Description

Excavator electrification module and excavator equipped with same

[0001] The present invention relates to an excavator electrification module for converting an engine-based excavator into an electric excavator and an excavator equipped with the same.

In addition, a side opening (217) may be formed in the housing (210) for ease of maintenance, and a side cover covering the opening may be installed therein.

[0092] Inside the housing (210), a mount portion (211, 212, 213) is provided, and in the mount portion (211, 212, 213), one or more auxiliary counterweights (300) are installed to provide a load for weight balance to the engine-based excavator, i.e., the excavator body (110).

[0093] The mount section (211, 212, 213) has a space in which a plurality of auxiliary counterweights (300) can be installed, and the number of auxiliary counterweights (300) installed in the mount section (211, 212, 213) can be adjusted according to the target weight of the excavator electric power module.

[0094] The mount portion (211, 212, 213) may have the form of a receiving groove that is recessed from the support surface (215) of the housing (210) that supports the electric motor (220), and may have a form that can accommodate a plurality of auxiliary counterweights (300) by stacking them.

[0095] The mount portion (211, 212, 213) may include a first mount groove (211) formed in the central portion of the housing (210), and second and third mount grooves (212, 213) formed on both sides of the first mount groove (211), respectively. The first to third mount grooves (211, 212, 213) may have the same shape, but in the present embodiment, they are exemplified as having different areas and shapes.

[0096] For example, the first mount home (211) may have a smaller area than the second and third mount homes (212, 213), and a plurality of first counterweights (310) having a shape corresponding thereto may be installed in a stacked manner in the first mount home (211). Second and third counterweights (320, 330) having a shape corresponding thereto may also be installed in a stacked manner in the second and third mount homes (212, 213), respectively. These auxiliary counterweights (300: 310, 320, 330) may have a plate shape having a shape corresponding to the shape of the mount portions (211, 212, 213), and may have a shape that can be stacked in a plurality of layers.

[0097] According to the present embodiment, a configuration is exemplified in which three of each of the first counterweight (310), the second counterweight (320), and the third counterweight (330) are stacked in each of the first mount home (211), the second mount home (212), and the third mount home (213). However, it is also possible to configure a different number of auxiliary counterweights (300) accommodated in the mount portions (211, 212, 213), and it is also possible to configure a different number of auxiliary counterweights (300) accommodated in each of the first to third mount homes (211, 212, 213).

[0098] The auxiliary counterweight (300) may be formed with a catch member (340) having a catch hole (342) for catching a towing tool. The catch member (340) may be formed within a groove (344) recessed from the surface of the auxiliary counterweight (300), and through this structure, the auxiliary counterweights (300) may be stacked so that they are in surface contact with each other.

[0099] A base plate (350) supporting an electric motor (220) may be fixedly installed on a support surface (215) of a housing (210). In addition, a control box (241) accommodating an electric controller (240), an oil cooler (360) for cooling return oil before it flows into a motor hydraulic pump (220), etc. may be installed on the base plate (350). In a state where the electric motor (220), the motor hydraulic pump (230), the control box (241), the oil cooler (360), etc. are assembled to the base plate (350), the assembly may be fixedly installed on the support surface (215) of the housing.

[0100] The auxiliary counterweight (300) may be formed with one or more insertion holes (352), and the mount portions (211, 212, 213) may be formed with insertion rods (354) that are inserted into the insertion holes (352). The insertion rods (354) may have a shape that protrudes upward from the bottom surface of each mount groove (211, 212, 213), and may be formed with one or more of them for each mount groove (211, 212, 213).

[0101] Additionally, a through hole through which an insertion rod (354) passes may be formed in the base plate (350), and a fixing means (356) for fixing the base plate (350) may be fastened to the end of the insertion rod.

[0102] Hereinafter, the assembly process of the excavator power module (200) according to the present embodiment will be described. First, the target weight of the excavator power module (200) is set according to the specifications of the excavator, the specifications of the work tool, etc. Then, the installation position and number of auxiliary counterweights (300) are set according to the target weight of the excavator power module (200).

[0103] As exemplified in this embodiment, a total of nine auxiliary counterweights (300) can be installed, including three first counterweights (310), three second counterweights (320), and three third counterweights (330). It is possible to install all of these, but it is also possible to selectively install them depending on the target weight of the excavator electric power module (200).

[0104] For example, it is possible to install two first counterweights (310) and one each of the second and third counterweights (320, 330), or it is also possible to install two each of the second and third counterweights (320, 330) without installing the first counterweight (310).

[0105] In this way, a wide range of weights can be achieved through various combinations of the installation positions and numbers of auxiliary counterweights (300).

[0106] Auxiliary counterweights (300) are installed in each mount section (211, 212, 213) at the set positions and in the set number, and during this process, an insertion rod (354) is inserted into the insertion hole (352) of the auxiliary counterweight (300).

[0107] Once the installation of the auxiliary counterweight (300) is completed, the base plate (350) on which the electric motor (220) and the motor hydraulic pump (230) are assembled is installed on the support surface (215), and at this time, the insertion rod (354) is inserted into the through hole of the base plate (350). Finally, the fixing means (356) is fastened to the insertion rod (354) so that the base plate (350) is firmly fixed.
