Description

electromagnetic contactor

[0001] The present invention relates to an electronic contactor capable of predictive diagnosis of contact residual amount.

[0002] A magnetic contactor (MC) is a device that opens and closes a circuit using an electrical control signal. Magnetic contactors are commonly used to remotely control electrical devices such as motors.

[0003] Typically, an electromagnetic contactor includes a coil, a movable core, and a stationary core. When current is applied to the electromagnetic contactor, the stationary core is magnetized by the magnetic field generated by the coil.

[0004] The magnetized fixed core applies a magnetic attraction force to the movable core, causing the movable core to move toward the fixed core.

[0005] Accordingly, the cross bar coupled with the movable core and the movable contact connected to the cross bar also move together, so that the movable contact comes into contact with the stationary contact.

[0006] When the movable contact comes into contact with the fixed contact, current can be applied to an external electrical device that is electrically connected to the fixed contact.

[0007] Accordingly, electrical devices such as motors can have power applied or blocked by the electromagnetic contactor even if the power is not directly controlled. In other words, the electromagnetic contactor can function as a switch for controlling electrical devices such as motors.

[0008] In this case, the distance between the movable core and the fixed core is called the stroke.

[0009] Additionally, the distance between the movable contact and the fixed contact is called the gap.

[0010] Additionally, the stroke is formed larger than the gap so that the movable contact comes into contact with the fixed contact before the movable core comes into contact with the fixed core.

[0011] Therefore, the movable core moves toward the fixed core while the movable contact no longer moves, and the crossbar that is linked to the movable core also makes an additional downward movement.

[0012] This additional movement of the crossbar is called over-travelling.

[0013] That is, the crossbar overtravels by the difference between the stroke and the gap, so the overtravel value is expressed as the difference between the stroke and the gap.

[0014] Meanwhile, when the current applied to the electromagnetic contactor is released, the magnetization of the fixed core is deactivated. Consequently, the movable core moves away from the fixed core by a return member such as a spring. Consequently, the movable contact also moves away from the fixed contact, thereby cutting off power to the electric device.

[0015] When the fixed and movable contacts separate, an arc is generated by the current flowing through them. An arc can be defined as a flow of high-temperature, high-pressure plasma.

[0016] Therefore, if the arc remains inside the electronic contactor, there is a risk that the components of the electronic contactor may be damaged by the arc.

[0017] In this way, when an arc is generated between the movable and fixed contacts while the electronic contactor is operating, the arc energy causes wear on the surfaces of the two contacts (the fixed contact and the movable contact).

[0018] Due to the wear that occurs, the gap, which is the distance between the fixed contact and the movable contact, becomes longer, and the contact pressure between the contacts decreases due to the longer gap.

[0019] Additionally, when all the contacts are worn out, the resistance increases significantly due to the decrease in contact pressure, making it impossible for the electronic contactor to operate normally, and thus making it impossible to drive the connected motor.

[0020] Therefore, users must check the remaining capacity of the contacts in advance before a breakdown of the electronic contactor occurs and determine whether to replace the electronic contactor based on the remaining capacity.

[0021] In order to check the degree of wear of the fixed and movable contacts, i.e. the remaining contact amount, in conventional electronic contactors, the user had to disassemble the electronic contactor and visually check the degree of wear of the contacts.

[0022] However, disassembling an electronic contactor is not only a very cumbersome task, but also causes great inconvenience to the user because the power to all running motors must be cut off to disassemble the electronic contactor.

[0023] Therefore, conventional electronic contactors have the problem that it is very difficult to check or decide whether to replace the electronic contactor until all the contacts are worn out and the electronic contactor fails.

[0024] Korean Patent Application No. 10-1350964 (hereinafter, Patent Document 1) discloses a contact force measuring system for an electronic contactor, including a contact force measuring means for receiving a unique identification code of an electronic contactor, measuring a contact force and displaying the measured contact force data together with the unique identification code, and transmitting the measured contact force data to the outside via a wireless communication network, and receiving and displaying previously measured contact force data of the electronic contactor from the outside via the wireless communication network; and a data storage means for receiving and storing the contact force data transmitted together with the unique identification code of the electronic contactor from the contact force measuring means via the wireless communication network, and transmitting the previously measured contact force data of the electronic contactor via the wireless communication network at the request of the contact force measuring means.

[0025] Patent Document 1 is configured to prevent data errors by allowing the measured data to be transmitted to a management server via a wireless communication network and stored while the measurer checks the measured data on site, and to allow the measurer to compare the measured data with previous data on site to determine the time to replace the electronic contactor.

[0026] However, Patent Document 1 does not disclose a method by which a user can easily and conveniently check the replacement time of an electronic contactor.

