Claims

AMENDED CLAIMS received by the International Bureau on 16 February 2026 (16.02.2026)1 . A system comprising:• an automated machine configured to perform a dispensing, preparation, access-control, energy delivery, or mechanical operation;• a machine identification medium physically associated with the automated machine and storing a machine identifier uniquely identifying the automated machine;• a user device including a scanning module, the user device being configured to:• present an order card corresponding to a completed purchase transaction, the order card including order data for at least one selected product;• in response to user selection of the order card, activate the scanning module to obtain the machine identifier from the machine identification medium by scanning the machine identification medium, or by manual entry of the machine identifier; and• transmit the machine identifier together with the order data to a server;• a server configured to:• generate, based on the completed purchase transaction, an operation permission independent of any specific automated machine;• receive from the user device the machine identifier and the order data;• associate the operation permission and the order data with the automated machine by binding the machine identifier to the operation permission after the operation permission has been generated;• validate the operation permission based on one or more server-enforced usage constraints controlling execution of the automated machine;• transmit the control instruction to an loT control module associated with the automated machine• and a network-connected loT control module associated with the automated machine, the loT control module being configured to:• receive the control instruction from the server; and• actuate the automated machine to perform the operation in accordance with the order data.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the machine identification medium comprises a QR code, barcode, alphanumeric code, visual code, NFC tag, RFID tag, Bluetooth beacon, or other machine-readable or electronically detectable identifier.

3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the machine identification medium is used to obtain the machine identifier for routing the control instruction and is not used to perform a payment transaction.

4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the operation permission comprises one or more server-enforced usage constraints controlling execution of the automated machine.

5. The system of claim 4, wherein the one or more server-enforced usage constraints comprise at least one of:• (i)a maximum number of permitted operations,• (ii)a validity time interval or expiration period,• (iii) a usage frequency or rate limit,• (iv) a subscription, membership, or periodic entitlement,• (v) a prepaid, postpaid, or credit-based usage condition,• (vi) a stored value or balance deduction rule, or• (vii) any combination thereof.

77. The system of claim 1 , wherein the operation permission is usable at a plurality of compatible automated machines prior to association with the machine identifier.

8. The system of claim 1 , wherein the loT control module comprises at least one relay, solid-state switch, motor controller, valve controller, lock actuator, or power controller.

9. The system of claim 1 , wherein the automated machine comprises a vending machine, beverage preparation machine, food preparation device, laundry machine, fuel dispensing system, electric vehicle charging system, locker, gate, smart door lock, or other access-control device.

10. The system of claim 1 , wherein the scanning module comprises a camera-based optical scanner configured to read a QR code displayed on the automated machine.11 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the automated machine is a legacy automated machine originally configured for local operation, and the loT control module is added as an external or integrated add-on module that enables remote control of the legacy automated machine using the machine identification medium and the operation permission.

The system of claim 11 , wherein the automated machine is configured to operate in a hybrid mode supporting both:• (i) a local transaction mode performed directly at the automated machine; and• (ii) a remote operation mode based on the operation permission associated with the machine identifier obtained from the machine identification medium.

13. The system of claim 1 , wherein the user device communicates with a multi-vendor e-commerce platform configured to manage products and services provided by a plurality of independent vendors and to generate operation permissions corresponding to products or services of different vendors.

The system of claim 13, wherein the multi-vendor e-commerce platform is configured to support multiple fulfillment modes, including:• (i) automated machine fulfillment using the machine identification medium and loT control module; and• (ii) delivery fulfillment via a courier or logistics service based on the order data.

The system of claim 1 , wherein:• the automated machine comprises a vehicle parking barrier gate configured to control entry or exit of vehicles;• the machine identification medium includes a machine identifier of the parking barrier gate;• the system further comprises an image capture device configured to capture an image of a vehicle and determine a vehicle license plate identifier using an image recognition process;• the server is configured to associate the vehicle license plate identifier with a user account and an operation permission corresponding to a parking session; and the server is further configured, upon receiving the machine identifier of the parking barrier gate and the vehicle license plate identifier, to validate the operation permission and transmit a control instruction to the loT control module to open the parking barrier gate.

The system of claim 15, wherein:• the vehicle parking barrier gate includes a machine identification medium comprising a QR code associated with the parking barrier gate;• the user device is configured, in response to user selection of the order interface element corresponding to the parking session or exit entitlement, to activate a scanning module to scan the QR code displayed at the parking barrier gate and obtain the machine identifier of the parking barrier gate; and• he server is configured, upon receiving the machine identifier and the operation permission corresponding to the parking session, to validate the operation permission and transmit the control instruction to the loT control module to open the parking barrier gate for vehicle exit.
