cartridge and is designed to be easily inserted and removed by the user.
[0033] The ink cartridge (160) is configured to avoid exposure to air, maintaining the sterility and integrity of the ink.
[0034] The tattoo machine (100) comprises a motor (150) configured to drive at least the tattoo needle (180) and / or the air pump (130), as well as a battery (120) to power the motor (150).
[0035] The tattoo machine (100) comprises an air pump (130) controllable by the motherboard (110) of the tattoo machine (100) or by an external plate.
[0036] The air pump (130) is configured to generate an ink flow in the tattoo machine (100). The ink flows from the ink cartridge (160) to the tattoo needle (180).
[0037] The air pump (130) (e.g., a micro pump) can be controlled by a control unit, e.g., the motherboard (110) of the tattoo machine (100), or in cases where the tattoo machine (100) does not have a motherboard (110), by a control unit external to the tattoo machine (100) configured for the control of the air pump (130) and communication with the foot pedal (not shown in the figures).
[0038] The tattooing system also includes the foot pedal (not shown in the figures). The air pump (130) can be activated / deactivated by the foot pedal external to the tattoo machine (100). The activation foot pedal is configured to activate the air pump (130) remotely via radio frequency or Bluetooth, or by wired means. The foot pedal allows the user of the tattoo machine (100) to control the ink flow without manual intervention, keeping the use of their hands limited to the tattooing process.
[0039] The tattoo machine (100) also includes a disposable tube (170) that connects the ink cartridge (160) to the tattoo needle (180). The disposable tube (170) can be detached from the tattoo machine (100), ensuring hygiene and ease of replacement, and allowing for changes in ink colors.
[0040] The disposable tube (170) prevents cross-contamination and maintains the desired ink color without mixing pigments.
[0041] The tattoo machine (100) further comprises a valve system including at least one control valve (140) that manages the flow of ink and prevents any leakage or air ingress. The control valve (140) ensures precise control of the ink delivery to the needle.
[0042] The tattoo machine (100) is designed to integrate with existing tattoo machines, therefore it is highly compatible.
[0043] The tattoo machine (100) is adaptable to various machine models by including the necessary electronic control units.