[0027] Korean Patent Application No. 10-2016-0089658 (hereinafter, Patent Document 2) discloses a contactor status diagnosis device and method, including a time measuring unit that measures the time required for opening and closing operations of a contactor, and a diagnosis unit that diagnoses the status of a contactor by comparing a first average time value obtained by averaging the time required when the initial opening and closing operations of the contactor are performed a first predetermined set number of times with a second average time value obtained by averaging the time required when the opening and closing operations of the contactor are performed a second predetermined set number of times after the first predetermined set number of times.

[0028] That is, Patent Document 2 is configured to measure the time required for the opening and closing operations of the initial contactor and use it as a reference, and compare it with the opening and closing operation times of the contactor performed thereafter, thereby determining whether there is an abnormality in the contactor and outputting a warning signal.

[0029] However, even in patent document 2, a configuration that allows a user to easily and conveniently check the replacement time of the contactor is not included.

[0030] Accordingly, there is a need for the development of an electronic contactor that is configured to allow a user of the electronic contactor to check the remaining contact amount of the contactor without disassembling the electronic contactor, thereby easily determining whether to replace the electronic contactor based on the remaining contact amount.

[0031] The present invention has been devised to solve the above problem, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an electronic contactor that allows a user to easily determine whether to replace the electronic contactor by checking the degree of wear of the contacts without disassembling the electronic contactor.

[0032] In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide an electronic contactor that can be replaced before all of the contacts are worn out, thereby preventing a motor failure caused by a decrease in contact pressure due to wear of the contacts.

[0033] In addition, the purpose of the present invention is to provide an electronic contactor having a longitudinal contact residual quantity diagnosis tool standing upright on a movable contact plate adjacent to a crossbar, so that when the crossbar overtravels, which is indicated by the difference between the stroke and the gap, the upper side of the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool is opened by the length of the overtravel, thereby enabling the confirmation of the contact residual quantity through the change in the upper opening length of the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool according to the wear of the contact.

[0034] In addition, the purpose of the present invention is to provide an electronic contactor that enables efficient and convenient replacement of the electronic contactor using a simple and economical contact remaining amount diagnosis tool.

[0035] In order to solve the above problem, the electromagnetic contactor of the present invention comprises: a fixed core magnetized by a coil; a movable core spaced apart from the fixed core by a first distance (d1) and moved by the magnetic attraction of the magnetized fixed core; a longitudinal crossbar connected to the movable core; a movable contact member horizontally arranged on one side of the crossbar; a movable contact member arranged on one surface of the movable contact member; and a second distance (d2) from the movable contact member. A fixed contact arranged at a distance; and a longitudinal contact residual quantity diagnostic tool arranged upright on the movable contact so as to be adjacent to the crossbar, wherein the contact residual quantity diagnostic tool has an upper side that opens to the outside at a height equal to the over-travel value when the crossbar over-travels, which is indicated by a difference value between the first distance and the second distance.

[0036] According to an example related to the present invention, the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool includes a longitudinal inspection plate; and a support arranged at the bottom of the inspection plate.

[0037] Preferably, the vertical length of the inspection plate is formed to be the same as the vertical length extending from the upper surface of the movable contact to the upper end of the crossbar in a state before energization.

[0038] When the above-mentioned inspection plate is energized, the upper side of the inspection plate is exposed to the upper side of the crossbar at a height value equal to the over-travel value due to over-travel when the plate is misaligned with the crossbar, and the height value of the inspection plate exposed to the upper side of the crossbar changes by an amount equal to the amount of change in the over-travel value according to the degree of wear of the movable contact and the fixed contact, and the degree of wear of the movable contact and the fixed contact is confirmed by the amount of change in the height value of the inspection plate exposed to the upper side of the crossbar.

[0039] Additionally, the examination board includes a gauge display section in which a gauge is displayed in the vertical direction of the examination board.

[0040] Additionally, the inspection board includes a replacement notification unit having at least one display scale that indicates the status or replacement time of the electronic contactor according to the amount of change in the overtravel value.

[0041] In addition, the inspection board classifies at least one state or replacement time of the electronic contactor according to the amount of change in the overtravel value, and includes a replacement notification section painted in a different color for each stage.

[0042] In addition, the crossbar includes a longitudinal body; a perforated portion formed at a predetermined height in the center of the body; and a pressure spring installed longitudinally in the perforated portion; and the movable contact member is disposed to penetrate the perforated portion so that the pressure spring is coupled thereto.

[0043] In addition, the crossbar includes an installation piece arranged on the movable contact plate, on which the pressure spring and the contact residual quantity diagnostic tool are installed.

[0044] Preferably, the installation piece includes a bottom surface; and an insertion groove disposed on the bottom surface, into which one side of the pressure spring is inserted.

