Medical waste high-temperature steam disinfection device

Abstract

A medical waste high-temperature steam disinfection device, comprising a treatment tank (1), a feeding opening (18) formed at the top of the treatment tank (1), outer shells (2) welded to two sides of the treatment tank (1), and a fixed frame (12) welded to an inner wall of the treatment tank (1). Disinfection areas (3) are formed between side walls of the treatment tank (1) and inner walls of the outer shells (2). The interior of the treatment tank (1) is divided into a freezing area (4) and a shredding area (5) by the fixed frame (12). The freezing area (4) is provided with fixed cylinders (6). Liquid nitrogen spray disks (29) are fixed to the inner walls of the treatment tank (1) on two sides of the freezing area (4). A plurality of nozzles for spraying liquid nitrogen are arranged on the sides of the liquid nitrogen spray disks (29) facing the fixed cylinders (6). Liquid nitrogen can be sprayed into the freezing area (4). After medical waste comes in contact with liquid nitrogen, the physical and chemical properties of the medical waste can be destroyed by means of liquid nitrogen, and the waste can be easily shredded into particles, which helps improve the effect of subsequent steam disinfection.