[0045] In addition, the installation piece includes a side surface of a predetermined height that is connected to one end of the bottom surface that comes into contact with the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool and the other end of the bottom surface opposite to the one end; and the side surface has a recessed fitting groove formed at the lower end of both sides of the side surface so that the support is inserted.

[0046] The above second distance (d2) is formed shorter than the above first distance (d1).

[0047] Additionally, the overtravel value decreases by the wear length of the fixed contact and the movable contact.

[0048] The electronic contactor of the present invention has the advantage of allowing a user to easily determine whether to replace the electronic contactor, as the degree of wear of the contacts can be checked without disassembling the electronic contactor.

[0049] In addition, the electronic contactor of the present invention can prevent motor failure caused by a decrease in contact pressure due to contact wear, since the electronic contactor can be replaced before all of the contacts are worn out.

[0050] In addition, the electronic contactor of the present invention has a longitudinal contact residual quantity diagnosis tool that stands upright on a movable contact plate adjacent to a crossbar, and is configured so that when the crossbar overtravels, which is indicated by the difference between the stroke and the gap, the upper side of the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool is opened by the length of the overtravel, so that the contact residual quantity can be conveniently and simply checked through the change in the upper opening length of the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool according to wear of the contact.

[0051] Therefore, the electronic contactor of the present invention has a simple configuration, is economical, and has the effect of efficiently implementing replacement of the electronic contactor.

[0052] In addition, the electronic contactor of the present invention has a gauge display section and a replacement notification section on the inspection plate of the contact remaining amount diagnosis tool, so that the user can easily check the replacement time of the electronic contactor.

[0068] In describing the embodiments disclosed in this specification, if it is determined that a detailed description of a related known technology may obscure the gist of the embodiments disclosed in this specification, the detailed description is omitted.

[0069] The attached drawings are only intended to facilitate understanding of the embodiments disclosed in this specification, and the technical ideas disclosed in this specification are not limited by the attached drawings, and should be understood to include all modifications, equivalents, or substitutes included in the spirit and technical scope of the present invention.

[0070] Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of the electronic contactor of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a first cross-sectional view showing the detailed configuration of the electronic contactor of the present invention, and Fig. 3 is a second cross-sectional view showing the detailed configuration of the electronic contactor of the present invention.

[0071] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, the electronic contactor (1) of the present invention will be described.

[0072] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the electronic contactor (1) includes a frame (100), a coil (200), a fixed core (300), a movable core (400), a crossbar (500), a movable contact portion (600), a fixed contact portion (700), and a contact residual amount diagnostic tool (800).

[0073] The frame (100) forms the exterior of the electronic contactor (1). Accordingly, a predetermined space is formed inside the frame (100). Each component provided for the operation of the electronic contactor (1) can be accommodated in the space.

[0074] Additionally, the frame (100) may include a component for forming a magnetic force inside the electronic contactor (1).

[0075] Among the components of the frame (100) to be described later, the upper frame (110) and the lower frame (120) forming the outer side may be formed of an insulating material such as synthetic resin. This is to prevent the inside and outside of the frame (100) from being arbitrarily electrically connected.

[0076] Additionally, the frame (100) includes an upper frame (110) and a lower frame (120).

[0077] The upper frame (110) forms the upper side of the frame (100). The upper frame (110) can be mounted on an arc box section (not shown). The upper frame (110) functions as a cover for the arc box section (not shown).

[0078] An arc box section (not shown) is located on the lower side of the upper frame (110).

[0079] The lower frame (120) forms the lower side of the frame (100). An arc box section (not shown) can be mounted on the lower frame (120).

[0080] A predetermined space is formed within the lower frame (120). This space is connected to a predetermined space formed within the arc box section (not shown). Various components for operating the electronic contactor (1) can be accommodated in this space.

[0081] In the illustrated embodiment, the upper frame (110) and the lower frame (120) have a three-dimensional shape with a rectangular cross-section. The upper frame (110) and the lower frame (120) may be provided in any shape that can accommodate a component for functioning as an electronic contactor (1) therein.

[0082] The coil (200) is configured to magnetize the fixed core (300) when current is applied.

[0083] The coil (200) generates a magnetic field as current is applied. The magnetic field generated by the coil (200) magnetizes the fixed core (300). The magnetized fixed core (300) applies a magnetic force to the movable core (400), thereby allowing the movable core (400) to move toward the fixed core (300).

[0084] The coil (200) is electrically connected to the outside of the electronic contactor (1). A current or electrical signal applied from an external power source can be transmitted to the coil (200).

[0085] The coil (200) is positioned adjacent to the fixed core (300). The coil (200) can be positioned at any location capable of forming a magnetic field in the fixed core (300).

[0086] The coil (200) can be provided in any shape that can form a magnetic field when current is applied.

[0087] The fixed core (300) is magnetized by the magnetic field formed by the coil (200) and applies magnetic attraction to the movable core (400).

[0088] The fixed core (300) is positioned adjacent to the movable core (400) and the coil (200). Accordingly, the distance between the fixed core (300) and the movable core (400) is reduced, so that the magnetic attraction between each core (300, 400) can be increased. Accordingly, the size of the coil (200) that forms a magnetic field to move the movable core (400) can be reduced.

[0089] The fixed core (300) may be provided in any shape that can be magnetized by a magnetic field. In one embodiment, the fixed core (300) may be provided as an electromagnet.

[0090] The movable core (400) is spaced apart from the fixed core (300) by a first distance (d1) and moves by the magnetic attraction of the magnetized fixed core (300).

[0091] Specifically, the movable core (400) moves toward the fixed core (300) by the magnetic force applied by the fixed core (300). In addition, when the fixed core (300) is demagnetized, the movable core (400) moves away from the fixed core (300).

[0092] By the movement of the movable core (400), current is formed or released inside and outside the electronic contactor (1).

[0093] The movable core (400) is spaced apart from the fixed core (300) by a first distance (d1). The first distance (d1) may be defined as the distance that the movable core (400) must move to come into contact with the fixed core (300).

[0094] Additionally, the distance (first distance, d1) between the movable core (400) and the fixed core (300) is called a stroke.

[0095] Additionally, the stroke (d1) is formed smaller than the gap (d2), which is the distance between the movable contact (620) and the fixed contact (720) to be described later.

[0096] Additionally, the movable core (400) may be provided in any form that can be moved by magnetic attraction. In one embodiment, the movable core (400) may be provided in the form of a conductor, an electromagnet, or a permanent magnet.

[0097] The movable core (400) is connected to the crossbar (500). Therefore, when the movable core (400) moves, the crossbar (500) also moves together with the movable core (400).

[0098] In the illustrated embodiment, the movable core (400) is positioned above the fixed core (300).

[0099] Additionally, a fixed contact (600) is located between the movable core (400) and the crossbar (500).

[0100] A coil (200) is located on the lower side of the movable core (400).

[0101] Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing the arrangement and detailed configuration of the contact residual amount diagnostic tool of the present invention, Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the movable contact part, the fixed contact part, and the contact residual amount diagnostic tool of the present invention, and Fig. 6 is a diagram showing the main configuration inside the electronic contactor of the present invention.

[0102] The crossbar (500) according to the present invention has a longitudinal configuration connected to the movable core (400) as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, and is linked to the movable core (400).

[0103] That is, the crossbar (500) is connected to the movable core (400) and can move together with the movable core (400).

[0104] More specifically, the crossbar (500) moves toward or away from the fixed contact portion (700) according to the movement of the movable core (400).

[0105] As an example, the crossbar (500) includes a longitudinal body (510), a perforated portion (520) formed at a predetermined height at the center of the body (510), and a pressure spring (530) installed longitudinally in the perforated portion (520).

[0106] The body (510) is configured in a longitudinal direction with a perforated portion (520) of a certain space toward the center.

[0107] The body (510) can be formed of a conductive material.

[0108] The through hole (520) is a through hole formed at a certain height on the center side of the body (510).

[0109] In addition, a pressure spring (530) is arranged in the vertical direction in the through hole (510), and a movable contact member (610) is arranged to penetrate the lower side of the pressure spring (530).

[0110] That is, the pressure spring (530) is vertically accommodated in the space formed in the through-hole (520), and the movable contact member (610) is horizontally positioned to penetrate the through-hole (520) at the lower end of the pressure spring (530).

[0111] The pressure spring (530) is installed longitudinally in the space of the through hole (520), and is coupled with the body (510) of the crossbar (500) at the top and with the movable contact member (610) at the bottom.

[0112] That is, the pressure spring (530) is accommodated in the space of the through hole (520).

[0113] The pressure spring (530) is provided in the form of a coil spring.

[0114] The pressure spring (530) can be provided in any form that can store restoring force through compression and tension and provide the stored restoring force to another member.

[0115] In addition, the pressure spring (530) is accommodated in the through-hole (520) while being coupled to the upper surface of the movable contact (610), thereby allowing the movable core (400) to move toward the fixed core (300) even when the movable contact (620) is not moved by being coupled to the fixed contact (720).

[0116] That is, the crossbar (500) moves downward even when the movable contact (620) moves to the second distance (d2) and does not move any further. In this case, when the crossbar (500) moves downward, pressure is applied to the pressure spring (530). Accordingly, the pressure spring (530) changes shape and stores restoring force. When the state in which current is applied to the coil (200) is released, the fixed core (300) is demagnetized. The pressure spring (530) is restored to its original shape, thereby returning the crossbar (500) and the movable core (400) to their original positions.

[0117] In the illustrated embodiment, a total of three pressure springs (530) are provided. This is because three phases of current, R phase, S phase, and T phase, are passed through the electronic contactor (1) according to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0118] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the installation piece (540) is arranged on the lower side of the through hole (520), specifically on the upper surface of the movable contact member (610), and is configured to have a pressure spring (530) and a contact residual amount diagnostic tool (800) installed thereon.

[0119] As an example, the installation piece (540) includes a bottom surface (541) and an insertion groove (542) disposed on the bottom surface (541).

[0120] The bottom surface (541) can be formed so that the width of the bottom surface (541) is smaller than the width of the movable contact (610).

[0121] This allows the bottom surface (541) to be inserted between the support (820) of the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800) to be described later, so that the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800) can be fixed without coming off.

[0122] The insertion groove (542) is a hole formed in the bottom surface (541), into which a predetermined range of the lower side of the pressure spring (530) is inserted to fix and support the pressure spring (530).

[0123] Additionally, the installation piece (540) may include a pair of sides (543).

[0124] The side surface (543) is formed on one end of the bottom surface (541) and the other end of the bottom surface (541) opposite to the one end. At this time, one end of the bottom surface (541) is a corner that comes into contact with the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800).

[0125] Accordingly, the side surface (543) may be a surface of a certain height connected to one end of the bottom surface (541) that comes into contact with the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800) and the other end of the bottom surface (541).

[0126] In addition, the side (543) may have a recessed fitting groove (543a) formed on the lower side of both sides of the side (543) so that a support (820) of a contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800) to be described later is fitted therein.

[0127] The fitting groove (543a) may be a groove or a through hole having a height and shape through which the support (820) can pass.

[0128] That is, the stand (820) of the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800) is fitted into the fitting groove (543a) of the installation piece (540) and stands upright in close contact with both corners of the bottom surface (541).

[0129] The movable contact portion (600) is connected to the fixed contact portion (700).

[0130] When the magnetized fixed core (300) applies a magnetic force to the movable core (400), the movable contact portion (600) can move toward the fixed contact portion (700) together with the movable core (400). Accordingly, the movable contact portion (620) comes into contact with the fixed contact portion (720), and the movable contact portion (600) and the fixed contact portion (700) are electrically connected.

[0131] The movable contact portion (600) is movably accommodated in a space formed inside the upper frame (110). Specifically, the movable contact portion (600) is accommodated in the internal space of the upper frame (110). The movable contact portion (600) moves in a direction toward the fixed contact portion (700) and a direction away from the fixed contact portion (700).

[0132] In the illustrated embodiment, a plurality of movable contact parts (600) may be provided. A total of three movable contact parts (600) are provided. This is to respond to the currents of the R phase, S phase, and T phase, as described above.

[0133] Three movable contact parts (600) are arranged at a predetermined distance from each other. In addition, the movable contact parts (600) are physically spaced from each other.

[0134] The movable contact part (600) has the same structure and components except for the arrangement method.

[0135] The movable contact portion (600) includes a movable contact plate (610) and a movable contact (620).

[0136] The movable contact (610) is horizontally arranged on one side of the crossbar (500).

[0137] Specifically, the movable contact member (610) is a horizontal bar-shaped member that penetrates the space of the through-hole (520) and forms a vertical direction with the body (510). That is, the movable contact member (610) is movably accommodated in the space formed in the through-hole (520).

[0138] In addition, the movable contact member (610) has an installation piece (540) arranged on the upper surface, and a pressure spring (530) and a contact residual amount diagnostic tool (800) are installed on the upper side of the movable contact member (610).

[0139] In addition, the movable contact (610) is provided with movable contacts (620) that protrude downward on both sides of the bottom surface.

[0140] The movable contact member (610) moves toward the fixed contact member (700) or away from the fixed contact member (700) according to the movement of the movable core (400). The movable contact member (610) is connected to the movable core (400) and can move together with the movable core (400).

[0141] The movable contact (610) is formed of a material capable of conducting electricity. Accordingly, the fixed contact portion (700) and the movable contact portion (600) are connected so as to be electrically conductive.

[0142] The movable contact (620) is arranged on one surface of the movable contact plate (610).

[0143] Specifically, the movable contact (620) is provided on one side of the movable contact member (610) facing the fixed contact portion (700), the lower side in the illustrated embodiment.

[0144] The movable contact (620) can be in electrical contact with or separated from the fixed contact (720).

[0145] When the movable contact (620) and the fixed contact (720) come into contact, the terminal (730), the fixed contact block (710), the fixed contact (720), the movable contact (620), and the movable contact block (610) are connected to each other.

[0146] The movable contact (620) may be formed of any material capable of conducting electricity. In addition, the movable contact (620) may be formed of a material with high heat resistance and wear resistance.

[0147] Additionally, the movable contact (620) may be damaged by an arc generated when separated from the fixed contact (720).

[0148] A plurality of movable contacts (620) are provided. The plurality of movable contacts (620) can be positioned adjacent to both ends in the front-rear direction in the illustrated embodiment, which is the direction in which the movable contact member (610) is extended.

[0149] Additionally, the movable contact (620) is spaced apart from the fixed contact (720) by a second distance (d2). The second distance is referred to as a gap.

[0150] The second distance (gap, d2) is formed smaller than the first distance (stroke, d1).

[0151] Therefore, as described above, before the movable core (400) comes into contact with the fixed core (300), the movable contact (620) comes into contact with the fixed contact (720). When the movable contact (620) that has come into contact with the fixed contact (720) no longer moves, the crossbar (500) overtravels. That is, the crossbar (500) moves by a distance (d) obtained by subtracting the second distance (gap) from the first distance (stroke). 1 ― d2) Overtravel.

[0152] Additionally, the movable contact (620) experiences surface wear due to the arc occurring between the fixed contact (720).

[0153] As the use of the electronic contactor (1) prolongs, the degree of wear of the movable contact (620) or the fixed contact (720) becomes more severe, so the second distance (d2) gradually increases and the overtravel value gradually shortens.

[0154] The fixed contact portion (700) is connected to the movable contact portion (600).

[0155] Specifically, the movable contact portion (600) is moved toward the fixed contact portion (700) by the current applied to the coil (200), so that the fixed contact portion (720) and the movable contact portion (620) can come into contact. Accordingly, the fixed contact portion (700) and the movable contact portion (600) are energized.

[0156] As the name suggests, the fixed contact portion (700) does not move. That is, the fixed contact portion (700) is fixedly installed on the frame (100). In one embodiment, the fixed contact portion (700) is fixedly installed on the lower frame (120).

[0157] In the illustrated embodiment, a plurality of fixed contact parts (700) may be provided. A total of three fixed contact parts (700) are provided. This is to respond to the currents of the R phase, S phase, and T phase, as described above.

[0158] Three fixed contact parts (700) are arranged at a predetermined distance from each other. In addition, the fixed contact parts (700) are physically spaced from each other.

[0159] The fixed contact part (700) has the same structure and components except for the arrangement method.

[0160] As an example, the fixed contact portion (700) includes a fixed contact plate (710), a fixed contact (720), and a terminal (730).

[0161] The fixed contact (710) is electrically connected to the fixed contact (720). In addition, the fixed contact (710) supports the fixed contact (720) from the lower side of the fixed contact (720).

[0162] A plurality of fixed contacts (710) are provided. The plurality of fixed contacts (710) are respectively located on the front side and the rear side of the fixed contact (720).

[0163] The fixed contact (710) located on the front side is electrically connected to the terminal (730) and the fixed contact (720) on the front side. The fixed contact (710) located on the rear side is electrically connected to the terminal (730) and the fixed contact (720) on the rear side.

[0164] The fixed contact (720) is connected to the movable contact (620) at a second distance (d2). It is a configuration that is spaced apart.

[0165] The fixed contact (720) is located on the upper side of the fixed contact plate (710).

[0166] The fixed contact (720) can be in electrical contact with or separated from the movable contact (620). When the movable core (400) is not moved, the fixed contact (720) is separated from the movable contact (620) by a second distance (d2). When the movable core (400) is moved, the movable contact (620) comes into contact with the fixed contact (720).

[0167] When the fixed contact (720) comes into contact with the movable contact (620), the terminal (730), the fixed contact block (710), the fixed contact (720), the movable contact (620), and the crossbar (500) are connected to each other.

[0168] The fixed contact (720) may be formed of any material capable of conducting electricity. In addition, it is preferable that the fixed contact (720) be formed of a material with high heat resistance and wear resistance.

[0169] Additionally, the fixed contact (720) may be damaged by an arc generated when separated from the movable contact (620).

[0170] A plurality of fixed contacts (720) are provided. The plurality of fixed contacts (720) are respectively located on the front side and the rear side of the fixed contact block (710). The fixed contact (720) located on the front side is electrically connected to the fixed contact block (710) located on the front side. The fixed contact (720) located on the rear side is electrically connected to the fixed contact block (710) located on the rear side.

[0171] The terminal (730) is a portion through which the fixed contact portion (700) is electrically connected to an external power source and load. The terminal (730) is formed to protrude a predetermined length from the outside of the frame (100). That is, the terminal (730) is partially exposed to the outside of the frame (100).

[0172] A power source or load is connected to the terminal (730).

[0173] In the illustrated embodiment, the terminals (730) are respectively positioned on the front and rear sides of the fixed contact portion (700). When the fixed contact portion (720) and the movable contact portion (620) come into contact, the terminals (730) respectively positioned on the front and rear sides of the fixed contact portion (700) are electrically connected to each other.

[0174] Accordingly, the power and load connected to each terminal (730) on the front side and the rear side can be connected to each other so that current can flow through them.

[0175] Fig. 7(a) is a first state diagram showing the state of use of a contact residual quantity diagnosis tool, and Fig. 7(b) is a second state diagram showing the state of use of a contact residual quantity diagnosis tool.

[0176] The contact residual quantity diagnostic tool (800) is arranged upright on the movable contact plate (610) adjacent to the crossbar (500) as shown in FIG. 4, FIG. 7(a) and FIG. 7(b), and is configured in the longitudinal direction such that the upper end has the same height as the upper end of the crossbar (500).

[0177] In addition, when the crossbar (500) overtravels, which is indicated by the difference value between the first distance (d1) and the second distance (d2), the upper part of the contact residual amount diagnosis tool (800) is opened to the outside at the same height as the overtravel value.

[0178] Specifically, the contact residual quantity diagnostic tool (800) is a longitudinal plate that is arranged adjacent to the crossbar (500). In addition, the contact residual quantity diagnostic tool (800) is arranged upright on the upper side of the movable contact member (610) and is linked with the movable contact member (610).

[0179] Accordingly, the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800) stops moving downward after the movable contact (620) comes into contact with the fixed contact (720). In this state, the crossbar (500) overtravels, and the upper side of the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800) is exposed to the outside due to the overtravel of the crossbar (500).

[0180] Referring to Fig. 7(a), the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800) overlaps the crossbar (500) while the movable contact member (610) moves a second distance (d2). In this case, the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800) has no externally exposed portion.

[0181] After the movable contact (620) comes into contact with the fixed contact (720), as shown in Fig. 7(b), the crossbar (500) compresses the pressure spring (530) and overtravels, and the upper part of the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800) that was overlapping the crossbar (500) is partially opened to the outside by the downward movement of the crossbar (500).

[0182] At this time, the length value of the open part of the contact residual amount diagnosis tool (800) appears to be the same as the overtravel value of the crossbar (500). (See Fig. 7(b))

[0183] That is, the contact residual amount diagnostic tool (800) enables the overtravel value of the electronic contactor (1) to be checked through the open part.

[0184] The electronic contactor (1) exhibits a change in which the overtravel value decreases over the period of use. As described above, this is because the movable contact (620) and the fixed contact (720) wear out due to the arc generated during use of the electronic contactor (1), increasing the second distance (d2), which is the distance between the two contacts, and the overtravel value decreases by the amount of the increased distance.

[0185] Therefore, the degree of wear of the fixed contact (720) and the movable contact (620) can be derived from the amount of change in overtravel.

[0186] The contact residual amount diagnostic tool (800) according to the present invention is configured so that the upper part of the contact residual amount diagnostic tool (800) is opened to the outside by the amount of the over-travel value of the crossbar (500), thereby enabling the degree of wear of the contact to be checked by the amount of change in the over-travel value even without disassembling the electronic contactor (1).

[0187] Therefore, the user can easily check the remaining amount of the contact through the amount of decrease in the upper open range of the contact remaining amount diagnosis tool (800).

[0188] That is, the user can conveniently and easily predict the replacement time of the electronic contactor (1) through the contact remaining amount diagnosis tool (800).

[0189] The contact residual quantity diagnosis tool (800) includes a test plate (810) and a stand (820). (See Fig. 4)

[0190] The examination board (810) is a longitudinal plate.

[0191] In addition, the vertical length of the inspection plate (810) is formed to be the same as the vertical length extending from the upper surface of the movable contact (610) to the upper end of the crossbar (500) in the pre-energized state.

[0192] In addition, the vertical length of the inspection plate (810) may be formed to be a predetermined length greater than the vertical length extending from the upper surface of the movable contact (610) to the upper end of the crossbar (500) in the pre-energized state.

[0193] When the test plate is energized, the upper side of the test plate is exposed to the upper side of the crossbar at a height value equal to the overtravel value due to misalignment with the crossbar due to overtravel.

[0194] The height value of the inspection plate exposed above the crossbar changes by the same amount as the change in the overtravel value depending on the degree of wear of the movable and fixed contacts. Therefore, the user can easily check the degree of wear of the movable and fixed contacts by looking at the change in the height value of the inspection plate exposed above the crossbar.

[0195] FIG. 8 is a first drawing illustrating the configuration (gauge display section) of a test plate according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0196] As an example, the inspection plate (810) may include a gauge display unit (811) as illustrated in FIG. 8.

[0197] The gauge display unit (811) may be a gauge displayed in the vertical direction of the inspection plate (810), for example, a length unit scale.

[0198] Accordingly, the user can detect the amount of change in the overtravel value during use through the gauge display (811) of the inspection plate (810).

[0199] FIG. 9 is a second diagram illustrating the configuration (replacement notification section) of a test plate according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0200] As another embodiment, the inspection board (810) includes a replacement notification unit (812) as illustrated in FIG. 9.

[0201] The replacement notification unit (812) may be at least one display scale that indicates the status of the electronic contactor (1) or the time to replace the electronic contactor according to the amount of change in the overtravel value according to the period of use.

[0202] That is, the replacement notification unit (812) is a display that classifies the over-travel value, which decreases according to the period of use, into a usable stage, a caution stage, or a replacement stage of the electronic contactor (1) based on a preset standard.

[0203] Therefore, the user can easily check the usage stage of the electronic contactor (1) through the replacement notification unit (812).

[0204] In addition, the replacement notification unit (812) can be classified into the steps shown in FIG. 9, but the steps of the replacement notification unit (812) according to the present invention are not limited thereto and can be applied in various ways.

[0205] FIG. 10 is a third drawing illustrating the configuration (replacement notification section) of a test plate according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0206] As another example, the replacement notification unit (812) may be configured by painting each step with a different color, as illustrated in FIG. 10.

[0207] Specifically, as another embodiment, the replacement notification unit (812) may be configured as a table in which the status or replacement time of the electronic contactor (1) is classified into at least one or more according to the amount of change in the over-travel value as illustrated in FIG. 10, and a different color is painted for each stage.

[0208] In this case, the replacement notification unit (812) classifies the over-travel value, which decreases according to the period of use, into a usable stage, a caution stage, or a replacement stage of the electronic contactor (1) based on a preset standard, and expresses each stage by painting it in a different color.

[0209] For example, the available stage is colored green, the caution stage is colored yellow, and the replacement stage is colored red, allowing users to easily and conveniently recognize the replacement time.

[0210] In addition, the replacement notification unit (812) can be painted and displayed in the above-described steps, but the steps of the replacement notification unit (812) according to the present invention are not limited thereto and can be applied and implemented in various steps and colors.

[0211] Meanwhile, the examination board (810) may be made of a known material having rigidity that allows it to stand upright.

[0212] The pedestal (820) may be at least one leg placed at the bottom of the examination plate (810). That is, the pedestal (820) is configured to allow the examination plate (810) to stand upright.

[0213] Additionally, it may be desirable for the pedestal (820) to be configured as a pair provided on both sides of the lower portion of the examination plate (810) as illustrated in FIG. 4.

[0214] In addition, the stand (820) can be penetrated into the fitting groove (543a) on the side (543) of the installation piece (540) to safely fix the inspection plate (810) to the movable contact (610).

[0215] In addition, the pedestal (820) is not limited to the number and shape shown in FIG. 4, and may be configured in various numbers and shapes that can upright the examination plate (810).

[0216] The electronic contactor of the present invention has the advantage of allowing a user to easily determine whether to replace the electronic contactor, as the degree of wear of the contacts can be checked without disassembling the electronic contactor.

[0217] In addition, the electronic contactor of the present invention can prevent motor failure caused by a decrease in contact pressure due to contact wear, since the electronic contactor can be replaced before all of the contacts are worn out.

[0218] In addition, the electronic contactor of the present invention has a longitudinal contact residual quantity diagnosis tool that stands upright on a movable contact plate adjacent to a crossbar, and is configured so that when the crossbar overtravels, which is indicated by the difference between the stroke and the gap, the upper side of the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool is opened by the length of the overtravel, so that the contact residual quantity can be conveniently and simply checked through the change in the upper opening length of the contact residual quantity diagnosis tool according to wear of the contact.

[0219] Therefore, the electronic contactor of the present invention has a simple configuration, is economical, and has the effect of efficiently implementing replacement of the electronic contactor.

[0220] In addition, the electronic contactor of the present invention has a gauge display section and a replacement notification section on the inspection plate of the contact remaining amount diagnosis tool, so that the user can easily check the replacement time of the electronic contactor.

[0221] The electronic contactor (1) described above is not limited to the configuration and method of the embodiments described above, and the embodiments may be configured by selectively combining all or part of each embodiment so that various modifications can be made.

[0222] It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention can be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit and essential characteristics thereof. Therefore, the above detailed description should not be construed in any way as limiting but rather as illustrative. The scope of the present invention should be determined by a reasonable interpretation of the appended claims, and all modifications within the scope of equivalents of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
